Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an ultrasonic welding horn of a rotary structure configured to perform welding processing by applying ultrasonic waves and pressing pressure while making contact with a welding area to be welded while performing rolling rotational motion.
[0002] In addition, the invention relates to an ultrasonic welding device for a perforated corrugated tube in which, while forming and manufacturing a filter tube by ultrasonic welding after wrapping the outside of the perforated corrugated tube with a filter membrane and simultaneously integrating and joining the perforated corrugated tube and the formed filter tube, a rotary structure ultrasonic welding horn with two pairs of ultrasonic welding horns arranged in succession with a gap at each welding part is applied as a dual structure.
[0003] Specifically, the invention relates to an ultrasonic welding horn of a rotary structure and an ultrasonic welding device for a perforated corrugated pipe to which the same is applied in a dual structure, wherein the double pipe is manufactured by manufacturing a double pipe with a double structure in which a filtration filter tube surrounds a perforated corrugated pipe on the outside, and by applying a 'rotary structure' to apply ultrasonic waves and pressing pressure while making contact with the welding area to be welded while rolling rotational motion, thereby primarily forming and processing the filtration filter tube by applying ultrasonic waves and pressing pressure to the overlapping portions of both ends of the filtration filter membrane while the filtration filter membrane surrounding the outside of the linearly moving perforated corrugated pipe moves linearly simultaneously, and subsequently applying ultrasonic waves and pressing pressure to the protruding peak portion on the outermost side of the perforated corrugated pipe and the welded filtration filter tube to perform spot welding in a microscopic manner to manufacture a double pipe.
[0004] More specifically, the invention relates to an ultrasonic welding horn of a rotary structure and an ultrasonic welding device for a perforated corrugated pipe to which the same is applied in a dual structure, wherein a 'dual rotary horn' structure is applied in which a filter membrane surrounding the outside of a perforated corrugated pipe moving linearly in a welding workspace is simultaneously linearly moved to first weld the filter pipe and subsequently, a second point welding is implemented at the contact portion between the perforated corrugated pipe and the filter pipe, thereby implementing a joining method that is not affected by the season and improving productivity and manufacturing quality for the double pipe. Background Technology
[0005] Generally, soft ground refers to ground in a state where it cannot support a superstructure, and includes normally consolidated clay layers, organic soil layers, loose silt layers, loose sand layers, or loose landfill layers.
[0006] In such soft ground, the presence of viscous soil particles and pore water between them can lead to an excessive amount of pore water. Consequently, when a structure is constructed on top of this ground, safety-related problems may arise due to insufficient shear resistance, such as insufficient foundation bearing capacity or the occurrence of arc slippage.
[0007] Accordingly, excess pore water must be drained and improved.
[0008] As a method for improving such soft ground, there is a construction method for draining excess pore water by installing multiple vertical drainage materials that typically drain excess pore water contained in the soft ground soil in a vertical direction, and horizontal drainage materials that drain the excess pore water drained through the vertical drainage materials in a horizontal direction, so that the excess pore water rises to the surface and is discharged.
[0009] The drainage material described above is typically composed of a drain pipe made of synthetic resin and having pores, and a filter pipe that surrounds the drain pipe to prevent foreign substances from entering the interior of the drain pipe.
[0010] In Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2009-0003774 (Title: Cylindrical drainage material for suction drain method and method of manufacturing / Published Jan. 12, 2009), as disclosed in the publication, a circular drainage material is described that is configured to be applicable in different lengths depending on the bead drain depth and drain depth, comprising: a connecting pipe connected to a header pipe connected to a vacuum suction pump that generates vacuum suction force to drain pore water within the ground; a non-porous drainage material in the shape of a corrugated pipe connected to the connecting pipe and located within the pore water bead drain ground; a perforated drainage material in the shape of a corrugated pipe with drainage holes formed therein, connected to the non-porous drainage material and located within the pore water drain ground; and a filter that surrounds the perimeter of the non-porous and perforated drainage materials to prevent the inflow of soil.
[0011] In Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2012-0126480 (Title: Eco-friendly Horizontal Drainage Material for Soft Ground Improvement / Published Nov. 21, 2012), as disclosed in the publication, an eco-friendly horizontal drainage material is described comprising a filling section that provides a water passage and a filter section that surrounds the filling section from the outside to filter out sand or mud. The filter section is composed of a non-woven felt made by processing natural fibers into a non-woven fabric form and a plurality of natural fiber fabrics woven by separating natural fibers into warp and weft threads to surround the non-woven felt from the outside; and the filling section is composed of a natural fiber mat made by compression molding natural fibers into a rectangular shape and a mesh-shaped divided mesh made by processing natural fibers into a mesh-like form so that the plurality of natural fiber mats are inserted into the filter section.
