[0020] Hereinafter, the technical concept of the present invention will be explained in more detail using the attached drawings. The attached drawings are merely examples illustrated to explain the technical concept of the present invention in more detail, and therefore the technical concept of the present invention is not limited to the form of the attached drawings. The waterproof packaging machine for mobile phones according to the present invention comprises: a housing in which a portion is open and through which a mobile phone enters and exits; a plate for mounting a mobile phone within the housing; a packaging paper mounting part for mounting a packaging paper that accommodates a mobile phone through an opening formed on one side onto the plate; a vacuum device provided within the housing and forming a vacuum in the packaging paper; and a sealing part provided within the housing and sealing the opening of the packaging paper; wherein the auxiliary sealing frame is characterized by having an inner surface area that is variable.
[0021] The present invention relates to a mobile phone waterproof packaging machine (100) capable of automatically waterproof packaging a mobile phone. The present invention is formed to be installed in multi-use facilities requiring short-term waterproofing, such as water play areas like beaches and water parks, or workplaces with high humidity, and can be installed in the form of a vending machine to facilitate easy access by users. The mobile phone waterproof packaging machine (100) of the present invention is characterized by using vacuum packaging technology to package a mobile phone into a small volume that is almost indistinguishable from the mobile phone, thereby providing convenient portability; by packaging the mobile phone while preserving the touch sensitivity and camera functions of the mobile phone during use by the user; and by providing a disposable packaging that can be easily removed after use.
[0022] Accordingly, referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the waterproof packaging machine (100) of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a housing (110) in which a portion is open and a mobile phone enters and exits through an open portion (111); a plate (120) for mounting a mobile phone within the housing (110); a packaging paper mounting portion (130) for mounting a packaging paper that accommodates a mobile phone through an opening formed on one side onto the plate (120); a vacuum device (140) provided within the housing (110) for forming a vacuum in the packaging paper; and a sealing portion (150) provided within the housing (110) for sealing the opening of the packaging paper.
[0023] The waterproof packaging machine (100) of the present invention includes a housing (110) that is partially open, through which a mobile phone enters and exits through the open portion (111). Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the housing (110) is formed so that a mobile phone can be inserted and removed through the open portion (111). The housing (110) preferably includes a predetermined space on the inside so that at least a mobile phone, a plate (120), a packaging paper holder (130), a vacuum device (140), and a sealing part (150) can be accommodated in the space. As long as the space is secured, the external shape of the housing (110) can be configured without limitation, such as a circle, triangle, square, or polygon. In order for a mobile phone waterproof packaging machine (100) to be configured in the form of a vending machine and to package multiple mobile phones simultaneously, the housing (110) may be sized to accommodate at least a number of components, such as a plate (120), a packaging paper holder (130), a vacuum device (140), and a sealing part (150). At this time, it is preferable for the housing (110) to have a length in one direction, and each component may be provided as a single set along the length direction. The opening portion (111) is not limited in shape or size as long as it is at least large enough for a mobile phone to enter and exit. In one embodiment of the present invention, the housing (110) may be rectangular and may include an opening portion (111) in which one of the sides is open to the front.
[0024] Furthermore, the present invention is characterized by packaging a mobile phone using a packaging material. In this case, the packaging material includes an opening formed on one side, and is formed so that the mobile phone is received inside the packaging material through the opening. Since the present invention utilizes vacuum packaging technology for packaging mobile phones, it is preferable that the packaging material be formed of a material capable of withstanding vacuum pressure and allowing the opening to be sealed from sealing means such as heat, pressure, or adhesive. The packaging material may be selected according to the characteristics of the product to be packaged and may be manufactured using at least one component selected from polyethylene, nylon, EVOH (ethylene vinyl alcohol), PET (polyethylene terephthalate), PP (polypropylene), and polyurethane. In particular, since the packaging material of the present invention packages a mobile phone, it is preferable that the packaging material be made of a thinner material so as not to reduce touch sensitivity during mobile phone use, and it is preferable that the packaging material be transparent to protect camera performance. It is preferable that the size of the above packaging be appropriately large enough to sufficiently accommodate a standard mobile phone size, and packaging of different sizes may be provided depending on the size of the mobile phone to be packaged.
