Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a portable safety mat for life rescue, and more specifically, to an air mat that is installed on the ground at a location where a person jumps from a rooftop or a high-altitude window because they cannot escape via stairs or elevator during a fire or emergency in a high-rise building, thereby absorbing the impact of the fall to safely rescue them. Background Technology

[0003] As urban population concentration intensifies due to the impact of urbanization and industrialization, the number of high-rise buildings is skyrocketing in an effort to densely pack a large population into limited spaces for the sake of residential and commercial efficiency. With the increase in high-rise buildings and structures, laws are now mandating that they be equipped with rescue equipment capable of saving lives in the event of a fire or emergency.

[0004] Rescue equipment capable of saving lives in the event of a fire or emergency in a high-rise building can be classified into ropes, ladders, trampoline-type seats that are spread out by multiple people to maintain a certain height and catch falling people, and safety mats that are installed on the ground at the location where a person falls with a certain thickness to absorb the impact of the falling person and prevent injury.

[0005] In the case of trampoline-type life-saving seats, there is a problem in that they must withstand the impact caused by the acceleration of a person falling from a high place, so they cannot be utilized by just one or two people and must necessarily require a large number of people.

[0006] FIG. 1 is a drawing showing the usage state of a conventional life-saving sheet. Referring to FIG. 1, the life-saving sheet (10) is spread out and supported on the ground by multiple rescuers (F), such as firefighters, and the person in need of rescue (S) jumps down toward the sheet (10) from a high position. At this time, the person in need of rescue (S) is guided to jump toward the corresponding position after checking the center mark (12) marked on the upper surface (11) of the sheet (10). However, the life-saving sheet (10) requires multiple rescuers (F) to simultaneously determine the position, pull it, and prepare. Since the person in need of rescue (S) at the high position cannot verify whether preparation is complete, there may be a problem where they jump down before preparation is complete. Additionally, in cases where visibility is poor due to night or heavy smoke, there is a problem in that it is difficult to determine which direction to jump to ensure safety. To overcome these disadvantages of the conventional life-saving sheet (10), an air mat filled with air is used.

[0008] FIG. 2 is a drawing showing a conventional general portable air mattress for life rescue. Referring to FIG. 2, the air mattress (100) forms a rectangular outer shape and is designed to blow air into the interior.

[0009] An air supply unit (120) is provided on one side of the air mat (100), and a power-operated fan (130) is provided in the air supply unit (120) to supply air into the interior of the air mat (100), thereby ensuring that the interior space of the air mat (100) has a certain height and internal pressure. The upper surface (110) of the air mat (100) is flat, allowing a person in need of rescue (S) to fall and land on this part. On the upper surface (110), a center mark (112) indicating the center of the landing position and a border mark (114) indicating the outer border are drawn.

[0010] This air mat (100) has advantages over conventional sheet methods in that it allows for rescue with a relatively minimal number of rescuers (F) and uses air pressure and cushioning power instead of human strength. However, for safe cushioning during a fall, the internal pressure of the air mat (100) must be prepared above a certain level. If the person in need of rescue (S) falls before the preparation is complete, the air mat (100) cannot provide proper cushioning power, which causes a problem in that it cannot adequately protect the person in need of rescue (S).

[0011] The air mattress (100) is normally stored with the air inside emptied and minimized in size, and when needed, it is moved to the site and placed, and then the fan (130) is operated to fill it with air so that it can be used. However, if the person in need of rescue (S) jumps down before the air mattress (130) is filled with the appropriate amount of air, that is, before the air mattress (130) reaches the appropriate thickness, height, and internal pressure, a smooth rescue may not be possible. However, in urgent situations at the scene, there is a problem in that it is difficult for both the person in need of rescue (S) and the rescuer (F) to clearly know whether the air mattress (100) is ready, that is, whether it is safe for a person to jump down. In addition, at night when it is dark or visibility is obscured by smoke, there is a problem in that it is difficult for the person in need of rescue (S) to know from a distance whether it is safe to jump down and where to jump down. FIG. 6 is a drawing showing the case where a structural air mat equipped with a visual display device according to the present invention is in a state where it cannot fall. FIG. 7 is a drawing showing a case where a structural air mat equipped with a visual display device according to the present invention is in a falling state. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0032] The configuration and functions of the present invention will be examined in detail below with reference to the embodiments of the configuration of the present invention illustrated in the attached drawings.

[0034] FIG. 3 is a drawing showing a structural air mat equipped with a visual display device according to the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3, the air mat (100) is formed with a rectangular exterior with a hollow interior, and the upper surface (110) is formed in a wide square shape. A control device (300) is provided on one side of the air mat (100) or at a separate location.

[0035] A visual display device (200) is disposed on the upper surface (110), and the visual display device (200) is provided with a center indicator (210) located in the exact center to indicate the center of the upper surface (110), and a peripheral indicator (220) displayed on the outer side thereof.

[0036] When the fan (130) is driven and air is continuously supplied to the air supply unit (120), the air mat (100), which was initially flattened, gradually inflates and its internal pressure increases. When air is supplied for a certain period of time, as shown in the drawing, the air mat (100) takes on the appearance of a rectangular prism and has a height and internal pressure greater than a certain amount.

[0037] In order to withstand the high impact of a person (S) falling, the air mat (100) must reach a certain height and internal pressure. If a person falls without reaching a certain height or internal pressure, the impact cushioning is not properly performed, and there is a risk of injury or accident.