[0012] In Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2017-0088481 (Title: Water-blocking horizontal drainage material for soft ground improvement / Published on August 2, 2017), as disclosed in the publication, a horizontal drainage material is described having a plate-shaped core in which a pore water flow path is formed, a first filter member surrounding the plate-shaped core, a second filter member surrounding the first filter member, a water-blocking sheet constituting the outer shell of the second filter member, a vertical drainage material connection port configured such that at least a portion of the upper surface of the first filter member is exposed, and a cover portion configured such that the vertical drainage material connection port can be opened and closed.
[0013] In this way, a plurality of inlet holes through which pore water flows in are formed, and a filter pipe that filters foreign substances contained in the pore water passing through the inlet holes is wrapped around the outside of the drainage pipe through which the pore water flowing in internally flows out externally, and is stacked to drain the pore water to the outside in soft ground.
[0014] Meanwhile, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-2257758 (Title: Spunbond nonwoven fabric for manufacturing a filter part of a horizontal drainage material and a horizontal drainage material having a wing part using the same / Published on May 28, 2021.) describes a horizontal drainage material for discharging excess pore water by inserting it into the ground of soft ground, as disclosed in the publication, comprising: a drainage core having a drainage groove formed therein; a filter part surrounding the outer circumference of the drainage core, having an insertion opening formed on one side for inserting a vertical drainage material; an ultrasonic welding part for fastening the filter part at the upper center of the filter part; and a wing part provided in a direction orthogonal to the ultrasonic welding part on the upper part of the ultrasonic welding part formed at the upper center of the filter part.
[0015] That is, the drain core (drain pipe) and the filter part (filter pipe) are connected by ultrasonic welding to prevent them from spreading apart or separating unintentionally.
[0016] In addition, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0539686 (Title: Asymmetric Perforated Corrugated Spiral Perforated Pipe / Published Dec. 29, 2005.), as disclosed in the publication, a corrugated spiral perforated pipe used to discharge moisture from soft ground consisting of a clay layer, such as a coast and a lake, to the surface in a short period of time; wherein the perforated pipe has an asymmetric corrugated spiral in which the size of the convex curve is relatively larger and deeper than the concave curve, the concave curve is provided with a perforated hole for introducing moisture from the ground into the interior, and a corrugated spiral perforated pipe with a filter nonwoven fabric attached to the convex curve.
[0017] That is, as shown in the example diagram illustrating a non-woven fabric bonding process installed on a straight transfer line by a taker, located at the rear end of the same line as the perforated pipe formed by passing through a perforated pipe molding machine, the non-woven fabric wraps around the outer surface of the convex curve of the corrugated perforated pipe formed by an asymmetric spiral, and sealing bonding is achieved by the adhesive force of the liquid through the liquid resin inlet of the non-flammable solid resin supply device at the intersection of the non-woven fabric. Prior art literature
[0018] Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2009-0003774 (Published Jan. 12, 2009) Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2012-0126480 (Published Nov. 21, 2012) Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2017-0088481 (Published Aug. 02, 2017) Korean Patent Registration No. 10-2257758 (Announced May 28, 2021) Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0539686 (Announced Dec. 29, 2005) The problem to be solved
[0019] However, the conventional methods and devices described above for integrally processing drain pipes and filter pipes are designed to be integrated through bonding with resin adhesives or bound through ultrasonic welding; in the case of integration through bonding, not only is the processing equipment complex, but there is also a problem of unauthorized separation due to the adhesive's deterioration of adhesion after long-term use; and in the case of ultrasonic welding, there is a problem that it is difficult to apply when the drain pipe consists of a corrugated pipe.
[0020] In other words, there was a problem with poor processability because the filtration filter tube had to be formed on the outer side of the perforated corrugated tube and fused as a single unit at the same time through an adhesive bonding method.
[0021] In addition, the ultrasonic welding horn designed to weld the area to be welded using ultrasound has a structure in which the part emitting ultrasound is fixed in the form of an 'inclined tube,' which has the problem of not being able to apply pressing pressure to the weld area; and there was a problem of not being able to perform welding work in a form in which multiple welding patterns are arranged in succession with spacing between them on the weld area.
