Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a handle for a fishing rod, and more specifically, to a fishing rod equipped with a trigger grip that allows for adjustable trigger positioning, so that the relative position of the trigger relative to the mounted reel can be varied according to the size of the hand or preference with a simple configuration. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, spinning reels and baitcasting reels (hereinafter referred to as bait reels) are used for fishing.

[0004] A spinning reel is mounted on the lower part of the fishing rod and is formed so that the spool is axially supported forward and backward so that the fishing line is unwound without the spool rotating during casting to allow for long-distance casting, while a baitcasting reel, called a dual-axis reel, is mounted on the upper part of the fishing rod and is formed so that the fishing line is unwound or wound as the spool rotates.

[0005] Meanwhile, the aforementioned reel for a fishing rod is detachably mounted to the fishing rod by means of a reel seat. As an example, a flat reel seat attached to the outer surface of the fishing rod and a cylindrical reel seat that passes through the fishing rod and is fixed are used.

[0006] The cylindrical reel seat includes a fixed hood and a variable hood for securing the reel foot to the body of the reel seat, and the variable hood forms a ring shape that can move along the body of the reel seat.

[0007] That is, one of the reel legs is fixed to the body of the reel seat by a fixed hood, and the other of the reel legs is fixed to the body of the reel seat by a variable hood, and the reel is detachably mounted to the reel seat.

[0008] Meanwhile, the baitcasting reel is mounted on the upper part of the fishing rod to enable winding and rewinding of the fishing line and casting to an accurate point, and for maneuverability when performing actions with the rod such as fast casting, jerking, or twitching.

[0009] In other words, this is because the baitcasting rod, which has the handle mounted right above, is easier to maneuver and can be cast immediately than the spinning rod, which has the handle mounted far below.

[0010] In addition, a baitcasting rod is a rod designed to accommodate a baitcasting reel and is equipped with a trigger corresponding to the trigger of a pistol.

[0011] Meanwhile, fishing rods equipped with such baitcasting reels are directly related to wrist and arm fatigue depending on the grip method.

[0012] The thumb must always be on the thumb bar and 'thumbing' must be done.

[0013] When the trigger is positioned between the index and middle fingers, it is called the 'one-finger grip,' followed by the two-finger and three-finger grips. This grip method allows you to hold the reel comfortably and stably, and the 'one-finger grip' is known to be the best method for stability.

[0014] The closer the distance between the thumb and the other fingers when thumbing, the more stable it is. Casting is possible with a 'two-finger grip' without much difficulty, but casting with a 'three-finger grip' is very strange and unnatural.

[0015] Furthermore, the 'one-finger grip' offers another advantage along with stability, because while the two-finger grip involves blunt thumbing using the entire bottom surface of the thumb, the one-finger grip allows for delicate thumbing using the tip of the thumb.

[0016] If thumbing is natural, casting skills will improve rapidly. Also, since casting is performed with the wrist bent, the one-finger grip allows the wrist to move most naturally, making it comfortable and highly stable in many ways.

[0017] In addition, the 'three-finger grip' is recommended for reeling and action after casting. The one-finger grip is advantageous for casting because it allows for free movement of the wrist snap. However, when reeling a bass into the ground after it has been hooked, the two-finger grip is more comfortable and advantageous than the one-finger grip, and the three-finger grip is more comfortable and advantageous because the palm and the surface of the rod are in close contact, requiring less force.

[0018] In addition, in the case of a one-finger grip, the reel is positioned in front of the fingers, so the weight is concentrated on the front (forward bias of the rod), whereas in the case of a two-finger or three-finger grip, the weight is concentrated in the center of the palm, so there is less fatigue even when holding the rod.

[0019] And since there is less wrist fatigue even when applying action, the grip method may vary slightly depending on the individual, but the principle is known to be "casting with one finger, reeling, action, hookset, and landing with three fingers."

[0020] To summarize, 'grasping method' is known to be related to the following functions.

[0021] First, it reduces the perceived weight of the rod and reel to balance them; second, it prevents slipping during casting and reeling and is useful for providing rod action by acting as a support for the fingers; and third, it increases hand sensitivity (increased contact between the hand, fingers and the rod).

