[0006] An internal packaging material inserted into the interior of a packaging box according to the present invention to fix a packaged object comprises a bottom portion supporting the packaged object, a pair of support portions provided at both ends in the front-rear direction of the bottom portion to be connected to the bottom portion and folded to contact the lower surface of the bottom portion to separate the bottom portion from the lower surface of the packaging box, and a fixing portion having both ends in the front-rear direction respectively connected to the support portions and fixing the packaged object to the bottom portion, wherein the fixing portion is made of the same paper material as the bottom portion and the support portions, and at least one of the bottom portion and the fixing portion may be provided with an incision area formed by incision lines to fix the packaged object while stretching.

[0007] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the degree of expansion of the incision area may increase from the edge region to the central region.

[0008] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the spacing between the incision lines may decrease as it goes from the edge portion of the incision area to the central portion.

[0009] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the length of the incision lines may increase from the edge portion of the incision area toward the central portion.

[0010] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cut area is formed excluding the front-rear end portions of the bottom portion or the front-rear end portions of the fixing portion, and the front-rear end portions of the bottom portion or the front-rear end portions of the fixing portion support the packaged object, thereby preventing the packaged object from moving to the front-rear end portions of the bottom portion.

[0011] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the bottom portion and the fixing portion are made of corrugated cardboard, and the cut area can be formed by applying pressure to the corrugated cardboard to reduce the height of the corrugations of the core paper in order to prevent the cut area from tearing as it expands.

[0012] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the inner packaging material is provided to be connected to each of the support members and further includes extension members that extend the support members, and one end of the front and rear ends of the fixed member is integrally formed with any one of the extension members and connected to the support member, and the other end of the front and rear ends of the fixed member may be attached to the remaining one of the extension members and connected to the support member.

[0013] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the support members can be bent upward to space the fixed member and the bottom member apart so that the two sides are separated, and the packaging object can be placed on the bottom member.

[0014] According to one embodiment of the present invention, after placing the packaging object on the bottom portion, the other end of the fixing portion can be attached to the extension portion.

[0015] According to one embodiment of the present invention, tension can be applied to fix the packaging object by bending the support members to contact the lower surface of the bottom member and tensioning the fixing member in the front and rear directions.

[0016] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the inner packaging material may further include a pair of upright members that are connected to the bottom portion at both ends in the left and right directions and are folded upward to separate the bottom portion from the upper surface of the packaging box.

[0017] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the standing members may contact the upper surface of the packaging box to prevent the inner packaging material from moving up and down inside the packaging box.

[0018] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the standing members are positioned on both the left and right sides of the fixed member to prevent the packaged object from deviating in the left and right directions of the fixed member.

[0019] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the inner packaging material further comprises auxiliary standing members connected to each support member at both ends in the left and right directions of each support member and connected to each standing member at both ends in the front and rear directions of each standing member, wherein the auxiliary standing members are bent to contact the lower surface of the standing members when the support members are bent, and can be bent upward while in contact with the lower surface of the standing members when the standing members are bent. Effects of the invention

[0020] According to the present invention, the fixing part is made of paper material rather than vinyl material. Therefore, since there is no need to fuse the fixing part to the support parts, the manufacturing process of the inner packaging material is simplified, and environmental pollution can be reduced because vinyl material is not used.

[0021] The above-mentioned fixed part or the above-mentioned bottom part is provided with an incision area so that the above-mentioned fixed part or the above-mentioned bottom part may be extended. In particular, the degree of extension of the above-mentioned incision area may increase from the edge portion to the center portion. Accordingly, the above-mentioned fixed part or the above-mentioned bottom part can stably fix the above-mentioned packaging objects of various sizes.

[0022] The bottom portion and the fixing portion are made of corrugated cardboard, and the incision area can be formed while the height of the corrugations of the core is reduced by applying pressure to the corrugated cardboard. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the incision area from tearing as it expands.