[0022] Consequently, there was a problem with reduced work efficiency due to the need for a separate compression device.
[0023] The present invention is proposed to solve the aforementioned conventional problems, and the objective of the present invention is to provide an ultrasonic welding device for a perforated corrugated pipe in which a rotary structure ultrasonic welding horn is applied in a dual structure to manufacture a double pipe with a double structure in which a filter tube surrounds the perforated corrugated pipe on the outside, by applying ultrasonic waves and pressing pressure while making contact with the welding area to be welded while rolling rotational motion, and the rotary structure ultrasonic welding horn is applied to manufacture a double pipe with a double structure in which the perforated corrugated pipe is surrounded by a filter tube on the outside.
[0024] That is, the invention provides an ultrasonic welding horn with a rotary structure that is designed to weld by applying ultrasonic waves and pressing pressure while making contact with the welding area to be welded through rolling rotational motion, and an ultrasonic welding device for a perforated corrugated pipe to which the same is applied in a dual structure.
[0025] Another objective of the present invention is to provide an ultrasonic welding horn of a rotary structure and an ultrasonic welding device for a perforated corrugated pipe to which the same is applied in a dual structure, wherein a 'dual rotary horn' structure is applied in which a filter membrane surrounding the outside of a perforated corrugated pipe moving linearly in a welding workspace is simultaneously linearly moved to first weld and then secondarily weld the filter pipe while spot welding is performed on the contact portion between the perforated corrugated pipe and the filter pipe, thereby implementing a joining method that is not affected by the season, and thus improving productivity and manufacturing quality for the double pipe. means of solving the problem
[0026] The ultrasonic welding horn of a rotary structure according to the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned objective of the present invention comprises: a rotating member connected to a rotating shaft and configured to rotate in the same direction; and a plurality of ultrasonic welding protrusions formed protruding from the outer surface of the rotating member with a gap and configured to emit ultrasonic waves and apply pressing pressure according to the control of a control means; wherein the ultrasonic welding protrusions are configured to rotate by receiving frictional resistance resulting from contact with a welding material to be welded.
[0027] An ultrasonic welding device for a perforated corrugated tube having a rotary structure ultrasonic welding horn according to the present invention applied in a dual structure comprises: a first rotary horn means having the rotary horn, wherein, while the perforated corrugated tube and the filtration filter membrane are continuously supplied and moving linearly while being wrapped around in the welding workspace of the device body, the filtration filter tube is formed by primarily joining the overlapping portions of both ends of the filtration filter membrane through ultrasonic welding; The method is characterized by including a second rotary horn means having the rotary horn, wherein, while the perforated corrugated pipe and the filter tube are continuously moving in a straight line to be discharged from the above-mentioned fusion workspace, ultrasonic waves and pressing pressure are applied to the outermost protruding peak portion of the perforated corrugated pipe to partially melt the outermost protruding peak portion of the perforated corrugated pipe that is in contact with the filter tube, thereby secondarily joining and spot-fusion so that the filter tube is integrated with the outer side of the perforated corrugated pipe through ultrasonic waves without adhesive. Effects of the invention
[0028] The ultrasonic welding horn of the rotary structure according to the present invention, formed in this manner, has the effect of performing a welding operation in a form in which a plurality of welding patterns are arranged in succession with spacing on the welding area, as ultrasonic welding protrusions contact and rotate while moving in a rolling motion with respect to the welding area to be welded, thereby simultaneously applying ultrasonic waves and pressing pressure to weld.
[0029] Through this, spot welding via ultrasound at the contact point with the filter tube is stably performed without damaging the perforated corrugated tube housed inside the filter tube, thereby having the effect of improving manufacturing quality.
[0030] Meanwhile, the ultrasonic welding device for perforated corrugated pipes, which applies a dual structure of a rotary structure ultrasonic welding horn, has a 'dual rotary horn' structure that is applied to the forming process of the filter tube and the welding process of the formed perforated corrugated pipe and the filter tube, in which ultrasonic waves and pressing pressure are simultaneously applied while making contact with the welding area to be welded through a rolling rotational motion using a rotary horn applied to the 'rotary structure' during the manufacturing of a double pipe in which a filter tube surrounds the perforated corrugated pipe on the outside. By implementing a welding method that is not affected by the season, the device has the effect of improving productivity and manufacturing quality for the double pipe.
