Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a logistics data-based agricultural and fishery product distribution and finance linkage platform system and method, and more specifically, to a logistics data-based agricultural and fishery product distribution and finance linkage platform system and method that secures reliability by immutably recording logistics data, including receiving data, outgoing data, inspection data, delivery completion data, and receipt data collected from a warehouse management system and a transportation management system, on a blockchain network, and calculates credit evaluation indicators for each trading entity based on said logistics data to perform linked operations such as advance settlement of accounts receivable, digital warehouse receipt finance, provision of dynamic finance limits, recycling matching, and funding, thereby controlling and managing the flow of funds generated during the distribution process of agricultural and fishery products based on data. Background Technology

[0002] The agricultural and fisheries distribution industry features a complex structure involving multi-stage connections between producers, processors, buyers, and consumers; however, despite the volume of transactions, the systematic utilization of logistics data generated during the processes of receiving, shipping, inspection, delivery, and acceptance is currently insufficient. In particular, because agricultural and fisheries products are subject to significant value volatility due to factors such as freshness degradation, seasonality, quality variations by item, and storage conditions, it is difficult to accurately reflect actual transaction execution capabilities or distribution risks using only existing static financial statements or financial evaluation methods centered on individual creditworthiness.

[0003] As a result, producers and distributors participating in the distribution of agricultural and fishery products face liquidity shortages due to low financial accessibility, forcing them to rely on high-interest financial products or experience delays in collecting accounts receivable, despite actually conducting normal transactions. Conversely, buyers are also facing continuous financial pressure due to prepayment or long-term settlement structures.

[0004] Meanwhile, existing financial services such as accounts receivable factoring, secured loans, and credit limits often rely on sales ledgers or contracts submitted by the parties involved. This presents limitations, as it makes it difficult to verify fictitious sales or unfulfilled transactions and to confirm the status of logistics execution in real time. Furthermore, in the case of movable assets such as agricultural and marine products stored in warehouses, the reliability of collateral value assessment is compromised because quality deterioration due to the passage of storage time and environmental conditions cannot be quantitatively reflected.

[0005] Furthermore, despite the large volume of agricultural and fishery products that are difficult to distribute normally due to external issues or oversupply, there is a lack of systematic platforms capable of efficiently matching these products with processing companies for reprocessing or creating added value through linkage with consumer funding. This situation acts as a factor that exacerbates inefficiencies in the overall distribution system, along with an increase in the amount of agricultural and fishery product waste.

[0006] Furthermore, as agricultural and fisheries product distribution, finance, and payment functions operate as separate systems, there are limitations in integrally managing fund flows within the platform or implementing a closed-loop capital circulation structure by monitoring deposit and withdrawal records and deposit amounts in real time. In such a fragmented structure, the linkage between logistics and financial data is restricted, making it difficult to effectively implement data-driven dynamic credit assessment and financial control.

[0007] Accordingly, there is a growing need for a new type of logistics data-based agricultural and fishery product distribution and finance linkage platform system and method that can reliably manage logistics data collected from warehouse management systems and transportation management systems, and organically link credit evaluation, financial processing, recycling matching, funding, and integrated payment based on said logistics data to control and manage the flow of funds and risks throughout the entire agricultural and fishery product distribution process based on data. [0047] The recycle matching unit (60) may be configured to receive information from the producer terminal (1) regarding agricultural and fishery products that are difficult to distribute normally due to external problems or excess harvest yield, and may determine whether the item, condition, and quantity of the agricultural and fishery products correspond to the range of items and processing capacity of the processing company database stored in the processing company terminal (2). Based on the determination result, the recycle matching unit (60) may calculate a priority that comprehensively considers geographical distance, processing costs, and processing schedule to match a suitable processing company, thereby enabling the reprocessing and distribution of agricultural and fishery products scheduled for disposal.

[0048] The funding management unit (70) may be configured to receive a request for funding participation for agricultural and fishery products from a consumer terminal (4), and may be configured to transmit a production instruction to a producer terminal (1) when the funding target amount is achieved. The funding management unit (70) may control the distribution of sales revenue of the produced agricultural and fishery products to funding participants, thereby forming a structure in which consumers participate in the production and distribution process.

