Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a back scratcher for attaching patches using a vacuum motor pump, and more specifically, to a back scratcher for attaching patches using a vacuum motor pump that assists in attaching patches to body parts such as the back that are inaccessible to the hand. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, a patch is an external adhesive that attaches medication to a woven fabric and is applied to the affected area. It is used to relieve pain in the affected area by allowing medication containing analgesic and local anesthetic ingredients to be absorbed through the skin.

[0003] However, when using such patches, if the affected area is located in a hard-to-reach place such as the shoulder, lower back, or upper back, it is difficult to apply the patch by oneself, and therefore, there is the difficulty of having to apply it with the help of another person.

[0004] A prior art for solving this problem is disclosed in Registered Utility Model Publication No. 0474734, a back scratcher for attaching patches (hereinafter referred to as the 'patent document').

[0005] The above patent document describes a back scratcher composed of a back scratcher part and a handle part, wherein the back scratcher part of the back scratcher is attached to a detachable back scratcher fixing bar installed on the upper surface of a patch attacher, and comprises a patch attachment plate with Velcro tape attached to the center of the lower surface of the patch attacher so as to attach a patch blister surface, and a patch attachment position detection rod to detect the position where a patch medicinal part is to be attached to the outer periphery of the lower surface.

[0006] However, the above patent document has a usage problem in that, when the patch is temporarily attached by Velcro tape and the patch attachment plate of the back scratcher is positioned toward the back to attach it to the affected area, the position of the temporarily attached patch may fall off, and also, when the patch attached by Velcro tape is removed while the patch is attached to the affected area, the condition of the attached patch may change.

[0007] Therefore, there is a need to develop a back scratcher with an improved structure for attaching patches so that users can easily detach the temporarily fixed patch from the back scratcher after attaching the patch to a location where the affected area is out of reach of the hand, such as the shoulder, waist, and back. [0009] The present invention was devised to solve the problems of the conventional back scratcher for attaching patches as described above. The problem that the present invention aims to solve is to provide a back scratcher for attaching patches using a vacuum motor pump, which allows a user to easily detach the patch temporarily fixed from the back scratcher after attaching the patch to a location where the affected area, such as the shoulder, waist, and back, is not in reach of the hand. means of solving the problem

[0010] A back scratcher for attaching a patch using a vacuum motor pump according to the present invention for solving the above problem comprises: a support having a predetermined length in the shape of an "L" and having an air intake passage formed inside along the length; a handle of a predetermined length assembled at one end of the support; a vacuum motor pump installed inside the handle to generate vacuum suction force; a battery installed inside the handle to supply power to the vacuum motor pump; a power switch installed on one side of the outside of the handle to supply and cut off power to the vacuum motor pump; and a suction plate of a predetermined size that is detachably assembled at the other end of the support and has a plurality of vacuum holes formed at a predetermined interval on one side, wherein the vacuum suction force generated by the vacuum motor pump is transmitted to the suction plate along the air intake passage of the support so that the patch is vacuum-adsorbed to the suction plate.

[0011] In addition, another feature of the present invention is that the suction plate is composed of a set of multiple plates of different sizes and shapes, which are selectively assembled to the support.

[0012] In addition, another feature of the present invention is that the handle is further equipped with a strength control switch for controlling the vacuum suction force of the vacuum motor pump.

[0013] In addition, the present invention is further characterized by having a USB terminal for charging the battery at one end of the handle. Effects of the invention

[0014] According to the present invention, a suction plate of an appropriate size is assembled on a support according to the size and type of the patch, and then positioned so that the suction hole of the suction plate is covered by the patch. In this state, power is applied to a vacuum motor pump by operating a power switch, thereby generating a vacuum suction force along the air intake path of the support. As a result, the patch attached to the suction hole of the suction plate is maintained in a vacuum-adhered state. Then, while the patch is positioned on the affected area, the power applied to the vacuum motor pump is cut off by operating the power switch, allowing the patch attached to the suction plate to be easily removed. Consequently, there is an advantage in that the patch can be easily attached to a body part that is not easily reached by the user's hand. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0016] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0017] The present invention aims to provide a back scratcher for attaching a patch using a vacuum motor pump, which allows a user to attach a patch to a location where the affected area, such as the shoulder, waist, and back, is out of reach of the hand, and then easily detach the temporarily fixed patch from the back scratcher. To this end, the present invention includes a support (10), a handle (20), a vacuum motor pump (30), a battery (40), a power switch (50), and a suction plate (60), as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.

[0018] The support member (10) is configured to have a predetermined length in the shape of an "L" and an air intake passage (11) of a predetermined diameter is formed inside along the length so that the vacuum suction force generated by the vacuum motor pump (30) described later is transmitted from one end of the support member (10) to the other end.

