Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a cosmetic container and a method for manufacturing. Background Technology
[0002] Mascara is a cosmetic applied to the eyelashes to make them look thicker and longer. It is used by applying the cosmetic to the application area. Generally, the cosmetic is stored in a cosmetic container, and the cosmetic is applied to the eyelashes by dipping the application area into the cosmetic.
[0003] For a number of mascaras, the lid of the cosmetic container becomes a handle that the user grips, and the dispensing portion formed extending from the handle is accommodated together in the space containing the cosmetic when the lid is attached to the container and closed.
[0004] However, if the application area is contained within the space containing the cosmetic, there is a problem in that the cosmetic deteriorates prematurely due to contact with air as it repeatedly adheres to and falls off the application area, making it impossible to use the mascara effectively.
[0005] In addition, when applying cosmetics to the application area, the amount of cosmetics applied is uneven depending on the remaining cosmetics and the length the application area is submerged in the cosmetics. Furthermore, if an excessive amount of cosmetics is applied to the application area, it may be difficult to proceed with the makeup application, which presents a problem requiring the excess cosmetics to be wiped off. The problem to be solved
[0006] The present invention aims to provide a cosmetic container that automatically fills a certain amount of cosmetic into the application portion to prevent the application portion from drying out, separates the cosmetic from the space where the application portion is provided, and blocks contact between the cosmetic and external air, thereby ensuring hygiene and enabling efficient use of the cosmetic.
[0007] In addition, the present invention can filter the application area through a filter portion so that a uniform amount of cosmetic is applied to the application area.
[0008] In addition, the present invention has a coating portion formed to protrude from an uneven portion, allowing the uneven portion and the coating portion to be used selectively, thereby enabling the control of the amount of cosmetic supplied. means of solving the problem
[0009] A cosmetic container according to the present invention comprises: a dispensing portion for delivering a cosmetic to a place of use; a main body having a receiving space for receiving the dispensing portion and a storage space for storing the cosmetic; a guide portion formed inside the main body to form a double tube with the main body and forming the storage space; a brush portion having one end of which the dispensing portion is fixed and the other end of which is movable within the guide portion; a lid portion that seals the outside of the receiving space and draws the dispensing portion into the receiving space; and an uneven portion connected to one end of the brush portion; wherein the uneven portion may expose a portion of the dispensing portion through an opening area in which at least a portion is open and surround the remainder of the dispensing portion.

[0035] FIG. 1 is a drawing showing the overall appearance of a cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0036] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, a cosmetic container (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a lid portion (200) and a main body (100).
[0037] Specifically, the lid portion (200) is coupled with the main body (100) and may include a fixed lid (210), a movable lid (220), a second coupling portion (230), a protective sleeve (240), and a second spring (250).
[0038] The fixed lid (210) is fixed to one end of the lid portion (200) and may have a shape in which one side is flat and the opposite side is protruding. The flat side of the fixed lid (210) may form the outer surface of the lid portion (200), and the protruding shape of the fixed lid (210) may be provided inside the lid portion (200) so that the second spring (250) can be mounted.
[0039] The fixed lid (210) can be fixed by engaging with a groove provided in the lid portion (200), and can be made of a material capable of withstanding pressure caused by compression of a second spring (250) provided between the fixed lid (210) and the movable lid (220). The flat surface of the fixed lid (210) can be provided with a mirror or the like that can reflect objects on the outer surface of the lid portion (200), allowing the user to check their eyelashes, etc.
[0040] The movable lid (220) is provided inside the lid portion (200) and can move in contact with the coating portion (300) or the second body (120) provided in the main body (100). In the movable lid (220), the portion in contact with the coating portion (300) may be provided in a shape where the center is concave and the periphery is protruding so as to cover a part of the coating portion (300), and may be provided protruding compared to the portion in contact with the second body (120).
[0041] The movable lid (220) is pushed outward away from the fixed lid (210) by the second spring (250), and the shape protruding from the movable lid (220) can come into contact with and cover a part of the coating portion (300). The part of the shape protruding from the movable lid (220) that comes into contact with the coating portion (300) is concave, and the surrounding part is relatively convex so that it can come into contact with the coating portion (300) accurately.
[0042] The movable lid (220) is in contact with the second body (120) to seal it, and the protruding part of the movable lid (220) is in contact with the application part (300) to seal it through a double seal, thereby preventing the cosmetic product from leaking out of the receiving space in which the application part (300) is received.
[0043] The movable lid (220) can be made of an elastic material so as to prevent damage to the coating part (300) by moving in contact with it.
[0044] A second spring (250) is provided between the movable lid (220) and the fixed lid (210) so that the movable lid (220) can be moved inside the lid portion (200), and since the movable lid (220) moves in contact with the inside of the lid portion (200), it is possible to prevent cosmetics from the main body (100) from penetrating into the inside of the lid portion (200).
[0045] When the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are combined, the second spring (250) is compressed so that the movable lid (220) can come into contact with the fixed lid (210), thereby preventing the penetration of cosmetics between the movable lid (220) and the fixed lid (210).
[0046] The second coupling part (230) may be provided in the direction in which the movable lid (220) protrudes from the inside of the lid part (200) or in the direction of the second body (120) so as to be coupled with the first coupling part (130) of the main body (100). Referring to FIG. 2, the first coupling part (130) and the second coupling part (230) are shown as screw threads, but this is merely an example and may include known configurations that can be coupled to each other, such as magnets.
[0047] The second coupling part (230) can be coupled with the first coupling part (130) to fix the lid part (200) and the main body (100), and the coupling of the second coupling part (230) and the first coupling part (130) can have a coupling force capable of withstanding the elastic force generated by the compression of the second spring (250) provided in the fixed lid (210) and the first spring (150) provided in the guide part (140).
[0048] For example, when the second connecting part (230) and the first connecting part (130) are screw-coupled, a locking structure (not shown) is provided in the screw coupling so that when the coupling is completed, a clicking sound or a tactile sensation of locking occurs, allowing the user to recognize that the coupling between the lid part (200) and the main body (100) is completed.
[0049] The protective sleeve (240) is provided inside the second coupling part (230) and can move together with the movable lid (220), and in some cases, can be connected to the movable lid (220). When the lid part (200) and the main body (100) are separated, the protective sleeve (240) is placed inside the second coupling part (230) to prevent cosmetics from the main body (100) from moving to the second coupling part (230).
[0050] A cosmetic container (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with a protective sleeve (240) that prevents the movement of cosmetic to a second connecting part (230), unlike a conventional cosmetic container, thereby solving hygiene or aesthetic problems caused by cosmetic remaining or hardening in the connecting part.
[0051] The protective sleeve (240) moves in the direction of the fixed lid (210) like the movable lid (220) when the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are combined, thereby exposing the second coupling portion (230) so that the first coupling portion (130) and the second coupling portion (230) can be combined.
[0052] The second spring (250) can be provided in the protruding shape of the fixed lid (210) and can connect the fixed lid (210) and the movable lid (220). The second spring (250) is compressed by pressure when the lid part (200) and the main body (100) are combined, and is tensioned when the lid part (200) and the main body (100) are separated, so that the movable lid (220) can be positioned immediately before the location where the second connecting part (230) is provided. It can be replaced with a known configuration that has a restoring force capable of being compressed and then restored, rather than a spring.
[0053] Specifically, the main body (100) may include a first body (110), a second body (120), and a first connecting part (130).
[0054] The first body (110) forms most of the main body (100) and allows the user to hold it with a handle and use the application portion (300) protruding from the main body (100). The first body (110) can be in various shapes such as a cylinder or a polygonal prism, and cosmetics are provided in the empty space inside. A portion of the first body (110) may be transparent to check the remaining amount of cosmetics inside the first body (110).
[0055] The second body (120) is connected to the first connecting part (130) and can be formed with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the first connecting part (130). It is provided in a form that protrudes from the first connecting part (130) and the end portion is formed diagonally, and when the lid part (200) and the main body (100) are separated, the coating part (300) protrudes from the second body (120) so that the user can use it.
[0056] The inner and outer parts of the coating portion (300) of the second body (120), which protrudes, that is, the part that contacts the movable lid (220), are formed in a curved or diagonal shape rather than a straight line, so that some sections may have a shape that narrows.
[0057] The interior of the second body (120) is provided in a shape that narrows, so that the brush (170) that moves the application part (300) can be held to prevent shaking, and the cosmetic product discharged from the application part (300) protruding from the entrance of the second body (120) can be moved back toward the first body (110), and foreign substances such as eyelashes that may be attached to the application part (300) can be filtered out in the narrowed shape inside the second body (120).
[0058] The first connecting part (130) connects the first body (110) and the second body (120) and can be connected to the second connecting part (230) of the lid part (200). The first connecting part (130) can be provided in a stepped form such that its diameter is larger than that of the second body (120) and its diameter is smaller than that of the first body (110).
