In advertising and selling products, the method involves providing each user with an image of a product superimposed onto their own image. Upon receiving such a superimposed image, the user's interest in the product naturally increases as their interest in their own image with the product superimposed increases. Furthermore, by informing their acquaintances of their image with the product superimposed via email or social media, the user can naturally generate interest in the product among their acquaintances.

[0002] Furthermore, the invention relates to a method of selling products using a pre-purchase and post-payment method through the aforementioned advertising and shopping mall platforms, wherein a certain amount of points are provided to the user upon providing the user’s own image, which can be combined with the product, to the platform; upon notifying acquaintances of the user’s image with the product image combined via email or social media; and upon purchasing and paying for the product combined with the user’s own image using the pre-purchase and post-payment method. The invention relates to a method in which these provided points can be reflected in the calculation of the user’s credit rating, which is applied during the process of purchasing products using the pre-purchase and post-payment method while using the platform, or can be provided to a separate credit rating system as data for evaluating the user’s credit rating. Background Technology

[0004] With the advancement of the Internet, commerce is rapidly shifting from traditional offline to online transactions. In particular, the number of online shopping malls is increasing dramatically every year.

[0005] Internet shopping malls consist of commerce sellers offering a variety of products and consumers seeking to compare different items and make rational purchases; in the operation of such malls, internet advertising serves as an important link connecting sellers and consumers.

[0007] The fundamental function, or essence, of advertising can be described as efficiently 'informing' consumers of the advantages of a product or service, and sellers advertise their products or services on the internet using various methods to convey these benefits. For instance, they post banner advertisements on various websites to guide consumers to purchase pages or send promotional emails directly to consumers' email addresses.

[0008] Recently, internet advertising technologies have focused on maximizing exposure and inducing clicks on internet ad banners, based on the belief that exposing advertisements to a large number of consumers is crucial for attracting them. As business models have developed where a commission is collected every time a consumer clicks on an internet ad banner, advertising content providers are attempting to expose more internet advertisements to consumers; however, this method of internet advertising is hindering consumers' internet activities.

[0009] Recently, as programmed advertising technologies such as native advertising and retargeting advertising have become more sophisticated, IT companies are focusing their efforts on technologies that increase advertising efficiency by enhancing the relevance between users and advertisements. However, this also has the problem that advertising products desired by advertisers are unilaterally provided to users without considering whether the user wants to see the advertisement.

[0011] Meanwhile, with the rise of online shopping malls, payment for product purchases made in these malls is being made in various ways. One of these methods is BNPL.

[0012] BNPL stands for "Buy Now Pay Later" and is a payment service system that allows for pre-purchase and post-payment even without a credit card, and is becoming an emerging payment method applicable to online shopping malls.

[0013] However, in the case of BNPL, since purchases are made without a credit evaluation of the user, it is difficult to assess the user's ability to repay the purchase price, and consequently, there is a concern that the delinquency rate may worsen. Accordingly, in order to minimize the aforementioned risks that may arise during the process of applying BNPL as a payment method in shopping malls, limits are currently set on the amount or repayment period applicable to BNPL.

[0015] Therefore, in order to solve the aforementioned problems, there is an urgent need for research on the technical characteristics of a BNPL payment method that can be applied to maximize advertising efficiency by attracting maximum user interest in advertising products and further increase the user's purchasing power while user interest in advertising products is maximized, provided that the method is equipped with means to minimize the risk regarding BNPL's ability to repay purchase payments.

[0017] (Patent Document 1) KR 10-1992544 B

[0018] (Patent Document 2) KR 10-2023-0158145 A The problem to be solved

[0020] Accordingly, in order to solve the problems associated with the aforementioned prior art, we propose a method for applying a BNPL payment method that can maximize advertising efficiency by maximizing user interest in advertising products and further increase the user's purchasing power while user interest in advertising products is maximized, provided that the BNPL payment method is applied while being equipped with means to minimize the risk regarding the repayment of purchase price of BNPL. means of solving the problem

[0022] In order to solve the problems according to the prior art described above, a method for operating a platform for advertising and shopping malls according to the present invention comprises: (a) a step in which a first image, which is an image of a user using the platform, is input to the server of the platform; (b) a step in which a second image, which is an image of a product worn on the body, is input to the server; and (c) a step in which the first image and the second image are combined by a predetermined generative artificial intelligence program on the server to generate a third image.

