Abstract

The present invention relates to a nozzle device for bonding laminated cores, wherein a passage connected to a nozzle hole is formed on the outer surface of the nozzle, and packings are installed on the outer surface of the nozzle above and below the passage, so that the passage placed between the upper and lower packings is opened and closed while the nozzle is raised and lowered in an adhesive dispenser. Thus, since the nozzle hole opens simultaneously with the lowering of the nozzle, the start and end times of adhesive discharge can be accurately controlled, thereby allowing a minute amount of adhesive to be accurately applied to the required area. Additionally, by attaching a control cap to the tip of the nozzle and screwing it onto the adhesive feeder, the height at which the tip of the nozzle protrudes from the adhesive feeder during the lifting process of the control cap can be consistently adjusted, allowing multiple nozzles to simultaneously contact the lamination forming the core and uniformly adjust the amount of application.

Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a nozzle device for bonding laminated cores, and more specifically, to a nozzle device for bonding laminated cores in which a passage connected to a nozzle hole is formed on the outer surface of the nozzle, and packings are installed on the upper and lower sides of the passage so that the passage between the upper and lower packings is opened and closed while the nozzle is raised and lowered in an adhesive feeder, so that when the passage is opened, the adhesive is supplied to the nozzle hole, thereby enabling quantitative dispensing and minimizing the nozzle hole. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, the adhesive production process for laminated cores using progressive dies is a method that ensures excellent durability through strong bonding between laminations while mass-producing precise cores at high speeds. It is characterized by continuously supplying roll-shaped electrical steel sheets to perform the processes of cutting, forming, bonding, and lamination in a single step.

[0003] The adhesive production process for laminated cores using a progressive die generally consists of the following steps. Roll-shaped electrical steel coils are fed into the die, and a high-speed press is used to continuously cut laminations of the desired shape and size. At this stage, the thickness and shape of the laminations are precisely controlled according to the die design. As the cut laminations pass through each station of the die, they undergo various forming processes such as slotting and embossing. In particular, the process includes enhancing adhesion through surface treatment of the bonding surfaces. Methods such as sanding and acid pickling are used.

[0004] Next, a precise amount of adhesive is applied to the bonding surface of the molded lamination. Various types of adhesives, such as epoxy resin and urethane resin, can be used, and application methods include spraying and roll coating. Subsequently, the adhesive-coated laminations are automatically stacked in precise positions. During this process, precise spacing is maintained between each lamination to ensure uniform adhesion. The stacked laminations are compressed with strong pressure to cure the adhesive and firmly secure the core. The compression time and temperature vary depending on the type of adhesive used. Then, the compressed core is cured for a certain period. The curing temperature and time are determined by the type and thickness of the adhesive. Finally, the process proceeds to cutting the cured core to the desired length and separating it into individual cores.

[0005] In the above process, the lamination can be fixed by methods such as bonding, welding, tab fixing, and riveting.

[0006] Recently, adhesive methods are widely used, and most of them involve allowing the adhesive to continuously overflow from the nozzle or opening the nozzle through a pin that enters and exits the nozzle hole, thereby applying the adhesive to the lamination in a dot shape.

[0007] The method of allowing adhesive to overflow allows for a smaller nozzle opening but has the disadvantage of potentially contaminating the surrounding area, while the pin method involving entry and exit through the nozzle opening prevents surrounding contamination but has disadvantages such as limitations in reducing the nozzle opening diameter.

[0013] The present invention was developed in consideration of the problems of the prior art, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a nozzle device for bonding laminated cores that enables quantitative dispensing and minimizes the nozzle hole by forming a passage connected to the nozzle hole on the outer surface of the nozzle and installing packings on the upper and lower outer surfaces of the nozzle on the passage so that the passage placed between the upper and lower packings is opened and closed while the nozzle is raised and lowered in the adhesive supply device, thereby allowing the adhesive to be supplied to the nozzle hole when the passage is opened. means of solving the problem

