Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a mobile safety management system linked with access control and a method thereof. More specifically, the invention relates to a mobile safety management system linked with access control and a method thereof that integrates access control and safety management into a single workflow to allow entry to a work site only after verifying compliance with predetermined safety regulations by transmitting a customized work content and safety management checklist for a worker to a worker’s mobile user terminal in conjunction with physical access authentication of a worker through an access control terminal, and recording in real-time in conjunction with worker identification information and visual information based on the verification results of inspection items received from the worker’s mobile user terminal. Background Technology

[0002] Various work sites, including construction, manufacturing, and plant facilities, operate access control systems and safety management systems to ensure worker safety and manage productivity.

[0003] Conventional access control systems focused on physical security functions, such as using RFID cards or biometric information to permit the entry of authorized personnel and store records. Meanwhile, safety management was often conducted through offline and manual methods, including pre-work Tool Box Meetings (TBMs), written work permits, and safety training.

[0004] However, this system operation method, in which the access control system and the safety management system are separated, entails the following problems.

[0005] First, access control and safety management are not organically linked, so inefficiency occurs because workers must receive safety training or verify work instructions through separate procedures after entering the site.

[0006] Furthermore, it is difficult to objectively track and verify the implementation of safety management activities conducted manually or verbally. Such activities are difficult to respond effectively to in an increasingly stringent regulatory environment.

[0007] As the aforementioned access control and safety management systems operate independently, data is dispersed, which limits the ability to predict safety risks or improve management processes through integrated analysis.

[0008] Therefore, a new integrated system is required that uses workers' entry and exit behavior as the starting point of the safety management process, automatically provides personalized safety information simultaneously with entry authentication, and accumulates records of such implementation as digital data to simultaneously improve management efficiency and legal compliance capabilities.

[0009] Next, we will briefly explain the prior art existing in the technical field of the present invention, and then describe the technical details that the present invention aims to achieve differently from the said prior art.

[0010] First, Korean Registered Patent No. 2836613 (July 22, 2025) relates to a construction site safety management system and method. Based on unreasonable information collected from team member terminals at the site and site monitoring information collected from a construction site monitoring device, the system identifies unreasonable information containing risk factors of the construction site and facilities, generates a report containing unreasonable information and response information as measures to address the unreasonable information, controls the hazardous area if it is determined to be a hazardous area based on the report information and site monitoring information, and outputs whether the hazardous area is controlled on the screens of the manager terminal and the safety officer terminal. The construction site safety management system includes managing personnel at the construction site and facility access, collecting reports and site monitoring information, database the resulting unreasonable information, distributing construction site risk analysis data automatically generated through data reprocessing, and establishing a safety plan after taking measures regarding unreasonable information containing risk factors within the site.

[0011] In addition, Korean Registered Patent No. 2633381 (February 2, 2024) relates to a safety management system capable of creating a safe working environment by monitoring and paying attention to surrounding environmental conditions of an industrial work site, and provides an industrial environment safety management system device that receives an environmental detection signal of the industrial environment from a sensor module, determines the hazard to workers, etc., who are present or entering the premises, and provides information on controlling entry or maintenance.

[0012] However, while the cited inventions mentioned above include matters concerning access control or safety management, they do not include any technical consideration for performing safety management within a single workflow in conjunction with the physical access authentication of a worker through an access control terminal as in the present invention, nor do they include any consideration, suggestion, or implied reference to technical features for recording and managing compliance with specified safety regulations in real time in conjunction with worker identification information and visual information. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0031] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the mobile safety management system and method linked with access control according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. Identical reference numerals in each drawing indicate identical components. Furthermore, specific structural or functional descriptions regarding embodiments of the present invention are merely illustrative for the purpose of explaining embodiments according to the present invention. Unless otherwise defined, all terms used herein, including technical or scientific terms, have the same meaning as generally understood by those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains. Terms such as those defined in commonly used dictionaries should be interpreted as having a meaning consistent with their meaning in the context of the relevant technology, and unless explicitly defined in this specification, it is preferable not to interpret them in an ideal or overly formal sense.

[0032] FIG. 1 is a drawing showing the overall configuration of a mobile safety management system linked with access control according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0033] As illustrated in FIG. 1, a mobile safety management system (10) linked with access control according to one embodiment of the present invention is configured to include an access control terminal (100), a safety management server (200), a user terminal (300), and a database (400), and these are interconnected through a wired or wireless network.

[0034] A worker to perform work at a specific work site carries the user terminal (300) and approaches the access control terminal (100) installed at the access gate of the work site. The access control terminal (100) recognizes the approach of the user terminal (300), generates authentication information of the worker associated with the user terminal (300), and transmits it to the safety management server (200).