[0049] The integrated payment unit (80) may be configured to include a B2B membership payment module, a farmer wallet module, and a logistics card module, and can process various payments and settlements occurring within the platform in an integrated manner. The B2B membership payment module may be configured to provide pre-set points upon prepaid charging, and the farmer wallet module may be configured to convert settlement funds into points and pay them the next day, and to provide discount benefits when purchasing agricultural materials. The logistics card module may manage the purpose of fund usage by paying transportation fees in points but restricting their use to designated locations only. Here, points and points may refer to internal payment methods that are linked to cash but designed to be used preferentially within the platform.

[0050] The fund management unit (90) can be configured to collect deposit and withdrawal details in real time from the financial processing unit (50), funding management unit (70), and integrated payment unit (80), and can continuously monitor the total deposit amount and fund liquidity within the platform. The fund management unit (90) can implement a closed fund circulation structure in which funds are not unnecessarily leaked out of the platform by mediating and controlling the movement of funds between each module, thereby ensuring the stability and sustainability of platform operations.

[0051] In addition, a blockchain processing unit (30) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be configured to sequentially collect logistics data through a first tracking module (31) that collects shipment data from a production site, a second tracking module (32) that collects incoming and outgoing data from a logistics base, and a third tracking module (33) that collects acceptance data from a final buyer, verify whether the logistics data at each stage collected from the first tracking module (31), the second tracking module (32), and the third tracking module (33) has continuity and consistency, execute automatic verification of the logistics data and automatic payment when transaction conditions are met through a smart contract module (34), and prevent tampering with data by immutably recording the incoming data, outgoing data, inspection data, delivery completion data, and acceptance receipt data together with a timestamp in a distributed ledger of a blockchain network.

[0052] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the blockchain processing unit (30) may be configured to track and verify the flow of logistics data step by step from the generation stage to the final transaction completion stage, and to this end, it may be configured to include a first tracking module (31), a second tracking module (32), a third tracking module (33), and a smart contract module (34).

[0053] The first tracking module (31) may be configured to collect shipment data generated at the time of shipment from the production site, and the shipment data may include item information, shipment quantity, shipment time, and shipment location information transmitted from the producer terminal (1) or a system linked to the production site. The first tracking module (31) may be configured to assign a unique identifier along with a timestamp at the time of data generation to identify that the shipment data is source data generated at the initial logistics stage.

[0054] The second tracking module (32) may be configured to collect incoming data and outgoing data from a warehouse or distribution center corresponding to a logistics hub, and the incoming data and outgoing data may be automatically collected by linking with a warehouse management system or a transportation management system. The second tracking module (32) may be configured to verify whether the incoming data and outgoing data have temporal and quantitative continuity with the outgoing data collected by the first tracking module (31), thereby preventing some steps in the logistics process from being omitted or arbitrarily manipulated.

[0055] The third tracking module (33) may be configured to collect acceptance data generated at the time of acceptance by the final buyer, and said acceptance data may be received from the buyer terminal (3) or consumer terminal (4) in the form of acceptance receipt data. The third tracking module (33) can finally confirm whether the goods have been delivered by comparing and verifying whether said acceptance data matches the delivery completion data.

[0056] The blockchain processing unit (30) may be configured to verify whether the logistics data collected step by step through the first tracking module (31), the second tracking module (32), and the third tracking module (33) has continuity in chronological order, whether the change in quantity between each step is within a reasonable range, and whether it maintains consistency as data for the same transaction. Here, continuity may mean that the logistics data of the previous step and the logistics data of the next step are connected without being disconnected temporally or logically, and consistency may mean a state in which there is no mutually contradictory data for the same transaction.

[0057] The smart contract module (34) may be configured to automatically determine whether transaction conditions are met based on logistics data verified by the blockchain processing unit (30), and the transaction conditions may include whether delivery is completed, whether receipt of receipt is confirmed, and whether pre-set quality conditions are met. When the transaction conditions are met, the smart contract module (34) may control the initiation of an automatic payment or advance settlement procedure by transmitting a transaction completion signal to the financial processing unit (50) or the integrated payment unit (80).

[0058] The blockchain processing unit (30) can be configured to sequentially record receiving data, outgoing data, inspection data, delivery completion data, and receipt data, along with timestamps, on the distributed ledger of the blockchain network, and each data can be structurally prevented from tampering with data by forming a chain structure by connecting each data with the hash value of previously recorded data. Through this, it becomes virtually impossible to subsequently change or delete only the logistics data of a specific stage.

[0059] The blockchain processing unit (30) configured in this way can manage the entire process from the creation of logistics data to the completion of the transaction as a single verified data flow, thereby preventing false sales or unfulfilled transactions from being included as financial processing targets in advance, and can support the credit evaluation unit (40) and the financial processing unit (50) to operate based only on reliable data.

