Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a burner and an electric furnace including the same. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, the steel material production process in the iron and steel industry can be broadly classified into a blast furnace-converter production system that uses ore as the main raw material, and an electric furnace production system that uses scrap, which is recovered or recycled after being processed from produced steel materials, as the main raw material.

[0003] And recently, as carbon neutrality has become a global issue, electric furnace processes, which generate ≤10% of the CO2 compared to blast furnace processes, are emerging as an alternative for future steel production.

[0004] Unlike a converter that receives liquid raw materials and performs oxygen blowing and oxidation refining, a general electric furnace steelmaking process utilizes high-temperature arc heat generated from electrodes to which high voltage and high current are applied to solid raw materials (scrap). Due to mutual interference between electrodes, arc deflection occurs, creating a cold spot inside the furnace.

[0005] LNG burners applied to such cold spots can be used in the melting process of solid raw materials (scrap) to assist with electrical energy and regulate the supply of uniform energy to the furnace.

[0006] The energy supplied by the burner supplements the relatively low electrical energy delivered at the projection point, i.e., the cold spot, to promote scrap melting, and allows for some direct melting near the nozzle.

[0007] Meanwhile, burners may be damaged during the process due to factors such as backfire of the combustion flame or the penetration of steelmaking slag. Conventionally, since burner components are securely fixed using methods such as welding, there is a problem in that the entire burner must be replaced even if only a part of it is damaged.

[0008] Accordingly, there is a need to develop a burner that allows oxygen and fuel to be premixed internally while minimizing replacement costs in the event of burner failure.

[0009] Meanwhile, in the case of burners, swirling members such as swirlers are used to control the flow of fluid inside.

[0010] Generally, a swirler includes multiple rotating blades and has a structure in which the blades rotate by the flow of fluid.

[0011] Since the aforementioned rotating blade is fixed to the rotation axis, there is a problem in that it is difficult to replace the swirler once it is installed, and it is difficult to further change the flow velocity through the installed swirler.

[0012] Accordingly, there is also a need to develop a burner in which the swivel component, such as the swirler, can be easily replaced. The problem to be solved

[0013] The purpose is to provide a burner and an electric furnace including the same, which allows for easy replacement of parts and minimizes replacement costs in the event of part damage, in order to solve the problems of the aforementioned conventional technology.

[0047] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.

[0048] FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a cross-section of an electric furnace according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0049] Referring to FIG. 1, an electric furnace (1000) can accommodate raw material (M) inside and heat and melt the raw material (M) using electric energy. The raw material (M) may consist of at least one selected from metals or alloys, direct reduced iron (DRI), ore-based iron sources (OBMs: Ore Based Materials), and low-grain scrap.

[0050] The electric furnace (1000) may include a melting furnace (100), an alternating current electrode member (200), and a burner (300).

[0051] The melting furnace (100) may include a receiving member (110) and a cover member (120). The receiving member (110) receives raw material (M), and the received raw material (M) can be heated within the receiving member (110).

[0052] The receiving member (110) may be made of a metal material that is heat-resistant and fire-resistant so as not to be damaged even in a high-temperature environment. The receiving member (110) may be provided with an opening (111) that allows the raw material (M) to be loaded into the receiving member (110).

[0053] FIG. 1 illustrates a case where raw material (M) is contained within a receiving member (110). Raw material (M) can be contained within the receiving member (110). When the raw material (M) is melted, molten steel can be produced, and slag can be formed on the upper surface of the molten steel.

[0054] The cover member (120) opens and closes the opening (111). The cover member (120) is located above the receiving member (110) and can be provided in a shape that covers the opening (111).

[0055] The cover member (120) may be made of a metal material that is heat-resistant and fire-resistant so as not to be damaged even in a high-temperature environment. The cover member (120) may be made of the same material as the receiving member (110), but is not limited thereto.

[0056] The alternating current electrode member (200) may be positioned on the upper part of the electric furnace (1000). The alternating current electrode member (200) may be provided on the cover member (120). One side of the alternating current electrode member (200) may be positioned outside the melting furnace (100), and the other side may be positioned inside the melting furnace (100).

