Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a device for transporting and tilting exterior insulation panels and a method for mass construction of exterior insulation panels using the same. In particular, it relates to a tilting device for transporting exterior insulation panels and a method for mass construction of exterior insulation panels using the same, which enables loading, transporting, and tilting of exterior insulation panels in a multi-stage manner, thereby reducing transportation costs and drastically shortening the construction period. Background Technology

[0002] The existing modular construction method, which integrates exterior insulation panels with structural members, required transporting panel modules one by one and tilting them on-site to proceed with construction due to equipment limitations. Since these modules are transported individually, the number of transports increases, resulting in high transportation costs and significant working time. Furthermore, exterior insulation panel blocks with a width of 5.4m were subject to fines under the Road Traffic Act, meaning transportation was only permitted during nighttime hours. Therefore, it is necessary to change the width of the exterior insulation panel blocks to less than 3.0m. Additionally, a device is required that enables the transport of large quantities, thereby reducing the number of transports and shortening working time.

[0003] The technology forming the background of the present invention includes: Published Utility Model No. 20-2011-0005411 (Patent Document 1), which discloses a multi-stage panel moving device capable of moving a plurality of panels simultaneously; Registered Patent No. 10-1281004 (Patent Document 2), which discloses a loading system capable of minimizing loading space by stacking sandwich panels in multiple stages; Published Patent No. 10-2022-0060613 (Patent Document 3), which discloses a ground solar panel transport system comprising: a stack portion in which a plurality of solar panels are loaded such that the rear surface of the solar panels is positioned above the front surface; a pickup portion for picking up and moving the solar panels loaded on the stack portion; and a tilting portion on which the solar panels picked up by the pickup portion are mounted and which tilt the mounted solar panels; and Registered Patent No. 10-2122939 (Patent Document 4), which includes a base portion; A tilting motion vibration suppression device is disclosed, comprising: a tilting part extending upward from a base part by a predetermined distance; a cylinder receiving part spaced apart from the lower side of the base part by a predetermined distance; a cylinder having one end disposed in the cylinder receiving part and the other end disposed on the lower surface of the tilting part to drive the tilting part to rotate at a preset angle; a hinge part connecting the front end of the base part and the front end of the tilting part to guide the tilting part to rotate in a preset direction according to the driving of the cylinder; and a vibration damping part connecting each of the rear end of the base part and the rear end of the tilting part in an up-and-down direction with the cylinder as the center to suppress vibration of the tilting part when the tilting part rotates and drives up and down.

[0004] However, the loading unit disclosed in the above background technologies has a problem in that it does not have the function to perform multiple stacking and tilting simultaneously. Prior art literature

Specific details for implementing the invention

[0016] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the attached drawings, but the presented embodiments are exemplary for a clear understanding of the present invention and the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0017] The tilting device (100) for transporting an external insulation panel according to the present invention is used for transporting and tilting an external insulation panel (200) as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4.

[0018] The transport and tilting device (100) for external insulation panels includes a loading frame (110) installed on a trailer (10), a tilting cylinder (130) for tilting the loading frame (110), and a panel support (140) that enables the external insulation panels (200) to be loaded in a multi-stage manner on the loading frame (110).

[0019] As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 and FIGS. 7, the loading frame (110) is mounted on the trailer (10) by hinge connecting one end to it so that the incline can be adjusted.

[0020] The loading frame (110) is composed of a pair of lower longitudinal members (112) arranged side by side with a mutually equal spacing, a lower transverse member (114) connecting the pair of lower longitudinal members (112 and 112), loading columns (116) installed facing each other at each position set on the pair of lower longitudinal members (112 and 112), and an upper longitudinal member (118) connected to the upper portion of the selected loading columns (116) arranged in the longitudinal direction.