[0035] The above safety management server (200) verifies the worker's authentication information and checks the work details and safety management checklist to be handled by the worker at the corresponding work site, which are stored in advance in the database (400). The verified work details and safety management checklist are transmitted by pushing a message to the worker's user terminal (300) or by connecting to the safety management server (200) via a web-based method from the user terminal (300).

[0036] The worker's work details and safety management checklist transmitted to the user terminal (300) are displayed on the screen of the user terminal (300), and when the worker checks the work details and safety management checklist and verifies the inspection details, the result is transmitted to the safety management server (200).

[0037] The above safety management server (200) allows the worker to enter the work site only after receiving confirmation of the work details and safety management checklist from the worker. That is, the lock on the opening and closing device of the access gate is unlocked through the access control terminal (100) installed near the access gate of the work site.

[0038] In this way, the safety management system (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention does not allow the unlocking of the opening and closing device of the access gate through the access control terminal (100) of the work site if the verification of the work details and safety management checklist from the user terminal (300) is not completed at the safety management server (200). However, the safety management server (200) may transmit a control signal to the access control terminal (100) to delay or restrict the opening of the access gate. At the same time, the safety management server (200) may separately transmit a message requesting verification of the work details and safety management checklist to the user terminal (300) to re-transmit a notification to the worker to verify the work details and safety management checklist. This is to inform the worker that entry to the work site is permitted only after verification.

[0039] In addition, if there is an unidentified item or a specific risk item is selected from the user terminal (300), a notification can be sent to the manager terminal or control system of the work site.

[0040] In addition, if a failure occurs in the wired or wireless network, the access control terminal (100) or the user terminal (300) cannot transmit or receive information with the safety management server (200). Therefore, the access control terminal (100) can take over part of the role of the safety management server (200) and utilize pre-stored worker information to provide work details and a safety management checklist to the user terminal (300), and after verifying the results, unlock the opening and closing device of the access gate. After operating in offline mode in this way, the user terminal (300) and the access control terminal are configured to transmit the results to the safety management server for synchronization after the wired or wireless network is restored, and to record and store the data (log) in the database.

[0041] In addition, the safety management server (200) can collect supporting data such as photos, signatures, and location information of the relevant worker for each item of the safety management checklist and store them in the log.

[0042] Meanwhile, in another embodiment of the present invention, an access control safety management interlocking device may be provided at each access gate. In this case, the invention relates to a device installed at a work site requiring safety management that integrates the functions of an access control terminal (100) and a safety management server (200) into a single device. This device may be configured as an embedded system and supplied as a set-top product.

[0043] FIG. 2 is a flowchart showing the signal processing flow of a mobile safety management method linked with access control according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0044] As illustrated in FIG. 2, the signal processing flow of a mobile safety management method linked with access control according to one embodiment of the present invention first, when a user terminal (300) accesses an access control terminal (100), the access control terminal (100) receives identification information required for worker authentication, including a worker ID and a user terminal ID, from the user terminal (300).

[0045] Next, the access control terminal (100) additionally obtains the worker's identity information in addition to the identification information, generates the worker's authentication information including the authentication method and authentication time, and then transmits the authentication information to the safety management server (200) to request authentication. Subsequently, the safety management server (200) receives the authentication information, verifies the worker's identity stored in the database (400) based on the received authentication information, accesses the worker's work details and safety management checklist, and then pushes the work details and safety management checklist to the user terminal (300) in the form of a message, or if the user terminal (300) accesses the safety management server (200) via the web, allows the user to retrieve the work details and safety management checklist.

[0046] Next, the user terminal (300) displays the work details and safety management checklist received through the app on the screen and provides a user interface for the worker to check the inspection items and click the confirmation complete button. When the worker checks the inspection items and clicks the confirmation complete button, the results of the check and verification of the inspection items are transmitted to the safety management server (200). Here, the transmission of the results of the check and verification of the inspection items can be configured by the user terminal (300) pushing a message containing the relevant information to the safety management server (200), or by the user terminal (300) connecting to the safety management server (200) via a web-based method to transmit a message containing the relevant information.

[0047] In this case, the safety management server (200) authenticates the worker as a legitimate worker and simultaneously confirms that the worker has checked the inspection items required for safety management through their user terminal (300), and transmits a control signal to the access control terminal (100) to unlock the opening and closing device of the access gate.

[0048] All information ranging from the worker's authentication information to the permission to enter the work site is recorded as the first log in the database (400).

