Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a burner having a displacement support for close contact with a cooking utensil, and

[0002] More specifically, the invention relates to a burner equipped with a universal stand that can be universally applied to all camping cooking utensils by ensuring support for cooking utensils in a form spaced apart from a burner provided on the upper surface of the body, stably supporting both flat-bottom cooking utensils such as camping pots and curved-bottom cooking utensils such as griddles, and closely supporting all cooking utensils of various bottom sizes or bottom curvatures through a stand composed of a second link coupled to a fixed first link in a way that allows for angle adjustment of the end of the stand and adjustment of the support range. Background Technology

[0003] Burners equipped with various displacement-type supports have been presented in the past.

[0004] For example, there is Korean Utility Model Publication No. 20-1992-0012634 (July 25, 1992) [Tripod for gas cooking appliance],

[0005] This disclosed invention presents a configuration in which a tripod on which a cooking vessel is placed has a cross-sectional shape that is a rail groove, and has multiple support protrusions and grooves on the upper and lower surfaces respectively to prevent the cooking vessel from slipping, and has a protrusion on the inner surface to determine the position when the tripod is folded, and is rotatably connected to a support by a rivet so as to be selectively folded or unfolded according to the size of the cooking vessel, and a support having a through hole on the upper surface to connect the tripod by the rivet and a protrusion on the lower surface to be connected to a body, and having the protrusion inserted into a hole in the body to be fixed.

[0006] However, this disclosed invention relates simply to a folding tripod and is nothing more than a rehash of technology known prior to the application.

[0007] In addition, there is Japanese Patent Publication No. 2000-227222 (August 15, 2000) [Portable Combustion Device],

[0008] This disclosed patent relates to a portable burner used for cooking or boiling water outdoors, such as during camping, hiking, or field work, and

[0009] A portable combustion device is provided that includes a burner having multiple mixed gas injection flame holes to prevent loss of components, minimize the volume of the portable combustion device, and provide a portable combustion device that is easy to assemble and fold, and a supply pipe body having a mixed gas passage through which the burner and a gas volume regulator can communicate with each other, wherein the supply pipe body is formed to be detachably attached to the gas volume regulator and formed to be foldable toward the burner.

[0010] However, the technology of this disclosed patent relates to a tripod folding technology with a unique structure designed to reduce the volume of the burner, making it easy to store and move.

[0011] Furthermore, there is Korean Patent No. 10-2248356 (April 29, 2021) [Slippery base for bottom of pot of portable gas burner],

[0012] This registered patent relates to a support for preventing the bottom of a pot from sliding due to external force on the bottom of a pot placed on a plurality of radially arranged supports, and also ensures firm fixing force by acquiring and maintaining the center position of the bottom of the pot on the radially arranged supports.

[0013] However, this registered patent is intended for anti-slip and stable support depending on the size of the cooking utensil, and supports cooking utensils of various bottom sizes by having a support member and a narrow support member rotatably mounted on a fixed bracket member coupled to the upper part of the burner's base plate move in a seesaw-like manner. However, it has the limitation that it cannot be universally used for all camping cooking utensils having various bottom sizes and bottom curvatures.

[0014] In addition, there is Korean Patent No. 10-2354459 (2022.01.18) [Height extension adjustment device for a support bracket of a gas burner for extending the flame distance with a heating cooking container],

[0015] This registered patent presents a height extension adjustment device for a support bracket of a gas burner for extending the flame distance to a heating cooking vessel, which is structured to be connected to a support bracket of an existing burner body and allows for the extension and adjustment of the distance between the gas burner head and the container body, thereby preventing the flame generated from the gas burner head from directly touching the bottom surface of the container body, so that the radiant heat of the flame generated from the head is not lost downward but is extended and transferred along the bottom surface of the container body toward the edge, thereby maximizing heat transfer efficiency.

[0016] However, this registered patent introduces foldable first and second extension brackets that are connected to and interconnected with the support member as an improved technology of the third patent No. 10-2248356, so it has the problem that the number of parts is too large and it may be crude, the weight increases accordingly, and stable support may not be possible when the load of the cooking utensil increases. The problem to be solved

[0017] Accordingly, the present invention aims to provide a burner capable of adjusting the angle of the end of the support and the support range through a support comprising a second link coupled to a fixed first link in a way that allows for angle adjustment via an axle pin.

