Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a bending test device for a vehicle wire, and more specifically, to a bending test device for a vehicle wire that aims to secure the reliability of durability verification of the wire by realizing individual or combined movements of the operation of rotating (changing direction) the other end of a wire fixed at one end, the operation of moving in a straight line back and forth, and the operation of guiding tilting, through a test device for verifying the durability of a wire wired to the steering column side of a vehicle. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, since the steering column of a vehicle is mounted in a position rising from the lower side toward the driver, the steering column itself can act as a factor that inflicts injury on the driver in the event of a collision. Therefore, to address this problem, when a load exceeding a certain size is applied to the steering column, the steering column itself buckles, thereby minimizing the condition in which the driver is struck and injured.

[0003] In particular, the steering column is equipped with a telescopic device for axial adjustment and a tilt device for inclination adjustment so that the position of the steering wheel can be adjusted according to the driver's physical condition.

[0021] FIG. 6 is a diagram showing the wire durability test state of a bending test device for a vehicle wire according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0022] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, a bending test device (100) for a vehicle wire (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention is a device for testing the bending durability of a wire (10) wired to a vehicle according to linear flow and rotational flow.

[0023] In particular, the bending test device (100) for a vehicle wire (10) according to the present invention is a device that tests the durability of a wire (10) wired to the steering column side and subjected to a combination of linear flow and rotational flow in an actual vehicle environment.

[0024] To this end, the bending test device (100) for a vehicle wire (10) according to the present invention may include a base plate (110), a tilting plate (120), a tilting guide part (130), a mounting stand (140), a rotary unit (150), a guide rail (160), a driving part (170), and a control part (180).

[0025] The base plate (110) serves to connect or support the tilting plate (120), the tilting guide part (130), the mounting base (140), the rotary unit (150), the guide rail (160), and the driving part (170).

[0026] At this time, the base plate (110) can be applied in various shapes and various materials.

[0027] In particular, the base plate (110) may be installed on the frame (112) to be positioned at a certain height to facilitate wiring work of the wire (10) for the actual vehicle environment. In this case, the base plate (110) may be detachably fixed to the frame (112) or may be manufactured integrally with the frame (112). The frame (112) may be made of various shapes and various materials.

[0028] And, the tilting plate (120) is positioned on one side of the base plate (110). For convenience, the tilting plate (120) is positioned on the upper side of the base plate (110). The tilting plate (120) can be made of various shapes and various hard materials.

[0029] In addition, the tilting guide part (130) serves to connect the tilting plate (120) to the base plate (110) so that it can be tilted.

[0030] The mounting bracket (140) is provided to maintain a fixed state on the base plate (110) and securely connects one side of the wire (10) applied to the actual vehicle. At this time, one side of the wire (10) is fixed to the mounting bracket (140) in a detachable manner in various ways. The mounting bracket (140) can be applied in various shapes.

[0031] Additionally, the rotary unit (150) is provided on the tilting plate (120) and rotates while connecting and fixing the other end of the wire (10) to correspond to the actual vehicle environment of the wire (10).

[0032] Also, a guide rail (160) is provided on the tilting plate (120) to guide the rotary unit (150) to move back and forth in a straight line. At this time, the guide rail (160) can be applied in various ways, such as an LM guide.

[0033] The drive unit (170) operates so that the rotary unit (150) moves back and forth in a straight line along the guide rail (160).

[0034] Accordingly, the tilting plate (120) is rotatably connected to the base plate (110) by the tilting guide part (130) and is equipped with a rotary unit (150) capable of linear reciprocating movement.

[0035] And, as the other end of the wire (10) is fixedly connected to the rotary unit (150), the wire (10) can undergo a single or combined durability test by at least one of the following movements (deformations): a change in direction due to the operation of the rotary unit (150), a linear reciprocating movement of the rotary unit (150), and a movement (deformation) linked to the rotation of the tilting plate (120).

[0036] Through this, reliability can be ensured by the bending durability test of the wire (10) that is wired to the steering column side of the vehicle under conditions corresponding to actual vehicle conditions.

[0037] Meanwhile, the control unit (180) controls the operation and stop timing of the rotary unit (150) and the operation and stop timing of the drive unit (170).

[0038] In addition, the tilting block (132) of the tilting guide part (130) can be rotated around the pivot pin (133) by a driving source (not shown) while fixed to the tilting plate (120). In this case, the control part (180) can control the driving source for the reciprocating rotation of the tilting block (132).