[0049] Next, the access control terminal (100) transmits an unlock command to the opening and closing device of the access gate in accordance with the control command of the safety management server (200) to allow a worker to enter the work site. The result of allowing entry to the work site is displayed (notified) on the screen of the user terminal (300), and additional necessary notifications are displayed so that the worker can familiarize himself with the relevant work details and safety management checklist once more.

[0050] Subsequently, the user terminal (300) collects sensing information related to the movement path or work content of the worker from the IoT device (500) at the work site. The sensing information from the IoT device (500) includes recording information that allows the worker to identify the movement path according to the work process at the work site, and includes various measurements generated during the work process, as well as images taken by the worker through the user terminal (300), results of sound recordings, text messages entered by the worker, or a combination thereof.

[0051] The aforementioned movement path includes location information automatically detected as the worker moves between various work areas (processes) at the work site, and the measurements include values (temperature, humidity, pressure, etc.) from various IoT sensors installed in each work area as the worker visits multiple work areas. Additionally, the recorded information entered by the worker is based on predetermined work content that the worker is required to input at each work process or at specific intervals.

[0052] The field information collected from the above user terminal (300) is transmitted to the safety management server (200) and recorded as a second log in the database (400).

[0053] Based on the authentication information of the above worker, the identity of the above worker is verified, and the work details and safety management checklist are transmitted accordingly. A first log including the results of the worker checking and verifying inspection items and the entry permission control signal transmitted to the user terminal, and a second log including field information collected by the above worker during work at the site are synchronized temporally and spatially and stored and managed in a database (400).

[0054] FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an access control terminal in a mobile safety management system linked with access control according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0055] As illustrated in FIG. 3 above, an access control terminal (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises an identity information acquisition unit (110), a worker authentication unit (120), an access control unit (130), a local information storage unit (140), a local information matching unit (150), and an opening / closing device (160).

[0056] The identity information acquisition unit (110) is configured to detect the approach of a user terminal (300) and to receive identification information of a worker, including a worker identifier (ID) and a user terminal identifier (ID), from the user terminal (300) that detected the approach. In addition, the identity information acquisition unit (110) is configured to acquire the worker's identity information using an authentication method that includes at least one of biometric authentication (face, fingerprint, iris, etc.), a mobile access card method (NFC or BLE), and an RFID card method, in order to physically control the access of a worker by installing it at an access gate of a work site where safety management is required.

[0057] The above worker authentication unit (120) is configured to further include the acquired worker identity information in the identification information including the received worker identifier and user terminal identifier, generate authentication information including the authentication method and authentication time, transmit the generated authentication information to the safety management server (200), and receive an access permission control signal based on the worker's authentication from the safety management server (200).

[0058] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned worker authentication unit (120) further includes being configured to perform authentication of workers limited to the relevant site in order to perform safety management locally without the assistance of the above-mentioned safety management server (200) when communication with the safety management server (200) is impossible due to a failure in the wired / wireless network.

[0059] In addition, the access control terminal (100) is configured to further include a local information storage unit (140) and a local information matching unit (150) in preparation for the event of a failure in the wired / wireless communication network.

[0060] The above local information storage unit (140) is configured to store information including the latest worker authentication information, work details for each worker, and safety management checklist, which is stored in the database (400) via the safety management server (200) in advance to prepare for the event of a failure in the wired / wireless communication network. The above information is configured to be updated by accessing the database (400) via the safety management server (200) periodically or whenever a new worker and their work details and safety management checklist are added.

[0061] Additionally, the local information storage unit (140) further includes temporarily storing local field information when a failure occurs in the wired / wireless communication network and the first log generated by the worker cannot be transmitted to the safety management server (200). However, in the case of the second log, it is configured to be stored at the user terminal (300) and then transmitted to the safety management server (200) after the wired / wireless network is restored.

[0062] In addition, the local information matching unit (150) is configured to read the worker authentication information stored in the local information storage unit (140) and the worker's work details and safety management checklist according to each worker's authentication information, and to match them with each other. If a match is made, it is configured to transmit an access permission control command to the access control unit (130).

[0063] The access control unit (130) is configured to control unlocking the opening and closing device (160) of the work site access gate according to the received access permission control command. Additionally, if a failure occurs in the wired or wireless communication network and the access permission control command cannot be received from the safety management server (200), the unit is configured to receive the access permission control command from the local information matching unit (150) and control unlocking the opening and closing device (160) of the work site access gate.

[0064] The above opening / closing device (160) is installed at the access gate and is configured to unlock the access gate according to the command of the access control unit (130), or to maintain a locked state unless there is a command to unlock the gate.