[0023] The above support member can be bent upward to create a gap between the fixing member and the bottom member, thereby allowing the object to be packaged to be placed on the bottom member, or the other end of the fixing member can be attached to or connected to the support member after the object to be packaged has been placed on the bottom member. Accordingly, the object to be packaged can be easily secured to the fixing member.

[0024] Since the support members and the standing members separate the bottom member from the lower and upper surfaces of the packaging box, the inner packaging material can stably absorb and cushion the impact even if an external impact is applied. Therefore, damage to the packaged object due to the impact can be prevented. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0033] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 15, the inner packaging material (100) can be inserted into the interior of the packaging box (200) to secure the packaging object (A).

[0034] The above internal packaging material (100) may be formed by folding a cardboard such as corrugated cardboard (10) and may include a bottom part (110), a pair of support parts (120), a fixing part (130), a pair of extension parts (140), a pair of standing parts (150), and auxiliary standing parts (160).

[0035] The bottom portion (110) supports the packaging object (A). The bottom portion (110) may be rectangular or square in shape.

[0036] The support members (120) are provided at both ends of the bottom member (110) in the front-rear direction to be connected to the bottom member (110). The support members (120) may be rectangular in shape. First bending lines (L1) are provided between the bottom member (110) and the support members (120), and the support members (120) may be bent along the first bending lines (L1).

[0037] The support members (120) can be bent to contact the lower surface of the bottom member (110). Additionally, the support members (120) can contact the inner lower surface of the packaging box (200) while in a bent state. Thus, the support members (120) can separate the bottom member (110) from the inner lower surface of the packaging box (200). Since the bottom member (110) is separated from the inner lower surface of the packaging box (200), the packaging object (A) supported by the bottom member (110) can be prevented from contacting or colliding with the inner lower surface of the packaging box (200).

[0038] The extensions (140) are provided to be connected to the support members (120) respectively and can extend the support members (120). Specifically, the extensions (140) can be connected to the front and rear ends of the support members (120) respectively. The extensions (140) may be rectangular in shape. Second bending lines (L2) are provided between the support members (120) and the extensions (140), and the extensions (140) can be bent along the second bending lines (L2). At this time, the extensions (140) can be bent to contact the upper surface of the support members (120).

[0039] The above fixing part (130) has both ends in the front and rear directions connected to the support parts (120) through the extension parts (140) so that the packaging object (A) can be fixed to the bottom part (110).

[0040] The fixed part (130) may be approximately rectangular or square in shape. Additionally, the front-rear length of the fixed part (130) may be the same as the front-rear length of the bottom part (110), and the left-right width of the fixed part (130) may be the same as or greater than the left-right width of the bottom part (110).

[0041] When the left-right width of the fixed part (130) is greater than the left-right width of the bottom part (110), the fixed part (130) can fix the packaging object (A) to the bottom part (110), and the left-right ends of the fixed part (130) can protrude in the left-right direction of the bottom part (110).

[0042] The fixed part (130) may be made of the same paper material as the bottom part (110) and the support parts (120). Examples of the paper material include cardboard or corrugated cardboard. Since the fixed part (130) is made of paper material rather than vinyl material, there is no need to fuse the fixed part (130) to the support parts (120). Therefore, the manufacturing process of the inner packaging material (100) is simplified, and environmental pollution can be reduced because vinyl material is not used.

[0043] One end of the two ends in the front and rear directions of the fixed part (130) can be integrally formed with one of the extension parts (140) and connected to each other. Since the extension parts (140) and the fixed part (130) are made of the same paper material, the one end of the fixed part (130) can be easily integrally formed with the extension part (140).

[0044] A third bending line (L3) is provided between the end portion of the fixed portion (130) and the extension portion (140), and the fixed portion (130) can be bent along the third bending line (L3).

[0045] Additionally, the other end of the two ends in the front and rear directions of the fixed part (130) can be attached to the remaining one of the extension parts (140).