[0031] Through this, the filtration filter film surrounding the outside of the perforated corrugated pipe moving linearly in the fusion workspace is simultaneously moving linearly, thereby primarily fusion-processing the filtration filter pipe and subsequently secondarily implementing point fusion on the contact portion between the perforated corrugated pipe and the filtration filter pipe, thus achieving work continuity and maximizing manufacturing quality. Specific details for implementing the invention
[0033] Hereinafter, with reference to the attached drawings, a rotary structure ultrasonic welding horn according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention and an ultrasonic welding device for a perforated corrugated pipe to which the same is applied in a dual structure will be described in detail as follows.
[0034] Embodiments of the present invention may be modified in various forms, and the scope of the present invention should not be interpreted as being limited to the embodiments described in detail below. These embodiments are provided to more fully explain the present invention to those with average knowledge in the art. Accordingly, the shapes of elements in the drawings may be exaggerated to emphasize clearer explanations. It should be noted that in each drawing, identical components may be depicted with the same reference numeral. Detailed descriptions of known functions and configurations that are deemed to unnecessarily obscure the essence of the present invention are omitted.
[0036] FIGS. 1 to 8 are drawings showing a rotary structure ultrasonic welding horn (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention. The rotary structure ultrasonic welding horn (1) according to this embodiment is mainly installed underground in soft ground and is suitablely applied to drain pore water existing between viscous soil particles constituting the soft ground, and is suitablely applied to manufacture a double pipe (100) that drains while filtering foreign substances contained in the pore water.
[0037] That is, as illustrated in FIGS. 20 to 23, the double pipe (100) is suitable for processing a perforated corrugated pipe (110) which is formed in the shape of a ‘corrugated pipe’ and has multiple inlet holes formed to filter foreign substances and allow foreign substances to flow in while filtering foreign substances and draining them to the outside, with both ends in the longitudinal direction penetrating each other and forming multiple inlet holes for the inflow of perforated water, and the outer side of the perforated corrugated pipe (110) is equipped with a filter pipe (120) to filter foreign substances.
[0038] At this time, a double pipe (100) is provided that prevents foreign substances contained in the pore water from being filtered while passing through the filter tube (120) and flowing into the perforated corrugated pipe (110), thereby ensuring environmentally friendly drainage of the pore water drained to the ground, and also prevents foreign substances from adsorbing on the inner surface of the perforated corrugated pipe (110), thereby preventing a decrease in drainage efficiency.
[0040] In the above, the filter tube (120) may be made of a ‘non-woven fabric’ material designed to filter foreign substances contained in water; the material and structure thereof may be suitably applied according to the material and structure selected by the user.
[0042] In the above, the perforated corrugated tube (110) can be formed with an outer end having an asymmetrical shape in the form of an arc and protruding continuously in a spiral manner, made of a material that melts by applied 'ultrasound'; and the configuration and structure can be suitably applied as selected by the user.
[0044] The ultrasonic welding horn (1) of the rotary structure according to this embodiment includes a rotating member (12) that is connected to a rotating shaft (11) and rotates in the same direction and has a circular outer surface, and a plurality of ultrasonic horn protrusions (13) that are formed protruding at intervals on the outer surface of the rotating member (12) and are supplied with power to emit ultrasonic waves and apply pressing pressure.
[0045] That is, the ultrasonic fusion protrusions (13) come into contact with the fusion portion of the fusion material (perforated corrugated tube, filter tube) to be fused, and rotate in conjunction with the linear movement of the fusion material to perform rolling motion.
[0046] At this time, the rotating member (12) is rotated by the rotating shaft (11), so that the ultrasonic mixing protrusions (13) perform stable rolling motion on the fusion material, and also receive power through the control of the control means (200) which controls and supplies power from the power supply unit (210), thereby emitting ultrasonic waves and applying a pressing force at the same time.
[0047] Accordingly, the area where the ultrasonic protrusions (13) come into contact in the above-mentioned fusion material is melted by the heat generated by the ultrasound and simultaneously compressed by the applied pressing pressure, thereby being fused and bonded.
[0048] Accordingly, a welding operation is performed on the welding portion of the above-mentioned welding material in a form where a plurality of welding patterns are arranged in succession with spacing.
