Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a moving device for a vehicle seat rail. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, a seat may be installed in a vehicle. The vehicle seat may include a seat back that supports the passenger's upper body, a seat cushion that supports the passenger's lower body, and a headrest that supports the head.

[0003] The seat rails applied to the second or third row seats of SUVs (Sport Utility Vehicles) or MPVs (Multi Purpose Vehicles) are long rails, which are longer than the seat rails of regular passenger cars.

[0004] Vehicle seats can be classified into power seats or manual seats. Power seats allow the seat to be moved to a desired position by the drive of a motor simply by operating a switch. Manual seats allow the seat to be moved by manual operation.

[0005] Conventional vehicle seat rails may include a lower rail fixed to a floor panel and an upper rail coupled to the lower rail, capable of moving back and forth along an upper rail and connected to a vehicle seat. In the case of a power seat (electric seat) in which the movement of the upper rail is driven by a motor, a plurality of gears (pinion gears, rack gears, etc.) for moving the upper rail may be installed inside the lower rail.

[0006] However, conventional power-driven vehicle seat rails lacked a separate control device, making it difficult to move or stop the vehicle seat quickly. Prior art literature

[0072] The width (W1) between the inner diameter portion of the spur gear (10) and one end portion of the third support surface (33) is configured to be less than or equal to the outer diameter of the third roller (122), so that when the third roller (122) is positioned at one end portion of the third support surface (33), the third roller (122) can be in a jammed state.

[0073] The width (W2) between the inner diameter of the spur gear (10) and the other end of the third support surface (33) is configured to be larger than the outer diameter of the third roller (122), so that when the third roller (122) is positioned at the other end of the third support surface (31), the jamming release state of the third roller (122) can be achieved.

[0074] The width (W) between the inner diameter portion of the spur gear (10) where the fourth roller (123) is located and the fourth support surface (34) can be configured to become wider as it goes from one end of the fourth support surface (34) facing the insertion portion (13) of the coupling projection (41) to the other end of the fourth support surface (34) facing the second elastic body (121).

[0075] The width (W1) between the inner diameter of the spur gear (10) and one end of the fourth support surface (34) is configured to be less than or equal to the outer diameter of the fourth roller (123), so that when the fourth roller (123) is positioned at one end of the fourth support surface (34), the fourth roller (123) can be in a jammed state.

[0076] The width (W2) between the inner diameter of the spur gear (10) and the other end of the fourth support surface (34) is configured to be larger than the outer diameter of the fourth roller (123), so that when the fourth roller (123) is positioned at the other end of the fourth support surface (34), the jamming release state of the fourth roller (123) can be achieved.

[0077] One side of the second elastic body (121) and the third and fourth rollers (122, 123) can be supported by a support projection (51) of a support member (50). The other side of the second elastic body (121) and the third and fourth rollers (122, 123) can be supported by a cover (C) that is coupled to one side opening (H1) of the housing (H).

[0078] For example, a key may be formed on the outer diameter of the first and second elastic bodies (111, 121), and a key groove may be formed on one end of the pinion pin (30) into which the key of the first and second elastic bodies (111, 121) is inserted.

[0079] The following describes the coupling operation of the clutch drum of the present invention.

[0080] As shown in FIGS. 5, 6, and 8, when the pressing force of the pressing device (A) acts on the clutch drum (40), the clutch drum (40) can move in the direction of the spur gear (10) while pressing the elastic member (60).

[0081] As the clutch drum (40) moves in the coupling direction, the coupling projection (41) of the clutch drum (40) can be inserted into the insertion portion (13) of the coupling projection (41) formed in the inner diameter portion of the spur gear (10).

[0082] The insertion portion (13) of the coupling projection (41) can be formed by the assembly of one end of the pinion pin (30) and the first and second locking members (11, 12) in the inner diameter portion of the spur gear (10).

