Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a liner for a pressure vessel, and more specifically, to an apparatus for manufacturing a liner for a pressure vessel with improved sealing performance and ease of manufacturing. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, gas storage containers are required to store various types of gases, such as hydrogen, nitrogen, and natural gas, and to release the stored gases as needed. In particular, since these gases have a low storage density within the container, they must be stored under high pressure; therefore, pressure vessels that ensure safety against explosion risks in such high-pressure environments are essential.
[0003] For example, alternative fuel gas vehicles, including fuel cell vehicles or compressed natural gas vehicles, vary in the structure of their storage systems depending on the fuel gas storage method. Currently, compressed gas storage methods are gaining popularity due to considerations regarding unit cost, weight, and simplicity. However, since gaseous fuels have a low energy storage density, increasing storage capacity or storage pressure is required to ensure longer driving range. In particular, for automobiles, there are limitations to increasing the size of storage containers due to the limited space available for mounting gas storage systems. Therefore, safely storing high-pressure gas is the core of container technology.
[0004] In this case, for composite fuel gas storage containers, the outer shell is reinforced with a fiber-reinforced composite material having high specific strength and specific stiffness to withstand the high internal pressure of hydrogen gas, and a liner is inserted inside to maintain gas airtightness. The liner is provided by dividing it into two hemispherical shapes and is formed integrally by fusing each joint. At this time, thermal fusion technology is used as a conventional technique to fuse each joint.
[0005] Meanwhile, the fuel gas storage container is classified according to the material of the liner, and containers with a metal liner such as aluminum inserted are classified as Type 3, and containers with a high-density polymer liner inserted are classified as Type 4. At this time, Type 3 has relatively high stability but has the disadvantage of being expensive and having poor fatigue resistance, whereas Type 4 is cheaper than Type 3 and has excellent fatigue resistance, but has stability issues such as hydrogen leakage and poor permeability performance.
[0006] Furthermore, in the case of Type 4 containers, due to the characteristics of the high-density polymer material, each of the above-mentioned joints cannot be fused by a thermal fusion method, and the divided liners are fused by laser fusion or vibration fusion. At this time, the laser fusion method is a method in which the liners are fused by heat generated by irradiating and transmitting a laser to the joint. This laser fusion method is advantageous when the joint area is larger when fusing each of the above-mentioned joints.
[0007] FIGS. 1a and FIGS. 1b are cross-sectional examples of the joint end of a conventional liner.
[0008] As shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b, the edges of each divided liner (1, 3) are formed in a stepped or pointed shape so that the bonding area of each of the bonding ends (2, 4) is increased. Then, when a laser is irradiated while the edges of each divided liner (1, 3) are interlocked, each of the bonding ends (2, 4) can be fused.
[0009] The production of such a liner is mainly carried out by insert injection molding. Here, the insert injection mold refers to a method of forming a product by first inserting a part, such as metal, into the mold and then injecting molten material. That is, through the insert injection molding, a metal part, such as a boss part, can be integrally fixed to one side of the liner.
[0010] At this time, when manufacturing the liner through the insert injection molding described above, the liner shrinks at room temperature due to the characteristics of the liner material, and as a result, the liner adheres to the lower mold. Therefore, it is common to extract the liner from the lower mold. At this time, an ejection mold is provided in the lower mold, and the ejection mold is positioned along the lower edge of the liner, that is, the joint edge. Then, the liner is ejected into the lower mold while being pressed upward through the lifting and lowering of the ejection mold.
[0011] However, as shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b, in order to increase the bonding area between the liners (1, 3), the thickness (w12, w14) of the bonding section (2, 4) is formed to be thinner than the thickness (w11, w13) of the liners (1, 3). As a result, when the pressure of the ejection mold is applied, the bonding section (2, 4), which is thinner than the thickness of the liners (1, 3), is deformed by pressure and damaged. When the bonding sections damaged in this way are laser-fused, defects occur in the bonding area of the liners, and the repair / reinforcement process for the damaged bonding sections increases, which leads to problems of reduced productivity and economic efficiency.
