Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to artificial fur.
[0002] The present invention relates to artificial fur composed of a multi-type synthetic yarn combination structure that improves the ease of care and thermal insulation of the artificial fur by utilizing a composite fiber structure comprising a plurality of synthetic yarns of different shapes and a synthetic yarn root that binds them together.
[0003] The present invention relates to an artificial fur composed of a multi-type artificial fur combination structure that provides easy maintenance by suppressing tangling or disintegration of the arrangement of artificial fur during use through a complex design of the shape of the artificial fur root, the distribution of the length and cross-sectional thickness of the artificial fur, and the arrangement structure of the artificial fur, while stably maintaining the air retention space formed between the artificial furs to improve thermal insulation performance. Background Technology
[0004] Artificial fur is a fiber product formed by implanting or bonding a number of synthetic fibers onto a substrate, and it is widely used in various fields such as clothing, fashion accessories, and interior materials to replace the appearance and feel of natural fur. While such artificial fur has the advantages of being relatively lightweight and having excellent productivity compared to natural fur, it contains problems such as the synthetic fibers being prone to tangling, disintegration of their arrangement, and shape instability during use and storage.
[0005] Furthermore, while the thermal insulation performance of conventional artificial fur has primarily been secured by increasing the length or density of the synthetic fibers or adding fillers, a problem arises where the thermal insulation performance deteriorates if the arrangement of the synthetic fibers collapses during use, causing the air layer formed between the fibers to become unstable.
[0006] In this regard, Korean registered patent No. 10-2768729 discloses "artificial fur clothing with excellent thermal insulation and comfort," but there are limitations in simultaneously satisfying ease of care and thermal insulation performance because the structural design considering the structure of the artificial fur root, the distribution of the length and thickness of the artificial yarn, and the behavioral characteristics according to their arrangement is not sufficiently implemented.
[0007] Accordingly, there is a need to develop a new artificial fur structure that can structurally suppress the breakdown and entanglement of the artificial fibers, making management easy, while also stably maintaining the air retention structure between the artificial fibers. The problem to be solved
[0008] The objective of the present invention is to solve the problems associated with conventional artificial fur, and more specifically, to structurally improve the problem of tangling, disintegration of arrangement, and shape instability of artificial fibers during use and storage, which makes management cumbersome.
[0009] In addition, the present invention aims to provide an artificial fur that is easy to manage by structurally suppressing rotation and relative movement of the artificial fibers through a combined design of the structure of the artificial fiber root, the length, cross-sectional thickness, and arrangement of the artificial fibers, while simultaneously providing an artificial fur with improved thermal insulation performance by stably maintaining an air retention structure between the artificial fibers. means of solving the problem
[0010] In order to solve the aforementioned problem,
[0011] The artificial fur composed of a multi-type synthetic fiber combination structure of the present invention is,
[0012] A receiving portion formed in the support portion,
[0013] An artificial hair root having a polygonal cross-section inserted into the above-mentioned receiving portion, and
[0014] In a synthetic fur comprising a plurality of synthetic fibers that are gathered and extended at the root portion of the synthetic hair, the plurality of synthetic fibers are,
[0015] The cross-sectional thickness gradually decreases as it is spaced apart from the above-mentioned artificial hair root, and the first artificial hair having the longest length among the plurality of artificial hairs, and
[0016] A second artificial fiber positioned radially outward from the first artificial fiber, having a cross-sectional thickness that increases or is maintained as it is spaced apart from the artificial fiber root, and having a length shorter than the first artificial fiber and longer than the third artificial fiber;
[0017] The present invention provides an artificial fur composed of a third artificial yarn that is positioned inward in the radial direction relative to the first artificial yarn, has a cross-sectional thickness that increases or is maintained as it is spaced apart from the artificial yarn root, and has a shorter length than the first artificial yarn and the second artificial yarn. Effects of the invention
[0018] The present invention adopts a composite fiber structure in which a synthetic fiber root is formed to have a polygonal cross-section and a plurality of synthetic fibers are bundled and extended in the synthetic fiber root, thereby structurally restricting rotation and deformation in the synthetic fiber root. Accordingly, free rotation or excessive relative movement of the synthetic fibers during use is suppressed, and the effect of significantly reducing the disintegration and entanglement of the synthetic fibers is achieved.
[0019] The present invention is configured by combining multiple synthetic fibers such that their length and cross-sectional thickness distributions differ, thereby maintaining the flexible behavior of the long synthetic fibers while stabilizing the behavior of the entire synthetic fiber bundle by the relatively short and thick synthetic fibers, so that the arrangement of the synthetic fibers remains relatively stable even after repeated wear or friction, and thus the cost and time required for clothing care, such as frequent combing or styling, are reduced.
