Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a hose recovery device. Background Technology
[0002] In general, sewer pipes buried underground accumulate soil, mud, and foreign matter due to long-term use, so it is necessary to remove and clean these deposits. Additionally, over time, cracks may form in the pipes or defects may occur at the connections. Therefore, it is necessary to inspect or maintain the sewer pipes.
[0003] In order to inspect or maintain sewer pipes, the inside of the sewer pipes needs to be emptied. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent sewage from flowing into the area to be inspected or maintained and to discharge the sewage filled in that area to the outside.
[0004] A pump may be used to discharge sewage from an underground structure, such as a sewer pipe. In this case, sewage from the underground structure may be discharged to the outside while the hose is connected to a pump installed above ground or while the pump is installed underground.
[0005] However, since the depth of the above underground structure varies depending on the height of the ground, the length of the hose extension or the height at which the pump is installed needs to be adjusted.
[0006] Meanwhile, the hose needs to be retrieved after maintenance of the underground structure. Some sewage may remain in the hose. This sewage can increase the weight of the hose. If the weight increases, more manpower may be required to move the hose. Therefore, it is necessary to retrieve the hose while removing the sewage.
[0007] Additionally, one end of the hose is connected to an underground structure, and the other end can be connected to a tank or the like located at a distance from the underground structure. Once the work is finished, a hose of a certain length can be extended on the ground. The hose can be retrieved by pulling it using a retrieval device such as a roller, but the further the hose is located from the retrieval device, the greater the load placed on the device.
[0008] Therefore, there is a need to develop technologies for positioning pumps according to the depth of underground structures and for efficiently recovering hoses. The problem to be solved

[0012] The above roller section can be arranged in multiple adjacent units to compress the hose.
[0013] The above-mentioned connecting part can be connected to the end of the excavator's arm.
[0014] The above frame includes a horizontal frame extending in a horizontal direction; and the horizontal frame may have a shape in which at least a portion is inclined downward.

[0086] The pumping unit (150) may include a filter unit (160) that surrounds the sewage suction port and filters foreign substances within the underground structure. The filter unit (160) may be a mesh, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0088] FIG. 12 is a drawing showing an underground structure maintenance system according to another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 13 is a drawing showing a pumping unit moved to the lower part of an underground structure in an underground structure maintenance system according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[0089] Referring to FIG. 12 and FIG. 13, an underground structure maintenance system (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a hose (H) inserted into an underground structure (M); a pumping unit (150) provided at the end of the hose (H) and pumping fluid inside the underground structure (M) to the outside; a guide unit (170) formed in the height direction of the underground structure (M); and a connecting unit (130a) connecting the guide unit (170) and the hose (H) or the pumping unit (150); wherein the guide unit (170) guides the vertical movement of the hose (H) or the pumping unit (150).
[0090] The guide portion (170) may be fixed to a manhole of the underground structure (M). The guide portion (170) may extend from the manhole to the lower part of the underground structure (M). The guide portion (170) may be a ladder provided in the manhole.
[0091] The above connecting part (130a) can slide along the guide part (170). Specifically, the above connecting part (130a) can slide along the guide part (170) while connected to the hose (H) or the pumping part (150).

That is, multiple rods may be arranged so that they converge toward each other. Multiple guide rings are configured and each is connected to a rod, and multiple guide rings may be spaced apart from each other by a certain distance. Therefore, at a depth where the width of the multiple rods is less than a certain width, the guide rings can no longer move toward the bottom of the underground structure (M) and can be spaced apart from the bottom of the underground structure (M).
[0096] The above rods may be maintained in parallel from the top up to a certain length and may be bent toward each other at a certain length. Accordingly, when the guide portion (170) is inserted into the underground structure (M), the height at which the guide ring is spaced from the bottom of the underground structure (M) can be maintained at a constant level.
[0097] A spacing portion (180) may be provided at the bottom of the guide portion (170). The spacing portion (180) may maintain the pumping portion (150) at a position spaced apart from the bottom of the underground structure (M). The spacing portion (180) may maintain the pumping portion (150) at a position spaced apart from the bottom of the underground structure (M) when the hose (H) or the pumping portion (150) extends to the bottom of the underground structure (M). The pumping portion (150) may discharge sewage from the underground structure (M) through an impeller provided at the bottom.
[0098] The above separation portion (180) may include a buffer portion (not shown) provided between the guide rings. The buffer portion may support the guide rings and separate the pumping portion (150) from the floor of the underground structure (M). In this case, the buffer portion may be made of an elastic material to reduce the impact applied to the pumping portion (150), etc. Additionally, the buffer portion may include a hydraulic damper or a hydraulic cylinder. The buffer portion may be provided at the bottom of the guide rings, in which case the buffer portion of the separation portion (180) may be omitted.
[0099] In addition, the above separation part (180) can support the lower end of the pumping part (150) to prevent the pumping part (150) from colliding with the floor of the underground structure (M).
[0100] A maintenance system for an underground structure (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention can recover a hose (H) through a hose recovery device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention after the maintenance of the underground structure is completed. The hose recovery device (1) includes: a plate (10) on which the hose (H) is placed; a frame (21) extending upward on the plate (10); a roller part (22) supported by the frame (21) and pulling the hose (H) in one direction; a power part (30) provided on the plate (10) and providing power to the roller part (22); and a coupling part (40) formed on the plate (10) and having a structure that is coupled with a work device.
[0101] A system for maintaining an underground structure (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be used in a method for maintaining an underground structure. The method for maintaining an underground structure may include: a step of partially inserting a hose (H) into an underground structure (M); a step of installing a guide section (170) formed in the height direction of the underground structure (M) on the inner side of the underground structure (M); a step of connecting the guide section (170) to a pumping section (150) provided at the end of the hose (H) or the hose (H) and pumping fluid inside the underground structure (M) to the outside; and a step of lowering the hose (H) or the pumping section (150) to the bottom of the underground structure (M) along the guide section (170).
[0102] The above method for maintaining an underground structure may further include the step of fixing the hose (H) or the pumping unit (150) to the side wall of the underground structure (M). Additionally, the above method for maintaining an underground structure may further include the step of maintaining the bottom of the hose (H) or the pumping unit (150) at a position spaced apart from the floor of the underground structure.
[0103] The above method for maintaining an underground structure may further include a step of retrieving the hose (H). The step of retrieving the hose (H) may include a first retrieval step in which the hose (H) is fixed to a roller part (22); a second retrieval step in which the roller part (22) pulls the hose (H) in one direction; and a third retrieval step in which the hose (H) is placed on a plate (10).
[0104] The step of retrieving the hose (H) may include the step of the plate (10) being coupled to the working device. That is, the step of retrieving the hose (H) may be performed while the plate (10) is coupled to the working device. Specifically, the step of retrieving the hose (H) may be performed while the plate (10) is lifted by the working device.
[0105] In this way, an underground structure maintenance system according to one embodiment of the present invention can discharge sewage by introducing a pumping unit into an underground structure with an uneven depth. At this time, the underground structure maintenance system can deliver the pumping unit to the bottom of the underground structure through a guide unit, a separation unit, etc.
[0106] The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and it is obvious that it may include a combination of the above embodiments or a combination of at least one of the above embodiments and known technology as another embodiment.
[0107] Although the present invention has been described above with reference to embodiments, this is merely illustrative and does not limit the invention. Those skilled in the art will understand that various combinations, modifications, and applications not exemplified in the embodiments are possible without departing from the essential technical content of the embodiments. Therefore, technical details regarding modifications and applications that can be easily derived from the embodiments of the present invention should be interpreted as being included in the present invention.