[0012] In addition, a method of injecting air into the surface of the lower mold to prevent damage to the joint has been partially disclosed. However, introducing a complex structure to inject the air into the mold increases manufacturing costs, and if the amount of air injected cannot be precisely controlled, the product becomes distorted, resulting in a problem of damaged appearance. Furthermore, when ejecting using air pressure, there was a problem where airtightness was reduced as air flowed between the boss part and the liner, which are made of different materials. [0013] Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1806643 The problem to be solved
[0014] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention aims to provide a manufacturing apparatus for a pressure vessel liner with improved sealing performance and ease of manufacturing. means of solving the problem
[0015] To solve the above problem, the present invention comprises: a lower mold part including a core part protruding upward with an outer shape corresponding to the inner shape of a liner part divided into two sides, and a boss alignment part provided on the upper part of the core part and coupled to the lower side of a boss part; an upper mold part provided with a shape groove part that is downwardly open to insert the core part, formed with an inner shape corresponding to the outer shape of the divided liner part so that a cavity for injection of the divided liner part is formed between the core part and the shape groove part, and formed with a stepwise expansion of a coupling groove part along the edge of the opening side; and a reinforcing projection molding part provided in multiple numbers according to the length of a recessed groove formed with a predetermined angled surface on the inner end side formed as a continuous surface with the shape groove part, corresponding to the outer shape of a reinforcing projection protruding radially outwardly on the outer surface of the opening side of the divided liner part, wherein one is selected and coupled to the coupling groove part. The present invention provides a manufacturing apparatus for a pressure vessel liner comprising: a first ejection mold having a molding groove formed in a stepped manner along an inner end, with a width corresponding to the thickness of the opening end of the divided liner part, so that the ejection pressure is uniformly transmitted in the longitudinal direction to the opening end of the divided liner part during ejection, and a second ejection mold having a molding projection protruding in a stepped manner along an inner end, with a width corresponding to the molding groove, wherein the molding mold is formed in a stepped manner along an inner end, and one of the lower mold parts is selected and coupled to the lower part of the reinforcing projection molding part, and the ejection mold part is driven to move up and down along the protrusion direction of the core part to eject the divided liner part that has been hardened and formed within the cavity.

[0017] delete Effects of the invention
[0018] Through the above-mentioned means of solution, the present invention provides the following effects.
[0019] First, as the radial width of the reinforcing projection, the stepped mating projection, and the mating groove formed on each opening end of the divided liner part corresponds to the thickness of each receiving body part, the ejection pressure of the ejection mold part is applied vertically with substantially the same area to the stepped structure on the opening end side to secure the bonding area, thereby preventing compressive deformation or breakage.
[0020] Second, as one longitudinal surface of the molding groove and molding projection formed for injection molding the mating projection and mating groove on each upper surface of the multiple ejection molds is formed as a horizontal plane, the cross-sectional area reduction region where ejection pressure is concentrated on the mating projection and mating groove is substantially eliminated, so the support strength at the opening end of the divided liner part can be further improved.
[0021] Third, the sealing jig portion is positioned on the outer side of each reinforcing projection protruding outwardly from the radial direction of the mating projection and the mating groove so that each opening end of the divided liner portion overlaps in the longitudinal and radial directions, thereby providing a tight pressing force in the facing direction, which can significantly improve the airtightness of the pressure vessel liner by improving the welding quality of the joining end. Specific details for implementing the invention
[0023] Hereinafter, a pressure vessel liner and a manufacturing apparatus for the same according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. At this time, it is preferable to understand that the manufacturing apparatus for the pressure vessel liner is a device used to manufacture a hemispherical liner portion divided into two sides. It is preferable to understand that the divided liner portion described below encompasses the one-side liner portion and the other-side liner portion described later. Furthermore, it is preferable to understand that the length or depth described below is a value corresponding to the extension direction of the first receiving body portion or the second receiving body portion described later, and the thickness or width is a value corresponding to the radial direction of the first receiving body portion or the second receiving body portion.
[0024] FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional example of a liner for a pressure vessel according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of part A of FIG. 2.
[0025] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, a pressure vessel liner (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention preferably includes a one-sided liner portion (210) and a other-sided liner portion (220).
[0026] The above-mentioned one-sided liner portion (210) preferably includes a first receiving body portion (211), a first reinforcing projection (213), and a fitting projection (214).
[0027] In detail, the first receiving body part (211) extends cylindrically from the hemispherical side (215) of the one-sided liner part (210) and opens to the other side. A boss part (212) is inserted and molded to be joined to the hemispherical side (215) of the one-sided liner part (210). The first receiving body part (211) is provided as a cylindrical shape with a cross-sectional thickness that is uniform from the boundary with the hemispherical side (215) to the edge of the opening side, and it is preferable that the first receiving body part (211) be formed with a predetermined thickness (w6).
[0028] It is preferable that the first reinforcing projection (213) is formed to protrude integrally with the outer surface of the first receiving body part (211) in a stepped manner in the direction radially outward of the opening side edge of the first receiving body part (211). It is preferable that the first reinforcing projection (213) is formed in a ring shape along the circumferential direction on the outer circumference of the first receiving body part (211), and that the other surface (213a) corresponding to the opening side of the first receiving body part (211) is formed as a plane perpendicular to the extension direction of the first receiving body part (211). The first reinforcing projection (213) may be formed to have a predetermined first length (see d1 in FIG. 8).