[0046] Specifically, an adhesive portion (133) is provided at the other end of the front and rear ends of the fixed portion (130), and the adhesive portion (133) can be attached to the extension portion (140).

[0047] A third bending line (L3) is also provided between the other end of the fixed part (130) and the adhesive part (133), and the fixed part (130) can be bent along the third bending line (L3).

[0048] Meanwhile, although not illustrated, adhesive portions (133) may be provided at each of the front and rear ends of the fixed portion (130), and the adhesive portions (133) may be attached to the extension portions (140).

[0049] A first cut area (132) composed of a plurality of cut lines (131) may be formed in the fixed part (130). At this time, the first cut area (132) may be formed over the entire fixed part (130).

[0050] As shown in FIG. 1, the incision lines (131) are formed along the left and right directions of the fixing part (130) and can be spaced apart in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction.

[0051] Alternatively, although not illustrated, the above-mentioned cut lines (131) may be formed along the front-rear direction of the fixing part (130), or may be formed in various forms by mixing along the left-right and front-rear directions of the fixing part (130). In addition, the above-mentioned cut lines (131) may be formed along an inclined direction and spaced apart in the front-rear and left-right directions.

[0052] Depending on the degree to which the area where the above-mentioned incisions (131) are formed opens, the fixing part (130) may expand in the front-rear direction or the left-right direction. Accordingly, the fixing part (130) can stably fix the packaging object (A) of various sizes to the bottom part (110).

[0053] The first incision area (132) may increase in size from the edge area to the center area.

[0054] The central portion (a) is positioned in the center of the first incision area (132), and the intermediate portions (b) and the edge portions (c) may be sequentially positioned on both sides in the front and rear directions of the central portion (a).

[0055] For example, as illustrated in FIG. 2, the spacing between the incision lines (131) may decrease in the forward and backward direction as one moves from the edge portion (c) of the first incision area (132) through the intermediate portion (b) to the central portion (a). At this time, the spacing between the incision lines (131) may decrease stepwise or gradually as one moves from the edge portion (c) through the intermediate portion (b) to the central portion (a).

[0056] As another example, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the length of the incision lines (131) may increase in the left-right direction as it goes from the edge portion (c) of the first incision area (132) through the intermediate portion (b) to the central portion (a). The length of the incision lines (131) may decrease in steps or gradually as it goes from the edge portion (c) through the intermediate portion (b) to the central portion (a).

[0057] Meanwhile, although not illustrated, as one moves from the edge portion (c) of the first incision area (132) through the intermediate portion (b) to the central portion (a), the spacing between the incision lines (131) decreases in the front-rear direction, and the length of the incision lines (131) increases in the left-right direction.

[0058] Depending on the change in spacing between the above-mentioned incision lines (131) or the change in length of the above-mentioned incision lines (131), the first incision area (132) may increase in the degree of expansion from the edge portion (c) to the central portion (a). Since the central portion (a) expands relatively more, the fixing portion (130) can more stably fix the packaging object (A).

[0059] Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIGS. 4 to 7, the incision lines (131) of the first incision area (132) may have a concentric structure. For example, the incision lines (131) may be formed in a square, hexagon, octagon, or circle.

[0060] Even in this case, the first cut area (132) may increase in degree as it extends from the edge portion to the central portion. That is, as it extends from the edge portion to the central portion of the first cut area (132), the spacing between the cut lines (131) may decrease, or the length of the improvements (131) may increase. Since the central portion of the first cut area (132) is relatively much larger, the fixing part (130) can fix the packaging object (A) more stably.

[0061] Additionally, as illustrated in FIG. 1, a second cut area (112) consisting of cut lines (111) may also be formed in the bottom portion (110). The description of the second cut area (112) is substantially the same as the description of the first cut area (132) of the fixing portion (130).

[0062] Since the first cut area (132) and the second cut area (112) are formed in the fixed part (130) and the bottom part (110), the range in which the fixed part (130) and the bottom part (110) can extend in the front-rear direction or the left-right direction to fix the packaging object (A) can be increased. Accordingly, the fixed part (130) and the bottom part (110) can stably fix the packaging object (A) of a larger size.

