[0030] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 12, a wet and dry cleaning device (1) having a self-cleaning function according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a guide part (2) that provides a path for a product (P) to move along;
[0031] A wet cleaning device (10) for cleaning adhesive and sticky foreign substances that can remove foreign substances attached to a product (P) using a cleaning roll supplied with a cleaning solution inside; and
[0032] It may include a dry cleaning device (20) that uses at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force, and suction force to remove foreign matter attached to the product (P) without contact with the product (P).
[0033] A wet cleaning device (10) for cleaning adhesive and sticky foreign matter can be understood as a device that removes foreign matter stuck to the product (P) by contacting the product (P), and a dry cleaning device (20) using at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force and suction force can be understood as a device that removes foreign matter on the product (P) without contacting the product (P).
[0034] A wet cleaning device (10) for cleaning adhesive and sticky foreign matter is a device that removes foreign matter after soaking it by applying a cleaning solution (e.g., first cleaning solution, second cleaning solution) to a product (P), and a dry cleaning device (20) using at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force and suction force can be understood as a device that removes foreign matter using one or more of adhesive force, electrostatic force and suction force.
[0035] The wet cleaning device (10) for cleaning adhesive and sticky foreign matter of the present embodiment and the dry cleaning device (20) using at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force and suction force can be continuously arranged in the path of the guide part (2).
[0036] Here, the meaning of being arranged continuously can be understood as meaning that after the product (P) passes through a wet cleaning device (10) that cleans adhesive and sticky foreign matter, the product (P) does not go through another process but passes directly through a dry cleaning device (20) that uses at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force and suction force.
[0037] A wet cleaning device (10) for cleaning adhesive and sticky foreign matter and a dry cleaning device (20) using at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force and suction force may be spaced apart at a predetermined distance or spaced apart without a distance.
[0038] In this embodiment, the wet cleaning device (10) for cleaning adhesive and sticky foreign matter and the dry cleaning device (20) using at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force and suction force are illustrated as being formed as a single device, but the concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the wet cleaning device (10) for cleaning adhesive and sticky foreign matter and the dry cleaning device (20) using at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force and suction force may each be configured as independent devices.
[0039] The product (P) may pass through a wet cleaning device (10) that cleans adhesive and sticky foreign matter, and then pass through a dry cleaning device (20) that uses at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force, and suction force. However, the concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the product (P) may pass through a dry cleaning device (20) that uses at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force, and suction force, and then pass through a wet cleaning device (10) that cleans adhesive and sticky foreign matter.
[0040] In this embodiment, the product (P) may include a substrate used in the manufacturing process of electrical or electronic devices. For example, the product (P) may include a circuit board.
[0041] In addition, various foreign substances may be attached to the product (P), and the wet and dry cleaning device (1) having a self-cleaning function of this embodiment can be understood as a device for removing foreign substances attached to the product (P).
[0042] For example, adhesive foreign matter or sticky foreign matter may be attached to the product (P). In this embodiment, adhesive foreign matter is foreign matter that is physically strongly adhered to the product (P) and is not easily removed, and may include various metal particles, carbonized flux, ionic contaminants, etc. Additionally, sticky foreign matter is foreign matter attached to the product (P) as a viscous substance, and may include oil, adhesive residue, etc.
[0043] A wet and dry cleaning device (1) having a self-cleaning function may include a support member (3), and a guide member (2), a wet cleaning device (10) for cleaning adhesive and sticky foreign matter, and a dry cleaning device (20) using at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force, and suction force may be placed on the upper part of the support member (3).
[0044] The guide section (2) can provide a path for the product (P) to move along.
[0045] For example, the guide section (2) may be provided as a straight rail capable of moving the product (P). Although the guide section (2) is exemplified as a straight rail in this embodiment, the concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the guide section (2) may be formed as a curve that forms a specific path.
[0046] A space may be formed on the lower side of the wet cleaning device (10) for cleaning adhesive and sticky foreign matter for the product (P) to move along the guide part (2).
[0047] As the product (P) moves along the lower side of the first cleaning section (12), second cleaning section (14) and third cleaning section (16) of the wet cleaning device (10) for cleaning adhesive and sticky foreign matter, adhesive and sticky foreign matter attached to the product (P) can be removed.
[0048] In this embodiment, the x-axis can be understood as the direction in which each cleaning module moves, the y-axis as the direction in which the product (P) moves, and the z-axis as the direction in which the cleaning module moves up and down.
[0049] The wet cleaning device (10) for cleaning adhesive and sticky foreign matter of the present embodiment may include: a first cleaning unit (12) including a first cleaning roll (122) capable of applying a first cleaning liquid to a product (P) moving along a guide unit (2); a second cleaning unit (14) including a second cleaning roll (142) capable of removing adhesive and sticky foreign matter attached to the product (P) that has passed through the first cleaning unit (12); and a third cleaning unit (16) including a third cleaning roll (162) capable of removing the first cleaning liquid attached to the product (P) that has passed through the second cleaning unit (14).
[0050] The first cleaning unit (12) may include a first cleaning roll module (120) comprising a plurality of first cleaning rolls (122); and a first cleaning liquid supply unit (130) capable of supplying a first cleaning liquid to the first cleaning rolls (122). Here, the first cleaning roll module (120) may be provided so as to be detachable from the first cleaning liquid supply unit (130) by sliding movement in the direction in which the first cleaning rolls (122) extend (x-axis direction).
[0051] The first cleaning roll module (120) may include a plurality of first cleaning rolls (122) that are rotatably provided; and a first cleaning roll support member (124) that surrounds the plurality of first cleaning rolls (122) and rotatably supports the first cleaning rolls (122).
[0052] In this embodiment, the first cleaning roll (122) is exemplified as being provided in two, but the concept of the present invention is not limited thereto and may be provided in one or three or more.
[0053] A cleaning solution (specifically, a first cleaning solution) is supplied to the interior of the first cleaning roll (122), and the cleaning solution (first cleaning solution) supplied to the interior of the first cleaning roll (122) can pass through the surface of the first cleaning roll (122), which is formed as a sponge, and be applied to the product (P).
