Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a skin care device capable of supplying moisture and exfoliating dead skin cells through steam injection and vacuum suction functions. More specifically, the invention relates to a skin care device capable of supplying moisture and exfoliating dead skin cells through steam injection and vacuum suction functions, which rapidly heats water using an induction heating method, controls the generated steam under certain conditions to spray it onto the skin, and simultaneously removes waste products, sebum, dead skin cells, residual cosmetics, and fine dust from the skin surface through a vacuum suction function. Background Technology
[0002] Human skin is continuously exposed to the external environment, making it easy for various pollutants such as dust, sebum, dead skin cells, bacteria, and makeup residue to accumulate in the pores.
[0003] Over time, these pollutants clog pores and impede skin metabolism, causing inflammation and becoming a major cause of accelerated skin aging, including acne, dead skin cell accumulation, wrinkle formation, and loss of elasticity.
[0004] Therefore, various skincare methods have been proposed to keep the skin clean and supply moisture and nutrients, among which representative methods include opening pores by steam injection and removing impurities by vacuum suction.
[0005] Conventional steam-spray skincare devices are widely used in a manner that softens the skin surface and opens pores by heating water using an internal heater and then spraying the generated steam onto the skin.
[0006] However, conventional heating wire methods have low heat transfer efficiency, resulting in long heating times and making it difficult to precisely control the steam temperature; consequently, problems arise where the steam temperature rises excessively or drops rapidly during use.
[0007] This may cause skin irritation or burns, and inconsistent steam temperatures reduce moisturizing or exfoliation effects.
[0008] Furthermore, conventional steam devices have a single-function structure that only sprays steam, so there is the inconvenience of having to perform an additional manual cleansing process or use a separate suction device to remove sebum or impurities remaining in the pores after steam spraying. [0024] The present invention relates to a skin care device capable of supplying moisture and exfoliating dead skin cells through steam injection and vacuum suction functions.
[0025] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0026] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the overall configuration of a skin care device capable of supplying moisture and exfoliating dead skin cells through steam injection and vacuum suction functions according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the overall shape of a skin care device capable of supplying moisture and exfoliating dead skin cells through steam injection and vacuum suction functions according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is an assembly diagram showing the assembly of a skin care device capable of supplying moisture and exfoliating dead skin cells through steam injection and vacuum suction functions according to the present invention.
[0027] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, a skin care device capable of supplying moisture and exfoliating dead skin cells through steam injection and vacuum suction functions according to the present invention comprises: a heating container (300) formed so as to have an open top to contain water inside and heated by an induction heating method to generate steam; a main body (100) formed so as to be mounted on the top of the heating container (300) and having a coil (160) provided inside to heat the heating container (300); a cover (200) hinge-coupled to the main body (100) and formed to seal the top of the heating container (300) and having a central discharge port (210) formed to discharge steam generated from the heating container (300); a supply tube (410) formed to be coupled to the discharge port (210) and capable of controlling the discharge direction of the discharged steam; and a device formed to be held by hand and It is characterized by including a treatment unit (400) that receives steam through a supply tube (410), sprays steam onto the skin, and sucks up waste products present on the skin.
[0028] The heating container (300) is formed with an open top so as to be able to contain water inside, and is formed of a material containing iron that can be heated by an induction heating method.
[0029] It is preferable that the heating container (300) be formed in a circular shape and that the upper edge protrude outwardly to serve as a handle so that it can be easily attached to or removed from the main body (100).
[0030] If necessary, the heating container (300) may form a heat-resistant handle that is not heated by an induction heating method, thereby preventing burns when removing the heating container (300).
[0031] The main body (100) is open at the upper center so that a heating container (300) can be inserted, and a coil (160) for heating the heating container (300) by an induction heating method is embedded in the open interior.
[0032] The coil (160) is formed to operate by receiving power from a power module (110) formed inside the main body (100), and can rapidly heat the heating container (300) to evaporate the water contained in the heating container (300) and form steam.
[0033] In addition, a cooling fan (180) is formed at the bottom of the coil (160) to supply external air to cool the coil (160), and the coil (160) is cooled by the air supplied by the cooling fan (180), thereby enabling stable temperature control.
[0034] The cover (200) is hinged to the upper edge of the main body (100) so that it can be rotated to be in close contact with the upper surface of the main body (100) or rotated away from the upper surface of the main body (100).
[0035] At this time, when the cover (200) is in close contact with the upper surface of the main body (100), it is fastened to a hook formed on the main body (100) to prevent it from being arbitrarily separated from the main body (100), and a button for releasing the hook is formed on the upper part of the cover (200).