[0057] The alternating current electrode member (200) can apply electrical energy to the raw material (M) loaded into the receiving member (110). Through the electrical energy applied by the alternating current electrode member (200), the raw material (M) in the receiving member (110) can be melted.

[0058] Although not limited thereto, for example, the alternating current electrode member (200) can cause an arc to be generated between the alternating current electrode member (200) and the loaded raw material (M) to melt the loaded raw material (M).

[0059] The alternating current electrode member (200) may include a first alternating current electrode rod (210), a second alternating current electrode rod (220), and a third alternating current electrode rod (230). Through the first alternating current electrode rod (210), the second alternating current electrode rod (220), and the third alternating current electrode rod (230), three-phase alternating current may be applied to the alternating current electrode member (200).

[0060] Each of the first alternating current electrode rod (210), the second alternating current electrode rod (220), and the third alternating current electrode rod (230) can be connected to a power source (not shown) that supplies electrical energy so as to provide three-phase alternating current.

[0061] The burner (300) can assist in the melting of the raw material (M) by blowing fuel and an oxidizer into the electric furnace and supplying a flame. In other words, the melting time of the raw material (M) can be shortened by the flame supplied by the burner (300) as well as by the heat generated by the fixed alternating current electrode member (200).

[0062] In addition, raw material (M) located in an area that cannot be reached by the heat generated by the alternating current electrode member (200) can be preheated and melted by the burner (300), thereby shortening the total melting time of the raw material (M).

[0063] To explain the burner (300) in more detail, FIGS. 2 to 5 are referenced.

[0064] FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating an assembled burner according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of a burner according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA′ in FIG. 2. FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view of a cylinder extension and a first pivot member according to an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 5, for convenience of explanation, the remaining components other than the cylinder extension and the first pivot member have been omitted.

[0065] Referring further to FIGS. 2 to 5, the burner (300) may include a first cylinder (310), a second cylinder (320), a first gas supply unit (330), a second gas supply unit (340), a cylinder extension unit (350), a mixing unit (360), a first pivot member (370), and a second pivot member (380).

[0066] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first cylinder (310) and the second cylinder (320) may be extended in a first direction (DR1). The first cylinder (310) and the second cylinder (320) may have a hollow interior to provide a path for the first gas (1) and the second gas (2) to flow through.

[0067] In the following description, the first cylinder (310) and the second cylinder (320) are described as having a cylindrical shape with a hollow interior, but are not limited thereto and any shape is acceptable as long as it can provide a path for the first gas (1) and the second gas (2) to flow through.

[0068] The first gas (1) may include an oxidizing agent. For example, the first gas (1) may include oxygen (O2) gas, but is not limited thereto.

[0069] The second gas (2) may include fuel. For example, the second gas (2) may include at least one selected from natural gas (LNG, Liquefied natural gas), hydrogen gas (H2), coke oven gas (COG), and ammonia (NH3) gas, but is not limited thereto.

[0070] The first gas (1) and the second gas (2) can flow through separate paths. To this end, the first cylinder (310) may be placed inside the second cylinder (320). That is, the second cylinder (320) may be formed on the outside of the first cylinder (310). In the following description, the first cylinder (310) and the second cylinder (320) are described as having the same central axis (AX), but are not limited thereto.

[0071] By forming a second cylinder (320) on the outside of the first cylinder (310), the first gas (1) can flow inside the first cylinder (310), and the second gas (2) can flow between the outer surface of the first cylinder (310) and the inner surface of the second cylinder (320).

[0072] When the first gas (1) and the second gas (2) flow through separate paths, the first gas (1) and the second gas (2) may be first mixed and combusted inside the first cylinder (310) or the second cylinder (320) rather than at the designed mixing point, thereby suppressing or preventing them from being combusted.

[0073] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second cylinder (320) may protrude in a first direction (DR1) more than the first cylinder (310). By protruding the second cylinder (320) more than the first cylinder (310), the first pivot member (370) and the second pivot member (380) may be positioned in an overlapping position. A detailed explanation thereof will be provided later.