[0054] Specifically, the first cleaning roll (122) may include a first sponge (1220) that can be elastically deformed upon contact with a product (P); and a first conduit (1230) disposed inside the first sponge (1220) and having a hole (H) formed therein through which a first cleaning liquid can escape into the first sponge (1220).
[0055] The first conduit (1230) may include a coupling part (1231) that can be coupled with the first cleaning liquid inlet part (132) of the first cleaning liquid supply part (130); an inner conduit (1232) having a plurality of first holes (H1) through which the first cleaning liquid introduced from the coupling part (1231) can escape; and an outer conduit (1234) formed with a larger diameter than the inner conduit (1232) and including a plurality of second holes (H2) through which the first cleaning liquid escaped from the first holes (H1) can escape to the first sponge (1220).
[0056] The first hole (H1) may be formed separately at regular intervals along the circumference of the inner conduit (1232), and the second hole (H2) may be formed at regular intervals along the circumference of the outer conduit (1234). Additionally, a plurality of first holes (H1) may be formed such that the spacing between them gradually shortens from the connecting part (1231) toward the end (E2).
[0057] The outer conduit (1234) is formed to surround the inner conduit (1232), and the diameter of the outer conduit (1234) can be formed to be larger than the diameter of the inner conduit (1232).
[0058] The inner conduit (1232) may be formed to be placed only in a part of the outer conduit (1234).
[0059] For example, the length of the inner conduit (1232) can be formed to have a ratio of more than 1 / 2 and less than 1 / 3 of the length of the outer conduit (1234).
[0060] In this way, the inner pipe (1232) and the outer pipe (1234) are arranged in a double configuration, and the length of the inner pipe (1232) is shorter than the length of the outer pipe (1234), so that the first cleaning solution can be evenly absorbed into the entire first sponge (1220). That is, a double pipe is formed at the inlet portion of the first pipe (1230) into which the first cleaning solution is introduced, while a single pipe (outer pipe) is formed at the opposite portion into which the first cleaning solution is introduced, so that the first cleaning solution can be evenly absorbed into the entire first sponge (1220).
[0061] Here, the lengths of the inner conduit (1232) and the outer conduit (1234) can be understood as lengths extending in the x-axis direction.
[0062] Additionally, one end (E1) of the inner pipe (1232) may be open, and one end (E2) of the outer pipe (1234) may be formed to be closed. By doing so, the first cleaning solution introduced into the inner pipe (1232) can exit through the end (E1) of the inner pipe (1232) and head toward the outer pipe (1234).
[0063] Here, one end (E1) of the inner conduit (1232) and one end of the outer conduit (1234) may be formed on opposite sides of the connection part (1231) into which the first cleaning solution is introduced.
[0064] A plurality of first cleaning rolls (122) and first cleaning roll support members (124) can be provided to be movable together by an external force.
[0065] Specifically, the first cleaning roll support member (124) may include a first support member (124a) of a pair of first cleaning rolls that rotatably supports both sides of the first cleaning roll (122); a second support member (124b) of a pair of first cleaning rolls that connects the first support member (124a) of the pair of first cleaning rolls; and a handle member (124c) of a first cleaning roll that can be connected to the second support member (124b) of the first cleaning roll.
[0066] The user can slide and remove the entire first cleaning roll module (120), including the first cleaning roll (122) and the first cleaning roll support (124), by applying external force by pulling the handle member (124c) of the first cleaning roll. This makes it easier to repair and maintain the first cleaning roll module (120).
[0067] Additionally, a rotary bearing (125) may be disposed on the first support member (124a) of the first cleaning roll to which the first cleaning roll (122) is coupled.
[0068] The first cleaning solution supply unit (130) can be understood as a device that supplies the first cleaning solution to the interior of the first cleaning roll (122). Specifically, the first cleaning solution supply unit (130) can supply the first cleaning solution to the first conduit (1230) placed inside the first sponge (1220).
[0069] The first cleaning solution can serve to loosen adhesive and sticky foreign substances adhering to the product (P). For example, the first cleaning solution may include a cleaning solution for cleaning electronic circuit boards. However, the concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the first cleaning solution may include all known cleaning solutions.
[0070] Specifically, the first cleaning liquid supply unit (130) comprises: a first cleaning liquid injection unit (132) that can be selectively coupled with the first cleaning roll (122); a first cleaning liquid injection unit driving unit (134) that can move the first cleaning liquid injection unit (132) back and forth; a first pressing member (136) that can press the first cleaning liquid injection unit (132) to release the connection between the first cleaning roll (122) and the first cleaning liquid injection unit (132); and
[0071] It may include a first pressure member driving unit (138) capable of advancing or retracting the first pressure member (136) (see FIG. 7).
[0072] A first cleaning solution may be dispensed from the first cleaning solution inlet (132). Additionally, the first cleaning solution inlet (132) may be optionally coupled with the coupling part (1231) so that the first cleaning solution may be dispensed into the interior of the first cleaning roll (122).
[0073] The first cleaning solution injection unit driving unit (134) can advance and retract the first cleaning solution injection unit (132).
[0074] When the first cleaning liquid injection part (132) advances, the first cleaning liquid injection part (132) can be coupled with the coupling part (1231) of the first cleaning roll (122).
[0075] When the first cleaning liquid injection part (132) moves backward, the first cleaning liquid injection part (132) may be released from connection with the coupling part (1231) of the first cleaning roll (122).
[0076] Here, the forward and backward direction of the first cleaning liquid injection part (132) can be understood as the direction in which the first cleaning roll (122) extends (x-axis direction).
[0077] The diameter of the first cleaning solution injection part (132) can be formed larger than the diameter of the coupling part (1231) so that the first cleaning solution injection part (132) can wrap around the coupling part (1231).
[0078] A first pressurizing member driving unit (138) is positioned on the upper side of the first cleaning liquid injection unit driving unit (134), and the first pressurizing member driving unit (138) can move the first pressurizing member (136) back and forth.
[0079] When the first pressure member (136) moves backward, the first pressure member (136) can press the first cleaning liquid injection part (132) to release the connection of the first cleaning liquid injection part (132) and the first cleaning roll (122) at the connecting part (1231).