[0029] It is preferable that the inner surface of the above-mentioned mating projection (214) be formed as a continuous surface with the inner surface of the first receiving body part (211) and protrude to the other side of the opening-side edge of the first receiving body part (211). Through this, the mating projection (214) can be formed with a step difference from the reinforcing projection (213).
[0030] It is preferable that the radial width (w4) of the above-mentioned mating projection (214) corresponds to the thickness (w6) of the above-mentioned first receiving body part (211). Accordingly, the above-mentioned one-sided liner part (210) may be formed such that the inner surface of the above-mentioned first receiving body part (211) is formed as a continuous surface up to the opening-side edge, while the above-mentioned first reinforcing projection (213) may be formed in a shape spaced apart from the opening-side edge of the above-mentioned one-sided liner part (210) to one side. That is, it is preferable to understand that the above-mentioned mating projection (214) in the above-mentioned one-sided liner part (210) is a part where the end of the above-mentioned first receiving body part (211) protrudes further toward the other side of the above-mentioned first reinforcing projection (213).
[0031] The above-mentioned other side liner part (220) preferably includes a second receiving body part (221), a second reinforcing projection (223), and a fitting groove (224).
[0032] In detail, the second receiving body part (221) extends cylindrically from the hemispherical other side (225) of the other side liner part (220) and is opened to one side so as to face the opening edge of the first receiving body part (211). A boss tail part (222) with a shape corresponding to the boss part (212) is inserted and fixed to the hemispherical other side (225) of the other side liner part (220). The second receiving body part (221) is provided as a cylindrical shape with a cross-sectional thickness equal from the boundary with the other side (225) of the hemispherical shape to the edge of the opening side, and it is preferable that the second receiving body part (221) be formed with a predetermined thickness (w7), and it is preferable that the thickness (w6) of the first receiving body part (211) and the thickness (w7) of the second receiving body part (221) correspond to each other.
[0033] It is preferable that the second reinforcing projection (223) is formed to protrude outwardly in a radially outward direction from the opening-side edge of the second receiving body part (221) and is stepped from the outer surface of the second receiving body part (221). It is preferable that the second reinforcing projection (223) is formed integrally in a ring shape along the circumferential direction on the outer circumference of the second receiving body part (221), and that one surface (223a) corresponding to the opening-side of the second receiving body part (221) is formed as a plane perpendicular to the extension direction of the second receiving body part (221). Accordingly, the other surface (213a) of the first reinforcing projection (213) and the one surface (223a) of the second reinforcing projection (223) may face each other parallel to one another.
[0034] It is preferable that the second reinforcing projection (223) be formed to have a predetermined second length (see d2 in FIG. 8) corresponding to the extension direction of the second receiving body part (221). At this time, the second length (see d2 in FIG. 8) may exceed the first length (see d1 in FIG. 8) of the first reinforcing projection (213). Through this, the length of the second reinforcing projection (223) (see d2 in FIG. 8) may be formed to be longer than the length of the first reinforcing projection (213) (see d1 in FIG. 8).
[0035] The above-mentioned mating groove (224) is formed by being recessed along the opening-side edge of the second receiving body part (221), and the mating projection (214) can be mated into the mating groove (224). The above-mentioned mating groove (224) is formed by being recessed in a ring shape along the inner end of the opening-side edge of the second receiving body part (221). It is preferable that the radial width (w5) of the above-mentioned mating groove (224) corresponds to the thickness (w7) of the second receiving body part (221).
[0036] Accordingly, the other side liner portion (220) may be formed such that the inner surface of the second receiving body portion (221) is formed as a continuous surface up to the opening-side edge, while the second reinforcing projection (223) may be formed in a stepped manner so that it protrudes further to one side from the opening-side edge of the other side liner portion (220). That is, a ring-shaped inner space in which the opening-side end surface of the second receiving body portion (221) and the radius inner side of the protrusion of the second reinforcing projection (223) are connected orthogonally may be formed as the mating groove (224).
[0037] It is preferable that the above-mentioned one-sided liner portion (210) and the above-mentioned other-sided liner portion (220) are provided with substantially the same material. In detail, it is even more preferable that the above-mentioned one-sided liner portion (210) and the above-mentioned other-sided liner portion (220) are provided with a synthetic resin material including polyamide.
[0038] Meanwhile, when the mating projection (214) is mated into the mating groove (224), the inner surface of the first receiving body part (211) and the inner surface of the second receiving body part (221) can be aligned as a continuous surface. At this time, it is preferable that the protrusion length (h3) of the mating projection (214) exceeds the recess depth (h4) of the mating groove (224), so that even if the first reinforcing projection (213) and the second reinforcing projection (223) are protruded on the outer surface of the one-sided liner part (210) and the other-sided liner part (220), the mating projection (214) can be tightly mated into the mating groove (224).
