[0051] FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example in which a battery data processing device according to one embodiment distinguishes a first section and a second section based on sensing data. FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating an example in which a battery data processing device according to one embodiment distinguishes at least one charge / discharge section, a first section, and a second section based on sensing data and labels each.
[0052] In one embodiment, the acquisition unit (141) can acquire sensing data (210 or 310) of the battery unit (111, 113, or 115). In one embodiment, the acquisition unit (141) can acquire sensing data (210 or 310) of the battery unit (111, 113, or 115) during a charge / discharge test for the battery unit (111, 113, or 115). In one embodiment, the sensing data (210 or 310) may include at least one of voltage data, current data, or temperature data of the battery unit (111, 113, or 115). In one embodiment, the sensing data (210 or 310) may be time domain data. For example, the sensing data (210 or 310) may include at least one of voltage data, current data, or temperature data of the battery unit (111, 113, or 115) over time.
[0053] In one embodiment, the acquisition unit (141) can acquire sensing data (210 or 310) of a battery unit (111, 113, or 115) through an electronic device (103) connected via a wired and / or wireless network.
[0054] In one embodiment, the first separator (143) can distinguish at least one charge / discharge section according to the charge / discharge state of the battery unit (111, 113, or 115) based on sensing data (210 or 310). Here, the charge / discharge state may include at least one of a rapid charge state, a normal charge state, a standby state after charging, a discharge state, or a standby state after discharging. For example, the first separator (143) can distinguish a rapid charge section, a normal charge section, a standby section after charging, a discharge section, and / or a standby section after discharging based on sensing data (210 or 310).
[0055] In one embodiment, the first separator (143) can determine the charge / discharge state based on at least one of the voltage, current, or temperature of the battery unit (111, 113, or 115).
[0056] For example, if the sensing data (210 or 310) is voltage data of a battery unit (111, 113, or 115), the first separator (143) can classify a section of the sensing data (210 or 310) that is a first designated voltage range as a fast charging section. The first separator (143) can classify a section of the sensing data (210 or 310) that is a second voltage range having an upper limit value lower than the lower limit value of the first voltage range as a normal charging section. The first separator (143) can classify a section of the sensing data (210 or 310) that is a third voltage range having an upper limit value lower than the lower limit value of the second voltage range as a standby section after charging. The first separator (143) can classify a section of the sensing data (210 or 310) that is a fourth voltage range having an upper limit value lower than the lower limit value of the third voltage range as a standby section after discharging. The first division unit (143) can divide the section of the fifth voltage range having an upper limit value lower than the lower limit value of the fourth voltage range in the sensing data (210 or 310) into a discharge section. Here, the first voltage range, the second voltage range, the third voltage range, the fourth voltage range, and / or the fifth voltage range can be set differently according to the specifications of the battery unit (111, 113, or 115).
[0057] In one embodiment, the determining unit (145) can determine a predetermined frequency range based on the frequency-specific energy magnitude of the sensing data (210 or 310).
[0058] In one embodiment, the determining unit (145) may generate spectral density data based on sensing data (210 or 310). Here, the spectral density data may be data representing the energy of the sensing data (210 or 310) in the frequency domain. For example, the spectral density data may include energy spectral density data.
[0059] In one embodiment, the determining unit (145) can extract a frequency range in which the energy magnitude is greater than or equal to a specified magnitude from the generated spectral density data. The determining unit (145) can determine the extracted frequency range as the predetermined frequency range.
[0060] In one embodiment, the second section (147) can distinguish a first section of a predetermined frequency range determined by the determination section (145) based on sensing data (210 or 310) and a second section outside the predetermined frequency range.
[0061] In one embodiment, the second separator (147) can convert the time domain sensing data (210 or 310) into frequency domain data. For example, the second separator (147) can convert the sensing data (210 or 310) into frequency domain data through a Fourier transform. The second separator (147) can extract filtered data from the frequency domain data by deleting data outside the predetermined frequency range. In this case, the filtered data may include only data within the predetermined frequency range. The second separator (147) can convert the frequency domain filtered data into time domain data. For example, the second separator (147) can convert the filtered data into time domain data through an inverse Fourier transform. The second separator (147) can distinguish the first section and the second section by comparing the converted time domain data with the sensing data (210 or 310). For example, the second segmentation unit (147) can divide a segment that is equally included in the time domain data and the sensing data (210 or 310) into a first segment. Additionally, the second segmentation unit (147) can divide a segment that is included only in the sensing data (210 or 310) into a second segment.
[0062] In one embodiment, the labeling unit (149) may label the first section in the sensing data (210 or 310) in a first manner and generate labeling data in which the second section is labeled in a second manner different from the first manner. The first manner may mean a first distinction display method, and the second manner may mean a second distinction display method.
[0063] In one embodiment, the labeling unit (149) may label at least one charge / discharge section of a battery unit (111, 113, or 115) in the sensing data (210 or 310) according to the first method according to the charge / discharge state. For example, the labeling unit (149) may label each of the rapid charging section, normal charging section, standby section after charging, discharge section, and / or standby section after discharge, as distinguished by the first division unit (143), differently according to the method included in the first method. In this case, the labeling data may be labeled such that the section corresponding to the second section among the at least one charge / discharge section is labeled with priority to the second method over the first method.
