Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a trenchless total repair method for a pipeline using a reinforcing tube having a residual water inlet hole. More specifically, it relates to a trenchless total repair method for a pipeline using a reinforcing tube having a residual water inlet hole that prevents the reinforcing tube from becoming unhardened due to residual water, such as residual sewage, remaining inside the pipeline to be repaired, and enables the reinforcing tube to be hardened by adhering it to the inner surface of the pipeline to be repaired. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, buried pipelines such as water pipes, sewer pipes, gas pipes, and communication pipes require frequent repairs because they are prone to structural deterioration, subsidence of the underground ground, fluctuations in soil pressure above ground, and cracks and damage caused by external loads, which can lead to rainwater infiltration or seep into the ground through cracks and damage, contaminating the soil or causing ground erosion.

[0003] Recently, trenchless repair methods that do not require excavation around buried pipelines are being widely implemented as a repair technique for such buried pipelines.

[0004] Non-excavation repair methods include the traction method and the inversion method. The traction method involves pulling a tube-shaped reinforcing tube into an aging pipeline, then applying compressed air to the inner diameter of the reinforcing tube to expand it in the outer diameter direction, thereby pressing the reinforcing tube against the inner wall of the pipeline, and then applying steam or the like into the reinforcing tube to heat-cur it.

[0005] The inversion method is a method in which a reinforcing tube is inverted and inserted into the pipe, and compressed air is applied to press the reinforcing tube against the inner wall of the pipe, while high-temperature steam is applied into the reinforcing tube to heat-cur it.

[0006] While the inversion method is widely used as one of the trenchless full inner surface repair methods for pipelines, the traction method, another repair technique, is preferred because its repair equipment configuration is simpler and construction is relatively easier compared to the inversion method.

[0007] In the case of this traction method, residual water (residual sewage, residual tap water, etc.) remaining inside the pipeline to be repaired poses a problem. In the case of the inversion method, the reinforcing tube expands and inverts due to compressed air as it enters the pipeline, so the residual water is naturally discharged to the outside during the entry process; however, in the case of the traction method, pipeline repair proceeds while the residual water remains inside the pipeline.

[0008] The resin impregnated in the above reinforcing tube generally needs to be maintained at a temperature of 60°C or higher for about 2 hours to complete curing. However, since the residual water remaining inside the pipe generally has a temperature of about 15 to 20°C, the reinforcing tube in the part where the residual water is located is cooled by the residual water, making it difficult to maintain the temperature and time required for curing. Furthermore, due to the residual water, the reinforcing tube does not adhere to the inner surface of the pipe, increasing the probability of defects occurring.

[0009] In other words, when repairing a pipeline, problems arise where the reinforcing tube does not completely adhere to the pipeline to be repaired in the area where residual water is located, and where the reinforcing tube in the area where the residual water is located does not harden. [0010] Republic of Korea Registered Patent No. 10-2726483 (October 31, 2024) The problem to be solved

[0011] Therefore, the objective of the present invention is to provide a trenchless total repair method for pipelines using a reinforcing tube having a residual water inflow hole that can overcome the aforementioned conventional problems.

[0012] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a trenchless full pipe repair method using a reinforcing tube having a residual water inlet hole that prevents the reinforcing tube from being under-cured by residual water, such as residual sewage, remaining inside the pipe to be repaired, and enables the reinforcing tube to be hardened by adhering it to the inner surface of the pipe to be repaired. means of solving the problem

[0013] According to an embodiment of the present invention for achieving some of the above-mentioned technical problems, the trenchless total repair method for a pipeline according to the present invention comprises: a first step of blocking the flow of water in a pipeline to be repaired and photographing the interior of the pipeline to be repaired to check the location of residual water remaining on the bottom of the pipeline; a second step of forming a residual water inlet hole at a corresponding position of a reinforcing tube corresponding to the location of the residual water and pulling the reinforcing tube into the interior of the pipeline while ensuring that the residual water inlet hole overlaps with the location of the residual water; a third step of injecting compressed air into the reinforcing tube to expand the reinforcing tube so that the outer surface of the reinforcing tube adheres to the inner surface of the pipeline, thereby allowing the residual water to flow into the interior of the reinforcing tube through the residual water inlet hole by the expansion pressure of the reinforcing tube; and a fourth step of curing the reinforcing tube while it is in close contact with the inner surface of the pipeline.

