Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a composite fireproof panel for preventing fire spread, and more specifically, to a composite fireproof panel for preventing fire spread designed to block the path of heat and flames entering through the gaps in the fastening joints of the panel and to maintain a tight bond between the upper and lower sections. Background Technology
[0003] In general, in the field of modern architecture, factory-produced prefabricated composite panels or sandwich panels are being mass-produced and applied to building walls to drastically shorten construction time, maximize the aesthetic appeal of the building's interior and exterior, and simultaneously meet excellent thermal insulation and weather resistance requirements.
[0004] These composite panels typically have a structure in which a core-type insulation material, such as foamed plastic, non-combustible raw material such as glass wool, or non-combustible mineral wool, is placed inside, and the exposed surface of the insulation material is tightly laminated and covered with a rigid outer steel plate such as a galvanized steel plate.
[0005] However, these prefabricated exterior panels exhibit an inherent limitation in that they are highly vulnerable to bending deformations, such as mechanical splitting of the metal sheets, core deformation, or joint lifting caused by rapid thermal expansion loads, when a major fire occurs.
[0006] In particular, jointed seams (assemblies) where panels are closely connected to each other in the vertical or horizontal directions fail to withstand thermal stress and maintain tight bonding, resulting in a severe gap exposure where the two joint surfaces spread widely.
[0007] As such, the moment a horizontal gap forms at the boundary of adjacent panels, high-temperature combustion gases and smoke generated at the center of the fire, along with high-pressure flame currents, secure an escape path, leading to a chain-spreading disaster where they spread vertically and horizontally at abnormal speeds to adjacent areas and multiple other internal spaces.
[0008] Even though an alternative was devised to construct the panel core by filling it with non-combustible flame-retardant materials, it was technically almost impossible to suppress the flame penetration path without mechanical structural blockage, as sealant caulking or rubber gaskets installed to seal joint gaps would carbonize and burn away in a short time due to high heat.
[0009] Furthermore, under harsh construction environments where horizontal external forces, such as prolonged external wind pressure or earthquakes, continuously act on the joint surfaces, the bonding stiffness of the mechanical joint structure weakens slightly. This accelerates moisture penetration due to rain and leads to the accumulation of peeling and damage to interior materials, resulting in a gradual loss of thermal insulation performance itself.
[0010] Although some conventional technologies have proposed structures in which simple folded finishing members or fire-resistant buffer caps are installed at joint areas, these contained fatal technical problems in that they could not actively prevent corner shear detachment during high thermal expansion, thus failing to provide a mechanical multi-maze type barrier, and making it very difficult to actively prevent the spread of flame to other panels for an extended period.
[0011] Meanwhile, the aforementioned background technology is technical information that the inventor possessed for the derivation of the present invention or acquired during the process of deriving the present invention, and it cannot necessarily be considered publicly known technology disclosed to the general public prior to the filing of the present invention. Prior art literature
[0013] Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1631567 (Published June 17, 2016) The problem to be solved
[0014] The technical problem that the present invention aims to solve is to propose a composite panel equipped with an integrated locking joint means capable of airtightly sealing and supporting the mechanical separation of a joint that develops when exposed to rapid heat at the bonding interface of a prefabricated interior and exterior panel solely through the physical mutual interference of a self-bending structure.
[0015] In addition, the purpose is to present a composite fireproof panel for preventing fire spread that provides a multi-stage labyrinthine thermal barrier flow path to fundamentally block the inflow of flames and toxic gases entering through penetration passages in the event of a fire.
[0016] The technical problems of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other unmentioned technical problems will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below. means of solving the problem

[0025] In one embodiment, the separation prevention member may further include a pin support wire formed as a closed loop that is installed penetrating all of the plurality of fastening pins and prevents the plurality of fastening pins fastened to the body insertion groove from unfolding beyond a preset angle.
[0026] In one embodiment, the separation prevention member may further include a wire seating groove extending along the circumference of the insertion body part so that the pin support wire can be initially received and seated before the fastening pin is deployed. Effects of the invention
[0028] The present invention dramatically increases the delay time for fire spread to other zones by implementing multi-stage flow control that bypasses high-temperature airflow through the cross-locking assembly of first and second bending parts that mechanically realize numerous angular bends along the path of flames and high-temperature toxic gases flowing along the joint centerline.