[0080] When the first pressure member (136) advances, the first pressure member (136) releases the pressure of the first cleaning liquid injection part (132) to fix the connection of the first cleaning liquid injection part (132) and the first cleaning roll (122) at the joint part (1231).
[0081] A hole is formed on the lower side of the first pressure member (136) through which the coupling part (1231) can pass, and the area around the hole can be formed to press the first cleaning liquid injection part (132).
[0082] The first pressure member driving unit (138) can provide power to advance or retract the first pressure member (136).
[0083] Additionally, the first cleaning solution supply unit (130) may further include a connecting pipe (139) through which the first cleaning solution can be introduced, which is connected to a storage unit (not shown in the drawing) in which the first cleaning solution is stored.
[0084] Additionally, a first cleaning roll drive unit (180) that provides a driving force capable of rotating the first cleaning roll (122) may be disposed on one side of the first cleaning liquid supply unit (130).
[0085] The first cleaning roll drive unit (180) is attached to the lower side of the first cleaning liquid supply unit (130) and can move up and down together with the first cleaning liquid supply unit (130).
[0086] A driving force transmission gear that transmits the driving force of the first cleaning roll drive unit (180) may be arranged between the first cleaning roll drive unit (180) and the first cleaning roll (122).
[0087] Additionally, the first washing section (12), the second washing section (14), and the third washing section (16) can be provided to be raised or lowered independently of each other.
[0088] Specifically, the first cleaning unit (12) may include a first lifting drive unit (182) capable of raising or lowering the first cleaning roll module (120); and a second lifting drive unit (184) capable of raising or lowering the first cleaning liquid supply unit (130).
[0089] The first lifting drive unit (182) and the second lifting drive unit (184) operate simultaneously so that the first cleaning roll module (120) and the first cleaning liquid supply unit (130) can rise or fall simultaneously while connected to each other.
[0090] Specifically, the first cleaning unit (12) includes a first support column (181) and a second support column (183) that are coupled to the support unit (3), and the first lifting drive unit (182) may be positioned on the upper part of the first support column (181), and the second lifting drive unit (184) may be positioned on the upper part of the second support column (183).
[0091] The first lifting drive unit (182) can raise the first cleaning roll (122) supported thereon by raising the first cleaning roll support unit (124).
[0092] The second lifting drive unit (184) can raise the first cleaning fluid supply unit (130).
[0093] In this way, the first washing unit (12) can be raised or lowered independently of the second washing unit (14) and the third washing unit (16) by at least one of the first lifting unit (182) and the second lifting unit (184).
[0094] With the first cleaning unit (12) in a raised state, the first cleaning roll module (120) can be separated from the first cleaning liquid supply unit (130) by applying an external force to the handle member (124c) of the first cleaning roll and pulling (sliding movement).
[0095] Likewise, the second washing section (14) can also rise and fall independently of the first washing section (12) and the third washing section (16). Likewise, the third washing section (16) can also rise and fall independently of the first washing section (12) and the second washing section (14).
[0096] Additionally, at least one of the first washing unit (12), the second washing unit (14), and the third washing unit (16) may be provided with a tension member (190) capable of pressing at least one of the first washing roll (122), the second washing roll (142), and the third washing roll (162) in a downward direction.
[0097] Specifically, a plurality of tension members (190) capable of supporting the first cleaning roll support (124) in a downward direction may be provided on one side of the first cleaning roll support (124) of the first cleaning unit (12).
[0098] For example, when the product (P) passes through the lower part of the first cleaning roll (122), the first cleaning roll module (120) may receive an upward force from the product (P), and at this time, the tension member (190) may press downward so that the first cleaning roll module (120) does not rise.
[0099] Likewise, on one side of the second cleaning unit (14), a plurality of tension members capable of supporting the second cleaning roll support unit (144) in a downward direction may be provided.
[0100] Likewise, on one side of the third cleaning unit (16), a plurality of tension members capable of supporting the third cleaning roll support unit (164) in a downward direction may be provided.
[0101] In this embodiment, the upper direction can be understood as the +z-axis direction, and the lower direction as the -z-axis direction.
[0102] Additionally, a second cleaning solution is supplied to the interior of the second cleaning roll (142), and the second cleaning solution supplied to the second cleaning roll (142) can pass through the second cleaning roll (142) and be applied to the product (P).
[0103] The second cleaning unit (14) may include a second cleaning roll module (140) comprising a plurality of second cleaning rolls (142); and a second cleaning liquid supply unit (150) capable of supplying a second cleaning liquid to the second cleaning rolls (142).
[0104] The second cleaning roll module (140) can be provided so as to be detachable from the second cleaning liquid supply unit (150) by sliding movement.
[0105] The second cleaning roll (142) can be formed in the same shape as the first cleaning roll (122) described above.
[0106] For example, the second cleaning roll (142) may include a second sponge (not shown in the drawing) that can be elastically deformed upon contact with the product (P); and a second conduit (not shown in the drawing) disposed inside the second sponge and having a hole formed therein through which the second cleaning liquid can escape into the second sponge.
[0107] The second sponge is substantially identical to the first sponge (1220) described above, except for its external shape, so the description thereof is replaced by the description of the first sponge (1220) described above.
[0108] In addition, the second conduit is identical to the first conduit (1230) described above, so the description thereof is replaced by the description of the first conduit (1230) described above.
[0109] Specifically, the second conduit may include a coupling part that can be coupled to the cleaning liquid inlet part of the second cleaning liquid supply part (150), similar to the first conduit (1230) described above; an inner conduit having a plurality of first holes formed therein through which the second cleaning liquid can be introduced from the coupling part and flow out; and an outer conduit formed with a larger diameter than the inner conduit and including a plurality of second holes through which the second cleaning liquid flowing out from the first holes can flow out to the second sponge.
[0110] Additionally, just like the first cleaning roll (122), the second cleaning roll (142) may be formed such that the inner conduit of the second cleaning roll (142) is positioned only in a part of the outer conduit. For example, the length of the inner conduit of the second cleaning roll (142) may be formed to have a ratio of more than 1 / 2 and less than 1 / 3 of the length of the outer conduit.
