Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to an automatic humidification device using porous tiles. Background Technology

[0002] There are various humidification methods, including natural humidification, evaporative humidification, and ultrasonic humidification.

[0003] Among these humidification methods, natural humidification is known to have a wider humidification range and superior humidification effect over a large area compared to ultrasonic humidification because the water molecules generated during humidification are smaller.

[0004] In addition, natural humidification is known as an eco-friendly humidification method because it consumes less energy than evaporative or ultrasonic humidification methods.

[0005] Meanwhile, humidifiers are widely used for indoor humidification.

[0006] There are various types of humidifiers, such as ultrasonic, evaporative, and heated types.

[0007] Heated humidifiers have a high-temperature sterilization effect, but they have the disadvantages of high energy consumption and loud noise when the water boils.

[0008] Ultrasonic humidifiers have fast humidification performance, but there is a concern about the spread of bacteria due to large water droplets of about 5㎛.

[0009] Evaporative humidifiers have the advantage of preventing the diffusion of bacteria and harmful substances in the water, but they have the disadvantage of loud fan noise.

[0010] Moreover, while ultrasonic and evaporative humidifiers have excellent humidification capabilities, they have the disadvantages of being noisy and requiring frequent water tank replacement.

[0011] In addition, these humidifiers can only be used during the winter, and if used in the summer, there is a disadvantage in that a separate dehumidifier must be purchased because humidity is high.

[0012] On the other hand, natural humidification has many advantages compared to the aforementioned humidification devices because the water droplets are small, the humidification range is wide, and moisture is evenly distributed indoors. However, natural humidification is less efficient than using a humidification device, and if commonly used towels utilizing the capillary action are used, there is the inconvenience of having to replace the towels frequently, just as with a humidification device.

[0013] Therefore, there is a need to develop a humidification method that, like natural humidification, has a wide humidification range and distributes moisture evenly indoors, while being free from issues such as noise generation or bacterial growth, possesses excellent humidification capacity like a device-based humidification method, and minimizes auxiliary work. [0038] Hereinafter, an automatic humidification device (10) using porous tiles according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0039] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an automatic humidification device using a porous tile according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the porous tile of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a diagram exemplarily showing the connection structure of a piping and a water supply unit according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a front view showing the structure of a water supply unit according to a first embodiment and a modified example of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a front view showing the second water supply unit of FIG. 1.

[0040] FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along B-B' of FIG. 5, FIG. 7 is a front view showing the third water supply unit of FIG. 1, FIG. 8 is a front view showing an automatic humidification device using porous tiles according to the first embodiment and a modified example of the present invention, FIG. 9 is a configuration diagram showing the configuration of the control unit of FIG. 1, and FIG. 10 is a diagram showing the detection sensor of FIG. 1 measuring the distance to the user.

[0041] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 10, an automatic humidification device (10) using a porous tile according to a first embodiment of the present invention may include a porous tile (100), a water storage unit (200), a pipe (300), a water supply unit (400), a control unit (500), a sensor unit (600), a lighting unit (700), and a filter (800).

[0042] An automatic humidification device (10) using porous tiles can regulate the humidity of an internal space by supplying water to the front surface of porous tiles (100) arranged continuously on a wall. The automatic humidification device (10) using porous tiles (100) can retain water inside the pores (120) in a high-humidity environment and release water inside the pores (120) in a low-humidity environment. That is, humidity can be controlled using a natural evaporative humidification method by utilizing porous tiles (100) that can absorb and release moisture depending on the surrounding environment.

[0043] The automatic humidification device (10) using porous tiles (100) only needs to have water flowed through the porous tiles (100), so it can operate with low power consumption compared to conventional humidification devices and produce a humidification effect with low noise.

[0044] An automatic humidification device (10) using porous tiles supplies water to the front surface of the porous tile (100) that is in contact with the surrounding environment, and can respond to the changing humidity of the surrounding environment by rapidly absorbing and releasing water compared to the case where water is supplied to the back surface.

[0045] Here, it will be understood by those skilled in the art related to this embodiment that, in addition to the components shown in FIGS. 1 to 10, other general-purpose components may be further included in the automatic humidification device (10) using porous tiles.

[0046] The porous tile (100) may include a tile (110), a pore (120), and a water channel (130). The porous tile (100) may be arranged continuously on a wall surface and may include a pore (120). The porous tile (100) may be thin, rectangular tiles arranged at regular intervals over a large area to cover the wall surface.

