Abstract

The present invention relates to a vacuum integrity diagnostic device for a vacuum circuit breaker, characterized by comprising: a sensor module installed in a grounding line between the contact surface of a current interruption mechanism (VI) of the vacuum circuit breaker and ground; and a signal processing device that diagnoses the vacuum level of the current interruption mechanism (VI) based on an arc extinction-induced voltage waveform signal detected in the grounding line through the sensor module.
