[0021] FIGS. 4 and FIGS. 5 are schematic drawings showing a garment with a built-in bra cup according to one embodiment. FIG. 4 is a schematic front view showing the inner side (inverted state) of the garment with a built-in bra cup according to the embodiment. FIG. 5 is a schematic rear view showing the inner side (inverted state) of the garment with a built-in bra cup according to the embodiment.

[0022] FIGS. 6 and 7 are schematic drawings illustrating a garment with built-in bra cups according to another embodiment. FIG. 6 is a schematic front view illustrating the inner side (inverted state) of the garment with built-in bra cups according to another embodiment. FIG. 7 is a schematic rear view illustrating the inner side (inverted state) of the garment with built-in bra cups according to another embodiment.

[0023] FIGS. 6 and 7 further include a structure that is somewhat different from the bra cup built-in garment (1) according to the embodiment described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. The bra cup built-in garment (1) according to the embodiment of FIGS. 6 and 7 will be clearly understood by combining FIGS. 1 to 7.

[0024] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 7, a garment (1) with built-in bra cups according to an embodiment is disclosed. According to the embodiment, the garment (1) with built-in bra cups may be women's clothing. For example, the outer garment part (11) may be a blouse or a dress shirt. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, the outer garment part (11) may be one of various women's clothing items such as a T-shirt or a dress.

[0025] The bra cup built-in garment (1) according to the embodiment may include an outer garment portion (11) and a bra cup (12). The bra cup built-in garment (1) may further include an overlapping processing portion (100) capable of combining the outer garment portion (11) and the bra cup (12).

[0026] The outer garment portion (11) can form the shape of a women's garment. For example, the outer garment portion (11) may include a neck opening (11a) formed in the torso portion and sleeves (11b) on both sides, and may have a shape with an open lower portion (L). According to an embodiment, the outer garment portion (11) may further include a collar (11c).

[0027] According to the embodiment, the outer garment (11) may not include buttons or zippers on the front. If buttons or zippers are provided on the garment, the wearer may experience the inconvenience of having to fasten the buttons or zippers after wearing it. For example, in the case of women's clothing, this inconvenience may be greater as the zipper is located on the back.

[0028] In contrast, the bra cup built-in garment (1) according to the embodiment does not include buttons or zippers, so the wearer can easily put it on and take it off while maintaining the original shape of the outer garment (11) through the neck insertion opening provided in the outer garment (11) without changing the shape of the outer garment (11).

[0029] The outer garment portion (11) may further include an outer garment processing portion (90). The outer garment processing portion (90) may be partially formed on various edge portions of the outer garment portion (11). Accordingly, the outer garment processing portion (90) can prevent the fabric of the outer garment portion (11) from unraveling, and the finishing (or reinforcement) of the outer garment portion (11) can be neatly formed, thereby improving durability.

[0030] According to an embodiment, the outer garment processing section (90) may be an outer garment overlock section. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, the outer garment processing section (90) may be provided according to various finishing methods applicable to the garment, such as a binding section, a French seam, or a roll hem. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0031] The outer garment processing section (90) may be formed in some area(s) of the outer garment section (11). For example, the outer garment processing section (90) may be formed around the neck insertion opening (11a). Or the outer garment processing section (90) may be formed in the lower part (L) of the outer garment section (11). Or the outer garment processing section (90) may be formed around both sleeves (11b). However, the range of formation of the outer garment processing section (90) is not necessarily limited to the examples described above.

[0032] The bra cup (12) can be embedded in the outer garment part (11). The bra cup (12) can be connected to the inner surface of the outer garment part (11). For example, the bra cup (12) can be sewn to the inner surface of the outer garment part (11) (for example, sewn by the overlapping processing part (100)) and formed integrally with the outer garment part (11).

[0033] The bra cup (12) may be provided to overlap the outer garment (11) on the inner side of the outer garment (11). The bra cup (12) may come into direct contact with the wearer's skin and may protect the wearer's chest. The bra cup (12) may be adjacent to the wearer's chest and may prevent the wearer's chest from being visible.

[0034] The bra cup (12) can be overlapped at the shoulder portion (21) and armpit portion (22) of the outer garment portion (11). The bra cup (12) can be provided to cover the wearer's chest and the area around the chest.