[0047] At least one porous tile (100) may be arranged along the direction of gravity. For example, the porous tile (100) may be arranged in four layers along the direction of gravity (see FIG. 1).

[0048] The porous tile (100) can be divided into multiple zones (A1, A2, A3). Since the water supplied to the upper front surface of the porous tile (100) moves downward along the direction of gravity, it can be divided into a first zone (A1), a second zone (A2), and a third zone (A3) arranged side by side in the direction of gravity from the left (see FIG. 1). However, this is merely an example of the arrangement of the porous tile (100) and can be divided into various shapes as needed.

[0049] Since the humidity of the porous tile (100) may vary by zone, the control unit (500) described later can adjust the amount of water supplied to each zone (A1, A2, A3) respectively.

[0050] The porous tile (100) can be made of natural soil components that are harmless to the human body, as it undergoes metabolic processes with the surrounding environment, such as absorbing and releasing water. For example, the porous tile (100) may include at least one selected from the group consisting of clay, white clay, red clay, and combinations thereof. However, the shape and material of the porous tile (100) are not limited thereto and may have various shapes and materials.

[0051] The porous tile (100) may further include inorganic particles or metal oxides to control particle size and pores (120). The porous tile (100) may further include a binder and an additive to improve absorption function. The binder may include prep powder or crushed glass powder, etc., and the additive may include feldspar, diatomaceous earth, or an opaque agent.

[0052] The porous tile (100) is a tile containing pores (120) and may have excellent hygroscopic properties for absorbing moisture. The porous tile (100) may have a high utility as a tile by maintaining a certain level of mechanical strength.

[0053] The porous tile (100) may have an average size of pores (120) of 5㎛ or less. If the average size of pores (120) of the porous tile (100) exceeds 5㎛, the porous tile (100) may absorb and release water, but the evaporation of moisture may occur slowly. In this case, it may differ from the purpose of the present invention, which is to be used as a humidification device. Therefore, the porous tile (100) may have micropores (120) of several nm with an average size of pores (120) of 5㎛ or less.

[0054] The porous tile (100) may have an absorption rate of 25% or more. If the absorption rate of the porous tile (100) is less than 25%, it cannot absorb a large amount of water in a short period of time. Accordingly, in the humidification device (10) of the present invention, in which water is supplied from the top of the porous tile (100) and the water gradually moves to the lower porous tile (100) by gravity, a large amount of water may flow down without being absorbed.

[0055] In addition, the absorption rate of the porous tile (100) must be 25% or higher so that the maximum amount of moisture that the porous tile (100) can absorb can be increased. Accordingly, sufficient moisture can be supplied to the room interior space targeted by the present invention. Therefore, the porous tile (100) is manufactured so that the absorption rate is 25% or higher, thereby minimizing the amount of water supplied while ensuring a sufficient humidification effect. Preferably, the absorption rate of the porous tile (100) may be 30% or higher.

[0056] The porous tile (100) has a specific surface area of 10 m 2 It may be more than / g. The specific surface area of the porous tile (100) is 10m 2 If it is less than / g, moisture-proofing efficiency may be reduced due to the narrow surface area. Therefore, the specific surface area of the porous tile (100) is 10m 2 It may be more than / g. Preferably, 20m 2 It can be more than / g.

[0057] The porous tile (100) may have a porosity of 25 to 35%. The porosity of the porous tile (100) is a numerical value indicating the degree of pores, and refers to the percentage of the volume of the pores relative to the total volume. The porosity can be calculated using a porosity measurement principle such as mercury penetration, which utilizes the capillary phenomenon in which a liquid penetrates into fine pores.

[0058] If the porosity of the porous tile (100) is less than 25%, the ratio of pores (120) is small, so it cannot contain moisture to maintain appropriate humidity in the surrounding environment. In addition, since the pores (120) can serve as passages for gases such as harmful gases, the porosity of the porous tile (100) may be 25% or more to absorb moisture and facilitate the smooth circulation of gases.

[0059] If the porosity of the porous tile (100) exceeds 35%, the strength of the porous tile (100), which must maintain a constant shape for a long period of time, may decrease due to the excessive volume of pores (120). In addition, it may be difficult to maintain a certain level of molding strength for processing the porous tile (100). Therefore, it may be desirable for the porosity of the porous tile (100) to be 25 to 35%.