[0029] By symmetrically and flexibly absorbing and restraining surface thermal expansion stress of the steel plate even under ultra-high temperature flame conditions, permanent detachment or separation of the assembly surface is prevented in advance, preserving a tight, watertight state for a long time and comprehensively isolating and controlling the fire source that is directly conducted to the internal core material.
[0030] By precisely guiding the initial centering of construction assembly using a non-contact sliding method, it simultaneously improves the stability and speed of high-altitude on-site assembly, while also providing precise drainage performance that allows upper rainwater to free-fall along a geometric maze ridge, thereby preemptively eliminating condensation deterioration and freezing cracks in the interior insulation core material.

Similar reference numerals in the drawings refer to the same or similar functions across various aspects.
[0035] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
[0036] FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the schematic configuration of a composite fireproof panel for preventing fire spread according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0037] Referring to FIG. 1, a composite fireproof panel (10) for preventing fire spread according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a fireproof panel core part (100), an outer surface finishing plate (200), a flame-retardant heat-insulating steel plate (300), a panel assembly groove (400), a first bending part (500), and a second bending part (600).
[0038] The fireproof panel core part (100) is a central core member that firmly forms the overall frame of the composite panel and constantly provides excellent thermal insulation and heat shielding performance inside.
[0039] The fireproof panel core (100) is laminated by fusing glass wool or non-combustible mineral wool, which has optimized flame resistance and sound absorption, at a high density to delay the phenomenon of toxic gases from the fire leaking out.
[0040] The fireproof panel core (100) is designed with a constant internal porosity to flexibly absorb rapid thermal expansion loads from the surrounding environment.
[0041] The outer surface finishing plate (200) is in close contact with the upper side of the fireproof panel core part (100) to prevent deformation of the core material due to external physical impact and climate change.
[0042] The exterior surface finishing plate (200) adopts a galvanized steel plate or colored aluminum panel material that has excellent durability against corrosion and impact, thereby beautifully decorating the exterior appearance.
[0043] The outer surface finishing plate (200) is surface-processed to have a fine gradient toward the outside to prevent moisture from accumulating in the core material during rain.
[0044] The flame-retardant heat-insulating steel plate (300) is formed on the lower side of the fireproof panel core part (100) and actively prevents the time for strong heat and flames generated at the point of fire to penetrate into the internal structure of the panel.
[0045] The flame-retardant heat-insulating steel plate (300) effectively forms a heat barrier above the limit temperature by using a special metal plate of a fire-resistant alloy that has a fire resistance rating significantly higher than that of a general hot-dip galvanized steel plate.
[0046] The flame-retardant heat-insulating steel plate (300) has a high-temperature fire-resistant thermosetting adhesive resin applied to its bonding surface to permanently prevent the peeling of the plate material due to heating from a fire.
[0047] The panel assembly groove (400) is formed as a long, recessed groove with a constant curvature along one side of the horizontal edge of the fireproof panel core (100) so that the binding end of another panel can be fixed without shaking during the assembly process.
[0048] The panel assembly groove (400) preserves the bonded state with high strength when a horizontal shear load, such as long-term wind pressure or earthquake, is applied to the panel joint.
[0049] The panel assembly groove (400) maximizes the bonding depth to block the passage of external foreign matter and fine dust inside.
[0050] The first bending portion (500) is formed by bending the end portion of the outer surface finishing plate (200) downward and inward multiple times, and is placed on top of the panel assembly groove (400) while closely covering the upward exposed portion.
[0051] The first bending section (500) organically drives a water-prevention groove mechanism that guides water leakage entering through the gap of the joint to the side and discharges it.
[0052] The first bending portion (500) permanently disperses the peeling force in the horizontal direction, causing the outer surface finishing plate to detach upward against external wind pressure.
[0053] The second bending portion (600) forms the other side of the flame-retardant heat-insulating steel plate (300) by firmly bending it to tightly surround the entire opposite edge surface of the fireproof panel core portion (100) and tension-connects it.
[0054] The second bend (600) completely blocks the path of heat air leaking in between the seams of the two panels, thereby preventing local fire from spreading to adjacent indoor and outdoor spaces.
[0055] The second bending section (600) has inherent restoring elasticity of the bending structure itself, so it constantly induces close contact and pressure with other panels.
[0056] A composite fireproof panel (10) for preventing fire spread according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above combines fire resistance and processability to preemptively and completely block flame propagation through joint gaps.