[0050] In the above, the ultrasonic fusion protrusions (13) may be made to rotate by receiving frictional resistance due to the linear movement of the fusion material while in contact with the fusion material.
[0051] That is, even if no separate power is applied to the above ultrasonic welding protrusions (13), they rotate while automatically adjusting to a speed that matches the linear movement of the welding material, so that the welding operation can be performed more stably and precisely.
[0053] In the above, the rotating shaft (11) can be driven by the control of the control means (200) to form a rotational force, and the rotational member (12) can be rotated through the rotational force generated by the horn drive motor (14) to form a rotational force, so that the ultrasonic horn protrusions (13) can be in contact with the surface of the fusion material and roll against the fusion material moving in a straight line at a constant speed.
[0054] That is, the rotating member (12) rotates through the horn driving motor (14) and rotates the ultrasonic horn protrusions (13) at a constant speed, so that even if the close distance between the surface of the fusion material and the ultrasonic horn protrusions (13) is adjusted, rotational movement at a constant speed can be achieved.
[0055] Accordingly, excessive compressive force may not be applied to the fused material, thereby improving processing quality.
[0057] The rotational motion application configuration for the ultrasonic mixing protrusions (13) described above can be suitably applied with a rotational motion application configuration selected by the user.
[0059] Meanwhile, the ultrasonic welding device (300) of a perforated corrugated pipe to which the rotary structure ultrasonic welding horn (1) according to the present invention is applied in a dual structure comprises, as shown in FIGS. 9 to 19, a device body (310) having a welding workspace between a supply port to which the perforated corrugated pipe (110) and a filter membrane (121) are supplied and a discharge port configured to discharge the perforated corrugated pipe (110) and the filter membrane (121) with a gap in the direction in which they move from the supply port.
[0060] That is, the perforated corrugated pipe (110) and the filter membrane (121) that are introduced through the supply port of the device body (310) move in a straight line on the fusion workspace during the process of being discharged through the discharge port.
[0062] In the above, the device body (310) may be configured to include a device plate (311) that guides the movement path of the perforated corrugated pipe (110) and the filtration filter membrane (121) with height relative to the floor; the device may be configured as a 'frame structure' in which a plurality of frame members (312) are connected horizontally and vertically, with the device plate (311) coupled to the upper part thereof; the configuration and structure may be appropriately applied as selected by the user.
[0064] In the above, the supply port of the device body (310) may be provided with an alignment means (320) for aligning the perforated corrugated pipe (110) and the filter membrane (121) introduced from the outside so that they are arranged in a fixed position and moved.
[0065] That is, with the perforated corrugated pipe (110) positioned on the upper part of the filter membrane (121) through the alignment means (320), the centerline of the perforated corrugated pipe (110) and the filter membrane (121) can be aligned to guide it toward the discharge side, thereby ensuring stability of the processing operation.
[0067] The alignment means (320) described above may include: an alignment bracket (321) provided on the device body (310) and having alignment holes formed therein that penetrate inwardly and outwardly; a lower support roller (322) which is pivotally coupled to the alignment bracket (321) so as to be able to rotate freely and is supported by having both ends bent upwardly while the filter membrane (121) is unfolded on the upper side; and an upper support roller (323) which is pivotally coupled to the alignment bracket (321) so as to be able to rotate freely while having a gap from the upper side of the lower support roller (322), and which is supported and guided by the upper end of the perforated corrugated tube (110) on the lower side.
[0068] That is, while the perforated corrugated tube (110) and the filter membrane (121) are moving through the alignment holes of the alignment bracket (321), the upper part of the perforated corrugated tube (110) is supported and the lower part of the filter membrane (121) is supported between the lower support roller (322) and the upper support roller (323), and as they are brought close together, the two ends of the filter membrane (121) are aligned so that they are folded upward.
[0069] Accordingly, as the filter membrane (121) passes through the alignment bracket (321), the two ends of the filter membrane (121) may gradually come closer together to wrap around the entire outside of the perforated corrugated tube (110).
[0070] Accordingly, the perforated corrugated tube (110) and the filter membrane (121) can be supplied to the fusion workspace of the device body (2) while in close contact with each other in a fixed position and a fixed position.
[0072] In the above, the device body (310) may be provided with a joining means (330) that guides the two ends of the filter membrane (121) to join along the centerline of the perforated corrugated pipe (110) while they are coming close to each other at the upper end of the perforated corrugated pipe (110) and joining while maintaining a distance from the alignment means (320) in the direction of movement of the perforated corrugated pipe (110) and the filter membrane (121).
