Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a horizontal member fastener for fixing a horizontal member to a vertical support, which secures the structural stability of a temporary structure, such as a system shoring, installed for main construction at a construction site, and, if necessary, allows a platform for worker passage to be stably installed. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, shoring or scaffolding is installed at construction sites as temporary structures to support the load of poured concrete, for exterior wall construction, and for bringing materials inside.

[0004] These shoring or scaffolding were conventionally installed by connecting horizontal members to vertical supports with clamps and installing floor plates to allow workers to pass through, but recently, system shoring or scaffolding that can be installed in a modular manner by assembling standardized members manufactured in a factory is widely used.

[0005] System shoring or scaffolding has the advantage of being not only faster to assemble and disassemble but also more safe compared to the aforementioned conventional steel pipe structures.

[0006] Temporary structures composed of such a system structure generally include vertical supports and horizontal members that horizontally connect adjacent supports; therefore, fasteners connecting the supports and the horizontal members are inevitably required.

[0007] In this regard, registered patent publication No. 10-2361789 proposed a fastener shown in FIG. 1 under the name 'horizontal member temporary support for system shoring'.

[0008] The above-described fastener comprises a body formed as a tubular body having a through hole formed with a screw on its inner surface, and a plurality of horizontal support members protruding radially outwardly from the outer surface of the body and having fastening holes formed therein. A support member (123) having a vertical outer surface on the upper and lower sides where the horizontal support member is formed is formed on the outer surface of the body, and the horizontal support member is formed to protrude radially outward at a plurality of locations on the outer surface of the support member (123). The horizontal support member is configured so that the end of the horizontal member is in close contact with the vertical outer surface of the support member (123) on the upper and lower sides of the horizontal support member, so that the horizontal member can be maintained stably even when an external impact is applied when a wedge is inserted into a wedge insertion hole formed at the end of the horizontal support member to fasten the horizontal member. The horizontal support member has a support member (123) having a vertical outer surface that is extended radially outwardly in the upper and lower sides, so that when the horizontal member is joined, the end of the horizontal member is extended radially outwardly from the upper and lower sides of the horizontal support member. The vertical support member (123) is formed to be in close contact with the vertical outer surface of the support member (123), and a tubular protrusion having an inner diameter expanded beyond the through hole is formed on the upper surface of the support member (123) of the body. A vertical support member with a diameter different from that of the vertical support member coupled to the through hole of the body is placed on the upper surface of the support member (123) to extend and install, wherein the vertical support member with a diameter relatively expanded beyond the tubular protrusion is placed on the outer side of the tubular protrusion, and the vertical support member with a relatively reduced diameter is placed on the inner side of the tubular protrusion to extend and install the vertical support member.

[0009] The above-described horizontal member installation support is designed to rotate the body to the threaded portion of the vertical supporter using a screw fastening method, positioning it according to the installation height of the horizontal member, thereby ensuring that the horizontal member is connected to the vertical supporter in the correct position.

[0010] However, in the above-mentioned horizontal member installation support, the horizontal support member that is coupled to the horizontal member is integrally formed with the body, so when the body rotates, the horizontal support member also rotates together, and the height of the body moves up and down as it rotates. Therefore, even if the body is rotated so that the horizontal support member is placed in the position where it should be coupled to the horizontal member, there may be cases where the direction of the horizontal support member does not coincide with the direction of the horizontal member.

[0011] Therefore, the horizontal support must be rotated to align with the direction of the horizontal member, and as a result, the body rotates further and moves upward or downward from its original position. Consequently, the height of the horizontal member deviates from its original position, and if a platform is installed, a portion of the platform's bottom surface does not come into contact with the horizontal member, leading to a problem of reduced structural safety. Prior art literature

[0013] (Patent Document 0001) KR 10-2361789 B1 The problem to be solved

[0014] The present invention aims to solve the aforementioned problems of the prior art and, by providing a horizontal member fastener with a structure that allows the fastener connecting the horizontal member to the support to always be positioned at an accurate height and direction regardless of the operation of the height adjustment means, thereby ensuring the structural stability and rapid construction of the temporary structure constructed by the same. means of solving the problem

[0016] A horizontal member fastener for fixing a horizontal member to a support in the most preferred embodiment of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem comprises a height adjuster that moves up and down by a screw fastening method with the support, and a fastening flange installed to rotate independently on the height adjuster, wherein the fastening flange is configured to have a plurality of wing pieces formed therein, each having a fastening pin hole for coupling with the horizontal member.