[0065] Ultimately, in order to enable normal operation even if a failure occurs in the wired or wireless network, the present invention allows the access control terminal (100) or the user terminal (300) to partially take over the role of the safety management server (200) and utilize pre-stored worker information to provide work details and a safety management checklist to the user terminal (300), and then unlock the opening and closing device of the access gate after verifying the results. After operating in offline mode in this way, the user terminal (300) and the access control terminal are configured to transmit the results to the safety management server for synchronization once the wired or wireless network is restored.

[0066] FIG. 4 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a safety management server of a mobile safety management system linked with access control according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0067] As illustrated in FIG. 4, the safety management server (200) of the mobile safety management system (10) linked with access control according to one embodiment of the present invention is configured to include a site information management unit (210), a global worker authentication unit (220), a work content extraction unit (230), a checklist generation unit (240), a safety management linkage unit (250), and a log integrity processing unit (260).

[0068] The above-mentioned site information management unit (210) is configured to store and manage worker information, authentication credentials, work assignment information, checklist templates and mapping rules, access records, and checklist implementation records (first logs) for at least one worker at each of at least one work site in a database (400). The above-mentioned work assignment information may also be generated by linking with an external system such as Human Resources (HR) or ERP.

[0069] The global worker authentication unit (220) is configured to verify the identity of a user and determine whether authentication is successful by comparing the authentication information of a worker received from a specific access control terminal (100) with the user information stored in the database (400) through the field information management unit (210).

[0070] The above work content extraction unit (230) is configured to, when worker authentication is successful, search for and extract work assignment information including the name of the work to be performed on the day, the work period, or a combination thereof assigned to the worker in the above database (400), and to extract attributes including the type of work, work area, equipment used, risk level, work permit type, or a combination thereof included in the extracted work assignment information.

[0071] The checklist generation unit (240) is configured such that, when worker authentication is successful, it searches for and extracts information regarding a safety management checklist related to the work assignment information to be performed on the day for the corresponding worker extracted by the work content extraction unit (230) from the database (400), and generates a user-specific safety management checklist by selecting a checklist template corresponding to the information regarding the safety management checklist based on the attributes of the extracted work content or by combining multiple checklist templates.

[0072] For example, mapping rules can be applied based on work types including welding, work at heights, confined spaces, etc., work zones such as Zone A, outdoor, equipment room, etc., equipment used such as welding machines, cranes, gas detectors, risk classes, and work permit types in work assignment information (see [Table 1]).

[0073] Working conditions Select Template Additional items note (Work Type=Welding) and (Zone=Indoor) T-WELD-INDOOR Check fire extinguisher locations, designate fire watchers Basic + Interior Add-on (Work Type = Work at Height) (>2m) T-HEIGHT Wear fall protection, check safety railings / steps Filing a lawsuit is essential Work permit = confined space T-CONFINED Input gas concentration measurements, verify monitor presence Permission type

[0074] For example, in the case of work conditions where the type of work is welding and the work area is indoors, select the T-WELD-INDOOR template and create a safety management checklist by adding items such as checking the location of fire extinguishers and designating a fire watcher to the template.

[0075] If the work type is high-altitude work of 2m or more, select the T-HEIGHT template and create a safety management checklist by adding items such as wearing fall protection and checking safety railings / spans.

[0076] In addition, if the work condition is a confined space requiring a work permit, a safety management checklist is created by adding the input of gas concentration measurements and verification of on-site supervision to the checklist in the T-CONFINED template.

[0077] The above safety management linkage unit (250) is configured to transmit a message to a user terminal (300) via a push notification method, or to transmit the work content extracted by the above work content extraction unit (230) and the safety management checklist generated by the above checklist generation unit (240) to the user terminal (300) through a web-based connection.

[0078] The above log integrity processing unit (260) is configured to generate integrity information including a hash value, a hash chain, an electronic signature, or a combination thereof regarding the result of verifying the safety management checklist according to the work content received from the user terminal (300), and to store and manage it in the database (400), thereby enabling verification of whether the log has been tampered with during a post-audit.

[0079] For example, for auditing and tracking the implementation of the checklist, the safety management server (200) may store a log containing fields such as [Table 2]. [Table 2] is an example of an embodiment according to the present invention and is not limited thereto.

