[0032] An embodiment of a mechanical mobile fall prevention device and a method for working at height using the same according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. In describing with reference to the attached drawings, identical or corresponding components are assigned the same drawing number, and redundant descriptions thereof will be omitted.

[0033] Furthermore, terms such as "first," "second," etc. used below are merely identifiers to distinguish identical or corresponding components, and identical or corresponding components are not limited by terms such as "first," "second," etc.

[0034] In addition, regarding the contact relationship between each component, the term "combination" is used not only to mean cases where each component is in direct physical contact with each other, but also to encompass cases where another component is interposed between each component and each component is in contact with that other component.

[0035] The present invention relates to a portable fall prevention device for preventing fall accidents of workers working at heights.

[0036] A movable fall prevention device according to one embodiment of the present invention may include an upper frame (100), a lower support member (200) supporting the upper frame (100), a safety rope mounting member (300) installed on the upper frame (100) and including a safety hook (310) for coupling with an object (1), and a movable wheel (500) formed on the lower support member (200) (Fig. 1).

[0037] The worker can prevent falling during high-altitude work by combining the loop provided on the clothing with the safety loop (310).

[0038] The upper frame (100) may include an extension frame (110) that can be extended upward and a fixed frame (120) that supports the extension frame (110) (Fig. 1). Preferably, the fixed frame (120) may support the extension frame (110) on both sides.

[0039] The extension frame (110) can be adjusted to move up and down by a winch system (400) provided on the fixed frame (120).

[0040] The winch system (400) may include a first crossbar (410) formed on an extension frame (110), a second crossbar (420) connected to the first crossbar (410) by a rope (10) and moving the first crossbar (410) in an up-and-down direction by winding or unwinding the rope (10), and a winch (430) that rotates the second crossbar (420) (Fig. 1).

[0041] In this case, the winch (430) may include a first gear (431) coupled to a second crossbar (420), a second gear (432) that engages with the first gear (431) and rotates the first gear (431) according to the rotation of a rotation handle (434), a third gear (433) coupled to the second crossbar (420) and engaged with a latch (435) that limits the rotation of the second crossbar (420), and a winch box (450) in which the first gear (431), the second gear (432), the third gear (433), and the latch (435) are stored (Fig. 5).

[0042] The latch (435) basically restricts the rotation of the rotating handle (434) by the elasticity of the fixed spring (436) that maintains the engagement state of the third gear (433). This is to prevent the rotating handle (434) from rotating arbitrarily and changing the height of the extension frame (110) in the event of a worker falling.

[0043] The engagement between the latch (435) and the third tooth (433) can be released by the configuration of the horizontal bar (440) (Figs. 5, 6).

[0044] Specifically, the end of the horizontal bar (440) is installed in a state where it is inserted into a through hole (437) formed in the latch (435). In addition, the movable fall prevention device according to the present invention may further include a guide groove (438) that guides the movement of the horizontal bar (440). The guide groove (438) may be formed on the winch box (450) (Fig. 8).

[0045] Accordingly, as the position of the horizontal bar (440) moves along the guide groove (438), the engagement state between the latch (435) and the third gear (433) can be released.

[0046] The winch (430) of the movable fall prevention device according to the present invention may be formed on both sides of the second crossbar (420).

[0047] Accordingly, regardless of whether the operator's hand is on the right or left, the operator can move the extension frame (110) up and down by rotating the rotating handle (434) with the other hand while moving the horizontal bar (440) with one hand.

[0048] Since the workers targeted by the present invention are those who perform high-altitude work, according to the present invention, the advantage of being able to easily operate the winch system (400) regardless of the direction of work, the direction of the worker's hand, etc. can be secured.

[0049] A winch system (400) of a movable fall prevention device according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a third crossbar (460) formed above the second crossbar (420) and over which the rope (10), with one end fixed to the second crossbar (420), is stretched (Fig. 1).

[0050] The third crossbar (460) allows the worker to adjust the height of the extension frame (110) with a small amount of force according to the pulley principle.

[0051] The safety rope mounting part (300) may include a safety hook (310) for coupling with a worker, which is a connection target (1), a safety rope discharge part (320) for discharging or retrieving a rope connected to the safety hook (310), and a support bar (320) that supports the safety rope discharge part and adjusts its position according to the movement of the worker (Fig. 1).

[0052] A movable fall prevention device according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a horizontal coupling part (600) that is formed extending from an upper frame (100) and connects the upper frame (100) to a vehicle (2).

[0053] In this case, a magnet (610) may be formed at the end of the horizontal joint (600).