[0014] A nozzle device for bonding a laminated core according to one embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above objective comprises an adhesive feeder, a plurality of nozzles protruding above the adhesive feeder, an upper packing and a lower packing provided apart from each other on the outer surface of each nozzle, and a passage connected to a nozzle hole at least at one location on the outer surface of the nozzle between the upper packing and the lower packing. The adhesive feeder is formed with a plurality of guide portions that maintain a gap spaced apart from each nozzle and guide the upper packing and the lower packing to be raised together with the nozzle through sliding contact. Each nozzle is provided with a bottom portion that is caught on the lower end of the guide portion to restrict its upward movement. The lower packing is configured to allow adhesive to be injected into the nozzle hole by moving away from the lower end of the guide portion and along the gap and the passage while the nozzle is pressed down by the lamination constituting the laminated core. The bottom portion is configured to include an elastic portion that guides the nozzle to be raised elastically.

[0015] The above elastic part may be formed integrally in a hollow shape in conjunction with the bottom surface or configured separately in close contact with the bottom surface, and in the case of integral formation, it may be made to have its own elasticity through a spiral groove penetrating the inner and outer sides of the outer surface.

[0016] Each of the above nozzles is provided with a protective cap that is assembled to the upper outer surface in a press-fit manner, and each protective cap may have a hole formed therein that communicates with the nozzle hole.

[0017] Another embodiment of the present invention comprises an adhesive dispenser, a plurality of adjustment caps coupled to the adhesive dispenser by a screw-fastening method to adjust the fastening height, a plurality of nozzles protruding upward from inside each adjustment cap, an upper packing and a lower packing provided apart from each other on the outer surface of each nozzle, and a passage connected to a nozzle hole at least at one location on the outer surface of the nozzle between the upper packing and the lower packing. Each adjustment cap is formed with a cap guide portion that maintains a gap spaced apart from each nozzle and guides the upper packing and the lower packing to be raised together with the nozzle through sliding contact. Each nozzle is provided with a bottom portion that is caught on the lower end of the cap guide portion to restrict its upward movement. The lower packing is configured to allow adhesive to be injected into the nozzle hole by moving away from the lower end of the cap guide portion and along the gap and the passage while the nozzle is pressed down by the lamination constituting the laminated core. The bottom portion is configured to include an elastic portion that guides the nozzle to be raised elastically. Effects of the invention

[0018] According to the nozzle device for bonding a laminated core of the present invention as described above, the nozzle hole is connected to a passage on the side of the nozzle and packing is provided on the upper and lower sides of the passage, so that as the nozzle is raised and lowered in the adhesive feeder, the lower packing opens and the adhesive is supplied from the passage formed on the side to the nozzle hole, thereby minimizing the size of the nozzle hole.

[0019] In addition, since the nozzle opening opens simultaneously with the descent of the nozzle, the start and end times of adhesive dispensing can be accurately controlled, which has the advantage of allowing a minute amount of adhesive to be precisely applied to the required area.

[0020] In addition, by attaching an adjustment cap to the tip of the nozzle and screwing it onto the adhesive dispenser, the height at which the tip of the nozzle protrudes from the adhesive dispenser during the lifting and lowering process of the adjustment cap can be consistently adjusted, so that multiple nozzles can simultaneously come into contact with the lamination forming the core, thereby allowing the application amount to be adjusted uniformly.

[0021] In addition, the nozzle can be removed by detaching the control cap from the adhesive dispenser, allowing for quick replacement of the nozzle. Also, if a protective cap is placed on the tip of the nozzle, only the protective cap needs to be replaced when it is worn out, which has the effect of reducing the nozzle replacement cycle. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0023] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0024] FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a nozzle device for bonding a laminated core and an adhesive feeder according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a nozzle device according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the nozzle device for bonding a laminated core according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with an upper packing (12) and a lower packing (13) on the upper and lower sides of the outer circumference of a nozzle (10).

[0025] The nozzle (10) is provided with semicircular packing grooves (14) on the upper and lower sides, separated from each other, into which the upper packing (12) and the lower packing (13) are fitted.