[0018] The present invention also aims to provide a burner in which the end of the first link is a single first plate and the second link is composed of a double second plate, providing a first folding state in which the opening of the second plate accommodates the first plate and provides a height corresponding to the first link, and the first bridge on the back side of the opening is coupled to the upper protrusion of the first link in the unfolded state through coupling at a predetermined position of the first link when the second link is unfolded, thereby displaced into a second unfolded state in which it protrudes higher than the first link.

[0019] Furthermore, the present invention aims to provide a burner capable of serving as a universal support for various cooking utensils, wherein the shaft hole of the first link to which the shaft pin is coupled is an elongated hole, the height of the uneven portion is variable, and the distance between the end height of the second link and the second link is variable according to the position of the shaft pin relative to the elongated shaft hole and the position of the second link in a second state coupled to a predetermined position of the uneven portion.

[0020] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a burner capable of a first stage in the folding state of the second link, a second stage in the unfolded state of the second link, and a third stage displacement. means of solving the problem

[0021] To achieve the above objectives, a burner having a displacement support for close contact with a cooking utensil according to the present invention

[0022] A body equipped with gas piping;

[0023] A fireball exposed on the upper surface of the body and having a flameball; and

[0024] It includes a support provided on the upper surface of the body that supports the bottom surface of the cooking utensil so that the cooking utensil is spaced apart from the above-mentioned burner, and

[0025] The above-mentioned base comprises a plurality of fixed main first links arranged radially and a displacement second link including an angle adjustment rotatably coupled to each first link end by an axle pin.

[0026] This second link is

[0027] A first folding state in a folded state that provides a height corresponding to the first link, and

[0028] It is characterized by being displaced into an unfolded second state in which it is coupled to the upper uneven part of the first link in the unfolded state and protrudes higher than the first link.

[0029] Also, in a burner having a displacement support for close contact with a cooking utensil according to the present invention

[0030] The above first link has an end portion that is a single first plate material, and

[0031] The above second link is a spaced double second plate having an opening that accommodates the first plate in a first folding state and a first bridge for partial connection on the back side of the opening, and

[0032] The shaft hole of the first link to which the above shaft pin is coupled is an elongated hole, and

[0033] The height of the above-mentioned uneven portion is variable, and

[0034] Depending on the position of the shaft pin for this elongated shaft hole and the position of the second link in the second state coupled to a predetermined position of the uneven part, the end height of the second link and the distance between the second link are varied, and

[0035] It is preferable that the above-mentioned second link is displaced to the lowest first stage of the first state, where the shaft pin is located at the innermost side of the shaft hole; to the second stage, where the shaft pin is located at the outermost axis of the shaft hole, is at an intermediate height in the second state, and has the greatest distance between the second links; and to the highest third stage, where the shaft pin is located in the middle of the shaft hole. Effects of the invention

[0036] A burner having a displacement-type base for close contact with a cooking utensil according to the present invention enables angle adjustment of the end of the base and adjustment of the base range through a base composed of a second link that is angle-adjustably coupled to a fixed first link via an axle pin, wherein the end of the first link is a single first plate and the second link is composed of a double second plate, providing a first folding state in which the opening of the second plate accommodates the first plate and provides a height corresponding to the first link, and provides a burner that is displaced into a second unfolding state in which a first bridge on the rear side of the opening is coupled to the upper uneven part of the first link in the unfolded state through coupling at a predetermined position of the first link when the second link is unfolded, thereby becoming a state that protrudes higher than the first link. Furthermore, the axle hole of the first link to which the axle pin is coupled is an elongated hole, and the height of the uneven part is variable, and depending on the position of the axle pin relative to this elongated axle hole and the position of the second link in the second state coupled at a predetermined position of the uneven part, the end of the second link A burner equipped with a displacement-type universal stand that can be universally applied to all camping cookware can be provided, wherein the height and the distance between the second link are variable to enable a universal stand for various cookware, and furthermore, the first stage of the second link's folded state, the second stage of the second link's unfolded state, and the third stage displacement are possible, thereby ensuring support for the cookware in a form that is spaced apart from the burner provided on the upper surface of the body, while stably supporting both flat-bottom cookware such as a camping pot and curved-bottom cookware such as a griddle, and closely supporting all cookware of various bottom sizes or bottom curvatures. [0045] A burner (A) having a displacement support (30) for contact with cooking utensils (p1, p2, g1, g2) according to the present invention is divided into up and down, left and right, and front and back in the state shown in FIG. 1 [B], and in the detailed description of the invention and claims related to other drawings, directions are specified according to this standard.