[0039] When the above-mentioned mating projection (214) is mated into the above-mentioned mating groove (224), the opening edges of the one-sided liner portion (210) and the other-sided liner portion (220) overlap each other, and as the overlapping portion is laser welded, it can be formed into a single pressure vessel liner (200).
[0040] At this time, through the step difference between the opening ends of the one-sided liner part (210) and the other-sided liner part (220) via the above-mentioned mating projection (214) and the above-mentioned mating groove (224), and the above-mentioned first reinforcing projection (213) and the above-mentioned second reinforcing projection (223), the adhesion force and sealing performance between the one-sided liner part (210) and the other-sided liner part (220) through laser welding can be significantly improved.
[0041] Additionally, as the radial widths (w4, w5) of the mating groove (224) and the mating projection (214) correspond to the thicknesses of the first receiving body part (211) and the second receiving body part (221), the extraction pressure of the extraction mold part (see 30 in FIG. 4) described later can be applied in a substantially equal vertical area from the mating projection (214) to the first receiving body part (211) and from the mating groove (224) to the second receiving body part (221). Through this, the step structure at the opening end of the one-sided liner part (210) and the other-sided liner part (220) can be prevented from being compressed, deformed, or damaged.
[0042] Here, it is preferable that the protruding longitudinal lower surface (214a) of the mating projection (214) and the recessed longitudinal inner surface (224a) of the mating groove (224) are formed as horizontal planes perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the first receiving body part (211) and the second receiving body part (221).
[0043] Accordingly, the thickness of the above-mentioned mating projection (214) and the above-mentioned mating groove (224) is narrowed not only in the longitudinal direction but also in the radial direction, thereby substantially eliminating the cross-sectional area reduction region where the ejection pressure is concentrated. Through this, when injection molding is performed using the manufacturing device for a pressure vessel liner described later, the support strength of the opening end of the above-mentioned one-side liner part (210) and the above-mentioned other-side liner part (220) is further improved, so the problem of deformation or breakage due to the ejection pressure can be further improved.
[0044] Meanwhile, a manufacturing apparatus for a pressure vessel liner used in manufacturing the divided liner portion including the above-mentioned one-sided liner portion (210) and the above-mentioned other-sided liner portion (220) will be described later.
[0045] FIG. 4 is a block diagram of a manufacturing apparatus for a pressure vessel liner according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a manufacturing apparatus for a pressure vessel liner according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional example of part B of FIG. 5 showing the combined state of a first reinforcing protrusion molding part and a first ejection mold according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross-sectional example of part B of FIG. 5 showing the combined state of a second reinforcing protrusion molding part and a second ejection mold according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0046] Meanwhile, each component of the divided liner part described below is explained by exemplifying the corresponding structures of the one-sided liner part (210) and the other-sided liner part (220) shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. Additionally, since the first reinforcing projection (213) is formed corresponding to the first recessed groove (27) described later and the second reinforcing projection (223) is formed corresponding to the second recessed groove (28) described later, the lengths (d1, d2) of each structure are described and illustrated using the same reference numeral.
[0047] Referring to FIGS. 2 to 7, a manufacturing apparatus (100) for a pressure vessel liner according to one embodiment of the present invention preferably includes a lower mold part (10), an upper mold part (20), a reinforcing protrusion molding part (24), and an extraction mold part (30).
[0048] The lower mold part (10) preferably includes a core part (11) and a boss alignment part (12). In order to distinguish the boss alignment part (12) provided in the lower mold part (10) from the second boss alignment part (22) provided in the upper mold part (20) described later, it is described and illustrated below as the first boss alignment part (12).
[0049] The core portion (11) is preferably formed with an outer surface shape corresponding to the inner surface shape of the divided liner portion and is provided to protrude upward in a vertical direction from the bottom surface. Here, the outer circumference of the core portion (11) is preferably formed as a columnar shape with the same cross-sectional area of a predetermined length section (E). At this time, the predetermined length section (E) is preferably understood as an extension portion between the upper part of the hemispherical shape and the tapered portion (13) described later. The predetermined length section (E) is preferably understood as an area corresponding to the inner surface of the first receiving body portion (211) or the second receiving body portion (221).
[0050] Furthermore, it is preferable to understand that the first boss alignment section (12) is provided on the upper part of the core section (11) and is a part to which the lower side of the boss section (212) is joined. It is preferable to understand that the rounded section extending from the upper end of the pre-set length section (E) to the first boss alignment section (12) is an area corresponding to the inner surface of the hemispherical one side (215) of the one-side liner section (210) or the hemispherical other side (225) of the other-side liner section (220).