[0025] Additionally, the packaging may include a vacuum stopper for vacuum packaging. The vacuum stopper is configured to connect the inside of the packaging and the vacuum device (140) when forming a vacuum state by sucking air inside the packaging through the vacuum device (140) of the mobile phone waterproof packaging machine (100) of the present invention. The vacuum stopper is formed to communicate the inside and outside of the packaging, and it is preferable that the structure be such that air inside the packaging is easily discharged to the outside, while air from the outside is difficult to enter into the packaging. For example, a predetermined hole may be formed on the inner side of the vacuum stopper, and the vacuum stopper may be formed to be able to open and close the hole. In this case, the vacuum stopper may be in the form of a lid. Alternatively, the vacuum stopper may include a thin membrane capable of blocking the hole. At this time, the membrane may be formed to be openable to only one side, such that the membrane can be opened in the direction in which air moves from the inside of the packaging to the outside, but the membrane does not move in the direction in which air moves from the outside to the inside of the packaging. It is preferable that the hole be a small hole to which only a predetermined amount of air can pass.
[0026] A plate (120) is configured to support a mobile phone for packaging. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the plate (120) is located within the housing (110) and is capable of supporting a mobile phone to be packaged. It can be configured without limitations on shape or size as long as it is large enough to safely support the mobile phone. The plate (120) can be formed such that its flat surface is horizontal to the ground, and it is preferable that the plate (120) be installed within the housing (110) in a position where a vacuum device (140) and a sealing part (150), etc., can be provided around the plate (120) relative to the plate (120). Accordingly, the plate (120) can be positioned horizontally to the ground on the central side of the housing (110).
[0027] Additionally, the plate (120) may be in a shape capable of accommodating a vacuum plug in the packaging. Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, when a vacuum device (140) is positioned on the upper side of the plate (120), the vacuum plug of the packaging is positioned on the plate (120) so as to face upward, allowing the vacuum device (140) and the packaging to come into contact and perform vacuum packaging. However, when the vacuum device (140) is positioned on the lower side of the plate (120), the space between the vacuum device (140) and the vacuum plug may be blocked due to the surface area of the plate (120). Accordingly, the plate (120) may include a vacuum plug hole (121) of a size corresponding to the vacuum plug so as to connect the vacuum plug and the vacuum device (140). That is, the above plate (120) has a vacuum plug hole (121) formed at a position where the vacuum plug of the packaging is placed, and can accommodate a mobile phone after the packaging is placed on the plate (120) with the vacuum plug of the packaging inserted into the vacuum plug hole (121). The shape and size of the vacuum plug hole (121) can be selected according to the shape and size of the vacuum plug.
[0028] The packaging holder (130) is configured to support the packaging machine and is preferably provided on the plate (120). That is, the packaging holder (130) is configured to support the packaging on the plate (120). Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the packaging holder (130) is formed to fix the packaging on the plate (120). When a mobile phone enters the housing (110) and is positioned on the plate (120), the mobile phone is accommodated within the packaging fixed by the packaging holder (130) and can be supported on the plate (120). Accordingly, the packaging holder (130) can be placed on the upper surface of the plate (120), and can be formed without limitation as long as it is in a shape capable of supporting the packaging so that the packaging to be used can be positioned on the plate (120).
[0029] When a mobile phone is received inside a packaging, it is introduced through an opening in the packaging. At this time, it is convenient for operation to maintain the opening in an open state so that the mobile phone can easily enter the opening in the packaging. Accordingly, referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the packaging holder (130) is characterized by including a mounting hook (131) that can open the opening to a certain size or larger so that the opening can be held open when receiving the packaging. The mounting hook (131) may be positioned on the side where the mobile phone is inserted in the packaging holder (130). The mounting hook (131) may be formed without limitation as long as it is formed so that the opening portion of the packaging can be hooked and fixed in an open state. For example, the mounting hook (131) may be an elliptical ring formed to the size of the area where the opening is to be opened, and the packaging can be formed so that the opening can be held open by covering the opening of the packaging with the elliptical ring. Alternatively, the mounting ring (131) may be formed such that U-shaped rings face each other at positions on both ends where the opening needs to be opened, so that the ends of the opening of the packaging are caught on each ring, thereby allowing the packaging to be mounted with the opening open. The mounting ring (131) may be positioned on the plate (120) toward the opening (111) of the housing (110) so that a mobile phone inserted into the housing (110) can be completely accommodated.
[0030] The vacuum device (140) is a device capable of forming a vacuum in a packaging by sucking in air inside the packaging. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the vacuum device (140) can operate by sucking in air inside the packaging as the pump is driven after the suction port (141) formed on one side comes into contact with a hole formed in the packaging. The vacuum device (140) is positioned around the plate (120), or more precisely, it can be positioned in a location where it can come into contact with the packaging containing the mobile phone mounted on the plate (120). In particular, it is preferable that the vacuum device (140) be positioned in a location where it can come into direct contact with the vacuum plug of the packaging mounted by the packaging mounting part (130). Accordingly, the vacuum device (140) can be provided on the upper or lower side relative to the plate (120).