[0080] Field explanation Remarks (e.g.) user_id Worker identifier Employee ID / Internal ID device_id User terminal identifier User terminal ID access_time Entry authentication time ISO timestamp terminal_id Access control terminal identifier Access control terminal ID work_id Task assignment identifier Job number for the day checklist_id Checklist identifier (or template + version) Template ID + Version item_confirm_results Item-by-item inspection verification results Y / N, Enter value ack_complete_time Time of confirmation completion Timestamp evidence_uri Document storage location (select) Photo / Signature integrity_hash Hash for integrity verification (optional) Hash / Chain signature Electronic signature (optional) Signature value

[0081] In other words, the fields included in the log include the worker identifier (user_id), user terminal identifier (device_id), access authentication time (access_time), access control terminal identifier (terminal_id), work assignment identifier (work_id), checklist identifier (checklist_id), item-by-item inspection results (item_results), verification completion time (ack_complete_time), evidence storage location (evidence_uri), integrity verification hash (integrity_hash), and digital signature (signature). Here, the aforementioned evidence storage location, integrity verification hash, and digital signature are optional. The worker ID may be the worker's employee number or the company's internal ID, and the user terminal ID refers to the unique ID generated for the user terminal by each communication protocol when the user terminal is recognized by the access control terminal via BLE or RFID.

[0082] In addition, standardized ISO timestamps are used for access authentication timestamps, and if two or more timestamps are generated identical down to the second, they are extended to the millisecond level for recording.

[0083] An access control terminal identifier refers to the ID of an access gate or an identifier assigned to an access control terminal installed at a specific access gate. If this identifier has not been separately assigned, a specific identifier uniquely assigned for communication purposes, such as the MAC address of the access control terminal, may be used.

[0084] The above job assignment identifier is a job number, and the number may change daily. The checklist identifier can be generated by adding a version number to the ID of the template based on the attributes of the job assignment information.

[0085] The item-by-item inspection result is a binary value (YES='1', NO='0') used to record whether each item has been inspected. Additionally, the time of completion is recorded using an ISO timestamp, similar to the access authentication time.

[0086] The above-mentioned proof storage location refers to a location for storing proof materials such as photos or signatures, that is, a character used to identify resources on the Internet, namely a URI (Uniform Resource Identifier). Furthermore, the integrity verification hash refers to hashing a log using a specific hash algorithm (MDx, SHA-x, RIPEMD-x, BLAKEx, etc.) and then recording the result. It also includes forming a chain by configuring consecutive logs into individual blocks and storing the hash value of the previous block in the next block.

[0087] The digital signature can be configured to generate a hash value for the log and encrypt the generated hash value with the signer's private key (RSA, ECDSA, EdDSA, etc.) to store the original data, hash value, digital signature, and the signer's public key or certificate together, store the original in a database while separating and storing the hash and signature in a secure area, or store only the hash in the blockchain while storing the original outside the blockchain.

[0088] The verifier calculates the hash of the original data, decrypts the signature using the public key, and then compares the two hashes to confirm that there was no tampering and that the signature was made by the holder of the corresponding private key.

[0089] FIG. 5 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a user terminal of a mobile safety management system linked with access control according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0090] As illustrated in FIG. 5, the user terminal (300) of the mobile safety management system linked with access control according to one embodiment of the present invention is a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet PC carried by a worker, and a dedicated application is installed on the user terminal (300) to execute mobile safety management linked with access control according to one embodiment of the present invention in a single workflow.

[0091] The above user terminal (300) includes a processor, memory, peripheral devices, and a communication module, and stores program code in memory for executing the dedicated application in a mobile safety management system linked to the access control, and is configured so that the processor executes the program code stored in the memory.

[0092] The above dedicated application includes an identifier transmission unit (310), a checklist reception unit (320), an inspection result verification unit (330), an IoT information collection unit (340), an IoT information transmission unit (350), and a delayed log storage unit (360).

[0093] The identifier transmission unit (310) is configured to transmit identification information, including the ID of the user terminal via BLE or RFID, to the access control terminal (100) in response to a request from the access control terminal (100) that detects the access of the user terminal (300). Meanwhile, the acquisition of identity information through biometric authentication (face, fingerprint, iris, etc.) is performed directly by the identity information acquisition unit (110) of the access control terminal (100).

[0094] The checklist receiving unit (320) receives work content and safety management checklist extracted and generated according to the worker's authentication information from the safety management server (200), and is configured to output and display the received checklist on the screen in a predetermined format through a user interface.

[0095] The inspection result verification unit (330) is configured such that, when the operator checks each inspection item of the individual checklist through the user interface, checks the inspected item, and selects inspection completion, the selected inspection item and an inspection completion signal are transmitted to the safety management server (200). In another embodiment of the present invention, the inspection verification result for each item may include the time of verification, an item identifier, and proof (selectable photo / signature, etc.).