[0060] In addition, the credit evaluation unit (40) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be configured to determine the increase in the shipment turnover rate, the increase in the delivery compliance rate, and the increase in the transaction volume as positive indicators, and the increase in the return rate and the increase in the inventory retention period as negative indicators, and to calculate the overall credit score by assigning a positive (+) weight, which is pre-set for each item, to the positive indicators and a negative (-) weight, which is pre-set for each item, to the negative indicators, and if the overall credit score rises above a pre-set first threshold, the financial limit is adjusted upward by a pre-set first ratio or the interest rate is adjusted downward by a pre-set second ratio, and if the overall credit score falls below a pre-set second threshold, the financial limit is adjusted downward by a pre-set third ratio or the interest rate is adjusted upward by a pre-set fourth ratio.

[0061] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 3, the credit evaluation unit (40) may be configured to calculate credit evaluation indicators for each trading entity based on logistics data verified and immutably recorded by the blockchain processing unit (30). Here, trading entities may be defined as including producers, processors, and buyers, and each trading entity may access the platform server (5) through a producer terminal (1), a processor terminal (2), or a buyer terminal (3).

[0062] The credit evaluation unit (40) may be configured to use only data verified by the blockchain processing unit (30) among the incoming data, outgoing data, delivery completion data, and receipt data collected through the data collection unit (20) as evaluation targets. This structurally excludes the inclusion of unconfirmed data or data with potential for manipulation in the credit evaluation.

[0063] The credit evaluation department (40) may be configured to calculate a credit evaluation index by setting at least one of the following as credit evaluation factors: the transaction fulfillment rate, the frequency of delivery delays, the success rate of receipt confirmation, and the number of cumulative transactions during the transaction period. Here, the transaction fulfillment rate may refer to the ratio of contracted transactions in which delivery and acceptance are completed normally, and the frequency of delivery delays may refer to the frequency of transactions that exceed a pre-set delivery deadline.

[0064] The credit evaluation department (40) may be configured to evaluate the credit evaluation factors comprehensively based on weights, rather than evaluating them as a single factor. In this case, the weights may be set differently depending on the characteristics of the agricultural and fishery products, the transaction volume, or the type of the trading entity. For example, the weights for transaction continuity and fulfillment rate may be set high for producers, and the weights for acceptance delay and payment history may be set high for buyers.

[0065] The credit evaluation unit (40) may be configured to update the calculated credit evaluation indicators in real time or periodically, and the update cycle may be automatically updated whenever a transaction occurs or updated in a batch processing manner at regular intervals. Through this, the latest transaction status of the transaction subject may be immediately reflected in the financial processing unit (50).

[0066] The credit evaluation unit (40) transmits the calculated credit evaluation indicators to the financial processing unit (50), thereby enabling the factoring module (51), the warehouse receipt financial module (52), or the dynamic limit provision module (53) to automatically determine whether to provide financial and the financial conditions based on the credit evaluation indicators. This allows financial provision to be performed based on actual logistics execution data, rather than relying on simple creditworthiness or external evaluations.

[0067] The credit evaluation department (40) configured in this way utilizes actual transaction execution data generated during the distribution of agricultural and fishery products as the core basis for credit evaluation, thereby enabling objective and data-based financial linkage for small-scale producers and processors who had low access to finance due to a lack of collateral or credit history.

[0068] In addition, a warehouse receipt financial module (52) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be configured to collect warehouse data including the item, grade, quantity, date of entry, storage temperature, and humidity of agricultural and fishery products received in the warehouse from a warehouse management system, tokenize the warehouse data based on NFT (Non-Fungible Token) or DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) to issue a digital warehouse receipt containing item information, grade information, quantity information, and date of entry information, continuously collect the storage temperature and humidity at set monitoring cycles, calculate the collateral value reduction rate according to the storage period and environmental conditions by referring to an item-specific quality deterioration model database, determine a collateral loan limit by adjusting the collateral recognition ratio (LTV, Loan To Value) inversely proportional to the collateral value reduction rate, and execute a collateral loan within the determined collateral loan limit range by linking with a financial institution server via API.

[0069] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 4, the financial processing unit (50) may be configured to automatically perform multiple financial services by linking the credit evaluation indicator calculated by the credit evaluation unit (40) with the logistics data verified by the blockchain processing unit (30). The financial processing unit (50) may be configured to include a factoring module (51), a warehouse receipt financial module (52), and a dynamic limit provision module (53).