[0051] At this time, it is preferable that the upper surface of the core portion (11) and the lower surface of the boss flange portion (212b) of the boss portion (212) are spaced apart from each other while the boss portion (212) is coupled to the first boss alignment portion (12). Through this, when molten resin, which is the material of the divided liner portion, is injected into the mold, the molten resin can be injected into the lower side of the boss flange portion (212b), and the boss portion (212) can be inserted and fixed to one end of the divided liner portion.
[0052] It is preferable that the upper mold part (20) is downwardly open so that the core part (11) is inserted, and includes a shaped groove part (21) that is recessed with an inner shape corresponding to the outer shape of the divided liner part.
[0053] When the lower mold part (10) is placed inside the upper mold part (20), a cavity (c) for injection of the divided liner part can be formed between the outer surface of the core part (11) and the inner surface of the shaped groove part (21). That is, when the molten resin is injected into the cavity (c) and cured, the divided liner part can be formed.
[0054] Here, the inner side of the shape groove (21) facing the predetermined length section (E) of the core section (11) may be formed parallel to the outer surface shape of the core section (11) in the circumferential direction. Through this, the thickness (w6, w7) of the first receiving body section (211) or the second receiving body section (221) formed between the predetermined length section (E) of the core section (11) and the shape groove (21) may be formed continuously and equally along the length direction.
[0055] A receiving hole (21a) may be formed at the upper end of the upper mold part (20) which corresponds vertically to the first boss alignment part (12), such that the receiving hole (21a) exceeds the outer diameter of the protrusion (212a) of the boss part (212) but is less than the outer diameter of the boss flange part (212b). Furthermore, when the boss part (212) is coupled to the first boss alignment part (12) and the upper mold part (20) is positioned to surround the lower mold part (10), the protrusion (212a) is received inside the receiving hole (21a), and the lower edge of the receiving hole (21a) may be in close contact with the upper surface of the boss flange part (212b).
[0056] At this time, a second boss alignment part (22) may be further provided in the receiving hole (21a). The upper side of the boss part (212) is connected to the second boss alignment part (22), and thus the position of the boss part (212) can be vertically aligned through the first boss alignment part (12) and the second boss alignment part (22).
[0057] It is preferable that the coupling groove (23) be formed to be extended outwardly in a stepped manner along the open edge of the shape groove (21). The coupling groove (23) is the part to which the reinforcing projection molding part (24) is coupled, and this will be described later.
[0058] Meanwhile, although not shown in the drawing, an injection port for injecting the molten resin may be formed in at least one of the lower mold part (10) and the upper mold part (20). The injection port may be formed at a location where the molten resin can be uniformly injected into the cavity (c).
[0059] It is preferable that the reinforcing protrusion molding part (24) be provided along the open edge of the shape groove part (21). It is preferable that the reinforcing protrusion molding part (24) be provided in a ring shape that surrounds the outer circumference of the core part (11), and that the outer surface be fitted to the inner surface of the coupling groove part (23), and that the inner surface (25a, 26a) be provided as a continuous surface with the shape groove part (21). It is preferable that a recessed groove (29) corresponding to the outer surface shape of the first reinforcing protrusion (213) or the second reinforcing protrusion (223) be formed as a stepped recess in the radially outward direction at the inner end side of the reinforcing protrusion molding part (24). It is preferable that the lower surface of the reinforcing protrusion molding part (24) be formed as a horizontal plane perpendicular to the protrusion direction of the core part (11).
[0060] At this time, it is preferable that the reinforcing protrusion molding part (24) be provided in multiple numbers according to the length of the recessed groove (29).
[0061] In detail, it is preferable that the reinforcing protrusion molding part (24) comprises a first reinforcing protrusion molding part (25) and a second reinforcing protrusion molding part (26). It is preferable that the first reinforcing protrusion molding part (25) and the second reinforcing protrusion molding part (26) are formed such that their basic structures correspond to each other, excluding the length of the recessed groove (29).
[0062] The above-mentioned recess (29) may include a first recess (27) formed in the first reinforcing protrusion molding part (25) and a second recess (28) formed in the second reinforcing protrusion molding part (26), and the length (d2) of the second recess (28) may be formed to exceed the length (d1) of the first recess (27). Furthermore, it is preferable that one of the first reinforcing protrusion molding part (25) and the second reinforcing protrusion molding part (26) is selected and coupled to the coupling groove part (23). It is preferable to understand that the first recess (27) is the part that forms the first reinforcing protrusion (213) on the one-sided liner part (210), and the second recess (28) is the part that forms the second reinforcing protrusion (223) on the other-sided liner part (220).