[0031] In one embodiment of the present invention, the vacuum device (140) may be positioned to support the lower surface of the plate (120) while supporting the plate (120) within the housing (110), so as to facilitate contact with the mobile phone and packaging mounted on the plate (120). With reference to FIGS. 3 and 4 for a more detailed description, the vacuum device (140) may be positioned on the lower side of the plate (120) such that the suction port (141) faces the lower surface of the plate (120). At this time, the suction port (141) of the vacuum device (140) may be positioned to contact the vacuum plug hole (121) of the plate (120). That is, the suction port (141) may be in a form that is inserted into the inner side of the hole of the vacuum plug hole (121). Accordingly, the suction port (141) may have a size and shape equal to or smaller than that of the hole of the vacuum plug hole (121). Additionally, the vacuum device (140) may be formed such that the suction port (141) contacts or is detachable from the plate (120). This configuration allows the vacuum device (140) to separate the packaging material from the vacuum device (140) after the vacuum device (140) has completed vacuum packaging of the packaging material. Accordingly, the vacuum device (140) may be formed such that the suction port (141) can move in an up-and-down direction. This configuration allows the vacuum device (140) to include a configuration in which its length can be extended or shortened, so that the suction portion can move upward or downward. Alternatively, the vacuum device (140) may be configured such that the power can be turned ON / OFF, so that it is turned ON when necessary to suck in air inside the packaging material, and turned OFF after completion to stop the operation of the pump.
[0032] The sealing part (150) is a device capable of sealing the opening of the packaging. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the sealing part (150) is positioned within the housing (110) and is located on the side of the opening of the packaging, so as to be formed to seal the opening. The sealing part (150) may be configured to be a heat-generating device capable of melting and bonding the packaging by applying heat to the packaging. The sealing part (150) is formed to be large enough to sufficiently accommodate the opening and may be formed to bond the packaging in a straight line along the opening. At this time, the sealing part (150) may be provided without limitation as long as it is a device capable of generating heat, such as a heater line or an electromagnetic line. The sealing portion (150) can be positioned without restriction on the upper or lower side of the plate (120) as long as it is formed to apply heat to the opening, and can be formed to seal the opening of the packaging by moving downward or upward and then coming into contact with the packaging. That is, it is preferable that the sealing portion (150) be positioned on the plate (120) toward the open portion (111) of the housing (110).
[0033] The waterproof packaging machine (100) of the present invention is characterized by further including an auxiliary sealing frame (160) that is formed to be movable in the vertical direction on the upper side of a plate (120) and has an area larger than that of a mobile phone mounted on the plate (120). Referring to FIGS. 2 and 4, the auxiliary sealing frame (160) is characterized by a form in which a plurality of frames having a predetermined thickness are arranged in a rectangular shape along the perimeter of the mobile phone. The auxiliary sealing frame (160) is characterized by the inner area formed by the plurality of frames being larger than the size of the mobile phone. At this time, the auxiliary sealing frame (160) includes a heater line (161) formed along the frame. The heater line (161) is formed along the frame of the auxiliary sealing frame (160) and is provided to perform additional sealing by applying heat to the packaging material along the contour of the mobile phone so that the size of the packaging material can be adjusted according to the size of the mobile phone after the opening is sealed and the mobile phone vacuum-packed by the vacuum device (140) is sealed. That is, the auxiliary sealing frame (160) is positioned on the upper or lower side of the plate (120) and moves downward or upward to come into contact with the packaging, and then performs additional sealing along the outer edge of the vacuum-sealed mobile phone through the packaging due to the operation of the heater line (161), thereby forming a closer gap between the mobile phone and the packaging and minimizing the size of the packaging.
[0034] And the auxiliary sealing frame (160) may include a cutter line (162) formed along the frame. The cutter line (162) is a cutter capable of cutting packaging paper, and is characterized in that the cutter line (162) is arranged along the perimeter of a plurality of frames arranged in a rectangular shape, so that when the auxiliary sealing frame (160) contacts the outline of the mobile phone, the remaining part of the packaging paper can be cut while maintaining a certain distance equal to the thickness of the auxiliary sealing frame (160). That is, the auxiliary sealing frame (160) is located on the upper or lower side of the plate (120) and moves downward or upward to contact the packaging paper, and then cuts the packaging paper along the outer edge of the vacuum-packaged mobile phone due to the operation of the cutter line (162), thereby minimizing the size of the packaging paper so that the packaging paper can be appropriately applied to the size of the mobile phone.