[0111] Additionally, the outer pipe of the second cleaning roll (142) is formed to surround the inner pipe, and the diameter of the outer pipe can be formed to be larger than the diameter of the inner pipe.
[0112] The second cleaning roll module (140) may include a plurality of second cleaning rolls (142) provided to be rotatable; and a second cleaning roll support member (144) that surrounds the plurality of second cleaning rolls (142) and rotatably supports the second cleaning rolls (142).
[0113] Additionally, a plurality of second cleaning rolls (142) and second cleaning roll support members (144) may be provided to be movable together by an external force.
[0114] The second cleaning roll support part (144) of the second cleaning roll module (140) is substantially the same as the first cleaning roll support part (124) of the first cleaning roll module (120) described above, so the description of the first cleaning roll support part (124) described above is replaced.
[0115] Specifically, the second cleaning roll support member (144) may include: a first support member (144a) of a pair of second cleaning rolls that rotatably supports both sides of the second cleaning roll support member (144); a second support member (144b) of a pair of second cleaning rolls that connects the first support member (144a) of the pair of second cleaning rolls; and a handle member (124c) of a first cleaning roll that can be connected to the second support member (144b) of the second cleaning roll.
[0116] The user can slide and remove the entire second cleaning roll module (140), including the second cleaning roll (142) and the second cleaning roll support member (144), by applying an external force by pulling the second support member (144b) of the second cleaning roll. This makes it easier to repair and maintain the second cleaning roll module (140).
[0117] Additionally, a rotary bearing may be disposed on the first support member (144a) of the second cleaning roll to which the second cleaning roll (142) is coupled.
[0118] In this embodiment, the second cleaning roll (142) is described as being provided in four numbers, but the number of second cleaning rolls (142) is not limited thereto.
[0119] The second cleaning solution supply unit (150) can be formed in the same shape as the first cleaning solution supply unit (130) described above.
[0120] The second cleaning solution supply unit (150) can be understood as a device that supplies the second cleaning solution to the interior of the second cleaning roll (142).
[0121] Specifically, the second cleaning solution supply unit (150) can supply the second cleaning solution to the first conduit placed inside the second sponge of the second cleaning roll (142).
[0122] The second cleaning solution can serve to remove adhesive and sticky foreign matter adhering to the product (P).
[0123] The second cleaning solution may be provided as the same substance as the first cleaning solution, or it may be provided as a different substance from the first cleaning solution.
[0124] For example, the first cleaning solution may be provided as a cleaning solution optimized for loosening adhesive and sticky foreign substances, and the second cleaning solution may be provided as a cleaning solution optimized for removing adhesive and sticky foreign substances.
[0125] Specifically, the second cleaning liquid supply unit (150) may include: a second cleaning liquid injection unit (152) that can be selectively coupled with the second cleaning roll support unit (144); a second cleaning liquid injection drive unit (154) that can move the second cleaning liquid injection unit (152) back and forth; a second pressing member (156) that can press the second cleaning liquid injection unit (152) to release the connection between the second cleaning roll (142) and the second cleaning liquid injection unit (152); and a second pressing member drive unit (158) that can move the second pressing member (156) forward or backward (see FIG. 10).
[0126] The second cleaning liquid injection unit (152), the second cleaning liquid injection drive unit (154), the second pressurizing member (156), and the second pressurizing member drive unit (158) of the second cleaning liquid supply unit (150) are each identical to the first cleaning liquid injection unit (132), the first cleaning liquid injection drive unit (134), the first pressurizing member (136), and the first pressurizing member drive unit (138) of the first cleaning liquid supply unit (130) described above, so a detailed explanation is omitted therefrom.
[0127] The second cleaning solution injection drive unit (154) can advance and retract the second cleaning solution injection unit (152).
[0128] When the second cleaning solution injection part (152) advances, the second cleaning solution injection part (152) can be coupled to the coupling part of the second cleaning roll (142).
[0129] When the second cleaning liquid injection part (152) moves backward, the second cleaning liquid injection part (152) may be released from the connection part of the second cleaning roll (142).
[0130] The diameter of the second cleaning solution injection part (152) can be formed larger than the diameter of the coupling part so that the second cleaning solution injection part (152) can wrap around the coupling part.
[0131] A second pressurizing member driving unit (158) is positioned on the upper side of the second cleaning fluid injection driving unit (154), and the second pressurizing member driving unit (158) can move the second pressurizing member (156) back and forth.
[0132] When the second pressure member (156) moves backward, the second pressure member (156) can press the second cleaning liquid injection part (152) to release the connection between the second cleaning liquid injection part (152) and the second cleaning roll (142).
[0133] When the second pressure member (156) advances, the second pressure member (156) releases the pressure of the second cleaning liquid injection part (152) to fix the connection of the second cleaning liquid injection part (152) and the second cleaning roll support part (144).
[0134] A hole is formed on the lower side of the second pressure member (156) through which the connecting part can pass, and the area around the hole can be formed to press the second cleaning liquid injection part (152).
[0135] The second pressure member driving unit (158) can provide power to advance or retract the second pressure member (156).
[0136] Additionally, the second cleaning solution supply unit (150) is connected to a storage unit (not shown in the drawing) in which the second cleaning solution is stored, and a connecting pipe through which the second cleaning solution can be introduced may be provided.
[0137] Additionally, a second cleaning roll drive unit (280) that provides a driving force capable of rotating the second cleaning roll (142) may be disposed on one side of the second cleaning liquid supply unit (150).
[0138] Additionally, the second cleaning unit (14) may include a third lifting drive unit (282) capable of raising or lowering the second cleaning roll module (140); and a fourth lifting drive unit (284) capable of raising or lowering the second cleaning liquid supply unit (150).
[0139] The third lifting drive unit (282) and the fourth lifting drive unit (284) operate simultaneously so that the second cleaning roll module (140) and the second cleaning liquid supply unit (150) can rise or fall simultaneously while connected to each other.
[0140] The third lifting drive unit (282) can raise the second cleaning roll support unit (144) supported thereon by raising the second cleaning roll support unit (144).
[0141] The fourth lifting drive unit (284) can raise the second cleaning fluid supply unit (150).