[0026] The nozzle (10) has a passage (15) formed at least in one place on the outer surface between the mutually separated packing grooves (14) that is connected to the nozzle hole (11).

[0027] The adhesive dispenser (40) is configured to include an upper substrate (42) having an upper chamber (40a) filled with adhesive, which is provided with a plurality of guide parts (41) into which a plurality of nozzles (10) can be fitted and moved up and down, a lower substrate (43) having a lower chamber (40b) filled with adhesive that supports the lower part of the nozzles (10), and an injection port (46) connected to the lower chamber (40b).

[0028] The guide portion (41) is formed with an inner diameter such that the upper packing (12) and the lower packing (13) can slide in contact and move up and down, and maintains a gap concentric with the outer surface of the nozzle (10) at a certain distance from the height at which the packings (12) (13) protrude from the outer surface of the nozzle (10).

[0029] The lower end of the nozzle (10) is caught on the lower end of the guide part (41) to form a bottom part (20) that restricts the upward movement of the nozzle (10).

[0030] The packing groove (14) into which the lower packing (13) is fitted is formed at a point where the nozzle (10) and the bottom portion (20) are orthogonal.

[0031] The nozzle (10) may have a hollow elastic part (30) integrally formed in conjunction with the bottom part (20), or an elastic part (30) that is in close contact with the bottom part (20) may be separately provided.

[0032] When the above elastic part (30) is formed integrally, it has its own elasticity through a spiral groove (31) that penetrates the inner and outer sides of the outer surface.

[0033] The lower substrate (43) is provided with an inlet (44) into which a portion of the lower part of the elastic part (30) is fitted, and the inlet (44) has a through hole (45) communicating with the lower chamber (40b), and the inlet (44) is provided apart from the outer surface of the elastic part (30).

[0034] The nozzle (10) protrudes above the upper substrate (42), the bottom portion (20) is caught on the bottom of the guide portion (41), the bottom packing (13) is in contact with the inner surface of the bottom of the guide portion (41), and the elastic portion (30) is placed in the inlet (44) of the lower substrate (43) so that the nozzle (10) is assembled to the adhesive dispenser (40).

[0035] The nozzle device of one embodiment of the present invention configured as such operates as follows.

[0036] First, the upper substrate (42) is lifted and an elastic part (30) is placed on each inlet (44) of the lower substrate (43), and then the upper substrate (42) is placed on the lower substrate (43), so that a plurality of nozzles (10) can be assembled to the adhesive supply device (40) with each guide part (41) fitted into each nozzle (10).

[0037] Next, when adhesive is injected into the lower chamber (40b) through the injection port (46), it can also be filled into the upper chamber (40a) through the penetration port (45).

[0038] Furthermore, the elastic part (30) is fitted into the inlet (44), but there is a space between them, and the elastic part (30) has a spiral groove (31) formed therein, so the adhesive can flow through these gaps toward the upper chamber (40a).

[0039] As shown in FIG. 3, since the bottom portion (20) is caught on the bottom of the guide portion (41) and the bottom packing (13) is in close contact with the bottom inner surface of the guide portion (41), the adhesive does not flow into the gap between the nozzle (10) and the guide portion (41).

[0040] As shown in FIG. 4, when the lamination (L) constituting the laminated core presses the nozzle (10) through the upper mold (not shown), the lower packing (13) is displaced from the bottom of the guide part (41), so that adhesive flows into the gap between the guide part (41) and the nozzle (10), and the adhesive is supplied in a dot shape to the bottom surface of the lamination (L) as it moves from the passage (15) to the nozzle hole (11).

[0041] Next, even if the nozzle (10) is raised, the upper packing (12) is inside the guide part (41), so the external leakage of the adhesive can be suppressed.

[0042] Next, the elastic part (30) can be compressed while the spiral grooves (31) are narrowed, maintaining a minimum gap that does not hinder the flow of adhesive while the nozzle (10) is pressed.