[0046] First, a drawing of the unfolded second state (P2) of the second link (33) which is coupled to the upper protrusion of the first link (31) in the unfolded state of FIG. 1 [A] and protrudes more than the first link (31), and the unfolded state of the leg (40).

[0047] Drawing of the first folding state (P1) and the leg folding state of the second link (33) providing a height corresponding to the first link (31) of FIG. 1 [B],

[0048] And as can be seen in the examples related to the height and support range adjustment state of the support according to the displacement position of the second link (33) of the support (30) in the drawings [C], [D], and [E] of FIGS. 1,

[0049] A burner (A) having a displacement support (30) for contact with a cooking utensil (p1, p2, g1, g2) according to the present invention comprises a body (10) having a gas pipe, a firebox (20) exposed on the upper surface of the body and having a flame hole (21), and a support (30) provided on the upper surface of the body that supports the bottom surface of the cooking utensil and separates the cooking utensil from the firebox.

[0050] The above-mentioned base (30) includes a plurality of fixed main first links (31) arranged radially and a displacement second link (33) including an angle adjustment rotatably coupled to each first link end by an axle pin (sp).

[0051] Specifically, this second link (33) is

[0052] A first folding state (P1) that provides a height corresponding to the first link (31), and

[0053] In the unfolded state, it is coupled to the upper uneven portion (b1, b2) of the first link (31) and is displaced to an unfolded second state (P2) that protrudes higher than the first link.

[0054] Furthermore, the first link (31) is formed by joining two metal plates in a shape similar to '∧' at the center (using methods such as welding or riveting) to create a joint (31j) in the center, making it possible to support cooking utensils up to the size of a normal cup.

[0055] The SUS body (10) is connected to the top plate via bottom connecting legs (31ℓ), and these connecting legs are interconnected by bottom connecting rings for ease of assembly.

[0056] In particular, the first link (31) has a single first plate at its end, and the second link (33) is composed of a double second plate.

[0057] This second link (33) has a spaced double structure having an opening (33a) that accommodates this first plate material in the first folding stage state (P1), and a first bridge (B1) that partially connects the back side of this opening.

[0058] In addition to the first bridge (B1) partially connected on the back side of the opening, second and third bridges (B2, B3) spaced apart from each other are further provided, which can perform a function similar to the first bridge depending on the shape and position of the uneven part of the first link and the size and shape of the axial hole (sh1) of the first link, which is elongated, while ensuring the strength of the second link in the first folding state (P1).

[0059] The first link (31) has a first non-slip (n1) formed on its upper surface, which is composed of a plurality of protrusions to prevent the cooking utensil from sliding, and

[0060] When viewed in the unfolded second state (P2), the second link (33) also has a second non-slip (n2) of similar configuration on the opening (33a) side.

[0061] In addition, the shaft hole (sh1) of the first link (31) to which the shaft pin (sp) is coupled is an elongated hole, and

[0062] The shaft hole (sh2) of the second link (33) is a circular hole, but if necessary, this shaft hole (sh2) can also be configured as an elongated hole by considering the displacement stroke.

[0063] The height of the upper part of the first link (31), particularly the end-side unevenness, is variable, and specifically has a first end-side unevenness (b1) and a second end-side unevenness (b2) relatively inward.

[0064] The end height of the second link and the distance between the second link vary depending on the position of the shaft pin (sp) for this elongated shaft hole (sh1) and the position of the second link (33) of the second state (P2) that is coupled to a predetermined position of the uneven part.