[0063] Meanwhile, the inner surface of the above-mentioned ejection mold part (30) is fitted to the outer surface of the above-mentioned core part (11), and the upper surface is placed in close contact with the lower surface of the above-mentioned reinforcing projection molding part (24). Accordingly, it is preferable that the upper surface of the above-mentioned ejection mold part (30) is formed as a horizontal plane perpendicular to the protrusion direction of the above-mentioned core part (11). The above-mentioned ejection mold part (30) is selectively driven to move up and down along the protrusion direction of the above-mentioned core part (11).
[0064] A mold-forming portion (39) is formed at the inner end of the above-mentioned extraction mold portion (30), and it is preferable that the radial width of the mold-forming portion (39) be formed to correspond to the thickness of the opening end of the above-mentioned divided liner portion. At this time, it is preferable to understand that the thickness of the opening end of the above-mentioned divided liner portion corresponds to the gap (w3) between the predetermined length section (E) of the above-mentioned core portion (11) and the inner surface of the above-mentioned shape groove portion (21), that is, the thickness (w6, w7) of the above-mentioned first receiving body portion (211) or the above-mentioned second receiving body portion (221).
[0065] It is preferable that the inner surface and upper surface of the above-mentioned ejection mold part (30), excluding the portion where the mold-forming part (39) is formed, are in surface contact with the outer surface of the core part (11) and the lower surface of the reinforcing protrusion molding part (24). Accordingly, as the upper mold part (20), in which the ejection mold part (30) and the reinforcing protrusion molding part (24) are combined, is sequentially stacked and arranged on the lower mold part (10) while the boss part (212) is aligned with the first boss alignment part (12), the cavity (c) corresponding to the divided liner part can be formed inside.
[0066] Preferably, the above-mentioned extraction mold part (30) includes a first extraction mold (31) and a second extraction mold (34). Additionally, the above-mentioned molding part (39) may be distinguished according to the shape formed in the first extraction mold (31) and the second extraction mold (34), respectively. The above-mentioned extraction mold part (30) may be combined with the core part (11) by selecting one of the first extraction mold (31) and the second extraction mold (34).
[0067] In detail, referring to FIGS. 4 and FIGS. 6, the first ejection mold (31) is preferably provided with a molding groove (32) in which the molding part (39) is formed by being stepped down to a predetermined depth (h1) from the upper surface of the first ejection mold (31). When the first ejection mold (31) is placed below the first reinforcing protrusion molding part (25), the molding protrusion (214) corresponding to the inner surface shape of the molding groove (32) may be protruded in the longitudinal direction on the opening end side of the divided liner part.
[0068] At this time, the end side of the cavity (c) may be formed with a recessed structure in which the first recessed groove (27) is recessed radially outward from the continuous surface with the shape groove portion (21) and the molding groove (32) communicates with the lower part of the first reinforcing protrusion molding portion (25). The one-sided liner portion (210) may be formed by injection molding through a manufacturing device equipped with the first reinforcing protrusion molding portion (25) and the first ejection mold (31).
[0069] And, referring to FIGS. 4 and FIGS. 7, it is preferable that the second ejection mold (34) is provided with a molding projection (35) in which the molding part (39) protrudes stepwise from the upper surface of the second ejection mold (34) at a predetermined height (h2). When the second ejection mold (34) is placed at the lower part of the second reinforcing projection molding part (26), a molding groove (224) corresponding to the outer surface shape of the molding projection (35) may be formed in the longitudinal direction at the opening end side of the divided liner part.
[0070] At this time, the end side of the cavity (c) may have the second recessed groove (28) recessed radially outward from the continuous surface with the shape groove portion (21) and the molding projection (35) may be arranged to protrude upwardly toward the inner end of the second reinforcing projection molding portion (26). The other side liner portion (220) may be injection formed through a manufacturing device equipped with the second reinforcing projection molding portion (26) and the second ejection mold (34).
[0071] Here, it is preferable that the radial widths (w1, w2) of the molding groove (32) and the molding projection (35) correspond to the thickness of the opening end of the divided liner portion, and that the lower surface (33) of the molding groove and the upper surface (36) of the molding projection (35) are formed as planes perpendicular to the protrusion direction of the core portion (11). Additionally, it is preferable that the longitudinal cross-sectional areas of the molding groove (32) and the molding projection (35) are formed equally. That is, the upper cross-sectional area and the lower cross-sectional area of the molding groove (32) and the molding projection (35) are formed continuously.