[0142] A cleaning solution (first cleaning solution) is introduced into the first cleaning roll (122) and a cleaning solution (second cleaning solution) is introduced into the second cleaning roll (142), but the third cleaning roll (162) may be provided so that no cleaning solution is introduced.
[0143] The third cleaning unit (16) may include a third cleaning roll module (160) comprising a plurality of third cleaning rolls (162).
[0144] The third cleaning roll module (160) may include a plurality of third cleaning rolls (162) provided to be rotatable; and a third cleaning roll support member (164) that surrounds the plurality of third cleaning rolls (162) and rotatably supports the third cleaning rolls (162).
[0145] Additionally, a plurality of third cleaning rolls (162) and third cleaning roll support members (164) may be provided to be movable together by an external force.
[0146] The third cleaning roll support part (164) of the third cleaning roll module (160) is substantially the same as the first cleaning roll support part (124) of the first cleaning roll module (120) described above, so the description of the first cleaning roll support part (124) described above is substituted for this.
[0147] Specifically, the third cleaning roll support member (164) may include a first support member (164a) of a pair of third cleaning rolls that rotatably supports both sides of the third cleaning roll support member (164); a second support member (164b) of a pair of third cleaning rolls that connects the first support member (164a) of the pair of third cleaning rolls; and a handle member (164c) of a third cleaning roll that can be connected to the second support member (164b) of the third cleaning roll.
[0148] The user can slide and remove the entire third cleaning roll module (160), including the third cleaning roll (162) and the third cleaning roll support member (164), by applying an external force by pulling the second support member (164b) of the third cleaning roll. This makes it easier to repair and maintain the second cleaning roll module (140).
[0149] In addition, a rotary bearing may be disposed in the third cleaning roll support (164) to which the third cleaning roll (162) is coupled.
[0150] In this embodiment, the third cleaning roll (162) is described as being provided in two numbers, but the number of third cleaning rolls (162) is not limited thereto.
[0151] The third cleaning roll (162) can serve to remove cleaning liquid (first cleaning liquid, second cleaning liquid) and residual foreign matter adhering to the product (P).
[0152] Additionally, a third cleaning roll drive unit (380) that provides a driving force capable of rotating the third cleaning roll (162) may be disposed on one side of the third cleaning roll module (160).
[0153] Additionally, the third cleaning unit (16) may include a fifth lifting drive unit (382) capable of raising or lowering the third cleaning roll module (160); and a fourth lifting drive unit (284) capable of raising or lowering the third cleaning roll drive unit (380).
[0154] The 5th lifting drive unit (382) and the 6th lifting drive unit (384) operate simultaneously to simultaneously raise or lower the 3rd cleaning roll module (160) and the 3rd cleaning roll drive unit (380) coupled thereto.
[0155] Additionally, at least one of the first cleaning roll (122), the second cleaning roll (142), and the third cleaning roll (162) may have surfaces formed in different shapes.
[0156] For example, the surface of the first sponge (1220) of the first cleaning roll (122) and the surface of the third sponge of the third cleaning roll (162) may have a smooth surface.
[0157] The surface of the second sponge of the second cleaning roll (142) may be formed in a shape in which a plurality of cylindrical protrusions are repeatedly arranged (see FIG. 12(b)), or in a shape in which a plurality of protrusions extending in the same direction as the second pipe is continuously arranged along the circumference of the second sponge (a knurling shape formed in a dam shape) (see FIG. 12(c)). However, the surface of the second sponge of the second cleaning roll (142) is not limited thereto and may be formed smoothly (see FIG. 12(a)). The width of the protrusions of the second sponge of the second cleaning roll (142) shown in FIG. 12(c) may be formed to be 2mm to 5mm, and the height to be 3mm to 8mm.
[0158] Here, each of the first sponge (1220), the second sponge, and the third sponge can be formed in a cylindrical shape.
[0159] The surface of the first cleaning roll (122) is formed smoothly so that the first cleaning liquid can be effectively applied to the product (P), and the surface of the second cleaning roll (142) is formed with a plurality of protrusions so that adhesive and sticky foreign matter attached to the product (P) can be effectively removed, and the surface of the third cleaning roll (162) is formed smoothly so that the cleaning liquid and foreign matter remaining on the product (P) can be effectively removed.
[0160] After the second cleaning roll (142) is introduced into the interior, the second cleaning liquid is applied to the product (P), and at the same time, friction is applied to the foreign matter attached to the product (P) through the protrusions or knurling shape forming the outer surface of the second cleaning roll (142), so that the foreign matter can be easily removed without damaging the product (P).
[0161] Additionally, an air inlet (not shown in the drawing) capable of spraying compressed air onto a moving product (P) may be placed between the second washing unit (14) and the third washing unit (16).
[0162] Here, the air inlet (not shown in the drawing) may include an air knife, a ramjet, etc.
[0163] An air inlet (not shown in the drawing) is positioned between the second cleaning unit (14) and the third cleaning unit (16) to bring compressed air into contact with the product (P), thereby removing foreign matter and cleaning liquid remaining on the product (P).
[0164] In addition, as described above, the first washing unit (12), the second washing unit (14), and the third washing unit (16) can be provided to be raised or lowered independently of each other.
[0165] For example, the first washing unit (12) can be raised by the first lifting drive unit (182), the second washing unit (14) can be raised by the third lifting drive unit (282), and the third washing unit (16) can be raised by the fifth lifting drive unit (382).
[0166] Additionally, the wet and dry cleaning device (1) having a self-cleaning function, the wet cleaning device (10) for cleaning adhesive and sticky foreign matter, and the dry cleaning device (20) using at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force, and suction force may further include a control unit (not shown in the drawing) for controlling the wet and dry cleaning device (1) having a self-cleaning function, the wet cleaning device (10) for cleaning adhesive and sticky foreign matter, and the dry cleaning device (20) using at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force, and suction force.
[0167] The control unit can remove a wet cleaning device (10) for cleaning adhesive and sticky foreign matter and a dry cleaning device (20) using at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force and suction force.
[0168] For example, the control unit can control the first lifting drive unit (182) and the second lifting drive unit (184) of the first cleaning unit (12) to be raised or lowered.