[0065] More specifically, the second link (33) is

[0066] As shown in FIG. 1 [C], the lowest first stage (H1) of the first state (P1) in which the shaft pin (sp) is located at the innermost side of the shaft hole (sp1),

[0067] As shown in FIG. 1 [D], the shaft pin (sp) is located at the outermost axis of the shaft hole (sp1) and is at the middle height of the second state (P2), and the second stage (H2) has the longest distance between the second links (33), and the first bridge (B1) of the second link (33) is located at the first uneven part (b1) of the first link (31).

[0068] As shown in Fig. 1 [E], the shaft pin (sp) is positioned in the middle of the shaft hole (sp1) and the first bridge (B1) of the second link (33) is displaced to the highest third stage (H3) of the second state (P2) and the second bridge (B1) of the second link (31) is positioned at the second uneven part (b2).

[0069] In the first stage (H1), a stable support is ensured for flat-bottomed cooking utensils (p1, p2) of various sizes, such as camping pots, and

[0070] In the first state (P1), the first to third bridges (B1, B2, B3) perform a kind of non-slip function.

[0071] In the second and third stages (H2, H3), a stable support for a curved bottom cooking utensil (g1, g2), such as a griddle, is possible.

[0072] The griddle (g1) in Fig. 1 [D] has a relatively shallow depth, a narrow cooking space, and a small curvature of the bottom surface.

[0073] The griddle (g2) in Fig. 1 [E] has a relatively deep depth, a wide cooking space, and a large curvature of the bottom surface.

[0074] The central bottom surface of the griddle (g1, g2) contacts the central joint (31j) of the first link (31), and the bottom edge of the griddle does not contact the end of the second link (33), so that the griddle does not receive stable support from the base (30) and does not wobble.

[0075] Apart from controlling the heat of the firebox (20), the griddle (g1) of FIG. 1 [D] can be used in the third stage (H3) of FIG. 1 [E] to control the distance between the griddle (g1, g2) and the firebox as needed, and the griddle (g2) of FIG. 1 [E] can be used in the second stage (H2) of FIG. 1 [D].

[0076] Meanwhile, two adjacent second links among the four second links (33) are placed in the third or second stage (H3, H2) position, and the other two adjacent second links are placed in the second stage or first stage (H2, H1) position. This can be usefully utilized for draining oil from the cooking utensil when cooking, such as grilled pork belly, or when other necessary cases are required, and can provide the advantage of being convenient for tilting and collecting broth or contents inside the cooking utensil.

[0077] Alternatively, in relation to this function, two adjacent second links (33) are placed at the third stage (H3) position, and the other two adjacent second links are adjusted to the first stage (H1) position, or

[0078] Another approach may be to adjust one of the four second links (33) to the third stage (H3), the two adjacent second links to the second stage (H2), and the last second link to the first stage (H1).

[0079] Ultimately, the cookware tilting function can be implemented by placing one or two adjacent second links at a high height and the remaining second links at a low height.

[0080] Next, the features of the burner (A) of the present invention, which is equipped with a folding leg (40) that can be combined with a cooking surface (W) rail (Wℓ) and used independently, will be explained.

[0081] As previously mentioned, the burner (A) according to the present invention comprises a body (10) having a gas pipe, a burner (20) having a flame hole (21) exposed on the upper surface of the body, a support (30) provided on the upper surface of the body and supporting the bottom surface of a cooking utensil (p1, p2, g1, g2) so as to be spaced apart from the burner, and folding legs (40) coupled to both sides of the body and pivoting.

[0082] As shown in FIG. 1 [A] and the photograph of the usage state in place of the drawing within the dotted rectangle on the upper right, the leg (40) is used by being coupled to the rail (Wℓ) of the universal outdoor cooking table (W) when unfolded, and

[0083] As shown in Fig. 1 [B], it is placed on a folding table or table top and used independently.

[0084] Specifically, the leg (40) is connected to the body (10) through a pivot (P) and has a fixing member (F) that fixes the folded state of the leg (40).

[0085] This fixing member is provided at the central gap (G) for gripping the leg (40) and is composed of a male screw (F1) that is coupled to rotate in place without detaching through a snap ring (r), and a female screw part (F2) of the body (10) to which the male screw is coupled.