[0035] The bra cup (12) may further include a bra pad (13). The bra pad (13) can prevent a part of the body from being visible through the outer garment (11). The bra pad (13) may be attached to a part of the bra cup (12). For example, the bra cup (12) may further include an opening (not shown) through which the bra pad (13) is provided and can be withdrawn. The opening through which the bra pad (13) is provided and can be withdrawn may be formed in the lower part of the bra cup (12) and may be opened and closed by a zipper or Velcro. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0036] The bottom of the bra cup (12) may be secured by knitting or banding so as to be in contact with the wearer's skin. The top of the bra cup (12) may be finished independently without being secured to the outer garment part (11). However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0037] The outer garment (11) and the bra cup (12) may comprise different materials. Accordingly, the outer garment (11) and the bra cup (12) may have different elasticities. For example, the outer garment (11) may be provided with a fabric that is relatively less elastic or has no elasticity compared to the bra cup (12).

[0038] For example, the outer garment portion (11) may include a polyester fabric, and the proportion of polyester forming the outer garment portion (11) may be appropriately changed. The bra cup (12) may include a modal fiber that is soft, has moisture-absorbing properties that absorb sweat, and ensures breathability. According to an embodiment, the bra cup (12) may include a fabric that is a composite of modal fiber and spandex fiber. According to an embodiment, the fabric of the bra cup (12) may have elasticity, and accordingly, the bra cup (12) can be used by a wearer with various body structures through its close fit, so that it is not limited to the shape of the chest, maintains a flatter appearance, and provides the effect of being comfortable for activities when worn.

[0039] The outer garment part (11) and the bra cup (12) can be sewn together in at least some area and connected to each other.

[0040] According to an embodiment, the outer garment portion (11) and the bra cup (12) can be connected by an overlapping processing portion (100). Accordingly, the outer garment portion (11) and the bra cup (12) can be formed integrally by the overlapping processing portion (100).

[0041] For convenience of explanation, in the drawings, the overlapping processing section (100) is represented by a dashed line and the outer garment processing section (90) is represented by a dotted line.

[0042] According to an embodiment, the overlap processing unit (100) may be an overlap overlock unit. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, the overlap processing unit (100) may be provided according to various finishing methods applicable to clothing, such as a binding unit, a French seam, or a roll hem. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0043] The overlapping processing section (100) can be formed in a state where the outer garment section (11) and the bra cup (12) overlap each other, and accordingly, the outer garment section (11) and the bra cup (12) can be joined together. The overlapping processing section (100) can be formed on the inner side (e.g., relatively inner side) adjacent to the edge section (e.g., outermost edge section) of the bra cup (12). Accordingly, the overlapping processing section (100) can closely connect the bra cup (12) and the outer garment section (11), and the risk of the wearer feeling an uncomfortable sensation due to an incomplete finish on the inner side of the bra cup (12) can be reduced.

[0044] According to an embodiment (see FIGS. 4 to 7), the overlapping processing portion (100) may be formed within the area where the outer garment portion (11) and the bra cup (12) overlap, and may be formed around the edge area of the bra cup (12).

[0045] For example, the overlapping processing section (100) may be formed as one edge area of the bra cup (12) within an area adjacent to the armpit portion (22) of the outer garment portion (11). Additionally, the overlapping processing section (100) may be formed as one edge area of the bra cup (12) at the lower end of the bra cup (12). According to an embodiment, the overlapping processing section (100) may be formed as one edge area of the bra cup (12) within an area adjacent to the shoulder portion (21) of the outer garment portion (11).

[0046] According to an embodiment, at least a portion of the overlapping processing portion (100) may be formed within an area where finishing (or reinforcement) is required on the outer garment portion (11). For example, the outer garment portion (11) may need to be finished (or reinforced) in an area adjacent to the underarm portion (22) and the sleeve (11b). For example, when a wearer wears a garment (1) with built-in bra cups, the wearer's body, such as the arms, may move relatively frequently, and accordingly, friction of the outer garment portion (11) may frequently occur around that area. To prevent such risks, finishing (or reinforcement) may be required in the surrounding area of the outer garment portion (11), such as the underarm portion (22) and the sleeve (11b).