[0074] According to one embodiment of the present invention, one end of the first gas supply unit (330) may be connected to the first cylinder (310). The first cylinder (310) may receive the first gas (1) through the first gas supply unit (330). The received first gas (1) may flow inside the first cylinder (310) along the first direction (DR1).

[0075] The first gas supply unit (330) may be positioned at the rear of the first cylinder (310) with respect to the first direction (DR1). For example, the first gas supply unit (330) may be positioned at the rear end of the first cylinder (310) and coupled with the first cylinder (310). However, it is not limited to this, and any method is acceptable as long as the first gas (1) can be supplied into the first cylinder (310).

[0076] When the first gas supply unit (330) is positioned at the rear end of the first cylinder (310), the first gas (1) may flow more smoothly in the first direction (DR1) from the first cylinder (310).

[0077] According to one embodiment of the present invention, one end of the second gas supply unit (340) may be connected to the second cylinder (320). The second cylinder (320) may receive the second gas (2) through the second gas supply unit (340). The received second gas (2) may flow inside the second cylinder (320) along the first direction (DR1).

[0078] The second gas supply unit (340) may be positioned at the rear of the second cylinder (320) with respect to the first direction (DR1). For example, the second cylinder (320) may have a through hole (HTH) defined in the side wall located at the rear with respect to the first direction (DR1), so that the second cylinder (320) can receive the second gas (2) from the second gas supply unit (340) through the through hole (HTH).

[0079] When the second gas supply unit (340) is connected to the second cylinder (320) through the side wall penetration hole (HTH), the arrangement of the first gas supply unit (330) and the second gas supply unit (340) may be easier.

[0080] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the through holes (HTH) may be formed in multiple numbers. In other words, the second cylinder (320) may receive the second gas (2) through multiple second gas supply units (340).

[0081] By supplying the second gas (2) to the second cylinder (320) through multiple second gas supply units (340), it is possible to suppress or prevent the second gas (2) from being supplied to one side of the second cylinder (320) in a biased manner.

[0082] Furthermore, if additional components such as an electric furnace cooling facility (not shown) are placed around the burner (300), the second gas (2) can be supplied more smoothly to the second cylinder (320) while being placed so as not to overlap with the additional components.

[0083] However, it is not limited to this, and any structure in which the second gas supply unit (340) can supply the second gas (2) inside the second cylinder (320) is acceptable.

[0084] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cylinder extension (350) may be positioned in front of the first cylinder (310), i.e., in the first direction (DR1), and may be coupled with the first cylinder (310).

[0085] The cylinder extension (350) can receive the first gas (1) from the first cylinder (310). The cylinder extension (350) can provide a path for the first gas (1) to be discharged to the mixing section (360).

[0086] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cylinder extension (350) may protrude in a first direction (DR1) from the second cylinder (320).

[0087] Through this, the first gas (1) discharged from the cylinder extension (350) and the second gas (2) gathered in the direction of the central axis (AX) by the first part (362) of the mixing part (360) can be smoothly mixed inside the mixing part (360). A detailed explanation of this will be provided later. Meanwhile, the inner diameter of the cylinder extension (350) is maintained constant along the first direction (DR1), and the outer surface of the cylinder extension (350) may include a tapered section in which the outer diameter gradually decreases along the first direction (DR1) in a part of the section provided within the mixing part (360), and the thickness becomes thinner as it moves forward. Due to the tapered section, it may be easier for the second gas (2) to be guided in the direction of the central axis (AX) of the cylinder extension (350).

[0088] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first cylinder (310) and the cylinder extension (350) may form a first flow path (10). That is, the first flow path (10) may be defined by the inner surface of the first cylinder (310) and the cylinder extension (350). The first flow path (10) may provide a path through which the first gas (1) flows.

[0089] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cylinder extension (350) may include a first fastening part (351). The first fastening part (351) may be disposed at the end of the cylinder extension (350) and may be coupled with the first cylinder (310).