[0060] The porous tile (100) may have a thickness (T1) of 6 to 10 mm. If the thickness (T1) of the porous tile (100) is less than 6 mm, it may not be able to maintain a certain level of mechanical strength due to the characteristics of the porous tile (100) with pores formed therein, and there may be a risk of damage during installation. In addition, as the absolute area of the pores (120) decreases, the moisture absorption and moisture release of the porous tile (100) decrease, and a sufficient moisture control effect may not be obtained.

[0061] If the thickness (T1) of the porous tile (100) exceeds 10 mm, the porous tile (100) may protrude excessively from the wall surface where it is arranged, which may have an adverse effect on the utilization of the internal space. Since water is supplied only to the front surface of the porous tile (100), even if the thickness (T1) of the porous tile (100) exceeds 10 mm, it may not penetrate the back surface of the porous tile (100) until the moisture evaporates. Accordingly, even if the thickness (T1) of the porous tile (100) exceeds 10 mm, the positive effect on moisture absorption and moisture release may be minimal.

[0062] Additionally, as the thickness (T1) of the porous tile (100) increases beyond what is necessary, the self-weight of the porous tile (100) also increases, which may cause difficulties during construction and may affect durability due to continuous load from gravity. Therefore, the porous tile (100) may have a thickness (T1) of 6 to 10 mm.

[0063] A general pattern may be printed on the surface of the porous tile (100), or a famous painting / artwork design may be digitally printed (see FIG. 8). A lighting unit (700), described later, can shine light on the porous tile (100) with the famous painting / artwork design printed thereon. Accordingly, the lighting can be controlled appropriately according to the time of day (morning / evening) and situation, so that the porous tile (100) with the famous painting / artwork design printed thereon can be used as an indirect lighting material.

[0064] The pores (120) may be voids evenly distributed across the entire surface area of the porous tile (100). Depending on the surrounding environment, the pores (120) may store external moisture internally or release internal water externally (see FIG. 2). When humidity is high, the pores (120) can absorb moisture through the pores (120) to lower indoor humidity. When humidity is low, the pores (120) can release moisture stored within the pores (120) to raise indoor humidity. The pores (120) may be formed with a size of several nanometers and arranged in countless numbers to increase the specific surface area of the porous tile (100).

[0065] The water channel (130) is located in the gap between the porous tiles (100) and may have a groove shape extending in one direction. The water channel (130) drains water accumulated between the porous tiles (100), thereby preventing excessive moisture from being supplied to the surrounding environment by the porous tiles (100) due to the accumulated moisture. Additionally, it can prevent mold from forming due to the water accumulated between the porous tiles (100).

[0066] The water channel (130) causes the porous tiles (100) to be spaced apart from each other at a certain distance, thereby preventing the porous tiles (100) from being destroyed by stress caused by the expansion and contraction of the porous tiles (100).

[0067] The water storage unit (200) may include a water tank (210) and a motor (220). The water storage unit (200) may store water supplied to the porous tile (100).

[0068] The water tank (210) may be a container in which water is stored. The water tank (210) may be a box shape with an internal space formed to temporarily accommodate water supplied to the porous tile (100).

[0069] The motor (220) is coupled to the water tank (210) and can provide power for supplying water. The motor (220) can supply water contained inside the water tank (210) to the water supply unit (400). The motor (220) can operate according to a control signal from the control unit (500) described later.

[0070] The piping (300) may include a supply pipe (310) and a drain pipe (320). The piping (300) may be a pipe or a hose that serves as a path for water to travel by connecting the water storage unit (200) and the water supply unit (400). However, the configuration of the piping (300) is not limited thereto, and any configuration that connects the water storage unit (200) and the water supply unit (400) and allows water to travel is possible.

[0071] The supply pipe (310) and drain pipe (320) may be pipes or hoses connecting the water storage unit (200) and the water supply unit (400) (see FIG. 3). However, the supply pipe (310) and drain pipe (320) are merely exemplary connection methods of the pipe (300), and the pipe (300) may have various methods, such as connecting the water storage unit (200) and the water supply unit (400) with a single pipe.

[0072] The water supply unit (400) may include a first water supply unit (410), a second water supply unit (420), and a third water supply unit (430). The water supply unit (400) is connected to a water storage unit (200) and can supply water to the front surface of the porous tile (100). The water supplied from the water supply unit (400) to the front surface of the porous tile (100) can be absorbed into the pores (120) of the porous tile (100) and used for humidity control.