[0072] Through this, the molding groove (32) and the molding projection (35) can be formed with a cross-sectional shape in the form of a rectangle or a square, and the cross-sectional area reduction region can be removed. Additionally, as the radial widths (w1, w2) of the molding groove (32) and the molding projection (35) correspond to the thickness of the opening end of the divided liner part, the molding projection (214) or the molding groove (224) formed based on the molding part (39) is formed with a thickness corresponding to the thickness (w6, w7) of the first receiving body part (211) or the second receiving body part (221).
[0073] Accordingly, when the divided liner part is lifted and ejected through the lifting of the above-mentioned ejection mold part (30), the ejection pressure applied to the mating groove (224) or the mating projection (214) can be transmitted to the first receiving body part (211) or the second receiving body part (221) with the same area. Through this, compression deformation of the mating groove (224) or the mating projection (214) due to the ejection pressure of the above-mentioned ejection mold part (30) can be prevented.
[0074] At this time, it is preferable that the depth (h1) of the molding groove (32) exceeds the height (h2) of the molding projection (35). Accordingly, the mating projection (214) can be extended longer than the mating groove (224). Through this, when the mating projection (214) is mated to the mating groove (224) during laser welding of the one-sided liner part (210) and the other-sided liner part (220), the protruding longitudinal lower surface (214a) of the mating projection (214) can be in close contact with the recessed longitudinal inner surface (224a) of the mating groove (224).
[0075] Meanwhile, it is preferable that a tapered section (13), in which the cross-sectional area expands toward the lower side, be provided in the lower part of the core section (11) in a conical shape that is narrower at the top and wider at the bottom. Also, it is preferable that the inner circumferential surface (31a) of the extraction mold section (30) be formed to conform to the upper outer surface of the tapered section (13). At this time, it is preferable to understand the upper outer surface of the tapered section (13) as a part corresponding to the boundary between the core section (11) and the tapered section (13).
[0076] In detail, when the inner surface of the extraction mold part (30) is fitted to the upper outer surface of the tapered part (13), the extraction mold part (30) can be positioned on the lower side of the core part (11) without a separate fixing member. Therefore, even if the upper mold part (20) is positioned above the extraction mold part (30), the extraction mold part (30) can be prevented from unnecessarily descending downward, and the shape precision of the divided liner part can be significantly improved.
[0077] Additionally, when the load of the upper mold part (20) is applied to the ejection mold part (30) and the inner surface of the ejection mold part (30) is fitted to the outer surface of the tapered part (13), the lower mold part (10), the upper mold part (20), the reinforcing protrusion molding part (24), and the ejection mold part (30) can be in close contact with each other. Through this, leakage of the molten resin between the contact surfaces of each mold part is prevented, so the post-processing process of the divided liner part can be minimized. Meanwhile, although not shown in the drawing, a sealing groove in which a sealing member is inserted may be further formed on at least one of the contact surfaces between each mold part, depending on the case.
[0078] FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the usage state of a bonding jig part according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0079] Referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 8, the manufacturing device (100) for the pressure vessel liner preferably further includes a joining jig part (40). The joining jig part (40) is preferably provided in a pair and is provided on the outer side of each length direction of the reinforcing projection that protrudes stepwise outwardly in the radially outer direction of the divided liner part.
[0080] In detail, a pair of the joining jig portions (40) may be formed in a ring shape and are respectively positioned on one side (213b) in the longitudinal direction of the first reinforcing projection (213) and on the other side (223b) in the longitudinal direction of the second reinforcing projection (223). Then, as one of the pair of joining jig portions (40) moves to narrow the gap between the pair of joining jig portions (40), a close contact pressure may be provided to the first reinforcing projection (213) and the second reinforcing projection (223).
[0081] When the spacing between the pair of joint jig parts (40) is narrowed in this way, the first reinforcing projection (213) and the second reinforcing projection (223) become adjacent to each other, and the mating projection (214) can be inserted into the mating groove (224). At this time, since the protrusion height (h3) of the mating projection (214) is formed to be greater than the recess depth (h4) of the mating groove (224), even if the longitudinal outer surface of the mating projection (214) is mated so as to be in close contact with the recessed inner surface of the mating groove (224), the first reinforcing projection (213) and the second reinforcing projection (223) can be spaced apart by a predetermined gap (g). Through this, the mating projection (214) can be tightly mated and inserted into the interior of the mating groove (224).
[0082] Thus, the present invention allows the one-sided liner portion (210) and the other-sided liner portion (220) to be uniformly and closely in contact along the circumferential direction without a gap between the opening edges through a pair of the aforementioned joining jig portions (40). Through this, the one-sided liner portion (210) and the other-sided liner portion (220) can be laser-welded and joined as a single unit, and the airtightness of the pressure vessel liner (200) can be significantly improved by improving the welding quality of the joining end.