[0070] The factoring module (51) may be configured to provide advance settlement financing for accounts receivable for which a transaction has been concluded but payment has not yet been completed. The factoring module (51) can verify whether the transaction has been substantially executed based on delivery completion data and receipt data recorded in the blockchain processing unit (30), and can determine the validity of the accounts receivable based on the verification result. This prevents fraudulent accounts receivable that are not accompanied by actual transactions from being included in the financing.

[0071] The warehouse receipt financial module (52) can be configured to utilize digital warehouse receipts issued for agricultural and fishery products stored at a logistics hub as financial assets. Here, a digital warehouse receipt may refer to an electronic proof that proves, based on receiving data and inspection data, that a certain quantity of agricultural and fishery products is stored at a specific logistics hub. The warehouse receipt financial module (52) can provide financing using the digital warehouse receipt as collateral after verifying whether the digital warehouse receipt is immutably recorded by the blockchain processing unit (30).

[0072] The dynamic limit provision module (53) can be configured to automatically adjust the financial provision limit according to changes in credit evaluation indicators for each transaction entity and the accumulated status of logistics data. The dynamic limit provision module (53) can increase the financial limit if the transaction fulfillment rate is maintained above a certain standard or if the number of transactions accumulates, and can decrease the financial limit if delivery delays or acceptance failures occur repeatedly. Through this, financial conditions can be flexibly changed based on real-time data rather than static standards.

[0073] The financial processing unit (50) may be configured to automatically calculate the financial types and conditions available to the transaction subject by integrating the execution results of the factoring module (51), the warehouse receipt financial module (52), and the dynamic limit provision module (53). At this time, the calculated financial conditions may be provided through the producer terminal (1), the processing company terminal (2), or the buyer terminal (3).

[0074] The financial processing unit (50) configured in this way can determine whether to execute financial transactions by combining logistics data and credit evaluation results, thereby enabling objective and automated financial linkages based on physical distribution, unlike existing financial structures where the basis for providing financial transactions is unclear or relies on subjective judgment.

[0075] In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the recycle matching unit (60) predicts the normal salesable quantity using an artificial intelligence prediction model based on the harvest quantity information and past sales history data of agricultural and fishery products received from the producer terminal (1), identifies surplus agricultural and fishery products exceeding the predicted normal salesable quantity and agricultural and fishery products that cannot be normally distributed due to external problems as agricultural and fishery products subject to reprocessing, calculates a suitability score by comparing the item, condition, quantity, and location information of the agricultural and fishery products subject to reprocessing with the processing capacity, items that can be processed, equipment ownership status, and geographical location of the processing company database, calculates a priority score by comprehensively considering the suitability score, transportation costs based on geographical distance, processing unit price, and processing schedule, selects the top N processing companies with the highest priority score as matching candidates and transmits them to the producer terminal (1) and the processing company terminal (2), and is configured to initiate funding for the reprocessed product in conjunction with the funding management unit (70) when a contract is concluded.

[0076] Referring to FIGS. 1 and FIGS. 5, the recycle matching unit (60) may be configured to perform matching between trading entities in order to convert agricultural and fishery products that were not sold in normal distribution channels into re-distribution or recyclable trading targets. Here, recycle may mean converting surplus quantities, non-standard items, or items nearing their expiration date generated during the distribution process into items for processing, resale, or other uses, rather than discarding them.

[0077] The recycle matching unit (60) may be configured to automatically identify agricultural and fishery products subject to recycle based on receiving data, inspection data, and inventory data recorded in the blockchain processing unit (30). The agricultural and fishery products subject to recycle may be defined as cases where there are no quality issues but the regular transaction conditions are not met, for example, items with weight deviations, substandard appearance specifications, or remaining shelf life may fall under this category.

[0078] The recycle matching unit (60) may be configured to generate matching candidates for a processing company terminal (2) or an alternative buyer terminal (3) based on the item characteristics, quantity, remaining shelf life, and storage location information of the agricultural and fishery products to be recycled. At this time, the processing company terminal (2) may be defined as an entity that performs a processing process where the characteristics of the raw material are more important than the appearance of the raw material, such as the production of juice, frozen food, or processed food.

[0079] The recycle matching unit (60) can be configured to compare and analyze transaction conditions between matching candidates to derive an optimal matching result that comprehensively considers transportation distance, estimated processing time, and expected transaction amount. Through this, matching that considers both logistics efficiency and resource utilization simultaneously, rather than simple price-first matching, can be made possible.