[0096] When the above IoT information collection unit (340) completes the authentication of the worker at the safety management server (200), it allows the worker to enter the work site by unlocking the opening and closing device of the corresponding access gate with the access control terminal (100), and then the dedicated application of the user terminal is configured to collect measurements from a plurality of IoT sensor devices at the work site or to collect information including images, sounds, text, or a combination thereof entered by the worker.

[0097] The above IoT information transmission unit (350) is configured to periodically transmit a second log, composed of the collected information in a predetermined packet, to the safety management server (200) whenever an event occurs.

[0098] Meanwhile, a user terminal (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention further includes a delay log storage unit (360). The delay log storage unit (360) is configured to temporarily store a second log when the wired / wireless network is unable to transmit information due to a failure.

[0099] After the above wired / wireless network is restored to normal, the IoT information transmission unit (350) is configured to access the second log stored in the delay log storage unit (360) and transmit it to the safety management server (200). In this case, the IoT information transmission unit (350) may also be referred to as a delay log transmission unit.

[0100] The above delay log is a second log containing information collected at the work site after the worker's authentication is completed. When the wired / wireless network is restored and transmitted to the safety management server (200), it is synchronized with the first log containing the worker's authentication information and stored in the database (400).

[0101] FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating, in an exemplary manner, a user interface screen of a specialized application operating on a user terminal of a mobile safety management system linked with access control according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0102] As illustrated in FIG. 6, the user interface screen of a professional application operating on a user terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention displays the work details of the worker (today's work: pipe welding in Area A) and a safety management checklist corresponding to the work details along with a checkbox on the screen, and finally, when the “Confirmation Complete” button is pressed, the confirmation result for the corresponding inspection item is transmitted to the safety management server (200).

[0103] In addition, as another embodiment, when a specialized application of the user terminal (300) is executed, materials including video, photos, sound (voice), signature, and memo (text) can be attached and transmitted to the safety management server (200) through the screen. Additionally, if there are incomplete inspection items, the items can be displayed, and a notice (notification) message stating that entry to the site is not permitted when incomplete is displayed.

[0104] These functions and user interface screens can be implemented as illustrated in FIG. 6, and numerous items may be added in addition to those listed above.

[0105] FIG. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a procedure for performing access control and safety management in a single workflow in a mobile safety management system linked with access control according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0106] As illustrated in FIG. 7, the procedure for performing access control and safety management in a single workflow in a mobile safety management system linked with access control according to another embodiment of the present invention first performs an identity verification step in which a user terminal (300) approaches an access control terminal (100) installed at a specific access gate and provides the ID of the user terminal (300) and the ID of the corresponding worker to the access control terminal (100) (S110).

[0107] The access control terminal (100) generates authentication information including an authentication method and an authentication time in addition to the identification information received from the user terminal and the acquired identity information, and transmits the generated authentication information to the safety management server (200). The safety management server (200) performs a worker authentication step (S120) by performing authentication of a worker based on the authentication information and determining whether the worker authentication is successful.

[0108] If authentication of the above worker is successful (S125), the safety management server (200) performs a checklist generation step (S130) to extract or generate work content and a safety management checklist according to the attributes of the work assignment information assigned to the worker. If authentication of the worker is not successful (S125), the process is repeated starting from step S110.

[0109] Following S130, the safety management server (200) transmits the generated work details and safety management checklist to the user terminal (300) (S140).

[0110] The above user terminal (300) receives the above work details and safety management checklist through a dedicated application and displays them on the screen, allowing the user to check each item of the checklist and input whether to confirm (S150).

[0111] Next, when the user selects the confirmation complete button (S155), the dedicated application performs an inspection result transmission step (S160) in which it transmits the selection result for each inspection item and information regarding the confirmation completion, i.e., the item-specific inspection confirmation result, to the safety management server (200). If the user does not select the confirmation complete button, it continues to wait for confirmation completion to be selected through step S150.

[0112] Following S160, the safety management server (200) performs a first log recording step (S170) of recording a first log, including a user ID, authentication time, and completion time, in a database (400) according to the inspection result of the user terminal. In the process of recording the first log, integrity information including a hash, an electronic signature, or a combination thereof for the first log is generated and stored together.

[0113] The above safety management server (200) records the first log at a predetermined location and then determines whether the inspection for each item of the checklist is completed based on the inspection result received from the user terminal (S175).

[0114] When the above inspection is completed (S175), the safety management server (200) stores the completion status of the inspection in the database (400) and performs an access gate opening step (S180) by transmitting an access permission signal to the access control terminal (100) to control the opening of the access gate.