[0014] The second step may comprise: a step of preparing a reinforcing tube to be inserted into the pipe; a step of forming a residual water inlet hole at a corresponding position of the reinforcing tube corresponding to the position of the residual water checked in the first step; and a step of pulling the reinforcing tube into the entire interior of the pipe while ensuring that the residual water inlet hole overlaps with the position of the residual water.

[0015] The above residual water inlet hole can be formed by punching using a punching machine.

[0016] The above residual water inlet hole can be formed by inserting a hollow screw into a corresponding position of the reinforcing tube.

[0017] A stopper that blocks the above residual water inflow hole may be further provided.

[0018] The above residual water inlet hole may further be equipped with a check valve to allow inflow from the outside of the reinforcing tube to the inside and to block outflow from the inside to the outside.

[0019] Between the third step and the fourth step, a step of removing residual water that has flowed into the reinforcing tube may be further provided.

[0020] In the second step above, a measuring tape that is towed together with the reinforcing tube may be further included so as to determine the degree of towing of the reinforcing tube. Effects of the invention

[0022] According to the present invention, by forming a residual water inlet hole in the reinforcing tube and performing pipeline repair, it is possible to solve the problem of the reinforcing tube not adhering completely to the inner surface of the pipeline due to residual water and the problem of the reinforcing tube not hardening due to residual water. Therefore, there is an advantage in that defects in pipeline repair can be prevented and the durability and reliability of pipeline repair can be improved. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0032] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 8, the non-excavation full repair method for a pipeline according to one embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for completely repairing a pipeline (10) without excavation using a traction method well known to a person skilled in the art. It is intended to solve problems such as the reinforcing tube not hardening due to residual water or not adhering to the inner surface of the pipeline when residual water, such as residual sewage, exists inside the pipeline (10) due to structural characteristics, bending, damage, etc. of the pipeline (10) to be repaired.

[0033] In the following, an embodiment of the present invention is described under the assumption that residual water (W) exists at a specific location on the bottom of the pipe (10) due to structural characteristics or damage to the pipe (10) to be repaired.

[0034] First, with the water flow of the pipe (10) to be repaired blocked, the inside of the pipe (10) to be repaired is photographed with a camera to check the location of residual water (W) inside the pipe (10) (S110). The photographing of the inside of the pipe (10) may be performed using a mobile robot equipped with a camera, or through various other methods well known to ordinary technicians. Additionally, if the diameter of the pipe is large, a worker may enter directly to inspect or photograph it. Subsequently, based on the captured image, the location of the residual water (W) is checked to see where on the inner bottom of the pipe (10) the residual water (W) exists in the direction from the upstream manhole (30a) to the downstream manhole (30b).

[0035] Afterwards, a reinforcing tube (20) prepared for pipe repair is pulled into the pipe (10), and a residual water inflow hole (H) is formed in the reinforcing tube (20) before or during the pulling of the reinforcing tube (20) (S120).

[0036] The reinforcing tube (20) is loaded in a folded state on a reinforcing tube loading vehicle (40) provided outside the upstream manhole (30a), and is towed into the interior of the pipe (10) through the upstream manhole (30a). The towing of the reinforcing tube (20) into the interior of the pipe (10) may be applied in a first method using a towing vehicle (60) capable of moving on its own without a towing wire, a second method using a towing winch (50) and a towing wire (55) to tow the reinforcing tube (20) as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and a third method using a towing vehicle (60) capable of moving on its own with the towing winch (50) and a towing wire (55) as shown in FIG. 5. In addition, various towing methods well known to ordinary technicians may be applied.

[0037] The point in time for forming the residual water inlet hole (H) in the reinforcing tube (20) may be performed before or during the towing of the reinforcing tube (20). Generally, since the reinforcing tube (20) is towed while stored in a loaded state on a vehicle (40), it is difficult to form the residual water inlet hole (H) in advance at a specific location. Furthermore, since the reinforcing tube (20) may expand during the towing process, it becomes difficult to correspond the location of the residual water (W) inside the pipe (10) if the residual water inlet hole (H) is formed in advance. Accordingly, the residual water inlet hole (H) is formed before or during the towing of the reinforcing tube (20) into the pipe (10).

[0038] In this case, as an example of forming the residual water inlet hole (H), it is possible to form the residual water inlet hole (H) at a corresponding position of the reinforcing tube (20) before or during the pulling of the reinforcing tube (20) into the interior of the pipe (10), based on the position of the residual water (W) checked in step (S110). That is, with the reinforcing tube (20) prepared, the residual water inlet hole (H) is formed at a corresponding position of the reinforcing tube (20) based on the position of the residual water (W) checked in step (S110) before or during the pulling of the reinforcing tube (20).

