Additionally, in the description of the following embodiments, the description of identical or corresponding components may be omitted. However, even if a description of a component is omitted, it is not intended that such component is not included in any embodiment.
[0030] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a box according to one embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the box in an open state according to one embodiment.
[0031] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a box (100) may be utilized to accommodate one or more items. The box (100) may be, for example, a cooling box or an ice box containing insulating material to maintain the freshness of the accommodated items, but is not limited thereto. The box (100) may include a main body (110), a cover (200), at least one latch (120, 130), a plurality of first hinges (140), and / or a plurality of second hinges (150).
[0032] The main body (110) may be configured to accommodate one or more objects. The main body (110) may define an empty space in which one or more objects are accommodated. The main body (110) may include a first part (111), a second part (112), and / or a sealing surface (113).
[0033] The first part (111) may define the lower surface of the box (100) that is in contact with the ground where the box (100) is located. The cross-sectional area of the first part (111) may be variable. For example, the cross-sectional area of the first part (111) may increase as it approaches the second part (112) along the upward direction from the lower surface of the box (100) that is in contact with the ground. However, it is not limited thereto. For example, the cross-sectional area of the first part (111) may remain constant as it approaches the second part (112) along the upward direction from the lower surface of the box (100) that is in contact with the ground.
[0034] The second part (112) may be placed on the first part (111). The second part (112) may be coupled to the cover (200). For example, at least a portion of the cover (200) may be received (or inserted) inside the second part (112) while being coupled to the main body (110). The second part (112) may have a cross-sectional area larger than the first cross-sectional area. The cross-sectional area of the second part (112) may be constant as it approaches the cover (200) along the upward direction from the boundary between the first part (111) and the second part (112). However, it is not limited thereto.
[0035] The second part (112) may have a rectangular cross-section when viewed from above. For example, the second part (112) may include a first edge (112a), a second edge (112b), a third edge (112c), and a fourth edge (112d). The second edge (112b) may face the first edge (112a). The second edge (112b) may be parallel to the first edge (112a) while having substantially the same length. For example, the first edge (112a) and the second edge (112b) may define the long side when the cross-section of the second part (112) has a rectangular shape. The fourth edge (112d) may face the third edge (112c). The fourth edge (112d) may be parallel to the third edge (112c) while having substantially the same length. The lengths of the third edge (112c) and the fourth edge (112d), respectively, may be shorter than the lengths of the first edge (112a) and the second edge (112b), respectively. The third edge (112c) and the fourth edge (112d) may define the short side when the cross-section of the second part (112) has a rectangular shape. The third edge (112c) may connect the first edge (112a) and the second edge (112b). For example, the third edge (112c) may connect one end of the first edge (112a) and one end of the second edge (112b). The fourth edge (112d) may connect the first edge (112a) and the second edge (112b). For example, the fourth edge (112d) can connect the other end of the first edge (112a) and the other end of the second edge (112b).
[0036] The sealing surface (113) may refer to the inner surface of the second part (112) that contacts the cover (200). The sealing surface (113) may be located on the inner side of the second part (112). For example, the sealing surface (113) may have a shape that extends on the inner side of the second part (112) along the first edge (112a), second edge (112b), third edge (112c), and fourth edge (112d) of the second part (112). In other words, the sealing surface (113) may have the shape of a closed curve. The distance (or height) from the first part (111) to each part of the sealing surface (113) may be constant. That is, as the distance (or height) from the first part (111) to each part of the sealing surface (113) is constant, the cover (200) and the sealing surface (113) can be in stable contact. For example, the sealing surface (113) may refer to the inner surface of the second part (112) facing upward.
[0037] The cover (200) can open or close the space inside the main body (110) by being detachably coupled to the main body (110). For example, the cover (200) can close (or seal) the space inside the main body (110) while being coupled to the main body (110) by at least one of the first latch (120) and the second latch (130). As another example, the cover (200) can be separated from the main body (110) so as to open the space inside the main body (110) while the coupling with the first latch (120) and the second latch (130) is released. The cover (200) can be received within the second part (112) of the main body (110) while closing the main body (110). For example, while the cover (200) closes the main body (110), the outer surfaces of the cover (200) may be surrounded by the second part (112). For another example, while the cover (200) closes the main body (110), the outer surfaces of the cover (200) may be in close contact with the inner surface of the second part (112). For example, the lower surface of the cover (200) may be in contact with the sealing surface (113) of the main body (110). The cover (200) may include a plate (210), at least one reinforcing member (220), and a handle (230).