[0039] FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the configuration of a control device according to the present invention. Referring to FIG. 4, the control device (300) includes a control unit (310), a measuring device (320), and a power supply unit (330).

[0040] The power supply unit (330) is connected to the visual display device (200) and is configured to supply power to the visual display device (200). The visual display device (200) is configured to include a light-emitting body, such as an LED module, that emits light when power is supplied, and when power is supplied by the power supply unit (300), the LED module emits light and displays along a line according to the arrangement shape of the visual display device (200) above the upper surface (110).

[0041] The measuring device (320) is a device such as a sensor for measuring the internal pressure of the air mat (100). There is a required pressure value to mitigate the impact of a person falling from a high position on the air mat (100). If the internal pressure of the air mat (100) is lower than the required pressure value, the falling person may not be properly cushioned and may collide with the ground. If the internal pressure is too high, there is a risk that the person may be flung out again after settling on the air mat (100). Therefore, the internal pressure of the air mat (100) needs to be maintained above a certain value or within a certain range. When the internal pressure satisfies the corresponding range, proper rescue operations become possible.

[0042] When the internal pressure input from the pressure measuring device (320) satisfies the appropriate range, the control unit (310) drives the power supply unit (330) to supply power to the visual display device (200) and causes the light-emitting means to be displayed on the upper surface (110). Through the light-emitting of the visual display device (200), the rescuer (F) recognizes that rescue activities may begin, and the person in need of rescue (S) can confirm that it is safe to fall.

[0043] Meanwhile, the measuring device (320) may be a displacement measuring device that measures the height of the internal space of the air mat (100) in addition to measuring internal pressure. After measuring the height inside the air mat (100) using a known measuring device such as a laser or ultrasound, the height inside the air mat (100) may be detected to be above a certain level or within a certain range, and provided to the control unit (310) to determine the time at which the visual display device (200) emits light. This may also be operated in parallel with the pressure measuring device (320).

[0045] FIG. 5 is a planar view of the upper surface of a structural air mat equipped with a visual display device according to the present invention. Referring to FIG. 5, a visual display device (200) is disposed on the upper surface (110), and may include all or part of a center display part (210) indicating the center and a peripheral display part (220) indicating the surroundings.

[0046] The center indicator (210) is located at the exact center of the upper surface (110) and may be in the shape of a square or an equilateral triangle, or preferably formed in a circular shape. At this time, the center indicator (210) may be formed as a single shape, but it may also be formed in the form of an overlapping arrangement of similar shapes of different concentric sizes. That is, as shown in the drawing, multiple concentric circles may be arranged, and squares or equilateral triangles of different sizes may be arranged concentrically. These concentric circles may emit light differently depending on the internal pressure. That is, at low internal pressure, only one of the concentric circles may be lit, at normal internal pressure, two may be lit, and at high internal pressure, three circles may be lit. Alternatively, one may be lit at the minimum pressure threshold, and multiple or all may be lit at the optimal pressure value. Alternatively, it can be combined so that only one light is lit in preparation for a low-level fall, more than that, for example, two lights are lit in preparation for a mid-level fall, and more than that, for example, three lights are lit in preparation for a high-level fall.

[0047] This allows the rescuer to easily determine whether the appropriate internal pressure has been reached according to the height, in cases where the internal pressure needs to be different depending on the height of the person falling at the scene. This can be similarly applied according to the height of the internal height of the air mat (100) instead of the internal pressure.

[0048] A peripheral indicator (220) is formed on the outer side of the central indicator (210). The peripheral indicator (220) may be formed without the central indicator (210) or together with it. Additionally, the peripheral indicator (220) is preferably in the shape of an arrow as shown in the drawing. When the internal pressure is satisfied, the arrow-shaped peripheral indicator (220) is illuminated and emits light, and in some cases, it may be made to blink. Additionally, the border may be displayed in the shape of a square or a circle instead of an arrow, and there are no restrictions on the shape. In the case of the peripheral indicator (220), multiple shapes of different sizes may be formed in an overlapping manner, and light may be controlled so that only a number of shapes or a few shapes emit light depending on the internal pressure or the internal height of the air mat.

[0050] FIG. 6 is a drawing showing a case where a structural air mat equipped with a visual display device according to the present invention is in a state where it cannot fall. Referring to FIG. 6, when the air mat (100) is installed and positioned at the site, in the initial state where air is supplied into it, the pressure or height inside the air mat (100) is not satisfied, so there is no light-emitting part on the upper surface (110). Through this, the rescuer (F) can recognize that the person being rescued (S) should not jump yet, even in an emergency situation, and can control the appropriate rescue process at the site.

[0052] FIG. 7 is a drawing showing a case where a structural air mat equipped with a visual display device according to the present invention is in a state where it can fall. Referring to FIG. 7, when the internal pressure or height of the air mat (100) satisfies a certain level, power is supplied to the visual display device (200) on the upper surface (110) and it emits light. After confirming that the visual display device (200) emits light, the rescuer (F) can proceed with the rescue operation in earnest. Even from the perspective of the person in need of rescue (S) who is at a high position, by looking at the light-emitting indicator of the air mat (100), they can recognize that it is now safe to jump without any special external communication. Furthermore, in situations where visibility is difficult due to high positions, nighttime, smoke, etc., there is an advantage in that one can easily determine for oneself where the air mat (100) is located and in which direction to jump by looking at a light-emitting or flashing indicator rather than a simple display.