[0017] One embodiment of the height adjustment member for this purpose comprises a tubular body having a height adjustment screw portion on its inner surface, a pivoting surface portion formed on the outer surface of the tubular body so that a fastening flange can be rotatably installed thereon, a support projection portion installed on the outer surface of the tubular body at a lower position of the pivoting surface portion, and an anti-detachment projection portion installed on the outer surface of the tubular body at an upper position of the pivoting surface portion.

[0018] At this time, the above anti-detachment projection may be composed of an anti-detachment ring that is separable from the tube body, and in this case, a locking screw portion may be provided on the upper part of the pivoting surface portion of the outer surface of the tube body, and the anti-detachment ring may be provided with an inner screw portion that is coupled to the locking screw portion on its inner surface.

[0019] A horizontal member fastener of another embodiment of the present invention is divided into an orthogonal wing member for fastening an outer horizontal member installed orthogonally to each other and an inclined wing member for fastening an inner horizontal member installed in an inclined direction, wherein the orthogonal wing members are positioned at an angle of 45 degrees to the left and right respectively with the upper and lower inclined wing members as the central axis, and a connecting surface portion without wing members is formed between the upper orthogonal wing member and the adjacent lower orthogonal wing member. At this time, the fastening flange is configured by combining a pair of separated half-fastening flanges, and connecting pieces are formed at both ends of the half-fastening flanges so that a connecting surface portion is formed by each connecting piece when the pair of half-fastening flanges are combined. Effects of the invention

[0021] The present invention provides a horizontal member fastener configured such that the fastening flange on which the horizontal member is installed can rotate freely without interference from a height adjuster installed on a support to adjust the height. As a result, the fastening flange can rotate freely at a position adjusted to the height of the horizontal member by the height adjuster, and the wing portion can be aligned with the longitudinal direction of the horizontal member. This ensures high reliability in the structural stability of temporary structures using supports such as system shoring, and also allows for the expectation of shortening the construction period by shortening the construction time through efficient work progress in building temporary structures. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0024] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on the most preferred embodiment with reference to the attached drawings. However, in describing the present invention, if specifically describing a known configuration would obscure or obscure the technical concept of the present invention, the description of the known configuration will be omitted.

[0026] FIG. 2 illustrates a part of a system shoring assembled using a horizontal member fastener (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0027] The above-described system shoring is formed by assembling a vertical support (10), an outer horizontal member (20A) installed horizontally on the support (10) while being mutually orthogonal, and an inner horizontal member (20B) installed at an angle in a planar direction between mutually adjacent outer horizontal members (20A) to reinforce the torsional rigidity of the system shoring through the horizontal member fastener (100) of the present invention.

[0028] FIGS. 3 and 4 illustrate the horizontal member fastener (100), respectively. FIG. 3 illustrates the exterior of the horizontal member fastener (100), and FIG. 4 illustrates the horizontal member fastener (100) in an exploded view to explain its structure.

[0029] The horizontal member fastener (100) of the present invention for fixing a horizontal member (20) to a support (10) is composed of a fastening flange (110) and a height adjuster (120), as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.

[0030] The fastening flange (110) is formed in a plate-like structure and is provided with a plurality of wing pieces (112) that protrude outwardly.

[0031] The wing piece (112) functions as a bracket for fixing the horizontal member (20) and is provided with a fastening pin hole (113) inside.

[0032] As described later, the fastening pin hole (113) of the wing piece (112) is positioned to communicate with the fastening pin hole (22b) provided in the connector (22) of the horizontal member (20), and then the fastening pin (30) is inserted so that the horizontal member (20) can be coupled to the fastening flange (110).

