Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] This specification relates to a shoe cleaning device, specifically to a method for cleaning shoes by foaming a cleaning liquid, such as a detergent, and injecting the generated foam into the shoe, and to an apparatus for the same. Background Technology
[0002] In general, shoes are one of the most frequently worn items of clothing and personal belongings during indoor and outdoor activities, and the soles and fabric surfaces become easily contaminated. In particular, dirt, dust, oil, and sweat penetrate deep into the fabric or material structure of the shoes, posing a problem where simple surface washing alone is insufficient for adequate cleaning.
[0003] Hand washing is a widely used method for cleaning shoes. It typically involves scrubbing directly with a brush or toothbrush using water and detergent; while this method is relatively effective at removing stains, it is time-consuming and requires significant labor. Furthermore, excessive physical irritation or the use of inappropriate cleaning agents during hand washing can lead to damage to the shoe's material or deformation.
[0004] A shoe washing machine using a drum washing machine structure has been proposed, but when using such a drum washing machine structure, the surface of the drum may be damaged as the washing machine drum collides with the shoe, and the material or structure of the shoe may be compressed or twisted, causing deformation. In particular, if impact is applied repeatedly, there is a high possibility that the cushioning structure or internal support structure of the shoe will be damaged, and there is also a problem of significantly increased noise during the washing process.
[0005] Although dedicated fixing frames or drying racks have been proposed to prevent shoe deformation, technical configurations that facilitate internal cleaning in conjunction with the washing process itself remain insufficient, and there is an increasing demand for cleaning technology capable of thoroughly cleaning the inside of the shoe and deep layers of dirt. The problem to be solved
[0006] While hand washing methods may offer relatively superior cleaning power, they are inconvenient as they require a significant amount of time and manual labor by the user. Additionally, there is a problem in that it is difficult to achieve uniform and consistent cleaning quality for both the exterior and interior of the shoes. The purpose of this specification is to propose an automatic or semi-automatic shoe cleaning device capable of performing effective cleaning while reducing the labor burden on the user.
[0007] Washing methods using washing machines involve various risk factors, such as shoe deformation, reduced durability due to impact, and the possibility of damage to the washing machine itself. In particular, repeated impacts may degrade the structure or comfort of the shoes. Another objective of this specification is to propose a washing device capable of reliably cleaning shoes without deformation of their shape.
[0008] In the process of removing contaminants using bleach or cleaning agents, problems may arise where the agent is not distributed uniformly or is excessively absorbed, which causes a deterioration in the material and appearance quality of the shoe. Another objective of the present specification is to propose a cleaning device that can suppress damage to the material of the shoe by uniformly delivering the cleaning agent to the inside and outside of the shoe.
[0009] The technical problems to be solved in this specification are not limited to those mentioned above, and other technical problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art to which this invention belongs from the description below. means of solving the problem
[0010] To solve the aforementioned problems, a shoe cleaning device (100) according to one embodiment of the present specification includes a handle (110), a shoe support (130) having a plurality of grooves formed on its surface, and a foam generator (120).
[0011] The handle (110) includes a frame (111) and a movable member (112) coupled to the frame so as to be movable in the up and down direction.
[0012] The above-mentioned bubble generator (120) is coupled with the above-mentioned frame (111) and configured to generate bubbles according to the up-and-down movement of the above-mentioned moving member (112).
[0013] The shoe support (130) is combined with the foam generator (120) and configured to supply foam generated by the foam generator (120) into the interior of the shoe through the plurality of grooves.
[0014] The bubble generator (120) may include i) a cylinder body (121) that is coupled to the frame and has an internal space, and ii) a piston (122) that is coupled to the moving member (112) and reciprocates within the cylinder body (121) according to the up and down movement of the moving member (112).
[0015] The above piston (122) can generate bubbles by bubbling the cleaning liquid through reciprocating motion within the cylinder body (121).
[0016] The above piston can i) draw a cleaning liquid into the cylinder body when the moving member moves upward, and ii) generate bubbles by compressing the cleaning liquid to form bubbles when the moving member moves downward.
