Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a system for automatic preference learning and one-touch reproduction of a motion bed and an air mattress, and more specifically, to a system that automatically calculates a preference score of a preference combination from a user's operation event, selects and stores only preference combinations whose calculated preference score exceeds a reference value as representative preference combinations, and reproduces the system by selecting the one with the highest preference score among the stored representative preference combinations and sequentially generating and outputting an angle driving command and a pressure driving command when a one-touch call event is received. Background Technology
[0002] A motion bed is a bed comprising a frame that supports the user's head section, torso section, and leg section, and an actuator coupled to the frame that adjusts the angle of each section, allowing the angle of each section to be freely changed according to the user's request.
[0003] In addition, the air mattress is divided into multiple air cell zones, providing support tailored to the user's body shape and posture by individually adjusting the internal pressure of each zone.
[0004] While these two technologies have primarily been used in hospitals for patient posture management, there is a growing number of cases where they are being adopted together within a single bed system due to increasing interest in sleep quality and personal resting spaces.
[0005] For example, Korean registered patent No. 10-1731967 discloses a structure that adjusts the support surface in real time to match the pressure distribution at the moment a user lies down by installing pressure sensors on each of a plurality of plates forming the top plate of a mattress and independently determining the rising height of an actuator for each plate according to the sensing value.
[0006] This operates based on a new situation each time, responding immediately to the pressure detected at the spot whenever the user comes into contact with the mattress.
[0007] However, if a user has consistently felt comfortable with a specific combination of angle and pressure values, it may be more natural to store that posture as a piece of information and simply recall it when needed, rather than repeating the same operation every time.
[0008] Moreover, in an environment where the angle of the motion bed and the pressure of the air mattress are adjusted separately, the burden of combining the two values to reproduce the desired posture is left entirely to the user.
[0009] Therefore, there is a need to develop a novel and advanced technology that automatically learns and stores preferred combinations of angle and pressure values from user operation events, and can safely reproduce the stored preferred combinations across motion beds and air mattresses with just one-touch operation. Prior art literature
[0010] Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1731967 The problem to be solved
[0011] The present invention was devised to overcome the problems of the above technology, and its main purpose is to provide a system that automatically learns preferred combinations of angle and pressure values from user operation events and stores them as representative preferred combinations, and when a one-touch call event is received, selects the one with the highest preference score among the stored representative preferred combinations to sequentially generate and output angle driving commands and pressure driving commands for a motion bed and an air mattress.
[0012] Another objective of the present invention is to store the day of the week and time of day at which the preferred combination is calculated as situational features, classify the stored preferred combinations into multiple clusters based on the similarity of the situational features, and select a representative preferred combination within the cluster corresponding to the situation at the time of the one-touch call.
[0013] Another objective of the present invention is to subdivide the reproduction process of a representative preferred combination into the stages of waiting, preparation, angle transition, pressure adaptation, fine-tuning, and settling, so that angle changes and pressure changes proceed in a clearly distinct order. means of solving the problem
[0014] To achieve the above objective, the automatic preference learning and one-touch reproduction system for a motion bed and an air mattress according to the present invention comprises: a motion bed having a driving unit that drives at least one of a head section, a torso section, and a leg section at a variable angle, and a motion bed control device that controls the driving unit; a mattress disposed on the upper part of the motion bed and having a plurality of air cell zones in which a plurality of air cells are arranged; a mattress driving device that adjusts the internal pressure for each air cell zone; and a sensor unit that acquires at least one detection signal among the internal pressure for each air cell zone, the occupancy status according to the user's biosignal and body pressure distribution for the mattress, and the user's operation event. The preference control device comprises: a preference judgment module that calculates a preference score for each user based on either the maintenance time of a preference combination, which is a combination of the angle value of each section and the internal pressure value of each air cell zone, or the frequency of occurrence of the operation event; a profile storage module that generates and stores a representative preference combination by accumulating the preference combinations for each user, along with the preference scores, for which the preference score exceeds a reference value; a profile selection module that selects the representative preference combination with the highest preference score when a one-touch call event is received from a user; and a cooperative control module that reproduces the representative preference combination by sequentially generating and outputting an angle driving command of the motion bed control device and a pressure driving command of the mattress driving device based on the selected representative preference combination.
[0015] In addition, the preference judgment module calculates the preference score based on at least one of the biosignals and whether the preference combination is maintained after the user leaves the mattress, in addition to the maintenance time of the preference combination and the frequency of occurrence of the operation event; and the profile storage module stores the preference combination only when the preference score exceeds the reference value, the maintenance time exceeds a preset minimum maintenance time, the difference between the preference combination and the representative preference combination exceeds a preset reference change amount, and the occupancy status indicates that it is occupied.
[0016] In addition, the cooperative control module reproduces the representative preferred combination by proceeding through a plurality of reproduction states, including a standby state, a ready state, an angle transition state, a pressure adaptation state, a fine adjustment state, and a set state, in a preset order, wherein in the angle transition state, it generates and outputs the angle driving command, in the pressure adaptation state, it generates and outputs the pressure driving command, and in the fine adjustment state, it corrects and outputs at least one of the angle driving command and the pressure driving command based on the error with the selected representative preferred combination. Effects of the invention
[0017] According to the automatic preference learning and one-touch reproduction system for motion beds and air mattresses according to the present invention,
[0018] 1) It has the advantage of automatically learning a posture that suits the user through normal operation alone, without the user having to go through the trouble of individually readjusting angles and pressures every time, and allowing the user to return to that posture with a single touch operation,
[0019] 2) By determining the output timing of the pressure drive command so that the pressure change precedes the predicted end of the angle transition state, the operation of the motion bed and air mattress, which have different response characteristics, flows naturally as a single motion without being misaligned along the time axis, and
[0020] 3) If an abnormal situation such as a bias in the pressure distribution or a driving error occurs during the reproduction of a representative preferred combination, it returns to a safe state and prevents the reproduction from immediately resuming under the same abnormal situation, thereby having the effect of allowing the reproduction to be repeated without causing inconvenience or harm to the user. [0022] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings. The attached drawings are not drawn to scale, and the same reference numerals in each drawing refer to the same components.
[0023] The preference automatic learning and one-touch reproduction system of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as the "system") calculates a user preference score for a preference combination consisting of an angle value of a motion bed and a pressure value of an air mattress, stores it as a representative preference combination, and, upon receiving a one-touch call event, selects the representative preference combination with the highest preference score among the stored representative preference combinations and reproduces it by sequentially outputting driving commands for the motion bed and the air mattress. The basic purpose is to enable the automatic accumulation of preference combinations of angle and pressure without separate saving operations by the user, and to safely reproduce them solely through a one-touch call.
[0024] In other words, the system of the present invention calculates a preference score based on the maintenance time of a preferred combination and the frequency of operation events, sequentially proceeds with the reproduction of a representative preferred combination in multiple reproduction states upon one-touch calling, and returns to a previous stable state if an abnormality occurs during reproduction, thereby providing both automatic learning of a user-customized posture and safe one-touch reproduction.
[0025] The configuration and functions of the system of the present invention are described below with reference to the attached drawings.
[0026] FIG. 1 is a block diagram illustrating the configuration of the system of the present invention.
[0027] As can be seen from FIG. 1, the system of the present invention is based on including a motion bed (10), a mattress (20), a mattress driving device (30), a sensor unit (40), and a preference control device (100).
[0028] FIG. 2 is a perspective view schematically illustrating the structure of the motion bed of the present invention.
[0029] The motion bed (10) is a bed capable of electrically adjusting the support angle for each part of the user's body, and provides the function of electrically adjusting the user's sleeping position, reading position, or sitting position by independently driving at least one of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13).
[0030] This motion bed (10) can be widely applied to inpatient beds in medical institutions, long-term beds in nursing facilities, and beds for home use, and can be used to reduce the inconvenience of manual posture adjustment that users who spend a long time in bed experience repeatedly.
[0031] The motion bed (10) includes a frame, a head section (11), a torso section (12), a leg section (13), a drive unit (14), and a motion bed control device (15).
[0032] The frame is a structure that supports the user's body by section and is divided into a head section (11) that supports the head and upper body, a torso section (12) that supports the waist and buttocks, and a leg section (13) that supports the legs.
[0033] The head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) are each connected to adjacent sections through a hinge structure, so that each section can be independently angle-adjusted.
[0034] The driving unit (14) is an electric actuator positioned adjacent to the hinge connection of each section, and one or more may be installed in correspondence with the number of sections to be driven.
[0035] The motion bed control device (15) performs the role of controlling the drive unit (14).
[0036] The motion bed control device (15) can be implemented as a control board including a microprocessor, a motor driver circuit, a communication interface circuit, and a power supply circuit, and can be fixedly installed on one side inside the frame of the motion bed (10).
[0037] The motion bed control device (15) is connected to the preference control device (100) via any one of the communication methods including CAN, RS-485, UART, BLE, and Wi-Fi, and converts the angle driving command received from the preference control device (100) into a driving signal for the driving unit (14) and outputs it.
[0038] The motion bed control device (15) provides the function of transmitting the driving state of the driving unit (14) and the angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), or leg section (13) to the preference control device (100). This is used by the preference judgment module (110), which will be described later, to calculate the angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) as part of the preference combination.
[0039] Figure 3 is a conceptual diagram schematically illustrating the structure of the mattress and the arrangement of the air cell zones.
[0040] The mattress (20) is a structure placed on the upper part of the motion bed (10) and is equipped with a plurality of air cell zones (21) in which a plurality of air cells are arranged.
[0041] The mattress (20) is composed of an outer shell, an inner support layer, and a plurality of air cell zones (21) and provides the function of regulating pressure on different parts of the user's body in each zone.
[0042] An air cell is a closed elastic chamber into which air is injected and expelled, and its volume and hardness change according to internal pressure. The air cell can be manufactured from at least one material selected from natural rubber, synthetic rubber, or thermoplastic polyurethane.
[0043] The air cell zone (21) is a zone unit in which a plurality of air cells are arranged, and by providing an independent supply valve and exhaust valve for each zone, it is possible to independently control the internal pressure of each air cell zone (21). Such air cell zones (21) can be divided into multiple sections corresponding to the user's body parts.
[0044] The supply valve and exhaust valve of the air cell zone (21) are connected via piping to the pump (31) and valve manifold (32) of the mattress drive device (30) described later, so that each air cell zone (21) can be independently controlled to a different target pressure value. Accordingly, while one air cell zone (21) is pressurized, another air cell zone (21) can be depressurized or maintain its existing pressure.
[0045] As one embodiment, the air cell zone (21) can be divided into six zones: head zone, shoulder zone, lumbar zone, gluteal zone, thigh zone and lower leg zone.
[0046] The lumbar region is an air cell region (21) positioned corresponding to the user's lumbar region, and pressure is individually learned and reproduced to provide a different waist support sensation for each user.
[0047] The thigh zone and lower leg zone are air cell zones (21) positioned corresponding to the user's thigh and lower leg, and the pressure is individually learned and reproduced to provide a different leg support sensation for each user.
[0048] As another embodiment, the air cell zone (21) may be divided into three zones: an upper body zone, a lumbar zone, and a lower body zone.
[0049] In another embodiment, the air cell zone (21) includes a left edge zone and a right edge zone extending in the long side direction of the mattress (20), and the left edge zone and the right edge zone are equipped with independent supply valves and exhaust valves separated from the adjacent air cell zone (21) so that the pressure can be controlled separately from the remaining air cell zone (21).
[0050] Accordingly, it is possible to learn and reproduce preferred pressures corresponding to the user's left or right sitting habits for the left edge zone and the right edge zone, respectively.
[0051] The more air cell zones (21) there are, the greater the dimension of the pressure value of the preferred combination described below. For example, if the air cell zones (21) are divided into 6, the pressure value included in the preferred combination can be composed of a 6-dimensional vector consisting of the internal pressure of each of the 6 air cell zones (21), and if the air cell zones (21) are divided into 8, it can be composed of an 8-dimensional vector.
[0052] The internal pressure of the air cell zone (21) can be set differently depending on the usage environment, for example, in the case of an indoor mattress, it is possible to set independently for each air cell zone (21) within a range of 0.5 kPa or more and 6.0 kPa or less.
[0053] In this manner, according to the structure in which the air cell zone (21) is independently pressure-controlled by zone, the preference judgment module (110), which will be described later, can calculate the pressure value for each air cell zone (21) as part of the preference combination, and the cooperative control module (140) can individually generate different pressure driving commands for each air cell zone (21) to precisely reproduce the preferred pressure learned for each body part.
[0054] Figure 4 is a conceptual diagram illustrating a mattress driving device and a sensor unit.
[0055] The mattress drive unit (30) performs the role of regulating the internal pressure in each air cell zone (21).
[0056] Specifically, the mattress drive unit (30) includes a pump (31) and a valve manifold (32).
[0057] The mattress drive unit (30) can be installed at least one location among the bottom, side, or inside the frame of the mattress (20).
[0058] The pump (31) may include at least one of a pressurizing pump that sucks in external air and supplies it to the air cell zone (21), and a depressurizing pump that discharges air inside the air cell zone (21) to the outside.
[0059] In one embodiment, the pump (31) may be implemented as a bidirectional pump that performs pressurization and depressurization with a single motor, or it may be possible to have a pressurization-only pump and a depressurization-only pump separately.