[0073] The water supply unit (400) can supply water to the porous tile (100) in various ways. For example, the water supply unit (400) may be configured such as a spray bar capable of spraying, or configured to flow fine water droplets through a hole (not shown) so as to supply water without direct contact with the porous tile (100).

[0074] The first water supply unit (410) may include an upper supply pipe (411) and an upper spray nozzle (412). The first water supply unit (410) is connected to a water storage unit (200) and is positioned at the top of the porous tile (100) to supply water toward the front of the porous tile (100). The water supplied from the first water supply unit (410) is absorbed by the top porous tile (100) and, over time, can move to the porous tile (100) located below due to gravity.

[0075] The upper supply pipe (411) is connected to the water storage unit (200) and can extend in a first direction over the upper portion of the porous tile (100). Here, the first direction may be the direction in which the porous tile (100) is arranged left and right across gravity. The upper supply pipe (411) can serve as a passage for moving water stored in the water storage unit (200) to the upper portion of the porous tile (100). The length and shape of the upper supply pipe (411) may vary depending on the required water spraying range, the arrangement and width of the porous tile (100), etc.

[0076] The upper spray nozzle (412) is connected to the upper supply pipe (411) and can spray water by being arranged at regular intervals along the first direction. The upper spray nozzle (412) is positioned on the upper front of the porous tile (100) and can spray water toward the front of the porous tile (100). The spray holes (not shown) of the upper spray nozzle (412) can be formed to spray water evenly like a spray or to let fine water droplets flow in the direction of gravity (see FIG. 4). The number and spacing of the upper spray nozzle (412) can be changed as needed.

[0077] The second water supply unit (420) is connected to the water storage unit (200) and can supply water from the gaps of the porous tile (100) toward the front of the porous tile (100). Unlike the first water supply unit (410), the second water supply unit (420) is located in the gaps of the porous tile (100), so it can supply water to the porous tile (100) that is not easily reached by the water supplied by the first water supply unit (410).

[0078] Accordingly, all porous tiles (100) can be maintained close to the maximum moisture content to improve humidification performance. Additionally, since the second water supply unit (420) is arranged in multiple places in the gaps of the porous tiles (100), water is supplied to individual porous tiles (100), allowing for individual control of water supply, unlike the first water supply unit (410) which supplies water collectively to the top of the porous tiles (100).

[0079] For example, water supplied by the first water supply unit (410) may be supplied smoothly to the upper porous tile (100) but not to the lower porous tile (100). At this time, water can be supplied toward the porous tile (100) from the second water supply unit (420) located in the gap of the lower porous tile (100) to maintain the moisture content of the porous tile (100) evenly.

[0080] The central supply pipe (421) is connected to the water storage unit (200) and is positioned over the entire surface area of the porous tile (100) on the back side of the porous tile (100) to deliver water. The central supply pipe (421) may be in the shape of a pipe with repeating straight sections and sections bent in the direction of gravity on the back side of the porous tile (100) (see FIG. 3). Since the central supply pipe (421) is positioned over the entire surface area in this manner, water can be selectively supplied to the porous tile (100) that requires water supply, thereby enabling efficient humidification.

[0081] A spray nozzle (422) is connected to a central supply pipe (421) and protrudes into the gap of the porous tile (100) to spray water onto the front surface of the porous tile (100) (see FIG. 5 and FIG. 6). The spray nozzle (422) protrudes from a water channel (130) located in the gap of the porous tile (100) and can spray water from the central supply pipe (421). The spray nozzle (422) can be formed to spray water evenly like a spray or to flow fine water droplets. The number and spacing of the spray nozzles (422), the protrusion height, the diameter of the spray hole (not shown), etc., can be changed as needed.

[0082] The third water supply unit (430) may include a side supply pipe (431) and a side spray nozzle (432) (see FIG. 7). The third water supply unit (430) is connected to a water storage unit (200) and can supply water from the side of the porous tile (100) to the front of the porous tile (100). The third water supply unit (430) supplies water from the side where there is a possibility that water may not be sufficiently supplied by the first water supply unit (410) and the second water supply unit (420), thereby ensuring that water is supplied evenly to the entire porous tile (100).

[0083] The side supply pipe (431) is connected to the water storage unit (200) and can extend in a second direction along the side of the porous tile (100). Here, the second direction may be a direction in which the porous tile (100) is arranged vertically in a direction parallel to the direction of gravity and intersects the first direction. The side supply pipe (431) may be arranged in the second direction and may be arranged on the left side and the right side.