[0038] The plate (210) may define (or form) most of the outer surface of the cover (200). The plate (210) may be exposed to the outside of the cover (200). The plate (210) may be formed of an insulating material. For example, the plate (210) may be formed of a foamed polymer (e.g., polypropylene (PP)). The upper surface (210a) of the plate (210) may represent a surface exposed to the outside of the box (100) while the cover (200) closes the main body (110). For example, the upper surface (210a) of the plate (210) may represent a surface facing upward while the cover (200) closes the main body (110).
[0039] At least one reinforcing member (220) can prevent damage to the cover (200) by the first latch (120) and the second latch (130). At least one reinforcing member (220) may be formed of a material different from that of the plate (210). For example, at least one reinforcing member (220) may be formed of a material with higher rigidity than the plate (210) (e.g., nylon), but is not limited thereto. For example, at least one reinforcing member (220) may be formed of a material with higher elasticity than the plate (210) (e.g., polyurethane). At least one reinforcing member (220) may wrap around the outer edge of the plate (210). At least one reinforcing member (220) may be attached to the plate (210). The density of at least one reinforcing member (220) may be higher than the density of the plate (210). As the density of the plate (210) defining most of the cover (200) is lower than the density of at least one reinforcing member (220), a cover (200) having a robust structure can be provided while reducing the weight of the cover (200).
[0040] A handle (230) may be attached (or placed) to the upper surface (210a) of the plate (210) so that a user can easily carry the box (100). For example, the handle (230) may be formed of an elastic material (e.g., polyurethane), but is not limited thereto. The handle (230) may be surrounded by at least one reinforcing member (220). For example, the handle (230) may be placed in the center of the cover (200). In other words, while the cover (200) closes the box (100), the distance from the first edge (112a) to the handle (230) may be the same as the distance from the second edge (112b) to the handle (230). Additionally, while the cover (200) closes the box (100), the distance from the third edge (112c) to the handle (230) may be the same as the distance from the fourth edge (112d) to the handle (230).
[0041] At least one latch (120, 130) may include a first latch (120) and a second latch (130).
[0042] The first latch (120) may be rotatably coupled to the main body (110). For example, the first latch (120) may be positioned on the main body (110) along the first edge (112a). The first latch (120) may come into contact with the cover (200) by rotating relative to the main body (110). The cover (200) may be fastened to the main body (110) by hooking the first latch (120) to at least one reinforcing member (220) of the cover (200).
[0043] The second latch (130) may be rotatably coupled to the main body (110). For example, the second latch (130) may be positioned on the main body (110) along the second edge (112b). The second latch (130) may come into contact with the cover (200) by rotating relative to the main body (110). The cover (200) may be fastened to the main body (110) by hooking the second latch (130) to at least one reinforcing member (220) of the cover (200). The second latch (130) may face the first latch (120). For example, the second latch (130) may be spaced apart from the first latch (120) along the direction in which the third edge (112c) extends.
[0044] The length of each of the first latch (120) and the second latch (130) may be longer than the length of the handle (230). For example, if the length of at least one of the first latch (120) and the second latch (130) is shorter than the handle (230), the cover (200) may be deformed upwardly convexly while the user carries the box (100) through the handle (230). In one embodiment, the box (100) may reduce the degree of deformation of the cover (200) while the user carries the box (100) through the handle (230) because the length of each of the first latch (120) and the second latch (130) is longer than the length of the handle (230).
[0045] A plurality of first hinges (140) can rotatably connect the first latch (120) and the main body (110). A plurality of first hinges (140) can be spaced apart from each other along the first edge (112a). The first latch (120) can be rotatably connected to the plurality of first hinges (140) with respect to the main body (110) with respect to a rotation axis defined by the plurality of first hinges (140).