[0059] Specifically, the interior of the main body (100) may include a guide part (140), a first spring (150), a discharge part (160), a brush (170), a support part (180), a connecting part (190), and a coating part (300).
[0060] The guide section (140) may be fixed by interlocking within the first body (110) to form a double tube and may have a plurality of protruding shapes. Cosmetics may be stored within the guide section (140) inside the main body (100), and a compression space (174) may be provided in the guide section (140), which is a space that is compressed by the other end of the brush (170).
[0061] When the brush (170) slides or moves to protrude the application portion (300) from the second body (120), the cosmetic stored in the guide portion (140) also moves along with it, and the cosmetic may leak out of the main body (100), which can be prevented by the brush (170) and the support portion (180) supporting the brush (170).
[0062] The support member (180), to be described later, is made of an elastic material and is arranged to come into contact with the circumference of the brush (170) to support the sliding of the brush (170) and prevent the cosmetic from leaking out beyond the support member (180). The cosmetic stored in the guide member (140) is stored in a space closed by the guide member (140), the brush (170), and the support member (180), except for the interior of the brush (170), to be described later, so that leakage is prevented.
[0063] A plurality of protruding shapes in the guide portion (140) may be a location where the first spring (150) is provided and a space where the other end of the brush (170) engages, and there may be a groove or curve on one side to fix a part of the first spring (150).
[0064] The first spring (150) may be provided with a portion fixed in a plurality of protruding forms in the guide portion (140), and may be compressed or stretched by coming into contact with the brush (170), specifically by coming into contact with the transmission portion (172) of the brush (170).
[0065] When the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are combined, the first spring (150) is compressed by pressure, just like the second spring (250), and when the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are separated, the first spring (150) is tensioned and pushes the brush (170) through the transmission portion (172), so that the coating portion (300) provided at one end of the brush (170) protrudes from the second body (120) and can be used by the user.
[0066] Referring to FIG. 2, the first spring (150) can transmit force by coming into contact with a transmission part (172) provided in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the brush (170), and the transmission part (172) can support the brush (170) so that it slides inside the main body (100) without twisting, and one or more first springs (150) can be provided in a plurality of protruding forms from the guide part (140).
[0067] The first spring (150) may be provided with a larger diameter than the second spring (250). The first spring (150) may be replaced with a known configuration that has a restoring force capable of being compressed and then restored, rather than a spring.
[0068] The discharge section (160) is a hole provided on one side of the guide section (140) and can discharge air inside the discharge section (160) to the outside. That is, when the guide section (140) is assembled with the main body (100) on which the cosmetic is provided, the air inside the guide section (140) can be discharged, and after the guide section (140) and the main body (100) are assembled, the discharge section (160) is blocked by the main body (100) to prevent the cosmetic provided in the guide section (140) from leaking out.
[0069] The assembly of the guide part (140) and the main body (100) will be explained in detail in FIG. 5, which will be described later.
[0070] In the brush head (170), the other end may be engaged with the guide portion (140), and the coating portion (300) may be provided at the end, allowing it to slide within the main body (100). Specifically, it may slide within the guide portion (140) provided in the main body (100), and the driving force for the sliding movement may be the elastic force of a plurality of first springs (150) provided in the guide portion (140).
[0071] The length of the brush head (170) can be made longer than the length of the first body (110), so that when the lid part (200) and the main body (100) are separated, the coating part (300) provided at one end can be protruded from the second body (120).
[0072] The brush (170) includes an outlet (not shown in the drawing), which is a space for mounting a connecting part (190) to be described later, at one end where a delivery part (172) and a coating part (300) are combined in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and the outlet and the discharge part (160) are different.
[0073] The brush head (170) has a cylindrical cross-section in the form of a hollow tube and is hollow inside, so that cosmetics can be delivered to the application part (300) through the inside of the brush head (170) and through the discharge port.
[0074] At one end of the brush holder (170), a coating portion (300) and a connecting portion (190) surrounding the coating portion (300) may be provided. The connecting portion (190) may have a third spring (191) mounted at its lower end, and the third spring (191) may move a sealing portion (192) that compresses and seals the inside of the brush holder (170). Details regarding the connecting portion (190) will be described later, and a detailed description of the third spring (191) and the sealing portion (192) will be provided in FIG. 4.
[0075] Referring to FIG. 2, the transmission portion (172) of the brush (170) may be provided around the perimeter of the brush (170) in the form of semicircles joined in an offset manner. The transmission portion (172) of the brush (170) may contact the guide portion (140) to support the sliding of the brush (170), limit the length of the sliding of the brush (170), and transmit the elastic force of the first spring (150) provided in the guide portion (140) to the brush (170).
[0076] The transfer portion (172) of the brush (170) is coupled in an offset manner so that the cosmetic product can move between the transfer portion (172) of the brush (170) within the guide portion (140), and when the brush (170) slides and the application portion (300) protrudes, the pressure of the cosmetic product between the support portion (180) and the transfer portion (172) within the guide portion (140) can increase, and the cosmetic product with increased pressure can pass through the transfer portion (172) of the brush (170) and move toward the first spring (150) or the compression space (174).
[0077] The thickness of the rod (170) may vary in sections along the length direction, and the rod (170) may include an expanded section (171) in which the thickness of a specific section is thicker than the thickness of another section.
[0078] When the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are separated, the brush (170) slides so that the coating portion (300) provided at one end of the brush (170) protrudes from the second body (120), and the speed of protrusion may vary depending on the thickness difference between the expanded portion (171) and other sections of the brush (170). Further details will be described later in FIG. 4.
[0079] The brush (170) may include a recovery port (173) that connects the interior to the guide portion (140). The recovery port (173) is provided on at least one surface of the brush (170) to recover at least a portion of the cosmetic moving inside the brush (170) to the guide portion. Further details will be described later in FIG. 4.
[0080] At the other end of the brush holder (170), a configuration corresponding to the third spring (191) and the sealing part (192) provided at one end of the brush holder (170) may be provided. Although not illustrated, a fourth spring corresponding to the third spring (191), a closing part corresponding to the sealing part (192), and a holder on which the closing part is mounted may be provided at the other end of the brush holder (170).
[0081] The holder is provided separately from the brush head (170) and can be fixed by fitting it to the other end of the brush head (170), and the fourth spring can be provided larger than the inner diameter of the brush head (170). The closing part is provided between the fourth spring and the closing part and can be opened and closed according to the pressure of the cosmetic product transmitted from the compression space (174).
[0082] When the application portion (300) is inserted by the lid portion (200), the compression space (174) is compressed by the brush (170), and the cosmetic located in the compression space (174) moves into the interior of the brush (170). At this time, the pressure of the cosmetic causes the fourth spring to be compressed and the closing portion to rise, so that the cosmetic can move into the interior of the brush (170) and be delivered to the receiving space.
[0083] The movement of cosmetics from the inside of the brush holder (170) into the compression space (174), that is, the backflow of cosmetics, can be prevented by the closing part, so the function of preventing backflow of cosmetics can be similar to that of the third spring (191) and the sealing part (192) provided at the bottom of the support part (180).
[0084] The support member (180) is provided inside the first connecting member (130) to support the brush (170) and contacts the brush (170) to prevent the cosmetic product from leaking out beyond the support member (180), and can form a receiving space (not shown) in which the application member (300) is received. The support member (180) may be provided with an elastic material, and for example, a material such as PE may be used.
[0085] The support member (180) may include a portion provided inside the first connecting member (130), a protruding point (181), and a surface forming a receiving space, wherein the protruding point (181) may come into contact with the brush (170).
[0086] The protruding point (181) in the support portion (180) is also made of an elastic material, so that it can be bent in the direction in which the brush (170) slides or is made of the same diameter as the expansion portion (171) without any gap, thereby allowing the receiving space for the application portion and the storage space for storing the cosmetic to be separated so that the cosmetic does not leak out beyond the guide portion (140).
[0087] A sealing ring (not shown) may be provided at the upper or lower part of the protruding point (181) in the support member (180) to ensure separation of the receiving space and the compression space and to seal the receiving space. The sealing ring has a circular cross-section and is provided at the upper or lower part of the protruding point (181) to prevent backflow of cosmetics, and can double-block backflow of cosmetics together with the support member (180).
[0088] The connecting part (190) is provided at one end of the brush (170) and can serve to connect the application part (300) and the brush (170). The connecting part (190) may have a cylindrical shape so as to include the column of the application part (300), but it may differ from the cross-section of the brush (170) so as to be able to transfer cosmetics provided inside the brush (170) to the application part (300).
[0089] The connecting part (190) can support a third spring (191) at the bottom, and the third spring (191) can move a sealing part (192) that compresses and seals the inside of the brush (170). A detailed description of the third spring (191) and the sealing part (192) will be provided in FIG. 4.