[0020] The present invention has the effect of further suppressing rotational behavior in the artificial hair root and individual artificial fibers by arranging the artificial fibers to correspond to the corners or faces of a polygonal cross-section in the artificial hair root or by forming at least some of the artificial fibers into a non-circular cross-section, and thereby maintaining the directionality of the artificial fibers and improving the uniformity of the appearance.
[0021] The present invention has the effect of further improving the appearance retention of the artificial fur by naturally mitigating twisting or asymmetrical alignment that may occur after storage or wear, through which the center of gravity of the artificial fur root is deflected due to voids asymmetrically arranged within the artificial fur root, thereby stabilizing the artificial fur root in a specific orientation due to gravity or vibration during use.
[0022] The present invention provides the effect of stably maintaining the thermal insulation performance of artificial fur by suppressing the degradation of thermal insulation performance caused by the collapse of the arrangement that occurred in conventional artificial fur, as the air retention structure formed between the artificial fibers is stably maintained even during use due to the stable maintenance of the arrangement of the artificial fibers.
[0023] Consequently, by structurally controlling the behavior of the synthetic fibers, the present invention can provide synthetic fur that is easy to maintain while preserving thermal performance, and provides the effect of stably maintaining appearance and functional quality even during long-term use. [0028] The present invention relates to artificial fur composed of a multi-type synthetic yarn combination structure.
[0029] The artificial fur of the present invention is composed of artificial fur (100) and a support member (200).
[0030] The above artificial fur (100) is fixed and supported by a support member (200) as a component that forms the appearance and feel of the artificial fur.
[0031] The above support member (200) is a structural element that supports and fixes the artificial hair (100), and may be formed of a fabric, knitted fabric, nonwoven fabric, or a laminated structure thereof, and in some cases may be formed of a thermoplastic resin sheet structure.
[0033] The above artificial hair (100) is described.
[0034] The above artificial hair (100) includes a plurality of artificial fibers (110) and an artificial hair root portion (120) formed by the aggregation of the plurality of artificial fibers (110).
[0035] The artificial hair root portion (120) is configured to be inserted into a receiving portion (210) formed in the support portion (200) and is formed to have a polygonal cross-section. Due to this polygonal cross-sectional structure, rotation or deformation of the artificial hair root portion (120) within the receiving portion (210) is structurally restricted, and the orientation state of the artificial hair (100) is stably maintained during use.
[0036] The above artificial fibers (110) are a plurality of fiber elements that are connected to and extended from the artificial fiber root portion (120), and are configured to have different lengths, cross-sectional thicknesses, and placement positions.
[0037] More specifically, the above artificial fiber (110) includes a first artificial fiber (111), a second artificial fiber (112), and a third artificial fiber (113).
[0038] The first artificial yarn (111) is formed such that its cross-sectional thickness gradually decreases as it is spaced apart from the artificial hair root (120), and has the longest length among the plurality of artificial yarns (110). Accordingly, the first artificial yarn (111) plays a primary role in forming the appearance and texture of the artificial fur.
[0039] The second artificial fiber (112) is positioned radially outward relative to the first artificial fiber (111) and is formed such that the cross-sectional thickness increases or is substantially maintained as it is spaced further from the artificial fiber root portion (120).
[0040] Additionally, the second artificial fiber (112) is configured to have a length shorter than the first artificial fiber (111) and longer than the third artificial fiber (113). Accordingly, the second artificial fiber (112) acts as an auxiliary brake to restrict excessive movement of the first artificial fiber (111).
[0041] The third artificial fiber (113) is positioned radially inward relative to the first artificial fiber (111) and is formed such that the cross-sectional thickness increases or is substantially maintained as it is spaced apart from the artificial fiber root portion (120).
[0042] Additionally, the third artificial fiber (113) is configured to have a shorter length than the first artificial fiber (111) and the second artificial fiber (112). Accordingly, the third artificial fiber (113) serves to stabilize the behavior of the artificial fiber (110) bundle near the artificial fiber root (120).
[0043] The above artificial hair root portion (120) may have a structure in which a plurality of artificial fibers (110) are integrally formed and bundled, and the artificial fibers (110) may be configured to extend continuously from the artificial hair root portion (120). Due to such an integrally formed structure, the reliability of the connection between the artificial fibers (110) and the artificial hair root portion (120) is improved, and the structural stability of the artificial hair (100) during use is ensured.
[0044] Additionally, the first artificial fiber (111), the second artificial fiber (112), and the third artificial fiber (113) may be arranged to correspond to the corners or faces of the polygonal cross-section of the artificial fiber root portion (120), thereby more effectively restricting rotation and deformation in the artificial fiber root portion (120).
[0045] At least some of the above artificial fibers (110) may be formed to have a polygonal, elliptical, or eccentric cross-section rather than a circular one, thereby suppressing the rotational behavior of individual artificial fibers (110), i.e., movement rotating around the root axis, and improving the arrangement stability of the entire artificial fiber (100).
