Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a screw-type automatic discharge device capable of automatically discharging a material to be treated, such as livestock manure, when it is excessively supplied to the input section of a dehydration device, and a dehydration system including the same. Background Technology
[0002] Livestock manure refers to manure discharged from dairy cows, Korean native cattle, pigs, chickens, etc., and it has various moisture content, ranging from high to low.
[0003] And such livestock manure is used after removing a certain amount of moisture using a dehydration device and composting it.
[0004] However, generally, an input section for supplying materials to be treated, such as livestock manure, is formed at the top of the dewatering device, and the materials to be treated are continuously supplied to the input section through a supply device. At this time, if the materials to be treated are oversupplied to the input section, there is a problem in that some of the materials overflow outside the input section. To prevent this, conventionally, an operator must continuously monitor the materials to be treated being fed into the input section; if the amount of materials filling the input section increases beyond a certain amount, the supply device must be turned off, and if the amount of materials filling the input section decreases, the supply device must be turned on again. Since this process must be repeated continuously, it has the disadvantage of being very cumbersome. Prior art literature

Specific details for implementing the invention
[0021] Hereinafter, the screw-type automatic discharge device and the dewatering system including the same according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0022] FIGS. 1 to 3 are rear perspective views, upper plan views, and front views showing a dehydration device equipped with a screw-type automatic discharge device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a screw-type automatic discharge device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0023] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, a screw-type automatic discharge device (400) according to one embodiment of the present invention can be installed and used in the input section (310) of a dewatering device (300) that dewaters a target object for treatment such as livestock manure, and the screw-type automatic discharge device (400) can be used with one side inserted and coupled to the input section (310) and the other side inserted and coupled to a stirrer (100).
[0024] The screw-type automatic discharge device (400) can be largely comprised of a housing (410), a screw (420), a fixing bracket (440), a driving part (430), and a sealing part.
[0025] The housing (410) may be formed in the shape of a pipe with a hollow interior and both ends open in the longitudinal direction. An inlet (411) may be formed on one side of the housing (410) with a portion of the outer surface removed, and an outlet may be formed on the other end of the housing (410). Additionally, the inlet (411) of the housing (410) may be formed in a shape open toward the horizontal side at a position spaced apart from one end of the housing in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, the inlet of the housing (410) may be formed in a shape that is continuously open from the upper side to the lower side in the circumferential direction. Thus, the object to be processed can be smoothly introduced into the interior of the housing (410) through the inlet (411).
[0026] The screw (420) may, for example, have a plate-shaped wing formed spirally along the longitudinal direction of the rotation axis (421). The screw (420) is inserted into the interior of the housing (410), and both ends of the rotation axis (421) in the longitudinal direction are connected to the housing (410) so that the screw (420) can rotate.
[0027] The fixed bracket (440) is formed in the shape of a plate and can be attached to one end of the housing (410) in the longitudinal direction. The fixed bracket (440) can block the open end of the housing (410) in the longitudinal direction. And one end of the rotation axis (421) can pass through the fixed bracket (440) and be pulled out to the outside of the housing (410) and the fixed bracket (440).
[0028] The drive unit (430) may be, for example, a reduction motor, and the drive unit (430) may be fixed by being coupled to a fixed bracket (440). The drive shaft of the drive unit (430) is connected to one end of the rotation shaft (421) with a sprocket and a chain, etc., so that the screw (410) can be rotated according to the operation of the drive unit (430). In addition, the drive unit (430) can rotate the screw (420) in a direction that allows the object to be processed to move from the inlet (412) to the outlet (412) by the screw (420).
[0029] The sealing portion is positioned between the inlet (411) and the outlet (412) of the housing (410), and the sealing portion can be fitted to the outside of the housing (410). The sealing portion can serve to seal the gap between the input portion (310) of the dehydration device (300), which is to be installed with the screw-type automatic discharge device (400), and the housing (410), and the sealing portion can also seal the gap between the housing (410) and the agitator (100) to be installed on the outlet (412) side of the housing (410). For example, the sealing portion may include a first sealing portion positioned adjacent to the inlet (411) of the housing (410) and a second sealing portion positioned adjacent to the outlet (412) of the housing (410). And the first sealing part may include a first sealing plate (450) and a first sealing member disposed adjacent to one side of the first sealing plate (450), and the second sealing part may include a second sealing plate (460) and a second sealing member disposed adjacent to the other side of the second sealing plate (460).
[0030] Thus, as described above, the housing (410) of the screw-type automatic discharge device (400) is inserted through the input section (310) of the dewatering device (300), the inlet (411) of the housing (410) is positioned inside the input section (310), and the outlet (412) of the housing (410) can be positioned outside the input section (310). The outlet (412) of the housing (410) can be inserted into the agitator (100). When the dewatering device (300) and the screw-type automatic discharge device (400) are in operation, if the object to be processed is oversupplied to the input section (310) of the dewatering device (300), a portion of the object to be processed within the input section (310) can be automatically returned to the agitator (100) by the screw-type automatic discharge device (400). Therefore, the amount of workpiece accumulated in the input section (310) can be maintained at an appropriate height without increasing beyond a specific amount, so that the workpiece in the input section (310) does not overflow.