[0090] The application portion (300) is provided at one end of the brush (170) and can serve to apply cosmetics to the eyelashes of the user or the place of use. The material and shape of the application portion (300) may vary, and when the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are combined, it is provided inside the second body (120), that is, in the receiving space, and when the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are separated, it can be protruded from the second body (120) and exposed to the outside by sliding the brush (170).
[0091] The coating portion (300) is provided with a size that contacts the receiving space, but it may be provided larger than the shape that narrows inside the second body (120), and the purpose is to make it easier for the user to apply makeup by allowing an appropriate amount to be applied to the outer surface of the coating portion (300) through the process of the end of the coating portion (300) being pressed in the shape that narrows inside the second body (120).
[0092] The application portion (300) is provided in the main body (100) and can come into contact with the movable lid (220) in the lid portion (200), so it is different from the form in which the application portion is provided in the existing lid portion and cosmetics are contained in the existing main body.
[0093] Previously, makeup was applied using a dispensing part provided in the lid, and if the makeup ran out, the existing main body was used to apply more makeup. This resulted in the inconvenience of having to apply the makeup multiple times using the dispensing part provided in the lid to finish the makeup, and there were issues with hygiene or quality degradation due to the deterioration of the makeup caused by the repeated use of the dispensing part on the eyelashes on the main body. In contrast, the cosmetic container (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention provides the cosmetic and dispensing part (300) in the main body (100), and continuously supplies the cosmetic to the dispensing part (300) through the inside of the brush (170), thereby improving the existing problems.
[0095] FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing the protruding coating portion of a cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the process of combining the lid portion and the main body of a cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0096] Referring to FIG. 3, it can be seen that the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are separated, and the application portion (300) protrudes from the main body (100). When the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are separated, the first spring (150) that was compressed is stretched to transmit elastic force to the transmission portion (172) of the brush (170). The transmission portion (172) provided in the brush (170) receives the elastic force of the first spring (150) and causes the brush (170) to slide inside the guide portion (140), and the support portion (180) supports the sliding of the brush (170) so that the cosmetic product does not leak out beyond the support portion (180).
[0097] The delivery unit (172) slides together with the brush (170) and can move the cosmetic contained in the guide unit (140). In FIG. 2, the delivery unit (172) is positioned at the top of the first spring (150), and in FIG. 3, the delivery unit (172) is shown to rise and be positioned at the bottom of the support unit (180).
[0098] In the process of changing from Fig. 2 to Fig. 3, it can be seen that the delivery unit (172) and the brush (170) slide upward, and accordingly, the cosmetic product provided at the top of the delivery unit (172), that is, the cosmetic product provided between the support unit (180) and the delivery unit (172), can be seen to have risen. However, since the receiving space and the storage space are separated by the support unit (180), the cosmetic product cannot go past the support unit (180) and can pass through the delivery unit (172) and move between the delivery unit (172) and the first spring (150).
[0099] The process of changing from Fig. 3 to Fig. 2 is such that the delivery unit (172) and the brush (170) slide downward, and accordingly, the cosmetic provided at the bottom of the delivery unit (172), that is, the cosmetic provided between the delivery unit (172) and the first spring (150), descends and can move to the compression space (174).
[0100] The delivery part (172) provided on the brush (170) can raise or lower the cosmetic according to the sliding of the brush (170).
[0101] Referring to FIG. 3, it can be seen that the brush (170) has moved the maximum travel distance, and the delivery part (172) or the expansion part (171) provided at the top of the delivery part (172) is prevented from moving by the support part (180).
[0102] The expansion section (171) provided at the top of the delivery section (172) engages with the support section (180) to prevent leakage of cosmetics stored in the storage space, and the receiving space is also formed as a closed space by the brush (170) and the support section (180), so that cosmetics do not leak out even when the user applies makeup using the main body (100) as a handle.
[0103] Since the thickness of the expanded section (171) in the brush (170) is made thicker than the thickness of other sections, the sliding speed of the brush (170) supported by the support section (180) can be varied by the expanded section (171).
[0104] The expansion section (171) may be provided at the top of the delivery section (172) in addition to the specific section and may have a different function from the expansion section (171) provided in the specific section. The expansion section (171) provided in the specific section of the brush (170) controls the movement speed of the brush (170) so that when the cosmetic container (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention is opened, the application section (300) does not pop out quickly and the cosmetic product does not splash out, and the effect of the product rising slowly can make the user feel a sense of luxury.
[0105] The expansion section (171) provided at the top of the delivery section (172) may have the same size as the expansion section (171) provided in at least a specific section, so that it can prevent the leakage of cosmetics stored in the storage space by engaging with the support section (180) at the maximum travel distance of the brush (170).
[0106] Referring to FIG. 4(a), it can be seen that the thickness of the expanded section (171), which is a specific section of the brush (170), is thicker than the thickness of other sections. Although the expanded section (171) of the brush (170) is depicted as being distinguished from other sections by a step, this is merely an example, and the thickness can gradually change to form a linear shape.
[0107] The specific shape of the protruding point (181) is shown in FIG. 6 (a) to (c).
[0108] When the protruding point (181) in the support section (180) is bent, a larger surface area comes into contact with the brush (170), so the sliding speed of the brush (170) can be reduced. Since the protruding point (181) in the support section (180) is made of an elastic material, when it supports another section where the thickness of the brush (170) becomes thin again, the protruding point (181) in the support section (180) supports the brush (170) in its original shape again, and at this time, the sliding speed of the brush (170) can be faster than the speed in the thick expanded section (171).
[0109] Referring to FIG. 4(a), it can be seen that the thickness of the brush (170) is constant from one end to the other where the coating portion (300) is provided, then becomes thicker in a specific section, and then becomes constant again like the original thickness. The thickness of each section of the brush (170) may vary.
[0110] In a cosmetic container (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention, when the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are separated, the coating portion (300) is protruded from the second body (120) by the brush (170). Due to the difference in thickness between the expanded portion (171) and other sections of the brush (170), the coating portion (300) can have the effect of gradually rising from a specific section where the expanded portion (171) is provided.
[0111] That is, when the user removes the lid to use the cosmetic, the application part (300) rises quickly before a specific section of the brush (170), slowly in a specific section, and then quickly again after passing a specific section, so the effect of rising slowly in a specific section in the middle is maximized, allowing the user to feel a sense of luxury.
[0112] In addition, when the first spring (150) is fully stretched after passing a specific section, the sliding force of the brush (170) is weakened, so the coating section (300) can be made to rise quickly before the specific section, slowly due to the thickness in the specific section, and slowly after passing the specific section as the elastic force of the first spring (150) is exhausted, so the coating section (300) can be made to rise slowly from the specific section.
[0113] In addition, even if the protruding point (181) of the support part (180) is not arranged to be bent, the coating part (300) can be made to gradually rise in a specific section as described above. If the diameter of the protruding point (181) of the support part (180) is arranged to match the specific section where the expansion part (171) is provided, the movement speed of the brush (170) can be increased in other sections where the thickness becomes thinner, thus enabling the above-mentioned effect.
[0114] Referring to FIG. 4 (a) to (c), FIG. 4 shows that (a) the second body (120) and the coating part (300) are in contact with the movable lid (220) to combine the lid part (200) and the main body (100); (b) the lid part (200) and the main body (100) are partially combined by the movable lid (220) partially retracting the coating part (300); and (c) the lid part (200) and the main body (100) are completely combined.
[0115] A protective sleeve (240) connected to a movable lid (220) is provided inside the second connecting part (230) to prevent penetration of cosmetics until the second body (120) or the application part (300) comes into contact with the movable lid (220).
[0116] Since the protruding parts of the second body (120) and the movable lid (220) come into contact with each other, the cosmetic product that may remain in the application part (300) cannot move to the second coupling part (230), so the cosmetic product cannot reach the second coupling part (230), thereby solving hygiene and aesthetic problems, and also solving the problem of the cosmetic product remaining in the existing coupling part hardening and causing problems with coupling and separation.
[0117] When the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are combined, the movable lid (220) can come into contact with the coating portion (300) and apply a certain pressure to the coating portion (300), and the certain pressure can compress the first spring (150) to provide the driving force for the brush (170) to slide when the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are separated.
[0118] The movable lid (220) is made of an elastic material so that it comes into contact with the coating part (300), thereby minimizing damage to the coating part (300).
[0119] Existing cosmetic containers had a problem where cosmetics could leak out if the container was tilted while the lid was open or not fully sealed.
[0120] In contrast, in the case where the lid portion (200) of the cosmetic container (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention is opened or not fully connected, the second spring (250) provided in the lid portion (200) pushes the main body (100), so the user can check whether the lid is closed, and even when the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are only partially connected, the movable lid (220) is in contact with the second body (120), so the problem of the cosmetic flowing out may not occur.