[0043] Next, when the lamination (L) rises, the nozzle (10) rises due to the restoring force of the compressed elastic part (30), and the bottom part (20) is caught on the bottom of the guide part (41), and the bottom packing (13) enters the inner surface of the bottom of the guide part (41) and adheres to it, thereby suppressing the flow of adhesive.

[0044] By repeating the above process, adhesive can be accurately applied in a dot shape to the underside of the continuously moving lamination (L).

[0045] FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a nozzle device of another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the operating state of a nozzle device of another embodiment of the present invention.

[0046] Another embodiment of the present invention has the same configuration as the first embodiment of the present invention, except that a protective cap (50) is placed on the upper part of the nozzle (10).

[0047] The above protective cap (50) can be assembled to the upper outer surface of the nozzle (10) in a press-fit manner, and a hole is formed that communicates with the nozzle hole (11).

[0048] In this other embodiment of the present invention, when the tip of the nozzle (10) is worn or damaged, only the protective cap (50) needs to be replaced without replacing the entire nozzle, so the downtime can be minimized compared to replacing the entire nozzle (10).

[0049] In addition, the hole formed in the protective cap (50) can be made larger or smaller than the nozzle hole (11), so the nozzle shape can be quickly changed according to the size of the lamination (L).

[0050] FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of a nozzle device of another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the operating state of a nozzle device of another embodiment of the present invention.

[0051] A nozzle device of another embodiment of the present invention comprises a nozzle (10) having an upper packing (12) and a lower packing (13), a control cap (60) into which the nozzle (10) is fitted and which is raised and lowered, and an adhesive dispenser (40) to which the control cap (60) is fastened and which is adjusted in height.

[0052] The nozzle (10) is provided with semicircular packing grooves (14) on the upper and lower sides, separated from each other, into which the upper packing (12) and the lower packing (13) are fitted.

[0053] The nozzle (10) has a passage (15) formed at least in one place on the outer surface between the mutually separated packing grooves (14) that is connected to the nozzle hole (11).

[0054] The above adjustment cap (60) is formed with an inner diameter such that the upper packing (12) and the lower packing (13) can slide in contact and move up and down, and is configured to include a cap guide part (61) that is concentrically spaced at a certain distance from the outer surface of the nozzle (10).

[0055] The above adjustment cap (60) has a guide hole (63) formed in succession with the cap guide part (61) so that the nozzle (10) slides into contact with it and penetrates upward.

[0056] The above adjustment cap (60) has a screw portion (62) formed on its outer surface, and the upper substrate (42) forming the adhesive dispenser (40) has a screw hole (41a) formed to which the screw portion (62) is fastened.

[0057] The lower end of the nozzle (10) is formed with a bottom portion (20) that is caught on the lower end of the cap guide portion (61) to restrict the upward movement of the nozzle (10).

[0058] The packing groove (14) into which the lower packing (13) is fitted is formed at a point where the nozzle (10) and the bottom portion (20) are orthogonal.

[0059] The nozzle (10) may have a hollow elastic part (30) integrally formed in conjunction with the bottom part (20), or an elastic part (30) that is in close contact with the bottom part (20) may be separately provided.

[0060] The above elastic part (30) has its own elasticity through a spiral groove (31) that penetrates the inner and outer sides of the outer surface.

[0061] The adhesive supply device (40) comprises an upper substrate (42) having an upper chamber (40a) into which adhesive is filled, a lower substrate (43) having a lower chamber (40b) into which adhesive is filled and which supports the lower part of the nozzle (10), and an injection port (46) connected to the lower chamber (40b).

[0062] The lower substrate (43) is provided with an inlet (44) into which a portion of the lower part of the elastic part (30) is fitted, and the inlet (44) has a through hole (45) communicating with the lower chamber (40b), and the inlet (44) is provided apart from the outer surface of the elastic part (30).

[0063] Another embodiment of the present invention configured as such operates as follows.

[0064] First, by overlapping and fixing the upper substrate (42) to the lower substrate (43), each screw hole (41a) formed in the upper substrate (42) and each inlet (44) formed in the lower substrate (43) can be positioned on the same axis.