[0084] The side spray nozzles (432) are connected to the side supply pipe (431) and are arranged at regular intervals along the second direction to spray water. The side spray nozzles (432) can be formed to spray water evenly like a spray or spray water in the form of a stream.

[0085] The side spray nozzle (432) may have a high spray pressure so as to spray water from the side to the center of the humidification device (10) in which a plurality of porous tiles (100) are arranged. That is, unlike the upper spray nozzle (412) and spray nozzle (422) which flow or spray water, the side spray nozzle (432) may have a smaller diameter or fewer number of spray holes (not shown) so that water is sprayed over a long distance.

[0086] Side spray nozzles (432) may be arranged at least one per porous tile (100) along the second direction. That is, a total of eight side spray nozzles (432), four on the left side and four on the right side, may be arranged at regular intervals. However, the number and spacing of the side spray nozzles (432) may be changed as needed.

[0087] The control unit (500) may include a main control unit (510), a power supply unit (520), a display unit (530), a motor unit (540), and a lighting control unit (550). The control unit (500) is connected to a sensor unit (600) described later and can generate a control signal regarding the amount of water supplied based on input signals regarding temperature, humidity, and distance from the porous tile to an object received from the sensor unit (600).

[0088] The control unit (500) can reduce or stop the supply of water when an object approaches the porous tile (100) based on a distance signal measured by the detection sensor (620) described later. The control unit (500) can reduce or stop the supply of water when a user approaches at close range to prevent water from splashing or causing other damage to the user. The control unit (500) can adjust the amount of water supplied by classifying it into long range, medium range, and short range.

[0089] In addition, the control unit (500) can adjust the lighting intensity and direction of the lighting unit described later based on the distance signal measured by the detection sensor (620).

[0090] When the porous tile (100) is divided into multiple zones (A1, A2, A3), the control unit (500) can control the amount of water supplied independently to each zone by using the temperature and humidity transmitted from the second sensors (612, 613, 614) described later that are placed in the zones. Accordingly, the control unit (500) can check the condition of the porous tile (100) in real time and supply water differently to each zone (A1, A2, A3) accordingly, thereby maximizing the efficiency of the automatic humidification device (10) using the porous tile.

[0091] For example, the control unit (500) can increase the amount of water supplied to the third water supply unit (430) located on the left side when the humidity of the porous tile (100) in the first zone (A1) is low, thereby increasing the moisture content.

[0092] The control unit (500) can display the replacement time of the porous tile (100) on the display unit (530) described later. The control unit (500) can individually determine the replacement time of a plurality of porous tiles (100) based on the usage period of the porous tiles (100) entered in advance, and display information about the porous tile (100) that has reached the replacement time on the display unit (530).

[0093] The main control unit (510) may include a main control module (511), an output control module (512), a sensor control module (513), and a communication module (514). The main control unit (510) can manage input signals and control signals. That is, the main control unit (510) can calculate a control signal, which is a water supply amount for maintaining appropriate humidity, based on input signals regarding temperature and humidity.

[0094] The main control unit (510) can be any configuration capable of controlling the amount of water supplied to the porous tile (100) by comparing and analyzing temperature and humidity input signals. For example, the control unit (500) may be a single control board including a computing device processor.

[0095] The main control module (511) can be responsible for input / output management and time management. The main control module (511) can perform calculations and generate control signals by managing input / output related to the water supply amount and time management related to the replacement timing of the porous tile (100).

[0096] The output control module (512) can control the output of the motor (220) and the lighting unit (700), etc. It can adjust the output based on the control signal calculated by the main control module (511).

[0097] The sensor control module (513) is connected to the sensor unit (600) and can collect and store temperature and humidity data and object movement data measured by the sensor unit (600) and transmit them to the main control module (511).

[0098] The communication module (514) may be capable of remote communication. Since the communication module (514) is capable of remote communication with the user's mobile communication device, the user can remotely check input signals and control signals.

[0099] The communication module (514) can be remotely connected to other home appliances and communication devices to provide IoT (Internet of Things) services. For example, the communication module (514) can utilize IoT service functions to transmit room temperature and humidity data to a user's mobile communication device, or enable the user to control an automatic humidification device (10) using porous tiles through an application. The communication module (514) can be utilized for various services, such as heating systems, by linking with other surrounding devices.