[0046] Furthermore, the artificial hair root (120) may be configured to include at least one asymmetrically arranged void inside. The center of gravity of the artificial hair root (120) is deflected by the location and shape of the void, and the artificial hair root (120) is stabilized in a specific position by gravity or vibration during use.
[0048] The above support member (200) is described.
[0049] The above support member (200) is a structural element that supports and fixes the artificial hair (100), and a receiving member (210) into which the artificial hair root member (120) is inserted is formed, and the receiving member (210) is formed to correspond to the shape of the artificial hair root member (120) to restrict the detachment and rotation of the artificial hair (100).
[0051] With this configuration, the artificial fur according to the present invention structurally suppresses entanglement and disarray of the artificial fibers (110) during use, thereby improving ease of maintenance, and provides the effect of improving thermal insulation performance by stably maintaining the air retention structure formed between the artificial fibers (110).
[0053] Experimental Example 1: Evaluation of arrangement stability according to the number of entanglement points
[0054] In order to confirm the arrangement stability of the artificial fur according to the present invention, a specimen to which the artificial fur of the present invention is applied (hereinafter referred to as 'Experimental Example') and a specimen of artificial fur of a conventional structure composed of artificial fur having the same length and cross-sectional thickness as the first artificial fur (hereinafter referred to as 'Comparative Example') were each prepared.
[0055] Experimental and comparative examples were prepared as specimens of the same area (50 cm × 50 cm), and 20 repetitive hand friction and brush friction were applied to the surface of the specimens to simulate the actual usage environment. Friction was performed by reciprocating along the arrangement direction of the synthetic fibers, and after the friction was completed, the surface of the specimens was visually observed to count the points where the synthetic fibers were entangled and clearly identifiable.
[0056] As a result, in the comparative example, multiple entanglement points were observed throughout the specimen after repeated friction, and the entanglement was concentrated locally, clearly showing a breakdown of the arrangement. On the other hand, in the experimental example, the number of entanglement points decreased significantly, and even when entanglement occurred, it appeared in a localized and limited form, confirming that the arrangement stability was maintained relatively well.
[0057] [Table 1] below summarizes the average number of entanglement points per unit area after performing 10 repeated tests under the same conditions.
[0059] division Number of entanglement points (points / 2,500 cm²) Comparative example 30~40 Examples 5~10
[0061] As shown in [Table 1] above, in the comparative example, an average of 30 to 40 or more tangle points per unit area were observed, whereas in the experimental example, the number of tangle points was significantly reduced to 5 to 10. From these results, it can be seen that the artificial fur according to the present invention effectively reduces tangle occurrence and improves arrangement stability even in a repetitive use environment by suppressing rotation and relative movement of the artificial fibers through the combination of different artificial fibers and the structural design of the artificial fiber roots.
[0063] Experimental Example 2: Evaluation of the number of sorting operations required for arrangement recovery
[0064] In order to confirm the arrangement stability of the artificial fur according to the present invention, a specimen to which the artificial fur of the present invention is applied (hereinafter referred to as 'Experimental Example') and a specimen of artificial fur of a conventional structure composed of artificial fur having the same length and cross-sectional thickness as the first artificial fur (hereinafter referred to as 'Comparative Example') were each prepared.
[0065] Experimental and comparative examples were prepared as specimens of the same area (50 cm × 50 cm), and then, to simulate an actual usage environment, the arrangement of the synthetic fibers was intentionally disrupted by applying 20 repetitive hand friction and brush friction to the surface of the specimens. Subsequently, the number of cleaning operations performed using the same brush from the time the friction ended until the arrangement of the synthetic fibers recovered to a state close to the initial state was counted.
[0066] The above sorting operation was defined as one cycle of reciprocating the brush with a constant force and speed along the arrangement direction of the synthetic fibers, and a total of 5 repeated tests were performed under the same conditions and evaluated as the average value.
[0067] As a result, in the comparative example, multiple cleanup operations were required to restore the collapsed arrangement of the artificial material, and it was observed that a considerable amount of time was required for the arrangement to be restored. On the other hand, in the experimental example, the collapse of the artificial material's arrangement was relatively limited, and it was confirmed that the arrangement was restored to a state close to the initial state with only a few cleanup operations.
[0068] [Table 2] below summarizes the average number of entanglement points per unit area after performing 5 repeated tests under the same conditions.
[0070] division Number of cleanup operations (times / piece) Comparative example 25~30 Examples 5~8
[0071] As shown in Table 2, the comparative example required an average of 25 or more sorting operations to restore alignment, whereas the experimental example was able to restore alignment with only 8 or fewer sorting operations. From these results, it can be seen that the artificial fur according to the present invention has improved ease of maintenance by significantly reducing the amount of maintenance work required to restore alignment after use, as rotation and relative movement of the artificial fibers are suppressed by the combination of different artificial fibers and the structural design of the artificial fiber root portion.
