Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a foundation pile for ground fixation, and more specifically, to a foundation pile for ground fixation that can provide a stable installation position by preventing movement in a fixed state without the pile coming loose after being driven into the ground and fixing it by protruding a fixing member outward, and can provide a stable installation structure by dispersing concentrated loads occurring on a platform by connecting such piles in various horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions. Background Technology
[0003] Generally, observation decks are facilities located at a certain height that allow one to view the surrounding landscape; they are typically installed in natural environments with excellent views, such as mountains or coastlines. However, in recent years, they have been installed in specific locations within urban areas, such as rivers or parks, and are also functioning as urban landmarks.
[0004] These observation decks are constructed by including support posts that are fixedly installed on the upper surface of a foundation at a certain vertical height from the ground and spaced apart from each other at a certain distance, observation decks installed on the upper part of the support posts, and a passageway connecting adjacent observation decks.
[0005] Such observation deck structures are generally composed of steel, and in the case of large, high-altitude observation decks, there is a problem in that the structure actually detracts from the beautiful natural landscape.
[0006] Therefore, recently, there has been a growing need for observation decks utilizing cable structures that can provide a stable support structure while minimizing component volume.
[0007] In the research and development of such a cable structure observation deck, when the cable extends in a straight line between the upper fixed point of the support post and the lower ground to support the load of the observation deck, the load of the observation deck is concentrated in a certain direction, so it is necessary to consider a structure that effectively distributes this load to prevent over-design.
[0008] As for such conventional technology, Patent Registration No. 10-2269057 (registered June 18, 2021) is configured to include, as illustrated in FIG. 1a, a support post having a lower portion buried and installed to have a certain vertical height above the ground; an observation platform installed in multiple layers spaced a predetermined distance in the vertical direction from the support post; and a plurality of support cables, one end of which is fixed to the upper structure of the support post, and which penetrates or connects to the outer portion of the observation platform to support the observation platform, with the other end of which is fixed to the ground to support the observation platform.
[0009] The plurality of support cables are connected between the support post and the ground in a spiral trajectory having a preset rotation angle; the support post is composed of a plurality of curved columns that spread outward as they go from the bottom upward, and the upper structure is composed of an upper connecting member that connects the ends of the curved columns; the upper connecting member is formed of a steel rod, a cable, or a reinforced concrete beam.
[0010] However, this conventional technology had the problem of requiring a large number of cables.
[0012] In addition, to install the above-mentioned observation deck and road, piles are required to be driven into the ground to provide a foundation, and such prior art is Patent Registration No. 1413593 (registered June 24, 2014), as illustrated in FIG. 1b, comprising: a steel pipe (300) installed to be inserted into a bore hole (500) formed in the ground and having a tip support plate (310) formed at its tip; a fixing device (200) installed to be supported on the upper surface of the tip support plate (310) of the steel pipe (300); and a small-diameter pile body (100) set to be positioned inside the steel pipe (300) and the bore hole (500) by penetrating the tip support plate (310). The small-diameter pile body (100) is secured by the steel pipe through the small-diameter pile body (100) by means of the tip support plate (310) formed on the anchoring device (200) and the steel pipe (300) and the grouting material (400) formed on the lower part of the anchoring device (200), thereby enabling the small-diameter pile body (100) to secure tip support force through the steel pipe. The anchoring device (200) is installed to support the tip support plate (310) of the steel pipe (300) and includes a anchoring plate (210) having a stud (213) formed on its upper surface and an anchoring nut (220) installed on the upper surface of the anchoring plate. The small-diameter pile body (100) is installed to penetrate the anchoring plate and the tip support plate and is secured to the anchoring plate by the anchoring nut (200).
[0013] However, this conventional technology requires a connecting structure to adjust the height after the pile is driven into the ground and fixed, and since it fails to provide an independent structure that can firmly fix the pile so that it does not separate or move after being driven into the ground and fixed, it results in a defect of reduced stability and a defect of being very difficult to stably install structures for various rods and observation decks installed on the upper side of the pile. Prior art literature
[0015] Patent Registration No. 10-2269057 (Registered June 18, 2021) Patent Registration No. 10-1413593 (Registered June 24, 2014) Patent Registration No. 10-2745156 (Registered December 17, 2024) Patent Registration No. 10-2745912 (Registered December 18, 2024) The problem to be solved

[0053] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0055] FIG. 2a is a perspective view showing a preferred embodiment of the pile of the present invention, FIG. 2b is a plan cross-sectional view showing the installation state of the pile of the present invention, FIG. 2c is a plan cross-sectional view showing the operating state of the fixing member of the pile of the present invention, FIG. 2d is a front view showing the installation state of the pile of the present invention, FIG. 2e is a front view showing the state of the pile of the present invention before operation, FIG. 2f is an enlarged view of a major part of FIG. 2d of the present invention, and FIG. 2g is an enlarged view of a major part of FIG. 2e of the present invention.
