Abstract

The present invention relates to a special composite bar for seismic resistance and a seismic wall system using the same. The invention comprises a metal body having a cross-sectional outer edge formed by integrally bending 'U'-shaped curved ribs on both outer edges, and a seismic spring that is inserted longitudinally inside the metal body and includes an inclined section and a bent section that are repeatedly bent in a zigzag shape, wherein the bent section is configured to alternately contact the inner circumferences of the metal body facing each other. Through this structure, when an external force is applied, the seismic spring undergoes repeated deformation and return, thereby forming a behavior that allows for stepwise displacement inside the metal body, and consequently, seismic behavior that suppresses rapid positional changes is realized. At the same time, the outer contour of the metal body forms a hollow structure in the shape of an 'H' due to the curved ribs on the outer surface of the metal body, thereby forming a support state that responds to the external force. Furthermore, through the interaction between the curved ribs and the seismic spring, a structure is formed in which deformation due to the external force proceeds stepwise, and damping behavior and return behavior against impact are repeated, thereby suppressing the accumulation of deformation of the structure and maintaining a state of returning to the initial shape. Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a special composite bar for seismic resistance and a seismic wall system using the same, and more specifically, to a special composite bar for seismic resistance and a seismic wall system using the same that can simultaneously secure seismic performance and functionality by combining a composite panel with a frame in which a metal body having an outer curved rib structure, seismic springs in alternating contact with the inside, and a foamed concrete layer are compositely applied. Background Technology

[0003] In general, dry wall systems combining lightweight steel studs and gypsum board panels are widely used as wall structures to ensure the seismic performance of buildings, and various technologies are being developed to respond to external impacts or seismic loads, such as applying elastic members inside the studs or improving the functionality of the panels.

[0004] Accordingly, the previously disclosed registered patent No. 10-2772672 discloses a seismic stud structure configured such that a zigzag-shaped seismic plate spring is installed inside a stud member, allowing the bent portion of the spring to make line contact with the inner surface of the stud upon the application of an external force, thereby enabling repeated deformation and restoration. This possesses the technical essence of dispersing impact energy and suppressing structural deformation. However, the above technology has limitations in that the stud member is composed of an open cross-section structure and lacks a separate reinforcement structure, raising concerns about local buckling during repeated load application. Furthermore, the contact between the spring and the stud is limited to a line contact form, resulting in insufficient load distribution. Additionally, as the interior of the stud remains in an unfilled state, structural rigidity is insufficient, and deformation stability deteriorates due to fatigue accumulation during long-term use.

[0005] Furthermore, another prior art, Registered Patent No. 10-2500872, discloses a panel structure in which a wall is formed using a composite panel combining a metal steel plate and a gypsum board, and the panel is supported through a ceiling support and baseboard, along with a surface equipped with antistatic and antibacterial functions. This provides a technical essence that improves indoor environmental hygiene and antistatic performance. However, the above technology has limited ability to respond to external forces due to a lack of structural reinforcement means to enhance the seismic performance of the wall frame itself. Additionally, as the panel connection structure relies on simple support and fastening methods, there is a problem where the load is concentrated on the entire structure when impact loads are transmitted. Moreover, vibration damping performance is insufficient because a filling structure is not applied inside the frame, and there is a possibility of loosening of the joints and cracking of the finishing parts when subjected to repeated external forces.

[0006] As such, while conventional technologies are effective in individually improving seismic performance or functional panel structures, they have limitations in terms of structural stability and long-term durability after construction because they fail to integrally realize the securing of frame stiffness, elastic deformation structures, and load distribution and damping functions provided by fillers. In particular, repeated seismic or impact loads can lead to the accumulation of local buckling of studs, uneven wear of springs, deformation of panel joints, and damage to finishing parts, which ultimately raises concerns about compromising the structural reliability of the entire wall.