[0060] In another embodiment, the pump (31) may be equipped with a separate small pump for each air cell zone (21). In this case, since a pressure driving command for one air cell zone (21) does not affect the pressure change rate of another air cell zone (21), it becomes easy for the cooperative control module (140), which will be described later, to output a pressure driving command with a different pressure change rate for each air cell zone (21).
[0061] The valve manifold (32) includes a plurality of solenoid valves corresponding to a plurality of air cell zones (21), and independently opens and closes the supply valve and exhaust valve for each air cell zone (21) to individually regulate the internal pressure of each air cell zone (21).
[0062] The valve manifold (32) is positioned at a branch point of the pneumatic piping connecting the pump (31) and each air cell zone (21), and provides the function of opening the supply valve or exhaust valve of the corresponding air cell zone (21) according to a pressure drive command received from the preferred control device (100) to adjust the internal pressure to the pressure value indicated by the pressure drive command.
[0063] For example, if a pressure drive command for one air cell zone (21) indicates a pressure value 3 kPa higher than the existing pressure, the valve manifold (32) opens the supply valve of the air cell zone (21) to supply air from the pump (31), and closes the supply valve when the pressure value is reached.
[0064] The sensor unit (40) performs the role of acquiring at least one detection signal among the internal pressure of each air cell zone, the occupancy status according to the user's biosignal and body pressure distribution on the mattress, and the user's operation event.
[0065] Specifically, the sensor unit (40) may include an operation input unit (41), a body pressure distribution sensor (42), a pressure sensor (43), and a biosignal sensor (44).
[0066] The operation input unit (41) detects a signal of change in the angle of the head section (11), torso section (12), leg section (13) or the pressure of the air cell zone (21) that the user applies to the motion bed control device (15) or mattress drive device (30), and converts it into an operation event.
[0067] At this time, the term "operation event" means that an operation authorized by the user to change the angle of the head section (11), torso section (12), leg section (13) or the pressure of the air cell zone (21) through a self-controller, user terminal (201), remote control (202), or voice recognition device is detected in the form of the target of change, the amount of change, and the time of occurrence.
[0068] For example, when a user presses the angle raising button of the remote control (202) to raise the angle of the head section (11) from 40 degrees to 45 degrees, the operation input unit (41) detects this as an operation event in which the target of change is the angle of the head section (11), the amount of change is 5 degrees, and the time of occurrence is the time when the operation is authorized.
[0069] These operation events include at least one of an operation to raise or lower the angle of any one of the head section (11), torso section (12), or leg section (13), an operation to raise or lower the pressure of any one of the air cell zones (21), an operation to simultaneously adjust the pressure of multiple air cell zones (21), and a preset operation to call up a combination of a pre-registered specific angle value and pressure value at once.
[0070] For example, when a user detects an operation event in an application of the user terminal (201) that lowers the pressure in the lumbar region from 3.0 kPa to 2.7 kPa, the operation input unit (41) detects this as an operation event in which the target of change is the pressure in the lumbar region and the amount of change is -0.3 kPa.
[0071] The source of the change signal detected by the operation input unit (41) may be at least one of a self-controller implemented as a physical button or touch panel attached to one side of the frame of the motion bed (10), a user terminal (201) on which an application installed on the user's smartphone is executed, an infrared or RF type remote control (202), and a voice recognition device linked to a smart home platform that recognizes voice commands.
[0072] In one embodiment, the operation input unit (41) is implemented as a signal detection circuit connected to a branch point of a control signal line applied to the motion bed control device (15) and the mattress driving device (30), respectively, and detects the time at which operation occurs, the target of change, and the amount of change from a signal applied via wire or infrared from a self-controller or remote control (202).
[0073] In another embodiment, the operation input unit (41) is implemented as a wireless communication module provided in the preference control device (100) and can directly receive the angle or pressure change command itself, which is received via wireless communication from an application of the user terminal (201), as an operation event.
[0074] The operation input unit (41) is not a sensor that directly measures physical quantities, but is configured to detect control command signals applied to the motion bed control device (15) and mattress driving device (30) or control commands received via wireless communication, or performs the same role as other physical sensors in that it acquires detection signals indicating the user's state, so it is defined as being included in the sensor unit (40) in the present invention.
[0075] For example, when a user inputs an operation to raise the target angle of the head section (11) by 5 degrees in an application of the user terminal (201), the operation input unit (41) detects the time at which the operation occurred and the target of the change is the angle of the head section (11) and converts it into an operation event.
[0076] The body pressure distribution sensor (42) is a plurality of piezoelectric or capacitive pressure elements arranged in a mat shape on the inside or under the outer shell of the mattress (20), and measures the pressure distribution across the entire surface of the mattress (20).
[0077] As an example, the body pressure distribution sensor (42) is composed of a plurality of pressure elements arranged in a grid shape in the length and width directions of the mattress (20), and the pressure distribution is calculated from the position coordinates and measured pressure values of each element.
[0078] When the sum of the pressure distributions measured by the body pressure distribution sensor (42) is greater than or equal to a preset occupancy standard, it is determined that the user occupies the mattress (20), and the occupancy status is calculated.
[0079] For example, when the occupancy standard is set to 300 kPa, if the sum of the pressure values measured by a plurality of pressure elements constituting the body pressure distribution sensor (42) is calculated to be 350 kPa, the calculated sum of 350 kPa corresponds to an occupancy standard of 300 kPa or more, so it is determined that the user occupies the mattress (20).
[0080] On the other hand, if the sum of the measured pressure values is calculated to be 80 kPa, the calculated sum of 80 kPa is less than the occupancy standard of 300 kPa, so it is determined that the user has left the mattress (20).
[0081] The pressure sensor (43) is a piezoelectric or capacitive pressure sensor installed in the pneumatic piping for each air cell zone (21), and a plurality of them are installed corresponding to the number of air cell zones (21).
[0082] In one embodiment, one pressure sensor (43) may be installed for each air cell zone (21) to independently measure the internal pressure of each zone, or multiple air cell zones (21) may be grouped and one sensor may be installed for each group.
[0083] In another embodiment, the pressure sensor (43) is placed at the branching point of the pneumatic piping for each air cell zone (21) to sequentially measure the internal pressure of a plurality of air cell zones (21).
[0084] For example, the pressure sensor (43) measures the internal pressure of the lumbar region of the air cell zone as 3.15 kPa, the internal pressure of the thigh region as 2.4 kPa, and the internal pressure of the lower leg region as 2.2 kPa. As another example, if the pressure sensor (43) measures the internal pressure of the left edge region as 3.6 kPa and the internal pressure of the right edge region as 2.9 kPa, the internal pressures of the left edge region and the right edge region are measured differently.
[0085] At this time, the body pressure distribution sensor (42) and the pressure sensor (43) have different measurement targets.
[0086] The body pressure distribution sensor (42) is applied to calculate the occupancy status by measuring the load distribution on the surface of the mattress (20), whereas the pressure sensor (43) is applied to measure the pneumatic pressure itself inside the air cell zone (21) to verify whether the pressure driving command output by the cooperative control module (140) has actually reached the target pressure value.
[0087] The biosignal sensor (44) is a sensor that acquires a biosignal including at least one of the user's heart rate, respiration, and body temperature, and can be implemented as at least one of a heart rate sensor, a PPG sensor, a respiration sensor, and an infrared body temperature sensor.
[0088] One or more biosignal sensors (44) may be installed at least one location among the lower part of the head section of the mattress (20), the inner side of the frame of the head section (11), or the outer surface of the mattress (20).
[0089] As an example, if the biosignal sensor (44) is a PPG sensor installed in the lower part of the head area of the mattress (20), it detects a pulse wave signal from the change in the user's head contact pressure and calculates heart rate and respiration signals.
[0090] The biosignal acquired by the biosignal sensor (44) is reflected as one of the grounds for the preference judgment module (110), which will be described later, to calculate the preference score.
[0091] For example, if the heart rate and respiration signals remain stable at a level similar to that immediately before the user leaves the mattress (20) after the user leaves, the preference judgment module (110) increases the preference score for the preference combination immediately before the user leaves.
[0092] In this way, the sensor unit (40) includes an operation input unit (41), a body pressure distribution sensor (42), a pressure sensor (43), and a biosignal sensor (44) to detect the user's condition from various angles, thereby providing a basis for the preference judgment module (110), which will be described later, to accurately calculate a preference score for a preference combination, and for the cooperation control module (140) to verify angle and pressure errors during reproduction.
[0093] FIG. 5 is a block diagram illustrating the detailed configuration of the preference control device of the present invention.
[0094] The preference control device (100) is connected to the motion bed control device (15), the mattress drive device (30), and the sensor unit (40) to calculate a preference score for a preference combination, and to generate and store a preference combination in which the calculated preference score exceeds a reference value as a representative preference combination. When a one-touch call event is received, it performs the role of reproducing the preference combination by selecting the representative preference combination with the highest preference score among the stored representative preference combinations and sequentially generating drive commands for the motion bed control device (15) and the mattress drive device (30).
[0095] The preferred control device (100) is implemented as an embedded control board including one or more processors, memory, communication interface circuits, sensor input interface circuits and valve / pump drive interface circuits.
[0096] The processor can be implemented as at least one of an ARM Cortex-family microcontroller, a DSP, or an FPGA.
[0097] The memory includes at least one of flash memory, SRAM, and EEPROM and stores control algorithms, user-specific representative preference combinations, cluster information, and historical data.
[0098] The communication interface circuit is connected to the motion bed control device (15) and the mattress drive device (30) using a communication method corresponding to the product specifications among CAN, RS-485, UART, BLE, and Wi-Fi, and provides the function of transmitting and receiving angle drive commands, pressure drive commands, drive status, and communication status.
[0099] The communication interface circuit is also connected to a user terminal (201) or a remote control (202) and provides the function of receiving one-touch call events.
[0100] The sensor input interface circuit includes a signal detection circuit that detects an operation event from an operation input unit (41), a multi-channel analog-to-digital conversion circuit that collects a pressure distribution signal from a body pressure distribution sensor (42), a sampling circuit that collects pressure values for each air cell zone (21) from a pressure sensor (43), and an analog-to-digital conversion channel that collects an analog signal from a biosignal sensor (44).
[0101] The valve and pump drive interface circuit includes a PWM speed control unit of the pump (31) and a MOSFET driver for driving the solenoid valve of the valve manifold (32), providing the function of controlling the internal pressure for each air cell zone (21).
[0102] The preference control device (100) can be installed at least one of the following locations: inside the frame of the motion bed (10), under the mattress (20), or inside the bed leg of the motion bed (10).
[0103] In one embodiment, the preference control device (100) may be implemented as a single control board by being integrated into the same housing as the motion bed control device (15), or it may be housed separately from the motion bed control device (15) and connected through a communication interface circuit.
[0104] In another embodiment, the preference control device (100) may be additionally installed in a retrofit manner on the existing motion bed (10) and mattress drive device (30). In this case, the bridge part (170), which will be described later, is installed together to convert the operation signal of the existing remote control (202) into an operation event.
[0105] Specifically, the preference control device (100) is based on including a preference judgment module (110), a profile storage module (120), a profile selection module (130), a cooperation control module (140), and a safety management module (150).
[0106] The preference judgment module (110) performs the role of calculating a preference score for each user based on at least one of the maintenance time of the preference combination and the frequency of occurrence of operation events, for a preference combination which is a combination of the angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12) and leg section (13) and the pressure values for each air cell zone (21).
[0107] In the present invention, the term 'preferred combination' refers to a vector having the angle values of each of the head section (11), body section (12), and leg section (13) and the pressure values of each of the plurality of air cell zones (21) as components. The number of dimensions of such preferred combination may vary depending on the number of air cell zones (21).
[0108] For example, if the angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) are 45 degrees, 10 degrees, and 15 degrees, respectively, and the air cell zone (21) is divided into three sections: upper body zone, lumbar zone, and lower body zone, with pressure values of 2.6 kPa, 3.2 kPa, and 2.4 kPa in each zone, the preferred combination is represented as a 6-dimensional vector of (45 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 2.6 kPa, 3.2 kPa, 2.4 kPa).
[0109] As another example, when the air cell zone (21) is divided into six sections—head zone, shoulder zone, lumbar zone, gluteal zone, thigh zone and lower leg zone—and the pressure values of each zone are 2.3 kPa, 2.7 kPa, 3.2 kPa, 2.9 kPa, 2.4 kPa, and 2.2 kPa, the preferred combination is represented as a 9-dimensional vector that combines three angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) with six pressure values of the six zones.
[0110] First, whenever an operation event is detected from the operation input unit (41), the preference judgment module (110) updates the preference combination with the angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) and the pressure values for each air cell zone (21) indicated by the detected operation event.
[0111] For example, while the preferred combination is maintained at (45 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 2.6 kPa, 3.2 kPa, 2.4 kPa), if an operation event is detected in which the user raises only the angle of the head section (11) from 45 degrees to 50 degrees, the preferred combination is updated to (50 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 2.6 kPa, 3.2 kPa, 2.4 kPa) with only the angle value of the head section (11) updated to 50 degrees.
[0112] Next, the preference judgment module (110) calculates the time during which the preference combination is maintained within a preset equivalent range after the point in time when the last operation event is detected as the maintenance time of the preference combination.
[0113] For example, if a user adjusts the angle of the head section (11) to 45 degrees and the pressure in the lumbar region to 3.0 kPa after an operation event occurs, and the preferred combination is maintained for 120 seconds within an equivalent range of angle error ±2 degrees and pressure error ±0.2 kPa, the duration of the preferred combination is calculated to be 120 seconds.