[0080] The recycle matching unit (60) can control the transaction information to be transmitted to the blockchain processing unit (30) and recorded as a new transaction when a transaction is established based on the matching result. The recycle transaction data generated at this time can be managed as a separate transaction type distinct from existing transactions, and can subsequently be used as evaluation target data for the credit evaluation unit (40) and the financial processing unit (50).

[0081] The recycling matching unit (60) configured in this way can minimize the amount of waste generated during the distribution of agricultural and fishery products and convert the amount that was excluded from the existing distribution structure into new economic value, thereby improving the profitability of producers and processors and increasing the efficiency of the entire distribution system.

[0082] Meanwhile, referring further to FIG. 6, a logistics data-based agricultural and fishery product distribution and financial linkage method according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a platform server (5), a producer terminal (1), a processing company terminal (2), a buyer terminal (3), and a consumer terminal (4), wherein the method comprises: (a) a step in which the platform server (5) collects logistics data including receiving data, outgoing data, inspection data, delivery completion data, and receipt data from a warehouse management system (WMS) and a transportation management system (TMS) at predetermined collection cycles; (b) a step in which the platform server (5) assigns a timestamp to the collected logistics data to record it immutably in a distributed ledger of a blockchain network, and automatically verifies whether the logistics data has been tampered with or forged through a smart contract; (c) A step in which the platform server (5) extracts credit evaluation indicators including return rate, inventory turnover rate, delivery compliance rate, outbound turnover rate, and inventory retention period from the logistics data, and calculates a comprehensive credit score for each trading entity by applying a pre-set weight to the credit evaluation indicators; (d) A step in which the platform server (5) recalculates and adjusts financial limits and interest rates at pre-set update cycles based on the comprehensive credit score; (e) A step in which the consumer terminal (4) transmits a request to participate in funding for desired agricultural and fishery products to the platform server; (f) A step in which the platform server (5) transmits a production instruction to the producer terminal when the funding target amount is achieved; (g) A step in which the producer terminal (1) transmits information on agricultural and fishery products subject to reprocessing that have surplus or external problems after production is completed to the platform server (5); (h) A platform server (5) compares the item, condition, and quantity of the agricultural and fishery products to be reprocessed with a processing company database to match a suitable processing company, and transmits the matching result to a producer terminal (1) and a processing company terminal (2);(i) a step in which a buyer terminal (3) transmits a prepaid top-up or payment request to a platform server (5), and the platform server (5) provides points or accumulated funds; (j) a step in which the platform server (5) generates Float revenue by operating deposits generated while the points and accumulated funds provided in step (i) are circulating within the platform; and (k) a step in which the platform server (5) pre-settles accounts receivable for which transaction completion has been confirmed by the delivery completion data and receipt data according to the transaction type, executes a collateral loan by issuing a digital warehouse receipt for agricultural and fishery products stored in a warehouse based on NFT or DLT, or provides a credit limit according to the financial limit adjusted in step (d).

[0083] The producer terminal (1), processing company terminal (2), buyer terminal (3), and consumer terminal (4) can be interconnected and operated around the platform server (5). The platform server (5) can transmit and receive data to and from each terminal and external system through the communication unit (10).

[0084] First, the platform server (5) can automatically collect logistics data, including incoming data, outgoing data, inspection data, delivery completion data, and receipt data from the warehouse management system and the transportation management system through the data collection unit (20) at preset collection cycles. At this time, the logistics data can be collected as structured data so that transaction units, logistics stages, and time information are clearly distinguished.

[0085] The platform server (5) can assign a timestamp to the collected logistics data through the blockchain processing unit (30) and record it immutably on the distributed ledger of the blockchain network. In addition, by automatically verifying whether the logistics data has been tampered with using the smart contract module (34), the possibility of false inflow / outflow or false sales can be prevented in advance.

[0086] The platform server (5) can extract credit evaluation indicators, including return rate, inventory turnover rate, delivery compliance rate, outbound turnover rate, and inventory retention period, from the logistics data through the credit evaluation unit (40). The credit evaluation indicators can be calculated as a comprehensive credit score for each trading entity through a weighted sum operation with pre-set weights applied to reflect the characteristics of each item.

[0087] The platform server (5) controls the financial processing unit (50) based on the comprehensive credit score, thereby recalculating and adjusting the financial limit and interest rate at each preset update cycle. Through this, the actual logistics performance of the transaction entity can be reflected in the financial conditions in real-time or near-real-time.