[0035] At this time, it is preferable that the auxiliary sealing frame (160) includes at least one of a heater line (161) and a cutter line (162), and may include both the heater line (161) and the cutter line (162). Since the auxiliary sealing frame (160) is formed with a predetermined thickness, it can perform the function of sealing and cutting while maintaining a constant distance so that the gap between the mobile phone and the packaging is not too small or too far. At this time, referring to FIG. 5, the heater line (161) may be placed on the inner side of the thickness of the frame. Since the sealing is intended to minimize the gap between the packaging and the mobile phone, and the mobile phone is located on the inner side of the auxiliary sealing frame (160), it is preferable that the heater line (161) be placed at a position close to the mobile phone on the inner side of the thickness. Additionally, the cutter line (162) may be positioned on the outer side of the frame thickness. The cutting is intended to facilitate portability by performing additional sealing along the mobile phone contour with the heater line (161) and cutting the remaining packaging material to fit the size of the mobile phone. Therefore, since it is stable to cut the packaging material at a position that is a certain distance away from the sealed part, it is desirable for the heater line (161) and the cutter line (162) to maintain a certain distance from each other. Thus, the heater line (161) and the cutter line (162) are characterized by being formed on the inner and outer sides, respectively, at a position that is a certain distance away from each other in the frame thickness.
[0036] The auxiliary sealing frame (160) is characterized by having a variable inner surface area formed by a plurality of frames. The auxiliary sealing frame (160) can have its inner surface area varied by adjusting the spacing between each of the plurality of frames arranged in a rectangular shape. At this time, it is preferable for the auxiliary sealing frame (160) to vary the inner surface area according to the size of the mobile phone. The mobile phone waterproof packaging machine (100) of the present invention may include at least a control unit that controls the size of the inner surface area of the auxiliary sealing frame (160). That is, the control unit may receive device information including mobile phone size information from the outside, recognize the size of the mobile phone according to the input device information, and vary the inner surface area of the auxiliary sealing frame (160) by adjusting the spacing between the frames according to the size of the mobile phone. Accordingly, when a user inputs their mobile phone device information into a mobile phone waterproof packaging machine (100) formed in the form of a vending machine, the size of the auxiliary sealing frame (160) is varied so that the packaging material for vacuum packaging the mobile phone is sealed and cut to an appropriate size to match the mobile phone size. In addition, the control unit can perform control that enables the mobile phone waterproof packaging to be performed automatically and smoothly based on the mobile phone size information, such as selecting the type of packaging material or determining the degree of operation of the vacuum machine (140) according to the mobile phone device information received from the outside.
[0037] Hereinafter, a method for waterproof packaging a mobile phone using the waterproof packaging machine (100) of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 2. First, the user inputs their mobile phone information into the control unit, and at least size information of the mobile phone to be packaged can be pre-entered into the control unit. At this time, after the type of packaging paper is selected according to the input mobile phone device information, the packaging paper can be prepared in the packaging paper holder (130) and the holder hook (131). In particular, it is preferable that the packaging paper be prepared with the vacuum plug inserted into the vacuum plug hole (121). Then, the user can insert the mobile phone through the opening (111) of the housing (110). The opening (111) is adjacent to and connected to the holder hook (131), so that when the user inserts the mobile phone into the opening (111), the mobile phone is inserted into the prepared packaging paper, and the mobile phone inserted into the packaging paper is prepared on the upper surface of the plate (120). Afterwards, the sealing unit (150) seals the opening of the packaging paper to seal the packaging paper. Then, the suction port (141) of the vacuum device (140) is connected to the vacuum plug, and the pump of the vacuum device (140) operates to suck air inside the sealed packaging, thereby vacuum packaging the mobile phone. At this time, the vacuum plug is closed, and the inside of the packaging is sealed in a vacuum state. Then, according to the device information input into the control unit, the inner surface area of the auxiliary sealing frame (160) is varied to a size corresponding to the size of the target mobile phone, and the auxiliary sealing frame (160) moves toward the packaging and applies pressure, thereby performing additional sealing and cutting on the packaging along the contour of the mobile phone, so that the size of the vacuum-packed packaging can be formed to a minimum. Afterwards, the waterproof packaging of the mobile phone can be completed by discharging the packaged mobile phone through a separate discharge port or an opening (111).
[0038] As described above, the present invention has been explained with specific details such as specific constituent elements and limited exemplary drawings; however, this is provided merely to aid in a more comprehensive understanding of the invention, and the invention is not limited to the above-mentioned exemplary embodiment. Those skilled in the art can make various modifications and variations from this description.