[0022] First, regarding the view that it is "intended to balance the rod by reducing the perceived weight of the reel," the explanation is as follows.

[0023] The compatibility between a rod and a reel is directly related to the center of gravity. Since the center of gravity is also related to wrist fatigue, this combination is inseparable from us anglers, and in addition to this, the 'grip' is related as a method to shift the center of gravity of the rod and reel.

[0024] It is nearly impossible to pair countless rods and reels that are compatible with each other. However, it is possible to match them to a certain extent.

[0025] Based on the countless experiences of countless senior anglers, we can compensate for the center of gravity of the rod and reel to some extent. After casting with a rod and reel set that has a reasonably balanced center of gravity, a grip method is necessary to resolve the imbalance between the rod and ring, such as forward tilting, that still remains.

[0026] Additionally, if the rod becomes forward-leaning after casting, simply move the rod backward. In other words, as you transition from a one-finger grip to a two-finger grip, or from a two-finger grip to a three-finger grip, the rod's center of gravity naturally shifts backward, allowing for a more stable center of gravity. However, if the forward lean persists even after adjusting your grip in this way, it is advisable to re-examine your grip technique.

[0027] Ultimately, after casting with a one-finger grip, the rod becomes slightly forward-leaning due to the weight of the lure and line, so to resolve this, the center of gravity of the rod is shifted backward using a two-finger or three-finger grip; if the forward lean persists even after doing this, the compatibility between the rod and reel is reconsidered, and the equipment is replaced.

[0028] And regarding the “increase in hand sensitivity (increase in contact between the hand, fingers and the rod),” sensitivity can be understood as a signal that a fish is biting and a signal indicating where there are unseen underwater obstacles.

[0029] Sensitivity is necessary to detect bites and visualize underwater obstacles in detail. It is known that there are differences in sensitivity among rods, but if these "subtle differences in sensitivity" are at a very minute level, it would be difficult for an "average angler" to notice, so they can be ignored.

[0030] However, if there were a significant difference in sensitivity between rods, it would be a problem. While it is unlikely to be a major issue for a casual angler, continuous effort will be required to identify underwater obstacles.

[0031] In other words, bass fishing can be described as having 'great sensitivity to great stimulation.'

[0032] You will have to consider whether the sensitivity required for 'reading the bottom' is not an absolute tool called a rod, but rather requires a "three-dimensional compositional ability" to reconstruct the situation inside the reservoir water using the sense of touch.

[0033] Since the aforementioned gripping method involves a trigger fixed to the fishing rod where fingers can be gripped in the section facing the baitcasting reel, the gripping method varies according to preference. Therefore, if you can adjust the relative position of the baitcasting reel and the trigger according to your hand size or preference, you will be able to enjoy fishing suitable for the situation with just one gripping method.

[0034] These triggers can also perform the function of preventing rotation of the fishing rod during casting by adding a supporting force through gripping force to the lower surface of the bait reel where gravity acts, thereby offsetting the weight of the bait reel.

[0035] A fishing rod equipped with such a conventional reel seat is shown in FIG. 1.

[0036] Referring to the drawing, the fishing rod body (3) passes through the inside of the reel seat body (1), and the fishing rod body (3) and the reel seat body (1) are joined and fixed together with the handle (5). In the case of the reel seat, the reel seat body (1) forms the rear fixing hood and the front screw part (7) integrally, and the fixing nut (9) is fastened to the front screw part (7).

[0037] In such a conventional reel seat, when fixing the reel, one side of the reel leg is inserted into the rear fixing hood, and the other side is fixed by moving the fixing nut (9) backward along the front screw part (7) until the fixing nut (9) is pressed against the reel.

[0038] In other words, since the fixed installation position of the reel is fixed in a fixed position only in a predetermined fixed position and cannot be moved in either the forward or backward direction because the reel seat body (1), fishing rod body (3), and handle (5) are joined and fixed together with the fixed hood in an integral form, there is a drawback in that the installation position of the reel cannot be adjusted to suit the size or preference of the user's hand.