[0121] Referring to FIG. 4 (a) to (c), (a) may be a state in which the second body (120) and the coating part (300) are in contact with the movable lid (220), and a compression space (174) is formed by the guide part (140) and the other end of the brush (170), or the compression space (174) is partially compressed.
[0122] (b) is a state in which the movable lid (220) partially retracts the application portion (300) so that the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are partially combined, and the compression space (174) is provided to be smaller than (a) so that the cosmetic in the compression space (174) can be transferred to the receiving space through the inside of the brush (170).
[0123] The user can use cosmetics to include cosmetics within the acceptance limit of the application portion (300), and the application portion can absorb cosmetics within the acceptance limit of the acceptance space.
[0124] (c) shows that the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are in a fully combined state, with the movable lid (220) in contact with the fixed lid (210) and the other end of the brush (170) in contact with the guide portion (140), so that the compression space (174) disappears.
[0125] The cosmetic product prepared in the compression space (174) is transferred entirely to the receiving space through the interior of the brush (170), and the application part (300) in the receiving space may be in a state where it has sufficiently absorbed the cosmetic product within the receiving limit.
[0126] However, between the processes of (b) and (c), the coating part (300) in the receiving space may have sufficiently absorbed the cosmetic within the receiving limit, in which case the cosmetic delivered from the compression space (174) can be recovered to the guide part through the recovery port (173).
[0127] At least some of the cosmetic flowing inside the brush (170) is recovered through the recovery port (173), and when the receiving space is filled with cosmetic, all of the cosmetic flowing inside the brush (170) can be recovered to the guide part (140) through the recovery port (173).
[0128] The amount of cosmetic used through the application part (300) may vary for each user. When the user finishes applying makeup and combines the lid part (200) and the main body (100), the cosmetic container (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention automatically supplies a sufficient amount of cosmetic from the receiving space to the application part (300) through the compression space (174) and the inside of the brush, so that when the user reuses it thereafter, the application part (300) can supply a certain amount of cosmetic.
[0129] Referring to FIG. 4 (a) to (c), it can be seen that the lower end of the connecting part (190) is protruding, and a third spring (191) is provided at the protruding lower end. The third spring (191) is connected to a sealing part (192) that seals the inside of the brush (170), so that one end of the third spring (191) is connected to the connecting part (190) and the other end is connected to the sealing part (192).
[0130] The sealing part (192) may be a device that allows the cosmetic inside the brush (170) to move into the receiving space, but prevents movement from the receiving space into the inside of the brush (170) in the reverse direction. The sealing part (192) may have various shapes such as beads or stoppers and may separate the brush (170) from the receiving space.
[0131] The third spring (191) allows the sealing part (192) to move up and down, and when the cosmetic provided in the compression space (174) moves through the inside of the brush (170) to the receiving space, it can compress the sealing part (192) by the pressure of the cosmetic and raise it. In order for the third spring (191) provided at the bottom of the connecting part (190) to compress, the length of the protruding part at the bottom of the connecting part (190) may be smaller than the length of the third spring (191).
[0132] On the other hand, when cosmetics move from the receiving space into the interior of the brush (170), the cosmetics flow back, so the third spring (191) is in a tensioned state, and the sealing part (192) seals the interior of the brush (170), thereby preventing the cosmetics from flowing back.
[0133] In FIG. 4, (a) is a case where the cosmetic is not delivered to the receiving space, and the third spring (191) is tensioned and the sealing part (192) seals the inside of the brush (170).
[0134] (b) is a situation in which a cosmetic product provided in the compression space (174) is transferred to the receiving space along the inside of the brush (170), and the third spring (191) is compressed and the sealing part (192) rises so that the cosmetic product can move to the receiving space.
[0135] (c) Since the receiving space is filled with cosmetics and the cosmetics can no longer move, the third spring (191) is tensioned and the sealing part (192) does not rise.
[0136] The cross-section of the connecting part (190) may have a shape in which a portion is open compared to the cross-section of the brush (170) or a shape smaller than the cross-section of the brush (170), so that cosmetics provided inside the brush (170) can be transferred to the connecting part (190).
[0137] For example, if the user separates the lid (200) and the main body (100) and uses the application part (300) to consume the cosmetic product attached to the application part (300), the application part (300) absorbs the cosmetic product filled inside the brush (170), allowing the user to continuously apply makeup.
[0138] When the cosmetic product filled inside the brush (170) is consumed, the main body (100) is pressed with the lid (200) and the brush (170) is subjected to pressure, causing the cosmetic product provided in the compression space (174) to move into the inside of the brush (170), allowing the application of the cosmetic product to continue.
[0139] Pressing the main body (100) with the lid portion (200) applies pressure to the application portion (300) with the movable lid (220), and the delivery portion (172) of the brush (170) applies pressure to the cosmetic provided between the delivery portion (172) of the brush (170) and the first spring (150), thereby moving the cosmetic provided in the compression space (174) into the empty interior of the brush (170). The cosmetic moved into the interior of the brush (170) can be supplied to the connection portion (190) due to the difference in cross-section between the connection portion (190) and the brush (170), allowing the application portion (300) to absorb the cosmetic again.
[0141] FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the process of combining the main body and the guide part in a cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a drawing of the support part in a cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 6, (a) is a side view of the support part (180), (b) is a front view of the support part (180), and (c) is a perspective view of the support part (180).
[0142] As previously described, the support member (180) may include a protruding point (181) and a surface forming a receiving space. Referring to FIG. 6 (b), the protruding point (181) may represent the smallest circle in the support member (180), and the surface forming the receiving space may represent a surface formed at the bottom with a part open.
[0143] Cosmetics can move through the surface forming a receiving space in the support part (180), but the surface forming a receiving space in the support part (180) is blocked by the opening formed by the main body (100) when the main body (100) and the guide part (140) are combined in the state where cosmetics are stored in FIG. 5.
[0144] When the main body (100) and the guide part (140) are combined, the cosmetic can move through the support part (180), and after combination, the cosmetic cannot move through the support part (180), so the support part (180) can distinguish between a receiving space for accommodating the application part (300) and a storage space for storing the cosmetic.
[0145] Referring to FIG. 5, it can be seen that a guide part (140) and a brush (170) are attached to a main body (100) in a state where cosmetics are stored. When the main body (100) and the lid part (200) are combined, the movable lid (220) of the lid part (200) may come into contact with the second body (120) to form a receiving space with one side sealed, and specifically, cosmetics may be filled inside the first body (110) in the receiving space with one side sealed.
[0146] Inside the guide section (140), a first spring (150), a brush (170), a support section (180), and air may be provided.
[0147] When the guide section (140) is provided as a closed space, the air provided in the guide section (140) cannot escape, so when assembling the guide section (140) to the main body (100) where the cosmetic is stored, the pressure inside the guide section (140) increases, requiring a lot of force for assembly, and the cosmetic stored in the main body (100) may overflow.
[0148] A cosmetic container (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with a discharge portion (160) in a guide portion (140) so that air provided in the guide portion (140) can escape.
[0149] Referring to FIG. 5, the guide part (140) containing air is pressed into the main body (100) in which the cosmetic is stored and assembled, and the air contained in the guide part (140) is discharged through the discharge part (160) so that assembly can proceed easily.
[0150] The air contained in the guide section (140) is discharged through the discharge section (160), so that the guide section (140) is in a vacuum state, and the discharge section (160) is sealed off from the outside by the main body (100), so that there is no risk of the cosmetic contained in the guide section (140) being deteriorated by the air.
[0151] The surface forming the receiving space in the support section (180) allows the cosmetic to move into the guide section (140) when the guide section (140) and the main body (100) are assembled, and the discharge section (160) is for discharging air provided inside the guide section (140) when the guide section (140) and the main body (100) are assembled. After the assembly of the guide section (140) and the main body (100) is completed, the surface forming the receiving space in the support section (180) and the discharge section (160) are blocked by the main body (100), so that the cosmetic may not leak out.
[0153] FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of a cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0154] Referring to FIG. 7, a receiving groove (241) may be provided in the portion that protrudes from the movable lid (220) to the lid portion (200) and receives the coating portion (300). The receiving groove (241) may be provided in the form of a groove that receives a specific shape of member, and the opening portion may be formed narrower than the inner space.
[0155] A projection (310) protruding from the coating portion (300) may be provided at the top of the coating portion (300), and the shape of the projection (310) and the inner space of the receiving groove (241) may be the same or formed to be connectable so as to be temporarily coupled with the receiving groove (241).
[0156] When the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are combined, the movable lid (220) comes into contact with the coating portion (300) and presses the coating portion (300) in the direction of the guide portion (140) so that the coating portion (300) can be inserted into the interior of the main body (100).