[0090] That is, a first fastening part (351) is positioned between the first cylinder (310) and the cylinder extension part (350), so that the first cylinder (310) and the cylinder extension part (350) can be joined through the first fastening part (351).

[0091] The first cylinder (310) and the cylinder extension (350) can be combined in a separable structure. That is, the first fastening part (351) connecting the first cylinder (310) and the cylinder extension (350) can be a structure that allows for easy connection and separation.

[0092] The first fastening part (351) is provided at the joint portion between the first cylinder (310) and the cylinder extension part (350), and is embedded so as not to protrude from the inner and outer surfaces of the first cylinder (310), thereby allowing the first cylinder (310) and the cylinder extension part (350) to be joined. For example, the first fastening part (351) can join the first cylinder (310) and the cylinder extension part (350) using a set screw method. For example, the first fastening part (351) may include a headless bolt to bolt the first cylinder (310) and the cylinder extension part (350).

[0093] When the first fastening part (351) connects the first cylinder (310) and the cylinder extension part (350) in a set screw manner, the first fastening part (351) can minimize the influence on the first gas (1) flowing inside the first flow path (10) and the second gas (2) flowing outside the first cylinder (310) and the cylinder extension part (350).

[0094] That is, by fastening the first cylinder (310) and the cylinder extension (350) by means of a headless bolt, the formation of irregularities on the outer or inner surface of the first cylinder (310) and the cylinder extension (350) can be minimized, and thereby, fluctuations in the flow of the first gas (1) and the second gas (2) can be suppressed or prevented.

[0095] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the mixing part (360) is coupled to the front of the second cylinder (320) with respect to the first direction (DR1) so that a through hole (H) can be defined.

[0096] The mixing section (360) receives the second gas (2) from the second cylinder (320) and can provide a space inside through which the second gas (2) flows.

[0097] The mixing section (360) may protrude in a first direction (DR1) from the cylinder extension section (350). That is, one end of the cylinder extension section (350) may be placed on the through hole (H) of the mixing section (360).

[0098] Through this, the mixing section (360) can receive the first gas (1) from the cylinder extension section (350) and provide a space where the first gas (1) and the second gas (2) are mixed.

[0099] A combustion flame can be formed inside the mixing section (360) by the mixed first gas (1) and second gas (2). The formed combustion flame can be sprayed to the outside of the burner (300) through the through hole (H).

[0100] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a first cylinder (310), a second cylinder (320), a cylinder extension (350), and a mixing section (360) may form a second flow path (20). That is, the second flow path (20) may be defined by the outer surface of the first cylinder (310), the inner surface of the second cylinder (320), the outer surface of the cylinder extension (350), and the inner surface of the mixing section (360). The second flow path (20) may provide a path through which the second gas (2) flows.

[0101] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the mixing part (360) may include a second fastening part (361). The second fastening part (361) may be disposed at the end of the mixing part (360) and coupled with a second cylinder (320).

[0102] That is, a second fastening part (361) is positioned between the second cylinder (320) and the mixing part (360), so that the second cylinder (320) and the mixing part (360) can be combined through the second fastening part (361).

[0103] The second cylinder (320) and the mixing part (360) can be combined in a separable structure. That is, the second fastening part (361) connecting the second cylinder (320) and the mixing part (360) can be a structure that allows for easy connection and separation.

[0104] For example, the second connecting part (361) can connect the second cylinder (320) and the mixing part (360) in a flange manner. As shown in FIG. 3, the second cylinder (320) includes a flange part (321), and the mixing part (360) includes a second connecting part (361) in the shape of a flange, so that the second cylinder (320) and the mixing part (360) can be connected through the connection of the flange part (321) and the second connecting part (361).

[0105] When the second connecting part (361) connects the second cylinder (320) and the mixing part (360) in a flange manner, the second connecting part (361) can minimize the influence on the flow of the second gas (2) flowing inside the second cylinder (320) and the mixing part (360).

[0106] However, it is not limited to this, and if the second cylinder (320) and the mixing part (360) have a structure that allows for joining and separating, the second connecting part (361) may be of a different type.