[0017] The above shoe support can be detachably coupled to the above cylinder body. Effects of the invention
[0018] Conventional hand washing methods have the problem of requiring a long time for washing and placing a heavy labor burden on the user. According to the embodiments of this specification, by providing an air bubble injection-based cleaning device, the efficiency of the shoe cleaning process can be improved.
[0019] Using conventional washing machines, such as drum washing machines, for washing shoes presents problems such as shoe deformation, reduced durability of the shoes due to impact, and the possibility of damage to the washing machine itself. According to the embodiments of this specification, there is an advantage in that shoes can be washed while maintaining their shape by spraying foam into the interior of the shoes through a shoe support structure.
[0020] In addition, according to the embodiments of the present specification, the problem of excessive absorption or uneven application of bleach or detergent is resolved through a mechanism for delivering a foam-spray-based cleaning solution to the shoe, and the cleaning solution can be uniformly sprayed and delivered throughout the shoe.
[0021] In addition, according to the embodiments of this specification, the problem of difficulty in removing contaminants from the inside of the shoe can also be solved.
[0022] The effects obtainable in this specification are not limited to those mentioned above, and other unmentioned effects will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0031] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a shoe cleaning device (100) according to an embodiment of the present specification includes a handle (110), a foam generator (120) and a shoe support (130), a cubic cleaning container (140) and a cover (150) coupled to one side of the cleaning container (140).
[0032] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the shoe cleaning device (100) is illustrated as including two foam generators (120) and two shoe supports (130), but this is merely an example for convenience of explanation and the number of foam generators and shoe supports is not limited thereto.
[0033] For convenience of explanation in this specification, among the six faces of the washing container (140), the face to which the cover (150) is attached may be described as the 'top face', the four faces adjacent to the top face may be described as 'side faces', and the remaining face may be described as the 'bottom face'.
[0034] According to one embodiment, two sides of the washing container (140) facing each other may each include a handle portion (141) that can be used as a handle when moving the washing container (140).
[0035] According to one embodiment, the cover (150) may be coupled to the washing container (140) to seal the inside of the washing container. Specifically, the cover (150) and / or the washing container (140) may be provided with a coupling portion (151), and the cover (150) may be tightly coupled to the washing container (140) through the coupling portion (151) to prevent the washing liquid from leaking out. For convenience of explanation in this specification, the coupling portion (151) between the cover (150) and the washing container (140) may be referred to as a 'first coupling portion'.
[0036] The handle (110) includes a frame (111) fixed to the cover (150) and a movable member (112) coupled to the frame so as to be movable in an up-and-down (or vertical) direction.
[0037] The above-mentioned bubble generator (120) is coupled with the above-mentioned frame (111) and configured to generate bubbles according to the up-and-down movement of the above-mentioned moving member (112).
[0038] The bubble generator will be described in more detail below with reference to Fig. 3.
[0039] FIG. 3 is a drawing for specifically describing the foam generator and shoe support of a shoe cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present specification.
[0040] Referring to FIG. 3, a handle (110), a bubble generator (120), and a shoe support (130) are illustrated.
[0041] The above-described bubble generator (120) includes a cylinder body (121) having an internal space and a piston (122). The cylinder body (120) is coupled to the frame (111). The piston (122) is coupled to the moving member (112) and reciprocates within the cylinder body (120) according to the up-and-down movement of the moving member (112). At this time, the piston (122) generates bubbles by atomizing the cleaning liquid through reciprocating movement within the cylinder body (121).
[0042] More specifically, the piston (122) i) sucks a cleaning liquid into the cylinder body (121) when the moving member (112) moves upward, and ii) generates bubbles by compressing the cleaning liquid within the cylinder body (121) and forming bubbles when the moving member (112) moves downward.