[0023] The first image above may be an image of each user corresponding to each of the multiple identification factors registered on the server.

[0025] Preferably, the first image input to the server in step (a) above may be an image located on each user's SNS (Social Network Service) account that has been transmitted to the server, or an image uploaded to the server by the user.

[0027] Preferably, (d) after step (c), the method may further include a step of transmitting the third image from the server to each user's email account or each user's SNS account.

[0029] Preferably, (e) after step (c), the method further includes the step of transmitting the third image from the server to any email account or any SNS account designated by the user, and

[0030] The above arbitrary email account is an email account other than the email account of the user who designated the above arbitrary email account, and the above arbitrary SNS account may be an SNS account other than the SNS account of the user who designated the above arbitrary SNS account.

[0032] Preferably, the first image includes the face of the user, and

[0033] (a-1) The method further includes the step of inputting an identification factor for the user into the server and registering it while the registration image containing the face of the user is uploaded to the server, and

[0034] After the above step (a-1), the above step (a) is performed, and

[0035] On the above server, point accounts for each of the above users are opened, and

[0036] As an identifier for the user is registered on the server in step (a-1) above, any point generated on the server is entered into the point account of the user corresponding to the registered identifier, and

[0037] As the third image is transmitted from the server to the arbitrary email account or the arbitrary SNS account in step (e) above, arbitrary points are generated from the server according to the number of times the third image is transmitted and entered into the point account of the user corresponding to the face included in the third image.

[0038] When the third image, a comment item for the third image, and an evaluation item icon for the third image are displayed on the display unit of the server, and a comment for the third image is entered into the comment item or the evaluation item icon for the third image is clicked, a random number of points may be generated on the server according to the number of entered comments or the number of clicks on the evaluation item icon and entered into the point account of the user corresponding to the face included in the third image. Effects of the invention

[0040] Due to the aforementioned means for solving the problem, an image in which a product image is superimposed onto one's own image is provided to each user. As the user's interest in their own image with the product image superimposed increases, their interest in the product naturally increases. Furthermore, by informing their acquaintances of their image with the product image superimposed via email or social media, they can naturally generate interest in the product among their acquaintances, thereby maximizing advertising efficiency.

[0041] Furthermore, as the BNPL payment method is applied, the user's purchasing power is further increased, and as the user purchases and pays for products applied to their own image using a pre-purchase and post-payment method, a certain amount of points are provided to the user. Since these provided points can be reflected in the calculation process of the user's credit rating applied during the pre-purchase and post-payment purchasing process, the user's credit rating, which reflects the user's behavior in the shopping mall, can be applied to the user's purchasing process, thereby minimizing the risk of BNPL's repayment of purchase costs. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0043] FIGS. 1 to 3 are schematic diagrams illustrating the process of the method according to the present invention. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0044] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In this process, the thickness of lines or the size of components depicted in the drawings may be exaggerated for clarity and convenience of explanation. Furthermore, the terms described below are defined considering their functions in the present invention, and these may vary depending on the intention or convention of the user or operator. Therefore, the definitions of these terms should be based on the content throughout this specification.

[0046] This will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.

[0047] The present invention relates to a method that can maximize the efficiency of advertising for products on advertising and shopping mall platforms, and furthermore, maximize the purchasing power of products while minimizing the risk of repayment of purchase costs associated with the pre-purchase and post-payment method by selling products through advertising and shopping mall platforms in which a pre-purchase and post-payment payment method is applied.

[0049] 1. The step of generating a composite image in which the product image is superimposed onto each user's image.

[0050] Refer to FIG. 1. As a user's identification factor is entered and registered on the server of the platform according to the present invention, the user can be registered as a member of the platform.

[0051] Here, the user may be an unspecified multitude of people who can sign up as members of the platform. That is, they may be an unspecified multitude of people who sign up as members of the platform to receive composite images provided by the platform, and furthermore, intend to purchase products sold on the platform.

[0052] When a user signs up as a member on the platform, they may sign up with the consent that their image may be combined with product images to create a composite image.

[0053] Furthermore, when an identifier for a user is entered and registered, the registration may be completed with a registration image containing the user's face uploaded to the platform's server. If a user wishes to purchase a product on the platform using the pre-purchase, post-payment method described later, the system may be configured to allow the uploading of a registration image containing their face as a minimal method of identity verification. In other words, by allowing the user to purchase a product using the pre-purchase, post-payment method with their face publicly disclosed on the platform, the system aims to increase the user's sense of responsibility regarding the repayment of the purchase price and minimize the risk associated with the pre-purchase, post-payment method of purchase.