[0046] A plurality of second hinges (150) can rotatably connect the second latch (130) and the main body (110). A plurality of second hinges (150) can be spaced apart from each other along the second edge (112b). The second latch (130) can be rotatably connected to the plurality of second hinges (150) with respect to the main body (110) with respect to a rotation axis defined by the plurality of second hinges (150).
[0047] Meanwhile, in order to seal the interior of the box (100), the main body (110) and the cover (200) need to be in close contact. Below, the structure of the cover (200) for sealing the interior of the box (100) will be described.
[0048] FIG. 3 is a top view of a cover according to one embodiment, FIG. 4 is a bottom view of a cover according to one embodiment, and FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view of a cover according to one embodiment.
[0049] Referring to FIGS. 3, 4 and 5, the lower surface (210b) of the plate (210) may be opposite to the upper surface (210a) of the plate (210). The lower surface (210b) of the plate (210) may represent a surface facing the interior of the box (100) (or the interior of the main body (110)) while the cover (200) closes the main body (110). For example, the lower surface (210b) of the plate (210) may represent a surface facing downward while the cover (200) closes the main body (110). The side surface (210c) of the plate (210) may connect the upper surface (210a) of the plate (210) and the lower surface (210b) of the plate (210) between the upper surface (210a) of the plate (210) and the lower surface (210b) of the plate (210). For example, the side (210c) of the plate (210) may represent a surface connecting the outer edge of the upper surface (210a) of the plate (210) and the outer edge of the lower surface (210b) of the plate (210).
[0050] The plate (210) may include at least one first stacking guide part (212) and at least one second stacking guide part (213).
[0051] At least one first stacking guide member (212) and at least one second stacking guide member (213) can combine the covers (200) to maintain the stacked state of the covers (200) while the cover (200) of one box (100) and the cover (200) of another box (100) are stacked. At least one first stacking guide member (212) may include a plurality of first stacking guide members (212) facing each other, but is not limited thereto. At least one first stacking guide member (212) may be formed on the upper surface (210a) of the plate (210). At least one second stacking guide member (213) may be formed on the lower surface (210b) of the plate (210). At least one second stacking guide member (213) may include a plurality of second stacking guide members (213) facing each other, but is not limited thereto. For example, when viewed from above, at least one first stacking guide portion (212) and at least one second stacking guide portion (213) may overlap each other. For example, at least one first stacking guide portion (212) may be one of a protrusion and a groove, and at least one second stacking guide portion (213) may be the other of a protrusion and a groove. For example, at least one first stacking guide portion (212) may be a protrusion protruding from the upper surface (210a) of the plate (210), and at least one second stacking guide portion (213) may be a groove formed by being recessed into the lower surface (210b) of the plate (210), but is not limited thereto.
[0052] At least one reinforcing member (220) may include a first reinforcing member (221), a second reinforcing member (222), and a sealing groove (223).
[0053] The first reinforcing member (221) may be attached on the plate (210) so as to surround the outer edge of the plate (210). The first reinforcing member (221) may be attached to the second reinforcing member (222) on the outside of the second reinforcing member (222). At least a portion of the first reinforcing member (221) may be disposed on the upper surface (210a) of the plate (210). The first reinforcing member (221) may include at least one reinforcing portion (221a, 221b), a first cover portion (221c), a second cover portion (221d), and / or a first guide cover portion (221e).
[0054] At least one reinforcing member (221a, 221b) can prevent damage to the cover (200) by at least one latch (120, 130). At least one reinforcing member (221a, 221b) is positioned on the outer edge of the cover (200) so that it can come into contact with at least one latch (120, 130) while the cover (200) is coupled to the main body (110). For example, at least one reinforcing member (221a, 221b) may include a first reinforcing member (221a) and a second reinforcing member (221b). The first reinforcing member (221a) can come into contact with the first latch (120) while the cover (200) is coupled to the main body (110). The second reinforcing member (221b) may come into contact with the second latch (130) while the cover (200) is coupled to the main body (110). At least one reinforcing member (221a, 221b) may not cover the plate (210). For example, as shown in FIG. 4, at least one reinforcing member (221a, 221b) may not overlap the plate (210) when the cover (200) is viewed from below. In other words, at least one reinforcing member (221a, 221b) may protrude to the outside of the plate (210).