[0107] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the mixing section (360) may include a first part (362) in which the size of the cross-section decreases as it moves toward the first direction (DR1) and a second part (363) in which the cross-section increases as it moves toward the first direction (DR1). Here, the cross-section is based on a plane perpendicular to the first direction (DR1).

[0108] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first part (362) may be positioned in front of the second fastening part (361) with respect to the first direction (DR1). That is, the first part (362) may extend from the second fastening part (361).

[0109] Accordingly, the second gas (2) supplied from the second cylinder (320) can have a portion of the kinetic energy flowing in the first direction (DR1) by the first part (362) with a reduced inner diameter converted into a second direction (DR2) which is a direction toward the central axis (AX).

[0110] In other words, as the second gas (2) flows in the first direction (DR1) by the first part (362), it can be gathered at the center of the mixing part (360).

[0111] The first gas (1) discharged from the cylinder extension (350) and the second gas (2) flowing along the first part (362) are mixed at the central axis (AX) of the mixing part (360) so that a combustion flame can be formed.

[0112] The second part (363) may be positioned in front of the first part (362) with respect to the first direction (DR1). That is, the second part (363) may extend from the first part (362).

[0113] Accordingly, the combustion flame formed in the first part (362) spreads widely along the side wall of the second part (363), and the width of the combustion flame being discharged can be increased.

[0114] According to one embodiment of the present invention, one end of the cylinder extension (350) may be positioned at the boundary between the first part (362) and the second part (363).

[0115] That is, the first gas (1) and the second gas (2) are gathered at the central axis (AX) of the mixing section (360) through the first section (362), so that a combustion flame can be formed from the boundary surface between the first section (362) and the second section (363), and the width of the combustion flame formed through the second section (363) can be increased.

[0116] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first pivot member (370) may be disposed on the first flow path (10). Specifically, at least a portion of the first pivot member (370) may be disposed inside the cylinder extension (350). That is, with respect to the first direction (DR1), the front of the first pivot member (370) may be located forward of the first fastening portion (351).

[0117] If the first pivot member (370) is positioned further forward than the first fastening part (351), it may be easier to separate the first pivot member (370) from the first flow path (10) separated through the first fastening part (351).

[0118] The first pivot member (370) may include a third fastening part (371) as shown in FIG. 3. The third fastening part (371) may connect the first pivot member (370) with the first cylinder (310) or the cylinder extension part (350).

[0119] Accordingly, the first pivot member (370) can be fixed and positioned inside the first Euro (10).

[0120] The third fastening part (371) can connect the cylinder extension part (350) and the first pivoting member (370) in the same way as the first fastening part (351) using a set screw method. However, it is not limited thereto, and the first pivoting member (370) can be fixed inside the first passage (10) through a fitting or a locking projection.

[0121] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cylinder extension (350) may include a recess (352) that is recessed from the inner surface of the cylinder extension (350) toward the outer surface and extends in a first direction (DR1).

[0122] The depression (352) can provide a path for the first pivot member (370) to move in the first direction (DR1).

[0123] For example, the first pivot member (370) may include a guide portion (372) as shown in FIG. 5. The guide portion (372) may protrude from the outer surface of the first pivot member (370) and extend in a first direction (DR1) and be positioned opposite to a recess.

[0124] That is, by placing the guide portion (372) on the recess (352), the first pivot member (370) can move smoothly in the first direction (DR1).

[0125] The first pivot member (370) may include a plurality of first pivot wings (373). The first pivot wings (373) can generate a pivot flow in the first gas (1) through rotation.

[0126] As the first gas (1) passes through the first swirling member (370), a swirling force may be imparted. Accordingly, a swirling flow may occur in the first gas (1).

[0127] The first gas (1) can flow in a swirling motion through the first swirling member (370), allowing the first gas (1) and the second gas (2) to be mixed more smoothly. Accordingly, the combustion flame formed in the mixing section (360) can be suppressed or prevented from undergoing incomplete combustion.