[0114] Next, the preference judgment module (110) calculates the number of occurrences of operation events detected from the operation input unit (41) within a preset time window as the frequency of occurrence of operation events.
[0115] For example, if the time window is set to 300 seconds, if two operation events occur within 300 seconds, the frequency of operation events is calculated as 2.
[0116] Finally, the preference judgment module (110) calculates a preference score for each user based on at least one of the duration of the preference combination and the frequency of occurrence of the operation event.
[0117] A preference score is a value that quantifies a user's satisfaction with a specific preference combination based solely on the pattern of operation events, even without the user performing any separate save operations. The preference score is normalized to between 0 and 1, and the higher the value, the higher the user's satisfaction with the corresponding preference combination.
[0118] A long retention time of a preferred combination means that the user stayed in that combination for an extended period without any separate operations, and a low frequency of operation events means that the user did not repeat additional fine-tuning after reaching that preferred combination; therefore, higher satisfaction levels for both metrics work in a favorable direction.
[0119] The preference judgment module (110) calculates a preference score according to the following mathematical formula 1, which increases as the duration of the preference combination increases and as the frequency of occurrence of the operation event decreases.
[0120] Mathematical formula 1.
[0121] Preference score = w1 × f1(T_hold) + w2 × f2(F_op)
[0122] Here, w1 and w2 are weights greater than or equal to 0 whose sum is 1, T_hold is the holding time (seconds) of the preferred combination, F_op is the frequency (times) of the operation event, and f1 and f2 are functions normalized from 0 to 1, respectively, where f1 has a larger value as T_hold is longer and f2 has a larger value as F_op is lower.
[0123] f1 and f2 can be calculated according to the following mathematical formulas 1-1 and 1-2.
[0124] Mathematical formula 1-1.
[0125] f1(T_hold) = min(T_hold / T_ref, 1)
[0126] Mathematical formula 1-2.
[0127] f2(F_op) = max(1 - F_op / F_ref, 0)
[0128] Here, T_ref is a preset reference hold time (seconds), F_ref is a preset reference occurrence frequency (times), min is an operation that takes the smaller of the two values, and max is an operation that takes the larger of the two values.
[0129] According to mathematical formulas 1-1 and 1-2, as soon as the holding time reaches the reference holding time, f1 is fixed at the upper limit of 1 so that any difference in holding time beyond that is not reflected in the preference score, and as soon as the occurrence frequency reaches the reference occurrence frequency, f2 is fixed at the lower limit of 0 so that any difference in occurrence frequency beyond that is also not additionally reflected in the preference score.
[0130] As another embodiment, f1 can be calculated according to the following mathematical formula 1-3.
[0131] Mathematical formula 1-3.
[0132] f1(T_hold) = 1 - e^(-T_hold / T_ref)
[0133] Here, e is the base of the natural logarithm.
[0134] For a numerical example of Equation 1, when the standard maintenance time is set to 160 seconds and the standard occurrence frequency to 4 times, and w1 is 0.6 and w2 is 0.4, according to Equation 1-1, the function value of f1 for a maintenance time of 120 seconds is calculated as 0.75 by dividing 120 by 160, and according to Equation 1-2, the function value of f2 for an occurrence frequency of 2 times is calculated as 0.5 by subtracting 0.5 (dividing 2 by 4) from 1, so the preference score is calculated as 0.6 × 0.75 + 0.4 × 0.5 = 0.65.
[0135] For a numerical example of mathematical formula 1-3, if the reference holding time is 160 seconds, the function value of f1 for a holding time of 120 seconds is calculated as approximately 0.53 through the calculation of 1 - e^(-120 / 160).
[0136] In this way, according to the preference judgment module (110), a preference score for a preference combination is automatically calculated without the user performing a separate saving operation, and a basis is established for the profile saving module (120), which will be described later, to generate and save a representative preference combination based on the calculated preference score.
[0137] The profile storage module (120) provides the function of generating and storing representative preference combinations by accumulating preference combinations for each user along with preference scores, where the preference score exceeds a reference value.
[0138] In the present invention, the term "representative preference combination" means selecting and storing only the preference combinations among the preference combinations accumulated for each user whose preference score exceeds a reference value.
[0139] At this time, the accumulation of preference combinations is achieved by repeating the process in which the preference judgment module (110) updates the preference combinations whenever an operation event is detected, and transmits the corresponding preference combinations and preference scores to the profile storage module (120) whenever the maintenance time of the preference combinations is calculated.
[0140] For example, when a preference combination of (45 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 2.6kPa, 3.2kPa, 2.4kPa) is sequentially accumulated with a preference score of 0.65 for user A, a preference combination of (50 degrees, 12 degrees, 18 degrees, 2.8kPa, 3.0kPa, 2.5kPa) with a preference score of 0.45, and a preference combination of (60 degrees, 15 degrees, 20 degrees, 2.8kPa, 3.5kPa, 2.6kPa) with a preference score of 0.72, and the reference value is set to 0.6, the profile storage module (120) selects and stores only two preference combinations with preference scores of 0.65 and 0.72 that exceed the reference value of 0.6 as representative preference combinations, and does not store a preference combination with a preference score of 0.45 that falls short of the reference value as a representative preference combination.
[0141] Additionally, as a criterion for distinguishing by user, when the operation input unit (41) detects the operation of its own controller, a unique identifier pre-set in the controller may be applied, or account information logged into the user terminal (201) may be applied.
[0142] In contrast, among the multiple user buttons registered in the remote control (202), an identifier corresponding to the button pressed during operation may be applied as a criterion for distinguishing users.
[0143] If the profile storage module (120) immediately saves the preferred combination received from the preference judgment module (110) regardless of whether the preference score is high or low, the combination that the user briefly passed through only once or the combination that was temporarily formed during operation may be saved as the representative preferred combination, and the profile selection module (130) described later may incorrectly select a combination that is not actually preferred as the one-touch reproduction target.
[0144] Accordingly, to prevent this problem, the profile storage module (120) does not immediately store the preference combination, but first determines whether the preference score of the preference combination exceeds a preset threshold value, and then decides whether to store it.
[0145] First, the profile storage module (120) receives a preference combination and a preference score from the preference judgment module (110), and then the profile storage module (120) compares the received preference score with a preset reference value.
[0146] Subsequently, only when the received preference score exceeds the reference value, the profile storage module (120) combines the angle value and pressure value of the preference combination, the preference score, and the time at which the storage was performed into a single record and stores it as a representative preference combination.
[0147] On the other hand, if the received preference score is below the threshold value, the profile storage module (120) discards the corresponding preference combination without combining it into a record.
[0148] For example, when the reference value is set to 0.6, and the preference score is calculated as 0.65 from a maintenance time of 120 seconds and a frequency of 2 occurrences for a preference combination consisting of an angle value of 45 degrees for the head section (11), an angle value of 10 degrees for the torso section (12), an angle value of 15 degrees for the leg section (13), and a pressure value of 3.2 kPa for the lumbar region, the profile storage module (120) determines that the calculated preference score of 0.65 exceeds the reference value of 0.6 and stores the preference combination as a representative preference combination along with the preference score of 0.65.
[0149] In another embodiment, when the maintenance time for the same angle value is limited to 30 seconds and the frequency of occurrence within a time window of 300 seconds is calculated as 5 times, and the preference score is calculated as 0.35, the profile storage module (120) determines that the calculated preference score of 0.35 is less than or equal to the reference value of 0.6 and does not store the corresponding preference combination.
[0150] In this case, the reference value is not a fixed value but can be calculated variably based on the cumulative number of representative preference combinations for each user.
[0151] Additionally, if the fixed standard value of 0.6 is applied as is to a user with a small accumulated number of representative preferred combinations, the number of saved representative preferred combinations may be excessively small, and the profile selection module (130) may continue to have no representative preferred combination to select when calling via one touch. Therefore, the profile storage module (120) lowers the standard value from 0.6 to 0.55 for users whose number of representative preferred combinations saved over the past 30 days is 3 or less.
[0152] For example, if the preference score is calculated as 0.58 for a user's preference combination that has two representative preference combinations stored over the last 30 days, the profile storage module (120) applies a lowered threshold value of 0.55 to determine that the preference score of 0.58 exceeds the threshold value and stores the preference combination as a representative preference combination.
[0153] In addition, if a representative preference combination already stored for the same user exists and the preference score of a new preference combination exceeds a threshold value, the profile storage module (120) additionally stores the new preference combination as a separate record from the existing representative preference combination.
[0154] For example, when the already stored representative preference combination is (45 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 2.6 kPa, 3.2 kPa, 2.4 kPa), if the preference score of the preference combination newly formed by the user (60 degrees, 15 degrees, 20 degrees, 2.8 kPa, 3.5 kPa, 2.6 kPa) exceeds the threshold value, the two combinations are each stored together as separate representative preference combinations.
[0155] Accordingly, for a single user, multiple representative preference combinations consisting of combinations of different angle and pressure values are stored together, such as representative preference combinations corresponding to reading posture and representative preference combinations corresponding to sleeping posture.
[0156] The representative preference combinations stored in this way are maintained in the memory described in FIG. 5, and the profile selection module (130) uses them as a basis for selecting the target to be reproduced when one-touch calling.
[0157] The profile selection module (130) performs the role of selecting the representative preference combination with the highest preference score when a one-touch call event from the user is received.
[0158] At this time, the term "one-touch call event" means a signal in which a user requests the profile selection module (130) to reproduce a representative preferred combination by operating any one of the one-touch button, an icon of an application installed on the user terminal (201), or a designated button provided on the remote control (202).
[0159] For example, the one-touch call event does not include the target angle value of the head section (11), torso section (12), or leg section (13) or the target pressure value of the air cell zone (21) itself, but includes only an identifier that identifies the user who generated the one-touch call event, and the profile selection module (130) determines the reproduction target among the representative preference combinations stored in the profile storage module (120) based on the identifier.
[0160] These one-touch call events are distinguished from the operation events described earlier.
[0161] An operation event means that the target, amount of change, and time of occurrence for the angle of any one of the head section (11), torso section (12), or leg section (13), or the pressure of any one of the air cell zones (21) are detected individually, whereas a one-touch call event means that an operation requesting the collective reproduction of all representative preference combinations stored in the profile storage module (120) is detected, without including the target and amount of change for each of the angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), or leg section (13) and the pressure values of the air cell zones (21).
[0162] In other words, the operation event directly indicates the individual angle value or pressure value that the user wishes to change for one of the head section (11), torso section (12), leg section (13), or air cell area (21), whereas the one-touch call event does not indicate the individual angle value or pressure value but indicates the entire set of already stored representative preference combinations.
[0163] That is, the present invention provides a structure in which the profile selection module (130) specifies the reproduction target among a plurality of representative preference combinations stored in the profile storage module (120) using only the user identifier included in the one-touch call event, thereby enabling the user to perform collective operation, i.e., 'one-touch reproduction,' on the entire combination of angle values and pressure values without individually manipulating the angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) and the pressure values of the air cell zone (21).
[0164] First, when the profile selection module (130) receives a one-touch call event from the operation input unit (41), user terminal (201), or remote control (202), it identifies the user who generated the one-touch call event according to the same criteria as the user-specific distinction criteria described above in the profile storage module (120).
[0165] Next, the profile selection module (130) searches for the representative preference combination with the highest preference score among a plurality of representative preference combinations stored in the profile storage module (120) for a specific user.
[0166] Finally, the profile selection module (130) transmits the searched representative preference combination to the cooperation control module (140), which will be described later, to designate it as a reproduction target.
[0167] For example, if three representative preference combinations are stored for a specific user and their respective preference scores are calculated as 0.65, 0.72, and 0.58, the profile selection module (130) searches for the representative preference combination with the highest preference score of 0.72 among the three representative preference combinations and transmits it to the cooperation control module (140).
[0168] In one embodiment, when a one-touch call event is received and the preference scores of a plurality of searched representative preference combinations are calculated to be the same at 0.70, the profile selection module (130) can select the representative preference combination with the most recent storage time among the representative preference combinations.
[0169] In another embodiment, when a one-touch call event is received but there is no representative preference combination stored in the profile storage module (120) for a specific user, the profile selection module (130) can transmit a signal to the user terminal (201) indicating that there is no reproduction target corresponding to the one-touch call event.
[0170] The cooperative control module (140) provides a function to reproduce a representative preference combination by sequentially generating and outputting an angle drive command for the motion bed control device (15) and a pressure drive command for the mattress drive device (30) based on the representative preference combination selected from the profile selection module (130).
[0171] At this time, reproduction of the representative preferred combination means driving the motion bed control device (15) and the mattress driving device (30) so that the angles of the head section (11), torso section (12) and leg section (13) reach the angle value included in the representative preferred combination and the internal pressure of each air cell zone (21) reaches the pressure value included in the representative preferred combination.
[0172] First, the cooperative control module (140) generates an angle drive command that specifies the angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) included in the representative preferred combination and outputs it to the motion bed control device (15).
[0173] Next, the cooperative control module (140) generates a pressure drive command that specifies a pressure value for each air cell zone (21) included in the representative preference combination and outputs it to the mattress drive device (30).
[0174] The reason the angle drive command is output before the pressure drive command is that, as the angles of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) change, the load distribution of the user's body parts also changes; therefore, it is advantageous for the cooperative control module (140) to generate the pressure drive command based on the changed load distribution to reduce the error between the pressure value included in the representative preferred combination and the actual pressure.