[0031] FIGS. 5 and 6 are a plan cross-sectional view and a side view showing a screw-type automatic discharge device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0032] Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the screw-type automatic discharge device of the present invention may further include a support block and a plurality of supports. A support block (470) may be inserted and coupled to the inner side of one end in the longitudinal direction of the housing (410), and a plurality of supports (480) may be extended inwardly in the radial direction from the other end in the longitudinal direction of the housing (410). A hole is formed in the center of the support block (470) that penetrates in the longitudinal direction, into which a first sleeve (471) is inserted, and one end of a rotation shaft (421) may be inserted and penetrated through the first sleeve (471). The plurality of supports (480) may be arranged spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction, so that the space between the plurality of supports (480) may be formed as an outlet (412) of the housing (410). Additionally, a second sleeve (481) may be attached to the radially inner side of a plurality of supports (480), and the other end of the rotation shaft (421) may be inserted into the second sleeve (481). Thus, the rotation shaft (421) of the screw (420) is stably supported, and the screw (420) can rotate smoothly.
[0033] Additionally, the other end of the first sleeve (471) may be formed to protrude from the other side of the support block (470) and extend radially outward. That is, the other end of the first sleeve (471) may be formed in a flange shape, so that the flange portion protrudes from the other side of the support block (470). Furthermore, an extension portion (422) with a relatively larger outer diameter than the rest of the rotation axis (421) may be formed on the rotation axis (421) of the screw (420) at a position adjacent to the first sleeve (471). Thus, the extension portion (422) of the rotation axis (421) is supported by the first sleeve (471) in the axial direction (lengthwise direction), thereby supporting the axial load of the screw (420). And when the screw (420) rotates, the other side of the support block (470), the flange portion of the first sleeve (471), and the extension portion (422) of the rotation shaft (421) come into close contact, so the gap can be sealed without a separate sealing member.
[0034] Additionally, the sealing portion may include a first sealing portion and a second sealing portion, the first sealing portion may include a first sealing plate (450) and a first sealing member (451), and the second sealing portion may include a second sealing plate (460) and a second sealing member (461). For example, the first sealing member (451) may be an O-ring, and the first sealing member (451) may be inserted into a concave seating groove formed in the first sealing plate (450). Thus, when the housing (410) of the screw-type automatic discharge device (400) is inserted through the input part (310) of the dehydration device (300), the first sealing member (451) and the first sealing plate (450) are fitted to the outside of the housing (410), and the first sealing plate (450) is connected to the input part (310) with a fastening member such as a bolt, thereby sealing the gap between the housing (410) and the input part (310). For example, the second sealing member (461) may be a rubber plate, and likewise, after fitting the second sealing plate (460) and the second sealing member (461) to the outside of the housing (410), the other end of the housing (410) is inserted into the agitator (100), and then the second sealing plate (460) is connected to the agitator (100) with a fastening member such as a bolt, so that the gap between the housing (410) and the agitator (100) can be sealed.
[0035] FIGS. 7 to 9 are perspective, plan, and front views showing a dehydration system including a screw-type automatic discharge device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0036] Referring to FIGS. 7 to 9, the dewatering system including the screw-type automatic discharge device of the present invention may include a dewatering device (300) and a screw-type automatic discharge device (400), and may further include an agitator (100) and a supply device (200).
[0037] The dewatering device (300) can dewater and discharge a treatment target such as livestock manure supplied to the input section (310). The input section (310) may be positioned above the dewatering device (300), and the discharge section, where the treatment target is discharged after dewatering, may be formed at the left end in the longitudinal direction of the dewatering device (300) in the drawing. The dewatering device (300) may be, for example, a screw-type dewatering device that dewaters a treatment target using a porous screen and a screw, and the dewatering device (300) may be formed in various other ways.
[0038] As described above, the screw-type automatic discharge device (400) can be mounted in the input section (310) of the dehydration device (300), and the screw-type automatic discharge device (400) can be mounted such that its inlet is placed within the input section (310) and its outlet is placed within the agitator (100).
[0039] The agitator (100) serves to agitate the treated material, such as livestock manure, contained therein.
[0040] The lower end of the supply device (200) is connected to the agitator (100), and the upper end of the supply device (200) can be positioned above the input section (310) of the dehydration device (300). The supply device (200) can transport the object to be processed within the agitator (100) and continuously supply it to the input section (310) of the dehydration device (300). Additionally, a foreign matter removal device for filtering foreign matter from the object to be processed can be installed at the upper end of the supply device (200).
[0041] Thus, the workpiece agitated in the agitator (100) is continuously supplied to the input section (310) of the dewatering device (300) through the supply device (200), and the dewatering device (300) can continuously dewater the workpiece. Additionally, the workpiece that is oversupplied to the input section (310) is automatically returned to the agitator (100) by the screw-type automatic discharge device (400), allowing the dewatering system to operate continuously without interruption.
[0042] The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and has a diverse scope of application. Furthermore, it is understood that anyone with ordinary knowledge in the field to which the present invention pertains can make various modifications without departing from the essence of the invention as claimed in the claims.