[0088] Meanwhile, the consumer terminal (4) can transmit a request to participate in funding for the desired agricultural and fishery product to the platform server (5) through the communication unit (10). The platform server (5) manages the accumulated funding participation request through the funding management unit (70), and when the funding target amount is achieved, it can transmit a production instruction to the producer terminal (1).

[0089] When there is a surplus of agricultural or fishery products after production is completed or there are products with external issues, the producer terminal (1) can identify the agricultural or fishery products as products to be reprocessed and transmit the relevant information to the platform server (5). The platform server (5) can match a suitable processing company by comparing the item, condition, and quantity of the agricultural or fishery products to be reprocessed with the processing company database through the recycle matching unit (60), and transmit the matching result to the producer terminal (1) and the processing company terminal (2).

[0090] The buyer terminal (3) may transmit a prepaid top-up or payment request to the platform server (5) to proceed with the transaction, and the platform server (5) may provide points or accumulated funds through the integrated payment unit (80). At this time, the points and accumulated funds may be managed to be used restrictively within the platform through the B2B membership payment module, the farm wallet module, and the logistics card module.

[0091] The platform server (5) can generate Float revenue by managing the deposits generated while the points and accumulated funds circulate within the platform through the integrated payment unit (80). Here, Float revenue may refer to financial revenue generated by managing the deposits temporarily held by the platform server (5) due to the time difference between the payment or settlement time.

[0092] Finally, the platform server (5) can perform various financial processing according to the transaction type through the financial processing unit (50). For example, if the completion of a transaction is confirmed by delivery completion data and receipt data, accounts receivable can be pre-settled through the factoring module (51), and for agricultural and fishery products stored in a warehouse, a digital warehouse receipt can be issued based on NFT or DLT through the warehouse receipt financial module (52) to execute a collateral loan, and a credit limit can be provided through the dynamic limit provision module (53) according to the financial limit adjusted by the credit evaluation unit (40).

[0093] Additionally, according to one embodiment of the present invention, step (c) comprises: (c-1) a step in which a platform server (5) determines that an increase in the shipment turnover rate, an increase in the delivery compliance rate, and an increase in transaction volume are positive indicators, and determines that an increase in the return rate and an increase in the inventory retention period are negative indicators; and (c-2) a step in which a platform server (5) calculates the comprehensive credit score by assigning a positive (+) weight, which is pre-set for each item, to the positive indicators and a negative (-) weight, which is pre-set for each item, to the negative indicators, and the step (d) comprises: (d-1) a step in which a platform server (5) adjusts the financial limit upward by a pre-set first ratio or adjusts the interest rate downward by a pre-set second ratio when the comprehensive credit score rises above a pre-set first threshold; and (d-2) the platform server (5) may be configured to include the step of lowering the financial limit by a preset third ratio or raising the interest rate by a preset fourth ratio when the overall credit score falls below a preset second threshold.

[0094] The platform server (5) can perform the process of quantifying logistics performance data and automatically adjusting financial conditions, centered on the credit evaluation unit (40). In this case, credit evaluation in the present invention may mean calculating transaction reliability based on actual logistics execution results, rather than traditional credit evaluation based on financial statements.

[0095] The platform server (5) can calculate changes in the outbound turnover rate, delivery compliance rate, and transaction volume by analyzing outbound data, delivery completion data, and receipt data collected through the data collection unit (20). The platform server (5) can classify an increase in the outbound turnover rate, an increase in the delivery compliance rate, and an increase in transaction volume as positive indicators by determining that the transaction execution capability has improved.

[0096] The platform server (5) can analyze return data and inventory data to calculate an increase in the return rate and an increase in the inventory retention period, and the increase in the return rate and the increase in the inventory retention period can be classified as negative indicators by determining that they indicate transaction instability or poor inventory management. By clearly distinguishing between positive and negative indicators in this way, objectivity and consistency in credit evaluation can be ensured.

[0097] The platform server (5) can calculate a comprehensive credit score for each trading entity by performing a weighted sum operation through the credit evaluation unit (40), by assigning a pre-set positive (+) weight to the positive indicators and a pre-set negative (-) weight to the negative indicators. Here, the item-specific weight may refer to a coefficient to reflect that even for the same indicator, the degree of influence on creditworthiness varies depending on the characteristics of the item, such as fresh agricultural products, stored agricultural products, or processed raw materials.