[0064] Referring to FIG. 2, a first section of the sensing data (210) is labeled in a first manner, and a second section is labeled in a second manner different from the first manner, and labeling data (220) can be seen. Here, the X-axis of the sensing data (210) and the labeling data (220) represents time, and the Y-axis may represent the voltage, current, or temperature of the battery unit (111, 113, or 115).
[0065] Referring to FIG. 3, a first labeling data (320) can be observed in which the first charge / discharge section in the sensing data (310) is labeled in a third manner and the second charge / discharge section is labeled in a fourth manner. Here, the first manner may include the third manner and the fourth manner. Additionally, a second labeling data (330) can be observed in which the second section in the first labeling data (320) is indicated in the second manner. At this time, the second manner for labeling the second section may take precedence over the labeling method according to the charge / discharge state (e.g., the third manner or the fourth manner). Here, the X-axis of the sensing data (310), the first labeling data (320), and the second labeling data (330) represents time, and the Y-axis may represent the voltage, current, or temperature of the battery unit (111, 113, or 115).
[0066] FIG. 4 is an operation flowchart of a battery data processing device according to one embodiment. FIG. 4 can be described using the configurations of FIG. 1.
[0067] The embodiment illustrated in FIG. 4 is merely one example, and the order of steps according to various embodiments of the present invention may differ from that illustrated in FIG. 4, and some steps illustrated in FIG. 4 may be omitted, the order of steps may be changed, or steps may be merged.
[0068] Referring to FIG. 4, in operation 405, the battery data processing device (101) can acquire sensing data of the battery unit (111, 113, or 115). In one embodiment, the battery data processing device (101) can acquire sensing data (210 or 310) of the battery unit (111, 113, or 115) during a charge / discharge test for the battery unit (111, 113, or 115). In one embodiment, the sensing data may include at least one of voltage data, current data, or temperature data of the battery unit (111, 113, or 115). In one embodiment, the sensing data may be time-domain data. For example, the sensing data may include at least one of voltage data, current data, or temperature data of the battery unit (111, 113, or 115) over time.
[0069] In one embodiment, the battery data processing device (101) can acquire sensing data of a battery unit (111, 113, or 115) through an electronic device (103) connected via a wired and / or wireless network.
[0070] In operation 410, the battery data processing device (101) can distinguish at least one charge / discharge section according to the charge / discharge state of the battery unit (111, 113, or 115) based on the sensing data obtained in operation 405. Here, the charge / discharge state may include at least one of a rapid charge state, a normal charge state, a standby state after charging, a discharge state, or a standby state after discharging. For example, the first distinguishing unit (143) can distinguish a rapid charge section, a normal charge section, a standby section after charging, a discharge section, and / or a standby section after discharging based on the sensing data.
[0071] In one embodiment, the battery data processing device (101) can determine the charge / discharge state based on at least one of the voltage, current, or temperature of the battery unit (111, 113, or 115).
[0072] For example, if the sensing data is voltage data of a battery unit (111, 113, or 115), the battery data processing device (101) may classify a section of the sensing data that is a first designated voltage range as a rapid charging section. The battery data processing device (101) may classify a section of the sensing data that is a second voltage range having an upper limit value lower than the lower limit value of the first voltage range as a normal charging section. The battery data processing device (101) may classify a section of the sensing data that is a third voltage range having an upper limit value lower than the lower limit value of the second voltage range as a standby section after charging. The battery data processing device (101) may classify a section of the sensing data that is a fourth voltage range having an upper limit value lower than the lower limit value of the third voltage range as a standby section after discharging. The battery data processing device (101) may classify a section of the sensing data that is a fifth voltage range having an upper limit value lower than the lower limit value of the fourth voltage range as a discharge section. Here, the first voltage range, the second voltage range, the third voltage range, the fourth voltage range, and / or the fifth voltage range may be set differently depending on the specifications of the battery unit (111, 113, or 115).
[0073] In operation 415, the battery data processing device (101) can determine a predetermined frequency range based on the frequency-dependent energy magnitude of the sensing data. The battery data processing device (101) can generate spectral density data based on the sensing data. Here, the spectral density data may be data representing the energy of the sensing data in the frequency domain. For example, the spectral density data may include energy spectral density data.
[0074] In one embodiment, the battery data processing device (101) can extract a frequency range in which the energy magnitude is greater than or equal to a specified magnitude from the generated spectral density data. The battery data processing device (101) can determine the extracted frequency range as the predetermined frequency range.
[0075] In operation 420, the battery data processing device (101) can distinguish a first section of a predetermined frequency range determined in operation 415 and a second section outside the predetermined frequency range based on sensing data. Operation 420 can be specifically described through FIG. 5.
[0076] In one embodiment, the battery data processing device (101) can generate labeling data in which the first section of the sensing data is labeled in a first manner and the second section is labeled in a second manner different from the first manner.
[0077] In one embodiment, the battery data processing device (101) can label at least one charge / discharge section of a battery unit (111, 113, or 115) in the sensing data according to the first method according to the charge / discharge state.