[0169] In addition, the control unit can control the first cleaning liquid injection unit drive unit (134) and the first pressurizing member (136) of the first cleaning unit (12) to advance or retract.
[0170] Additionally, the control unit can control the third lifting drive unit (282) and the fourth lifting drive unit (284) of the second cleaning unit (14) to be raised or lowered.
[0171] Additionally, the control unit can control the second cleaning fluid injection drive unit (154) and the second pressurizing member (156) of the second cleaning unit (14) to advance or retract.
[0172] Additionally, the control unit can control the fifth lifting drive unit (382) and the sixth lifting drive unit (384) of the third cleaning unit (16) to be raised or lowered.
[0173] In addition, the control unit can control the movement speed of the product (P) by controlling the guide unit (2).
[0174] In addition, the control unit can control a suction pipe driving unit (291) that rotates the suction pipe (220) so that the first suction hole (222) of the non-contact foreign matter removal module (22) described later faces downward.
[0175] In addition, the control unit can control the operation of the electrostatic application unit (260) that applies electrostatic charge to the suction pipe (220) of the non-contact foreign matter removal module (22).
[0176] In addition, the control unit can control the amount of static electricity applied to the suction pipe (220) by controlling the static electricity application unit (260).
[0177] In addition, the control unit can generate static electricity in the suction tube (220) so that the suction tube (220) has a charge having a polarity opposite to that of the foreign matter attached to the product (P).
[0178] Additionally, the control unit can control the communication member driving unit (244) to raise or lower the communication member (242) and selectively connect it with the suction pipe (220).
[0179] In addition, the control unit can control the suction unit (240) to control the strength of suctioning foreign matter (e.g., the strength of suctioning with a vacuum).
[0180] Additionally, the control unit can control the capture roll lifting / lowering drive unit (916) to raise or lower the capture roll (912) and selectively bring it into contact with the suction pipe (220).
[0181] In addition, the control unit can control the cleaning roll drive unit (934) to rotate the cleaning roll (932) and wind or unwind the film (F).

[0184] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 24, a dry cleaning device (20) using at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force and suction force may include: a non-contact foreign matter removal module (22) capable of removing foreign matter attached to a product (P) moving along a guide part (2) without contact with the product (P); and an automatic cleaning module (90) positioned above the non-contact foreign matter removal module (22) and capable of removing the foreign matter attached to the non-contact foreign matter removal module (22).
[0185] The non-contact foreign matter removal module (22) may include a suction tube (220) having a first suction hole (222) open toward the product (P); and a suction part (240) that can be optionally coupled to the suction tube (220) and provides suction power to suck up foreign matter attached to the product (P).
[0186] The suction tube (220) can be formed to have at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force, and suction force to remove foreign matter.
[0187] The suction tube (220) can be formed to have at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force, and suction force to remove foreign matter.
[0188] In one embodiment, the suction tube (220) may be formed of a metal material.
[0189] In this case, the suction part (240) is operated to suck up foreign matter on the product (P) through the first suction hole (222) formed in the suction pipe (220), and at the same time, an electrostatic generator (not shown in the drawing) is operated to attach foreign matter to the outer surface of the suction pipe (220).
[0190] In another embodiment, the suction tube (220) is formed of a metal material, and the outer surface of the suction tube (220) may be coated with an adhesive layer (not shown in the drawing) having adhesive properties. In this case, the adhesive layer (not shown in the drawing) may be formed of synthetic rubber or a material mixed with synthetic rubber and conductive carbon.
[0191] In this case, the suction part (240) is operated to suck up foreign matter from the product (P) through the first suction hole (222) formed in the suction pipe (220), and at the same time, an electrostatic generator (not shown in the drawing) is operated to attach foreign matter to the outer surface of the suction pipe (220), and at the same time, foreign matter can be attached to the outer surface of the suction pipe (220) which has adhesive properties.
[0192] In another embodiment, the suction tube (220) is formed of a metal material, and the outer surface of the suction tube (220) may be coated with a conductive layer (not shown in the drawing) mixed with synthetic rubber and plastic. In this case, the conductive layer (not shown in the drawing) may be formed of a material mixed with synthetic rubber and plastic, or a material mixed with synthetic rubber, plastic, and conductive carbon.
[0193] In this case, the suction part (240) is operated to suck up foreign matter on the product (P) through the first suction hole (222) formed in the suction pipe (220), and at the same time, an electrostatic generator (not shown in the drawing) is operated to attach foreign matter to the outer surface of the suction pipe (220).
[0194] The suction tube (220) may have an outer surface formed of metal, an adhesive layer (not shown in the drawing) having adhesive properties, or a conductive layer (not shown in the drawing) having conductive properties.
[0195] The first suction hole (222) formed in the suction tube (220) can be positioned in the direction in which the suction tube (220) extends (x-axis direction).
[0196] The suction tube (220) can be formed in a rotatable cylindrical shape.
[0197] In one embodiment, the first suction hole (222) may be formed with a plurality of circular holes (e.g., 20 or more, preferably 30 or more holes) in the direction in which the suction tube (220) extends. In this case, the spacing of the first suction hole (222) may be formed to be 5 mm to 100 mm.
[0198] In another embodiment, the first suction hole (222) may be formed as a single hole that extends along the direction in which the suction tube (220) extends (x-axis direction). However, the shape in which the first suction hole (222) is formed does not limit the concept of the present invention.
[0200] Additionally, the suction tube (220) may have a second suction hole (224) formed on both sides of the first suction hole (222) for coupling with the suction part (240).
[0201] The size of the second suction hole (224) can be formed to be larger than the size of the first suction hole (222).
[0202] Foreign matter sucked into the suction tube (220) through the first suction hole (222) can be moved to the suction part (240) side through the second suction hole (224).
[0203] When the product (P) passes through, the first suction hole (222) formed in the suction pipe (220) can be positioned in a direction toward the product (P).
[0204] Specifically, an identification member (292) capable of identifying the location where the first suction hole (222) is positioned is formed on one side of the suction pipe (220), and
[0205] A detection sensor (294) capable of recognizing the identification member (292) may be disposed on one side of the identification member (292) (Fig. 17 sensor).