[0033] These wing sections (112) must be provided on the fastening flange (110) in a number and direction corresponding to the number and length direction of the horizontal members (20) installed on the fastening flange (110).

[0034] For example, if we take the system shoring having a square continuous structure as illustrated in FIG. 2 as an example, at least the fastening flange (110) is provided with orthogonal wing sections (112A) of the above-described structure in four mutually orthogonal directions so that each horizontal member (20) installed thereon forms a square outer rim together with the vertical member, the support (10).

[0035] However, preferably, in addition to this, it is desirable to reinforce the torsional rigidity of the system shoring by installing diagonal inclined horizontal members (20).

[0036] Accordingly, in another embodiment of the present invention, the wing section (112) is divided into an orthogonal wing section (112A) for connecting an outer horizontal member (20A) installed mutually orthogonally and an inclined wing section (112B) for connecting an inner horizontal member (20B) installed in an inclined direction, and the upper and lower inclined wing sections (112B) are positioned at an angle of 45 degrees to the left and right respectively with the upper and lower inclined wing sections (112A) as the central axis (oo), and the connecting surface (114) without a wing section (112) is positioned between the upper orthogonal wing section (112A) and the adjacent lower orthogonal wing section (112A), and the connecting flange (110) is configured such that a connecting surface (114) without a wing section (112) is positioned therebetween.

[0037] The aforementioned fastening flange (110) is installed to rotate independently on the height adjustment body (120), thereby allowing the wing piece (112) to be precisely aligned with the longitudinal direction of the horizontal member (20) for all positions of the horizontal member fastening member (100).

[0038] Accordingly, a pivot hole (111) with an inner diameter matching the outer diameter of the pivot surface portion (122) of the height adjustment member (120) described later is provided in the center of the planar surface of the fastening flange (110). The inner surface of the pivot hole (111) is formed as a flat curved surface so as to slide and pivot with the pivot surface portion (122).

[0039] The height adjustment member (120) comprises a tubular body (121) constituting the body, a pivoting surface portion (122) formed on the outer surface of the tubular body (121) so that a fastening flange (110) can be rotatably installed on the tubular body (121), and a support projection portion (123) integrally molded and installed on the outer surface of the tubular body (121) at the lower end of the pivoting surface portion (122).

[0040] A height adjustment screw part (121a) is provided on the inner surface of such a tube (121).

[0041] The height adjustment screw part (121a) is fastened to the outer surface screw part (10a) formed on the outer surface of the support (10), so that the tube (121) moves upward or downward by a screw fastening method, and the height of the fastening flange (110) installed thereon matches the height of the horizontal member (20).

[0042] In the pivoting surface (122) formed on the outer surface of the tube (121) and capable of rotating the fastening flange (110) as described above, a bending moment is generated due to the load acting on the fastening flange (110). By configuring the pivoting surface (122) to protrude outward from the outer surface of the tube (121) to increase bending rigidity, it is possible to prevent the pivoting surface (122) from being deformed by the bending moment.

[0043] The support jaw (123) installed at the lower end of the pivoting surface (122) of the height adjustment body (120) is formed in a ring-shaped structure that protrudes outward from the pivoting surface (122) so that the vertical load transmitted through the fastening flange (110) is safely transmitted to the support (10) through the pipe (121).

[0044] An anti-detachment projection (124) may be further installed on the outer surface of the tube (121) at the upper portion of the pivoting surface (122) of the height adjustment body (120).

[0045] The fastening flange (110), which is installed by being stretched by the support jaw (123) and fitted around the pivoting surface (122), can be detached from the height adjustment body (120) due to an unexpected upward impact.

[0046] At this time, the anti-detachment projection (124) ensures the structural safety of the shoring structure by maintaining a stable installation state of the fastening flange (110) on the pivoting surface (122).

[0047] Depending on the installation structure of the anti-detachment jaw (124), the height adjuster (120) of the present invention may have various embodiments.