[0056] When describing a pile (10) that is formed in any one of a circular, square, or 'H' beam shape, based on the 'H' beam, it is formed with wings (11) that protrude on both sides and are connected to a column (14) in the center, and the wings (11) can be formed with a protruding hole (12) in one part and can be molded to have an inclined surface (13) on the lower end so that it can be easily driven in when struck from the ground.
[0057] A pressing plate (27) having an angle of inclination similar to that of an inclined surface (13) is installed in either direction on the above column (14), so that the operating shaft (21) can be connected to the pressing hinge (22b).
[0058] The above-mentioned pressing plate (27) is made of a relatively thin plate and is positioned to protrude from the inclined surface (13), and is installed so that the pressing plate (27) can move and operate due to the pressure (pressure) generated when the pile (10) is buried.
[0059] The above operating shaft (21) is preferably formed in the shape of either a circle or a square, and a guide rod (26) is formed on the outer diameter to surround the operating shaft (21), and it can be fixed to the column (14) by a rod fixing shaft (26b), or the outer diameter of the guide rod (26) can be fixed without a rod fixing shaft (26b).
[0060] A connector (22) is formed on the opposite end of the operating shaft (21), which has one end connected to the above-mentioned pressing plate (27) by a pressing hinge (22b), so that the rotation of the fixed member (20) can be controlled by an operating pin (22a).
[0061] The driving member (23) of the above-mentioned fixed member (20) is installed so as to be rotatable by an operating hinge (23a) at a separated position having a predetermined distance from the operating pin (22a), and an operating plate (24) is integrally connected to the upper side of the driving member (23) so as to be rotatable, and the outer side is formed in a semicircular or arc shape so that protruding fixing parts (25) can be formed at regular intervals in the outward direction along the front end surface.
[0062] The above operating hinge (23a) is installed eccentrically so as to be offset to the right in the drawing based on the leading edge distance of the operating plate (24), so that during the process of the operating plate (24) rotating, the protruding fixing part (25) is installed in a position where it protrudes into or is hidden through the protruding hole (12).
[0064] The above-mentioned pile (10) is driven into the ground by striking it from above with the part where the inclined surface (13) is formed, so that it can easily enter the ground through the inclined surface (13) and be driven into a designated position. During the process of the pile (10) being driven into the ground, the pressing plate (27), which is installed at an angle in one direction on the lower side of the inclined surface (13), is pressed as it enters the ground by the force of striking the pile (10) from above, and moves to have a tip position that is the same as the inclined surface (13).
[0065] As the pressing plate (27) is pressed, the operating shaft (21) connected by the pressing hinge (22b) moves in the opposite direction of striking from one side of the column (14), and since the operating shaft (21) is connected by passing through the guide rod (26), it is possible to perform accurate movement by receiving guidance from the guide rod (26).
[0066] As shown in FIGS. 2B, 2E, and 2G, the operating shaft (21) that moves under the guidance of the guide rod (26) provides a state in which the operating plate (24) connected to the operating hinge (23a) is rotated from the protruding hole (12) toward the column (14), so that a plurality of protruding fixing parts (25) formed along the tip are positioned in a hidden state so as not to be exposed from the wing (11) toward the outside of the protruding hole (12).
[0067] However, as illustrated in FIGS. 2c, 2d, and 2f, the operating shaft (21) moves under the guidance of the guide rod (26), causing the driving unit (23), which is connected to the connector (22) and the operating pin (22a), to rotate counterclockwise, and the driving unit (23) rotates around the operating hinge (23a) as an axis, causing the operating plate (24), which is integrally connected, to rotate.
[0068] As the operating plate (24) rotates, it gradually protrudes from the state where it was hidden inside the protruding hole (12) and not protruding from the wing (11), so that a part of the operating plate (24) and the protruding fixing part (25) protrude from the protruding hole (12) to the outside of the wing (11).