[0206] The suction pipe driving unit (291) rotates the suction pipe (220) so that the identification member (292) is positioned at a set position, and accordingly, the first suction hole (222) can be positioned at a set position (e.g., in the lower direction).
[0207] With this configuration, the first suction hole (222) for sucking up foreign matter attached to the product (P) can be positioned to always face downward toward the product (P) when the product (P) moves.
[0209] The suction part (240) can be placed on both sides of the suction tube (220).
[0210] Each suction part (240) may include a communication member (242) that supports the suction pipe (220) and has a communication hole (241) formed therein that can communicate with a second suction hole (224) formed in the suction pipe (220); and a communication member driving part (244) that can raise or lower the communication member (242).
[0211] Additionally, the suction part (240) may further include a connecting pipe (246) capable of flowing foreign matter sucked into the connecting hole (241) to a foreign matter storage part (not shown in the drawing).
[0212] The suction part (240) can be arranged in multiple numbers (e.g., two) so that they can be placed on both sides of the suction tube (220).
[0213] For example, one suction part (240) may be positioned below the second suction hole (224) formed in the suction pipe (220), and another suction part (240) may be positioned below the other second suction hole (224) formed in the suction pipe (220).
[0214] The communication member (242) may include a communication hole (241) formed therein and a contact surface (242a) that contacts the suction pipe (220).
[0215] The connecting member (242) can be formed with a shape corresponding to the shape of the suction pipe (220).
[0216] For example, if the suction tube (220) is formed in a cylindrical shape, the contact surface (242a) may be formed in a shape that accommodates it.
[0217] The connecting member driving unit (244) can raise or lower the connecting member (242). By doing so, the suction part (240) can be separated from or connected to the suction pipe (220).
[0218] The flue pipe (246) can connect the flue hole (241) that sucks in foreign matter and the foreign matter storage section (not shown in the drawing).
[0219] Additionally, the non-contact foreign matter removal module (22) may include an electrostatic application unit (260) capable of applying electrostatic charge to the suction pipe (220) so that the suction pipe (220) can attach the foreign matter.
[0220] One or more electrostatic application parts (260) may be formed to protrude from one side of the connecting member (242) that contacts the suction pipe (220).
[0221] The electrostatic application unit (260) applies electrostatic charge to the suction tube (220), thereby allowing the suction tube (220) itself to attach foreign matter by electrostatic charge.
[0222] Specifically, the electrostatic application part (260) may include a protruding contact (262) protruding from the connecting member (242); and an extension member (264) extending from the protruding contact (262), penetrating the connecting member (242), and connected to an electrostatic generator (not shown in the drawing).
[0223] Additionally, the non-contact foreign matter removal module (22) includes a suction tube drive unit (291) capable of rotating the suction tube (220), and the suction tube drive unit (291) rotates the suction tube (220) so that the first suction hole (222) can be positioned at a set location, but the suction tube drive unit (291) may not rotate the suction tube (220) when the product (P) moves along the lower part of the non-contact foreign matter removal module (22).
[0224] The suction pipe drive unit (291) only needs to be rotated so that the first suction hole (222) faces downward, and the suction pipe drive unit (291) can be rotated less than 360 degrees.
[0225] The suction tube (220) is provided so that the product (P) does not rotate when passing through the lower part of the suction tube (220). Such control can be performed by a control unit.
[0226] In this embodiment, the suction tube (220) is exemplified as being provided in multiple numbers (e.g., two), but the number of suction tubes (220) is not limited.
[0227] Additionally, a plurality of suction tubes (220) may be surrounded by a suction tube support (324), and the suction tubes (220) and the suction tube support (324) may be provided to be movable together by an external force.
[0228] Specifically, the suction tube support member (324) may include a first support member (324a) of a pair of suction tubes that rotatably supports both sides of the suction tube (220); a second support member (324b) of a pair of suction tubes that connects the first support member (324a) of the pair of suction tubes; and a handle member (324c) of a suction tube that can be connected to the second support member (324b) of the suction tube.
[0229] The user can slide and pull out the entire suction tube (220) and the surrounding suction tube support (324) by applying external force by pulling the handle member (324c) of the suction tube. This makes it easier to repair and maintain the suction tube (220).
[0230] The automatic cleaning module (90) can be understood as being positioned above the non-contact foreign matter removal module (22) to remove foreign matter on the outer surface of the suction pipe (220).
[0231] Foreign matter from the product (P) may be present on the outer surface of the suction tube (220), and the automatic cleaning module (90) removes the foreign matter from the outer surface of the suction tube (220), thereby allowing the clean suction tube (220) from which the foreign matter has been removed to be used.
[0232] Specifically, the automatic cleaning module (90) may include a capture roll portion (910) that can selectively contact the suction pipe (220) to adhere foreign matter on the surface of the suction pipe (220); and a cleaning roll portion (930) that can unfold or wind the film (F).
[0233] At this time, the cleaning roll unit (930) can move the film (F) to adhere foreign matter on the capture roll unit (910) to the film (F).
[0234] Additionally, a guide roll section (920) that guides the movement of the film (F) may be provided between the cleaning roll section (930) and the capture roll section (910).
[0235] The capture roller section (910) can be placed on the upper part of the suction pipe (220).
[0236] The capture roll unit (910) may include a capture roll (912) having an outer surface formed to be adhesive; a capture roll drive unit (914) capable of rotating the capture roll (912); and a capture roll raising / lowering drive unit (916) capable of raising or lowering the capture roll (912).
[0237] The capture roll (912) is formed in a cylindrical shape and can be formed to have adhesive properties so as to adhere to foreign matter in the suction tube (220).
[0238] The capture roll drive unit (914) is positioned at both ends of the capture roll (912) to rotate the capture roll (912).
[0239] The capture roll lifting / lowering drive unit (916) can raise or lower the capture roll (912). Specifically, the capture roll lifting / lowering drive unit (916) can raise or lower the capture roll (912) connected thereto by raising or lowering the capture roll drive unit (914).
[0240] The capture roll (912) can optionally come into contact with the suction tube (220).