[0175] For example, when the representative preferred combination is (45 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 2.6 kPa, 3.2 kPa, 2.4 kPa), the cooperative control module (140) generates an angle driving command that specifies the angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) as 45 degrees, 10 degrees, and 15 degrees, respectively, and outputs it to the motion bed control device (15), and then generates a pressure driving command that specifies the pressure values for each air cell zone (21) as 2.6 kPa, 3.2 kPa, and 2.4 kPa, respectively, and outputs it to the mattress driving device (30).
[0176] At this time, the cooperative control module (140) can generate a pressure drive command after the motion bed control device (15) receives a signal indicating that the angles of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) have reached the angle value indicated by the angle drive command, from the time of output of the angle drive command.
[0177] Additionally, the cooperative control module (140) may generate a pressure drive command at a time when a preset delay time has elapsed from the time of output of the angle drive command.
[0178] Thus, the system of the present invention has a structure that automatically calculates a preferred combination of angle and pressure values from a user's operation event, selects and stores only those preferred combinations whose preference score exceeds a reference value as representative preferred combinations, and when a one-touch call event is received, selects the one with the highest preference score among the stored representative preferred combinations and sequentially outputs driving commands for the motion bed (10) and mattress (20) to reproduce the result.
[0179] The operation flow of the system of the present invention regarding a situation in which a user stays on the mattress (20) for 30 minutes while in a reading position and then generates a one-touch call event is described below.
[0180] When the user operates the remote control (202) to adjust the angle of the head section (11) to 45 degrees, the angle of the torso section (12) to 10 degrees, the angle of the leg section (13) to 15 degrees, and the pressure of the lumbar region to 3.2 kPa, the operation input unit (41) converts these operations into operation events and transmits them to the preference judgment module (110).
[0181] The preference judgment module (110) calculates that the combination of the angle value and pressure value is maintained within an equivalent range for 1,800 seconds after the last operation event is detected, and calculates that the frequency of additional operation events during this time is 0 times, and calculates the preference score as 0.9 according to Equation 1.
[0182] The profile storage module (120) determines that the received preference score of 0.9 exceeds the reference value of 0.6, and stores the combination of the angle value and pressure value as the user's representative preference combination along with the preference score of 0.9 and the storage time.
[0183] Afterward, when the user steps off the mattress (20) and presses the button with the text 'ONE-TOUCH' printed on it on the remote control (202), the profile selection module (130) searches for the highest representative preference combination with a preference score of 0.9 among the multiple representative preference combinations stored for the user and transmits it to the cooperation control module (140).
[0184] The cooperative control module (140) outputs an angle driving command to the motion bed control device (15) specifying the angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) as 45 degrees, 10 degrees, and 15 degrees, respectively, and then outputs a pressure driving command to the mattress driving device (30) specifying the pressure value of the lumbar region as 3.2 kPa, thereby reproducing the reading posture that the user was taking before leaving.
[0185] In summary, the system of the present invention provides the characteristic that a posture suitable for the user is automatically learned through normal operation alone, without the user having to go through the trouble of individually readjusting angles and pressures every time, and that the user can return to that posture with a single touch.
[0186] Meanwhile, if the above-described preference judgment module (110) calculates a preference score based only on the maintenance time of the preference combination and the frequency of operation events, it may be mistakenly assumed that the preference combination remains intact even after the user temporarily leaves the mattress (20), and thus a high preference score may be calculated for a preference combination that is not actually preferred. Additionally, if the profile storage module (120) stores a representative preference combination based only on whether the preference score exceeds a reference value, a preference combination that is temporarily formed when the maintenance time is not sufficiently secured or when the user does not occupy the mattress (20) may be stored as a representative preference combination, and a problem may occur in which the profile selection module (130) incorrectly selects a preference combination that is not actually preferred as a reproduction target when calling with one touch.
[0187] To overcome this, the system of the present invention proposes a technical concept that additionally reflects whether the preferred combination is maintained and biosignals after the user's departure in the calculation of the preference score, and additionally reflects the maintenance time, the amount of change between preferred combinations, and the occupancy status in the storage conditions of the representative preferred combination.
[0188] Figure 6 is a flowchart illustrating the process of calculating and storing preference scores of preference combinations.
[0189] The preference judgment module (110) further performs the role of calculating a preference score by reflecting at least one of whether the preference combination is maintained after the user leaves the mattress (20) and a biosignal (specifically, whether the biosignal is stable) in addition to the duration of the preference combination and the frequency of occurrence of operation events.
[0190] At this time, the term "maintenance of the preferred combination" means the time during which the preferred combination is maintained without being changed by an operation event after the user has left the mattress (20).
[0191] The preference determination module (110) can specify the time when the occupancy status calculated by the body pressure distribution sensor (42) is switched to departure as the departure time, and calculate the time during which no operation event is detected after the departure time and the preference combination is maintained as the maintenance time after departure.
[0192] For example, if no operation event is detected until 900 seconds have elapsed since the point of exit, the duration after exit is calculated as 900 seconds.
[0193] In addition, the stability of the biological signal means a state in which the difference between the biological signal acquired immediately before the point of departure and the biological signal acquired immediately thereafter is maintained within a preset allowable range.
[0194] If heart rate, respiration, or body temperature is measured to be within the same range as immediately before departure even after the user has left a specific preference combination, that preference combination is treated as having been in a state that did not impose a physical burden on the user prior to departure, and this is reflected in the preference score by the calculation method described below.
[0195] In one embodiment, the preference judgment module (110) calculates the difference between the heart rate obtained from the body motion sensor (44) immediately before the time of departure, specifically the piezoelectric element type body motion sensor inserted inside the mattress (20) that detects micro-vibrations according to the heart rate as pressure changes, and the heart rate obtained from the body signal sensor (44) after the time of departure. If the calculated difference is within a preset allowable range, it can be determined that the body signal is maintained stably, and if it is outside the allowable range, it can be determined that the body signal is not maintained stably.
[0196] For example, if the heart rate immediately before exiting is measured at 68 bpm and the heart rate after exiting is measured at 70 bpm, and the difference between the two values is calculated to be 2 bpm, and the allowable range is set to ±5 bpm, it is determined that the biosignal is maintained stably because the calculated difference of 2 bpm falls within the allowable range.
[0197] On the other hand, if the heart rate immediately before exiting is measured at 68 bpm and the heart rate after exiting is measured at 82 bpm, and the difference between the two values is calculated to be 14 bpm, it is determined that the vital signs are not maintained stably because the calculated difference of 14 bpm is outside the allowable range of ±5 bpm.
[0198] When the maintenance time after withdrawal and the stability of the biosignal are reflected together, the preference judgment module (110) can calculate a preference score according to the following mathematical formula 2 based on the maintenance time, frequency of occurrence, maintenance time after withdrawal and the stability of the biosignal.
[0199] Mathematical formula 2.
[0200] Preference score = w1 × f1(T_hold) + w2 × f2(F_op) + w3 × f3(T_off) + w4 × f4(D_hr)
[0201] Here, w1, w2, w3 and w4 are weights greater than or equal to 0 whose sum is 1, T_hold is the duration of the preferred combination (seconds), F_op is the frequency of occurrence of manipulation events (times), T_off is the duration after disengagement (seconds), D_hr is the absolute value (bpm) of the difference between the heart rate immediately before disengagement and the heart rate after disengagement, f3 is a function normalized from 0 to 1 that has a larger value as T_off lengthens, and f4 is a function that has a value of 1 when the biosignal is maintained stably and a value of 0 when it is not maintained stably.
[0202] f3 can be calculated according to the following mathematical formula 2-1.
[0203] Mathematical Formula 2-1.
[0204] f3(T_off) = min(T_off / T_ref, 1)
[0205] Here, T_ref is the retention time (in seconds) after a preset threshold deviation.
[0206] In addition, f4 is a continuous value that becomes larger as D_hr becomes smaller, and can be calculated according to the following mathematical formula 2-2.
[0207] Mathematical formula 2-2.
[0208] f4(D_hr) = max(1 - D_hr / D_ref, 0)
[0209] Here, D_ref is a preset reference heart rate difference (bpm).
[0210] For a numerical example of mathematical formula 2, the maintenance time is 200 seconds (f1 is the upper limit of 1 as the standard maintenance time exceeds 160 seconds), the occurrence frequency is 1 time (f2 is 0.75 as the standard occurrence frequency is 4 times), the maintenance time after disengagement is 900 seconds (f3 is 0.75 as the standard maintenance time after disengagement is 1200 seconds), the heart rate difference is 2 bpm (f4 is 0.8 as the standard heart rate difference is 10 bpm), and w1 is 0.4, w2 is 0.2, w3 is 0.3, and w4 is 0.1. In this case, the preference score is calculated as 0.4 × 1 + 0.2 × 0.75 + 0.3 × 0.75 + 0.1 × 0.8 = 0.855.
[0211] In another embodiment, the preference judgment module (110) may calculate a preference score by additionally reflecting either the maintenance time after detachment or the stability of the biosignal in the maintenance time and frequency of occurrence.
[0212] The preference score calculated in this way is used to determine the storage conditions of the profile storage module (120) to be described later.
[0213] In response to this, the profile storage module (120) further performs the role of determining whether to store the representative preference combination by reflecting, in addition to whether the preference score exceeds a reference value, whether the maintenance time of the preference combination exceeds a minimum maintenance time, whether the difference between the preference combination and the representative preference combination exceeds a reference change amount, and whether the occupancy status indicates that it is occupied.
[0214] Here, the minimum retention time refers to a time value that is pre-set to exclude from storage targets of representative preferred combinations cases where a preferred combination is formed only momentarily and then immediately changed.
[0215] Additionally, the reference change amount is a value representing the difference between a newly formed preference combination and a representative preference combination previously stored for each user, and if this difference is less than or equal to the reference change amount, the two preference combinations are treated as virtually identical, so that the profile storage module (120) does not store similar preference combinations redundantly.
[0216] Additionally, whether the occupancy status indicates that the user is actually lying on the mattress (20) based on the body pressure distribution calculated by the body pressure distribution sensor (42), this is reflected to prevent a preference combination temporarily formed while the user is out of the mattress (20) from being stored as a representative preference combination.
[0217] First, the profile storage module (120) compares the retention time of the preference combination received from the preference judgment module (110) with the minimum retention time.
[0218] Next, the profile storage module (120) calculates the difference between the received preference combination and each of the previously stored representative preference combinations for the user, and determines whether the calculated difference exceeds a standard change amount.
[0219] Next, the profile storage module (120) checks whether the occupancy status received from the body pressure distribution sensor (42) indicates that it is occupied.
[0220] Finally, the profile storage module (120) stores the preferred combination as the representative preferred combination only when all four conditions are satisfied: the preferred score exceeds the reference value, the retention time exceeds the minimum retention time, the difference between the preferred combination and the representative preferred combination exceeds the reference change amount, and the occupancy status indicates that it is occupied.
[0221] For example, when the minimum holding time is set to 60 seconds and the reference change amount is set to an angle of 5 degrees and a pressure of 0.3 kPa, and the preference score of the newly formed preferred combination (50 degrees, 12 degrees, 18 degrees, 2.8 kPa, 3.0 kPa, 2.5 kPa) is calculated to be 0.7 and the holding time is calculated to be 90 seconds, and the difference from the previously stored representative preferred combination (45 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 2.6 kPa, 3.2 kPa, 2.4 kPa) is calculated to be a head section (11) angle of 5 degrees, a torso section (12) angle of 2 degrees, a leg section (13) angle of 3 degrees, and pressures of 0.2 kPa, 0.2 kPa, and 0.1 kPa respectively, and the occupancy status is confirmed to be occupied, the profile storage module (120) determines that the preference score of 0.7 exceeds the reference value of 0.6 and the holding time of 90 seconds exceeds the minimum holding time of 60 seconds, but It is determined that the angle difference of 5 degrees of the head section (11) does not exceed the reference change amount of 5 degrees, so the corresponding preference combination is not stored as a representative preference combination.
[0222] In another embodiment, when a newly formed preference combination under the same conditions is formed as (60 degrees, 15 degrees, 20 degrees, 2.8 kPa, 3.5 kPa, 2.6 kPa) and the difference from the existing representative preference combination is calculated as an angle of 15 degrees for the head section (11), an angle of 5 degrees for the torso section (12), an angle of 5 degrees for the leg section (13), and pressures of 0.2 kPa, 0.3 kPa, and 0.2 kPa, respectively, since the angle difference of 15 degrees for the head section (11) exceeds the reference change amount of 5 degrees, the profile storage module (120) confirms that all three remaining conditions are satisfied and then stores the preference combination as a new representative preference combination.
[0223] Meanwhile, the profile storage module (120) does not store a preferred combination formed after the occupancy status is switched from occupancy to out of occupancy as a representative preferred combination, even if the conditions for the preference score, retention time, and change amount are all satisfied.
[0224] In summary, the system of the present invention prevents a preference combination formed by chance while the user is temporarily detached or experiencing physical discomfort, or a preference combination almost identical to an existing representative preference combination, from being incorrectly saved as a representative preference combination, thereby providing the advantage that the profile selection module (130) can select and reproduce only the posture in which the user actually feels comfortable when calling with one touch.