[0039] Meanwhile, regarding the "Reel Fixing Structure for Fishing Rod" disclosed in Korean Utility Model No. 97-81, which is an improvement on the general type of reel seat structure mentioned above, when fixing the reel leg to the reel fishing rod handle, there is no need to lift and move the reel seat nut from the beginning of the male screw rod in a cumbersome and tedious manner; instead, the reel seat nut is slid in a straight line to the point of contact of the reel leg and then fastened to the male screw rod at that position, thereby allowing the rotation for screw fastening of the reel seat nut to be completed within one rotation, thus making the process of attaching and detaching the reel quick and simple and providing convenience in handling. However, this also had the drawback of not being able to move the fixed installation position of the reel in either the forward or backward direction by means of the reel seat nut, which is a problem revealed in the general reel seat structure mentioned above, and having to fix it only in a predetermined fixed position, so the installation position of the reel cannot be adjusted to suit the size of the user's fingers or preferences. [0041] KR Registered Utility Model Publication No. 20-0157067 (June 23, 1999) The problem to be solved

[0042] The present invention, aimed at solving these problems, provides a fishing rod capable of adjusting the trigger position relative to the baitcasting reel mounted on the reel seat.

[0043] In addition, the present invention has another objective of providing a fishing rod capable of adjusting the trigger position, in which the trigger slides back and forth by the rotation of a rotary fixing nut for the trigger.

[0044] In addition, another objective of the present invention is to provide a fishing rod capable of adjusting the trigger position by allowing the trigger to slide back and forth in the guide groove of the reel seat.

[0045] And another objective of the present invention is to provide a fishing rod capable of adjusting the trigger position, in which a reel seat part with a trigger grip configured and a fixed hood coupled thereto and a variable hood separated therefrom. means of solving the problem

[0047] The above problem can be achieved by configuring the trigger to slide back and forth on the lower part of the reel seat body in a conventional baitcasting reel fishing rod, wherein the fishing rod body and handle are combined in the hollow reel seat body of the present invention to fix and install the reel, and the trigger for finger hooking is provided at the lower part thereof.

[0048] In addition, the present invention may be configured such that a rear screw portion is integrally formed at the rear of the trigger and a rotatable fixing nut for the trigger is rotatably coupled to the rear screw portion, thereby allowing the trigger to slide back and forth by the rotation of the rotatable fixing nut for the trigger.

[0049] In addition, the present invention is configured such that the upper part of the trigger grip forms a semicircular hollow and includes a pair of protrusions formed longitudinally at its end, and on both sides of the reel seat, a pair of guide grooves are formed longitudinally along the fishing rod, the body of the reel seat is inserted into the hollow, and the pair of protrusions of the trigger grip are fitted into the pair of guide grooves of the reel seat to slide back and forth.

[0050] In addition, the present invention can be configured to operate as a fishing rod by combining a reel seat part, to which a trigger grip is formed and a fixed hood is attached, and a front screw part, to which a variable hood is attached, with each part connected to one of the reel legs of a baitcasting reel while separated. Effects of the invention

[0052] Accordingly, the fishing rod with adjustable trigger position according to the present invention has the effect of allowing the position of the trigger to be adjusted according to hand size or preference, as the relative position of the trigger of the fishing rod compared to the baitcasting reel mounted on the reel seat can be adjusted.

[0053] In addition, according to the fishing rod capable of adjusting the trigger position of the present invention, a rear screw portion is integrally formed at the rear of the trigger grip, and a rotatable fixing nut for the trigger is provided that is rotatably coupled to the rear screw portion, thereby allowing the trigger grip to slide back and forth by the rotation of the rotatable fixing nut for the trigger.

[0054] In addition, according to the fishing rod with adjustable trigger position of the present invention, the trigger slides back and forth in the guide groove of the reel seat, so the position of the trigger can be easily adjusted.

[0055] In addition, since the reel seat part, to which the trigger grip is configured and the fixed hood is combined, and the variable hood are separated, the weight is reduced by that amount, so the fishing rod can be manufactured with a lighter weight and a more compact size. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0058] Terms and words used in this specification and claims are not limited to their ordinary or dictionary meanings, and must be interpreted in a meaning and concept consistent with the technical spirit of the invention, based on the principle that the inventor can appropriately define the concept of the terms to best describe his invention.