[0073] That is, the above joining means (330) can be used to induce the two ends of the filter membrane (121) to overlap at the upper part of the perforated corrugated pipe (110).
[0074] Accordingly, the overlapping portion of the filter membrane (121) supplied from the device body (310) to the fusion workspace is always formed to have a constant width, position, and range, so that the stability of the processing work can be increased.
[0076] The above joining means (330) may include a joining bracket (331) provided on the device body (310) and having a joining hole formed through it from the inside out; and a joining block (332) provided to be vertically raised on the joining bracket (331), with its lower end positioned to coincide with the centerline of the perforated corrugated pipe (110) and its lower end formed as a sharply inclined surface.
[0077] That is, while the filter membrane (121) moves and gradually wraps around the outer side of the perforated corrugated pipe (110) through the alignment means (320) and passes through the joining bracket (331), the two ends of the filter membrane (121) are guided and joined at the bottom of the joining block (332), so that the overlapping portion of the filter membrane (121) can be formed uniformly.
[0079] In the above, the fusion workspace of the device body (310) is provided with a guiding means (340) that supports and guides the outside of the perforated corrugated pipe (110) in the direction of movement while the filter membrane (121) surrounds the outside of the perforated corrugated pipe (110).
[0080] That is, the perforated corrugated tube (110), the filter membrane (121), and the filter tube (120), which are moving in a straight line within the fusion workspace of the device body (310) through the guide means (340), are moved at a constant speed and are moved in a fixed position and posture, thereby ensuring operational stability.
[0082] In the above, the guiding means (340) may be formed in the shape of a ‘tube’ that supports the lower part of the perforated corrugated tube (110), the filter membrane (121), and the filter tube (120) in the fusion work space of the device body (310), and has processing openings (341) formed therein where ultrasonic waves are introduced and a compressive force is applied.
[0083] That is, the guide means (340) is arranged in the device body (310) with a length in the direction of movement of the perforated corrugated tube (110), the filter membrane (121), and the filter tube (120), and the perforated corrugated tube (110), the filter membrane (121), and the filter tube (120) move while penetrating the interior of the guide means (340).
[0084] At this time, ultrasonic and compressive forces are applied respectively within the range where the processing openings (341) are arranged to perform the fusion process.
[0086] The ultrasonic welding device (300) of a perforated corrugated tube in which the ultrasonic welding horn (1) of the rotary structure according to the present embodiment is applied in a dual structure comprises: a first rotary horn means (350) having the rotary horn (1), wherein the perforated corrugated tube (110) and the filter membrane (121) are continuously supplied and moving in a straight line while being wrapped around in the welding work space of the device body (310), and the filter membrane (121) is primarily joined by ultrasonic welding to form a filter tube (120).
[0087] That is, while the filter membrane (121) moves while wrapping around the outside of the perforated corrugated tube (110) through the joining means (330), the portion in contact with the ultrasonic horn protrusions (13) of the rotary horn (1) is melted by heat generated by applying ultrasonic waves to the filter membrane (121) through the first rotary horn means (350) on the processing opening (341) of the guide means (340), and at the same time is compressed and fused together by pressing pressure, thereby forming the filter tube (120).
[0088] At this time, the fusion portion of the above-mentioned filter tube (120) is formed by the ultrasonic fusion protrusions (13) in a certain shape, with 'bonding fusion patterns (P)' arranged in succession.
[0090] The ultrasonic horn protrusions (13) of the rotary horn (1) constituting the first rotary horn unit (350) above may be formed to protrude in the rolling rotation direction from the outer surface of the rotary member (12).
[0091] At this time, the protruding shape of the ultrasonic mixing protrusions (13) can be formed in a 'cuboid' shape; the shape and structure can be suitably applied as a shape and structure selected by the user.
[0093] In addition, the outer surface that contacts the filter membrane (121) at the ultrasonic horn protrusions (13) of the rotary horn (1) constituting the first rotary horn unit (350) is formed as an ‘arc (R)’ having the same shape as the ‘arc’ of the outer circumference of the perforated corrugated tube (110), so that the fusion work can be performed while wrapping more tightly around the filter membrane (121).