[0039] In particular, the tilting guide portion (130) may include a tilting guide pad (131), a tilting block (132), a pivot pin (133), a stopping projection (134), and a stopping hole portion (135).

[0040] The tilting guide pad (131) is provided on the base plate (110) as one or a plurality of opposing pads. Of course, the tilting guide pad (131) can be applied in various shapes and various hard materials, and can be attached to the base plate (110) either integrally or detachably.

[0041] The tilting block (132) is provided on the tilting plate (120). The tilting block (132) can be applied in various shapes and various hard materials and can be integrally or detachably coupled to the tilting plate (120).

[0042] At this time, the tilting guide pad (131) is provided approximately in the center of the upper side of the base plate (110), and the tilting block (132) is provided approximately in the center of the lower side of the tilting plate (120).

[0043] The pivot pin (133) connects the tilting guide pad (131) and the tilting block (132) so that the tilting block (132) can rotate relative to the tilting guide pad (131). In particular, the tilting block (132) may be rotated in both directions relative to the pivot pin (133) by a driving source (not shown) or may be rotated in both directions relative to the pivot pin (133) by manual operation.

[0044] And, the stopping projection (134) protrudes from one side or both sides of the tilting block (132). Of course, the stopping projection (134) can be applied in various shapes and can be made of various hard materials.

[0045] In addition, the stopping hole portion (135) is formed along an arc trajectory on the tilting guide pad (131) to limit the movement distance of the stopping projection (134) and serves to accommodate the corresponding stopping projection (134).

[0046] By allowing the stopping projection (134) to move in both directions along the internal trajectory of the stopping hole portion (135), the tilting plate (120) and the tilting block (132) can rotate in both directions by a set rotation angle relative to the pivot pin (133).

[0047] At this time, the stopping hole portion (135) may be formed in the shape of a hole or a groove.

[0048] Also, the base plate (110) may be equipped with a protecting block (114) to mitigate the impact caused by collision with the tilting plate (120) that is tilted.

[0049] The protecting block (114) can be made of various materials such as hard or rubber with excellent cushioning properties, and can be modified into various shapes.

[0050] Additionally, the driving unit (170) may include a rotary screw (172), a nut member (174), and a driving motor (176).

[0051] The rotary screw (172) is rotatably provided at a position set on the tilting plate (120) so as to be parallel to the guide rail (160). At this time, the rotary screw (172) is rotatably connected to a supporting block (173) that is fixedly installed on both sides of the tilting plate (120) along the axial direction.

[0052] Thus, the rotary screw (172) is positioned so that it can rotate while both sides are mounted on the supporting block (173).

[0053] And, the rotary screw (172) forms screw threads on its circumferential surface along a spiral trajectory.

[0054] In addition, the nut member (174) is fixed to the rotary unit (150) and screw-coupled with the rotary screw (172), so that it moves in the axial direction of the rotary screw (172) according to the rotational direction of the rotary screw (172).

[0055] Thus, the rotary unit (150) is able to reciprocate along the axial direction of the rotary screw (172).

[0056] The drive motor (176) is controlled by the control unit (180) and guides the rotary screw (172) to rotate in both directions.

[0057] At this time, the drive motor (176) can be housed inside the housing (178) and protected from the outside.

[0058] In particular, the rotary unit (150) may include a body (152), a rotary block (154), and a rotary motor (156).

[0059] The body (152) forms the outer shape of the rotary unit (150) and may be a housing that accommodates and protects the rotary motor (156) inside.

[0060] And, the rotary block (154) is located on one side of the body (152) and is rotatably connected to the body (152). The other end of the wire (10) is detachably connected to the edge of the rotary block (154). Thus, when the rotary block (154) rotates, the wire (10) is twisted and rotational flow occurs.

[0061] Of course, the rotary block (154) can be applied in various shapes.

[0062] The rotary motor (156) is connected to the rotary block (154) to rotate the rotary block (154) in both directions. At this time, the rotary motor (156) may be provided inside the body (152).

[0063] Accordingly, the rotary block (154) provided on the tilting plate (120) is rotated in the circumferential direction while binding the other end of the wire (10), moves in a linear reciprocating motion, and tilts (rotates) around the pivot pin (133). As a result, the wire (10), with one end fixed in position, undergoes durability verification in a state suitable for the actual vehicle environment as linear flow, rotational flow, and twisting deformation occur repeatedly on the other end, thereby ensuring the reliability of the durability verification of the wire (10).

[0064] Although the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings, this is merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom. Accordingly, the true technical scope of protection of the present invention should be determined by the claims below. Explanation of the symbols