[0055] A user's image may be input into the platform's server. Here, the user's image may be an image containing the user's face. As described above, the user's image may be an image of each user corresponding to each of the multiple identifiers registered on the platform's server.

[0056] The user's image input to the platform's server may be a registered image submitted by the user when signing up for the platform. Alternatively, it may be an image located on the user's respective SNS (Social Network Service) account provided at the time of signing up, or an image directly uploaded by the user to the platform's server.

[0057] The images located on each user's respective SNS account provided by the user may be images configured to be transmitted from each SNS account to the platform's server while connected to each user's respective SNS account by a specific program operating on the platform's server, given that the user has agreed to the condition that their image may be used for synthesis upon signing up for the platform.

[0059] Images of products provided by a product supplier may be input into the platform's server. The product supplier may be an advertiser who wishes to advertise the products they offer. The product images input into the platform's server may be images of various products, and images of various products intended for advertising may be input according to the intentions of the product supplier (in this case, the product advertiser).

[0060] A composite image is generated by combining an image of a product with a body image that includes the user's face, and the product may be a product worn on the body, such as clothing, glasses, bracelets, or accessories.

[0062] A composite image can be generated by combining the individual images of an unspecified number of users registered on the platform with images of various products provided by product suppliers. For example, when images of trendy outerwear and shoes are superimposed onto an image containing a user's face, a composite image can be created that allows the user to check whether the outerwear or shoes superimposed onto their body, including their face, suit them well.

[0063] Synthetic images can be generated by combining a user's image with a product image using a specific generative artificial intelligence program. Examples of such a program may include Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) or Stable Diffusion, and furthermore, any program capable of image synthesis is also possible.

[0064] Unlike conventional technology, where interest in product advertisements is low due to doubts about whether the product suits the user, uncertainty, or a sense of disconnect from reality as most product advertisements are conducted through professional advertising models, the user, who is an ordinary person, directly becomes the model for the product. As interest in their own image with the product image superimposed increases, interest in the product naturally increases. Furthermore, as described below, by informing their acquaintances about their image with the product image superimposed via email or social media, interest in the product can be naturally aroused among their acquaintances, thereby maximizing advertising efficiency.

[0066] 2. A stage where advertising efficiency is maximized by providing incentives during the process of disseminating composite images containing product images across various channels.

[0067] Refer to Fig. 2.

[0068] The synthesized image can be transmitted from the platform's server to each user's email or social media account. As previously mentioned, by having the user directly become a model for the product, interest in the product can naturally increase as interest in their own image, which has been synthesized with the product image, grows.

[0069] Furthermore, the user can freely send the composite image to the email accounts or social media accounts of acquaintances, and the user's acquaintances will naturally become interested in the product as they become interested in the composite image that includes the user's image.

[0071] Each user's point account may be opened on the platform's server.

[0072] Points entered into such point accounts are arbitrary values given to users on the platform based on specific unit actions or total actions according to user behavior; they can be reflected in the calculation of the user's credit rating, provided as data to a separate credit rating system to evaluate the user's credit rating, and furthermore, can be used as part of the payment during the process of the user purchasing products on the platform.

[0074] First, if a user agrees to the condition that their image may be used when signing up for the platform, the system may be configured to allow a certain amount of points generated on the platform's server to be entered into the user's point account. That is, as an identifier for the user is registered on the platform's server, arbitrary points generated on the platform's server may be configured to be entered into the point account of the user corresponding to the registered identifier.

[0076] In order for the composite image to be disseminated through various channels so that the product can be recognized by as many people as possible, the composite image can be configured to be transmitted from the platform server to an arbitrary email account or an arbitrary SNS account specified by the user.

[0077] Any email account is an email account other than the email account of the user who designated the arbitrary email account, and any SNS account may be an SNS account other than the SNS account of the user who designated the arbitrary SNS account.

[0078] In such cases, as the composite image is transmitted from the platform's server to any email account or SNS account, random points are generated on the platform's server based on the number of times the composite image is transmitted and can be entered into the point account of the user corresponding to the face included in the composite image.

[0079] Furthermore, when a composite image, a comment item for the composite image, and an evaluation item icon for the composite image are displayed on the display part of the platform's server, and a comment for the composite image is entered into the comment item or an evaluation item icon for the composite image (an icon that visitors can click, such as "Like" or "Recommend") is clicked, arbitrary points may be generated on the platform's server according to the number of entered comments or the number of clicks on the evaluation item icon and entered into the point account of the user corresponding to the face included in the composite image.