[0157] When the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are combined, the receiving groove (241) and the protrusion (310) come into contact with each other, and when a certain pressure or more is applied, the protrusion (310) is inserted into the inner space of the receiving groove (241) so that the receiving groove (241) and the protrusion (310) can be temporarily combined.
[0158] When the coating portion (300) is inserted into the interior of the main body (100), the receiving groove (241) and the projection (310) may be in a combined state.
[0159] When the application part (300) needs to be used, the lid part (200) can be separated from the main body (100) and spaced apart, and the protrusion (310) is provided in a state where it is still combined with the receiving groove (241), so that the protrusion (310) and the application part (300) can move according to the movement of the lid part (200), and the components connected to the application part (300) can also move together.
[0160] A protrusion (310) may be coupled or engaged in the inner space of the receiving groove (241), so that the protrusion (310) and the coating portion (300) move together with the movement of the lid portion (200), thereby providing power for the coating portion (300) to protrude or be exposed from the main body (100), and accordingly, the first spring (150) provided at the bottom of the transmission portion (172) may be omitted.
[0161] When the lid (200) and the main body (100) are separated and move apart from each other, the protrusion (310) moves together with the receiving groove (241), so it can provide the driving force for the components such as the coating part (300), brush (170), and delivery part (172) connected to the protrusion (310) to slide inside the guide part (140).
[0162] Subsequently, when the coating portion (300) is fully exposed from the main body (100), the receiving groove (241) and the protrusion (310) need to be separated for use of the coating portion (300). The protrusion (310) can be separated from the receiving groove (241) by applying pressure such as pulling or twisting, so that the user can separate the lid portion (200) by applying pressure.
[0163] The receiving groove (241) and the protrusion (310) can be restrained from each other through fastening, interlocking, latching, etc., but are provided to be separable through pressure, so that when necessary, the user can separate the receiving groove (241) and the protrusion (310) through pressure to enable use of the coating part (300).
[0164] For the purpose of connection, the inner space of the receiving groove (241) may be provided in a shape corresponding to the protrusion (310), but the shape is not limited as long as they can be restrained from each other through a catch or the like, and the connection force between the receiving groove (241) and the protrusion (310) can at least cause the components such as the coating part (300) and brush (170) to slide and be exposed from the main body (100).
[0166] FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a cosmetic container according to another embodiment of the present invention, and some configurations may differ compared to the cosmetic container according to the embodiment described above.
[0167] The part of the movable lid (220) that contacts the coating part (300) can be formed with a concave center and a protruding periphery so as to cover a part of the coating part (300). The center of the area that contacts the coating part (300) is formed as a wider area and has a gentle slope so that the coating part (300) can easily come into contact with the movable lid (220).
[0168] The movable lid (220) is in contact with the second body (120) to seal it, and the protruding part of the movable lid (220) is in contact with the application part (300) to seal it through a double seal, thereby preventing the cosmetic product from leaking out of the receiving space in which the application part (300) is received.
[0169] The movable lid (220) and the second body (120) are brought into contact with each other in a vertical or face-to-face manner, so that the movable lid (220) can be brought into contact vertically with the filter portion (121) protruding inward from the second body (120).
[0170] The filter portion (121) is provided in a donut shape with a central area open and protruding inwardly from the second body (120), and the donut shape includes a plurality of filter holes (122) so that a certain amount of cosmetic can be filtered through the filter holes (122).
[0171] In the central region of the filter section (121), the application section (300) and the brush (170) penetrate, so that when the application section (300) and the brush (170) penetrate, the cosmetic product is pushed out and placed on the filter hole (122), and the filter hole (122) can filter a certain amount of cosmetic product into the interior of the first body (110) per unit time.
[0172] When the user finishes using the cosmetic container (10) by closing the lid (200) and the main body (100) after using the cosmetic through the dispensing part (300), the dispensing part (300) protruding from the second body (120) comes into contact with the movable lid (220) and is drawn into the interior of the main body (100).
[0173] Cosmetics remaining after use by the user may remain in the application section (300), and during the process of the application section (300) being introduced into the main body (100), a portion of the remaining cosmetics may be filtered by the filter section (121).
[0174] Cosmetics remaining around the application portion (300) that are filtered by the filter portion (121) can move into the interior of the first body (110) through a plurality of filter holes (122), and the amount and speed of movement of the cosmetics may vary depending on the number of filter holes (122) formed in the filter portion (121).
[0175] When the user separates the lid portion (200) from the main body (100) for use of the cosmetic, the process of the application portion (300) and the brush (170) protruding through the central area of the filter portion (121) is carried out, and the application portion (300) can protrude while absorbing a portion of the cosmetic remaining in the filter portion (121).
[0176] If a filter hole (122) is not provided in the filter section (121), the filtered cosmetic remains on the filter section (121) and the application section (300) absorbs the remaining cosmetic when protruding, which may cause a problem in which more cosmetic than necessary is distributed to the application section (300). However, by providing a filter hole (122) in the filter section (121), the occurrence of the above problem can be prevented.
[0177] Referring to FIG. 8, the sealing portion (192) is positioned at the end of the brush (170) to control the amount of cosmetic product provided in the compression space (174) that moves into the interior of the brush (170), and can be positioned further away from the recovery port (173) relative to the application portion (300).
[0178] The sealing part (192) is provided in a cylindrical shape and can be combined with the brush head (170). The end portion is provided with the same cross-sectional area as the brush head (170), and the portion protruding from the end portion and entering into the brush head (170) is provided with a cross-sectional area smaller than that of the brush head (170), so that the end portion of the sealing part (192) can cover the end of the brush head (170).
[0179] The sealing part (192) is provided with an elastic material such as rubber so that it is easily inserted into the brush head (170) but is not easily separated through the movement of the brush head (170), and may be provided with a material different from that of the brush head (170), but is not limited thereto.
[0180] A connecting part (190) is provided at one end of the brush (170) so as to be connected to the application part (300), and a sealing part (192) is provided at the other end or end so as to control the amount of cosmetic flowing into the interior of the brush (170) from the compression space (174). The sealing part (192) is provided such that the central area allows the cosmetic to move in only one direction, thereby allowing the cosmetic to move into the interior of the brush (170) through the sealing part (192), but preventing the cosmetic from being discharged from the interior of the brush (170), and the one direction may vary depending on the shape of the central area of the sealing part (192).
[0181] The central region of the sealing part (192) is made of an elastic material so that the openings are normally closed by contacting each other, but when the cosmetic product applies pressure from the bottom of the central region of the sealing part (192), the openings open so that the cosmetic product can move into the inside of the brush (170), and when the cosmetic product from the opposite direction applies pressure from the top of the central region of the sealing part (192), the contact of the openings becomes firm so that the movement of the cosmetic product can be prevented.
[0182] The sealing part (192) is a device provided to allow the cosmetic to move only in one direction, either inside or outside the brush (170), and can help the brush (170) maintain a certain amount of cosmetic.
[0183] Referring to FIG. 8, a sorting section (193) may be provided between the filter section (121) and the support section (180). The sorting section (193) is provided on the coating section (300) and the brush (170) with an open central area, and its position may be fixed or movable within a certain section.
[0184] When the user finishes using the cosmetic, the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are brought into close contact so that the dispensing portion (300) protruding from the second body (120) comes into contact with the movable lid (220) and is retracted into the interior of the main body (100).
[0185] At this time, there may be cosmetic products remaining in the application section (300) after use by the user. As previously explained, the filter section (121) can filter the cosmetic products first, and the cleaning section (193) can clean the cosmetic products secondarily.
[0186] The finishing section (193) includes an opening smaller than the outer diameter of the coating section (300) in the central area, so that the part of the coating section (300) located outside the opening of the finishing section (193) may be bent or curved for a short time by the finishing section (193).
[0187] The organizing part (193) can organize the cosmetic product provided in the applying part (300) during the process in which the applying part (300) protrudes from or is retracted from the first body (110), thereby allowing a uniform amount of cosmetic product to be applied to the applying part (300).
[0188] When the application portion (300) protrudes from the first body (110), the organizing portion (193) is positioned to be in contact with the first coupling portion (130), so that the application portion (300) can provide a uniform amount of cosmetic to the user as it passes through the organizing portion (193) and the filter portion (121).
[0189] When the coating section (300) is introduced into the first body (110), the cosmetic product in the coating section (300) can be primarily cleaned by the filter section (121), and the cosmetic product can be secondarily cleaned by the cleaning section (193) provided between the filter section (121) and the support section (180).
[0190] The organizing section (193) is provided in multiple stages, and the diameter of the upper section is larger than that of the lower section, so that cosmetics organized from the opening of the lower section can be temporarily stored within the upper section, and the upper section is provided to be in contact with the first connecting section (130) and the lower section is provided to be in contact with the supporting section (180), thereby preventing contact between unused cosmetics provided in the main body (100) and the outside air and cosmetics exposed to the outside air.