[0115] If the above inspection is not completed (S175), the safety management server (200) displays the incomplete item to the dedicated application of the user terminal (300) and guides additional input. Thereby, the safety management server (200) waits for step S150 to be performed on the user terminal (300).

[0116] The above user terminal (300) enters the work site after the access gate is opened, and thereafter performs a work content monitoring step (S190) in which it collects predetermined measurements or detection results from IoT sensors installed at the work site according to the work content at the work site, detects the worker's work location, collects alarm information, or transmits information including video, sound, text, or a combination thereof input by the worker to the safety management server (200). The monitoring of the work site according to the work content can be performed periodically or non-periodically according to the worker's intention.

[0117] FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating the signal flow between each component when a wired / wireless network operates normally in a mobile safety management system linked with access control according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0118] As illustrated in FIG. 8, when a wired or wireless network is operating normally in a mobile safety management system linked with access control according to one embodiment of the present invention, the user terminal (300) first transmits an identifier including the worker ID and the worker's user terminal ID to the access control terminal (100) installed at the access gate of the work site. Typically, this is transmitted using a communication method including BLE or RFID. However, it is also possible to transmit using other methods such as WiFi, and there are no limitations.

[0119] Next, the access control terminal (100) transmits authentication information to the safety management server (200), and the safety management server (200) performs identity verification by searching whether the corresponding authentication information is registered in the database (400).

[0120] Next, work assignment information including the name of the work to be performed on the day, the work period, or a combination thereof, assigned to the worker in the above database (400) is searched and extracted, and a safety management checklist template according to attributes including the type of work, work area, equipment used, risk level, work permit type, or a combination thereof included in the extracted work assignment information is accessed.

[0121] A safety management checklist according to the work content is generated by combining the accessed safety management checklist template. Next, the worker's work content and safety management checklist are transmitted to a user terminal (300). Next, the user terminal (300) receives the generated work content and safety management checklist through a specialized application, displays them on a screen, and verifies the contents of the inspection items. That is, the user terminal (300) transmits the inspection items checked by the user and the verification results to a safety management server (2000).

[0122] When the above safety management server (200) receives confirmation of all inspection items, it transmits a signal allowing access to the work site to the access control terminal (100) where the user terminal (300) is located. This result is stored in the database (400) as the first log.

[0123] In addition, the access control terminal (100) controls the unlocking of the opening and closing device of the access gate, thereby allowing a worker to enter the work site.

[0124] After that, the worker collects all events occurring at the work site from IoT sensors through their user terminal (300) or provides information including video, images, sound, and text generated by the worker to the safety management server (200) via a wired or wireless network, and the safety management server (200) stores a second log including the worker ID, work time, and work location in the information in the database (400).

[0125] FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating the signal flow between each component in the event of a failure in the wired / wireless network in a mobile safety management system linked with access control according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0126] As illustrated in FIG. 9, in the event of a failure in the wired or wireless network of a mobile safety management system linked with access control according to one embodiment of the present invention, the work details and safety management checklist templates for each worker at the relevant work site must be stored in the local memory of the access control terminal in advance.

[0127] That is, the access control terminal (100) accesses and stores all work details and safety management checklists for each worker at the corresponding work site stored in the database (400) through the safety management server (200) regardless of individual worker authentication (① to ④).

[0128] If a failure is detected in the wired / wireless network, the access control terminal (100) recognizes the access of the user terminal (300) and requests the worker's ID and the user terminal's ID from the user terminal (300), and performs worker identity verification by matching them with the worker stored in the local memory.

[0129] Once the worker's identity is verified, the safety management checklist is extracted or generated by combining the worker's work details and the safety management checklist template.

[0130] The above-mentioned extracted or generated work details and safety management checklist are provided to the user terminal (300) so that the specialized application of the user terminal (300) displays them on the screen.

[0131] When a worker checks an inspection item and presses "Confirm Complete" in the professional application of the above user terminal (300), the inspection details for that item are transmitted to the access control terminal (100).

[0132] When the access control terminal (100) determines that all of the inspection details have been completed, it stores the information in a local memory, including a first log containing a worker ID, authentication time, and completion time.

[0133] In addition, the lock on the opening and closing device of the access gate is unlocked so that a worker can pass through the access gate and enter the work site, and this is also transmitted to the user terminal (300).

[0134] Afterwards, the worker collects all events occurring at the work site from IoT sensors through their user terminal (300), and stores information including video, images, sound, and text generated by the worker, as well as a second log including the worker ID, work location, and work time, in the local memory of the user terminal (300).

