Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a supporter for supporting a structure, and more specifically, to an auto-lifting supporter that provides a tilting function to support a structure. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, a device used as a support to firmly hold structures such as slab formwork at a construction site is called a construction supporter.

[0003] These construction supports are manufactured using various structures or methods to facilitate convenient installation and removal, and to allow for height (length) adjustment according to the height of the structure.

[0004] Generally, the most widely used construction support is a construction pipe support that connects an inner pipe and an outer pipe made of steel to enable height adjustment, as described in Registered Utility Model No. 20-0291531.

[0005] To briefly examine the configuration of the above pipe supporter, it consists of an outer pipe installed on the bottom surface, an inner pipe fitted into the outer pipe to support an upper structure, a support nut that allows the outer pipe and the inner pipe to be connected while supporting each other and adjusting the height (length) of the outer pipe and the inner pipe, and a fixing pin that is fitted through the inner and outer pipes so that the support nut can be fixed at a predetermined height of the outer pipe.

[0006] In order for the support nut to be supported through the fixing pin, the outer pipe is provided with a threaded portion on its outer surface to which the support nut is coupled, and slit grooves are formed through both sides of the threaded portion along the longitudinal direction, and the inner pipe has fitting holes formed at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction of the inner pipe through which the fixing pin is inserted through the slit grooves.

[0007] When installing a pipe supporter with the above configuration, a fixing pin is inserted through the slit groove and the fitting hole, and while the fixing pin is supported on the upper surface of the support nut, the height of the inner pipe is displaced by tightening or loosening the support nut, thereby allowing the overall height (length) of the pipe supporter to be adjusted.

[0008] However, pipe supports based on conventional technology had the problem that the worker had to manually adjust the height. Prior art literature

[0070] The first outer clamp catch portion (531) and the second outer clamp catch portion (532) are spaced apart in the vertical direction. When the outer pipe (100) or the outer clamp (500) is rotated, the outer outer catch portion (140) of the outer pipe (100) can be inserted into the outer clamp catch groove (533), and the outer pipe (100) and the outer clamp (500) can form mutual catch in the vertical direction.

[0071] The outer cylinder groove (510) is formed concavely outwardly in the radial direction from the inner circumference of the outer cylinder part (550) and corresponds to the shape of the second lower cylinder part (322).

[0090] When viewed from the back, the outer opening (555) is formed in a rectangular shape.

[0091] Since the outer opening (555) is formed widely, there is a feature that the inner driving member hole can remain exposed in the outer opening (555) even when the outer clamp (500) and the outer pipe (100) are rotated at a predetermined angle for assembly.

[0092] If the above outer opening (555) is not formed, an outer clamp hole (not shown) corresponding to the inner driving member hole must be formed in the outer clamp (500).

[0101] A body hole (not shown) is formed that penetrates the above lifter body (775) in the vertical direction, and the screw housing (760) is inserted into the body hole and assembled.

[0102] The lifter (770) assembled with the screw housing (760) does not rotate and moves up and down together with the screw housing (760).

[0103] The lifting rod (750) is positioned at the axis center and rotates horizontally with respect to the axis center.

[0108] The axis center is positioned to penetrate the planar center of the above lifting rod (750).

[0109] At least two of the first lifter catch portion (751), the second lifter catch portion (752), the third lifter catch portion (753), or the fourth lifter catch portion (754) are fitted and coupled to the lifting catch portion (230). To this end, the lifting catch portion (230) is arranged at least two locations along the inner circumferential surface of the outer pipe (100), and a plurality of lifting catch portions (230) are spaced apart in the circumferential direction.

[0110] In this embodiment, the lifting locking parts (230) are spaced apart more widely than the width of the first lifter locking part (751), the second lifter locking part (752), the third lifter locking part (753), and the fourth lifter locking part (754).

[0111] The first lifter catch portion (751), the second lifter catch portion (752), the third lifter catch portion (753), or the fourth lifter catch portion (754) is inserted horizontally into the lifting catch groove (233), and when moving up and down, it forms a mutual catch with the first lifting catch portion (231) and the second lifting catch portion (232).

[0112] Therefore, when the lifter (770) moves in a straight line through the rotation of the lifting rod (750), the inner pipe (200) connected to the lifter (770) can be moved in an up-and-down direction.