[0039] At this time, if the location of the residual water (W) is located adjacent to the downstream manhole (30b) inside the pipe (10), the location of the residual water inflow hole (H) of the reinforcing tube (20) is loaded on the upper side of the vehicle (40), so it is possible to relatively easily form the residual water inflow hole (H) at the corresponding location of the reinforcing tube (20) before towing the reinforcing tube (20). However, if the location of the residual water (W) is located adjacent to the upstream manhole (30b) inside the pipe (10), the location of the residual water inflow hole (H) of the reinforcing tube (20) is loaded on the lower side of the vehicle (40), so it becomes almost impossible to form the residual water inflow hole (H) at the corresponding location of the reinforcing tube (20) before towing the reinforcing tube (20). In this case, the residual water inflow hole (H) is formed at a corresponding position of the reinforcing tube (20) during the pulling of the reinforcing tube (20).

[0040] To this end, the measuring tape (25) can be towed together with the reinforcing tube (20). The measuring tape (25) is intended to determine the degree of towing of the reinforcing tube (20) and may be configured to be towed together with the reinforcing tube (20) while fixed to the tip of the reinforcing tube (20). Since the measuring tape (25) and the reinforcing tube (20) are towed together, it is possible to determine how much the reinforcing tube (20) has been towed through the measuring tape (25). Once the degree of towing of the reinforcing tube (20) is determined, it becomes possible to form the residual water inflow hole (H) at the corresponding position of the reinforcing tube (20).

[0041] For example, assuming that the length of the reinforcing tube (20) inserted from the inlet of the upstream manhole (30a) to the inlet of the pipe (10) is 3m, the length of the pipe (10) to be repaired is 10m, and the residual water (W) is located at a position 3m away from the inlet of the pipe (10), it is possible to form the residual water inlet hole (H) at the corresponding position of the reinforcing tube (20) when the traction degree of the reinforcing tube (20) identified through the measuring tape (25) is less than 7m.

[0042] After forming the residual water inlet hole (H) as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the reinforcing tube is pulled through the entire interior of the pipe (10) so that the residual water inlet hole (H) overlaps with the location of the residual water (W) (S130).

[0043] Here, as illustrated in FIG. 5, when a third method is used to tow a towing vehicle (60) that is unable to move on its own using the towing winch (50) and towing wire (55), the towing vehicle (60) may be configured to have a rear camera (not shown) mounted at the rear end to identify the towing condition, such as the twisted state of the reinforcing tube (20) being towed, and may also have a front camera (62) mounted at the front end to check the towing condition or other conditions of the conduit.

[0044] Meanwhile, with the residual water inlet hole (H) formed, as shown in FIG. 6, the reinforcing tube (20) is pulled into the entire interior of the pipe (10) while the residual water inlet hole (H) overlaps with the location of the residual water (W). Then, as shown in FIG. 7, compressed air is injected into the reinforcing tube (20) to expand the reinforcing tube (20) so that the outer surface of the reinforcing tube (20) comes into close contact with the inner surface of the pipe (10) (S140). At this time, the residual water (W) flows into the reinforcing tube (20) through the residual water inlet hole (H). That is, when compressed air is injected into the reinforcing tube to expand the reinforcing tube, the outer surface of the reinforcing tube (20) comes into close contact with the inner surface of the pipe (10). During this process, the residual water (W), which is an incompressible fluid, is compressed between the outer surface of the reinforcing tube (20) and the inner surface of the pipe (10), causing the pressure to rise rapidly and become greater than the air pressure. Consequently, the residual water (W) present at the bottom of the pipe (10) flows into the interior of the pipe (10) through the residual water inlet hole (H). The inflowed residual water (W) accumulates on the inner bottom surface of the reinforcing tube (20).

[0045] In this state, the residual water (W) that has flowed into the interior of the reinforcing tube (20) is discharged along with condensate through a discharge pipe (not shown) inserted into the interior of the reinforcing tube (20) by a method well known to a person skilled in the art. When the discharge pipe is inserted into the interior of the reinforcing tube (20), the residual water (W) that has flowed into the interior of the reinforcing tube (20) can be naturally discharged to the outside through the discharge pipe by compressed air pressure without the need for any separate measures.