[0007] Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop technology that secures rigidity through an external rib structure while simultaneously implementing load distribution, shock absorption, and recovery functions by applying a combination of zigzag-shaped seismic springs and a filling structure internally, thereby ensuring seismic performance integrated with the panel joint structure. Prior art literature

[0009] (Patent Document 0001) KR 10-2772672 B1(Patent Document 0002) KR 10-2500872 B1 The problem to be solved

[0010] Accordingly, the present invention was conceived to solve the aforementioned problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a special composite bar for seismic resistance capable of simultaneously implementing load distribution, shock absorption, and restoration functions through a structure in which a metal body having outer curved ribs and a zigzag-shaped seismic spring and a foamed concrete layer are compositely applied internally, and a seismic wall system using the same. means of solving the problem

[0012] To achieve this purpose, the present invention features a metal body (10) having a pair of 'C'-shaped curved ribs (11) integrally bent and formed on both outer edges, and the outer shape of the cross section having an 'H' shape, and a seismic spring (20) inserted and installed in the longitudinal direction along the internal space of the metal body (10); wherein the seismic spring (20) includes a plurality of inclined sections (21) that are repeatedly bent in a zigzag shape along the longitudinal direction and a bent section (22) connecting the inclined sections, and the bent sections (22) spaced apart along the longitudinal direction of the seismic spring (20) are provided to alternately contact the mutually opposing inner surfaces of the metal body (10).

[0013] At this time, a foamed concrete layer (30) is formed in the internal space of the metal body (10), and the seismic spring (20) is provided to provide a special seismic composite bar configured to compositely reinforce the metal body (10) together with the foamed concrete layer (30).

[0014] Additionally, the apparatus comprises a baseboard member (40) formed in a 'U' shape and installed on the floor so as to be fitted with the lower end of the seismic-resistant composite special bar (100), an upper finishing member (50) installed on the ceiling to support the composite special bar (100) from above, a composite panel (60) arranged opposite each other on one or both sides centered on the composite special bar (100) to form a wall, a wall finishing member (70) installed on the wall surface to support the composite panel (60) from the side, and a filling material (80) filled in the space between adjacent composite special bars (100) that are finished by the composite panel (60). The upper finishing member (50) comprises a center slot portion (51) fitted with the upper end of the composite special bar (100), and an extension slot portion (52) extended to an expanded size relative to the center slot portion (51) to restrain the upper end of the composite panel (60) installed on the composite special bar (100). It is characterized by providing a seismic wall system using a special composite bar for seismic resistance.

[0015] Additionally, the above composite panel (60) is characterized by providing a seismic wall system using a seismic-resistant composite special bar, comprising a gypsum board (61), a steel plate cover (62) having a compartment (62a) formed to accommodate the gypsum board (61) and a wing portion (62b) formed on the edge portion, a fixing member (63) that is fastened to the composite special bar (100) in an overlapping state with the wing portion (62a) of an adjacent steel plate cover (62), and a joint material (64) that is fitted into the joint area between adjacent steel plate covers (62) to finish the fixing member (63) in a non-exposed manner.

[0016] delete Effects of the invention

[0018] According to the above configuration and operation, the outer cross-section is configured to form an 'H'-shaped hollow structure by means of 'U'-shaped curved ribs formed on both sides of the outer surface of the metal body, thereby enabling the opposing side walls and upper and lower sections to simultaneously form a supported state when an external force is applied, and consequently, the shape-maintaining ability of the metal body itself is enhanced.

[0019] In addition, the seismic spring inserted inside the metal body is composed of zigzag-shaped inclined and bent sections, and forms a structure in which the bent sections alternately contact the inner surface of the metal body. Consequently, when an external force is applied, the contact position of the bent sections moves sequentially along the inner surface, creating a state in which deformation and return are repeated. This allows for the implementation of seismic behavior in which displacement within the metal body is allowed in stages while suppressing sudden positional changes.

[0020] In addition, the foamed concrete layer formed inside the metal body is formed as a lightweight structure containing a number of air bubbles, thereby suppressing the increase in weight of the overall structure while reinforcing the shape retention of the metal body by filling the internal space, and by forming a composite structure integrated with the seismic spring to suppress longitudinal deformation of the metal body, the effect of improving structural stability is achieved.