[0055] The first cover portion (221c) may be positioned along the upper surface (210a) of the plate (210). The first cover portion (221c) can protect the upper surface of the plate (210) by covering a portion of the upper surface (210a) of the plate (210). For example, the first cover portion (221c) may cover the outer edge of the upper surface (210a) of the plate (210).
[0056] The second cover portion (221d) may be connected to the first cover portion (221c). The second cover portion (221d) may wrap around the outer edge of the plate (210) on the outside of the second reinforcing member (222). The second cover portion (221d) may surround (or wrap) the side (210c) of the plate (210) on the outside of the second reinforcing member (222). For example, the second cover portion (221d) may surround (or wrap) the side (210c) of the plate (210) by being bent toward the first cover portion (221c) located on the upper surface (210a) of the plate (210). The second cover portion (221d) may define (or form) the outer edge of the cover (200) together with at least one reinforcing portion (221a, 221b).
[0057] At least one first guide cover portion (221e) can protect at least one first stacking guide portion (212). At least one first guide cover portion (221e) can wrap (or surround) at least one first stacking guide portion (212). For example, at least one first guide cover portion (221e) can wrap (or surround) the entire area of at least one first stacking guide portion (212), but is not limited thereto. At least one first guide cover portion (221e) can be connected to a first cover portion (221c). For example, at least one first guide cover portion (221e) can have a shape protruding from the first cover portion (221c).
[0058] The second reinforcing member (222) may be attached below the plate (210) to surround the outer edge of the plate (210). At least a portion of the second reinforcing member (222) may be placed on the lower surface (210b) of the plate (210). The second reinforcing member (222) may be attached below the first reinforcing member (221). For example, the first reinforcing member (221) and the second reinforcing member (222) may be fastened in a snap-fit manner, but are not limited thereto. The second reinforcing member (222) may include an outer portion (222a), at least one connecting portion (222b), and / or a second guide cover portion (222c).
[0059] The outer portion (222a) can be coupled to the first reinforcing member (221). The outer portion (222a) can wrap (or surround) the outer portion of the lower surface (210b) of the plate (210). The outer portion (222a), together with at least one reinforcing portion (221a, 221b) and the second cover portion (221d), can define (or form) the outer portion of the cover (200).
[0060] At least one connecting portion (222b) may be coupled to the handle (230). For example, the at least one connecting portion (222b) may include a plurality of connecting portions (222b) each coupled to one end of the handle (230) and the other end of the handle (230), but is not limited thereto. At least one connecting portion (222b) may be positioned on the inner side of the outer portion (222a). At least one connecting portion (222b) may be surrounded by the outer portion (222a).
[0061] At least one second guide cover portion (222c) can protect at least one second stacking guide portion (213). At least one second guide cover portion (222c) can wrap (or surround) at least one second stacking guide portion (213). For example, at least one second guide cover portion (222c) can wrap (or surround) only a portion of at least one second stacking guide portion (213). At least one second guide cover portion (222c) can be connected to an outer portion (222a). For example, at least one second guide cover portion (222c) can have a shape that protrudes from the outer portion (222a) toward the upper surface (210a) of the plate (210a).
[0062] Referring to FIGS. 4 and FIGS. 5, the cover (200) may include a sealing member (240) and a cover member (250).
[0063] The sealing groove (223) can accommodate a sealing member (240). The sealing groove (223) may be open downward toward the main body (110). For example, the sealing groove (223) may be defined by at least a portion of the outer portion (222a) of the second reinforcing member (222) being recessed inward. For example, the sealing groove (223) may have the shape of a closed curve extending along the outer edge of at least one reinforcing member (220), but is not limited thereto. For example, the sealing groove (223) may be located on the lower side of the second reinforcing member (222).