[0036] Accordingly, when the cover (200) is rotated and comes into close contact with the upper surface of the main body (100), it prevents steam generated from the heating container (300) from leaking between the main body (100) and the cover (200), and allows the steam to move to the treatment section (400) through the cover (200).
[0037] Additionally, it is preferable that a groove be formed inwardly on the inner surface of the cover (200) so that the upper edge of the heating container (300) can be inserted, and it is preferable that a circular rubber packing be installed inside the formed groove to prevent steam from leaking from the heating container (300).
[0038] An outlet (210) is provided in the center of the cover (200) that penetrates from the top to the bottom, and the outlet (210) allows steam generated in the heating container (300) to be transferred to the treatment section (400) through the supply tube (410).
[0039] The supply tube (410) is connected such that the outer surface of the outlet (210) formed in the cover (200) is inserted into the interior, and the other end is connected to the treatment unit (400) and used to transfer steam generated in the heating vessel (300) to the treatment unit (400).
[0040] At this time, the supply tube (410) is formed as a corrugated tube so that the condensed water, which is condensed due to the temperature drop as steam moves, can be prevented from moving toward the treatment section (400), and the condensed water can be moved back into the heating container (300) through the discharge port (210).
[0041] The supply tube (410) is formed to be detachable from the cover (200) and the treatment part (400), and is formed of a flexible material so that it can be flexibly bent according to the movement of the user holding the treatment part (400).
[0042] The treatment portion (400) is formed to be held by hand, and when held by hand and pressed against the skin, steam supplied through the supply tube (410) can be discharged to the skin.
[0043] Since the steam is formed to be discharged at a set temperature, it can increase blood flow, dramatically improve the production of collagen and elastin in the dermis, and activate dermal cells.
[0044] delete
[0045] In addition, it can increase the moisture content and absorption of the skin's stratum corneum, thereby facilitating the absorption of nutrients or active ingredients in cosmetics, allowing them to act very quickly and effectively.
[0046] In addition, dead skin cells, foreign substances, and waste remaining on the skin can be removed through vacuum suction, allowing for clean skin care through deep cleansing, and can also be used on the scalp by simply replacing the head (430), making it usable on various parts of the body.
[0047] FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the internal structure of a skin care device capable of supplying moisture and removing dead skin cells through steam injection and vacuum suction functions according to the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a front view showing the structure of a treatment part (400) of a skin care device capable of supplying moisture and removing dead skin cells through steam injection and vacuum suction functions according to the present invention.
[0048] As illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5, the main body (100) of a skin care device capable of supplying moisture and exfoliating dead skin cells through steam injection and vacuum suction functions according to the present invention is characterized by further including a blower fan (140) that forms external air at a set flow rate and pressure and supplies it to the upper part of a heating container (300) through a cover (200), a filter (130) formed on the front of the blower fan (140) that captures and purifies foreign substances, bacteria, and viruses mixed in the external air, and an external temperature sensor (123) formed on the front of the blower fan (140) that measures the temperature of the external air being sucked in and adjusts the intensity of the current supplied to the coil (160) according to the measured temperature to prevent a decrease in the temperature of the water vapor caused by the external air.
[0049] In addition, it is characterized by further including an internal temperature sensor (230) formed on the inner surface of the cover (200) to measure the temperature of steam generated from the heating container (300) and to adjust the intensity of the current supplied to the coil (160) according to the temperature of the steam being discharged.
[0050] The blower fan (140) is formed to suck in air from outside the main body (100) and supply it to the cover (200). To connect with the cover (200), a supply channel (150) is provided in the main body (100), and a ventilation opening (220) is provided in the cover (200) to connect with the supply channel (150) and to discharge air to the top of the heating container (300).
[0051] The blower fan (140) sucks in external air and supplies it to the cover (200), maintaining the air flow rate at 2.0 to 2.5 CFM and the pressure at 80 to 85 mmH2O. When the air enters the heating container (300) through the cover (200), it is mixed with steam and then discharged through the outlet (210) of the cover (200).
[0052] As a result, steam can be discharged from the treatment unit (400) at high pressure while maintaining the flow rate and pressure by the blower fan (140), and the discharged steam can be induced to penetrate deep into the pores of the skin to supply moisture and remove waste products.
[0053] In addition, the main body (100) has a filter (130) formed therein so that when the blower fan (140) sucks in external air, it can capture foreign substances, bacteria, and viruses mixed in the external air, and when steam is introduced into the pores or hair follicles of the skin through the filter (130), only clean air can be introduced.