[0059] Throughout the specification, when a part is described as "comprising" a certain component, this means that, unless specifically stated otherwise, it does not exclude other components but may include additional components. Furthermore, terms such as "…part," "…unit," "module," and "device" as used in the specification refer to a unit that processes at least one function or operation, which may be implemented as a combination of hardware and / or software.

[0060] Throughout the specification, the term “and / or” should be understood to include all combinations that can be presented from one or more related items. For example, the meaning of “Item 1, Item 2 and / or Item 3” is not only Item 1, Item 2 or Item 3, but also any combination of items that can be presented from two or more of Items 1, Item 2 or Item 3.

[0062] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0063] One feature of the present invention is to provide a reel seat body capable of adjusting the trigger position to stably grip the hand according to the size or preference of the hand.

[0064] To this end, the present invention is configured such that a fishing rod body and a handle are combined with a conventional hollow reel seat body and a reel can be fixedly installed thereon, and a trigger grip for finger hooking is provided at the bottom thereof, and the trigger grip is configured to slide back and forth at the bottom of the reel seat body.

[0065] Although a technology has been disclosed in which the upper reel seat, on which the reel is mounted, moves back and forth while the trigger grip remains fixed to perform a similar function, this configuration involves the fixed hood and the variable hood of the upper reel seat moving simultaneously. Since the strength of the fishing rod is weak even when the reel is mounted on the reel seat and the fixed hood and the variable hood are combined, it is not stable even when actually gripped, and there is the inconvenience of having to readjust it according to hand size or preference every time the reel is detached and reused.

[0066] In contrast, the present invention has the advantage of providing a more stable grip because the reel seat portion is integrally formed and both ends of the sliding trigger grip are supported from both sides, and once set, it can be used repeatedly unless the position of the trigger grip is intentionally changed.

[0067] In addition, the term "trigger grip" in the present invention is described as comprising a trigger protruding to support a finger, a forward / backward support portion that is slidably coupled to a reel seat portion at the front, and a rear screw portion that is inserted into a rotatable fixing nut for the trigger and moves in a straight line.

[0068] In addition, a rotary fixing nut for a trigger refers to a fixing nut that forms internal threads and rotates in a fixed position, thereby causing the rear thread portion of a trigger grip coupled to said threads to move back and forth according to the direction of rotation.

[0069] FIG. 2 is a partial assembly perspective view of a fishing rod with adjustable trigger position according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a partial assembly cross-sectional view of a fishing rod with adjustable trigger position according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0070] It should be noted that in the present invention, all drawings disclose perspective views and cross-sectional views centered on the reel seat body so that the feature parts of the present invention can be clearly disclosed.

[0071] That is, referring to FIG. 2, the reel seat body (100) can be configured as a single fishing rod by combining a variable hood and a tip section to the front screw section (150) and combining a handle section to the end of a rotary fixing nut (120) for a trigger, so the technology is intended to focus on the important reel seat body.

[0072] Referring to the drawing, the reel seat body (100) has a reel seat portion (130) on which a reel is mounted and a front screw portion (150) on which a variable hood and a tip section are coupled at the front of the reel seat portion (130), a trigger grip (140) is coupled to the lower part of the reel seat portion (130) so as to slide along the length of the body of the reel seat portion, and a rotatable fixing nut (120) for the trigger is provided at the rear of the reel seat portion (130), so that the trigger grip (140) slides along the guide groove by rotating the rotatable fixing nut (120) for the trigger.

[0073] Referring to the partially disassembled cross-sectional view of a fishing rod capable of adjusting the trigger position according to an embodiment of the present invention in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the rotary fixing nut (120) for the trigger is cylindrical and has a screw thread (121) for forward rotation formed on its inner wall, and is coupled to the rear of the reel seat part (130) so as to be rotatable while its position is fixed.

[0074] In the present invention, when the screw thread (121) is rotated, for example, clockwise, the screw thread (121) moves forward, and thus the screw thread (143) of the internally screw-coupled trigger grip (140) moves forward, so that the trigger grip moves forward, and when the screw thread (121) is rotated counterclockwise (reverse direction), the screw thread (121) moves backward, so that the screw thread (143) of the trigger grip (140) moves backward, so that the trigger grip (140) moves forward and backward.