[0063] Meanwhile, although not shown, the first cut area (132) may be formed only in the fixed part (130), or the first cut area (112) may be formed only in the bottom part (110).

[0064] And, as shown in FIG. 8, the first cut area (132) may be formed in a portion of the fixed part (130).

[0065] Specifically, the first cut area (132) may be formed in the fixing part (130) excluding at least one of the front-rear direction end portions and the left-right direction end portions. When the packaging object (A) moves in the front-rear direction or the left-right direction while the fixing part (130) is fixed to the packaging object (A), the portion of the fixing part (130) where the first cut area (132) is not formed serves to support the packaging object (A), thereby preventing the packaging object (A) from moving to the front-rear direction end portions or the left-right direction end portions of the bottom part (110).

[0066] In particular, since the above packaging object (A) is prevented from moving to both ends of the front and rear directions of the bottom part (110), it is possible to prevent the above packaging object (A) from coming into contact with or colliding with both sides of the front and rear directions of the packaging box (200).

[0067] Likewise, the second cut area (112) may be formed in a part of the bottom portion (110).

[0069] Specifically, the second cut area (112) may be formed in the bottom portion (110) excluding at least one of the front-rear direction end portions and the left-right direction end portions. When the bottom portion (110) and the fixing portion (130) fix the packaging object (A) and the packaging object (A) moves in the front-rear direction or the left-right direction, the portion of the bottom portion (110) where the second cut area (112) is not formed serves to support the packaging object (A), thereby preventing the packaging object (A) from moving to the front-rear direction end portions or the left-right direction end portions of the bottom portion (110).

[0070] In particular, since the above packaging object (A) is prevented from moving to both ends of the front and rear directions of the bottom part (110), it is possible to prevent the above packaging object (A) from coming into contact with or colliding with both sides of the front and rear directions of the packaging box (200).

[0071] When the first cut area (132) is formed in the fixed part (130) and the second cut area (112) is formed in the bottom part (110), the degree of expansion of the second cut area (112) may be smaller than the degree of expansion of the first cut area (132).

[0072] For example, the spacing between the incision lines (111) of the second incision area (112) may be wider than the spacing between the incision lines (131) of the first incision area (132). For another example, the length of the incision lines (111) of the second incision area (112) may be shorter than the length of the incision lines (111) of the first incision area (132).

[0073] Since the degree of expansion of the second cut area (112) is smaller than the degree of expansion of the first cut area (132), the packaging object (A) can be prevented from sagging downward even when the packaging object (A) is fixed between the bottom part (110) and the fixing part (130). Therefore, the packaging object (A) can be prevented from colliding with the bottom surface of the packaging box (200).

[0074] In addition, since the support members (120) are in contact with the lower surface of the bottom member (110), the packaging object (A) may be prevented from sagging downward.

[0075] The above internal packaging material (100) may be made of corrugated cardboard (10), and as shown in FIG. 9, the corrugated cardboard (10) may have a curved core (12) between a pair of surface sheets (11).

[0076] When the bottom part (110) and the fixing part (130) are made of the corrugated cardboard (10), the bottom part (110) and the fixing part (130) are pressed to reduce the height of the corrugations of the corrugated core (12) as shown in FIG. 10.

[0077] The second cut area (112) and the first cut area (132) are formed in the bottom portion (110) and the fixing portion (130) while the height of the corrugation of the corrugation core (12) of the corrugated cardboard (10) is reduced. Since the height of the corrugation of the corrugation core (12) is reduced, the second cut area (112) and the first cut area (132) can be easily stretched, and tearing can be prevented as they stretch. Therefore, damage to the second cut area (112) and the first cut area (132) can be prevented when fixing the packaging object (A).