[0043] The shoe support (130) is coupled to the foam generator (120). Specifically, the shoe support (130) is coupled to the bottom of the cylinder body (121) through a coupling part (131). In this specification, to avoid confusion with the first coupling part (151), the coupling part (131) between the shoe support (130) and the cylinder body (121) may be referred to as the 'second coupling part'.
[0044] According to one embodiment, since the shoe support (130) may be subjected to repeated pressure during the washing process, it may be made of a material that can maintain the shape of the shoe during the washing process, such as plastic resin, rubber material, or synthetic polymer material, in order to ensure durability.
[0045] According to one embodiment, the shoe support (130) may be formed with a curved shape, an uneven structure, or a shape having a certain elasticity so as to correspond to various shapes and sizes of shoes, and in some embodiments, it may further include a tapered shape or a protruding structure so as to be stably inserted into the internal space of the shoe.
[0046] According to one embodiment, the shoe support (130) can be detachably coupled to the cylinder body (121) through the second coupling part. The shoe support (130) is a part that comes into direct contact with the shoe and is prone to contamination. Through this detachable structure, if the shoe support becomes contaminated, it can be easily replaced to reuse the shoe cleaning device (100).
[0047] The shoe support (130) will be described in more detail below with reference to FIG. 4.
[0048] FIG. 4 is a drawing for specifically describing a shoe support of a shoe cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present specification. More specifically, FIG. 4 is a drawing illustrating an example of the implementation of the shoe support (130).
[0049] Referring to FIG. 4, a plurality of grooves (132) are formed on the surface of the shoe support (130). In other words, the shoe support includes a surface in which a plurality of grooves are formed.
[0050] The shoe support (130) supplies foam generated in the foam generator (120) (or the cylinder body (121)) into the interior of the shoe through the plurality of grooves.
[0051] Hereinafter, the operation method of a shoe cleaning device (100) other than the embodiment of the present specification will be described in detail.
[0052] The shoe to be washed can be attached to a shoe support (130) provided within the washing container (140) of the shoe washing device (100). At this time, the shoe support (130) is in contact with the shoe so as to be in contact with the inside of the shoe, and serves to preserve the shape of the shoe during the washing process and to spray foam into the inside of the shoe.
[0053] After attaching the shoe to the shoe support (130), the user supplies water and a cleaning liquid into the cleaning container (140). Subsequently, the user attaches the cover (150) to the cleaning container (140). At this time, the cover (150) can be attached to the upper surface of the cleaning container (140) through the first connecting part (151). The cover (150) and the cleaning container (140) are tightly connected to prevent the cleaning liquid from leaking out of the cleaning container.
[0054] The user moves the handle (110) back and forth in an up-and-down direction (or perpendicular to the cover (150)). Through this, foam is generated in the foam generator (120). Specifically, a piston (122) coupled to the moving member (112) of the handle (110) moves back and forth within the cylinder body (121) based on the up-and-down movement of the moving member (112). When the moving member (112) moves upward, the piston (122) draws the cleaning liquid (or a liquid in which the cleaning liquid is mixed with water) from the cleaning container (140) into the cylinder body (121). When the moving member (112) moves downward, the piston (122) generates foam by compressing the cleaning liquid within the cylinder body (121) to create bubbles. The generated foam is sprayed into the shoe through a plurality of grooves formed in the shoe support (130). The foam generated through this process washes the inside and outside of the shoe, and the user can move the handle (110) up and down repeatedly until the cleaning is sufficient.
[0055] In the specific embodiments of the present specification described above, the components included in each embodiment are expressed in a singular or plural form according to the specific embodiment presented. However, the singular or plural expression is selected to suit the situation presented for convenience of explanation, and the present specification is not limited to singular or plural components; even if a component is expressed in the plural form, it may be composed in the singular form, or even if a component is expressed in the singular form, it may be composed in the plural form.
[0056] Meanwhile, although specific embodiments have been described in the detailed description of this specification, it is understood that various modifications are possible within the scope of this specification. Therefore, the scope of this specification should not be limited to the described embodiments, but should be defined by the claims set forth below as well as equivalents thereof.