[0225] The representative preferred combinations described above are stored as a single set regardless of the day of the week or time of day, and when called with one touch, only the one with the highest preference score among the stored representative preferred combinations is selected. However, since users may prefer combinations of different angle and pressure values in different situations, such as weekday mornings and weekend evenings, if only the representative preferred combination with the highest preference score is reproduced without distinguishing between situations, a posture that does not match the actual situation of the user may be reproduced.
[0226] To overcome this, the system of the present invention presents a technical concept that stores situational features including the day of the week and time zone at the time when the preferred combination is calculated, classifies the stored preferred combinations into multiple clusters based on the similarity of the situational features, and then selects a representative preferred combination within the cluster corresponding to the situational features at the time of the one-touch call.
[0227] Specifically, the profile storage module (120) further includes a situation feature management unit (121) and a cluster management unit (122), and the profile selection module (130) further includes a cluster specific unit (131) and a combination selection unit (132).
[0228] The situation feature management unit (121) performs the role of storing situation features, including day of the week information and time zone information at the time when the preference combination was calculated, together with the preference combination and preference score received from the preference judgment module (110).
[0229] In this case, the term "situation feature" refers to a vector consisting of day of the week information and time zone information based on the time when the preference combination was calculated.
[0230] First, when the situation feature management unit (121) receives the time at which the maintenance time of the preference combination is calculated from the preference judgment module (110), it queries the year, month, day and hour, minute, and second corresponding to that time from the real-time clock element embedded in the preference control device (100).
[0231] Next, the situation feature management unit (121) calculates the day of the week information from Monday to Sunday based on the retrieved year, month, and day, and calculates the time zone information from 0:00 to 23:00 based on the retrieved hour, minute, and second.
[0232] Next, the situation feature management unit (121) combines the calculated day of the week information and time zone information into situation features and combines them into one record along with the preference combination and preference score.
[0233] For example, when the preference score of the preference combination (45 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 2.6 kPa, 3.2 kPa, 2.4 kPa) is calculated as 0.65, and the time 21:20:30 on July 11, 2026 is retrieved from the system clock, the situation feature management unit (121) calculates Saturday as the day of the week from the date and 21:00 as the time of day from the time, and combines the situation feature consisting of Saturday 21:00 with the preference combination and preference score 0.65 into one record and stores it.
[0234] In addition, the real-time clock element embedded in the preference control device (100) can be corrected by periodically receiving time information from the standard time server.
[0235] The situation characteristics stored in this way are used as input for cluster classification by the cluster management unit (122) to be described later.
[0236] The cluster management unit (122) classifies a plurality of preference combinations stored by the situation feature management unit (121) into at least one cluster based on the similarity of the situation features, and performs the role of generating and storing a representative preference combination, a center value of the situation feature, an allowable neighborhood range, and a number of samples for each classified cluster.
[0237] In this case, a cluster refers to a set of preference combinations that are determined to have similar situational characteristics.
[0238] In addition, the centroid refers to the average value of the situational features corresponding to each of the multiple preference combinations classified into one cluster, the allowable neighborhood refers to the minimum threshold value of similarity required for a new preference combination to be incorporated into the cluster, and the sample size refers to the number of preference combinations classified into the cluster.
[0239] First, when the cluster management unit (122) receives the situational features of the newly stored preference combination from the situational feature management unit (121), it converts the day of the week information into integers from 0 to 6 from Monday to Sunday, and the time zone information into real numbers from 0 to less than 24 hours.
[0240] Next, if there is an existing cluster, the cluster management unit (122) can calculate the similarity according to the following mathematical formula 3 based on the difference between the day of the week and time zone information of the received situational features and the day of the week and time zone information included in the center value of each cluster.
[0241] Mathematical formula 3.
[0242] S = 1 - (w1 × D_day + w2 × D_time)
[0243] Here, S is the similarity, w1 and w2 are weights greater than or equal to 0 whose sum is 1, D_day is the difference between weekday information normalized to between 0 and 1, and D_time is the difference between time zone information normalized to between 0 and 1.
[0244] D_day can be calculated according to the following mathematical formula 3-1.
[0245] Mathematical Formula 3-1.
[0246] D_day = min(d_diff, 7 - d_diff) / 3
[0247] Here, d_diff is the absolute value of the difference between two day information, and 3 is the maximum difference value that can occur between two days based on a week.
[0248] In addition, D_time can be calculated according to the following mathematical formula 3-2.
[0249] Mathematical formula 3-2.
[0250] D_time = min(t_diff, 24 - t_diff) / 12
[0251] Here, t_diff is the absolute value (hours) of the difference between two time zones, and 12 is the maximum difference (hours) that can occur between two time zones based on a 24-hour period.
[0252] For a numerical example of mathematical formula 3, when w1 is set to 0.4 and w2 to 0.6, and the situational features of the newly saved preferred combination are Saturday (6) and 21:00, and the center value of a cluster is calculated as Sunday (0) and 22:00, the difference between the days of the week is calculated as 0.33 by dividing min(6, 1) by 3, and the difference between the time zones is calculated as 0.08 by dividing min(1, 23) by 12, respectively, and the similarity is calculated as 1 - (0.4 × 0.33 + 0.6 × 0.08) = 0.82.
[0253] Next, if the highest similarity among the calculated similarities exceeds the allowed range of the cluster, the cluster management unit (122) incorporates the newly stored preference combination into the cluster, updates the center value by reflecting the situational characteristics of the incorporated preference combination, and increases the sample count by 1.
[0254] At this time, updating the centroid value can be done according to the following mathematical formula 3-3, which assigns a weight equal to the number of samples prior to inclusion to the existing centroid value and a weight of 1 to the situational characteristics of the newly included preference combination.
[0255] Mathematical formula 3-3.
[0256] M_new = (M_old × N + X_new) / (N + 1)
[0257] Here, M_new is the updated centroid, M_old is the existing centroid, N is the number of samples prior to inclusion, and X_new is the situational characteristic of the newly included preference combination.
[0258] This operation is applied equally to the day of the week information and the time zone information, respectively.
[0259] For example, when a preferred combination with the conditional characteristics of day 6 (Saturday) and time zone 21:00 is newly incorporated into a cluster, the centroid value of a cluster prior to incorporation is day 0 (Sunday) and time zone 22:00, and the number of samples prior to incorporation is 4, the updated centroid value of the day is calculated as (0 × 4 + 6) / 5 = 1.2, the updated centroid value of the time zone is calculated as (22 × 4 + 21) / 5 = 21.8, and the number of samples is updated to 5, which is 4 plus 1.
[0260] On the other hand, if the highest similarity among the calculated similarities is below the allowable range of all clusters or if there are no existing clusters, the cluster management unit (122) creates a new cluster with the situational characteristics of the newly stored preference combination as the center value and initializes the number of samples to 1.
[0261] Finally, the cluster management unit (122) generates and stores the preference combination with the highest preference score among the preference combinations included in each cluster as the representative preference combination of that cluster.
[0262] Meanwhile, if the similarity between the situational features of the newly saved preference combination and the centroids of all previously generated clusters is calculated to be below the respective allowable range, the cluster management unit (122) may also create a new cluster with the situational features as the centroid and a sample size of 1.
[0263] The representative preference combination, center value, allowable neighborhood range, and sample number generated and updated in this way are used to select the representative preference combination when a one-touch call is made by the cluster specific part (131) and combination selection part (132) described later.
[0264] The cluster specific unit (131) additionally included in the profile selection module (130) calculates the similarity between the situational characteristics at that time and the centroid values of each cluster stored in the cluster management unit (122) when a one-touch call event is received, and performs the role of specifying the cluster with the highest calculated similarity.
[0265] First, the cluster specific unit (131) calculates the day of the week information and time zone information corresponding to the time when the one-touch call event is received in the same manner as described above in the situation feature management unit (121).
[0266] Next, the cluster specific unit (131) can calculate the similarity between the calculated situational characteristics and the centroid values of each cluster stored in the cluster management unit (122) according to the mathematical formula 3 described above.
[0267] Finally, the cluster identification part (131) identifies the cluster having the highest similarity among the similarities calculated for each of the multiple clusters.
[0268] For example, when the day of the week at which a one-touch call event is received is Saturday (6) and the time zone is 21:00, if the center value of a certain cluster stored in the cluster management unit (122) is calculated as Sunday (0) and the time zone is 22:00, the cluster specific unit (131) calculates the similarity between the two situation features as 0.82 according to the mathematical formula 3 previously exemplified.
[0269] In one embodiment, when the similarity of 0.82 calculated with the allowable neighborhood range set to 0.7 exceeds the allowable neighborhood range of 0.7, the cluster identification part (131) can identify the cluster as a cluster corresponding to a one-touch call event.
[0270] Additionally, if the highest similarity among the similarities calculated for multiple clusters is below the allowable range of all clusters, the cluster specific part (131) can designate the entire representative preference combination stored for each user as the selection range by the combination selection part (132).
[0271] The cluster specified in this way is transmitted to the combination selection unit (132) described later and is used as the selection range for the representative preferred combination.
[0272] The combination selection unit (132) performs the role of selecting the representative preference combination with the highest preference score within the cluster specified by the cluster specific unit (131).
[0273] First, the combination selection unit (132) receives information about a specific cluster from the cluster specific unit (131), and then extracts only the representative preference combinations belonging to the received cluster from among the representative preference combinations stored in the cluster management unit (122).
[0274] Next, the combination selection unit (132) searches for the representative preference combination with the highest preference score among the extracted representative preference combinations.
[0275] Finally, the combination selection unit (132) transmits the searched representative preferred combination to the cooperation control module (140) described later and designates it as a reproduction target.
[0276] For example, if there are two representative preference combinations in a specified cluster and their respective preference scores are calculated as 0.72 and 0.65, the combination selection unit (132) searches for the representative preference combination with the highest preference score of 0.72 among the two representative preference combinations and transmits it to the cooperation control module (140).
[0277] Meanwhile, if the preference scores of the extracted multiple representative preference combinations are calculated to be the same at 0.70, the combination selection unit (132) can select the representative preference combination with the largest number of samples among the representative preference combinations.
[0278] In addition, the combination selection unit (132) may select the representative preference combination with the highest similarity between the center value of the cluster to which each representative preference combination belongs and the situational features at the time the one-touch call event is received, instead of the number of samples, when the preference scores are calculated identically.
[0279] The representative preferred combination selected in this way is used as a target for reproduction by the cooperative control module (140).
[0280] In summary, through the cooperation of the situation feature management unit (121), cluster management unit (122), cluster specific unit (131), and combination selection unit (132), even if users prefer different postures on different days and times, the advantage is that only the representative preferred combination suitable for the situation in which the one-touch call was made can be selected and reproduced.
[0281] If the angle driving command of the cooperative control module (140) and the pressure driving command of the cooperative control module (140) are simply output sequentially, the user may feel a sudden change in pressure while the angle of the head section (11), torso section (12), or leg section (13) is changing, or may experience the reproduction ending with a minute error remaining between the actual measured value and the target angle value and pressure value even after reaching them.
[0282] To resolve these problems, the present invention proposes a technical concept that subdivides the reproduction process of a representative preferred combination into six stages—standing state, ready state, angle transition state, pressure adaptation state, fine adjustment state, and settling state—and sequentially executes different driving commands for each stage.
[0283] Specifically, the cooperative control module (140) reproduces a representative preferred combination by proceeding through a plurality of reproduction states, including a standby state, a ready state, an angle transition state, a pressure adaptation state, a fine adjustment state, and a set state of the motion bed control device (15) and the mattress drive device (30), in a preset order.
[0284] At this time, the standby state refers to a state in which the motion bed control device (15) and the mattress drive device (30) wait for an angle drive command and a pressure drive command before a one-touch call event is received.
[0285] Additionally, the ready state refers to the state immediately after a one-touch call event is received, up until the cooperative control module (140) receives a representative preference combination from the profile selection module (130) and generates an angle drive command and a pressure drive command.
[0286] In addition, the angle transition state refers to the state from the time when the cooperative control module (140) generates and outputs an angle driving command until the angles of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) reach a target angle value by the motion bed control device (15).
[0287] The term "pressure adaptation state" refers to the state from the time when the cooperative control module (140) generates and outputs a pressure drive command until the internal pressure of each air cell zone (21) reaches the target pressure value by the mattress drive device (30).
[0288] In addition, the fine adjustment state means a state in which, after the angle transition state and the pressure adaptation state have each ended, at least one of the angle driving command and the pressure driving command is corrected and output based on the error between the measured angle value and pressure value and the angle value and pressure value included in the representative preferred combination.
[0289] The settling state refers to a state in which the motion bed control device (15) and the mattress drive device (30) maintain the corresponding angle value and pressure value after the error calculated in the fine adjustment state has entered within a preset allowable range.
[0290] Specifically, the cooperation control module (140) switches to a ready state when a one-touch call event is received in a standby state and receives a representative preference combination from the profile selection module (130).
[0291] Next, the cooperative control module (140) switches from a ready state to an angle transition state, generates an angle drive command that specifies the angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) included in the representative preferred combination, and outputs it to the motion bed control device (15).
[0292] Next, the cooperative control module (140) switches from an angle transition state to a pressure adaptation state and generates a pressure drive command that specifies a pressure value for each air cell zone (21) included in the representative preference combination and outputs it to the mattress drive device (30).