[0054] If necessary, a UV lamp may be formed inside the supply channel (150) that passes through the filter (130) to sterilize bacteria or viruses in the air.
[0055] The outside air temperature sensor (123) is used to measure the temperature of the outside air sucked in through the blower fan (140) to prevent a decrease in the temperature of the water vapor caused by the outside air temperature, and the control module (120) formed inside the main body (100) controls the amount of current supplied to the coil (160) based on the temperature measured through the outside air temperature sensor (123) so that the temperature of the heating container (300) can be raised or lowered.
[0056] In addition, an internal temperature sensor (230) is formed on the inner surface of the cover (200) to measure the temperature of the steam inside the heating container (300), and the temperature of the steam generated and discharged from the heating container (300) can be measured through the internal temperature sensor (230).
[0057] The control module (120) can control the amount of current of the coil (160) by measuring the temperature of the outside air through the outside air temperature sensor (123) and measuring the current steam temperature inside the heating container (300) through the inside air temperature sensor (230).
[0058] That is, the control module (120) controls the coil (160) so that the temperature of the steam discharged through the outside temperature sensor (123) and the inside temperature sensor (230) can be maintained at a constant level, and the temperature of the steam discharged through the treatment unit (400) can be maintained at 40 to 45 degrees Celsius.
[0059] In addition, a non-contact water level sensor (240) capable of detecting the amount of water contained in the heating container (300) is located on the upper side inside the cover (200), so that the capacity of the water contained in the heating container can be checked, and the control module (120) can be configured to cut off the current of the coil (160) by detecting this before all the water evaporates.
[0060] In addition, if water remains in the heating container (300) at a level of 10 mL or less, the operation of the coil (160) can be stopped in advance before the heating container (300) is overheated. The non-contact water level sensor (240) for detecting the amount of water is not limited to either an ultrasonic method or a radar method.
[0061] A display (121) is formed on the outer surface of the main body (100), allowing the user to set the temperature, flow rate, and pressure of the steam according to the purpose, and to check the water capacity status of the heating container (300).
[0062] As needed, a communication module (122) is built in to wirelessly communicate with the user's terminal, thereby analyzing the skin condition captured through the user's camera and automatically controlling the temperature, flow rate, and pressure of the steam.
[0063] Additionally, the main body (100) further includes a suction pump (170) that is connected to the treatment unit (400) and forms a vacuum pressure in the treatment unit (400) so that waste can be sucked in, and the suction pump (170) is connected to the treatment unit (400) via a discharge tube (440) and is characterized by separating and discharging the sucked waste into a collection container (450) provided externally.
[0064] The suction pump (170) is formed inside the main body (100) and is connected to the treatment unit (400) through the discharge tube (440) and is used to create a vacuum pressure to suck waste from the treatment unit (400).
[0065] When the suction pump (170) is operated while the treatment unit (400) is in contact with the skin surface, waste products remaining on the skin surface, pores, and hair follicles are sucked into the treatment unit (400) by the negative pressure generated by the vacuum pump, and the sucked waste products can be stored separately in a collection container (450) provided outside the main body (100) through the discharge tube (440).
[0066] That is, the suction pump (170) creates a vacuum pressure inside the discharge tube (440) to generate a suction effect on the treatment part (400), and can remove dead skin cells, foreign substances, and waste remaining on the skin surface, pores, and hair follicles while the pores are expanded by steam discharge.
[0067] At this time, since the suction pump (170) is formed inside the main body (100), the discharge tube (440) is formed in two parts, and one end of one discharge tube (440) is connected to the suction passage (422) formed in the treatment part (400) and the other end is connected to the inlet end of the suction pump (170), and the other end of the remaining discharge tube (440) is connected to the outlet end of the suction pump (170) and the other end is connected to the collection container (450) so that the suctioned waste can be moved to the collection container (450).
[0068] If necessary, the collection container (450) may be configured to be embedded inside the main body (100). In this case, it is preferable that the collection container (450) be accommodated inside the main body (100) and formed in a structure that is detachable from the main body (100) so that waste can be removed after use.
[0069] Additionally, the treatment unit (400) is characterized by further including a handle (420) having a steam passage (421) in the center to allow steam discharged through a supply tube (410) to move and a suction passage (422) on the outside to discharge waste to the outside, and a head (430) formed to be coupled to one side of the handle (420) and to spray steam and suck waste while in close contact with the skin surface.
[0070] Additionally, the head (430) is characterized by further including a spray hole (431) formed at the center of the front to spray steam supplied through the steam channel (421), suction holes (432) formed at regular intervals on the front edge to suck up waste present on the skin, and pressure dispersion holes (433) formed at regular intervals on the outer surface to disperse steam outward according to the state of contact with the skin to maintain constant pressure.