[0086] In particular, the above leg (40) and body (10) are connected through a connector (11) that is coupled to the body and connected through the leg and pivot (P).

[0087] Through this connector (11), a leg (40) made of metal material, such as die casting, and painted or plated, is introduced, and through this connector, the leg can be easily connected to a body (10) made of SUS material that is non-flammable, and the folding and unfolding displacement of the leg can be easily improved, thereby increasing productivity and robustness.

[0088] Specifically, a SUS body (10) having a metal fire hole (20), such as brass, in the center has coupling sockets (t1) on both sides, and

[0089] In this coupling socket, coupling plugs (t2) at the front and rear ends of both sides of the connector (11) are coupled, and the coupling state of the socket and the plug is fixed through a bolt fastened to the bottom surface of the body.

[0090] In addition, the connector (11) can be fitted into the socket (t1) of the body in the center and through a support projection (11s) that is in close contact with the central bottom surface (10s) of the body top plate, thereby improving the robustness and stability of the connection between the connector and the body.

[0091] The female screw portion (F2) of the fixing member (F) is formed on the bottom surface of the connector at a position adjacent to the support projection (11S), as shown in the bottom view within the dotted ellipse of FIG. 1 [B].

[0092] Next, while the leg folding state is firmly maintained by the fixed member (F), the leg (40) unfolded state has a first contact surface (f1) and a second contact surface (f2) on the upper surface of the connector (11) and the upper surface of the leg (40) to maintain the horizontal position of the leg in the unfolded state, thereby providing rigidity and stability so that the leg maintains a 180-degree angle with the body in the unfolded state and is arranged on the countertop ((W)) so that the leg does not bend in reverse even when subjected to the load of the cooking appliance.

[0093] The first and second contact surfaces (f1, f2) are preferably vertical planes based on the state of FIG. 1 [A], but as needed, they may have various corresponding angles that satisfy the limitation of maintaining horizontality between the body and the leg while in contact with the first and second contact surfaces (f1, f2).

[0094] As described above, the burner (A) equipped with a folding leg (40) that allows for both combined use with a cooking surface (W) rail (Wℓ) and independent use according to the present invention is

[0095] A burner having a displacement-type base for close contact with a cooking appliance is configured such that the angle of the base end and the range of support can be adjusted through a base composed of a second link that is angle-adjustably coupled to a fixed first link via an axle pin, and further, the end of the first link is a single first plate and the second link is composed of a double second plate, providing a first folding state in which the opening of the second plate accommodates the first plate and provides a height corresponding to the first link, and the burner is displaced into a second unfolding state in which a first bridge on the rear side of the opening is coupled to the upper uneven part of the first link in the unfolded state through coupling at a predetermined position of the first link when the second link is unfolded, thereby protruding higher than the first link. Furthermore, the axle hole of the first link to which the axle pin is coupled is an elongated hole, and the height of the uneven part is variable, and depending on the position of the axle pin relative to this elongated axle hole and the position of the second link in the second state coupled at a predetermined position of the uneven part, the end height of the second link and The distance between the second links is variable, enabling a universal support for various cooking utensils, and additionally, the first stage in the folded state of the second link, and the second and third stages in the unfolded state of the second link are displaced,

[0096] Ultimately, reflecting the trend in the camping equipment industry of wanting to move home kitchens outdoors, the leg (40) can be modified and connected to the rail (Wℓ) of a universal outdoor cooking table (W) in an unfolded state, thereby having the same compatibility as a dedicated burner for universal cooking tables, and allowing the burner to be used independently on a separate dining table or table as needed. This allows the body equipped with the burner to be raised to a certain height from the floor when the leg is folded, thereby ensuring convenience during cooking and eating.

[0097] In the above description, commonly known technologies related to the specifications of the burner, heat source, etc., have been omitted, but a person skilled in the art can easily guess, infer, and reproduce them.

[0098] Furthermore, although the present invention has been described above with reference to the attached drawings and has focused on a burner having a specific shape and structure, the present invention is capable of various modifications, changes, and substitutions by those skilled in the art, and such modifications, changes, and substitutions should be interpreted as falling within the scope of protection of the present invention.