[0021] In addition, in a wall system using a composite special bar, the upper and lower ends of the composite special bar are supported by a baseboard member and an upper finishing member in a fitted state, and a structure is formed in which composite panels are fastened from both sides, thereby maintaining a constant connection position between each component. Furthermore, a rim restraint structure is formed in which a filler material is filled in the space between the composite special bars and the side ends of the composite panels are supported by wall finishing members, which has the effect of stably maintaining the shape of the entire wall.

[0026] FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram showing a seismic-resistant composite special bar according to an embodiment of the present invention in front and plan views, FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram showing an overall seismic-resistant wall system using a seismic-resistant composite special bar according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a longitudinal section showing the internal structure of a seismic-resistant wall system using a seismic-resistant composite special bar according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a transverse section showing the internal structure of a seismic-resistant wall system using a seismic-resistant composite special bar according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0027] The present invention relates to a special composite bar for seismic resistance and a seismic wall system using the same, comprising a metal body having outer surface curved ribs and a structure in which a zigzag-shaped seismic spring and a foamed concrete layer are compositely applied inside, thereby enabling simultaneous load distribution, shock absorption, and restoration functions, wherein a pair of 'C'-shaped curved ribs (11) are integrally bent and formed on both outer edges, and the outer shape of the cross-section forms an 'H' shape, and a seismic spring (20) inserted and installed in the longitudinal direction along the internal space of the metal body (10).

[0028] In FIG. 1, the metal body (10) is formed as a hollow structure extending in the longitudinal direction, and the curved ribs (11) formed on both edges are continuously formed in a state protruding outward from the outer surface of the metal body (10) so that the outer contour forms an 'H' shape.

[0029] In addition, the above-mentioned curved rib (11) is configured to repeat a deformation-return behavior in which local shape deformation is allowed in the rib section when an external force is applied and the rib returns to its original shape when the external force is released, so that the metal body (10) exhibits fluidity and elastic behavior that allows for stepwise displacement in response to an external force and maintains a state of returning to its initial shape even after a strong impact.

[0030] Additionally, the metal body (10) is arranged such that the outer cross-section forms an 'H'-shaped hollow structure by means of curved ribs (11) formed on both sides of the outer surface, and the opposing side walls and upper and lower sections simultaneously form a support state that responds to external forces. The deformation-return behavior of the curved ribs (11) and the deformation process caused by the alternating contact structure of the seismic spring (20) are linked to form a state in which the displacement of the metal body (10) is restricted in stages when an external force is applied, thereby suppressing rapid deformation caused by impact, and maintaining a state in which the metal body (10) and the seismic spring (20) return to their initial shape together when the external force is released.

[0031] Meanwhile, on the other side of the outer surface of the metal body (10), a V-line (12) is formed in the longitudinal direction, and when a fixing member (63) for fastening the composite panel (60) is formed as a direct fastening piece, the V-line (12) acts as a groove that guides the initial entry position on the outer surface of the metal body (10), thereby inducing the fastening position of the fixing member (63) to be aligned along the longitudinal direction.

[0032] In addition, the seismic spring (20) is installed by inserting it in a straight line along the center of the internal space of the metal body (10).

[0033] The above seismic spring (20) is formed to include a plurality of inclined sections (21) that are repeatedly bent in a zigzag shape along the length direction, and a bent section (22) connecting adjacent inclined sections (21).

[0034] The above-mentioned inclined portions (21) are formed continuously so as to be arranged in opposite directions, and the bent portions (22) are formed at a position connecting the inclined portions (21) and the inclined portions (21), and are spaced apart at regular intervals along the length direction of the seismic spring (20).

[0035] The above-mentioned bending portions (22) are arranged spaced apart from each other along the length direction of the seismic spring (20) so that an alternating contact state is formed over the entire length direction of the metal body (10).

[0036] With the above seismic spring (20) inserted into the internal space of the metal body (10), the bent portion (22) is arranged to alternately contact the opposing inner surfaces of the metal body (10).

[0037] The adjacent bending portions (22) maintain a positional relationship in which they alternately contact the inner surface of opposite sides, and through this alternating contact structure, the seismic spring (20) maintains a center-aligned state without eccentricity inside the metal body (10). When an external force is applied, the contact position of the bending portion (22) moves sequentially along the inner surface of the metal body (10), forming a structure in which deformation and return are repeated according to the angle change of the inclined portion (21). Through the repeated process of deformation and return as described above, the displacement due to the external force is absorbed stepwise, thereby suppressing abrupt positional changes of the entire metal body (10) and seismic behavior is implemented.