[0019] The support member (10) has first and second screw connection parts (12, 13) formed with screw threads along a predetermined length at both ends, and a handle (20) described later is screw-connected to the first screw connection part (12), and a suction plate (60, 60') described later is screw-connected to the second screw connection part (13).

[0020] Additionally, the portion excluding the first and second screw joints (12, 13) of the support (10) may be composed of a flexible metal corrugated tube so that its shape can be deformed as needed.

[0021] And an angle adjustment member (14) of a predetermined diameter can be screw-coupled to the second screw coupling part (13) so as to be in close contact with the screw coupling part (62) of the suction plate (60, 60').

[0022] When the suction plate (60, 60') is screw-coupled to the second screw coupling part (13), the angle of the suction plate (60, 60') is appropriately adjusted, and then the angle adjustment member (14) is pressed against the screw coupling part (62), thereby easily fixing the angle of the suction plate (60, 60'). As a result, the user can fix the angle of the suction plate (60, 60') in various horizontal, vertical, and diagonal directions to match the affected area where the patch (1) is to be applied, as shown in FIG. 6.

[0023] The handle (20) is screw-coupled to a first screw coupling part (12) formed at one end of the support (10) so that the user can grip it and handle the back scratcher for attaching a patch according to the present invention.

[0024] As shown in FIG. 4, a receiving space of a predetermined size is formed inside the handle (20), and at one end which is screw-coupled to the first screw-coupled part (12) of the support (10), an air intake hole (21) of a predetermined diameter is formed to communicate with the inner receiving space.

[0025] And on one side of the handle (20), an air discharge hole (22) of a predetermined diameter is formed that communicates with the inner receiving space, and the air intake pipe (not labeled in the drawing) and the air discharge pipe (not labeled in the drawing) of the vacuum motor pump (30) described later are assembled in accordance with the positions of the air intake hole (21) and the air discharge hole (22), so that a vacuum suction force acts along the air intake passage (11) of the support (10).

[0026] Additionally, on the outer side of the handle (20), a mounting hole (not shown in the drawing) is formed for installing a power switch (50), an intensity control switch (70), and a power indicator LED, which will be described later. On the other end of the handle (20), a through hole (not shown in the drawing) of a predetermined diameter is formed, and a USB terminal (80) for charging a battery (40), which will be described later, is installed so as to be exposed in this through hole.

[0027] The vacuum motor pump (30) is installed in the receiving space inside the handle (20) and vacuums the air inside the air intake passage (11) of the support (10) and discharges it toward the air discharge hole (22), thereby generating a vacuum suction force on the suction plate (60, 60') described later, which is screw-coupled to the second screw coupling part (13) of the support (10).

[0028] This vacuum motor pump (30) is configured to draw air into one side of the piston and discharge the drawn-in air into the other side of the piston by using the rotational power of the motor to reciprocate the piston pump. Since this vacuum motor pump (30) can be easily selected and implemented from among small vacuum motor pumps (or vacuum motors, vacuum air pumps, etc.) that are known and implemented in various ways, a detailed description of the configuration of the vacuum motor pump (30) is omitted.

[0029] The battery (40) is installed in the internal receiving space of the handle (20) and is configured to selectively supply power to the vacuum motor pump (30) by the on / off operation of the power switch (50) described later. This battery (40) is configured to be a battery that can be charged by commercial power through the USB terminal (80) described later. Since this battery (40) can be easily selected from among various types of batteries that are known and widely used, a detailed description of the configuration of the battery (40) is omitted.

[0030] A power switch (50) is installed on one side of the outside of the handle (20) to allow a user to supply or cut off power to the vacuum motor pump (30), and such a power switch (50) may be composed of a tact switch, a rocker switch, a push switch, etc.

[0031] By the on / off operation of the power switch (50) as described above, the power of the battery (40) is supplied to or cut off from the vacuum motor pump (30), causing the vacuum motor pump (30) to operate or stop.

[0032] The suction plate (60, 60') is configured to be detachably assembled to a second screw coupling part (13) formed at the other end of the support (10) and vacuum-adsorbs a patch (1) having a predetermined size on one side.

[0033] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, such a suction plate (60) can be formed in the shape of a rectangular or square plate or a circular plate having a predetermined size, and as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5 (a, b), a plurality of suction holes (61) are formed at a predetermined interval on one side for vacuum suction of a patch (1) of a predetermined size, and a screw coupling part (62) is formed on the other side for screw coupling with the second screw coupling part (13) of the support (10).