[0064] The sealing member (240) may be configured to seal the main body (110) while the cover (200) closes the main body (110). The sealing member (240) may be in contact with the sealing surface (113). The sealing member (240) may be elastically deformable. For example, the sealing member (240) may be formed of silicone, but is not limited thereto. As another example, the sealing member (240) may be formed of a polymer (e.g., polypropylene (PP)) that forms other components of the box (100). The sealing member (240) may have a closed curve shape. The sealing member (240) may be received (or inserted) within at least one reinforcing member (220). For example, the sealing member (240) may be received (or inserted) within the sealing groove (223). At least a portion of the sealing member (240) may be exposed outside the sealing groove (223) while the cover (200) is separated from the main body (110). For example, as shown in FIG. 4, when the cover (200) is viewed from below, the sealing member (240) may surround at least one connection portion (222b).
[0065] The cover member (250) can conceal the portion where the handle (230) and at least one connecting portion (222b) are joined. For example, the cover member (250) can be received (or inserted) inside at least one connecting portion (222b).
[0066] FIG. 6 is a top view of a plate according to one embodiment, FIG. 7 is a bottom perspective view of a first reinforcing member according to one embodiment, FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of a part of the first reinforcing member according to one embodiment, and FIG. 9 is a drawing showing an example of a state in which a plate and a first reinforcing member are combined according to one embodiment.
[0067] Referring to FIGS. 6 and FIGS. 9, the plate (210) may include at least one fixed part (211).
[0068] At least one fixing part (211) may be formed on the outer edge of the plate (210). For example, at least one fixing part (211) may include a groove formed by the side (210c) of the plate (210) being recessed inward. At least one fixing part (211) may include a plurality of fixing parts spaced apart from each other.
[0069] Referring to FIGS. 7, 8 and 9, the first reinforcing member (221) may include at least one first reinforcing fastening part (221f) and at least one first reinforcing fixing part (221g).
[0070] At least one first reinforcing fastening portion (221f) can connect the first reinforcing member (221) and the second reinforcing member (222). At least one first reinforcing fastening portion (221f) may be formed on the second cover portion (221d). For example, at least one first reinforcing fastening portion (221f) may include a projection protruding from the second cover portion (221d) toward the inside of the first reinforcing member (221) (or the inside of the plate (210)), but is not limited thereto. At least one first reinforcing fastening portion (221f) may include a plurality of first reinforcing fastening portions (221f) spaced apart from each other.
[0071] At least one first reinforcing fixing part (221g) can combine the first reinforcing member (221) and the plate (210). Each of the position and shape of the at least one first reinforcing fixing part (221g) may correspond to each of the position and shape of the at least one fixing part (211). At least one first reinforcing fixing part (221g) may be formed in the first cover part (221c). For example, at least one first reinforcing fixing part (221g) may be inserted into at least one fixing part (211) by protruding from the first cover part (221c). In other words, at least one first reinforcing fixing part (221g) may penetrate at least one fixing part (211) by protruding from the first cover part (221c). At least one first reinforcing fixing part (221g) may include a plurality of first reinforcing fixing parts (221g) spaced apart from each other, but is not limited thereto. When at least one first reinforcing fixing part (221g) includes a plurality of first reinforcing fixing parts (221g) and at least one first reinforcing fastening part (221f) includes a plurality of first reinforcing fastening parts (221f), the plurality of first reinforcing fixing parts (221g) and the plurality of first reinforcing fastening parts (221f) may be arranged alternately. For example, a plurality of first reinforcing fastening parts (221f) may be arranged between a plurality of first reinforcing fixing parts (221g).
[0072] FIG. 10 is a top view of a second reinforcing member according to one embodiment, FIG. 11 is an enlarged view of a part of the second reinforcing member according to one embodiment, and FIG. 12 is a drawing showing an example of a state in which a plate and a second reinforcing member are combined according to one embodiment.
[0073] Referring to FIGS. 10, 11 and 12, the second reinforcing member (222) may include a support portion (222d), a stepped portion (222e), at least one second reinforcing fastening portion (222f), at least one second reinforcing fixing portion (222g), and at least one second coupling portion (222h).