[0048] FIGS. 5 to 7 are each illustrated in relation to a first embodiment of a height adjustment body (120), FIG. 5 illustrates the exterior and cross-section of the height adjustment body (120) of the first embodiment, and FIGS. 6 and 7 illustrate the structure of a fastening flange (110) installed on the height adjustment body (120) of the first embodiment and the process of installing the fastening flange (110), etc.

[0049] In the first embodiment, the height adjustment body (120) has a detachment prevention jaw portion (124) formed integrally with the tube body (121) in the same way as the support jaw portion (123), as shown in the cross-section of FIG. 5 (b).

[0050] Accordingly, the fastening flange (110) installed on the pivoting surface (122) is configured such that a pair of separated half-fastening flanges (110A, 110B)) are joined to each other as shown in FIG. 6 (a), thereby facilitating the connection of the fastening flange (110) to the height adjuster (120).

[0051] For this purpose, the half-fastening flanges (110A, 110B) are configured such that connecting pieces (114a) are formed at both ends, and when a pair of half-fastening flanges (110A, 110B) are joined together as described above, each connecting piece (114a) is joined to form the aforementioned connecting surface (114) of the fastening flange (110).

[0052] The connection of the above-mentioned pair of half-fastening flanges (110A, 110B) is made on the pivoting surface (122) of the height adjuster (120), and may be done by welding between each joint or by a snap-fit assembly.

[0053] In the case where the half-fastening flanges (110A, 110B) are joined by welding, as shown in FIG. 7 (a), it is preferable to form a chamfer at the joint so that a welding groove (115) can be naturally formed when a pair of half-fastening flanges (110A, 110B) come into contact with each other.

[0054] In the case of joining by the latter fitting method, as shown in FIG. 7 (b), it is desirable to have a structure in which a locking pin (118) is inserted in a direction perpendicular to the joining direction of the joining groove (116) and joining protrusion (117) provided in each of the half-fastening flanges (110A, 110B) to lock them, thereby preventing the joined pair of half-fastening flanges (110A, 110B) from being easily separated.

[0055] FIGS. 8 and 9 each illustrate a second embodiment of the height adjustment body (120) and a modified example thereof.

[0056] The height adjuster (120) of the second embodiment is configured with a detachment prevention ring (125) that is separable from the tube (121), and a detachment prevention projection (124) installed at the upper position of the rotating surface (122). Therefore, when the height adjuster (120) of the second embodiment is used, the joining process of the half-fastening flanges (110A, 110B) is not required.

[0057] That is, in this modified example, the assembly of the horizontal member fastener (100) is completed by inserting the pivoting surface portion (122) into the pivoting hole (111) of the fastening flange (110) formed as a single integral, and then fitting the anti-detachment ring (125) into the tube (121) to secure it.

[0058] At this time, the fixation of the anti-detachment ring (125) to the tube (121) may be by welding with the tube (121) as shown in FIG. 8, or by screw fastening with the tube (121) as shown in FIG. 9.

[0059] In the case of the latter screw fastening method, a locking screw portion (121b) is provided on the upper part of the rotating surface portion (122) on the outer surface of the tube (121), and an inner screw portion (125a) that fastens with the locking screw portion (121b) is provided on the inner surface of the anti-detachment ring (125). In this case, the replacement of the fastening flange (110) damaged during use is easy, thereby reducing maintenance costs.

[0060] However, it is desirable that the fixation of the tubular body (121) of the anti-detachment ring (125) by any means does not interfere with the free rotation of the fastening flange (110) located at the bottom, thereby allowing the horizontal member (20) to be installed easily.

[0062] Although the present invention has been described in detail above with reference to specific embodiments, the above embodiments are merely examples to facilitate understanding of the invention, and it is obvious that those skilled in the art can modify and implement the invention in various ways within the scope of the technical concept of the invention. Accordingly, such modifications shall be deemed to fall within the scope of the rights of the present invention as described in the claims. Explanation of the symbols