[0293] Subsequently, the cooperative control module (140) switches from a pressure adaptation state to a fine adjustment state to calculate the error between the actual angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) and the angle values included in the representative preferred combination, and the error between the actual pressure values of each air cell zone (21) and the pressure values included in the representative preferred combination, and corrects and outputs at least one of the angle driving command and pressure driving command based on the calculated error.
[0294] Finally, the cooperative control module (140) switches to a set state when the error calculated in the fine-tuning state falls within a preset allowable range, thereby completing the reproduction of the representative preferred combination.
[0295] For example, when the representative preferred combination is (45 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 2.6 kPa, 3.2 kPa, 2.4 kPa), if the actual angle value of the head section (11) in the angle transition state is measured as 44 degrees and the actual pressure value of the lumbar region in the pressure adaptation state is measured as 2.75 kPa, then in the fine adjustment state, the cooperative control module (140) calculates an angle error of 1 degree of the head section (11) and a pressure error of 0.15 kPa in the lumbar region, and generates an angle driving command and a pressure driving command to correct them.
[0296] For example, if the angle tolerance range is set to ±2 degrees and the pressure tolerance range to ±0.2 kPa, the cooperative control module (140) can determine that the angle error of 1 degree and the pressure error of 0.15 kPa in the above example are both within the tolerance range and switch to a settling state.
[0297] According to the operation of the cooperative control module (140) subdivided by reproduction state in this way, the angle change and pressure change proceed sequentially in distinctly separated steps, and the error at the time of completion of reproduction is minimized.
[0298] In the angle transition state, the cooperative control module (140) generates an angle driving command that specifies the angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) included in the representative preferred combination and outputs it to the motion bed control device (15).
[0299] When the actual angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) reach the angle values indicated by the angle driving command and the angle transition state ends, the cooperative control module (140) in the pressure adaptation state generates a pressure driving command specifying pressure values for each air cell zone (21) included in the representative preference combination and outputs it to the mattress driving device (30).
[0300] When the pressure adaptation state ends because the actual pressure value for each air cell zone (21) reaches the pressure value indicated by the pressure drive command, the cooperative control module (140) in the fine adjustment state calculates the difference between the actual angle value of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) and the angle value included in the representative preferred combination, and the difference between the actual pressure value for each air cell zone (21) and the pressure value included in the representative preferred combination as an error, and corrects and outputs at least one of the angle drive command and the pressure drive command based on the calculated error.
[0301] In one embodiment, the cooperative control module (140) can generate an angle driving command or a pressure driving command that calculates a value by multiplying a calculated error by a preset correction coefficient as a correction amount, and increases the target value by the correction amount when the actual value is smaller than the target value, and decreases the target value by the correction amount when the actual value is larger than the target value.
[0302] For example, when the correction factor is set to 0.5, if the target angle value of the head section (11) is 45 degrees and the actual angle value is measured as 44 degrees and the error is calculated as 1 degree, the cooperative control module (140) determines that the actual angle value is smaller than the target angle value and generates an angle driving command indicating 45.5 degrees, which is the target angle value adjusted upward by 0.5 degrees by multiplying the error of 1 degree by the correction factor of 0.5.
[0303] This error calculation and correction is repeated until the error falls within a preset allowable range.
[0304] Thus, the cooperative control module (140) divides the reproduction process of the representative preferred combination into six stages—waiting, preparation, angle transition, pressure adaptation, fine adjustment, and settling—and proceeds sequentially. By separating the angle transition state and the pressure adaptation state, it prevents user inconvenience caused by the simultaneous occurrence of angle change and pressure change. Furthermore, by repeatedly correcting the error between the actual value and the target value in the fine adjustment state, the angle value and pressure value at the end of the reproduction converge to values close to the representative preferred combination, thereby providing the advantage that the user can receive reproduction with the same quality posture every time.
[0305] Meanwhile, if the angle drive command and pressure drive command are received late due to reasons such as communication delay, the motion bed control device (15) or mattress drive device (30) may execute the command corresponding to the already terminated reproduction cycle or reproduction state late, thereby applying an angle value or pressure value unrelated to the current representative preferred combination.
[0306] In addition, if the pressure drive command is output only after the angle transition state has ended, the user may have to wait with only the angle changed for the amount of time it takes for the pressure change to actually appear, which may result in a perceived gap between the angle change and the pressure change.
[0307] To overcome this, the cooperative control module (140) presents a technical concept of adding information identifying the repetition cycle and the repetition state, and a valid time to the angle drive command and the pressure drive command, discarding the command after the valid time has elapsed, and determining the output time of the pressure drive command so that the pressure change precedes the time when the end of the angle transition state is predicted.
[0308] Specifically, the cooperative control module (140) further includes a command generation unit (141) and a time matching unit (142).
[0309] The command generation unit (141) generates an angle driving command and a pressure driving command, each having sequence identification information distinguishing the cycle of reproducing a representative preference combination and state identification information distinguishing the reproduction state, and transmits them to the motion bed control device (15) and the mattress driving device (30), respectively.
[0310] Here, the command generation unit (141) increases the sequence identification information by 1 whenever a one-touch call event is received, and adds the same sequence identification information to the angle driving command generated in the angle transition state and the pressure driving command generated in the pressure adaptation state.
[0311] The principle of adding unified sequence identification information to the same reproduction attempt is to enable each device to distinguish commands that do not belong to the current reproduction attempt by comparing the sequence identification information, even if commands from different reproduction attempts are mixed up and reach the motion bed control device (15) or mattress driving device (30) due to communication delay or retransmission.
[0312] The command generation unit (141) adds state identification information to an angle driving command or a pressure driving command, wherein the state identification information includes a value indicating whether the command was generated in an angle transition state or a pressure adaptation state, and a valid time during which the command can be processed effectively.
[0313] The command generation unit (141) discards the command if, from the time it generates the angle drive command or pressure drive command, the valid time elapses without receiving a reception acknowledgment signal for the command from the motion bed control device (15) or the mattress drive device (30).
[0314] For example, after an angle driving command with a preset validity period of 3 seconds is generated, if a reception acknowledgment signal from the motion bed control device (15) is not transmitted for 3 seconds due to a communication delay, the command generation unit (141) checks the expiration of the validity period of 3 seconds and discards the angle driving command.
[0315] Discarding a command that has expired is intended to prevent a command that is delayed and not properly transmitted from reaching the motion bed control device (15) or mattress drive device (30) belatedly and being incorrectly applied as an angle value or pressure value unrelated to the current representative preference combination.
[0316] In one embodiment, the command generation unit (141) can regenerate a new angle driving command while maintaining the same sequence identification information after discarding the angle driving command.
[0317] The sequence identification information added in this way is used by the time matching unit (142), which will be described later, to identify the angle driving command and the pressure driving command belonging to the same reproduction attempt.
[0318] The time matching unit (142) determines the output time (T_p) of the pressure driving command so that the pressure change according to the pressure driving command precedes the time (T_end) at which the end of the angle transition state is predicted.
[0319] Here, the end prediction time (T_end) refers to the time when the actual angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) are predicted to reach the angle value indicated by the angle driving command, and the time matching unit (142) calculates the end prediction time (T_end) by dividing the difference between the actual angle value and the target angle value at the time when the angle driving command is output by a preset target angular velocity.
[0320] The time matching unit (142) compares the target pressure value and the actual pressure value for each air cell zone (21) included in the representative preferred combination, and determines the direction of pressurization if the target pressure value is greater than the actual pressure value, and the direction of depressurization if it is smaller.
[0321] In one embodiment, the time matching unit (142) can determine the output time point (T_p) according to Equation 4, which subtracts the pressure response delay (D_p) determined according to the determined direction and the preset lead time (T_lead) from the end prediction time point (T_end).
[0322] Mathematical formula 4.
[0323] T_p = T_end - D_p - T_lead
[0324] Here, T_p is the output time of the pressure drive command (seconds), T_end is the predicted end time (seconds), D_p is the pressure response delay (seconds), and T_lead is the lead time (seconds).
[0325] The principle of outputting a pressure drive command by advancing the pressure response delay (D_p) and the lead time (T_lead) from the predicted end time (T_end) is to reflect in advance the characteristic that the pressure response of the mattress drive device (30) is delayed compared to the angle response of the motion bed control device (15), thereby ensuring that the effective time of the pressure change precedes or aligns with the end time of the angle transition.
[0326] For example, if the end prediction time (T_end) is calculated to be 8 seconds after the time when the one-touch call event is received, and the target pressure value is greater than the actual pressure value and is determined to be in the pressurization direction, and the pressure response delay (D_p) is set to 4 seconds and the lead time (T_lead) is set to 1 second, the time matching unit (142) calculates 3 seconds by subtracting 4 and 1 from 8 as the output time (T_p), and outputs a pressure drive command 3 seconds after the time when the one-touch call event is received.
[0327] If the calculated output time (T_p) is earlier than the current time, the time matching unit (142) immediately outputs a pressure driving command.
[0328] The pressure driving command, for which the output time point (T_p) is determined by the time matching unit (142) in this way, is output to the mattress driving device (30) along with the sequence identification information and state identification information added by the command generation unit (141).
[0329] Thus, the cooperative control module (140) filters out delayed commands and duplicate commands caused by communication delay or retransmission based on the valid time, and pre-corrects the delay characteristics of the pressure response to align the valid time of the pressure change with the end time of the angle change, thereby having the advantage that the user can feel the angle change and pressure change as one operation without any sense of disparity.
[0330] Figure 7 is a flowchart illustrating the process of interruption and return due to an anomaly occurring during reproduction.
[0331] If there is no separate configuration to monitor when the user's body pressure distribution is drastically skewed, or when the actual driving according to the angle driving command or pressure driving command deviates significantly from the target value, or when the user leaves the mattress (20) while the cooperative control module (140) is reproducing a representative preferred combination, the cooperative control module (140) may continue the reproduction regardless of such abnormal situations, thereby causing inconvenience or harm to the user.
[0332] To overcome this, the preference control device (100) presents a technical concept of stopping the reproduction and safely returning to the state prior to the suspension when at least one of the center deviation of the body pressure distribution, angle error, pressure error, and decline in the occupancy state during the reproduction of a representative preference combination exceeds a preset safety standard value.
[0333] Specifically, the preference control device (100) may additionally include a safety management module (150).
[0334] The safety management module (150) performs the role of generating a signal to stop the reproduction of the representative preference combination when at least one of the center of the body pressure distribution, the angle error for the angle driving command, the pressure error for the pressure driving command, and the decrease in the occupancy state exceeds a preset safety standard value during the reproduction of the representative preference combination by the cooperative control module (140).
[0335] Here, the deviation of the center of the body pressure distribution refers to the degree to which the center coordinate of the body pressure distribution calculated by the body pressure distribution sensor (42) deviates from the center coordinate calculated before the reproduction of the representative preference combination begins.
[0336] The safety management module (150) calculates the Euclidean distance between the center coordinates received in real time from the body pressure distribution sensor (42) and the center coordinates calculated and stored before the reproduction begins, and determines the deviation of the center of the body pressure distribution.
[0337] For example, if the center coordinates prior to the start of reproduction are calculated as (30cm, 90cm) relative to the surface of the mattress (20), and the center coordinates actually measured during reproduction are calculated as (38cm, 90cm), the deviation of the center of the body pressure distribution is calculated as 8cm, which is the distance between the two coordinates.
[0338] Additionally, the angle error for the angle driving command refers to the difference between the actual angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) and the angle values indicated by the angle driving command.
[0339] The safety management module (150) receives an angle value indicated by an angle driving command from the cooperative control module (140), receives an actual angle value from an angle sensor (43) provided in each of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13), and calculates the difference between the two values as an angle error. For example, when the angle driving command for the head section (11) indicates 45 degrees and the actual angle value is measured as 60 degrees, the angle error is calculated as 15 degrees, which is the difference between the two values.
[0340] The pressure error for the pressure drive command means the difference between the actual pressure value for each air cell zone (21) and the pressure value indicated by the pressure drive command.
[0341] To this end, the safety management module (150) receives the pressure value indicated by the pressure drive command from the cooperative control module (140) and receives the actual pressure value from the pressure sensor (45) provided for each air cell zone (21), and calculates the difference between the two values as a pressure error. For example, when the pressure drive command for the lumbar zone indicates 3.2 kPa and the actual pressure value is measured as 4.5 kPa, the pressure error is calculated as 1.3 kPa, which is the difference between the two values.
[0342] In addition, a decrease in the occupancy status means that the occupancy status calculated by the body pressure distribution sensor (42) is switched from occupancy to out of occupancy. The safety management module (150) compares the sum of the total body pressure calculated by the body pressure distribution sensor (42) with a preset occupancy judgment value, and determines that it is in occupancy if the sum of the total body pressure is greater than or equal to the occupancy judgment value, and out of occupancy if it is less than the occupancy judgment value.
[0343] For example, when the occupancy judgment value is preset to 300 kPa, if the total body pressure decreases from 320 kPa to 150 kPa during reproduction, the occupancy state is calculated to have transitioned from occupancy to out of occupancy.
[0344] First, the safety management module (150) calculates the center deviation, angle error, pressure error, and occupancy status of the body pressure distribution in real time from the time when the reproduction of the representative preference combination is initiated.
[0345] Next, the safety management module (150) compares the center deviation, angle error, and pressure error of the calculated body pressure distribution with a preset safety reference value and checks whether the occupancy status has been switched to out of control.