[0128] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second pivot member (380) may be disposed inside the second flow path (20). Specifically, at least a portion of the second pivot member (380) may be disposed inside the mixing section (360). That is, with respect to the first direction (DR1), the front of the second pivot member (380) may be located ahead of the second fastening section (361).

[0129] If the second pivot member (380) is positioned further forward than the second fastening part (361), it may be easier to separate the second pivot member (380) from the second flow path (20) separated through the second fastening part (361).

[0130] The second pivot member (380) may include a fourth fastening part (381) as shown in FIG. 3. The fourth fastening part (381) may connect the second pivot member (380) with the second cylinder (320) or the mixing part (360).

[0131] Accordingly, the second pivot member (380) can be fixedly positioned inside the second Euro (20).

[0132] The fourth fastening part (381) can combine the mixing part (360) and the second pivoting member (380) in the same way as the first fastening part (351) and the third fastening part (371) using a set screw method.

[0133] However, it is not limited to this, and the second pivot member (380) may be fixed inside the second Euro (20) through a fitting or a locking projection.

[0134] The second pivot member (380) may include a plurality of second pivot wings (382). The second pivot wings (382) can generate a pivot flow in the second gas (2) through rotation.

[0135] As the second gas (2) passes through the second swirling member (380), a swirling force may be imparted. Accordingly, a swirling flow may occur in the second gas (2).

[0136] The second gas (2) can flow in a swirling motion through the second swirling member (380), allowing the first gas (1) and the second gas (2) to be mixed more smoothly. Accordingly, the combustion flame formed in the mixing section (360) can be suppressed or prevented from undergoing incomplete combustion.

[0137] As the cross-sectional size of the first part (362) decreases, one end of the second pivot member (380) can be fixed at the boundary between the second fastening part (361) and the first part (362).

[0138] However, it is not limited thereto and may include a recessed portion extending in the first direction (DR1) from the inner surface of the mixing portion (360) toward the outer surface, and a guide portion protruding from the outer surface of the second pivoting member (380) and extending in the first direction (DR1).

[0139] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the burner (300) includes a first pivot member (370) and a second pivot member (380) so that the mixing of the first gas (1) and the second gas (2) is performed smoothly, and the connection and separation between the burner (300) parts can be easily performed through the first connecting part (351), the second connecting part (361), the third connecting part (371), and the fourth connecting part (381).

[0140] Through this, if a part of the burner (300) fails to function normally due to damage or the like, the cost can be minimized by replacing only the damaged part instead of replacing the entire burner (300).

[0141] In addition, if you want to change the size and shape of the combustion flame generated in the burner (300), the replacement cost can be minimized by selectively replacing at least one of the mixing part (360), the first swirling member (370), and the second swirling member (380).

[0142] Other embodiments are described below. In the following embodiments, the description of components identical to those already described is omitted or simplified, and the explanation focuses on the differences.

[0143] FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view of a burner according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0144] Referring to FIG. 6, the burner (300_1) according to one embodiment of the present invention differs from the embodiments of FIG. 1 to 5 in that it further includes a fifth fastening part (331_1) and a sixth fastening part (341_1).

[0145] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first gas supply unit (330_1) may include a fifth connecting unit (331_1). The fifth connecting unit (331_1) is positioned between the first cylinder (310_1) and the first gas supply unit (330_1) to connect the first cylinder (310_1) and the first gas supply unit (330_1). That is, the first gas supply unit (330_1) can be connected to the first cylinder (310_1) through the fifth connecting unit (331_1).

[0146] The first cylinder (310_1) and the first gas supply unit (330_1) can be combined in a separable structure. That is, the fifth connecting part (331_1) connecting the first cylinder (310_1) and the first gas supply unit (330_1) can be a structure that allows for easy connection and separation.

[0147] For example, the fifth fastening part (331_1) can connect the first cylinder (310_1) and the first gas supply part (330_1) in a flange manner. The end of the side wall of the first cylinder (310_1) includes a first threaded part (311_1), and the first gas supply part (330_1) includes a fifth fastening part (331_1) in the shape of a flange, so that the first cylinder (310_1) and the first gas supply part (330_1) can be connected through the connection of the first threaded part (311_1) and the fifth fastening part (331_1).