[0058] Figure 2 is a drawing showing the second bend of Figure 1.
[0059] Referring to FIG. 2, the second bend (600) includes a second-1 bend (610), a second-2 bend (620), a second-3 bend (630), and a second-4 bend (640).
[0060] The second-1 bend (610) gradually bends the outer edge of the flame-retardant heat-insulating steel plate (300) in an upward slope direction to provide a wedge-shaped entry slope.
[0061] The second-1 bending section (610) forms a friction-reducing geometry that guides the adjacent panels to be precisely centered and aligned when sliding together during the assembly process.
[0062] The second-2 bend (620) is further precisely multi-bending to maintain a guide path that is horizontal to the horizontal plane from the end of the second-1 bend (610).
[0063] The second-2 bend (620) maintains a wide airtight contact area with the corresponding seating surface of the other panel at all times, thereby blocking the actual passage of the smoke movement path.
[0064] The second-third bend (630) is bent upward at a right angle from the outer end of the second-second bend (620) to correspond to the panel height axis direction, thereby constructing a column support wall in the vertical direction.
[0065] The second-third bend (630) dramatically increases the second moment of area stiffness by resisting horizontal external wind pressure pushing from the outside in the horizontal direction of the panel.
[0066] The 2-4 bend portion (640) is bent obliquely so as to face the direction of the fireproof panel core portion (100) where the inner central axis exists at the top end of the 2-3 bend portion (630).
[0067] The second-fourth bend (640) forms a complex maze-like thermal wall barrier so that the horizontal heat flow rapidly transmitted during a fire is not lost upward through a vertical parasitic path but dissipates within the panel.
[0068] The second bending part (600) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above mechanically realizes a maze barrier formed by bending at various angles, thereby drastically reducing the delay speed of the flames.
[0070] A composite fireproof panel (10) for preventing fire spread according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above may further include a third fold portion (700).
[0071] The third bending portion (700) includes a structure formed by being rolled and bent.
[0072] The third bend (700) is formed into a round head shape by rolling up one edge of the flame-retardant heat-insulating steel plate (300) in a tensioned state to match the geometric height error range of the second-first bend (610).
[0073] The third bending section (700) prevents corner deformation during the transfer process or high-altitude crane operation by using a rounded elastic deformation structure.
[0074] The third bend (700) maintains continuous natural contour contact with the inner slope of the bend of the other panel, preventing tearing or cracking when the metals interlock.
[0076] In one embodiment, the first bend portion (500) is formed such that the end flow path is bent inward so that the angle structure of the lower portion is fixedly aligned with the outer bending angle of the second-third bend portion (630) and the second-fourth bend portion (640).
[0077] The first bend (500) blocks rainwater intruding from the upper side through the primary waterway and controls the flow so that the water flows freely in the direction of the outer slope before reaching the direction of the infiltration groove.
[0078] The first bending section (500) is firmly physically connected to the upper surface of the second and third bending sections (630) to control the rate of wind-induced vibration to be close to zero.
[0080] FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the schematic configuration of a composite fireproof panel for preventing fire spread according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0081] Referring to FIG. 3, a composite fireproof panel (20) for preventing fire spread according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a fireproof panel core part (100), an outer surface finishing plate (200), a flame-retardant heat-insulating steel plate (300), a panel assembly groove (400), a first bending part (500), a second bending part (600), and a panel fastening part (800).
[0082] Here, the fireproof panel core part (100), outer surface finishing plate (200), flame-retardant heat-insulating steel plate (300), panel assembly groove (400), first bending part (500) and second bending part (600) are identical to the components of FIG. 1, so the description thereof will be omitted to avoid duplication of description.
[0083] The panel fastening part (800) forms a physical driving device that presses and fastens adjacent panels.
[0084] The panel fastening portion (800) is positioned in a predetermined receiving space inside the second bending portion (600) and is structurally closely overlapped with the leading edge connecting member of a corresponding panel that is adjacently introduced to achieve mechanical locking action.
[0085] The panel fastening part (800) completely eliminates the surface warping wave phenomenon after construction is completed by mechanically and forcibly correcting the flatness between the panels.
[0086] A composite fireproof panel (20) for preventing fire spread according to another embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above provides structural stability that strongly withstands large wind pressure and building shear forces by forming a precise support bonding force on the panel binding surface.