[0346] In one embodiment, the safety management module (150) can calculate a binary value corresponding to each of the deviation of the center of the body pressure distribution, the angle error, the pressure error, and the decrease in the occupancy state, and calculate a stop signal according to the following mathematical formula 5.
[0347] Mathematical formula 5.
[0348] A = min(A_cop + A_th + A_p + A_occ, 1)
[0349] Here, A is a stop signal, and A_cop, A_th, A_p, and A_occ are binary values indicating whether the center of the pressure distribution, angle error, pressure error, and drop in occupancy status exceed a safety threshold value, respectively, which is 1 if it exceeds and 0 if it does not.
[0350] The calculation method according to mathematical formula 5 has the characteristic that if any one of A_cop, A_th, A_p, and A_occ is 1, the sum is 1 or greater, and the interruption signal (A) is immediately calculated as 1, so if any one of the four conditions exceeds the safety threshold value, the interruption signal is immediately generated.
[0351] For example, when the safety standard value for the center of the pressure distribution deviation is set to 5cm and the deviation is calculated as 8cm, A_cop is calculated as 1 and the remaining A_th, A_p, and A_occ are all calculated as 0, the interruption signal (A) is calculated as min(1, 1) = 1, and the safety management module (150) generates an interruption signal.
[0352] The interruption signal generated in this way is utilized for the re-reproduction stop and return operation by the cooperation control module (140) to be described later.
[0353] In response to this, the cooperative control module (140) may further perform the role of stopping the reproduction of the representative preferred combination when a stop signal is generated from the safety management module (150), returning the angle of the motion bed and the internal pressure of each air cell zone (21) to within a preset rate of change to reach the angle value and pressure value prior to the initiation of the reproduction of the representative preferred combination, and restricting the initiation of the reproduction of the representative preferred combination for a preset time after the return is completed.
[0354] At this time, "return" means that the cooperative control module (140) regenerates the angle drive command and pressure drive command to return the angles of the head section (11), body section (12) and leg section (13) and the internal pressure of each air cell zone (21) to the angle values and pressure values recorded before the regeneration was initiated.
[0355] The cooperative control module (140) calculates the difference between the actual angle value and actual pressure value at the time the interruption signal is generated and the angle value and pressure value recorded before the regeneration is initiated, and calculates the time required for return by dividing the calculated difference by the rate of change described later. For example, if the angle value of the head section (11) before the regeneration is initiated was 10 degrees and the actual angle value at the time the interruption signal is generated is 40 degrees, the cooperative control module (140) calculates the difference between the two values, 30 degrees, as the amount of angle to be returned.
[0356] In addition, the preset rate of change refers to a value in which the rate at which the angle and pressure change during return is limited to be more gradual than during normal reproduction. This is because the situation in which the safety management module (150) generates a stop signal is already a state in which a sudden deviation or large error in the body pressure distribution is detected, and if the angle or pressure changes rapidly even during the return process, it may cause secondary inconvenience or harm to the user.
[0357] The cooperative control module (140) sets a rate of change lower than the angular velocity and pressure change rate typically applied in the angle transition state and pressure adaptation state, and calculates the time required for return by dividing the amount of angle or pressure to be returned by this rate of change.
[0358] For example, when the angular velocity during normal reproduction is preset at 10 degrees per second, and the rate of change during return is preset at 5 degrees per second, which is lower than this, and the amount of angle to be returned is calculated to be 30 degrees, the cooperative control module (140) calculates the return time as 6 seconds by dividing 30 by 5, and generates an angle driving command to decrease the angle of the head section (11) by 5 degrees per second during this time.
[0359] When a stop signal is generated, the cooperative control module (140) immediately stops the output of the angle drive command and pressure drive command that were in progress. This is to prevent the cooperative control module (140) from continuing to drive toward the original reproduction target while the abnormal situation determined by the safety management module (150) persists.
[0360] When the output is stopped, the cooperative control module (140) checks the angle and pressure values recorded before the reproduction begins, and regenerates and outputs angle driving commands and pressure driving commands to restore the angles of the head section (11), body section (12), and leg section (13) and the internal pressure of each air cell zone (21) so that they reach within a preset rate of change of these values.
[0361] For example, if the angle value of the head section (11) prior to the start of reproduction was 10 degrees and the actual angle value at the time the interruption signal was generated was 40 degrees, and the rate of change was preset at 5 degrees per second, the cooperative control module (140) generates an angle driving command that decreases the angle of the head section (11) by 5 degrees per second until the angle reaches 10 degrees.
[0362] Likewise, when the pressure value of the lumbar region prior to the start of reproduction was 2.4 kPa and the actual pressure value at the time the interruption signal was generated was 3.8 kPa, and the rate of change is preset at 0.2 kPa per second, the cooperative control module (140) generates a pressure driving command that decreases the pressure of the lumbar region by 0.2 kPa per second until the pressure reaches 2.4 kPa.
[0363] When the actual angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) and the actual pressure values for each air cell zone (21) reach the angle values and pressure values prior to the start of reproduction, the cooperative control module (140) determines that the return is complete. Subsequently, the cooperative control module (140) does not start the reproduction of the representative preferred combination even if a one-touch call event is received again until a preset time has elapsed from the point at which the return is completed.
[0364] For example, if the time limit is preset to 60 seconds, the cooperative control module (140) does not initiate the reproduction of the representative preferred combination even if a one-touch call event is received again before 60 seconds have elapsed from the time the return is completed. This limitation is imposed to prevent the reproduction from immediately resuming in the same abnormal situation, taking into account the possibility that the cause of the interruption signal (such as a bias in body pressure distribution, an angle error, a pressure error, or a deviation) may not have been completely resolved even immediately after the return.
[0365] When a preset time has elapsed, the cooperation control module (140) is switched to a state where it can resume the reproduction of the representative preferred combination according to the one-touch call event.
[0366] In summary, through the cooperation of the safety management module (150) and the cooperative control module (140), even if an abnormal situation occurs during reproduction where the user's posture collapses, the driving error increases, or the user deviates, it returns to a safe state without sudden changes in angle or pressure, and provides the characteristic that reproduction is not immediately resumed in the same abnormal situation.
[0367] However, the cooperative control module (140) and the safety management module (150) only determine whether a break signal occurs during the reproduction of the representative preference combination, but do not separately determine whether the reproduction actually ended stably without a break signal, nor determine whether the result of the reproduction in which a break signal occurred is reflected in the subsequent update of the representative preference combination, so there is a possibility that an attitude that caused inconvenience or harm to the user will be reflected in the learning as is.
[0368] To improve this, the cooperative control module (140) further performs the role of confirming the reproduction of the representative preferred combination as normal completion when, in a state where no interruption signal is generated, the angle error is maintained within a preset angle allowable range and the pressure error is maintained within a preset pressure allowable range for a preset time.
[0369] First, the cooperative control module (140) checks at every moment whether a stop signal is generated and whether the angle error and pressure error are outside their respective allowable ranges after the angle drive command and pressure drive command are output.
[0370] In one embodiment, the cooperative control module (140) can calculate the verified result as one value according to the following mathematical formula 6.
[0371] Mathematical formula 6.
[0372] C = B_th × B_p × (1 - A)
[0373] Here, C is whether the settling condition is satisfied, B_th is a binary value indicating whether the angle error is within the angle allowable range, which is 1 if it is within and 0 if it is outside, B_p is a binary value indicating whether the pressure error is within the pressure allowable range, which is 1 if it is within and 0 if it is outside, and A is a stop signal calculated according to the aforementioned mathematical formula 5.
[0374] The calculation method according to mathematical formula 6 has the characteristic that C is calculated as 1 only when the angle error and pressure error are both within the allowable range and no interruption signal is generated, since C is calculated as 0 immediately if any of B_th, B_p and (1-A) are 0.
[0375] Next, the cooperative control module (140) calculates the time elapsed during which C is continuously calculated as 1.
[0376] Finally, the cooperation control module (140) confirms the reproduction as normal completion when the calculated elapsed time reaches a preset time.
[0377] For example, when the angle tolerance range is ±2 degrees, the pressure tolerance range is ±0.2 kPa, and the preset time for determining normal completion is 10 seconds, and B_th and B_p are each calculated as 1 with an angle error of 1 degree and a pressure error of 0.15 kPa, and the interruption signal (A) is calculated as 0, and this state persists for 10 seconds, C continues to be calculated as 1, and the cooperative control module (140) confirms the corresponding reproduction as normal completion.
[0378] For example, if the angle error is measured as 3 degrees after 6 seconds have elapsed since the output of the pressure drive command and the angle error is calculated to be outside the angle allowable range, but then decreases to 1 degree after 8 seconds have elapsed and returns to within the angle allowable range, the cooperative control module (140) calculates a new elapsed time for the settling condition to be satisfied from the time after 8 seconds have elapsed, and confirms the corresponding reproduction as normal completion at the time after 10 seconds have elapsed (at the time after 18 seconds have elapsed since the output of the entire command).
[0379] In response to this, the profile storage module (120) further provides the function of reflecting the representative preference combination along with the preference score in the update of the representative preference combination for the reproduction of the representative preference combination confirmed as normal completion, and excluding the reproduction of the representative preference combination for which a break signal occurred from the update of the representative preference combination or storing it in an avoidance profile prepared for each user.
[0380] In this context, the 'avoidance profile' refers to data stored separately for each user to exclude the combination of angle and pressure values that triggered the interruption signal from the candidates for the representative preferred combination.
[0381] First, the profile storage module (120) receives from the cooperation control module (140) whether the reproduction ended as a result of a normal completion or a break signal.
[0382] When normal completion is confirmed, the profile storage module (120) reflects the angle and pressure values measured in the normal completed reproduction in the update of the previously stored representative preference combination.
[0383] In one embodiment, the profile storage module (120) can reflect the angle and pressure values measured in a normal completed reproduction into the previously stored representative preference combinations according to the following mathematical formula 7.
[0384] Mathematical formula 7.
[0385] V_new = (1 - R_learn) × V_old + R_learn × V_meas
[0386] Here, V_new is either the angle value or the pressure value component included in the updated representative preference combination, V_old is the value of the corresponding component before the update, V_meas is the value of the corresponding component measured in a successfully completed reproduction, and R_learn is a learning rate that is pre-set to between 0 and 1.
[0387] For a numerical example of mathematical formula 7, when the learning rate (R_learn) is set to 0.1, the angle value (V_old) before the update of the head section (11) is 45 degrees and the angle value (V_meas) measured in a normal completed reproduction is 47 degrees, the updated angle value (V_new) is calculated as (1 - 0.1) × 45 + 0.1 × 47 = 45.2 degrees.
[0388] Additionally, if a break signal is generated, the profile storage module (120) may exclude the angle and pressure values measured in the corresponding reproduction from updating the representative preference combination.
[0389] In addition, the profile storage module (120) can store the angle and pressure values measured in the reproduction where the interruption signal occurred in the avoidance profile instead of excluding them from the update of the representative preference combination.
[0390] For example, if a stop signal is generated due to an angle error exceeding the angle value of the head section (11) when the angle value is 60 degrees, the profile storage module (120) stores the angle value 60 degrees in the avoidance profile so that it is subsequently excluded from the candidate for the representative preferred combination.
[0391] Through this, the cooperative control module (140) and the profile storage module (120) confirm only reproductions in which the angle error and pressure error are maintained within an allowable range for a certain period of time as normal completion and reflect this in the update of the representative preferred combination, and provide the advantage of excluding the actual values of interrupted reproductions from the update or separating and storing them as avoidance profiles.
[0392] Furthermore, to improve the situation where a correction operation event may occur in which the user directly readjusts the reproduced angle value or pressure value even after the cooperative control module (140) confirms the reproduction of the representative preferred combination as normal completion, the preference judgment module (110) recalculates the preference score for the changed combination when the correction operation event occurs, and the profile storage module (120) additionally proposes a technical concept in which, if the recalculated preference score exceeds a reference value, this is reflected in the update of the representative preferred combination.
[0393] Specifically, the preference judgment module (110) further performs the role of recalculating a preference score for the combination of angle values and pressure values changed according to the correction operation event when a correction operation event occurs in which at least one angle value of the head section (11), torso section (12), and leg section (13) or at least one pressure value of the air cell zone (21) is changed by the user after the reproduction of the representative preference combination is successfully completed.
[0394] At this time, the term "correction operation event" means that after the reproduction of the representative preferred combination is successfully completed, an operation is detected through the operation input unit (41) in which at least one of the angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12), leg section (13) or the pressure value of the air cell area (21) is changed.
[0395] For example, when 20 seconds have elapsed since the reproduction of the representative preference combination (45 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 2.6 kPa, 3.2 kPa, 2.4 kPa) was successfully completed, and the user operates the remote control (202) to change the pressure in the lumbar region from 3.2 kPa to 2.9 kPa, the operation input unit (41) converts the operation into a correction operation event and transmits it to the preference judgment module (110).
[0396] First, the preference judgment module (110) calculates the time during which the combination of angle values and pressure values changed according to the correction operation event is maintained without change after the time the correction operation event is detected as the maintenance time.
[0397] Next, the preference judgment module (110) calculates the frequency of additional operation events that occur during the period in which the combination of angle and pressure values changed according to the correction operation event is maintained.
[0398] Finally, the preference judgment module (110) calculates the value of f1 by substituting the calculated holding time into the above-described mathematical formula 1-1, calculates the value of f2 by substituting the calculated frequency of occurrence of the operation event into the above-described mathematical formula 1-2, and then calculates the preference score for the combination of angle value and pressure value changed according to the above-described mathematical formula 1 by multiplying the value of f1 and the value of f2 by weights w1 and w2, respectively, and adding them.