[0098] The platform server (5) can determine whether to adjust financial conditions by comparing the calculated comprehensive credit score with a preset first threshold and a preset second threshold. If the comprehensive credit score rises above the first threshold, the platform server (5) can control the financial processing unit (50) to increase the financial limit by a preset first ratio or decrease the interest rate by a preset second ratio. Through this, favorable financial conditions can be automatically provided to a trading entity with excellent trading performance.

[0099] Conversely, if the overall credit score falls below the second threshold, the platform server (5) can control the financial processing unit (50) to lower the financial limit by a preset third ratio or raise the interest rate by a preset fourth ratio. By doing so, financial exposure to trading entities with increased trading risk can be automatically limited, thereby maintaining the financial stability of the entire platform.

[0100] In this way, the platform server (5) can implement an automatic adjustment structure in which the results of logistics execution are reflected in financial conditions in real-time or near-real-time, and this can provide a technical effect that is clearly distinguishable from a static credit evaluation method.

[0101] In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, when executing a collateral loan by issuing a digital warehouse receipt in step (k), (k-1) a platform server (5) collects warehouse data including the item, grade, quantity, date of entry, storage temperature, and humidity of agricultural and fishery products received in the warehouse from a warehouse management system; (k-2) a platform server (5) tokenizes the warehouse data based on NFT (Non-Fungible Token) or DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) and issues a digital warehouse receipt including item information, grade information, quantity information, and date of entry information; (k-3) a platform server (5) continuously collects the storage temperature and humidity at preset monitoring cycles and calculates a collateral value reduction rate according to the storage period and environmental conditions by referring to an item-specific quality deterioration model database; and (k-4) the platform server (5) may be configured to include the step of determining a collateral loan limit by adjusting the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio inversely proportional to the collateral value reduction rate, and executing a collateral loan within the determined collateral loan limit range by linking with the financial institution server via API.

[0102] The platform server (5) can perform a series of processing steps centered on the warehouse receipt finance module (52) to execute finance by utilizing agricultural and fishery products stored in the warehouse as collateral assets. At this time, a digital warehouse receipt may refer to a tokenized proof means issued to prove the storage status and rights information of physical agricultural and fishery products in an electronic form.

[0103] The platform server (5) can collect basic warehouse data including the item, grade, quantity, and date of entry of agricultural and fishery products received in the warehouse from the warehouse management system through the data collection unit (20). In addition, the platform server (5) can collect storage temperature and humidity data together to reflect the storage environment, and the storage temperature and humidity data can be collected in the form of real-time sensors or periodic measurements.

[0104] The platform server (5) can issue a digital warehouse receipt by tokenizing the collected warehouse data based on NFT or DLT through the warehouse receipt financial module (52). At this time, the digital warehouse receipt must include item information, grade information, quantity information, and receiving date information of the agricultural and fishery products, and the information can be recorded in a distributed ledger through the blockchain processing unit (30) to prevent tampering.

[0105] The platform server (5) can continuously collect storage temperature and humidity at preset monitoring intervals even after a digital warehouse receipt has been issued. The platform server (5) can estimate the degree of quality deterioration of the agricultural and fishery products according to the elapsed storage period and changes in storage environmental conditions by referring to the item-specific quality deterioration model database, and calculate the collateral value reduction rate accordingly. Here, the quality deterioration model may refer to a model that quantifies the quality change pattern according to the storage period and environmental conditions of a specific item.

[0106] The platform server (5) can dynamically adjust the collateral recognition ratio, i.e., LTV, inversely proportional to the calculated collateral value reduction rate. For example, the collateral value reduction rate can be set to increase when the storage period is extended or the storage environment deviates from the standard conditions, and accordingly, the collateral recognition ratio can be automatically lowered. Through this, changes in the condition of the physical asset can be reflected in the collateral loan limit in real-time or near-real-time.

[0107] The platform server (5) can determine the collateral loan limit based on the adjusted collateral recognition ratio, and then execute a collateral loan within the collateral loan limit range by performing API integration with the financial institution server. In this process, the digital warehouse receipt can be used as a means of proving rights to the collateral asset, and whether the loan is executed and the amount executed are recorded in the blockchain processing unit (30) so that the transaction history can be managed transparently.

[0108] In this way, the platform server (5) can implement collateral financing that reflects the real-time status of agricultural and fishery products stored in the warehouse, and this can provide a technical effect that is clearly distinguishable from a static warehouse receipt-based financing method.