[0038] Additionally, a foamed concrete layer (30) is formed and filled in the internal space of the metal body (10), and the seismic spring (20) is maintained in a state embedded within the foamed concrete layer (30).

[0039] The above-mentioned foamed concrete layer (30) is filled in a state of close contact with the inner surface of the metal body (10) to fix the position of the seismic spring (20), and is arranged to fill the remaining space excluding the section where the bent portion (22) of the seismic spring (20) contacts the inner surface.

[0040] Here, the foamed concrete layer (30) is formed into a lightweight structure containing a plurality of bubbles by foaming and hardening a mixture comprising a cementitious binder, water, and a foaming agent, thereby maintaining a state in which the shape can be maintained while suppressing the increase in self-weight when filled in the internal space of the metal body (10), and after hardening, an integrated filled state is formed along the inner surface of the metal body (10) so that the seismic spring (20) is maintained inside the metal body (10) without displacement.

[0041] Furthermore, the above-mentioned seismic spring (20) and the foamed concrete layer (30) form a composite structure integrated within the metal body (10), and as the foamed concrete layer (30) deforms together with the seismic spring (20) during the deformation process, a state is formed in which the shape of the metal body (10) is maintained. The foamed concrete layer (30) is formed as a lightweight structure containing a plurality of bubbles, and is configured to strengthen the shape-maintaining state of the metal body (10) by filling the internal space while maintaining a state in which the increase in the total weight applied to the metal body (10) is suppressed. In the state in which the seismic spring (20) is inserted into the metal body (10) filled with the foamed concrete layer (30) as described above, the seismic spring (20) maintains a structure in which it alternately contacts the inner surface of the metal body (10), and forms a positional relationship that suppresses the state in which the side wall of the metal body (10) deforms rapidly outward or inward during longitudinal deformation, thereby allowing the metal body (10) to... It is configured to form resistance to bending deformation.

[0042] And, the seismic wall system using the seismic-resistant composite special bar according to the present invention includes a composite special bar (100), a baseboard member (40), an upper finishing member (50), and a composite panel (60).

[0043] The above composite special bar (100) is inserted into a baseboard member (40) formed in a 'U' shape so that its lower end is fitted and fixedly installed on the floor, and its upper end is supported by an upper finishing member (50) installed on the ceiling.

[0044] The above-mentioned baseboard member (40) is formed to have an inner space corresponding to the lower outer shape of the composite special bar (100), thereby forming a structure in which the composite special bar (100) is inserted from the bottom to the top, and guides the position of the composite special bar (100) to be maintained in a vertical direction while inserted.

[0045] The above-mentioned baseboard member (40) is fixedly installed on the floor surface and is formed with a height of at least 100mm to form a restraining state that surrounds the lower part of the composite special bar (100), thereby maintaining a positional relationship so that the composite special bar (100) does not detach from the floor when an external force is applied. The baseboard member (40) and the upper finishing member (50) are fixedly installed in a parallel state at corresponding positions, and then a composite special bar (100) with a foamed concrete layer (30) formed in the space between them is inserted from the bottom to the top and arranged. At this time, the installation spacing of the composite special bar (100) is set to correspond to the specifications of the composite panel (60) so that the composite panel (60) is formed in a state where it is fastened from both sides.

[0046] In FIG. 3, the upper finishing member (50) includes a center slot portion (51) that is fitted and coupled to the upper part of the composite special bar (100) to restrain the upper position of the composite special bar (100), and on both sides of the center slot portion (51), an extended slot portion (52) extended to an expanded size is formed to simultaneously accommodate the upper part of the composite panel (60).

[0047] Accordingly, a double restraint state is formed in which the upper position of the composite special bar (100) is restrained by the center slot portion (51), and at the same time, the upper part of the composite panel (60) is restrained by the expansion slot portion (52).

[0048] The composite panels (60) are arranged facing each other on one or both sides centered on the composite special bar (100), and each composite panel (60) is fastened at a position corresponding to the outer surface of the metal body (10).