[0191] Additionally, a sealing ring may be provided between the organizing part (193) and the supporting part (180) so that the sealing ring and the supporting part (180) double-block the inflow of external air, thereby sealing the contents or cosmetics to maintain a vacuum state, and additionally, the organizing part (193) may be provided at the top of the sealing ring to reinforce the sealing.
[0193] FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of a cosmetic container according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0194] Referring to FIG. 9, an insertion portion (225) may be formed protruding from a movable lid (220) that is movable inside the lid portion (200). The insertion portion (225) may be formed with a concave or recessed center so as to come into contact with the end of the coating portion (300).
[0195] The insertion part (225) is formed such that its perimeter protrudes more than the center, and the insertion part (225) can be formed with a width and shape corresponding to the central area of the filter part (121).
[0196] The insertion part (225) protrudes toward the coating part (300) and may have a width corresponding to the shape of the central area of the filter part (121).
[0197] When the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are combined, the insert portion (225) can pass through the second body (120) and be combined with the central region of the filter portion (121).
[0198] When the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are combined, the insertion portion (225) can move to support the end of the coating portion (300) and be inserted into the central area of the filter portion (121).
[0199] The filter section (121) may be formed such that the central region is open in a donut shape inside the second body (120). The filter section (121) may include a perimeter region that is perpendicularly in contact with the inner surface of the second body (120) and a central region that is open and surrounded by the perimeter region. The central region of the filter section (121) is open so that the application section (300) can move back and forth, and is formed smaller than the perimeter of the application section (300) so that the cosmetic product of the application section (300) can be organized into an appropriate amount when the application section (300) moves back and forth.
[0200] The filter portion (121) is formed such that the width of the central region is smaller than the width of the coating portion (300), so that when the coating portion (300) penetrates the central region of the filter portion (121), the circumference of the coating portion (300) can be temporarily deformed.
[0201] Cosmetics organized by the filter section (121) can be moved through the filter hole (122) while remaining at the top of the filter section (121). At the top of the filter section (121), the application section (300) can penetrate the central area of the filter section (121) to load the filtered cosmetics.
[0202] The insertion part (225) can pressurize the cosmetic product remaining at the top of the filter part (121) to move the cosmetic product to the bottom or inside of the filter part (121).
[0204] FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of a cosmetic container according to another embodiment of the present invention in which the lid portion and the main body are combined. The lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are combined so that the movable lid (220) comes into contact with the second body (120) and the insertion portion (225) comes into contact with the filter portion (121).
[0205] In FIG. 10, the insertion part (225) can penetrate the central region of the filter part (121) and come into contact with the end of the coating part (300). The end of the coating part (300) can be supported by the insertion part (225).
[0206] Another embodiment is shown in FIG. 7, in which a protrusion (310) is formed at the end of the coating portion (300), and when the protrusion (310) is formed, the center of the insertion portion (225) may have a shape that accommodates the protrusion (310).
[0207] The insertion part (225) engages with the central region of the filter part (121) to prevent the cosmetic from moving through the central region of the filter part (121). When the insertion part (225) is inserted into the central region of the filter part (121), the cosmetic remaining at the top of the filter part (121) can be moved toward the inside or the application part (300) through the filter hole (122).
[0208] The filter holes (122) are formed with a width smaller than the width of the center area in the perimeter area of the filter section (121) and may have an open shape. The filter holes (122) may be formed in multiple numbers and arranged in a circular shape around the center area of the filter section (121).
[0209] Referring to FIG. 10, a space may be formed at the top of the filter section (121).
[0210] Specifically, a space may be formed by the insertion part (225), the filter part (121), and the movable lid (220). The space is referred to as the pressurized space (228) described later, and may be positioned with cosmetics that remain on the top of the filter part (121).
[0211] When the lid portion (200) and the main body (100) are combined, the insertion portion (225) presses the application portion (300) to move the application portion (300) inward or downward. When the application portion (300) passes through the filter portion (121), the remaining cosmetic product of the application portion (300) is filtered, and the filtered cosmetic product can remain at the top of the filter portion (121).
[0212] Afterwards, when the insertion part (225) is inserted into the central area of the filter part (121), the filtered cosmetic at the top of the filter part (121) can no longer move through the central area of the filter part (121) and can move downward through the filter hole (122).
[0214] FIG. 11 is a conceptual diagram of a state in which a cosmetic product moves through a filter hole in a cosmetic container according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0215] When the insertion part (225) is inserted into the central area of the filter part (121), the cosmetic filtered at the top of the filter part (121) can only move through the filter hole (122), but if no external force is applied, the cosmetic does not move to the filter hole (122) and can remain at the top of the filter part (121).
[0216] The present invention includes a pressurized space (228) so that the cosmetic filtered at the top of the filter section (121) can be easily moved to the filter hole (122). The pressurized space (228) can be formed by at least the insertion section (225), the filter section (121), and the movable lid (220), and when the lid section (200) and the main body (100) are combined, the volume of the pressurized space (228) is reduced. Specifically, the pressurized space (228) is formed by the gap between the insertion section (225), the filter section (121), and the movable lid (220), and if the gap is not formed and each component is engaged, the pressurized space (228) can disappear.
[0217] In the process of reducing the volume of the pressurized space (228), the interior of the second body (120) can form the pressurized space (228) together with the insertion part (225), the filter part (121), and the movable lid (220).
[0218] The pressurized space (228) is formed on both sides of the insertion part (225) in FIG. 11 and may have a triangular cross-section. During the process of reducing the volume of the pressurized space (228), it may have a polygonal shape. In FIG. 11, the pressurized space (228) is in a state where the reduction in volume is completed.
[0219] When viewed in three dimensions, the pressurized space (228) can be formed in a three-dimensional donut shape surrounding the column-shaped insert (225).
[0220] When the insertion part (225) is inserted into the central area of the filter part (121), the filtered cosmetic can only move through the filter hole (122), and as the insertion part (225) descends, the size of the pressurized space (228) gradually decreases, so the filtered cosmetic naturally receives a downward force.
[0221] Filtered cosmetics can move downward through the filter hole (122) as the size of the pressurized space (228) decreases. The insertion part (225) can restrict the movement path of the filtered cosmetics, and the pressurized space (228) can allow the cosmetics with restricted movement paths to move quickly.
[0222] The pressurized space (228) can pressurize the filtered cosmetic product to move through the filter hole (122) by reducing the volume.
[0223] Referring to FIG. 11, the upper surface of the pressurized space (228) may be formed by a movable lid (220), the side surface by an insertion part (225), and the lower surface by a filter part (121).
[0224] When the insertion part (225) is inserted into the central area of the filter part (121), the only place open to the pressurized space (228) is the filter hole (122) on the lower surface, and the filtered cosmetic can pass through the filter hole (122).
[0225] When the user separates the lid portion (200) from the main body (100) to use the cosmetic, the application portion (300) rises and can pass through the central area of the filter portion (121).
[0226] The coating section (300) can receive filtered cosmetics that remain on the upper surface of the filter section (121) as it rises, and the coating section (300) can receive a certain amount of cosmetics, with only a certain amount of cosmetics remaining on the upper surface of the filter section (121) through the pressurized space (228) and the filter hole (122).
[0227] The pressurized space (228) and the filter hole (122) allow a certain amount of cosmetic to remain on the upper surface of the filter section (121), thereby preventing a large amount of cosmetic from being contained in the application section (300) when the application section (300) rises.
[0228] In FIG. 11, the pressurized space (228) is formed in a small size so that most of the filtered cosmetic can be moved through the filter hole (122) and the filtered cosmetic remaining on the upper surface of the filter part (121) can be minimized.
[0229] Although the pressurized space (228) is described as having a certain volume even after the volume reduction is completed, if the embodiment changes, the pressurized space (228) may be omitted as it loses its volume after the volume reduction is completed.
[0230] Specifically, the pressurized space (228) can be formed by the gap between the interior of the second body (120), the insertion part (225), the filter part (121), and the movable lid (220), and when the insertion part (225) is lowered, the volume of the pressurized space (228) is reduced.
[0231] In FIG. 11, the insertion part (225) is completely inserted into the central area of the filter part (121) with the volume of the pressurized space (228) reduced. In the reduced volume state, the pressurized space (228) is an area formed by a gap on the side of the filter part (121), the movable lid (220), and the insertion part (225), and if each component interlocks with each other and the gap disappears, the pressurized space (228) can be eliminated.
[0232] For example, in FIG. 11, if the filter portion (121) is formed with the same slope as the slope of the movable lid (220) extending laterally from the insertion portion (225), the movable lid (220) comes into contact with the filter portion (121) having the slope, and the gap disappears, so the pressurized space (228) can be eliminated.
