[0022] Preferred embodiments of the present invention, in which the problem to be solved described above can be specifically realized, are described below with reference to the attached drawings. In describing these embodiments, the same names and reference numerals may be used for identical components, and additional explanations thereof may be omitted.

[0023] FIG. 1 is an overall exemplary diagram showing a moving device for a railway rail according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded exemplary diagram showing a moving device for a railway rail according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is an exemplary operation diagram for explaining a locking part of a moving device for a railway rail according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0024] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a moving device for a railway rail according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a trolley (100) and a two-wheeled vehicle (200).

[0025] First, the two-wheeled vehicle (200) can be an electric two-wheeled vehicle that runs on the driving force of an electric motor.

[0026] That is, the two-wheeled vehicle (200) includes a two-wheeled vehicle body part (210) forming the frame of the two-wheeled vehicle, and a front wheel (211) and a rear wheel (212) coupled to the two-wheeled vehicle body part (210). Furthermore, the two-wheeled vehicle (200) may include a battery equipped in the two-wheeled vehicle body part (210) and charged with electric energy, an electric motor that provides rotational force to the front wheel (211) or the rear wheel (212) using the electric energy charged in the battery, a brake that dampens the rotational force of the front wheel (211) or the rear wheel (212), a steering lever provided on a steering shaft (220) connected to the front wheel (211), and a seat on which a driver riding the two-wheeled vehicle (200) can sit. A commercial electric scooter may be used as this two-wheeled vehicle (200), and additional detailed configurations of such a general electric scooter are omitted.

[0027] This two-wheeled vehicle (200) travels along the first rail (11) with the front wheel (211) and rear wheel (212) resting on the upper surface of the first rail (11) of the railway rail, and provides the driving force of the railway rail moving device according to the present embodiment.

[0028] The two-wheeled vehicle (200) according to the present embodiment may further include a steering locking part (250).

[0029] The steering locking part (250) can block the steering of the front wheel (211) while driving along the first rail (11).

[0030] The steering locking part (250) may include a first locking hole (251), a second locking hole (252), and a rocker (253).

[0031] The first locking hole (251) may be provided in the steering shaft mount (215) provided in the two-wheeled vehicle body part (210).

[0032] The second locking hole (252) may be provided in a flange provided in the steering shaft (220).

[0033] The first locking hole (251) and the second locking hole (252) can be aligned so that the front wheel (211) is positioned to face exactly forward.

[0034] The locker (253) can be coupled to the matched first locking hole (251) and second locking hole (252).

[0035] In this manner, with the rocker (253) coupled to the first locking hole (251) and the second locking hole (252), the front wheel (211) is positioned to face forward, thereby maintaining a state where steering to the left and right is blocked. That is, steering to the left and right by the user using the steering lever is blocked. Accordingly, inaccurate steering by the user while driving along the first rail (11) is prevented, and stable driving along the first rail (11), which has a substantially straight structure, can be ensured.

[0036] The trolley (100) may include a main body frame (110).

[0037] The main body frame (110) may basically have a frame structure forming a grid shape to cover the space between the first rail (11) and the second rail (12). That is, the main body frame (110) may provide a space on its upper surface where maintenance equipment can be loaded or maintenance work can be performed in the space between the first rail (11) and the second rail (12), i.e., the track gauge area. Additionally, a plate-shaped work plate may be further provided on the upper surface of the main body frame (110) forming a grid-shaped frame structure.

[0038] The main body frame (110) may have a first wheel (118) and a second wheel (119) at the bottom.

[0039] The first wheel (118) is seated on the first rail (11) and may include a first front wheel and a first rear wheel spaced apart along the direction of the first rail (11).

[0040] The second wheel (119) is seated on the second rail (12) and may include a second front wheel and a second rear wheel spaced apart along the direction of the second rail (12).

[0041] The first wheel (118) and the second wheel (119) can each be rotatably coupled to the lower part of the main body frame (130) and can be seated on the first rail (11) and the second rail (12) and moved along the first rail (11) and the second rail (12) while rolling in contact with the two-wheeled vehicle (200).