[0088] FIGS. 4 and FIGS. 5 are drawings showing other embodiments of the panel fastening part of FIG. 3.
[0089] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the panel fastening part (800) includes an insertion body part (810), a body insertion groove (820), a shaft storage groove (830), a driving shaft (840), a rack gear (850), a shaft head (860), a head support elastic body (870), and a separation prevention part (880).
[0090] The insert body part (810) is a polygonal cylinder or polygonal maneuverable housing manufactured by a high-rigidity alloy casting method, and is firmly fixed integrally so as to be exposed to the front through the surface of the second bend part (600).
[0091] The insert body part (810) forms a high compression permanent deformation limit so that the internal gear transmission device and shaft do not malfunction when crushed by an external force.
[0092] The body insertion groove (820) is an internal space of a cylindrical receiving guide hole designed to be formed by machining on the opposite surface of the fireproof panel core part (100) of another panel so that the insertion body part (810) is perfectly inserted without gaps.
[0093] The body insertion groove (820) has a tapered line on its inner surface so that the body being inserted can enter straight without axial error.
[0094] The shaft storage groove (830) refers to a cylindrical guide tube internal flow path formed by drilling through the central axis of the column of the insertion body part (810) from the front end to the rear end.
[0095] The shaft housing groove (830) is precision ground so that the power transmission shaft component, which slides and reciprocates inside, does not wobble at the center.
[0096] The drive shaft (840) is a steel operating core rod having a polygonal column-shaped cross section, inserted and aligned within the inner clearance of the shaft housing groove (830), and drives smoothly in a straight line in the front-to-back axial direction.
[0097] The drive shaft (840) maintains wear resistance by tightly adjusting the clearance with the machined side plate flat portion.
[0098] The rack gear (850) is machined in intaglio or relief along the cross-sectional side walls of the drive shaft (840) with a constant gear tooth height and columnar tooth shape parallel to the axis line.
[0099] The rack gear (850) is a linear transmission part for symmetrically transmitting the pressure displacement of the drive shaft applied in the horizontal direction to the pinion gear.
[0100] The shaft head (860) is press-fitted concentrically to the front end of the drive shaft (840) exposed to the outside front, and makes contact with the inclined edge of the end of the body insertion groove (820) when assembled and pressed.
[0101] The shaft head (860) applies physical sliding pressure upon contact to press the drive shaft (840) deeply into the shaft housing groove (830).
[0102] The head support elastic body (870) is installed as a coiled compression spring component so as to be tensile and compressible between the rear jaw of the shaft head (860) and the front wall of the insertion body part (810).
[0103] The head support elastic body (870) elastically charges a restoring force that pushes forward at all times, so when the horizontal pressing force is removed, it immediately pushes the drive shaft (840) back to the initial withdrawal standby position at high speed.
[0104] The separation prevention part (880) is a multi-axis anchor clip that is symmetrically arranged along the outer slope of the insertion body part (810) and is vertically unfolded or horizontally stored again via an internal gear connection structure.
[0105] The separation prevention part (880) is strongly embedded from all sides into the inner wall catch of the body insertion groove (820) during final unfolding, thereby doubling the resistance to the detachment stress attempting to pull out and remove it in the reverse direction.
[0106] A panel fastening part (800) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above enables rapid construction and safe fixing simultaneously by ensuring that the four-way fastening pins are precisely synchronized and deployed by a single close insertion pressure.
[0108] FIG. 5 is a drawing showing the operating state of the panel fastening part (800) of FIG. 4.
[0109] Referring to FIG. 5, the panel fastening part (800) achieves a solid fastening state with another panel through organic component movement occurring inside the insertion body part (810).
[0110] The shaft head (860) directly receives mechanical pressure by adhering to and colliding with the end beveled jaw of the body insertion groove (820) during assembly compression with an adjacent panel.
[0111] The drive shaft (840) moves linearly and slides while being pressed deeply into the inner clearance of the shaft housing groove (830) according to the pressure displacement applied from the shaft head (860).
[0112] The head support elastic body (870) stores an elastic restoring force to immediately push the drive shaft (840) back to its original state when the external force is released, as the shaft head (860) is compressed and deformed as it is pressed.
[0113] The rack gear (850) moves along the surface of the drive shaft (840) and distributes the horizontal compression shaft displacement to the meshed pinion-type drive gears.