[0109] The usage state according to one embodiment of the logistics data-based agricultural and fishery product distribution and financial linkage platform system and method of the present invention, as described above, is as follows.

[0110] A logistics data-based agricultural and fishery product distribution and financial linkage platform system according to one embodiment of the present invention can be operated with the producer terminal (1), processing company terminal (2), buyer terminal (3), and consumer terminal (4) interconnected through the communication unit (10) centered around the platform server (5).

[0111] First, when a farmer using a producer terminal (1) registers a production plan for a specific agricultural or fishery product to the platform server (5), the information can be transmitted to the platform server (5) through the communication unit (10). Multiple consumers using a consumer terminal (4) can send a request to participate in funding for the agricultural or fishery product through the funding management unit (70), and the platform server (5) can tally in real time whether the funding target amount has been achieved.

[0112] When the funding target amount is achieved, the platform server (5) can transmit a production instruction to the producer terminal (1), and the producer terminal (1) can perform the production of agricultural and fishery products accordingly. The agricultural and fishery products that have been produced are moved to a logistics hub and managed by a warehouse management system, and the receiving data and inspection data generated during this process can be automatically collected through the data collection unit (20).

[0113] The platform server (5) can assign timestamps to the receiving data and inspection data through the blockchain processing unit (30), and sequentially collect logistics data at the production site and logistics base stages through the first tracking module (31) and the second tracking module (32) to immutably record them on the distributed ledger of the blockchain network. Subsequently, outbound data and delivery completion data generated during the outbound and delivery processes can be additionally collected through the third tracking module (33).

[0114] The buyer terminal (3) can transmit a purchase request for the agricultural and fishery products to the platform server (5), and when delivery is completed and receipt data is collected, the platform server (5) can automatically verify whether the transaction is completed through the smart contract module (34). If the transaction is confirmed to be completed, the factoring module (51) of the financial processing unit (50) can perform an advance settlement on the accounts receivable.

[0115] Meanwhile, the platform server (5) can calculate a comprehensive credit score for each trading entity by analyzing credit evaluation indicators, including the shipment turnover rate, delivery compliance rate, return rate, and inventory retention period accumulated during the transaction process, through the credit evaluation unit (40). The comprehensive credit score can be reflected in financial limits and interest rate conditions by the dynamic limit provision module (53).

[0116] Subsequently, if agricultural or fishery products that are difficult to distribute normally occur at the producer terminal (1) due to excess yield or external issues, the information can be transmitted to the recycle matching unit (60). The recycle matching unit (60) can automatically match a suitable processing company by referring to the processing-capable items and processing capacity information of the processing company terminal (2), and if a match is established, a reprocessing transaction can be initiated.

[0117] The platform server (5) processes prepaid charging and payment requests from the buyer terminal (3) through the integrated payment unit (80) and can pay points and accumulated funds through the B2B membership payment module, the farm wallet module, and the logistics card module. The fund management unit (90) manages deposits generated during the circulation process of the points and accumulated funds and can maintain a closed fund circulation structure within the platform.

[0118] In addition, in another embodiment of the present invention, the platform server (5) can analyze the fluctuation trend of the comprehensive credit score calculated by the credit evaluation unit (40) along the time axis and evaluate it by distinguishing between short-term fluctuations and long-term trends. At this time, short-term fluctuations are judged as temporary logistics failures and are not reflected in the adjustment of financial conditions, while control can be exercised to reflect only the long-term trend in the adjustment of financial limits.

[0119] In addition, in another embodiment of the present invention, the blockchain processing unit (30) can automatically verify whether duplicate issuance has occurred based on item information and receiving date information in order to prevent duplicate digital warehouse receipts from being issued for the same agricultural and fishery product. This prevents the double financing of collateral assets.

[0120] In addition, in another embodiment of the present invention, the recycle matching unit (60) can use the success rate and processing completion time of past recycle transactions as learning data to calculate a reliability score for each processing company and additionally reflect the reliability score in the calculation of the matching priority.

[0121] In addition, in another embodiment of the present invention, the integrated payment unit (80) may be configured to differentially restrict the usage range of points and accumulated funds according to the transaction type, and may restrict specific points to be used only for purchasing agricultural materials, and control other points to be used only for paying logistics costs.

[0122] In addition, in another embodiment of the present invention, the fund management unit (90) can automatically control the liquidity risk of the entire platform by temporarily relaxing or restricting the financial provision conditions through the financial processing unit (50) when the total deposit amount within the platform exceeds a preset threshold.