[0241] Specifically, when the product (P) passes through the lower part of the suction pipe (220), the capture roll part (910) is positioned apart from the suction pipe (220), and after the product (P) passes through the lower part of the suction pipe (220), the capture roll part (910) can descend and come into contact with the suction pipe (220). Such movement of the capture roll part (910) can be realized by the capture roll raising / lowering drive part (916).
[0242] A cleaning roll (930) may be placed on the upper part of the capture roll (910).
[0243] The cleaning roll unit (930) may include a cleaning roll (932) capable of winding or unwinding the film (F); and a cleaning roll driving unit (934) capable of rotating the cleaning roll (932).
[0244] Additionally, the capture roll section (910) may further include a second connecting tube (936) connecting the cleaning roll (932) and the cleaning roll drive section (934).
[0245] The cleaning roll unit (930) comprises: a cleaning roll (932) capable of winding or unwinding a film (F); a first connecting tube (931) formed on the inner side of the cleaning roll (932) and having a first groove (9312) and a first projection (9314); a cleaning roll driving unit (934) capable of rotating the cleaning roll (932); and
[0246] It may include a second connecting tube (936) disposed between the cleaning roll drive unit (934) and the cleaning roll (932), comprising a second projection (9364) that is coupled to the first groove (9312) and a second groove (9362) that is coupled to the first projection (9314).
[0247] In this way, the driving force applied from the cleaning roll driving unit (934) can be transmitted to the cleaning roll (932) without slipping by the rigid connection between the first connecting tube (931) formed inside the cleaning roll (932) and the second connecting tube (936) formed at the end of the cleaning roll driving unit (934).
[0248] Additionally, a spring part (939) capable of pressing the second connecting tube (936) toward the cleaning roll (932) may be formed between the cleaning roll drive part (934) and the second connecting tube (936).
[0249] Additionally, a guide roll section (920) that guides the movement of the film (F) may be provided between the cleaning roll section (930) and the capture roll section (910).
[0250] The guide roll section (920) is positioned between the cleaning roll section (930) and the capture roll section (910) and can serve to allow the film (F) to be smoothly wound or unwound from the cleaning roll (932).
[0251] Specifically, the guide roll section (920) may include a first guide roll (922) positioned below one of the plurality of cleaning roll driving sections (934); a second guide roll (924) positioned spaced apart from the first guide roll (922) and below another of the plurality of cleaning roll driving sections (934); and a third guide roll (925) positioned between the first guide roll (922) and the second guide roll (924) and positioned above the first guide roll (922) and the second guide roll (924).
[0252] The film (F) can pass through the guide roll section (920), be wound on one cleaning roll (932), and unwound on another cleaning roll drive section (934).
[0253] For example, the film (F) can be connected between two cleaning rolls (932) so as to pass through the lower side of the first guide roll (922), pass through the upper side of the third guide roll (925), and pass through the lower side of the second guide roll (924).
[0254] In this embodiment, the guide roller portion (920) may be provided optionally.
[0256] Below, a control method for a wet cleaning device (10) for cleaning adhesive and sticky foreign matter is described.
[0257] When the product (P) moves along the guide section (2) and passes the lower side of the first cleaning section (12), the control section can control the first cleaning roll (122) to rotate and simultaneously inject the first cleaning liquid into the interior of the first cleaning roll (122).
[0258] When the product (P) passes through the first cleaning section (12) and passes the lower side of the second cleaning section (14), the control unit can control the second cleaning roll (142) to rotate and simultaneously inject the second cleaning liquid into the interior of the second cleaning roll (142).
[0259] When the product (P) passes through the second cleaning unit (14) and passes the lower side of the third cleaning unit (16), the control unit can rotate the third cleaning roll (162).
[0260] Here, when the product (P) passes between the second cleaning unit (14) and the third cleaning unit (16), the control unit can operate the air inlet unit (not shown in the drawing) to apply compressed air to the product (P).
[0261] After that, the product (P) can move toward a dry cleaning device (20) that uses at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force and suction force.
[0262] Specifically, when the product (P) passes through the third cleaning unit (16) and passes the lower side of the suction pipe (220) of the non-contact foreign matter removal module (22), the control unit applies suction force to the suction pipe (220) and simultaneously applies static electricity, so that some of the foreign matter attached to the product (P) is sucked into the first suction hole (222) and then moved to the foreign matter storage unit, and some of the foreign matter may be adsorbed to the suction pipe (220). In addition, if the suction pipe (220) itself is provided to have adhesive force, the suction pipe (220) can attach more foreign matter to its outer surface.
[0263] Below, maintenance of a wet cleaning device (10) for cleaning adhesive and sticky foreign matter is described.
[0264] For example, when maintenance of the first cleaning unit (12) is required, the control unit (not shown in the drawing) can operate the first lifting drive unit (182) and the second lifting drive unit (184) simultaneously to raise the first cleaning roll module (120) and the first cleaning liquid supply unit (130) simultaneously.
[0265] After that, the control unit can operate the first cleaning liquid injection unit drive unit (134) and the first pressurizing member (136) to separate the first cleaning roll (122) from the first cleaning liquid supply unit (130).
[0266] At this time, the user can separate the first cleaning roll module (120) from the wet cleaning device (10) for cleaning adhesive and sticky foreign matter by pulling the first support member (124a) of the first cleaning roll of the first cleaning roll support part (124) to slide the first cleaning roll module (120).
[0267] The operation of the second and third government units (14) and the third government unit (16) during maintenance is the same, so a detailed explanation is omitted.
[0268] The following describes the maintenance of a dry cleaning device (20) using at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force, and suction force.
[0269] For example, when replacement or repair of the non-contact foreign matter removal module (22) is required, the control unit can operate the connecting member driving unit (244) to lower the connecting member (242) and separate it from the suction pipe (220), and pull the handle member (324c) of the suction pipe to separate the non-contact foreign matter removal module (22) from the dry cleaning device (20) using at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force, and suction force.
[0270] Likewise, when replacement or repair of the capture roll part (910) is required, the capture roll part (910) can be separated from the dry cleaning device (20) using at least one of adhesive force, electrostatic force, and suction force by pulling the capture roll part handle member (334c).