[0075] Ultimately, since the rotary fixing nut (120) for the trigger is rotatably coupled to the main body of the reel seat, the rotary fixing nut (120) for the trigger rotates and transmits rotational force to the trigger grip, causing the trigger grip to move back and forth.

[0076] That is, the trigger grip (140) rotatably inserted inside moves by the rotation of the rotary fixing nut (120) for the trigger, and the trigger grip (140) moves forward or backward depending on the rotation direction of the rotary fixing nut (120) for the trigger.

[0077] In order to ensure smooth forward and backward movement and stable support of the trigger grip, the trigger grip (140) forms a forward / backward support portion (142) at the front and a rear screw portion (143) at the rear. When the rear screw portion (143), which is screw-coupled with the screw thread (121) of the rotary fixing nut (120) for the trigger, moves forward and backward according to the rotational direction of the screw thread (121), the forward / backward support portion (142) also moves forward and backward within the forward / backward space portion (134), thereby stably supporting the front portion of the trigger grip (140).

[0078] In addition, the rear screw portion (143) of the trigger grip (140) moves along the thread (121) of the rotary fixing nut (120) for the trigger, thereby stably supporting the rear portion of the trigger grip (140).

[0079] Referring to FIG. 3, the retraction support portion (142) of the trigger grip (140) is supported from the front within the retraction space portion (134), and the rear screw portion (143) is supported from the rear within the screw thread (121) of the rotary fixing nut (120) for the trigger.

[0080] FIG. 4 is a reference drawing for explaining the trigger position adjustment range according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the forward movement distance (X1) of the trigger grip (140) and the rear movement distance (X2) of the rear screw portion (143) that moves back and forth inside the rotary fixing nut (120) for the trigger must be the same.

[0081] The forward movement distance (X1) of the trigger grip (140) is the distance the retraction support portion (142) of the trigger grip (140) moves forward and backward within the retraction space portion (134), and the rear movement distance (X2) of the rear screw portion (143) is the retraction distance of the rear screw portion (143) that moves forward and backward within the rotating fixing nut (120) for the trigger.

[0082] In addition, even when the trigger grip (140) rotates to its maximum extent by the rotation of the rotary fixing nut (120) for the trigger, the end of the retraction support portion (142) of the trigger grip (140) must not extend beyond the end (135) of the retraction space portion (134), and likewise, the end of the rear screw portion (143) of the trigger grip (140) must not extend beyond the end (122) of the rotary fixing nut (120) for the trigger, so that the trigger grip can be stably supported while moving.

[0083] In addition, the trigger grip (140) is slidably coupled with the body of the reel seat (130) to support the trigger grip (140) more stably on the reel seat (130) and to ensure that there is no shaking while performing sliding efficiently and holding it stably.

[0084] Referring specifically to the partially exploded perspective view of a fishing rod capable of adjusting the trigger position according to one embodiment of the present invention in FIG. 5, in order to allow the trigger grip (140) to be supported while sliding along the body of the reel seat portion, the upper part of the trigger grip forms a semicircular hollow portion and includes a pair of protrusions formed in the longitudinal direction at the end thereof, and on both sides of the reel seat, a pair of guide grooves are formed in the longitudinal direction of the fishing rod, and the body of the reel seat is inserted into the hollow portion and the protrusions of the trigger grip are fitted into the guide grooves of the reel seat to be slid back and forth.

[0085] Referring to a partially disassembled cross-sectional view of a fishing rod capable of adjusting the trigger position according to an embodiment of the present invention in FIG. 5, the reel seat body (100) mainly comprises a reel seat portion (130), a trigger grip (140), and a rotatable fixing nut (120) for the trigger that moves the trigger grip back and forth.

[0086] As described above, the reel seat portion (130) is configured with a sliding support portion (136) in which a baitcasting reel is mounted on the upper part and a trigger grip (140) is supported while sliding on the lower part.