[0078] In order to fix the packaging object (A) with the fixing part (130), the extension parts (140) are bent upward so as to overlap with the support parts (120) as shown in FIG. 12, and the support parts (120) are bent upward from the bottom part (110) while the adhesive part (133) provided at the other end of the fixing part (130) is attached to the extension part (140). Since both ends of the fixing part (130) in the front and rear directions are respectively connected to the extension parts (140), as the support parts (120) are bent upward, the fixing part (130) is separated from the bottom part (110) due to the extension parts (140), and the gap between the fixing part (130) and the bottom part (110) is widened. The packaging object (A) can be inserted between the fixed part (130) and the bottom part (110) to allow the packaging object (A) to be placed on the bottom part (110).

[0079] Alternatively, to fix the object to be packaged (A) with the fixing part (130), as shown in FIG. 13, the extension parts (140) are first bent upward so as to overlap with the support parts (120), and after the object to be packaged (A) is placed on the bottom part (110), the adhesive part (133) provided at the other end of the fixing part (130) can be attached to the extension part (120). At this time, the support parts (120) may not be bent upward from the bottom part (110) but may remain parallel to the bottom part (110).

[0080] With the fixing part (130) fixed to the packaging object (A) on the bottom part (110), the fixing part (130) can be stretched in the front and rear directions while bending the support parts (120) to contact the lower surface of the bottom plate (110). At this time, the extension parts (140) can overlap with the support parts (120) respectively. Thus, the fixing part (130) can apply the tension required to fix the packaging object (A). Due to the tension of the fixing part (130), the packaging object (A) can be stably fixed to the bottom part (110).

[0081] The standing portions (150) are provided at both ends of the bottom portion (110) in the left and right directions to be connected to the bottom portion (110). The standing portions (150) may be rectangular in shape, such as a rectangle or a square. Fourth bending lines (L4) are provided between the bottom portion (110) and the standing portions (150), and the standing portions (150) may be bent along the fourth bending lines (L4).

[0082] The upright portions (150) can be bent upwards toward the bottom portion (110). Thus, the upright portions (150) can separate the bottom portion (110) from the inner upper surface of the packaging box (200). Since the bottom portion (110) is separated from the inner upper surface of the packaging box (200), the packaging object (A) fixed to the bottom portion (110) can be prevented from coming into contact with or colliding with the inner upper surface of the packaging box (200).

[0083] Additionally, the upright members (150) bent upward can come into contact with the inner upper surface of the packaging box (200). Since the support members (120) come into contact with the inner lower surface of the packaging box (200) and the upright members (150) come into contact with the inner upper surface of the packaging box (200), the internal packaging material (100) can be prevented from moving up and down inside the packaging box (200).

[0084] Since the above-mentioned upright members (150) are positioned on both the left and right sides of the fixing member (130) while bent upward, the upright members (150) can block both the left and right sides of the fixing member (130). Accordingly, the upright members (150) can prevent the packaging object (A) from deviating in the left and right directions of the fixing member (130).

[0085] Meanwhile, when the standing members (150) are bent upwards toward the bottom member (110), the left and right ends of the fixed member (130) protruding in the left and right directions of the bottom member (110) may be bent together with the standing members (150). The left and right ends of the bent fixed member (130) may also block both sides of the fixed member (130) in the left and right directions together with the standing members (150).

[0086] The vertical width of the above-described upright parts (150) may be greater than the extent to which the first cut area (132) of the above-described fixed part (130) expands. Therefore, even if the packaging box is turned over, the above-described fixed part (130) can be prevented from coming into contact with the upper surface of the packaging box (200). Thus, the packaging object (A) fixed by the above-described fixed part (130) can be prevented from colliding with the upper surface of the packaging box (200).

[0087] Meanwhile, although not illustrated, each of the standing parts (150) may be provided with openings for use as handles. A user can easily grasp the inner packaging material (100) by inserting their hand into the openings, and can insert the inner packaging material (100) into the packaging box (200) or easily pull the inner packaging material (100) out of the packaging box (200).