[0047] According to an embodiment, the area adjacent to the aforementioned underarm portion (22) and sleeve (11b) may refer to the edge portion of the bra cup (12) (or outer garment portion (11)) adjacent to the wearer's underarm position and an area within a predetermined range therefrom when the wearer wears the bra cup-embedded garment (1). For example, the area adjacent to the aforementioned underarm portion (22) and sleeve (11b) may refer to the edge portion of the bra cup (12) (or outer garment portion (11)) adjacent to the wearer's underarm position and an area within 5 cm therefrom when the wearer wears the bra cup-embedded garment (1). However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0048] According to the embodiment, the overlapping processing unit (100) can form a structure for finishing (or reinforcing) the outer garment unit (11) itself, and furthermore, can form a structure for sewing connection between the outer garment unit (11) and the bra cup (12). That is, the overlapping processing unit (100) according to the embodiment can simultaneously provide the effect of finishing (or reinforcing) the bra cup-embedded garment (1) and the effect of sewing connection between the outer garment unit (11) and the bra cup (12).

[0049] According to an embodiment (see FIG. 4 and FIG. 5), the outer garment processing section (90) may not be formed around the overlapping processing section (100). For example, if the overlapping processing section (100) is formed around the underarm section (22) and sleeve (11b) of the outer garment section (11), the outer garment processing section (90) may not be formed around the underarm section (22) and sleeve (11b). That is, according to an embodiment, only the overlapping processing section (100), not the outer garment processing section (90), may form a finishing structure around the underarm section (22) and sleeve (11b). In this case, only the overlapping processing section (100), not the outer garment processing section (90), joins the outer garment section (11) and the bra cup (12) and performs the reinforcement treatment of the outer garment section (11), so the risk of the fabrics twisting against each other can be substantially reduced.

[0050] Meanwhile, according to an embodiment (see FIG. 6 and FIG. 7), a part of the outer garment processing section (90) may be further formed adjacent to the overlapping processing section (100).

[0051] For example, before the outer garment part (11) and the bra cup (12) are sewn together to form an overlapping processing part (100), the outer garment part (11) that is prepared in advance may further include an outer garment processing part (90) formed around the area where the overlapping processing part (100) is to be formed. For example, the outer garment processing part (90) may be formed around the area adjacent to the armpit part (22) and the sleeve (11b) of the outer garment part (11).

[0052] According to an embodiment, in an area where the underarm portion (22) and the sleeve (11b) are adjacent, the outer garment processing portion (90) may be formed inwardly from the overlapping processing portion (100) with respect to the edge of the bra cup (12). However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, in an area where the underarm portion (22) and the sleeve (11b) are adjacent, the outer garment processing portion (90) may be formed outwardly from the overlapping processing portion (100).

[0053] Experimentally, multiple finishing steps may be required for the finishing (or reinforcement) of the outer garment part (11). However, according to the embodiment, only a minimum number of outer garment processing sections (90) (e.g., one) may be formed around the area where the overlapping processing section (100) is formed as a part of the outer garment part (11). In this case, when the outer garment part (11) and the bra cup (12) are sewn together later, the overlapping processing section (100) is formed so that the outer garment part (11) can be finished (or reinforced). That is, since the number of outer garment processing sections (90) for finishing the outer garment part (11) can be reduced, manufacturing convenience can be improved.

[0054] According to the embodiment, as the overlapping processing unit (100) is formed, the simplification of manufacturing steps and reduction of process costs can be achieved, and a bra cup built-in garment (1) with consistently excellent quality can be provided. This will be described later.

[0056] Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 8 and FIGS. 9, a method for manufacturing a garment (1) with a built-in bra cup according to an embodiment will be described. For convenience of explanation, content that may overlap with the previously described content will be briefly explained or not repeated.

[0057] FIG. 8 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method for manufacturing a garment with built-in bra cups according to an embodiment. FIG. 9 is a schematic diagram illustrating some steps of a method for manufacturing a garment with built-in bra cups according to an embodiment.

[0058] Referring to FIG. 8, a method for manufacturing a garment (1) with a built-in bra cup according to an embodiment may include the step of providing an outer garment part and a bra cup, respectively (S200), and the step of forming an overlapping processing part so that the outer garment part and the bra cup are connected (S400).

[0059] Referring to FIGS. 8 and 9, in the step (S200) of providing the outer garment part and the bra cup respectively, the outer garment part (11) and the bra cup (12) provided separately may be prepared.

[0060] In this step (S200), the outer garment portion (11) and the bra cup (12) may be provided separately. For example, the outer garment portion (11) may include an outer garment processing portion (90) but may not be connected to the bra cup (12). The bra cup (12) may or may not include a bra pad (13) and may not be connected to the outer garment portion (11).