[0074] The support portion (222d) may refer to the lower part of the second reinforcing member (222). For example, the support portion (222d) may refer to the lower part of the outer portion (222a). The support portion (222d) may be positioned below the stepped portion (222e). The support portion (222d) may be exposed to the outside of the cover (200) when the cover (200) is completed. In other words, the support portion (222d) may not be wrapped by the first reinforcing member (221).
[0075] The stepped portion (222e) may be positioned on top of the support portion (222d). The stepped portion (222e) may refer to the upper part of the outer portion (222a). The stepped portion (222e) may form a step with respect to the support portion (222d). For example, the thickness of the stepped portion (222e) may be thinner than the thickness of the support portion (222d). The stepped portion (222e) may be wrapped by the first reinforcing member (221).
[0076] At least one second reinforcing fastening part (222f) can combine the first reinforcing member (221) and the second reinforcing member (222). At least one second reinforcing fastening part (222f) may be formed on the stepped portion (222e). For example, at least one second reinforcing fastening part (222f) may include a groove formed by penetrating or recessing the outer surface of the stepped portion (222e). At least one second reinforcing fastening part (222f) may include a plurality of second reinforcing fastening parts (222f) spaced apart from each other.
[0077] At least one second reinforcing fixing part (222g) can combine the second reinforcing member (222) and the plate (210). At least one second reinforcing fixing part (222g) may correspond to at least one fixing part (211) and at least one first reinforcing fixing part (221g). At least one second reinforcing fixing part (222g) may be formed in the stepped part (222e). For example, at least one second reinforcing fixing part (222g) may be inserted into at least one fixing part (211) by extending upward from the stepped part (222e). At least one second reinforcing fixing part (222g) may include a plurality of second reinforcing fixing parts (222g) spaced apart from each other, but is not limited thereto. When at least one second reinforcing fixing part (222g) includes a plurality of second reinforcing fixing parts (222g) and at least one second reinforcing fastening part (222f) includes a plurality of first reinforcing fastening parts (222f), the plurality of second reinforcing fixing parts (222g) and the plurality of second reinforcing fastening parts (222f) may be arranged alternately. For example, a plurality of second reinforcing fastening parts (222f) may be arranged between a plurality of second reinforcing fixing parts (222g).
[0078] At least one second connecting part (222h) can secure the sealing member (240). At least one second connecting part (222h) may be positioned on the inner side of the outer part (222a). For example, at least one second connecting part (222h) may have a shape protruding toward the outer side of the cover (200) (or the outer side of the plate (210)). At least one second connecting part (222h) may include a plurality of second connecting parts (222h) spaced apart from each other, but is not limited thereto. The position of at least one second connecting part (222h) may correspond to the position of at least one reinforcing fixing part (222g). For example, at least one second connecting part (222h) may be positioned below at least one reinforcing fixing part (222g).
[0079] FIG. 13 is a drawing showing an example of a box according to one embodiment being cut along A-A' of FIG. 1, and FIG. 14 is a drawing showing an example of a box according to one embodiment being cut along B-B' of FIG. 1.
[0080] Referring to FIGS. 13 and 14, the first reinforcing member (221) may be positioned on top of the second reinforcing member (222). For example, the first cover portion (221c) of the first reinforcing member (221) may be spaced apart from the second reinforcing member (222) along the upward direction. The second cover portion (221d) of the first reinforcing member (221) may be extended downward by bending from the first cover portion (221c). The second cover portion (221d) may be positioned on the support portion (222d). In other words, the second cover portion (221d) may be supported by the support portion (222d).
[0081] Referring to FIG. 13, at least one first reinforcing fixing part (221g) may extend downward from the first cover part (221c) so as to face the internal space of the main body (110). At least one first reinforcing fixing part (221g) may face at least one second reinforcing fixing part (222g). At least one first reinforcing fixing part (221g) may include a sliding surface (221g-1). The sliding surface (221g-1) may slide at least one first reinforcing fixing part (221g) and at least one second reinforcing fixing part (222g) when the first reinforcing member (221) and the second reinforcing member (222) are combined. For example, the sliding surface (221g-1) may be bent to have a curvature, but is not limited thereto. For example, the sliding surface (221g-1) may be in the form of an inclined surface inclined with respect to the downward direction.