[0069] The above operating plate (24) is connected to the operating hinge (23a) by an eccentric structure, so that it is normally housed inside the protruding hole (12), but when buried, it protrudes outward from the wing (11) by the driving of the operating shaft (21) and is firmly embedded in the ground.
[0070] At the same time, the protruding fixing part (25) is exposed to the ground on the outer side of the wing (11), so that the pile (10) is driven in and provides a stable fixed state in the ground, and the protruding fixing part (25) is exposed further to the ground to provide a stronger fixed state, thereby enabling it to perform the role of supporting and fixing the pile (10) more stably.
[0071] In order to fix the pile (10) in a position such as a rock without driving it into the ground, drilling is performed, and cement is supplied in a state where cement is supplied or in a state where the pile (10) is supplied, thereby providing a stable fixed state in a drilled position as a single unit. After supplying the pile (10), if a force is applied to the pressing plate (27) protruding from the inclined surface (13) to move it to a position such as the inclined surface (13), the operating shaft (21) moves, and the driving unit (23) rotates, causing the operating plate (24) and the protruding fixing part (25) to rotate and move, providing a structure that is exposed from the protruding hole (12) and the wing (11) and is driven deep into the cement, thereby providing a more robust and stable fixed state.
[0072] Therefore, the pile (10) of the present invention can be fixed by driving it into the ground, or in locations where it is difficult to drive it in, such as rocks, it can be fixed through a drilling hole, thereby providing a stable structure that allows for the installation of a sturdy rod and observation deck on the upper side.
[0074] FIG. 3a is a front cross-sectional view showing a second embodiment of the pile of the present invention, and FIG. 3b is a front cross-sectional view showing the operating state of the second embodiment of the pile of the present invention.
[0075] In installing the operating shaft (21) connecting the driving plate (23) and the pressing plate (27), the operating blade (21a) is formed to protrude in a sawtooth shape over the entire length or a portion of the section, and a fixed blade (26a) formed in the same shape as the operating blade (21a) can be installed in the inner diameter of the guide rod (26).
[0076] The above operating blade (21a) and fixed blade (26a) are formed in a gear shape so that the operating blade (21a) can pass over the fixed blade (26a) as the operating shaft (21) moves through the pressing plate (27), and after the operating shaft (21) moves in one direction, the operating shaft (21) is formed so that it does not retract according to the uneven structure of the operating blade (21a) and the fixed blade (26a), thereby preventing the fixed member (20) from being loosened.
[0077] That is, as the pressing plate (27) is pressed while protruding from the inclined surface (13) and moves toward the inclined surface (13), the operating shaft (21) is moved toward the fixed member (20) from the pressing hinge (22b), and the operating shaft (21) moves guided by the inner diameter of the guide rod (26), and the operating blade (21a) moves over the fixed blade (26a).
[0078] When the pressing plate (27) moves the operating shaft (21) so that the operating blade (21a) moves over the fixed blade (26a) to the final position, the operating shaft (21) can move to the left direction in the drawing according to the gear-shaped coupling structure, but movement to the right direction is restricted.
[0079] When the above operating shaft (21) moves to the left and the connecting member (22) rotates the driving unit (23) from the operating pin (22a), the operating plate (24) rotates at the operating hinge (23a) and is hidden inside the protruding hole (12) together with the protruding fixing part (25), and then gradually protrudes from the protruding hole (12) through the eccentric coupling of the operating hinge (23a). In the final stage, a part of the operating plate (24) and the protruding fixing part (25) protruding from the tip protrude to the outside of the wing (11), thereby maintaining a stable fixed state of the pile (10). Since the coupling of the fixing blade (26a) and the operating blade (21a) prevents the operating shaft (21) from moving backward, the exposed state of the protruding fixing part (25) and the fixed state of the pile (10) are safely maintained, and a robust coupling state is provided so that the fixed state is never released.
[0081] FIG. 4a is a planar cross-sectional view of a pile of the present invention with fixing members installed on both sides, and FIG. 4b is a planar cross-sectional view of an operating state with fixing members installed on both sides of a pile of the present invention.