[0071] The handle (420) has a steam channel (421) formed in the center so that steam can be sprayed when the user grips it with their hand and contacts it with their face or scalp, and a separate suction channel (422) is formed on the outer surface, which is separated from the steam channel (421) through which steam is sprayed.
[0072] The handle (420) is formed in a cylindrical shape overall and is shaped like an L to facilitate contact with the face or scalp, allowing it to make stable contact with various parts of the body.
[0073] On one side of the handle (420), a head (430) is formed so as to be replaceable according to the purpose of skin care, and the head (430) is used to make direct contact with the skin to diffuse steam onto the skin and to inhale waste products.
[0074] At this time, since the vacuum pressure of the suction pump (170) is effective when the head (430) is in complete contact with the skin, it is desirable to be able to replace the head (430) with various diameters or shapes to facilitate contact depending on the curvature or shape of the body part being used.
[0075] The head (430) has a spray hole (431) that is open at the center of one side to allow steam sprayed from the steam channel (421) to diffuse and discharge to the outside, and a plurality of suction holes (432) are provided at the edge of one side, connected to the suction channel (422) to allow waste products on the skin surface to be sucked by vacuum pressure.
[0076] When the head (430) comes into close contact with the skin surface, steam sprayed through the steam channel (421) heats the skin surface, expanding the pores and blood vessels, and the suction hole (432) comes into close contact with the skin surface by the operation of the suction pump (170), allowing waste to be sucked in.
[0077] In addition, the head (430) can be kept in close contact with the skin surface by the adsorption hole, so that steam can be stably supplied to the skin.
[0078] When the head (430) is in excessive contact with the skin, the pressure of the sprayed steam increases, and since the increased pressure can increase the temperature of the steam, the head (430) is provided with a pressure dispersion hole (433) to maintain the pressure of the steam constant.
[0079] The pressure dispersion holes (433) are formed at regular intervals on the outer surface of the head (430), and when one side of the head (430) is in close contact with the skin, a portion of the steam supplied from the steam passage (421) is discharged to the outer surface of the head (430), thereby allowing the internal pressure to be maintained at a constant level.
[0080] In other words, by maintaining a constant pressure of steam while in contact with the skin, the risk of burns caused by a temperature rise due to increased internal pressure can be reduced, and by spraying steam at a constant pressure, the flow rate of the steam can be limited, thereby increasing the usage time.
[0081] Additionally, a sensing sensor for determining the state of contact with the skin may be provided on one side of the head (430), and when the sensing sensor detects skin contact, it may induce the suction pump (170) to operate or automatically control the pressure, flow rate, and temperature of the steam.
[0082] FIG. 6 is a diagram showing the structure of various heads (430) of a skin care device capable of supplying moisture and exfoliating dead skin cells through steam injection and vacuum suction functions according to the present invention.
[0083] As illustrated in FIG. 6, the head (430) of the skin care device capable of moisturizing and exfoliating through steam injection and vacuum suction functions according to the present invention is characterized by being able to replace and use a head (430) with a different shape depending on the body part used.
[0084] In case (a), the diameter of the spray hole (431) is formed to be similar in size to the diameter of the steam channel (421), and in case (b), the diameter of the spray hole (431) is formed to be smaller than the diameter of the steam channel (421), so it can be used locally on skin inflammation areas such as acne.
[0085] In case (c), the injection hole (431) is formed in a slot shape and the suction hole (432) is formed at regular intervals along the slot shape, so it can be used on long and narrow body parts such as nasolabial folds on the face.
[0086] In the case of (d), the suction hole (432) is removed and multiple protrusions are formed so that it can be used to massage the scalp.
[0087] As described above, according to the skin care device capable of supplying moisture and exfoliating dead skin cells through steam injection and vacuum suction functions according to the present invention, the temperature, flow rate, and pressure of the steam can be controlled and maintained at a constant level through an induction heating method, thereby allowing for stable supply of steam. Furthermore, by automatically controlling the temperature of the steam according to the ambient and internal temperatures, the risk of burns can be prevented and an appropriate temperature required for skin care can be provided. Additionally, by suctioning waste from the skin simultaneously with steam injection, the effect of simultaneously supplying moisture and achieving a cleansing effect through the removal of waste can be realized.
[0088] As described above, although the present invention has been explained with reference to preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art may implement the present invention with various modifications or variations without departing from the technical spirit and scope described in the claims of the present invention. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention should be interpreted by the claims described to include such many variations. Explanation of the symbols