[0049] Meanwhile, the above composite panel (60) is configured to be placed only on one side of the composite special bar (100) as needed to form a cross-sectional wall structure.

[0050] The above composite panel (60) includes a gypsum board (61) and a steel plate cover (62) having a compartment (62a) formed inside to accommodate the gypsum board (61), and a wing portion (62b) is formed on the edge portion of the steel plate cover (62).

[0051] In FIG. 4, the wing portion (62a) is formed with a width of 8 to 12 mm, and the wing portions (62a) of adjacent steel plate covers (62) are arranged in an overlapping state, and the overlapping wing portions (62a) are fastened to the outer surface of the composite special bar (100) by a fixing member (63). At this time, the fixing member (63) is formed as a direct fastening piece and is fastened by a screw connection method that penetrates the metal body (10) of the composite special bar (100) to fix the position of the composite panel (60).

[0052] The above steel plate cover (62) is formed by processing a steel plate with antistatic antibacterial coating treatment so that wing shapes are formed on both edges, and then forming a composite panel (60) by bonding a gypsum board (61) with a thickness of 12.5T to the inside of the steel plate cover (62).

[0053] For example, when constructing a wall on both sides, a composite panel (60) is first attached to one side of a composite special bar (100), and then a filling material (80) is filled into the space formed between adjacent composite special bars (100). Subsequently, a composite panel (60) is additionally attached to the other side to finish both sides.

[0054] And a joint material (64) is installed by fitting it into the joint area between adjacent steel plate covers (62). The joint material (64) is formed in a 'U' shape so that the fitting connection force is maintained by its own elasticity, and is positioned to cover the fixing member (63) so that it is not exposed to the outside.

[0055] Accordingly, the joint between the composite panels (60) is kept flat from the outside, and the spacing between each panel is kept constant by the adhesive material (64).

[0056] In addition, a wall finishing member (70) is installed on the side end of the composite panel (60).

[0057] The above wall finishing member (70) is formed in a 'U' shape and fixedly installed on a wall surface to support the side edge portion of the composite panel (60), and the composite panel (60) is positioned on one side or both sides centered on the composite special bar (100) so that the side end portion of the composite panel (60) contacts or is fitted into the wall finishing member (70).

[0058] The above wall finishing member (70) may include a receiving groove or a supporting surface corresponding to the side thickness of the composite panel (60), and by restraining the side end of the composite panel (60) by the receiving groove or supporting surface, the state in which the composite panel (60) is separated from or lifted away from the wall surface is suppressed.

[0059] And the wall finishing member (70) is configured to form a rim support structure that supports the bottom, top, and side ends of the composite panel (60) together with the baseboard member (40) and the top finishing member (50), so as to maintain the side finishing position of the wall while the composite panel (60) is fastened to the composite special bar (100).

[0060] In addition, a filler material (80) is provided to be filled in the space between adjacent composite special bars (100) that are finished by the composite panel (60).

[0061] The above filler (80) may be composed of a conventional wall filler selected according to the soundproofing, thermal insulation, fire resistance, or lightweighting conditions of the site, and may be formed of, for example, glass wool, mineral wool, rock wool, polyester sound-absorbing material, urethane foam, flame-retardant foam, or any combination thereof.

[0062] And the above filler material (80) can be inserted between adjacent composite special bars (100) in a state where it is cut or molded to a width corresponding to the installation spacing of the composite special bar (100), or it can be filled in such a way that a foamed material expands and hardens within the space, and when constructing on both sides, the one side composite panel (60) is fixed first, then supplemented through the other side space that is open, and then the other side composite panel (60) is fastened, thereby maintaining a state in which it is accommodated in the internal space between the composite panels (60).

[0063] In this way, the composite special bar (100), baseboard member (40), upper finishing member (50), composite panel (60), wall finishing member (70), and filler material (80) form a wall in a mutually combined state, and the composite special bar (100) is supported simultaneously from the top and bottom while maintaining a state of alignment in the vertical direction, and the composite panel (60) is fastened and fixed on both sides of the composite special bar (100) to form a structure that maintains the shape of the wall.