[0083] In addition, a contact pressure is transmitted to the first reinforcing projection (213) and the second reinforcing projection (22) to bring the one-sided liner portion (210) and the other-sided liner portion (220) into close contact with each other. Therefore, when joining the conventionally divided liner portions, a pressure is applied to the boss portion (212) and the boss tail portion (222), and a gap is created at the boundary surface between different materials, such as between the boss portion (212) and the hemispherical one-sided portion (215), and between the boss tail portion (222) and the hemispherical other-sided portion (225), thereby fundamentally eliminating the problem of reduced airtightness.
[0084] Here, the other side liner portion (220) has the mating groove (224) formed by being recessed into the circumferential inner side of the second reinforcing projection (223). Accordingly, the end of the second reinforcing projection (223) can be positioned to overlap with the outer surface of the mating projection (214). Furthermore, when laser welding, if the irradiation direction of the laser (L) is set to be inclined from the other side liner portion (220) toward the one side liner portion (210), the laser (L) can be irradiated entirely onto the radially opposing surface and the longitudinal opposing surface of the mating projection (214) and the mating groove (224).
[0085] At this time, since the length (d2) of the second reinforcing projection (223) is formed to be longer than the length (d1) of the second reinforcing projection (223), even if one of the joining jig parts (40) is supported in contact with the other side of the second reinforcing projection (223), shielding of the laser (L) caused by the joining jig part (40) can be prevented. Through this, the bonding strength and airtightness can be significantly improved by increasing the bonding area between the one-side liner part (210) and the other-side liner part (220).
[0086] Furthermore, the one-sided liner portion (210) and the other-sided liner portion (220) may be manufactured from the same material, and the other-sided liner portion (220) may be provided with a color having a higher brightness than the one-sided liner portion (210). For example, the one-sided liner portion (210) may be provided in black, and the other-sided liner portion (220) may be provided in white or transparent. Accordingly, when the laser passes through the second reinforcing projection (223) and reaches the radially opposite surface and the longitudinal opposite surface of the mating projection (214) and the mating groove (224), the one-sided liner portion (210) and the other-sided liner portion (220) may be welded together.
[0087] Of course, depending on the case, the brightness of the above-mentioned one-sided liner portion (210) and the above-mentioned other-sided liner portion (220) may be formed differently, limited to the opening-side edges of the above-mentioned first receiving body portion (211) and the above-mentioned second receiving body portion (221). Additionally, the length of the above-mentioned first reinforcing projection may be formed as a second length (d2) corresponding to the length of the above-mentioned second reinforcing projection, and such variations fall within the scope of the present invention.
[0088] FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional example showing a modified example of a reinforcing protrusion mold part according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional example showing the usage state of a modified example of a joining jig part according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this modified example, the basic configuration, excluding the shape of the mating surface between the reinforcing protrusion mold part (120), the joining jig part (140), and the reinforcing protrusion, is the same as the above-described embodiment, so a detailed description of the same configuration is omitted.
[0089] Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, the first reinforcing protrusion molding part (125) and the second reinforcing protrusion molding part (126) may be formed such that the inner surfaces (127a, 128a) of the first recessed groove (127) and the second recessed groove (128) are inclined downward in the radially inward direction. Through this, one side in the longitudinal direction of the first reinforcing protrusion (1213) and the other side in the longitudinal direction of the second reinforcing protrusion (1223) may be formed to be inclined downward toward the inner end.
[0090] And, one end portion (141) of the joining jig portion (140) may be formed with a wedge-shaped cross-section that narrows toward the inner end so as to be fitted to one side (1213b) of the first reinforcing projection (1213) and the other side (1223b) of the second reinforcing projection (1223), respectively. And, when the one end portion (141) of the joining jig portion (140) is fitted to the first reinforcing projection (1213) and the second reinforcing projection (1223), respectively, the wedge-shaped tip portion may be extended adjacent to the fitting projection (1214) and the fitting groove (1224).
[0091] Through this, the contact pressure provided to the one-sided liner part (1210) and the other-sided liner part (1220) through the joining jig part (140) is transmitted to the side of the mating projection (1214) and the mating groove (1224), thereby allowing the mating projection (1214) and the mating groove (1224) to be mated more tightly.
[0092] In this way, the inner surface of each of the recessed grooves (29, 127, 128) formed in the reinforcing projection molding part (20, 120) in the present invention may be formed as a predetermined angled surface, that is, a horizontal surface or an inclined surface. Accordingly, the first reinforcing projection (213, 1213) or the second reinforcing projection (223, 1223) may be formed as a flat surface or an inclined surface and may be fitted with one end of the joining jig part (40, 140).