[0082] As shown in FIGS. 2a to 2g, a fixing member (20), an operating shaft (21), and a guide rod (26) are installed on one side of the pile (10), but the operating shaft (21) connected to the pressing plate (27) on both sides of the pile (10) is installed so that the guide rod (26) can guide it, and the fixing member (20) is installed in the protruding hole (12), so that during the process of driving the pile (10) into the ground and fixing it, the fixing member (20) rotates and moves so that the protruding fixing part (25) is exposed to the outside of the wing (11) from the protruding hole (12) on both sides, thereby providing a state in which the pile (10) is fixed more strongly and stably.
[0084] FIG. 5a is a perspective view showing a third embodiment of the file of the present invention, FIG. 5b is a perspective view of the fixed operating part of the third embodiment of the file of the present invention, FIG. 5c is a perspective view of the fixed member of the third embodiment of the file of the present invention, FIG. 5d is a front view of the fixed member of the present invention in a protruding state, FIG. 5e is a front view of the fixed member of the present invention in an inserted state, FIG. 5f is an enlarged front view of the fixed member of the present invention in a protruding state, and FIG. 5g is an enlarged front view of the fixed member of the present invention in an inserted state.
[0085] When describing a pile (10) that is formed in any one of a circular, square, or 'H' beam shape, based on the 'H' beam, it is formed with wings (11) that protrude on both sides and are connected to a column (14) in the center, and the wings (11) can be formed with a protruding hole (12) in one part and can be molded to have an inclined surface (13) on the lower end so that it can be easily driven in when struck from the ground.
[0086] A fixed plate (31) is installed on the upper end of the column (14) in either direction to form a through hole (31a), thereby forming a fixed operating part (30).
[0087] The above fixed operating part (30) is formed with a fixing screw (33) on the upper side of the fixed shaft (32) so as to protrude through the through hole (31a), and is installed so as to restrict the movement of the fixed shaft (32) by fitting fixing nuts (35) on both sides based on the fixed plate (31), and includes a fixing part (34) formed at the upper end of the fixed shaft (32) so as to be rotated using a tool.
[0088] The above fixed shaft (32) is preferably formed in the shape of either a circle or a square, and can be connected to control the rotation of the drive unit (23) by forming a connector (33) at the lower end and using an operating pin (34).
[0089] The driving member (23) of the above-mentioned fixed member (20) is installed so as to be rotatable by an operating hinge (23a) at a separated position having a predetermined distance from the operating pin (34), and an operating plate (24) is integrally connected to the upper side of the driving member (23) so as to be rotatable, and the outer side is formed in a semicircular or arc shape so that protruding fixing parts (25) can be formed at regular intervals in the outward direction along the front end surface.
[0090] The above operating hinge (23a) is installed eccentrically so as to be offset to the right in the drawing based on the leading edge distance of the operating plate (24), so that during the process of the operating plate (24) rotating, the protruding fixing part (25) is installed in a position where it protrudes into or is hidden through the protruding hole (12).
[0092] The above pile (10) is driven into the ground to a desired depth, and after the driving operation of the pile (10) is finished, the fixing shaft (32) can be pulled upward through the fixing nut (35) connected to both sides of the fixing plate (31) to the fixing screw (33) formed on the fixing shaft (32).
[0093] And since the position of the fixed shaft (32) can be controlled by conveniently rotating it at the fixed part (34) using a tool, a pulling action is performed to move the fixed shaft (32) upward, and since the fixed shaft (32) moves while penetrating the through hole (31a), accurate positional movement can be performed without easily deviating from the position.
[0094] As shown in FIGS. 5e and 5g, the operating axis (21) that moves guided by the through hole (31a) provides a state in which the operating plate (24) connected to the operating hinge (23a) rotates in the direction of the column (14) from the protruding hole (12), so that a plurality of protruding fixing parts (25) formed along the tip are positioned in a hidden state without being exposed to the outside of the protruding hole (12) from the wing (11).
[0095] However, as illustrated in FIGS. 2c, 2d, and 2f, the operating shaft (21) moves under the guidance of the through hole (31a) and rotates the driving unit (23), which is connected to the connector (33) and the operating pin (34), counterclockwise, and the driving unit (23) rotates around the operating hinge (23a) as an axis, and the operating plate (24), which is integrally connected, rotates.
[0096] As the operating plate (24) rotates, it gradually protrudes from the state where it was hidden inside the protruding hole (12) and not protruding from the wing (11), so that a part of the operating plate (24) and the protruding fixing part (25) protrude from the protruding hole (12) to the outside of the wing (11).