[0042] Here, one of the first wheel (118) and the second wheel (119) may have an upper contact portion that is in close contact with the upper surface of the head of the railway rail, and a side contact portion formed on the inner side (inner side of the track gauge) of the upper contact portion and positioned opposite the inner side of the head of the railway rail, thereby ensuring natural driving of the trolley (100) that is linked with the two-wheeled vehicle (200) in the curved section of the railway rail. In addition, the upper contact portion of one of the first wheel (118) and the second wheel (119) may be positioned at an angle to the upper surface of the head of the railway rail, with the diameter becoming smaller as it goes outward (outer side of the track gauge), thereby enabling natural driving in the curved section of the railway rail, and even if an error in the gap between the first rail (11) and the second rail (12), i.e., the track gauge, occurs, the problem of colliding with the side of the railway rail and causing damage or derailment can be prevented.

[0043] Meanwhile, although not shown, the main body frame (110) may further have a height adjustment part that adjusts the height of the first wheel (118) and the second wheel (119).

[0044] That is, the two-wheeled vehicle (200) is connected to the two-wheeled vehicle coupling part (130) described later, and at the same time, the front wheel (211) and the rear wheel (212) are maintained in a state of being seated on the first rail (11). If a height adjustment part that adjusts the height of the first wheel (118) and the second wheel (119) is added, even if various types of two-wheeled vehicles (200) are connected to the two-wheeled vehicle coupling part (130), the height of the first wheel (118) and the second wheel (119) can be appropriately adjusted so that the front wheel (211) and the rear wheel (212) of the two-wheeled vehicle (200) can be seated uniformly on the first rail (11).

[0045] Additionally, the main body frame (110) may further have a two-wheeled vehicle coupling part (130).

[0046] The two-wheeled vehicle coupling part (130) may be provided on the upper side opposite the first rail (11), and the two-wheeled vehicle (200) may be detachably coupled. That is, the railway rail moving device according to the present embodiment makes it easy to move and store the two-wheeled vehicle (200) and the trolley (100) by separating them when not in use and loading them onto a worker's vehicle, and when in use, allows the two-wheeled vehicle (200) to be easily coupled to the trolley (100) for use.

[0047] The two-wheeled vehicle coupling part (130) may include a first coupling frame (131), a second coupling frame (132), and a locking part (135).

[0048] The first connecting frame (131) can be connected to one side of the upper surface of the main body frame (110) and extended upward. The first connecting frame (131) can support one side of the two-wheeled vehicle body part (210).

[0049] The second connecting frame (132) may be formed by extending upward from the first connecting frame (131) on one side of the upper surface of the main body frame (110) at a distance in the width direction of the railway rail. The second connecting frame (132) may support the other side of the two-wheeled vehicle body part (210).

[0050] Accordingly, a receiving space (S) into which the two-wheeled vehicle body part (210) of the two-wheeled vehicle (200) is inserted may be formed between the first connecting frame (131) and the second connecting frame (132), and the side of the two-wheeled vehicle body part (210) inserted into the receiving space (S) may be closely supported by the first connecting frame (131) and the second connecting frame (132).

[0051] The locking part (135) connects the upper part of the first connecting frame (131) and the upper part of the second connecting frame (132), and can fix the two-wheeled vehicle body part (210) housed in the receiving space (S) so that it is not separated.

[0052] The locking part (135) may include a locking piece (136) and a locking member (137).

[0053] One end of the locking piece (136) may be rotatably connected to the upper surface of the first coupling frame (131) by a hinge (136a), and the other end may be provided with a locking groove (136b).

[0054] The locking member (137) is coupled to the upper part of the second coupling frame (132) and can be coupled to a locking groove (136b) provided at the other end of the locking piece (136) which rotates toward the second coupling frame (132) around the hinge (136a) so as to block the rotation of the locking piece (136).

[0055] Accordingly, the two-wheeled vehicle body (210) inserted into the receiving space (S) is supported by being caught on the locking piece (136) so that it may not be separated upward from the receiving space (S).

[0056] Referring to FIG. 3, the lock (137) may include a lock body (1371), a lock pin (1372), and a lock lever (1373).

[0057] The locking body (1371) can be fixedly coupled to the upper surface of the second coupling frame (132).