[0088] The auxiliary standing members (160) are provided to be simultaneously connected to each of the support members (120) and the standing members (150). The auxiliary standing members (160) may be rectangular in shape.

[0089] Specifically, the auxiliary standing members (160) can be connected to each of the supporting members (120) at both ends of the left and right directions of each supporting member (120), and connected to each of the standing members (150) at both ends of the front and rear directions of each standing member (150).

[0090] A fifth bending line (L5) is provided between the support members (120) and the auxiliary standing members (160), and the auxiliary standing members (160) can be bent along the fifth bending line (L5).

[0091] A fifth bending line (L5) is provided between the support members (120) and the auxiliary standing members (160), and the auxiliary standing members (160) can be bent along the fifth bending line (L5).

[0092] Sixth bending lines (L6) are provided between the above standing parts (150) and the above auxiliary standing parts (160), and the auxiliary standing parts (160) can be bent based on the sixth bending lines (L6).

[0093] Specifically, when the support members (120) are bent along the first bending lines (L1), the auxiliary standing members (160) are also bent along the sixth bending lines (L6) to come into contact with the lower surface of the standing members (150).

[0094] Additionally, when the standing members (160) are bent upward along the fourth bending lines (L4), the auxiliary standing members (160) are also bent upward along the fifth bending lines (L5) while in contact with the lower surface of the standing members (150). Thus, the auxiliary standing members (160) can assist the standing members (160) by being bent upward along with the standing members (160).

[0095] Additionally, since the auxiliary standing parts (160) are positioned on the outer side in the left and right directions relative to the above standing parts (160), when the inner packaging material (100) is inserted into the packaging box (200), the auxiliary standing parts (160) can come into contact with the sides of the packaging box (200), specifically, both sides in the left and right directions. Even if an impact is applied to the packaging box (200) from the outside, the auxiliary standing parts (160) can cushion the impact, particularly the impact in the left and right directions. Therefore, damage to the packaging object (A) due to the impact can be prevented.

[0096] Additionally, since the auxiliary standing members (160) are in contact with the left and right sides of the packaging box (200), the standing members (150) can be spaced apart from the left and right sides of the packaging box (200). That is, a gap can be formed between the inner packaging material (100) and the packaging box (200).

[0097] By utilizing the above gap, the user can easily grasp the standing parts (150) by inserting their hand into the openings of the standing parts (150). Thus, the internal packaging material (100) can be easily inserted into the packaging box (200) or easily withdrawn from the packaging box (200).

[0098] Additionally, reinforcing members may be provided between each of the extension members (140) and each of the auxiliary standing members (160). The reinforcing members connect the left and right ends of each of the extension members (140) and the front and rear ends of each of the auxiliary standing members (160). The reinforcing members may be triangular in shape.

[0099] Seven bending lines are provided between each of the above extension parts (140) and each of the above reinforcing parts, and the reinforcing parts can be bent along the seventh bending lines. Additionally, eight bending lines are provided between each of the above auxiliary standing parts (160) and each of the above reinforcing parts, and the reinforcing parts can be bent along the eighth bending lines.

[0100] When the extension parts (140) are bent to overlap with the support parts (120) based on the second bending lines (L2), the reinforcing parts can also be bent based on the eighth bending lines to overlap with the auxiliary standing parts (160).

[0101] Additionally, when the auxiliary standing members (160) are bent upward along the fifth bending lines (L5), the reinforcing members can also be bent along with the auxiliary standing members (160) along the seventh bending lines.

[0102] Since the reinforcing members are connected to the extension members (140) and the auxiliary standing members (160) and overlap with the auxiliary standing members (160), the reinforcing members can also elastically support the auxiliary standing members (160). Therefore, the auxiliary standing members (160) can more stably cushion the impact in the left and right directions applied to the inner packaging material (100).

[0103] Meanwhile, the above reinforcing parts may not be provided as necessary.

[0105] Although the present invention has been described above with reference to preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and changes can be made to the invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