[0046] It is evident that the above residual water inlet hole (H) can be formed in multiple numbers as needed.

[0047] Afterwards, as shown in FIG. 8, steam is injected into the reinforcing tube (20) while the reinforcing tube (20) is in close contact with the inner surface of the pipe (10) to harden the reinforcing tube (20) and complete the repair of the pipe (S150).

[0048] When residual water (W) is present inside the pipe (10), there was a problem in that the reinforcing tube (20) was not in a state of being in close contact with the inner surface of the pipe (10) or the reinforcing tube (20) was not cured. However, by applying a method of forming the residual water inflow hole (H) in the reinforcing tube (20) as in the present invention, the reinforcing tube (20) can be completely cured in a state of being in close contact with the inner surface of the pipe (10).

[0049] In the present invention, the residual water inflow hole (H) can be formed in various ways well known to a person skilled in the art. For example, it can be formed by punching using a punching machine (not shown).

[0050] If the above residual water inlet hole (H) is formed by simply punching, there is a risk that the resin or hardener impregnated in the reinforcing tube (20) may leak out or be exposed to the outside through the above residual water inlet hole (H). In particular, since the hardener loses its curing effect when in contact with water, there is a need to prevent leakage or exposure of the resin or hardener.

[0051] As a measure to prevent leakage or exposure of the resin or hardener, a separate plug may be installed in the residual water inlet hole (H), and the plug may be removed or opened when the internal pressure rises to a certain level. In this case, it is possible to implement the system so that when compressed air is injected into the reinforcing tube (20) to expand the reinforcing tube (20), the plug is removed, allowing the residual water (W) to flow in.

[0052] As another method to prevent leakage or exposure of the resin or hardener, the residual water inlet hole (H) can be formed by inserting a hollow bolt (70) into a corresponding position (corresponding position to residual water (W)) of the reinforcing tube (20), as shown in FIG. 9. FIG. 9 (a) is a cross-sectional view showing the state before inserting the hollow bolt (70) into the reinforcing tube (20), and FIG. 9 (b) shows the state after inserting the hollow bolt (70) into the reinforcing tube (20) to form the residual water inlet hole (H). By forming the residual water inlet hole (H) by inserting the hollow bolt (70) into a corresponding position (corresponding position to residual water (W)) of the reinforcing tube (20), the problem of the resin or hardener impregnated in the reinforcing tube (20) leaking out through the residual water inlet hole (H) or the problem of the resin or hardener being exposed to the outside can be resolved.

[0053] The above hollow bolt (70) refers to a screw having a hole formed in the longitudinal direction, that is, the insertion direction, for the passage of fluid or air, and is called a hollow screw, through hole screw, cross-drilled screw, or through bolt, and the above hollow bolt (70) may be a concept that includes all of these.

[0054] The above hollow bolt (70) can be made of various materials, including metal or plastic.

[0055] According to another embodiment of the present invention, when the entire repair of the pipe (10) is completed, the reinforcing tube (20) is maintained in a hardened state in a state of complete contact with the inner surface of the pipe (10), so there is almost no possibility that the water or sewage inside the reinforcing tube (20) will leak out to the outside even if the residual water inlet hole (H) exists. However, to prevent any possible leakage, that is, because there may be a concern that the water or sewage inside the reinforcing tube (20) may leak out through the residual water inlet hole (H) during the use of the repaired pipe (10), a check valve (not shown) may be further provided in the residual water inlet hole (H) to allow inflow from the outside to the inside of the reinforcing tube (20) and to block outflow from the inside to the outside.

[0056] Various check valves well known to ordinary technicians may be applied to the above check valve, and if the above residual water inlet hole (H) has a hollow bolt (70) structure as shown in FIG. 9, the residual water inlet hole (H) can be formed by inserting a hollow bolt (70) with a check valve mounted inside into a corresponding position of the reinforcing tube (20).

[0057] As described above, according to the present invention, by forming a residual water inlet hole in the reinforcing tube and performing pipeline repair, it is possible to solve the problem of the reinforcing tube not adhering completely to the inner surface of the pipeline due to residual water and the problem of the reinforcing tube not hardening due to residual water. Therefore, there is an advantage in that defects in pipeline repair can be prevented and the durability and reliability of pipeline repair can be improved.

[0058] The description of the above-described embodiments is merely an example with reference to the drawings for a more thorough understanding of the present invention and should not be interpreted as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications are possible within the scope of the basic principles of the present invention without departing from them.
