Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a worker safety securing device, and more specifically, to a worker safety securing device for entering a bridge inspection walkway used to ensure the safe entry of a worker when the worker enters the bridge inspection walkway to perform tasks such as safety inspection or maintenance, thereby preventing a worker from falling. Background Technology

[0002] Access routes to bridge inspection walkways are high-altitude and narrow spaces, and as shared use increases, it is difficult to clearly determine safety, resulting in a high risk of falls when workers enter the walkway with equipment. Although industrial safety regulations require safety railings, safety belts, safety lines, and fall prevention equipment, the following limitations exist in actual bridge inspection sites.

[0003] First, there is a problem in that the installation of safety railings, safety belts, safety ropes, and fall prevention equipment is difficult due to differences in the shapes of structures at the site. It is also difficult to uniformly apply standard safety equipment because the shape, thickness, top elevation, and curvature of bridge guardrails vary. As a result, on certain bridges, the installation of safety equipment may be cumbersome or impossible, potentially leading to inadequate safety measures.

[0004] Second, commonly used temporary installation methods pose a risk of safety accidents due to their high instability. Specifically, while methods such as temporarily tying ropes or using temporary fasteners have been employed in the past, there is a problem with unstable fall prevention performance due to unclear reliability of the fastening points and load-bearing capacity.

[0005] Third, the temporary installation method presents problems such as reduced work efficiency and increased installation time depending on the on-site worker. In other words, inexperienced workers spend excessive time installing safety equipment, causing work progress to be delayed and leading them to omit or minimize safety measures, thereby increasing the risk of accidents.

[0006] Fourth, there is difficulty in securing anchor points. Reliable anchor points where workers can attach safety lines are not always present around the inspection path. As a result, even if a safety belt is present, the lack of proper attachment points weakens the actual fall prevention function. Prior art literature

Specific details for implementing the invention

[0028] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 11, the worker safety securing device (100) for entering a bridge inspection path according to the present invention is mounted so as to be detachably attached to a bridge guardrail (10) to provide a safety line fixing point for a worker (30), and has a mounting body (110), a contact support part (130), and a safety hook fastening part (150).

[0029] The mounting body (110) is formed to wrap around a part of the protective wall (10) and is a part that hangs on the protective wall (10). This mounting body (110) may be configured in a “C” shape as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, or may have a hook shape with a part curved as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6.

[0030] Additionally, the mounting body (110) may be configured in a hook shape with a curved cross-section so that it can be mounted on a guardrail railing, such as a circular or elliptical one, which constitutes a protective wall (10), as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, and in this case, a safety fixing pin (170) that is rotatably installed inwardly may be installed on the mounting body (110).

[0031] In addition, to ensure visibility during nighttime operation, a reflective tape or a light-emitting diode (LED) lamp, etc., may be provided on a part of the outer surface of the mounting body (110).

[0032] The contact support portion (130) is provided on the inner side of the mounting body (110) and is a part that contacts the wall surface (12) of the protective wall (10). The contact support portion (130) serves to prevent a concentrated load from being applied to one place by distributing the load applied to the mounting body (110) to two or more places on the protective wall (10).

[0033] In addition, the contact support member (130) is positioned to protrude inwardly from the inner surface of the mounting body (110), thereby also serving to prevent the mounting body (110) from tilting outward. This is because if the mounting body (110) tilts inward toward the protective wall (10), there is no risk of the mounting body (110) detaching from the protective wall (10).

[0034] The contact support member (130) is configured to include a cushioning pad made of any one of the elastic materials selected from rubber, urethane, and silicone to increase friction with the protective wall (10) and prevent damage to the structural surface of the protective wall (10). As shown in FIG. 10, a plurality of bracket-shaped protrusions (132) arranged to be pointed upward may be formed on this contact support member (130). When the bracket-shaped protrusions (132) receive downward force while in contact with the contact surface, both sides of the bracket-shaped protrusions (132) spread apart and are pressed against the wall surface to resist, so they do not slide downward.

[0035] These contact support portions (130) may be formed at an angle such that their thickness decreases as they go upward. This serves to prevent the mounting body (110) from rotating outward and releasing the locking state.

[0036] In particular, the contact support member (130) does not apply the load only to the upper part of the mounting body (110), but rather supports the load by contacting the inner and / or outer surface of the protective wall (110). This deviates from a mounting method that relies solely on the upper load, and by being supported together on the upper and side surfaces of the protective wall (10), it provides a strong physical restraint so that the mounting body (110) does not detach even when external lateral pressure or vibration occurs.

[0037] As can be seen in FIGS. 2 and 5, the contact support member (130) disperses stress that may be concentrated at a specific point, thereby preventing damage to the protective wall (10) itself and simultaneously performing the role of stably transmitting the load of the safety facility installed on top to the ground. This support principle enables the mounting body (110) to maintain a stable state without shaking, even amidst wind pressure from high-speed vehicles or mechanical vibrations at the construction site.

[0038] The safety hook fastening part (150) is formed on the outer surface of the mounting body (110) to allow the safety rope hook (182) of a worker (30) wearing a safety belt (180) as shown in FIG. 11 to be attached. One such safety hook fastening part (150) may be installed as shown in FIG. 1 to 3, or multiple may be installed as shown in FIG. 4 to 9. Preferably, the safety hook fastening part (150) may be installed on the outer lower part of the mounting body (110) and on the upper half of the mounting body (110).

[0039] The embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 has a width fixing part (112). The width fixing part (112) is provided on the mounting body (110) and is intended to allow the width of the mounting body (110) to be varied and fixed in correspondence with the thickness of the protective wall (10). That is, the mounting body (110) may be configured to allow width adjustment by being composed of an inner frame (110a) and an outer frame (110b) that are stacked on top of each other and slidably coupled. As illustrated, the width fixing part (112) may be configured to include a plurality of adjustment holes (112a) formed in the inner frame (110a) and the outer frame (110b), respectively, and a length adjustment pin (112b) that is coupled by passing through the adjustment holes (112a).