[0399] For example, if the maintenance time of a combination of angle and pressure values (45 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 2.6 kPa, 2.9 kPa, 2.4 kPa) changed according to a correction operation event is calculated to be 180 seconds, the frequency of occurrence of the operation event during the period in which the combination of angle and pressure values changed according to the correction operation event is maintained is calculated to be 1 time, and the reference maintenance time is set to 160 seconds, the reference occurrence frequency to 4 times, the weight w1 to 0.6, and the weight w2 to 0.4 are respectively set, then the preference judgment module (110) calculates the value of f1 as an upper limit of 1 because the maintenance time of 180 seconds exceeds the reference maintenance time of 160 seconds, calculates the value of f2 as 0.75 by subtracting the value obtained by dividing the frequency of occurrence of the operation event by 1 time from the reference occurrence frequency of 4 times from 1, and the value obtained by multiplying the weight w1 value of 0.6 and the value of f1 of 1, and the weight w2 value of 0.4 and 0.9, which is the sum of the value of f2 multiplied by 0.75, is recalculated as the preference score for the combination of angle and pressure values changed according to the correction operation event.
[0400] In response to this, the profile storage module (120) further performs the role of reflecting the combination of angle values and pressure values changed according to the correction operation event in the update of the representative preference combination when the recalculated preference score for the combination of angle values and pressure values changed according to the correction operation event exceeds a preset reference value.
[0401] First, the profile storage module (120) receives from the preference judgment module (110) a combination of angle values and pressure values changed according to a correction operation event, and a preference score calculated therefrom.
[0402] Afterwards, the profile storage module (120) compares the received preference score with a preset reference value.
[0403] At this time, if the received preference score exceeds the reference value, the profile storage module (120) reflects the combination of angle and pressure values changed according to the correction operation event into the previously stored representative preference combination according to the above-described mathematical formula 7.
[0404] For example, when the preference score recalculated for a combination of angle and pressure values (45 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 2.6 kPa, 2.9 kPa, 2.4 kPa) changed according to a correction operation event is 0.9 and the reference value is set to 0.6, the profile storage module (120) determines that the preference score of 0.9 exceeds the reference value of 0.6, and updates the pressure value of 2.9 kPa in the lumbar region included in the combination of angle and pressure values changed according to the correction operation event to (1 - 0.1) × 3.2 + 0.1 × 2.9 = 3.17 kPa according to the aforementioned mathematical formula 7 based on the pressure value of 3.2 kPa in the lumbar region included in the representative preference combination before the update and the learning rate (R_learn) of 0.1.
[0405] Meanwhile, if the received preference score is below the reference value, the profile storage module (120) does not reflect the combination of angle and pressure values changed according to the correction operation event in the update of the representative preference combination.
[0406] Thus, the preference judgment module (110) and the profile storage module (120) reflect user correction operations occurring after a normally completed reproduction in the calculation of the preference score, thereby providing the advantage of gradually correcting the representative preference combination through subsequent updates of the representative preference combination even if the representative preference combination determined at the time of reproduction deviates from the actual preference.
[0407] If the user leaves the mattress (20) between the time the cooperative control module (140) generates the angle drive command or pressure drive command and the time it actually outputs it, or if a stop signal from the safety management module (150) occurs late, or if an excessive amount of time elapses after the drive has started due to communication delay, etc., and the command is output as is without being separately reconfirmed, there is a possibility that the angle drive command or pressure drive command will be executed as is even after the situation has already changed.
[0408] To improve this, the cooperative control module (140) presents a technical concept of reconfirming the occupancy status, whether a stop signal has occurred, and the elapsed time since the start of driving before outputting an angle driving command or a pressure driving command, and outputting the command only when all these conditions are satisfied.
[0409] Specifically, the cooperative control module (140) may additionally include an output condition determination unit (143) and a command output unit (144).
[0410] The output condition determination unit (143) performs the function of determining whether the occupancy status indicates that the occupancy is in use, whether a stop signal has not been generated, and whether the elapsed time from the time when the drive according to the angle drive command or pressure drive command was initiated has not exceeded a preset time limit before outputting the angle drive command or pressure drive command.
[0411] The reason such reconfirmation is necessary is that there may be a time difference between the time when the command generation unit (141) generates an angle drive command or a pressure drive command and the time when the output is determined by the time matching unit (142) or the actual output is determined, and during this time difference, excessive delay may occur due to the user's departure, the generation of a new interruption signal by the safety management module (150), or communication delay.
[0412] That is, unlike the valid time determination of the command generation unit (141) which filters out delayed arrival of individual commands due to communication delay, the output condition determination unit (143) re-checks the situation at the point immediately before the command is actually sent to the motion bed control device (15) or mattress driving device (30), thereby filtering out cases where conditions that were valid at the time of command generation are no longer valid at the time of output.
[0413] At this time, the point in time when operation is initiated refers to the point in time when the cooperative control module (140) is switched to an angle transition state or a pressure adaptation state and generates the first angle drive command or pressure drive command. For example, if the point in time when the cooperative control module (140) is switched from a ready state to an angle transition state and generates the first angle drive command specifying the angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12) and leg section (13) is 9:20:30 PM, the point in time when operation is initiated is determined to be 9:20:30 PM, and the output condition determination unit (143) calculates the elapsed time of subsequent angle drive commands or pressure drive commands based on this point in time.
[0414] First, the output condition determination unit (143) checks whether the occupancy status calculated by the body pressure distribution sensor (42) indicates that it is occupied. This is to prevent the angle drive command or pressure drive command from being output as is, even if the user has left the mattress (20) between the time the command is generated and just before the actual output, thereby preventing the motion bed (10) and mattress (20) from being operated meaninglessly when no one is present.
[0415] Next, the output condition determination unit (143) checks whether a stop signal has been generated from the safety management module (150). That is, it is intended to prevent an angle drive command or pressure drive command that has already been generated from being output as is without reflecting the fact that a stop signal was generated belatedly because the deviation of the center of the body pressure distribution, angle error, pressure error, etc., exceeded the safety standard value after the time the command was generated.
[0416] Next, the output condition determination unit (143) calculates the time elapsed from the time the drive started until the present and checks whether the calculated elapsed time exceeds a preset time limit.
[0417] According to this, if the output of the pressure drive command is delayed or communication delay accumulates due to the time matching unit (142), the possibility that the output time itself, which was originally calculated based on the predicted end time of the angle transition state, no longer matches the actual situation can be excluded.
[0418] In one embodiment, the output condition determination unit (143) can calculate three confirmed results into one value according to the following mathematical formula 8.
[0419] Mathematical formula 8.
[0420] E = B_occ × (1 - A) × B_time
[0421] Here, E is whether the output condition is satisfied, B_occ is a binary value indicating whether the occupancy status indicates whether it is occupied, which is 1 if it is occupied and 0 if it is out of occupancy, A is a stop signal calculated according to the above-described mathematical formula 5, and B_time is a binary value indicating whether the elapsed time has not exceeded the time limit, which is 1 if it has not exceeded and 0 if it has exceeded.
[0422] The calculation method according to mathematical formula 8 has the characteristic that if any one of B_occ, (1-A) and B_time is 0, E is immediately calculated as 0, so E is calculated as 1 only when it is occupied, no interruption signal is generated, and the elapsed time does not exceed the time limit.
[0423] For example, if the occupancy status is confirmed to be occupied and B_occ is 1, if the interruption signal (A) is not generated and B_occ is 0, if the elapsed time from the start of operation is calculated as 4 seconds and the time limit is set to 5 seconds and the elapsed time does not exceed the time limit, and B_time is calculated as 1, then the output condition determination unit (143) calculates E as 1.
[0424] In contrast, when the elapsed time from the start of operation is calculated as 7 seconds due to communication delay and the time limit is set to 5 seconds, and the elapsed time exceeds the time limit and B_time is calculated as 0, the output condition determination unit (143) calculates E as 0 regardless of the remaining conditions.
[0425] The result calculated in this way is used to determine whether to output an angle driving command or a pressure driving command by the command output unit (144) to be described later.
[0426] The command output unit (144) performs the role of outputting an angle drive command or a pressure drive command to the motion bed control device (15) or the mattress drive device (30) only when all the judgment results by the output condition judgment unit (143) are satisfied.
[0427] Specifically, first, the command output unit (144) receives a value calculated according to the mathematical formula 8 described above from the output condition determination unit (143), and then, if the received value is 1, the command output unit (144) immediately outputs an angle drive command or a pressure drive command to the motion bed control device (15) or the mattress drive device (30).
[0428] On the other hand, if the received value is 0, the command output unit (144) withholds the output of the corresponding angle drive command or pressure drive command and allows the output condition judgment unit (143) to perform the judgment again. The reason for not immediately discarding the output and providing an opportunity for re-judgment is that in situations where the condition is not met only momentarily, such as when the state of possession is lost, there is a possibility that the condition will be satisfied again within a short period of time.
[0429] For example, when an angle driving command is generated that specifies the angle values of the head section (11), torso section (12) and leg section (13) as 45 degrees, 10 degrees, and 15 degrees, respectively, and the value received from the output condition determination unit (143) is 1, the command output unit (144) immediately outputs the corresponding angle driving command to the motion bed control device (15).
[0430] In contrast, when a pressure driving command is generated that sets the pressure value of the lumbar region to 2.9 kPa, if the user momentarily leaves the mattress (20) and the value received from the output condition determination unit (143) is calculated to be 0, the command output unit (144) suspends the output of the corresponding pressure driving command, and the output condition determination unit (143) checks the occupancy status again.
[0431] Additionally, if the output condition is not satisfied within the valid time added by the command generation unit (141) described above for a suspended pressure drive command, the command output unit (144) discards the corresponding pressure drive command.
[0432] By linking the suspension and disposal with the validity time determination of the command generation unit (141) in this way, commands that do not permanently satisfy the output conditions are prevented from remaining in an indefinite waiting state.
[0433] According to these output condition determination unit (143) and command output unit (144), deviations, interruption signals, and delays that may occur between the time when an angle drive command or pressure drive command is generated and the time when it is actually output are reconfirmed immediately before output, thereby having the advantage of preventing a command whose situation has already changed from being executed as is.
[0434] FIG. 8 is a conceptual diagram illustrating the configuration of the bridge section and the connection with external devices.
[0435] Furthermore, to improve the problem where the operating input unit (41) has to individually interpret and convert signals according to each of these protocols when the user terminal (201) and remote control (202) are used with products that use different communication protocols for the motion bed control unit (15) and the mattress drive unit (30), the preferred control unit (100) may additionally provide a bridge unit.
[0436] The bridge section (170) intercepts an input signal applied to the motion bed control device (15) or mattress drive device (30) from at least one of the user terminal (201) and the remote control (202), converts it into an operation event, and converts an angle drive command and a pressure drive command generated by the cooperative control module (140) into signals of a protocol corresponding to the motion bed control device (15) and the mattress drive device (30) and transmits them.
[0437] At this time, "intercept" means that before an input signal output from a user terminal (201) or a remote control (202) reaches the motion bed control device (15) or the mattress driving device (30), the bridge unit (170) receives the input signal first and intercepts it so that it is not transmitted to the original destination.
[0438] The bridge section (170) is located on the communication path between the user terminal (201) and the remote control (202) and the motion bed control device (15) and the mattress drive device (30), and can be connected in a structure such that an input signal output from the user terminal (201) or the remote control (202) must physically pass through the bridge section (170) to reach the motion bed control device (15) or the mattress drive device (30).
[0439] Accordingly, the bridge section (170) receives an input signal transmitted through this communication path, but does not transmit the received input signal directly to the motion bed control device (15) or mattress driving device (30), but processes it first within the bridge section (170) itself.
[0440] By securing an input signal first on the communication path in this way, the bridge unit (170) has the opportunity to convert the operation content of the user terminal (201) or remote control (202) into an operation event, and the motion bed control device (15) and the mattress driving device (30) do not directly receive an input signal that has not passed through the bridge unit (170).
[0441] For example, when a user terminal (201) is connected to a motion bed control device (15) via short-range wireless communication, a bridge unit (170) is connected to each of the user terminal (201) and the motion bed control device (15) via short-range wireless communication and is located between them, and receives an input signal transmitted from the user terminal (201) before the motion bed control device (15) receives it.
[0442] In another example, when the remote control (202) is connected to the mattress drive unit (30) via infrared communication, the bridge unit (170) places a receiving module that receives the infrared signal of the remote control (202) at a position closer to the remote control (202) than the infrared receiving module of the mattress drive unit (30), so that the input signal transmitted from the remote control (202) is received first before reaching the mattress drive unit (30).
[0443] In summary, the bridge section (170) converts the input signals of the user terminal (201) and remote control (202) and the driving signals of the motion bed control device (15) and mattress driving device (30) according to the communication protocol of each product, thereby enabling compatibility with motion bed control devices (15) and mattress driving devices (30) of different manufacturers.
[0444] As explained above, the configuration and operation of the automatic preference learning and one-touch reproduction system for a motion bed and an air mattress according to the present invention have been described in the above description and drawings; however, this is merely an example, and the concept of the present invention is not limited to the above description and drawings. It is understood that various changes and modifications are possible within the scope of the technical concept of the present invention. Explanation of the symbols