[0054] Accordingly, the horizontal connecting part (600) can be fixed to a work object such as a vehicle to ensure the structural stability of the fall prevention device.

[0055] A mobile fall prevention device according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with a wheel (500) for movement. However, when a worker performs high-altitude work, it is required that the lower structure be fixedly supported on the ground. Accordingly, the mobile fall prevention device according to the present invention adopts a structure of a variable lower support member (200). That is, when moving by the wheel (500), the support structure is not formed to prevent friction with the ground, but when the equipment is installed on a vehicle, the support structure is formed.

[0056] Specifically, the lower support member (200) of the movable fall prevention device according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a support member body (240), a horizontal outtruger (210) extending horizontally from the support member body (240), a rotating outtruger (220) rotating around a fixed axis (a), and a manual outtruger (230) that causes the lower surfaces of the horizontal outtruger (210) and the rotating outtruger (220) to be spaced apart from the ground at a certain distance (Fig. 9).

[0057] In this case, the horizontal outtruger (210) may include an extension frame (211) extending in a horizontal direction and a support foot (212) supporting the extension frame (211).

[0058] Additionally, the rotating outtruger (220) may include a main body (221) formed in a triangular shape and a fixing pin (222) that fixes one end of the main body (221) to the supporting main body (240) using the fixing shaft (a). The main body (221) of the rotating outtruger (220) may be mounted on a mounting projection (241) formed on the supporting main body (240).

[0059] The manual outrigger (210) may include a second support foot (211) that moves in an up-and-down direction, a column (212) coupled to the second support foot (211), a protrusion (213) formed on the outer surface of the column (212), and a pressure handle (214) that applies a load to the protrusion (213) to move the column (212) and the second support foot (211) downward.

[0060] In this case, an inlet groove (215) into which a projection (213) is inserted may be formed at the lower end of the pressure handle (214). When the projection (213) is inserted into the inlet groove (215), the position of the second support foot (211) that has been moved downward is fixed.

[0061] Accordingly, the operator can use the pressure handle (214) to bring the second support leg (211) into contact with the ground, move the horizontal outtruger (210) and the rotating outtruger (220) which are spaced apart from the ground downward, and then use the pressure handle (214) again to move the second support leg (211) upward, so that the support leg (212) of the horizontal outtruger (210) and the lower surface of the main body (211) of the rotating outtruger (220) naturally come into contact with the ground, thereby forming a stable support structure.

[0062] According to another embodiment of the present invention, the lower support member (200) may include a support member body (240) and a vertical outrigger (250) formed on the lower surface of the support member body (240) and movable in an up-and-down direction (Figs. 13, 14).

[0063] In this case, the lower support member (200) further includes a lever frame (260) connecting the movable wheel (500) and the vertical outtruger (250), and the movable wheel (500) can move upward as the vertical outtruger (250) moves downward (Fig. 16).

[0064] The vertical outrigger (250) can be moved up and down manually, and it is also possible to install a separate hydraulic pump (270).

[0065] A method for working at height using a mobile fall prevention device according to one embodiment of the present invention is described.

[0066] The high-altitude work method may include a first step (S100) of moving a mobile fall prevention device to the vicinity of a vehicle (10) using a moving wheel (500), a second step (S200) of moving a manual outtruger (230) downward, a third step (S300) of extending a horizontal outtruger (210) in a horizontal direction and rotating an outtruger (220) downward, a fourth step (S400) of moving the manual outtruger (230) upward so that the lower surface of the support foot (212) and the rotating outtruger (220) touch the ground, and a fifth step (S500) of moving an extension frame (110) upward by rotating a rotating handle (434) while the engagement between the latch (435) and the third gear (433) is released.

[0067] A method for working at height using a mobile fall prevention device according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0068] The high-altitude work method may include a first step (A100) of moving a movable fall prevention device to the vicinity of a vehicle (10) using a moving wheel (500), a second step (A200) of moving a vertical outtruger (250) downward using a hydraulic pump (270) and moving the moving wheel (500) upward, and a third step (A300) of moving an extension frame (110) upward by rotating a rotating handle (434) while the engagement between the latch (435) and the third gear (433) is released.

[0069] The effects of the present invention are summarized as follows.

[0070] First, the mobile fall prevention system according to the present invention is formed with components that can be separated and combined, making it possible to apply it to any work location or target.

[0071] Second, by providing an attachment part utilizing magnetic force, mounting and detaching to the object is easy.

[0072] Third, the height of the upper frame can be adjusted, allowing for a wider range of working positions and working radii.