[0058] A locking pin (1372) may be formed with one end connected to a locking body (1371) and extending upward. The locking pin (1372) may be inserted into and connected to a catch groove (136b) of a locking piece (136).

[0059] A locking lever (1373) may have one end rotatably connected to the other end of a locking pin (1372) by a rotation axis (C), and may have a locking cam (1374) having outer surfaces of different radii (r1, r2) centered on the rotation axis (C).

[0060] That is, when the locking lever (1373) is in the open state as in FIG. 3 (a), a gap may be provided between the outer surface of the locking body (1371) and the locking cam (1374) to be inserted into the locking piece (136).

[0061] And, as shown in FIG. 3(b), when the locking piece (136) is inserted into the gap provided between the locking body (1371) and the locking cam (1374), the locking pin (1372) is inserted into the catch groove (136b) of the locking piece (136) and joined. Subsequently, when the locking lever (1373) is rotated, the outer surface of the locking cam (1374) having a relatively large radius (r2) presses the locking piece (136) downward, thereby firmly fixing the locking piece (136) and preventing the locking piece (136) from being separated from the locking member (137).

[0062] FIG. 4 is a drawing showing a trolley of a moving device for a railway rail according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0063] Referring to FIG. 4, the trolley (100) may be foldable so that it can be easily moved and stored by a worker when not in use and separated from the two-wheeled vehicle (200).

[0064] That is, the main body frame (110) of the trolley (100) may include a first main body frame (111), a second main body frame (113), and a hinge part (114).

[0065] The first main body frame (111) forms a part of the main body frame (110), and may have a first wheel (118) that is seated on the first rail (11) on one side of the lower part.

[0066] The second main body frame (113) forms the remaining part of the main body frame (110) and may have a second wheel (119) that is seated on the second rail (12) on one side of the lower part.

[0067] The hinge portion (114) can rotatably connect one end of the first main body frame (111) and one end of the second main body frame (113).

[0068] At this time, the hinge portion (114) may be positioned to connect the lower surface of one end of the first main body frame (111) and one end of the second main body frame (113). Accordingly, the first main body frame (111) and the second main body frame (113) can be folded while rotating downwards around the hinge portion (114), and when unfolded while rotating in the opposite direction, the side of one end of the first main body frame (111) and the side of one end of the second main body frame (113) come into close contact, thereby blocking further rotation and allowing them to maintain a horizontal state.

[0069] Meanwhile, the first main body frame (111) may have a first position fixing hole (111a) formed in an area adjacent to the hinge portion (114), and the second main body frame (113) may have a position fixing plate (115) having a second position fixing hole (115a) formed therein corresponding to the first position fixing hole (111a).

[0070] At this time, the main body frame (110) may further have a position fixing member (116).

[0071] The position fixing member (116) is coupled to the first position fixing hole (111a) and the second position fixing hole (115a) to prevent the hinge part (114) from rotating the first main body frame (111) and the second main body frame (113), and to maintain a stable horizontal state of the first main body frame (111) and the second main body frame (113).

[0072] As described above, the railway rail moving device according to the present invention can carry workers and equipment and be dispatched quickly to the site when repairing a railway or railway rail. In particular, since the two-wheeled vehicle (200) and the trolley (100) can be easily combined and separated, the device has the advantage of being easy to transport and store and efficient to perform repair work.

[0073] In addition, since the attachment and detachment of the two-wheeled vehicle (200) to the trolley (100) is very easy, for example, the attachment position of the two-wheeled vehicle (200) to the trolley (100) can be easily changed according to the direction of travel of the railway rail moving device, so that it is possible to arrive at the place requiring maintenance in a shorter time and perform efficient maintenance work.

[0074] In addition, the railway rail moving device according to the present invention can significantly reduce manufacturing costs by implementing the railway rail moving device with minimal design changes to the two-wheeled vehicle (200) that can be attached to and detached from the trolley (100), together with the trolley (100) which has been improved to have a structure suitable for the railway rail.

[0075] As described above, preferred embodiments of the present invention have been explained with reference to the drawings; however, those skilled in the art may make various modifications or changes to the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as described in the following claims.