[0087] The sliding support (136) is molded to protrude in the direction of the trigger grip, and a pair of guide grooves (136a, 136b) are formed in the longitudinal direction on both side walls.

[0088] To ensure that the trigger grip (140) is more stably supported on the reel seat (130) and to perform sliding efficiently, the upper part forms a semicircular hollow portion (144), and a pair of protrusions (144a, 144b) formed longitudinally at both ends of the wall forming the hollow portion (144) are formed to protrude inward.

[0089] In order to support the trigger grip (140) more stably on the reel seat portion (130) with the above configuration, and to ensure that there is no shaking for efficient sliding and stable gripping, the body of the reel seat portion (130) is seated in the hollow portion (144), and a pair of protrusions (144a, 144b) of the trigger grip (140) are fitted into a pair of guide grooves (136a, 136b) of the sliding support portion (136) so that they slide back and forth while preventing left and right shaking.

[0090] At this time, the length of the guide groove (136a, 136b) is formed to be longer than the forward travel distance (X1) of the aforementioned trigger grip (140) or the rear travel distance (X2) of the rear screw portion (143), so that the front end of the trigger grip is stably supported and slides.

[0091] Meanwhile, since the rear screw portion (143) of the trigger grip (140) is coupled with and supported by the threads of the rotary fixing nut (120) for the trigger, the trigger grip (140) can be stably supported at both the front and rear ends.

[0092] In the present invention, one feature is that the trigger grip moves to allow for a stable grip according to the size or preference of the user's hand. Therefore, although in one embodiment of the present invention, for the convenience of explanation, the trigger grip is described as having a semicircular hollow portion formed therein, a pair of protrusions formed longitudinally at the end thereof, the body of the reel seat is seated in the hollow portion, and the pair of protrusions of the trigger grip are fitted into a pair of guide grooves of the sliding support portion to slide back and forth, the invention is not limited to this configuration, and any configuration can be used as long as the trigger grip can be configured to vary its relative position relative to the baitcasting reel seated on the reel seat portion.

[0093] That is, without using protrusions or guide grooves, the body of the trigger grip can be configured in a hollow cylindrical shape to wrap around the reel seat, thereby creating a structure that slides back and forth.

[0094] In addition, it goes without saying that the trigger grip body can be configured to be inserted into the body of a hollow reel seat and slide back and forth.

[0095] In addition, although the present invention provides an example in which a front screw portion (150) is integrally molded at the front of the reel seat portion (130), it is of course possible to use the front screw portion (150) separately without forming it integrally with the reel seat portion (130).

[0096] Referring to a partially disassembled cross-sectional view of a fishing rod with adjustable trigger position according to another embodiment of the present invention of FIG. 7, it can be seen that the front screw portion (150) and the reel seat portion (130) are separated.

[0097] In this case, the reel seat body is composed of a front screw portion (150) and a reel seat portion (130), and all components except the front screw portion are composed of the reel seat portion.

[0098] The reel seat portion (130) is composed of a trigger grip (140) and a rotary fixing nut (120) for the trigger that moves the trigger grip back and forth.

[0099] The reel seat portion (130) is configured such that the upper part is equipped with a baitcasting reel, and the lower part is supported while the trigger grip (140) slides.

[0100] The sliding support (136) is molded to protrude in the direction of the trigger grip, and a pair of guide grooves (136a, 136b) are formed in the longitudinal direction on both side walls.

[0101] To ensure that the trigger grip (140) is more stably supported on the reel seat (130) and to perform sliding efficiently, the upper part forms a semicircular hollow portion (144), and a pair of protrusions (144a, 144b) formed longitudinally at both ends of the wall forming the hollow portion (144) are formed to protrude inward.

[0102] The body of the reel seat portion (130) is seated in the hollow portion (144), and a pair of protrusions (144a, 144b) of the trigger grip (140) are fitted into a pair of guide grooves (136a, 136b) of the sliding support portion (136) so as to slide back and forth while preventing left and right oscillation.

[0103] In this case, the front screw portion (150) and the reel seat portion (130) are combined by mounting a baitcasting reel on the variable hood and fixed hood that are coupled to the front screw portion (150).