[0080] As points are awarded to the user based on the aforementioned user actions, the user will attempt to transmit a composite image—combining their own image with the product's image—through various channels via the platform server, and may request acquaintances to access the platform and click on the evaluation icon for the composite image. This can increase interest in the composite image not only among the user but also among their acquaintances.

[0082] 3. The stage where products are sold (purchased by the user) through the platform's server using a pre-purchase, post-payment method.

[0083] Refer to Fig. 3.

[0084] When selling products on a platform, the BNPL payment method, which is a buy-now-pay-later payment method, can be applied. With interest in the product heightened by users becoming models for the product themselves, the application of the BNPL payment method can further increase users' purchasing power.

[0086] As a composite image combining the user's image and the product's image is transmitted to the user's email or social media account, the user can view whether the product suits them and decide to purchase it. Users can select and purchase products from the platform server that have sparked their interest through the composite image containing their own image. In other words, products displayed on the display unit included in the platform server can be selected and purchased by the user from the platform server.

[0087] Since payment for purchases is made via the BNPL method, the platform operator may first pay the price for the goods purchased by the user to the goods supplier. That is, it can be configured so that a predetermined supply price for the goods (supply price for goods supplied by the goods supplier) is withdrawn from the platform operator's payment account and deposited into the payment account of the goods supplier who supplied the goods.

[0088] After payment for the product is made to the product supplier and a certain period has elapsed, the user can repay the purchase price of the product (sales proceeds of the platform operator) in various ways (lump sum or installment, etc.). That is, the system can be configured so that after payment for the product is made to the product supplier and a certain period has elapsed, a predetermined sales proceeds for the purchased product are deposited into the platform operator's payment account.

[0090] As described above, points entered into a user's point account may be reflected in the calculation of the user's credit rating or provided as data to a separate credit rating system for evaluating the user's credit rating, and furthermore, may be used as part of the payment during the process of the user purchasing products on the platform.

[0091] Points accumulated in a user's point account can be in a positive state or a negative state.

[0092] As a user purchases a product and repays the purchase price (sales proceeds of the platform operator), a certain number of points generated on the platform's server may be entered into the user's point account. That is, as a predetermined sales proceeds are deposited into the operator's payment account, arbitrary points may be generated on the platform's server, entered into the user's point account, and accumulated.

[0093] On the other hand, if the purchase price (sales proceeds of the platform operator) is not repaid within the repayment period, points may be deducted from the user's point account, and even if there are no accumulated points to be deducted, points may be deducted and entered as -points.

[0094] The platform's server may include a credit rating calculation unit that calculates a user's credit rating, and the user's credit rating can be calculated by reflecting the points entered into the user's point account into the credit rating calculation unit. In other words, the credit rating can be calculated by the credit rating calculation unit in such a way that the credit rating increases as the number of points increases, and decreases as the number of points decreases or if the points are negative.

[0095] Furthermore, as described above, the point status entered into the user's point account can be provided to a separate credit rating system as data for evaluating the user's credit rating.

[0097] As described above, when points are entered into the user's point account, when an identifier for the user is registered on the platform's server, when a composite image is transmitted from the platform's server to an arbitrary email account or SNS account of a nearby acquaintance, and when a comment regarding the composite image is entered into the comment item or the evaluation item icon regarding the composite image is clicked while the composite image, a comment item for the composite image, and an evaluation item icon for the composite image are displayed on the platform's server's display unit.

[0099] Furthermore, the system can be configured so that a user's product purchase can be made only when the user's credit score calculated by the credit rating calculation unit is above a certain level.

[0100] For an initial certain number of product purchases, the system may be configured so that product purchases can proceed regardless of the credit rating calculated by the credit rating calculation unit, and for product purchases made after this certain number of purchases or more, the system may be configured so that the credit rating calculated by the credit rating calculation unit is reflected as a condition for product purchase.

[0101] By adopting a pre-purchase, post-payment method, users' purchasing power can be increased while minimizing the risk regarding the repayment of purchase funds.

[0103] For the time being, the present specification has been described with reference to embodiments illustrated in the drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily understand and reproduce the present invention; however, this is merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible from the embodiments of the present invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention should be determined by the claims.