[0061] According to an embodiment, combining FIGS. 4 and FIGS. 5, the outer garment portion (11) can be provided without forming a separate finishing structure (e.g., outer garment processing portion (90)) in the area where the overlapping processing portion (100) is to be formed. For example, the outer garment portion (11) can be provided so as not to include the outer garment processing portion (90) in the area adjacent to the armpit portion (22) and the sleeve (11b).

[0062] Alternatively, referring to FIGS. 6 and 7 according to an embodiment, the outer garment portion (11) may be provided to include an outer garment processing portion (90) in an area adjacent to the armpit portion (22) and the sleeve (11b). That is, the number of finishing (or reinforcement) steps required for the finishing (or reinforcement) of the outer garment portion (11) may be reduced. During the garment manufacturing process, the number of finishing (or reinforcement) steps may result in increased process costs. Ultimately, according to the embodiment, the convenience of the manufacturing process can be improved while the process steps can be simplified.

[0063] Referring to FIG. 8 and combining FIG. 4 to FIG. 7, in the step (S400) of forming an overlapping processing section so that the outer garment section and the bra cup are connected, an overlapping processing section (100) may be formed in the area where the outer garment section (11) and the bra cup (12) overlap.

[0064] In this step (S400), with the outer garment part (11) turned inside out, the bra cup (12) and the outer garment part (11) can come into contact with each other so as to overlap. The position of the bra cup (12) relative to the outer garment part (11) can be adjusted, and when the bra cup (12) and the outer garment part (11) come into contact with each other so as to overlap, the finishing process can proceed with the position of the bra cup (12) fixed so as to form an overlap processing part (100).

[0065] As previously described, the overlapping treatment portion (100) may be formed in an area where finishing (or reinforcement) treatment is required for the outer garment portion (11). For example, the overlapping treatment portion (100) may be formed around the armpit portion (22) and the sleeve (11b). Accordingly, in this step (S400), the overlapping treatment portion (100) may form a finishing (or reinforcement) treatment structure for the outer garment portion (11) while joining the outer garment portion (11) and the bra cup (12).

[0066] Experimentally, during the process of sewing the outer garment part (11) and the bra cup (12), if distortion occurs between the materials, the outer garment part (11) and the bra cup (12) may not be sewn in the intended position. For example, if additional finishing is performed to sew the outer garment part (11) and the bra cup (12) after the outer garment processing part (90) for the outer garment part (11) has been formed, a positional deviation between the additional finishing and the pre-formed outer garment processing part (90) may occur during the manufacturing process. If such risks are to be taken, the difficulty of the manufacturing process may increase, distortion between the materials may occur, the quality of the garment may be compromised, and it may be difficult to provide garments with consistent quality.

[0067] However, according to the embodiment, an overlapping processing unit (100) is formed, and the overlapping processing unit (100) can form a finishing processing structure (or reinforcement processing structure) for the outer garment unit (11) while also forming a processing structure for combining the outer garment unit (11) and the bra cup (12), so the aforementioned risk can be reduced. That is, according to the embodiment, a bra cup-embedded garment (1) having consistently excellent quality can be provided, the difficulty of the process can be improved, and the process cost required can be reduced.

[0068] Meanwhile, combining FIGS. 6 and FIGS. 7, in this step (S400), after forming an outer garment processing section (90) in a part of the outer garment section (11), an overlapping processing section (100) may be formed in an adjacent area. In this case, the outer garment processing section (90) is formed so that the outer garment section (11) can closely secure the shape of the garment, but the number of outer garment processing sections (90) may be reduced. That is, since a multi-functional overlapping processing section (100) is formed around the area where reinforcement processing is required, the number of finishing steps (e.g., overlock stitches) required for reinforcement processing on the outer garment section (11) can be reduced.

[0069] For example, if two outer garment processing sections (90) are required for the finishing (or reinforcement) of the outer garment section (11), only one outer garment processing section (90) may be formed, and then an overlapping processing section (100) may be formed around the formed outer garment processing section (90). Accordingly, as previously discussed, process steps such as finishing can be simplified, and process costs can be reduced.

[0071] The foregoing description is merely an illustrative explanation of the technical concept of the present disclosure, and those skilled in the art to which the present disclosure pertains will be able to make various modifications and variations within the scope of the essential characteristics of the present disclosure. Accordingly, the embodiments of the present disclosure described above may be implemented separately or in combination.

[0072] Accordingly, the embodiments disclosed in this disclosure are intended to illustrate, not limit, the technical concept of this disclosure, and the scope of the technical concept of this disclosure is not limited by such embodiments.