[0065] Next, the elastic part (30) is inserted into the screw hole (41a) and placed on the inlet (44) of the lower substrate (43), and the upper end of the nozzle (10) is inserted into the guide hole (63), and the upper packing (12) and lower packing (13) are inserted into the cap guide part (61), and then the screw part (62) is fastened to the screw hole (41a) so that the adjustment cap (60) can be fastened to the upper substrate (42). At this time, the outer packing (64) fitted to the outer surface of the adjustment cap (60) is intended to prevent adhesive from leaking out between the screw part (62) and the screw hole (41a).

[0066] Furthermore, when the adjustment cap (60) is tightened as much as possible, the lower part of the cap guide portion (61) protrudes toward the lower chamber (40b) through the screw hole (41a), and the elastic portion (30) can be compressed while the bottom part (20) is caught on the lower part of the cap guide portion (61).

[0067] Continuing, the elastic part (30) repeatedly compresses and expands while slightly loosening and tightening the adjustment cap (60) within a range that does not hinder the up and down movement of the nozzle (10), and at this time, the bottom part (20) maintains a state of close contact with the bottom of the cap guide part (61), and the bottom packing (13) maintains a state of close contact with the inner surface of the bottom of the cap guide part (61).

[0068] Therefore, by slightly loosening and tightening the adjustment cap (60), the upper height of the nozzle (10) protruding above the adjustment cap (60) can be finely adjusted, so the height of multiple nozzles (10) can be adjusted to a constant level.

[0069] In addition, when the upper part of the nozzle (10) is worn out, the nozzle (10) can be removed from the upper substrate (42) by loosening the adjustment cap (60), so the replacement time can be shortened compared to the method of separating the upper substrate (42) from the lower substrate (43) and replacing the nozzle (10).

[0070] Next, when adhesive is injected into the lower chamber (40b) through the injection port (46), it can also be filled into the upper chamber (40a) through the penetration port (45).

[0071] Furthermore, the elastic part (30) is fitted into the inlet (44), but there is a space between them, and the elastic part (30) has a spiral groove (31) formed therein, so the adhesive can flow through these gaps toward the upper chamber (40a).

[0072] As shown in FIG. 7, since the bottom portion (20) is caught on the bottom of the cap guide portion (61) and the bottom packing (13) is in close contact with the bottom inner surface of the cap guide portion (61), the adhesive does not flow into the gap between the nozzle (10) and the cap guide portion (61).

[0073] As shown in FIG. 8, when the lamination (L) constituting the laminated core presses the nozzle (10) through the upper mold (not shown), the lower packing (13) is disengaged from the bottom of the cap guide (61), so that adhesive flows into the gap between the cap guide (61) and the nozzle (10) and moves from the passage (15) toward the nozzle hole (11), so that the adhesive can be supplied in a dot shape to the bottom surface of the lamination (L).

[0074] Next, even if the nozzle (10) is raised, the upper packing (12) is inside the cap guide part (61), so the external leakage of the adhesive can be suppressed.

[0075] Next, the elastic part (30) can be compressed while the spiral grooves (31) are narrowed, maintaining a minimum gap that does not hinder the flow of adhesive while the nozzle (10) is pressed.

[0076] Next, when the lamination (L) rises, the nozzle (10) rises due to the restoring force of the compressed elastic part (30), and the bottom part (20) is caught on the bottom of the cap guide part (61), and the bottom packing (13) enters the inner surface of the bottom of the cap guide part (61) and adheres to it, thereby suppressing the flow of adhesive.

[0077] By repeating the above process, adhesive can be accurately applied in a dot shape to the underside of the continuously moving lamination (L).

[0078] As described above, the nozzle device for bonding laminated cores according to the present invention has a passage formed on the outer surface of the nozzle that is connected to the nozzle hole, and packings are installed on the outer surface of the nozzle on the upper and lower sides of the passage so that the passage between the upper and lower packings opens and closes while the nozzle is raised and lowered, thereby enabling quantitative dispensing of adhesive and minimizing the nozzle hole.