[0100] The communication module (514) requires that the control method differ depending on whether the automatic humidification device (10) using porous tiles is in a bedroom / living room or in a landscaped environment with plants, and the user can easily set it using an IoT service so that a suitable environment can be conveniently implemented.

[0101] The communication module (514) can be configured to be any type capable of remote communication. For example, WiFi, RF, and Zigbee can be utilized in the communication module (514).

[0102] The power supply unit (520) is connected to the main control unit (510) and can supply the necessary power. The power supply unit (520) may be an adapter and an SMPS (Switched mode power supply) capable of supplying power. However, the type of power supply unit (520) is not limited to these and may be any type of power supply device capable of supplying power.

[0103] The display unit (530) is connected to the main control unit (510) and can display visual information according to a control signal. The display unit (530) can indicate the replacement time of the porous tile (100) or display the current temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment. The display unit (530) may be an LED (Light emitting diode) panel and an OLED (Organic light emitting diodes) panel, etc., capable of displaying the control signal as visual information. However, the configuration of the display unit (530) is not limited to this and may have various configurations.

[0104] The motor unit (540) is connected to the main control unit (510) and can adjust the output of the motor (220) according to the control signal. The motor unit (540) can adjust the power by adjusting the RPM of the motor (220) and, accordingly, adjust the amount of water supplied to the porous tile (100).

[0105] The lighting control unit (550) is connected to the main control unit (510) and can control the brightness, on / off, etc. of the lighting unit (700) described later according to a control signal. The lighting control unit (550) can implement various colors by controlling the RGB colors of the lighting unit (700).

[0106] The sensor unit (600) may include a temperature / humidity sensor (610) and a detection sensor (620). The sensor unit (600) is coupled to at least one of the porous tile (100), the first water supply unit (410), and the second water supply unit (420) to detect at least one of temperature, humidity, and distance from the porous tile to an object. Since the sensor unit (600) detects the temperature, humidity, and distance from the porous tile to an object in real time, the automatic humidification device (10) using the porous tile (100) can be adjusted according to the situation to enable efficient operation.

[0107] The temperature / humidity sensor (610) may include a first sensor (611) and second sensors (612, 613, 614). The temperature / humidity sensor (610) can measure the temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment and the porous tile (100). The temperature / humidity sensor (610) can be any type of sensor capable of measuring temperature and humidity.

[0108] For example, the temperature / humidity sensor (610) may be at least one sensor selected from the group consisting of a wet / dry bulb hygrometer, a lithium chloride humidity sensor, an electrolyte humidity sensor, a polymer membrane humidity sensor, a crystal vibration humidity sensor, an aluminum oxide humidity sensor, a ceramic humidity sensor, an infrared temperature sensor, etc.

[0109] The first sensor (611) is coupled to a location adjacent to the surrounding environment and can measure the temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment. The first sensor (611) can transmit the data measuring the temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment to the control unit (500). At least one first sensor (611) may be placed as needed.

[0110] The second sensor (612, 613, 614) is coupled to a location adjacent to the porous tile (100) to measure the temperature and humidity of the porous tile (100). When the porous tile (100) is divided into multiple zones (A1, A2, A3), at least one second sensor (612, 613, 614) may be placed in each zone (A1, A2, A3). In this way, the temperature and humidity of the porous tile (100) can be measured for each of the multiple zones (A1, A2, A3), and the amount of water supplied can be controlled independently for each zone (A1, A2, A3) based on the temperature and humidity data. Accordingly, even if the porous tile (100) is arranged over a large area, the amount of water supplied can be controlled independently for each zone (A1, A2, A3) to maintain a high and uniform moisture content of the porous tile (100).

[0111] The detection sensor (620) can detect the distance of an object from the porous tile (100) (see FIG. 10). The detection sensor (620) can detect the approach of an object and a user and measure the distance. Based on the distance data measured by the detection sensor (620), the control unit (500) may be able to control the supply of water, such as reducing or stopping it. Additionally, the distance data measured by the detection sensor (620) may be used to maximize visual effects, such as producing a soft lighting effect when a user approaches from a distance.

[0112] The detection sensor (620) may consist of a radar sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, an IR (Infra Red) sensor, a PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor, etc. However, the type of detection sensor (620) is not limited to these and may be any type of sensor capable of detecting the approach of an object.