[0095] The first rotary horn unit (350) above includes a heat shield (351) that is positioned between the filter membrane (121) and the perforated corrugated tube (110) at the bottom of the rotary horn (1) and is spaced apart so that the ultrasonic waves and compression force transmitted through the rotary horn (1) are not transmitted to the perforated corrugated tube (110) located therebelow.
[0096] That is, during the fusion process at the overlapping portions of both ends of the filter membrane (121), while the ultrasonic and pressing forces by the ultrasonic protrusions (13) of the rotary horn (1) are applied to both ends of the filter membrane (121), the heat shield (351) blocks heat and supports it, so that it is not transmitted to the perforated corrugated pipe (110).
[0097] Accordingly, even if a pressing force is applied to ensure sufficient fusion of the two ends of the filter membrane (121), it is not transmitted to the perforated corrugated tube (110), so no structural damage occurs.
[0098] In addition, through the heat shield (351), heat is generated by receiving the vibration of the ultrasonic waves generated from the rotary horn (1), and the filter membrane (121) is bonded according to the shape and form of the ultrasonic horn protrusion (13) with this heat.
[0101] In the above, the heat shield (351) can be placed at the bottom of the rotary horn (1) while being connected to the joining block (332).
[0102] That is, the filter membrane (121) can be positioned at the bottom of the two ends of the filter membrane (121) by entering the lower part of the two ends of the filter membrane (121) at a portion where the two ends of the filter membrane (121) do not overlap each other, and can be positioned while adjusting the spacing with respect to the perforated corrugated pipe (110), thereby ensuring structural and usage stability.
[0104] In the above, the heat shield (351) may be made of a ‘plate’ made of ‘metal’; and may be formed in an ‘arc’ shape with an outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the perforated corrugated pipe (110); and the configuration and structure may be suitably applied as selected by the user.
[0106] The ultrasonic welding device (300) of a perforated corrugated pipe, in which the rotary structure ultrasonic welding horn (1) according to the present embodiment as described above is applied in a dual structure, comprises: a second rotary horn means (360) equipped with the rotary horn (1), wherein, while the perforated corrugated pipe (110) and the filter tube (120) are continuously moving in a straight line to be discharged from the welding work space to the outside, ultrasonic waves and pressing pressure are applied to the outermost protruding peak portion of the perforated corrugated pipe (110) to melt the outermost protruding peak portion of the perforated corrugated pipe (110) that is in contact with the filter tube (120) to a minimum, and simultaneously, the filter tube (120) is secondarily joined and spot-welded by the applied pressing pressure so that the filter tube (120) is integrated with the outer side of the perforated corrugated pipe (110) through ultrasonic waves without adhesive.
[0107] That is, the second rotary horn means (360) is arranged in succession with a gap from the first rotary horn means (350) in the fusion workspace, thereby realizing a 'dual rotary horn' structure.
[0108] At this time, while the fusion process of the filter tube (120) is performed through the first rotary mixing unit (350), a fusion process is subsequently implemented to integrate the perforated corrugated tube (110) and the filter tube (120) by spot bonding, thereby implementing a bonding method that is not affected by seasonal influences, and thus improving the productivity and manufacturing quality of the double tube (100).
[0109] Accordingly, while the filtration filter membrane (121) surrounding the outside of the perforated corrugated pipe (110) moving linearly in the fusion workspace moves linearly at the same time, the filtration filter pipe (120) is primarily fused, and subsequently, point fusion is secondarily implemented on the contact portion between the perforated corrugated pipe (110) and the fusion-processed filtration filter pipe (120).
[0110] Therefore, the continuity of the fusion process is realized, and manufacturing quality is maximized.
[0112] The ultrasonic horn protrusions (13) of the first rotary horn (1) constituting the second rotary horn unit (360) above may be formed to protrude in a 'cuboid' or 'triangular tooth' shape from the outer surface of the rotary member (12); the shape and structure thereof may be suitably applied as a shape and structure selected by the user.
[0114] The ultrasonic horn protrusions (13) of the first rotary horn (1) constituting the second rotary horn unit (360) above may be formed to protrude in the rolling rotation direction from the outer surface of the rotary member (62) so as to apply minimal pressure to the peak portion of the perforated corrugated tube (110) on the outer surface of the filter tube (120).