[0233] As the volume of the pressurized space (228) decreases, the filtered cosmetic remaining on the upper surface of the filter section (121) can move through the filter hole (22). When the pressurized space (228) disappears, all cosmetic remaining on the upper surface of the filter section (121) can move through the filter hole (22).
[0234] When the insertion part (225) is fully inserted into the central region of the filter part (121), the movable lid (220) and the filter part (121) are combined so that the pressurized space (228) disappears, thereby minimizing the filtered cosmetic remaining on the upper surface of the filter part (121). The term "cosmetic" as used above is merely an example of a material contained in a cosmetic container according to the present invention, and its use is not limited to cosmetic purposes.
[0236] FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view of the main body in a cosmetic container according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0237] The description of components common to the previous embodiment will be omitted, and the explanation will focus on the differences.
[0238] Referring to FIG. 12, the cosmetic container (10) may include a dispensing portion (300), a main body (100), a guide portion (140), a brush (170), a lid portion (200), and an uneven portion (350). According to another embodiment of the present invention, the cosmetic container (10) may further include an uneven portion (350).
[0239] The uneven portion (350) can be connected to one end of the brush head (170). The uneven portion (350) can be formed in a shape that exposes part of the coating portion (330) through an opening area (355) that is partially open and surrounds the rest of the coating portion (300).
[0240] The uneven surface (350) may include a first area (not shown) formed on the lower side and a second area (not shown) formed on the upper side. The first area may be formed in a column shape that can be connected to one end of the brush (170). The inner side of the first area may have a recessed shape to be coupled to one end of the brush (170).
[0241] The first region can have a smooth outer surface. The first region can have no irregularities formed, so the outer surface can be formed at a constant distance from the center.
[0242] The second region extends from the first region and can be formed in a screw thread shape. The second region may have a screw thread shape formed by the aggregation of multiple protrusions and indentations. The circumference of the outer surface of the second region may vary depending on the height direction.
[0243] Multiple irregularities can be formed on the outer surface of the second region in a 360-degree manner.
[0244] The outer surface of the second region can have a helical shape.
[0245] An opening area (355) may be formed in the second area. The opening area (355) is a place where at least a portion of the uneven portion (350) is opened, and may be arranged alongside a plurality of uneven portions. A portion (330) of the coating portion inserted into the interior of the uneven portion (350) may protrude through the opening area (355).
[0246] The coating portion (300) can be inserted through a through hole (357) formed at the top of the second region. The circumference of the coating portion (300) is formed larger than the circumference of the second region, so that the coating portion (300) inserted into the second region may have at least a part of a pressed shape.
[0247] If the opening area (355) is not formed in the second area, the coating portion (300) may have a pressed shape. At least a portion of the second area may be opened by the opening area (355), so that a portion (330) of the coating portion may be exposed. A portion (330) of the coating portion may protrude through the opening area (355).
[0248] A portion of the coating portion (330) may protrude from the outer surface through the opening area (355) to form a second area of the uneven portion (350).
[0249] The coating portion (300) may be positioned at the same height as the second region having the shape of a screw thread in the uneven portion (350). When the coating portion (300) and the uneven portion (350) absorb cosmetics in the receiving space, cosmetics may be applied to the coating portion (300) and the uneven portion (350).
[0250] The first region of the uneven portion (350) is formed in a smooth column shape so that the amount of cosmetic residue may be small, but the second region is formed in a screw thread shape so that a certain amount of cosmetic residue may remain.
[0251] Cosmetics may remain at each of the multiple irregularities in the second area, and may be absorbed into the application area (300), leaving a large amount of cosmetic. The cosmetic may be absorbed most in the application area (300), a certain amount of cosmetic may remain in the second area, and the least amount of cosmetic may remain in the first area.
[0252] The user may selectively use the second area of the uneven surface (350) or a portion (330) of the coating portion protruding from the second area. The coating portion (300) has greater friction compared to the second area, so it can produce a pulling effect on the eyelashes when in contact with them.
[0253] The application part (300) can change the shape of the eyelashes through contact while providing a large amount of cosmetic.
[0254] The second area has less friction compared to the application area (300), so the shape of the eyelashes cannot be changed. The second area can provide a small amount of cosmetic compared to the application area (300).
[0255] A cosmetic container (10) according to another embodiment of the present invention may selectively provide a second region of the uneven portion (350) and a portion (330) of the coating portion.
[0256] Depending on the amount of cosmetic product required by the user, the user may selectively use the second area or part of the application area (330). By selectively using the second area and part of the application area (330), the user can adjust the supply amount of cosmetic product and change the shape of the eyelashes.
[0257] Referring to FIG. 12, the sorting section (193) can be extended to the bottom of the filter section (121).
[0258] The organizing part (193) can stably support the brush head (170) protruding from the main body (100) and can control the amount of cosmetic moving through the filter hole (122) of the filter part (121).
[0259] The finishing portion (193) can be formed at an angle smaller than 360 with respect to the outer surface of the brush (170), so as to be in contact with a part of the outer surface of the brush (170).
[0260] The filter portion (121) may extend upward from the portion in contact with the second body (120). The filter portion (121) may be positioned at a higher location than the outer side where the inner side contacts the second body (120). The filter portion (121) may be positioned further from the support portion (180) than the outer side where the inner side contacts the second body (120).
[0262] FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view of a cosmetic container according to another embodiment of the present invention in a state where the main body and the lid are combined.
[0263] As previously described, the lid portion (200) may include a movable lid (220), a fixed lid, a second connecting portion, and a protective sleeve. In FIG. 13, the lid portion (200) may further include a protruding portion (245) formed protrudingly.
[0264] The protrusion (245) is formed protruding from the movable lid (220) and can be formed to face the uneven portion (350).
[0265] The protrusion (245) can be combined with a through hole (357) formed in the uneven portion (350).
[0266] The through hole (357) is inserted into the uneven portion (350) to accommodate the protrusion (245), and can be combined and separated from the protrusion (245) through pressure.
[0267] When the protrusion (245) and the through hole (357) are combined, the uneven portion (350) can move in correspondence with the movement of the protrusion (245). When the protrusion (245) and the through hole (357) are combined, the uneven portion (350) can be moved by the protrusion (245).
[0268] Accordingly, even if the first spring (150) is not formed inside the main body (100), the uneven portion (350) can be moved by the protrusion (245). The protrusion (245) may coexist with the first spring (150) or may be formed exclusively.
[0269] As the uneven portion (350) moves, a portion (330) of the coating portion protruding from the uneven portion (350) may also move together. The protrusion (245) can move the uneven portion (350) and a portion (330) of the coating portion through connection with the through hole (357). The protrusion (245) can provide the power required for the movement of the uneven portion (350) and a portion (330) of the coating portion through connection with the through hole (357).
[0271] FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view of an uneven portion and a movable lid in a cosmetic container according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 15 is a perspective view of an uneven portion in a cosmetic container according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0272] The uneven surface (350) may include a first region that can be connected to one end of the brush (170) and a second region formed in the shape of a screw thread. An open through hole (357) may be formed at the top of the second region.
[0273] The uneven surface (350) has a through hole (357) formed on one side so that it can be combined with the protrusion (245), and the other side is formed in a shape with an indented interior so that it can be combined with one end of the brush (170).
[0274] Referring to FIG. 14, a movable lid (220) and an uneven portion (350) are shown in the lid portion (200). The movable lid (220) includes a protrusion (245), and the protrusion (245) can be formed in the shape of a projection.
[0275] The protrusion (255) may have a shape that protrudes laterally from a column extending from the movable lid (220) with a cross-section wider than the column. The side protruding from the protrusion (255) is recessed into the uneven portion (350), and the column of the protrusion (255) may correspond to the cross-section of the through hole (357).
[0276] The through hole (357) may have a shape in which a portion of the area protrudes inward relative to one side of the uneven portion. The cross-section of the through hole (357) may be formed to be smaller than the cross-section of the inner surface of the uneven portion (350).
[0277] The through hole (357) can be formed to engage with the protrusion (255).
[0278] When the protrusion (255) is inserted into the interior of the uneven portion (350) by passing through the through hole (357), it may engage with the through hole (357) and lead the uneven portion. The protrusion (255) is inserted into the uneven portion (350) from one side and may come into contact with a part of the movable lid (220).
[0279] The coating portion (300) may be formed by connecting a plurality of linear members to a rod-shaped center. The linear members include hair, brushes, pins, etc., and may be formed in a curved or straight line.
[0280] The coating portion (300) absorbs cosmetics into the linear member, and the user can use cosmetics or change the shape of the eyelashes by contacting the linear member with the eyelashes. The length of the linear member protruding from the center of the coating portion (300) may be longer than the diameter of the uneven portion (350).
[0281] The outer surface of the coating portion (300) may be formed to be longer than the outer surface of the uneven portion (350). When the coating portion (300) is inserted into the second region of the uneven portion (350), some of the coating portion (330) may be exposed through the opening region (355), and the rest of the coating portion (300) may be bent.