[0082] The support portion (222d) of the second reinforcing member (222) may be positioned below the second cover portion (221d). The support portion (222d) may be in contact with the second cover portion (221d). The stepped portion (222e) of the second reinforcing member (222) may be positioned above the support portion (222d) and may be wrapped by the second cover portion (221d). The stepped portion (222e) may be positioned inside the second cover portion (221d). The stepped portion (222e) may include a guide surface (222e-1). The guide surface (222e-1) may slide the second cover portion (221d) and the stepped portion (222e) when the first reinforcing member (221) and the second reinforcing member (222) are combined. For example, the guide surface (222e-1) may be bent to have curvature, but is not limited thereto. For example, the guide surface (222e-1) may be in the form of an inclined surface inclined with respect to the downward direction.
[0083] Referring to FIG. 14, at least one first reinforcing fastening part (221f) and at least one second reinforcing fastening part (222f) can be joined together to join the first reinforcing member (221) and the second reinforcing member (222). For example, at least one first reinforcing fastening part (221f) may include a projection protruding toward the inside of the plate (210), and at least one second reinforcing fastening part (222f) may include a groove formed in the stepped part (222e). In this case, the first reinforcing member (221) and the second reinforcing member (222) can be joined by receiving (or inserting) at least one first reinforcing fastening part (221f) within at least one second reinforcing fastening part (222f).
[0084] Referring again to FIGS. 13 and 14, the sealing member (240) may include a first part (241), a second part (242), and at least one first connecting part (243).
[0085] The first part (241) may refer to the lower part of the sealing member (240). The first part (241) may have a first cross-sectional area and may be received within the sealing groove (223). The first part (241) may include an empty space inside so that the sealing member (240) can be easily elastically deformed. While the cover (200) closes the main body (110), the first part (241) may seal the main body (110) by contacting the main body (110). For example, while the cover (200) closes the main body (110), the first part (241) may seal the main body (110) by contacting the sealing surface (113) of the main body (110). At least a portion of the first portion (241) may be exposed outside the sealing groove (223) while the cover (200) is separated from the main body (110). For example, the outer surface (241a) of the first portion (241) may be exposed outside the second reinforcing member (222) without being covered by the support portion (222d) of the second reinforcing member (222). At least a portion of the first portion (241) may be located below at least one reinforcing member (220). Accordingly, while the cover (200) closes the main body (110), at least one reinforcing member (220) may be spaced upward from the main body (110). For example, if at least one reinforcing member (220) comes into contact with the main body (110) while the cover (200) is closing the main body (110), a gap may be formed between the sealing member (240) and the sealing surface (113), so the main body (110) may not be sealed. Additionally, if at least one reinforcing member (220) comes into contact with the main body (110) while the cover (200) is closing the main body (110), the sealing surface (113) of the main body (110) may be damaged. In a box (100) according to one embodiment, since at least one reinforcing member (220) is separated from the sealing surface (113) while the cover (200) is closing the main body (110), the main body (110) is smoothly sealed, and damage to the box (100) may be reduced.
[0086] The second part (242) may be placed on top of the first part (241). For example, the second part (242) may have a shape that extends upward from the first part (241). The second part (242) may have a second cross-sectional area smaller than the first cross-sectional area of the first part (241). The second part (242) may not contain an empty space inside, but is not limited thereto. The second part (242) may contain an empty space inside. Because the second part (242) has a smaller cross-sectional area than the first part (241), deformation of the sealing member (240) may be reduced. For example, when the sealing member (240) is formed of an elastically deformable material, and the cross-sectional areas of the first part (241) and the second part (242) are equal to each other, the sealing member (240) may contract due to stress generated inside the sealing member (240). The contraction of the sealing member (240) due to stress may decrease as the cross-sectional area of the sealing member (240) decreases. In a cover (200) according to one embodiment, the contraction of the sealing member (240) may be prevented by the second part (242) having a second cross-sectional area smaller than the first cross-sectional area of the first part (241).