[0034] Additionally, as shown in FIG. 5(a, b), the suction plate (60) may be configured to be assembled separately from each other by being composed of a first body (not shown in the drawing) having a plurality of suction holes (61) formed therein and a second body (not shown in the drawing) having a screw connection part (62) formed therein. A spaced-apart space of a predetermined size is formed between the first and second bodies so that the vacuum suction force transmitted from the air intake passage (11) of the support (10) through the screw connection part (62) is evenly distributed and transmitted toward the plurality of suction holes (61) formed in the first body.

[0035] And at both ends of the first body, a pair of position sensing members (63) are installed that are elastically supported by elastic springs (64) to protrude a predetermined length. When a user attaches a patch (1) to an unseen affected area through these pair of position sensing members (63), the user can sense the location where the patch (1) is attached through the position where the pair of position sensing members (63) touch the skin, thereby allowing the patch (1) to be accurately positioned on the affected area. In this way, when the user has positioned the suction plate (60) on the affected area, simply pulling the handle (20) forward causes the position sensing members (63) to be pressed into the suction plate (60), and the patch (1) vacuum-adsorbed to the suction plate (60) comes into contact with and is attached to the affected area.

[0036] Additionally, the suction plate (60) may be composed of a set of multiple suction plates (60, 60') of different sizes and shapes corresponding to the patch (1) having different sizes and shapes, thereby allowing the user to appropriately replace the suction plates (60, 60') to match the size of the patch (1) when using it.

[0037] The reason for changing the suction plate (60, 60') to fit the size of the patch (1) is to ensure that the suction holes (61) are evenly positioned according to the size of the patch (1) so that the patch (1) is evenly suctioned overall. This is because if there are suction holes (61) that are not covered by the patch (1), the vacuum suction force is weakened by the corresponding suction holes (61), and thus the patch (1) may not be strongly vacuum-suctioned.

[0038] Additionally, an elastic pad (not shown) made of rubber or sponge material may be attached to one side of the suction plate (60, 60') on which the suction hole (61) is formed, and a hole communicating with the suction hole (61) is formed in the elastic pad, and thereby the patch (1) is pressed against the elastic pad by vacuum suction force, and the elastic pad is pressed by the patch (1) to a predetermined width, causing the patch (1) and the elastic pad to be pressed more closely together, and as a result, no gap is formed between the patch (1) and the elastic pad where vacuum suction force is lost, so the patch (1) is more securely fixed.

[0039] Meanwhile, although it has been described above that a power switch (50) for supplying or cutting off power to the vacuum motor pump (30) is installed on one side of the handle (20), in addition to the power switch (50), a power control switch (70) for controlling the vacuum suction force, that is, the rotation speed of the vacuum motor pump (30), may be additionally installed on one side of the handle (20).

[0040] This intensity control switch (70) may be configured as a push button so that the rotational speed of the vacuum motor pump increases stepwise to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels depending on the number of times the button is pressed, and then cycles back to 1st level and repeats, or alternatively, it may be configured as a slide switch so that the rotational speed of the vacuum motor pump increases stepwise depending on the position where the slide button is moved.

[0041] In the back scratcher for attaching a patch using a vacuum motor pump according to the present invention configured as described above, the user holds the handle (20) with one hand and places the patch (1) on one side of the suction plate (60, 60') with the other hand, and then operates the power switch (50) to apply power to the vacuum motor pump (30), so that the vacuum suction force is transmitted along the air suction path (11) of the support (10) toward the suction plate (60, 60'), causing the patch (1) to be vacuum-adsorbed. In this state, the user moves the position of the suction plate (60, 60') to match the location of the affected area that is not reached by hand, such as the back or waist, and then attaches the patch (1) to the affected area. Afterward, when the user turns off the power switch (50) of the handle (20), the vacuum suction force of the suction plate (60, 60') is removed, and the vacuum-adsorbed patch (1) falls off and remains attached to the affected area.

[0042] As explained above, the present invention assembles a suction plate of an appropriate size to match the size and type of the patch on a support, positions the suction hole of the suction plate so that it is covered by the patch, and in this state, operates a power switch to apply power to a vacuum motor pump, thereby generating a vacuum suction force along the air intake path of the support, and thereby maintains the patch attached to the suction hole of the suction plate in a vacuum-adhered state, and in the state where the patch is placed on the affected area, operates a power switch to cut off the power applied to the vacuum motor pump, so that the patch attached to the suction plate can be easily removed, and as a result, the patch can be easily attached to a body part that is not easily reached by the user's hand.

[0043] For the convenience of explanation, drawings illustrating preferred embodiments and configurations shown in the drawings have been described above using reference numerals and names; however, as this is merely one embodiment according to the present invention, the scope of the rights should not be interpreted as being limited to the shapes shown in the drawings and the names assigned thereto. It is considered entirely obvious that modifications to various shapes predictable from the description of the invention and simple substitutions with configurations having the same function fall within the scope of modifications that a person skilled in the art can easily implement.