[0113] The upper supporter (400) is formed vertically symmetrically with respect to the lower supporter (300).

[0114] The upper supporter (400) comprises an upper base (410) supported by a ceiling structure, a cylindrical upper cylinder (420) formed integrally with the upper base (410) and extending downward from the upper base (410), and an upper supporter rib (430) connecting the side of the upper cylinder (420) and the bottom surface of the upper base (410).

[0115] In this embodiment, the upper supporter (400) is formed concavely inwardly in the radial direction from the outer surface of the upper cylinder (420) and further includes an upper supporter groove (not shown) that forms mutual engagement with the inner clamp (600) in the vertical direction.

[0116] In this embodiment, the upper supporter groove is formed in a ring shape along the outer surface of the upper cylinder (420). The inner clamp (600) can be rotated along the outer surface of the upper cylinder (420) while being engaged with the upper supporter groove (425).

[0117] In this embodiment, the upper cylinder (420) includes a first upper cylinder part connected to the upper base (410) side based on the upper supporter groove, and a second upper cylinder part positioned on the opposite side of the first upper cylinder part.

[0118] In this embodiment, the second upper cylinder portion forms a curved or inclined surface, and through this, can be rotated or tilted relative to the inner clamp (600) at a predetermined angle.

[0119] The angle between non-parallel slabs can be compensated for through relative rotation or tilting of the inner clamp (600).

[0120] The inner clamp (600) is formed vertically symmetrically with respect to the outer clamp (500).

[0121] The inner clamp (600) includes a first inner clamp and a second inner clamp.

[0122] The inner clamp (600) comprises an inner cylinder portion (650) formed in a semi-cylindrical shape, an inner cylinder groove (610) formed concavely outwardly from the inner circumference of the inner cylinder portion (650) and formed to surround the second upper cylinder portion, an inner support rim (620) disposed below the inner cylinder groove (610) and protruding inwardly from the bottom of the inner cylinder portion (650) in a radial direction and inserted into the lower support groove (325), an inner clamp catch portion (not shown) protruding inwardly from the inner circumference of the inner cylinder portion (650) in a radial direction and forming a mutual catch with respect to the upper and lower directions with respect to the outer circumference of the inner pipe (200), and a portion bent outwardly in a radial direction from the inner cylinder portion (650). It includes an inner cylinder connection part (640).

[0123] The inner cylinder portion (650) further includes an inner opening (655) for assembling the lifting assembly (700). An inner driving member hole (not shown) through which the driving member (710) passes may be further formed in the inner clamp portion (220).

[0124] Although not illustrated in this embodiment, a lifting assembly (700) can be installed inside the inner pipe (200) and configured to lift the outer pipe (100) in the up and down direction.

[0125] Referring to FIG. 7, even if the floor slab forms a floor inclination angle of S1 with respect to the horizontal plane, the outer clamp (500) can be tilted in correspondence with the floor inclination angle (S1), and even if the ceiling slab forms a ceiling inclination angle of S2 with respect to the horizontal plane, the inner clamp (600) can be tilted in correspondence with the ceiling inclination angle (S2), so the outer pipe (100) and the inner pipe (200) can be firmly supported on the floor slab and the ceiling slab, respectively.

[0126] In the process of mounting the above lower supporter (300) on the floor slab, the above outer clamp (500) can be tilted in correspondence with the floor inclination angle (S1).

[0127] In addition, when the lifting assembly (700) is operated to bring the upper supporter (400) into contact with the ceiling slab, the inner clamp (600) can be tilted with respect to the ceiling inclination angle (S2) during the process of bringing the upper supporter (400) into contact with the ceiling slab, so that a solid support force can be provided even if the ceiling slab and floor slab are not flat, and there is a feature that prevents bending deformation from occurring in the outer pipe (100) and inner pipe (200).

[0128] In addition, since the lifting assembly (700) can be easily operated using an electric tool, it has the feature of significantly reducing installation and removal times.

[0129] Although specific embodiments have been described in the detailed description of the present invention, it is understood that various modifications are possible within the scope of the invention. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should not be limited to the described embodiments, but should be defined by the claims set forth below as well as equivalents thereof.