[0087] At least one first connecting portion (243) can connect the sealing member (240) and at least one reinforcing member (220). For example, at least one first connecting portion (243) can connect the sealing member (240) to the second reinforcing member (222). At least one first connecting portion (243) can be formed on the second portion (242) along the outer edge of the plate (210). For example, at least one first connecting portion (243) can protrude toward the inner side of the plate (210). At least one first connecting portion (243) can be connected to at least one second connecting portion (222h) that protrudes toward the outer side of the plate (210). For example, at least one second connecting portion (222h) can have a shape corresponding to at least one first connecting portion (243) and can extend below at least one first connecting portion (243). As at least one first connecting portion (243) spans over at least one second connecting portion (222h), the sealing member (240) and the second reinforcing member (222) can be joined. At least one first connecting portion (243) may have the shape of a closed curve extending along the outer edge of the plate (210), but is not limited thereto. For example, at least one first connecting portion (243) may include protrusions corresponding to the number of at least one second connecting portion (222h).
[0088] FIG. 15 is a drawing showing an example of a cover according to one embodiment being cut along C-C' of FIG. 3, and FIG. 16 is a drawing showing an example of a cover according to one embodiment being cut along D-D' of FIG. 3.
[0089] In the following description, the focus is on one end of the handle (230), but this is for the convenience of explanation. For example, the following description can be applied substantially the same way to the other end of the handle (230) opposite to the one end of the handle (230).
[0090] Referring to FIGS. 15 and 16, at least one connecting portion (222b) may include at least one rib (222b-1) and a through hole (222b-2).
[0091] At least one rib (222b-1) may be inserted into the interior of the plate (210). For example, the plate (210) may include a groove corresponding to at least one rib (222b-1), and at least one rib (222b-1) may be inserted into the groove. For example, at least one rib (222b-1) may include a plurality of ribs extending over at least one connecting part (222b) in a direction that crosses each other, but is not limited thereto.
[0092] The through hole (222b-2) can accommodate a handle (230). For example, one end of the handle (230) can be inserted into the through hole (222b-2). The through hole (222b-2) can be covered by a cover member (250).
[0093] The handle (230) may include a first extension (231), a second extension (232), and / or a third extension (233).
[0094] The first extension (231) may be positioned at one end of the handle (230). The first extension (231) may be exposed on the upper surface (210a) of the plate (210). For example, the first extension (231) may be exposed to the outside of the box (100) while the cover (200) closes the main body (110).
[0095] The second extension part (232) may be spaced downward from the first extension part (231). The second extension part (232) may be coupled to the connecting part (222b). In other words, the second extension part (232) may come into contact with the connecting part (222b).
[0096] The third extension (233) can connect the first extension (231) and the second extension (232). The third extension (233) can be inserted into the plate (210) and at least one connecting part (222b).
[0097] The cover member (250) can connect the handle (230) and at least one connecting part (222b). For example, the cover member (250) can connect the handle (230) and at least one connecting part (222b) by filling the gap between the second extension part (232) of the handle (230) and at least one connecting part (222b), and the gap between the third extension part (233) and at least one connecting part (222b).
[0098] FIG. 17 shows a stacked state of boxes and covers according to one embodiment.
[0099] FIG. 17 illustrates a state (100-1) in which boxes (100) are stacked while the main body (110) is open. The description of the state (100-1) below is merely an example of how the boxes (100) are stacked, and the state in which the boxes (100) are stacked can be varied.
[0100] Referring to FIG. 17, the first box (101) and the second box (102) can be stacked on top of each other. The first box (101) and the second box (102) may have substantially the same shape as the box (100). In the first state (100-1), the main body (110) and the cover (120) may be stacked separately. In the first state (100-1), the main bodies (110) may be arranged in a rotated state. That is, in the first state (100-1), the main bodies (110) may be arranged such that one of the first edge (112a) and the second edge (112b) of one main body (110) faces one of the third edge (112c) and the fourth edge (112d) of the other main body (110). For example, the second edge (112b) of the first box (101) can be arranged to face the fourth edge (112d) of the second box (102).