[0135] The first log and the second log stored in this way are each recorded in the database (400) through the safety management server (200) after the failure of the wired / wireless network is restored, synchronized according to the worker, work site, work location, and work time.

[0136] To this end, the user terminal (300) and the access control terminal (100) each periodically and continuously check the network status with the safety management server repeatedly, and as soon as the failure of the wired or wireless network is restored, the first log and the second log stored in each local memory are recorded in the database (400) through the safety management server (200).

[0137] Meanwhile, according to another embodiment of the present invention, an access control safety management interlocking device (10T) including a safety management terminal (200a) configured with only functions limited to a specific access gate in an access control terminal (100) and a safety management server (200) can be configured as a stand-alone type embedded system and installed and operated independently at each access gate of each work site.

[0138] The above safety management terminal (200a) functionally includes all the functions of the above safety management server (200), but stores only the worker authentication information, work details, and safety management checklist templates that are actually maintained and are limited to a specific work site.

[0139] FIG. 10 is a drawing showing the configuration of an access control safety management interlocking device according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0140] As illustrated in FIG. 10, an access control safety management interlocking device (10T) according to another embodiment of the present invention includes an access control terminal (100) and a safety management terminal (200a). In this case, it is more preferable not to include a user terminal (300) in the access control safety management interlocking device (10T).

[0141] As the access control terminal (100) above has been sufficiently explained in FIG. 3, here we will explain the safety management terminal (200a) in detail.

[0142] The above safety management terminal (200a) is configured as an independent device at a specific access gate and may be configured to include information and functions limited to a specific work site among the functions of the safety management server (200). That is, the safety management terminal (200a) is substantially identical to the configuration of the safety management server (200) of FIG. 4. However, the information and processing content are limited to the relevant work site.

[0143] In addition, the access control terminal (100) and the safety management terminal (200a) may each be configured as individual devices and integrated, or they may be configured as a single integrated device.

[0144] Accordingly, the access control terminal (100), the safety management terminal (200a), or a combination thereof are each configured to include a processor (1000), memory (2000), a user interface (3000), a database interface (4000), a network interface (5000), and a web server (6000). Of course, the combination is configured to include additional peripheral devices in addition to the above configuration, so that specific device drivers can be added and utilized.

[0145] The above processor (1000) is configured to execute a program that performs a predetermined function required for management, setting, and control specialized for a specific access gate through the access control terminal (100), safety management terminal (200a), or a combination thereof.

[0146] The memory (2000) stores program code that enables the processor (1000) to perform a role including the access control terminal (100), safety management terminal (200a), or a combination thereof, in relation to access control of a specific access gate.

[0147] Accordingly, the processor (1000) performs the role of the access control and safety management interlocking device (10T) through the access control terminal (100), safety management terminal (200a), or a combination thereof by loading and executing the program code stored in the memory.

[0148] The above access control safety management interlocking device (10T) can communicate with a user or manager through the user interface (3000), and can store necessary information in a local or network database or access and use previously stored information through the database interface (4000).

[0149] The above network interface (5000) enables the access control safety management interlocking device (10T) according to the present invention to be connected to an administrator terminal through a network. In addition, if the access control terminal (100) and the safety management terminal (200a) are configured as separate independent devices, it enables network connection between them.

[0150] In addition, it is configured so that an administrator terminal can access the web server (6000) from the outside to perform various management and control of the access control safety management interlocking device (10T) remotely.

[0151] As explained above, the mobile safety management system and method linked with access control according to the present invention has the effect of enhancing safety by reducing the possibility of accidents and raising safety awareness by allowing a worker to receive and check risk factors and safety rules related to the work to be performed on the day via a personal terminal the moment they enter the work area.

[0152] In addition, the mobile safety management system and method linked with access control according to the present invention automatically records the transmission and verification of safety information by worker and time period, so it can be utilized as objective evidence for the fulfillment of safety and health assurance obligations, thereby having the effect of regulatory compliance and reduction of legal risks.

[0153] In addition, the mobile safety management system and method linked with access control according to the present invention can reduce the administrative burden on managers by digitizing and automating processes such as written-based work instructions, collective safety training, and manual attendance management, thereby increasing operational efficiency.

[0154] In addition, the mobile safety management system and method linked with access control according to the present invention can lay the foundation for establishing a predictive safety management system, such as by analyzing accumulated data including access records, work details, and checklist compliance rates to identify high-risk tasks or workers, thereby providing the effect of data-based safety management.

[0155] Although the present invention has been described above with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings, this is merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom. Accordingly, the technical scope of protection of the present invention should be determined by the following claims. Explanation of the symbols