[0115] That is, ultrasonic waves are applied while the ultrasonic protrusions (61) of the second rotary horn (6) are compressed against the 'bonding fusion patterns (P)' or the surrounding area in the filter tube (3), so that tiny 'point fusion portions (S)' can be formed at the contact portion between the ridge formed at the outer end of the perforated corrugated tube (2) and the filter tube (3) in the longitudinal direction of the double tube (1).
[0117] In the above, the ultrasonic horn protrusions (61) of the second rotary horn (6) may be formed by arranging them to form a ‘1 row’ on the outer surface of the rotating member (12), or by arranging them in ‘multiple rows’ such as ‘2 rows’ and ‘3 rows’ arranged in parallel with spacing between them.
[0118] That is, the ‘point fusion parts (S)’ arranged in ‘multiple rows’ such as ‘2 rows’ and ‘3 rows’ can each be formed on the overlapping or adjacent sides of the ‘bonding fusion patterns (P)’ formed on the filter tube (120).
[0119] Accordingly, the filtration filter tube (120) can be integrated with respect to the perforated corrugated tube (110) through the ‘point fusion portions (S)’ in which ‘1 point’, ‘2 points’, and ‘multiple points’ are arranged in succession.
[0120] Therefore, even if used for a long period of time, the filtration tube (120) is not completely separated from the perforated corrugated tube (110), so structural and usage stability can be increased.
[0122] In the above, the arrangement configuration and arrangement structure of the ultrasonic horn protrusions (61) on the rotating member (12) of the second rotary horn (6) can be suitably applied as selected by the user.
[0124] The ultrasonic welding device (300) of a perforated corrugated pipe, in which the rotary structure ultrasonic welding horn (1) according to the present embodiment is applied in a dual structure, comprises: a discharge means (370) provided on the discharge side of the device body (310) and configured to form a moving motion pressure for the double pipe (100) manufactured by pulling the fused double pipe outwardly, the perforated corrugated pipe (110) supplied from the outside, and the filtration filter membrane (121).
[0125] That is, the double tube (100) formed and manufactured in the fusion workspace of the device body (310) is discharged to the outside while applying a moving pressure in the direction of movement through the discharge means (370).
[0126] Accordingly, the respective movement of the perforated corrugated tube (110), the filtration filter membrane (121), and the double tube (100) on the device body (310) is stably performed.
[0128] The above discharge means (370) may include: a pair of circulation belts (371) configured to be capable of circulating rotational movement on the outside of the discharge port of the device body (310) and configured to receive moving pressure while circulating rotational movement with a gap between them, with the upper and lower ends of the double pipe (100) contacting each other between them; a circulation motor (372) configured to generate rotational force by receiving power through the control of the control means (200); and a circulation power transmission member (373) configured to receive the rotational force generated from the circulation motor (372) and transmit it to the pair of circulation belts (371) to cause them to circulate rotationally in opposite directions.
[0129] That is, the rotational force generated by the above-mentioned circulation motor (372) being driven through the control of the above-mentioned control means (200) can cause each of the above-mentioned circulation belts (371) to rotate in a circular motion while passing through the above-mentioned circulation power transmission member (373).
[0130] Accordingly, by applying movement pressure to the double tube (100) that is inserted and contacted between the circulation belts (371), movement of the perforated corrugated tube (110), the filtration filter membrane (121), and the double tube (100) on the device body (310) is achieved, and at the same time, the double tube (100) that has been processed is discharged to the outside.
[0132] In addition, at the inlet and outlet sides of the double pipe (100) in the above circulation belts (371), an upper guide roller (374) that supports the upper end of the double pipe (100) and is rotatably provided on the device body (310) and a lower guide roller (375) that supports the lower end of the double pipe (100) are respectively provided so that the double pipe (100) can move more stably.
[0134] The ultrasonic welding horn (1) of a rotary structure according to the present embodiment as described above and the ultrasonic welding device (300) of a perforated corrugated tube to which the same is applied in a dual structure are characterized by the technical configuration in which a pair of ultrasonic welding horns (1), which are configured to weld by simultaneously applying ultrasonic waves and pressing pressure while the ultrasonic welding protrusions (13) are in contact with the welding area to be welded and are rolling rotational motion, are arranged in a 'dual structure' in the welding work space of the device body (310) to integrate the filter tube (120) that surrounds the outside of the perforated corrugated tube (110), and the ultrasonic welding protrusions (13) are supplied with power while in contact / rolling motion with the welding area and weld by simultaneously applying ultrasonic waves and pressing pressure.