[0148] When the fifth connecting part (331_1) connects the first cylinder (310_1) and the first gas supply part (330_1) in a flange manner, the fifth connecting part (331_1) can minimize the influence on the flow of the first gas (1) flowing inside the first cylinder (310).

[0149] However, it is not limited to this, and as long as the first cylinder (310_1) and the first gas supply unit (330_1) have a structure that allows for connection and separation, the fifth connection unit may be of a different type.

[0150] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second gas supply unit (340_1) may include a sixth connecting unit (341_1). The sixth connecting unit (341_1) is positioned between the second cylinder (320_1) and the second gas supply unit (340_1) to connect the second cylinder (320_1) and the second gas supply unit (340_1). That is, the second gas supply unit (340_1) can be connected to the second cylinder (320_1) through the sixth connecting unit (341_1).

[0151] The second cylinder (320_1) and the second gas supply unit (340_1) can be combined in a separable structure. That is, the sixth connecting part (341_1) connecting the second cylinder (320_1) and the second gas supply unit (340_1) can be a structure that allows for easy connection and separation.

[0152] For example, the sixth fastening part (341_1) can connect the second cylinder (320_1) and the second gas supply part (340_1) in a flange manner. As shown in FIG. 6, the second cylinder (320_1) includes a second threaded part (322_1) on the side wall, and the second gas supply part (340_1) includes a flange-shaped sixth fastening part (341_1), so that the second cylinder (320_1) and the second gas supply part (340_1) can be connected through the connection of the second threaded part (322_1) and the sixth fastening part (341_1).

[0153] When the sixth connecting part (341_1) connects the second cylinder (320_1) and the second gas supply part (340_1) in a flange manner, the sixth connecting part (341_1) can minimize the influence on the flow of the second gas (2) flowing inside the second cylinder (320).

[0154] However, it is not limited to this, and any other method is acceptable as long as the second cylinder (320_1) and the second gas supply unit (340_1) have a structure that allows for connection and separation.

[0155] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first cylinder (310_1) is coupled to the first gas supply unit (330_1) through the fifth connecting part (331_1), and the second cylinder (320_1) is coupled to the second gas supply unit (340_1) through the sixth connecting part (341_1), thereby making it easier to replace the burner (300_1) parts.

[0156] For example, if the first cylinder (310_1) fails to function normally due to damage or the like, the replacement cost can be minimized by replacing only the first cylinder (310_1).

[0157] FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of a burner according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a burner according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0158] Referring to FIGS. 7 and FIGS. 8, the burner (300_2) according to one embodiment of the present invention differs from the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 6 in that it further includes a flow stabilization member (390_2).

[0159] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the flow stabilization member (390_2) may be disposed on the second flow path (20). Specifically, the flow stabilization member (390_2) may be disposed in an area defined by the outer surface of the first cylinder (310) and the inner surface of the second cylinder (320).

[0160] The fluid stabilization member (390_2) may include a plurality of holes (391_2). For example, as shown in FIG. 8, circular holes may be arranged in a circular pattern, but are not limited thereto.

[0161] By including a plurality of holes (391_2) in the flow stabilization member (390_2), the second gas (2) flowing in the second flow path (20) can flow more smoothly in the first direction (DR1).

[0162] For example, as shown in FIG. 8, when the second gas supply unit (340) is positioned on the side wall of the second cylinder (320), the second gas (2) supplied to the second flow path (20) may flow irregularly.

[0163] By including a flow stabilization member (390_2) in the burner (300_2), only the second gas (2) having a flow in the first direction (DR1) can be selectively passed through.

[0164] That is, the second gas (2) is stably supplied to the mixing section (360) through the flow stabilization member (390_2), thereby suppressing or preventing the unstable formation of a combustion flame in the mixing section (360).

[0165] Although embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the attached drawings, those skilled in the art will understand that the present invention may be implemented in other specific forms without changing the technical concept or essential features thereof. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood as illustrative in all respects and not restrictive. Explanation of the symbols