[0021] Additionally, the loading frame (110) is provided with a panel support guide channel (120) installed at regular intervals on a loading column (116) selected for the installation of a panel support member (140) as shown in FIGS. 5a to 6b, a panel support member stop pin (122) installed in the panel support member guide channel (120) to limit the amount of forward and backward movement of the panel support member (140), a safety fixing pin (124) located above the panel support member stop pin (122) and installed through the panel support member guide channel (120), and a safety fixing pin operating lever (126) installed at the exposed end of the safety fixing pin (124) and used as a handle.

[0022] Unexplained reference numeral '120a' is a 'stop pin insertion hole' for installing a panel support stop pin (122), and '120b' is a 'cylindrical sleeve for installing a safety fixing pin (124)'.

[0023] One end of the tilting cylinder (130) is hinged to the side of the trailer (10) and the other end is connected to the loading frame (110), so that the loading frame (110) can be rotated at an angle with the hinge as an axis according to the direction of operation (see FIG. 2b).

[0024] As shown in FIG. 3, panel support members (140) are arranged facing each other at predetermined positions along the length of the loading frame (110) and at regular intervals along the height. Additionally, the panel support members (140) are installed to allow sliding movement in a certain distance and support each of the external insulation panels (200) that are loaded in multiple quantities.

[0025] In this embodiment, five external insulation panels (200) can be stacked, but the present invention is not limited to such a number of stacked panels.

[0026] As shown in FIGS. 5a to 6b, the panel support member (140) is a long box shape having a square cross-section and includes a support block (142) having guide holes (142a) into which panel support member stop pins (122) are inserted on both sides and a panel support ledge (142b) on the upper surface, a fixing block (144) having a relatively short length and joined to the upper part of the support block (142) and having a panel support member fixing hole (144a) into which a safety fixing pin (124) is inserted, and a panel support member position control plate (146) joined to the rear end of the support block (142) to control the position of the panel support member (140) when loading and lifting the external insulation panel (200).

[0027] Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5a, the panel support member (140) can support the external insulation panel (200) with the panel support ledge (142b) by moving the support block (142) forward by operating the panel support member position control plate (146) so that it protrudes from the loading column (116) on the loading frame (110).

[0028] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 6b, a rubber pad (143) may be additionally installed on the panel support ledge (142b) of the support block (142) to provide a support for the external insulation panel (200) without damage.

[0029] A method for mass construction of external insulation panels using a tilting device (100) for transporting external insulation panels configured in this way is explained.

[0030] First, as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 2a, after moving the transport vehicle to the production and shipment or storage site of the external insulation panel (200), the external insulation panel (200) is supported by the panel support member (140) on the loading frame (110) on the side of the external insulation panel transport and tilting device (100) installed on the trailer (10) of the transport vehicle, and is stacked in a multi-stage manner from the bottom to the top.

[0031] At this stage, the safety fixing pin operating lever (126) is operated to fix the panel support member (140) with the safety fixing pin (124), thereby increasing the support safety of the external insulation panel (200).

[0032] Next, as shown in Fig. 8, the trailer (10) is transported to move the exterior insulation panel (200) to the construction site, and then the tilting cylinder (130) is operated to set the loading frame (110) at an incline.

[0033] Next, as shown in Fig. 10, the external insulation panels (200) are lifted one by one from the top and moved to the corresponding floor while releasing the fixation of the safety fixing pin (124).

[0034] At this stage, by moving the panel support member (140) that was supporting the lifted external insulation panel (200) backward by operating the panel support member position control plate (146), the lifting of the external insulation panel (200) that was waiting for the next lifting is made possible.

[0035] In this way, by using the external insulation panel transport-compatible tilting device (100) of the present invention, the external insulation panels (200) can be stacked in multiple layers to reduce the number of transports and save transport time and transport costs, and the overall tilting and lifting work time can be shortened to reduce construction costs.

[0036] Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the presented embodiments, those skilled in the art may make various modifications and variations without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention by referring to the presented embodiments. The present invention is not limited by such modifications and variations, but is limited only by the claims appended below. Explanation of the symbols