[0083] A pair of coupling protrusions (41) of the clutch drum (40) can be inserted between the first and third rollers (112, 122) and between the second and fourth rollers (113, 123).

[0084] As the first roller (112) is pushed by the coupling projection (41) and moves from one end of the first support surface (31) to the other end, the jamming release state of the first roller (112) can be achieved.

[0085] As the second roller (113) is pushed by the coupling projection (41) and moves from one end of the second support surface (32) to the other end, the jamming release state of the second roller (113) can be achieved.

[0086] As the third roller (122) is pushed by the connecting projection (41) and moves from one end of the third support surface (33) to the other end, the jamming release state of the third roller (122) can be achieved.

[0087] As the fourth roller (123) is pushed by the coupling projection (41) and moves from one end of the fourth support surface (34) to the other end, the jamming release state of the fourth roller (123) can be achieved.

[0088] When power from a power source (M), such as a motor, is transmitted to the pinion pin (30) in a free-moving state of the first to fourth rollers (112, 113, 122, 123), one end of the pinion pin (30) coupled to the inner diameter of the spur gear (10) rotates freely, so power transmission to the spur gear (10) can be blocked.

[0089] Since power transmission to the spur gear (10) is blocked, the spur gear (10) cannot move along the rack gear (20).

[0090] The following describes the disengagement operation of the clutch drum of the present invention.

[0091] FIG. 7 is a diagram showing the disengagement operation of a clutch drum according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

[0092] As shown in FIGS. 5, 7, and 8, when the pressurizing force of the pressurizing device (A) is not applied to the clutch drum (40), the elastic member (60), which was compressed by being pushed by the clutch drum (40), extends back to its original state and can push the clutch drum (40) in the opposite direction of the spur gear (10).

[0093] As the clutch drum (40) is pushed in the opposite direction of the spur gear (10), the coupling projection (41) of the clutch drum (40) can be completely disengaged from the insertion portion (13) of the inner diameter portion of the spur gear (10).

[0094] When the coupling projection (41) of the clutch drum (40) is disengaged from the inner diameter portion of the spur gear (10), the first and second elastic bodies (111, 121) that were compressed by being pushed by the coupling projection (41) can be restored to their original state.

[0095] The first roller (112) can be pushed by the first elastic body (111) which is restored to its original state, and as it moves from the other end of the first support surface (31) toward the one end, the first roller (112) may be in a jammed state.

[0096] As the second roller (113) is pushed by the first elastic body (111) which is restored to its original state, moving from the other end of the second support surface (32) toward the one end, the jamming state of the second roller (113) can be achieved.

[0097] The third roller (122) can be pushed by the second elastic body (121) which is restored to its original state, and as it moves from the other end of the third support surface (33) toward the one end, the jamming state of the second roller (122) can be achieved.

[0098] As the fourth roller (123) is pushed by the second elastic body (121) which is restored to its original state, moving from the other end of the fourth support surface (34) toward the one end, the jamming state of the fourth roller (123) can be achieved.

[0099] When power from the power source (M) is transmitted to the pinion pin (30) while the first to fourth rollers (112, 113, 122, 123) are jammed, the pinion pin (30) can rotate.

[0100] As the pinion pin (30) rotates, the rotational force of the pinion pin (30) is transmitted to the spur gear (10), allowing the spur gear (10) to move along the rack gear (20).

[0101] In the jammed state of the first to fourth rollers (112, 113, 122, 123), the rotational force of the pinion pin (30) can be transmitted to the spur gear (10) through the first and second locking members (11, 12).

[0102] As described above, the present invention enables the power of a power source to be transmitted to the spur gear through the pinion pin by causing the first and second locking members provided in the inner diameter portion of the spur gear to be engaged by the engagement operation of the clutch drum. Additionally, the present invention enables the power of a power source to be transmitted to the spur gear through the pinion pin by causing the first and second locking members provided in the inner diameter portion of the spur gear to be engaged by the engagement operation of the clutch drum.