[0097] Since the above operating plate (24) is installed in an eccentric state with the operating hinge (23a), it remains hidden inside the protruding hole (12) before driving the pile (10), and when the pile (10) is driven into the ground, the driving plate (23) is rotated by the force pulling the fixed shaft (32), so the operating plate (24) and the protruding fixed part (25) protrude from the protruding hole (12) to the outside of the wing (11) and are driven into the ground.
[0098] At the same time, the protruding fixing part (25) is exposed to the ground on the outer side of the wing (11), so that the pile (10) is driven in and provides a stable fixed state in the ground, and the protruding fixing part (25) is exposed further to the ground to provide a stronger fixed state, thereby enabling it to perform the role of supporting and fixing the pile (10) more stably.
[0099] In order to fix the pile (10) in a position such as a rock without driving it into the ground, drilling is performed, and cement is supplied in a state where cement is supplied or in a state where the pile (10) is supplied, thereby providing a stable fixed state in a drilled position as a single unit. When a force is applied to the fixed shaft (32) from the fixed operating part (30) that supplies the pile (10), the driving unit (23) is rotated while moving, causing the operating plate (24) and the protruding fixed part (25) to rotate and move, providing a structure that is exposed from the protruding hole (12) and the wing (11) and deeply embedded in the cement, thereby providing a more robust and stable fixed state.
[0100] Therefore, the pile (10) of the present invention can be fixed by driving it into the ground, or in locations where it is difficult to drive it in, such as rocks, it can be fixed through a drilling hole, thereby providing a stable structure that allows for the installation of a sturdy rod and observation deck on the upper side.
[0102] FIG. 6a is a perspective view of a fixing member and a fixing operating part installed on both sides of a pile of the present invention, and FIG. 6b is a planar cross-sectional view of an operating state of a fixing member and a fixing operating part installed on both sides of a pile of the present invention.
[0103] As shown in FIGS. 5a to 5g, a fixing member (20) and a fixing shaft (32) are installed on one side of the pile (10), but the fixing shaft (32) is installed on both sides of the pile (10) so as to be guided through the through hole (31a), and the fixing member (20) is installed in the protruding hole (12) so that the pile (10) is driven into the ground and fixed, and then when the fixing shaft (32) is pulled, the fixing member (20) rotates and moves so that the protruding fixing part (25) is exposed to the outside of the wing (11) from the protruding hole (12) on both sides, thereby providing a state in which the pile (10) is fixed more strongly and stably.
[0104] By fixing the fixing nut (35) at the fixing screw (33) on both sides of the fixing plate (31) while the protruding fixing part (25) is rotated outward and exposed to the outside of the wing (11), the fixing shaft (32) is prevented from moving under any circumstances, thereby allowing the protruding state of the protruding fixing part (25) of the fixing member (20) to be stably maintained.

[0107] In another embodiment of a fixing member (20) of a pile (10) having an 'H' beam shape with wings (11) formed on both sides of a column (14), an operating plate (24) driven through an operating pin (22a) at the tip of an operating shaft (21) is formed in a protruding hole (12), so that the pressing plate (27) is positioned in a protruding state before being driven into the ground on an inclined surface (13), and when the pile (10) is driven into the ground, the pressing plate (27) is pushed in, and the operating shaft (21) connected through the pressing hinge (22b) moves within the inner diameter of the guide rod (26) and moves the position of the operating pin (22a), so that the operating plate (24) located inside the inclined protruding hole (12) rotates and moves outward from the protruding hole (12) to fix the pile (10).
[0108] The above operating plate (24) is installed at an angle and rotated along the operating axis (21) to protrude from the protruding hole (12), thereby providing a stable fixed state in the ground.
[0110] Additionally, although the operating plate (24) can be connected in one direction from the operating pin (22a) to which the operating shaft (21) is connected, when the pile (10) is driven in and buried while the operating plate (24) is positioned so that it does not protrude from the protruding hole (12) at the same time, the pressing plate (27) is pressed, and the position of the operating pin (22a) moves due to the horizontal movement of the operating shaft (21) connected to the pressing pin (22b), and the operating plate (24) rotates simultaneously from both sides, is exposed from the protruding hole (12), and protrudes into the ground, thereby providing a stable fixed state of the pile (10).