[0282] In the coating portion (300), some of the linear members are exposed through the opening area (355), and the remainder of the linear members can be bent inside the second area. The linear members are formed of an elastic body so that they can be restored to their original state when the coating portion (300) is discharged from the second area.
[0283] Depending on the size of the opening area (355), the amount of some of the coating portion (330) exposed in the second area may vary. The larger the area of the opening area (355) formed in the second area, the more of some of the coating portion (330) may be exposed.
[0284] By adjusting the shape of the opening area (355), a portion (330) of the coating portion exposed in the second area can be adjusted. Depending on the shape of the opening area (355), the amount of cosmetic product that can be delivered through the portion (330) of the coating portion may vary.
[0285] A plurality of opening regions (355) may be formed along the outer surface forming the second region of the uneven portion (350). Referring to FIG. 15, four opening regions (355) may be formed at 90-degree angles to each other. A portion (330) of the coating portion may be exposed in four directions in the second region.
[0286] In FIG. 15, it is assumed that four opening regions (355) are positioned at 0 degrees, 90 degrees, 180 degrees, and 270 degrees, respectively. At 0 degrees, 90 degrees, 180 degrees, and 270 degrees, a portion of the coating (330) may be exposed through the opening regions (355). Between 0 degrees and 90 degrees, between 90 degrees and 180 degrees, between 180 degrees and 270 degrees, and between 270 degrees and 0 degrees, a second region in the form of a screw thread may be exposed.
[0287] The user can selectively use a portion (330) of the application area and a second area while rotating the cosmetic container (10).
[0288] In addition, in another embodiment, the shape of the irregularities formed between some (330) of the coating portion in the second region may vary. The outer surface of the second region may vary depending on the angle.
[0289] For example, the height spacing of the irregularities, the thickness of the irregularities, and the length of the irregularities protruding from the center can vary, allowing the user to use various shapes of second areas.
[0290] Additionally, in another embodiment, the widths of the plurality of opening areas (355) may differ. The width of a portion (330) of the coating portion may be determined according to the width of the opening area (355). In a wide opening area (355), a portion (330) of the coating portion may be widely exposed, and in a narrow opening area (355), a portion (330) of the coating portion may be narrowly exposed.
[0291] The user may selectively use some of the various types of coating parts (330).
[0292] If the user needs a large amount of cosmetic product, they can use a portion (330) of the widely exposed application area, and a portion (330) of the narrowly exposed application area can be used during the finishing stage of the cosmetic product.
[0293] If the number of opening areas (355) increases, some of the coating portions (330) can be densely exposed in the second area. If some of the coating portions (330) become densely exposed, they can absorb a larger amount of cosmetic product, thereby increasing the amount of cosmetic product available to the user.
[0294] Multiple opening areas (355) can be extended toward the first area of the uneven portion (350).
[0295] Referring to FIG. 15, the opening area (355) has a rectangular shape and can extend toward the first area.
[0296] Although the opening area (355) is depicted as having a rectangular shape with a constant width along the height direction, it is not limited thereto and the width or shape of the opening area (355) may vary.
[0297] The opening area (355) may be spaced apart in multiple places along the height direction, so that some of the coating portion (330) may not be continuously exposed along the height direction as in FIG. 15. Some of the coating portion (330) may be discontinuously exposed along the height direction of the uneven portion (350).
[0298] The uneven portion (350) can be formed from various materials such as metal or plastic. Although plastic may be used to process the screw thread shape of the second region in the uneven portion (350), the material is not limited thereto.
[0300] FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view of a cosmetic container according to another embodiment of the present invention in which a blocking portion is coupled to an uneven portion.
[0301] Referring to FIG. 16, the through hole (357) formed at the top of the uneven portion (350) can be blocked.
[0302] An open through hole (357) may be formed at the top of the second region in the uneven portion (350). The through hole (357) could be combined with the uneven portion (350) protruding from the movable lid (220).
[0303] In FIG. 16, the through hole (357) can be blocked by a blocking part (359). The blocking part (359) is positioned at the top of the second region to block the through hole (357), thereby preventing the top of the coating part (300) from being exposed.
[0304] The blocking portion (359) is formed in a protruding shape and can be coupled with a part of the lid portion (200). The blocking portion (359) can move together with the part of the lid portion (200). When the blocking portion (359) is coupled with the part of the lid portion (200), the uneven portion (350) can move in correspondence with the movement of the lid portion (200).
[0305] The uneven portion (350) according to the present invention may include a through hole (357) at the top, but the through hole (357) may be blocked by a blocking portion (359) or exposed to face the movable lid (220). Even if the blocking portion (359) or the through hole (357) is coupled with a part of the lid portion (200) and can be moved by the lid portion (200), the first spring (150) may be independently arranged or omitted.
[0306] Compared to FIG. 15, FIG. 16 allows a portion (330) of the coating portion to be positioned relatively higher. In FIG. 15, the uneven portion (350) has a protrusion (245) inserted through a through hole (357), so the coating portion (300) had to be positioned relatively lower. In FIG. 16, the uneven portion (350) does not have a protrusion (245) inserted through a through hole (357), so a portion (330) of the coating portion can be positioned relatively higher inside the uneven portion (350).
[0307] The coating portion (300) of FIG. 16 may be positioned close to the through hole (357). The coating portion (300) may be positioned adjacent to the through hole (357) or the blocking portion (359) to provide a portion (330) of the coating portion overall with respect to the height direction of the second region of the uneven portion (350).
[0309] FIG. 17 is a flowchart of a method for manufacturing a cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0314] The step (S100) of combining the uneven portion (350) and the coating portion (300) allows the coating portion (300) to be inserted through a through hole (357) formed at the top of a second threaded area extending from a first area that can be connected to one end of the brush (170) in the uneven portion (350).
[0315] Additionally, the step (S100) of combining the uneven portion (350) and the coating portion (300) may allow a portion (330) of the coating portion to be exposed through an opening area (355) formed in a second area of the uneven portion (350).
[0316] When the coating portion (300) is inserted through the through hole (357) of the uneven portion (350), a portion (330) of the coating portion may be naturally exposed through the opening area (355). The second area may have a screw thread formed by a plurality of uneven portions and a portion (330) of the coating portion exposed in the opening area (355) may be placed therein. The user may selectively use the second area or a portion (330) of the coating portion.
[0317] In the step (S200) of connecting the uneven portion (350) into which the coating portion (300) is inserted to the brush (170), the other end of the uneven portion (350) and one end of the brush (170) may be connected. The first region of the uneven portion (350) and one end of the brush (170) may be connected. The interior of the first region may be formed in a recessed shape so that the one end of the brush (170) is inserted therein.
[0318] The step (S300) of combining a brush (170) and a guide part (140) with a main body (100) in which cosmetics are stored may include the step (S310) of combining one end of the main body (100) with a lid part (200), the step (S330) of filling cosmetics into the main body (100), the step (S350) of inserting the brush (170) and the guide part (140) through the other end of the open main body (100), and the step (S370) of combining the other end of the main body (100) with the guide part (140).
[0319] The step (S310) of combining one end of the main body (100) with the lid portion (200) may be a step in which the main body (100) is combined with the lid portion (200) to block one end of the main body (100). The other end of the main body (100) may be in an open state.
[0320] The step (S330) of filling the cosmetic into the main body (100) can be performed by filling the cosmetic through the other end of the main body (100). One end of the main body (100) is blocked by the lid portion (200), so that the cosmetic can be stored inside the main body (100). The other end of the main body (100) may still be open.
[0321] The step (S350) of inserting the brush head (170) and the guide part (140) through the other end of the open main body (100) allows the brush head (170) and the guide part (140), with the application part (300) fixed at one end, to move toward the interior of the main body (100).
[0322] The end of the brush (170) may be inserted while connected to the guide part (140), or the brush (170) may be inserted first and the guide part (140) subsequently inserted. Air remaining inside the main body (100) may be discharged through the discharge part (160) provided on one side of the guide part (140).
[0323] The discharge section (160) is a hole provided on one side of the guide section (140) and can discharge air inside the guide section (140). Cosmetics and air exist together inside the main body (100), and when the brush (170) and the guide section (140) are inserted through the other end of the main body (100), the air existing on the upper side can be discharged through the discharge section (160).
[0324] Referring to FIG. 5, it can be seen that air is discharged through the discharge section (160), and the brush (170) and guide section (140) can easily move toward the main body (100) through the discharge section (160).
[0325] In the step (S370) where the other end of the main body (100) and the guide part (140) are joined, the guide part (140) can block the other end of the main body (100) by joining with the other end of the main body (100). The guide part (140) can prevent the cosmetic product stored inside the main body (100) from leaking out. The guide part (140) and the other end of the main body (100) can be joined through a catch.