[0114] Multiple drive gears (883) precisely convert and transmit the horizontal linear reciprocating motion of the drive shaft (840) into arc rotational driving force through gear meshing with the rack gear (850).
[0115] A plurality of fastening pins (882) rotate simultaneously from the fastening pin storage groove (881) toward the outer slope outside the inner base, using the pivot hinge axis as the pivot point by a rotating driving gear (883).
[0116] A plurality of fastening pins (882) are fully unfolded and simultaneously forced into contact with the inner wall catch jaw structure inside the body insertion groove (820), thereby creating a mechanical connection.
[0117] The separation prevention part (880) prevents separation by providing a reverse separation limit through fastening pins that are spread out in all directions when the insertion body part (810) is assembled and compressed in a tensioned state within the body insertion groove (820).
[0118] A panel fastening part (800) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above maintains assembly quality and resists strong winds and seismic shear loads by controlling the multi-axis fixing pins to achieve mechanical synchronized deployment solely by the entry movement force of the panel.
[0120] Figures 6 and 7 are drawings showing the separation prevention part of Figure 4.
[0121] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, the separation prevention part (880) includes a fastening pin storage groove (881), a plurality of fastening pins (882), and a plurality of driving gears (883).
[0122] Here, since the other components of the separation prevention unit (880) are identical to the components of FIG. 5, the description is omitted to avoid duplication of explanation.
[0123] The fastening pin storage groove (881) is an inner concealed space equipped with a device that is formed by deeply carving out a part of the side wall of the insertion body part (810) into a square or elliptical shape.
[0124] The fastening pin storage groove (881) completely prevents the accident of the connecting parts protruding and colliding with the wall of the entrance of the opposite groove during the non-operational idle state, thereby suppressing passage friction.
[0125] A plurality of fastening pins (882) are provided with an axial hole at the front and are pin-fixed to the corner area of the fastening pin storage groove (881) so as to be rotatable, and are stored and seated.
[0126] Multiple fastening pins (882) are simultaneously deployed in the direction of the outer wing with the pivot shaft as the pivot point by the gear operation rotational movement, and sink inward when the gear is released.
[0127] A plurality of drive gears (883) are gears fixedly attached to the end of the hinge center rotation axis of each fastening pin (882) and mesh with the gear teeth of the rack gear (850) on the drive shaft (840) side inside the insertion body (810).
[0128] Multiple drive gears (883) precisely convert and transmit the horizontal linear motion stroke of the drive shaft into an arc rotation angle.
[0129] A separation prevention unit (880) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above effectively produces a simultaneous pressure fastening effect by distributing and connecting linear drive into multi-axis radial rotational drive force.
[0131] A separation prevention member (880) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration as described above may further include a pin support wire (884).
[0132] The pin support wire (884) is a stainless steel wire loop strand with excellent flexibility and high breaking load tensile ability, and is installed by threading the center holes of the fastening pins (882) into a single polygonal loop.
[0133] The pin support wire (884) forms a taut tension state by equilibrating the wires from all directions when a large external force, such as wind, is applied to the panel and the fastening pin attempts to bend excessively outward beyond the allowable limit of rotation angle.
[0134] The pin support wire (884) firmly supports the thread loss and breakage of the drive gear (883) caused by over-rotation within the wire's own limit load.
[0135] A separation prevention unit (880) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above achieves semi-permanent operational durability by significantly increasing the mechanical load-bearing capacity of the internal precision gear mechanism through a wire reinforcement device that operates in conjunction.
[0137] A separation prevention member (880) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration as described above may further include a wire seating groove (885).
[0138] The wire seating groove (885) is a receiving channel uniformly engraved to a certain depth along a circular line to penetrate the circumference of the outer wall of the column portion of the insertion body portion (810).
[0139] The wire seating groove (885) receives and seats the pin support wire (884), which is relaxed and sagging in the unopened assembly state before the fastening pins are unfolded, in an orderly manner within the inner bottom groove so that it does not wobble and detach.
[0140] The wire seating groove (885) structurally prevents fatigue breakage accidents caused by repeated operation by constantly restricting the guide line of the wire.
[0141] A separation prevention member (880) according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above provides a consistent safety fixing mechanism by completely eliminating unstable play during loosening and operation by physically fixing and preserving the driving position of the wire wiring inside the slot.