[0113] The lighting unit (700) is connected to the control unit (500) and can emit light. The brightness of the lighting unit (700) can be automatically adjusted according to the ambient light level. The lighting unit (700) is controlled according to the control signal of the control unit (500) to produce an indirect light or mood light effect. These indirect light and mood light effects produce a soft LED lighting effect when a customer approaches from a distance. The lighting unit (700) can be any configuration capable of emitting light, such as an LED light that emits light or an electrodeless lamp.

[0114] A filter (800) can be connected to a pipe (300) or a water supply unit (400) to purify the water supplied to the porous tile (100). Since this filter may become contaminated over time depending on the usage time of the automatic humidification device (10) using the porous tile, it may be necessary to replace it when the replacement cycle is reached. The control unit (500) can provide the user with an alarm for filter cleaning and replacement based on the usage time of the automatic humidification device (10) using the porous tile, or display it on the display unit (530). The filter (800) can be any type of filter capable of purifying water.

[0115] Hereinafter, an automatic humidification device using porous tiles according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0116] FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing an automatic humidification device using porous tiles according to a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing a water supply unit of FIG. 11, and FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing a water drainage unit of FIG. 11.

[0117] Referring to FIGS. 11 to 13, the automatic humidification device (10) using porous tiles according to the second embodiment is structured identically to the automatic humidification device (10) using porous tiles according to the first embodiment, except for the first water supply unit (410) and the water drainage unit (900), so a redundant description of the same configuration is omitted.

[0118] According to the present embodiment, the first water supply unit (410) may include a supply groove (413).

[0119] The supply groove (413) is connected to the water storage unit (200) and is a groove that extends in one direction on the upper part of the porous tile (100) and can temporarily receive water (see FIG. 12). The water received in the supply groove (413) may overflow the supply groove (413) and flow down along the porous tile (100) in the direction of gravity. At this time, the water drainage unit (900), which will be described later, can prevent the water from flowing over the porous tile (100) to the floor.

[0120] In this way, when water is supplied, water is supplied evenly to the porous tile (100) at a rapid speed, allowing high moisture resistance to be maintained for a long time.

[0121] The water drainage section (900) may include a drainage pipe (910), an auxiliary pipe (920), a drainage hole (930), a barrier wall (940), and a drainage channel (950) (see FIG. 13). The water drainage section (900) is connected to the water storage section (200) and is located at the bottom of the porous tile (110) to collect and drain water moving downward by gravity. Here, it will be understood by those skilled in the art related to this embodiment that other general components may be included in the water drainage section (900) in addition to the components shown in FIG. 13.

[0122] The drain pipe (910) is connected to the water storage unit (200) and may be a pipe extending in one direction below the porous tile (100). The drain pipe (910) may serve as a passage for moving collected water to the water storage unit (200). The length and shape of the drain pipe (910) may vary depending on the amount of water being drained and the arrangement and width of the porous tile (100).

[0123] The auxiliary pipe (920) is connected to the drain pipe (910) and may be a pipe that is spaced apart at regular intervals along the one direction and extends in a direction that crosses the one direction. The auxiliary pipe (920) may be connected to the drain hole (930) described later and may be a passage through which water drained through the drain hole (930) moves to the drain pipe (910).

[0124] The drain hole (930) may be a drainage hole connected to the drain pipe (910) and located at the bottom of the porous tile (100). The drain hole (930) can prevent water supplied from the water supply unit (400) from evaporating and moving through the porous tile (100) in the direction of gravity to prevent it from accumulating at the bottom of the porous tile (100). At least one drain hole (930) may be placed at regular intervals to prevent water from accumulating in a specific area. The diameter of the drain hole (930) may be changed according to the amount of water being drained.

[0125] The barrier wall (940) may be a partition wall positioned at a certain distance from the front of the porous tile (100). The barrier wall (940) can prevent water supplied to the porous tile (100) from flowing into the floor rather than the humidification device (10) before moving in the direction of gravity and draining into the drain hole (930).

[0126] The drainage channel (950) is formed as a U-shaped groove so that water can flow through it before being drained into the drainage hole (930). The aforementioned drainage hole (930) is located at the bottom of the drainage channel (950) so that water accumulated in the drainage channel (950) can be drained through the drainage hole (930).

[0127] Although an embodiment of the present invention has been described above, those skilled in the art may modify and change the present invention in various ways by adding, changing, deleting, or adding components, etc., without departing from the spirit of the present invention as described in the claims, and such modifications and changes are also to be included within the scope of the rights of the present invention.