[0104] Meanwhile, although the drawing only discloses a reel leg mounting part (132) and a fixed hood (131) for fixing a reel to the reel seat part (130), a rotatable fixed variable hood is provided that is rotatably coupled with a front screw part (150) integrally formed at the front of the reel seat, and after mounting the reel foot of the baitcasting reel to the fixed hood and the variable hood, the rotatable variable hood is rotated to fix the baitcasting reel to the reel seat for use.

[0105] Of course, although not shown, the tip section and the handle section may be configured in a plug-in or insert-type manner in the through holes (110) at both ends of the reel seat body (100), or only the handle section may be fixed along the through holes (110) of the reel seat body (100) and the tip section may be detachably configured, or the tip section, the reel seat body (100), and the handle section may be formed as a single unit for use.

[0107] The operation of a fishing rod with adjustable trigger position, as described above, is as follows.

[0108] First, to mount the baitcasting reel on the fishing rod, the handle and / or tip section are assembled to the reel seat body (100), then one of the reel legs of the baitcasting reel is fitted into the fixed hood (131) of the reel seat (130), and the other of the reel legs of the baitcasting reel is mounted on the variable hood, and then the rotating variable hood is rotated to firmly secure the baitcasting reel to the reel seat.

[0109] Once the baitcasting reel is mounted on the reel seat, press the thumb bar of the baitcasting reel to switch the spool to the unlocked state, then pull the fishing line out of the spool and unwind it, pulling the line into the guide so that it can be discharged along the guide of the rod tip, and then pull it out through the top guide.

[0110] Afterwards, depending on the size of the hand or preference, while holding the baitcasting reel, press the thumb bar, turn the handle knob to rotate the spool, and pull the fishing line until the weight is felt, the rotary fixing nut (120) for the trigger is rotated forward or backward so that the trigger is supported in a stable position so that the grip of the trigger moves to the most stable and comfortable position.

[0111] After the adjustment is complete, for boat fishing, tie the hook corresponding to the target fish to the fishing line discharged from the top guide of the fishing rod equipped with the baitcasting reel, attach a lure or live bait, which is an artificial bait to attract the target fish, and then, while holding the baitcasting reel, switch the thumb bar to the unlocked state with the thumb and press the spool with the thumb to prevent rotation, and cast the rig to the desired point.

[0112] Of course, even at this time, you can choose to hold the trigger using a 'one-finger grip', 'two-finger grip', and 'three-finger grip' as needed.

[0113] When casting, control the rotation by pressing the spool with your thumb just enough to prevent backlash as it unwinds, allowing the rig to descend to the bottom or the desired depth, then operate the handle knob to stop the spool's rotation.

[0114] If slack occurs at this time, wind up the spool to prevent the slack from being released.

[0115] Additionally, when it is determined that the rig has reached the desired depth, the handle knob is rotated to release the spool from the unlocked state and switch it to the locked state.

[0116] Since the line is released when the thumb bar (clutch) is pressed on a baitcasting reel, you must press the thumb bar before casting and return it to its original position after casting to reel in.

[0117] In this state, you can lure the target fish by giving the rod action such as jerking or twitching.

[0118] When the target fish is hooked, hold the trigger and the body of the baitcasting reel to prevent the rod from moving, and reel in the handle knob at an appropriate speed to bring the fish onto the boat.

[0119] After removing the target fish from the fishing hook, the casting and reeling processes described above should be repeated.

[0121] As described above, according to the fishing rod with adjustable trigger position of the present invention, the relative position of the trigger of the fishing rod can be adjusted relative to the baitcasting reel mounted on the reel seat, so the trigger position can be adjusted according to the size of the hand or preference, and a pair of protrusions of the trigger grip are fitted into a pair of guide grooves of the sliding support part and slide back and forth, preventing left and right swaying, and since the forward / backward support part of the trigger grip is supported from the front and the rear screw part is supported from the rear, there is an effect of being able to stably grip the fishing rod.

[0123] Although the present invention has been described in detail with respect to the specific embodiments described above, it is obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations are possible within the scope of the technical spirit of the invention, and it is natural that such modifications and variations fall within the scope of the appended claims.
