Description

Technology Field

[0001] Various embodiments of the present invention relate to a vinyl recovery device using a whirlwind. Background Technology

[0003] Surface mount technology (SMT) is a technology for mounting surface mounted components (SMCs) on the surface of a printed circuit board. Surface mount technology can be implemented by a mounter that mounts and solders components on the surface of a printed circuit board, and a feeder that supplies surface mounted components in the form of a reel tape to the mounter. The reel tape may include a base on which surface mounted components are placed, and a cover vinyl attached to the base to protect the surface mounted components.

[0004] The feeder may include a reel on which a reel tape is wound. The feeder may transport the reel tape wound on the reel to a mounter. When the reel tape is transported to the mounter, the cover vinyl of the reel tape may be peeled off, allowing surface mount components to be supplied to the mounter, and the peeled cover vinyl may be discharged outside the mounter. A vinyl recovery device may recover the cover vinyl discharged from the mounter. The problem to be solved

[0006] A vinyl recovery device may include a configuration for recovering cover vinyl separated from a reel tape. The configuration for recovering cover vinyl of the vinyl recovery device may require a separate configuration connected to each of a plurality of reel tapes to recover a plurality of reel tapes. For example, the vinyl recovery device may include a roller that recovers the cover vinyl by winding a portion of the cover vinyl and rotating it. The roller may include a plurality of pins on which a plurality of cover vinyls are mounted.

[0007] Since the cover film extends in one direction, the discharge of the cover film may not be smooth when the cover film is collected through a film collection device. For example, the film may get tangled between the rollers, or the film may get tangled on its own, which may hinder smooth discharge through the rollers. When collecting the cover film, malfunction and / or failure may occur due to the tangling of the cover film.

[0008] When recovering multiple cover vinyls through a vinyl recovery device, a process for the multiple cover vinyls may be required. For example, before operating the vinyl recovery device, a process of individually mounting the multiple cover vinyls between multiple pins may be required.

[0009] Various embodiments of this document are vinyl recovery devices utilizing a whirlwind, which can smoothly discharge vinyl by means of a whirlwind and easily recover multiple vinyls.

[0020] FIG. 1 shows a state in which a vinyl recovery device is arranged according to an embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a schematic section view of a vinyl recovery device according to an embodiment.

[0021] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a vinyl recovery device (100) for recovering a cover vinyl (V) of a reel tape (R) supplied to a mounter (200) comprises: a first suction part (110) that transfers the cover vinyl (V), which is separated from the reel tape (R) and introduced into one end (110a), to another end (110b) opposite to the one end (110a) by forming an internal pressure lower than an external pressure; a transfer part (130) connected to the other end (110b) of the first suction part (110), comprising a first opening (131) into which the cover vinyl (V) introduced from the other end (110b) flows in, and a second opening (133) into which the cover vinyl (V) introduced through the first opening (131) flows out; and, inside the transfer part (130), the second It may include a first nozzle (140) that sprays air in a first direction (D1) toward an opening (133), a discharge unit (150) that is connected to the second opening (133) in the first direction (D1) and discharges the cover vinyl (V) transported through the transport unit (130) to the outside, and a plurality of holes (160) that are arranged inside the discharge unit (150) to have an inclination with respect to the first direction (D1) so as to form a tornado inside the discharge unit (150).

[0022] Surface mount technology (SMT) is a technology for mounting surface mounted components (SMC) on the surface of a printed circuit board. Surface mount technology can be implemented by a mounter (200) that mounts and solders components on the surface of a printed circuit board, and a feeder (F) that supplies surface mounted components in the form of a reel tape (R) to the mounter (200). The feeder (F) may include a reel on which the reel tape (R) is wound. The reel tape (R) may include a base (e.g., paper) on which surface mounted components are placed, and a cover vinyl (V) attached to the base to protect the surface mounted components. The feeder (F) may transfer the reel tape (R) wound on the reel to the mounter (200). When the reel tape (R) is transported to the mounter (200), the cover vinyl (V) of the reel tape (R) may be peeled off so that surface-mounted components can be supplied to the mounter (200), and the peeled cover vinyl (V) may be discharged to the outside of the mounter (200). According to one embodiment, the vinyl recovery device (100) can recover the cover vinyl (V) discharged from the mounter (200).

[0023] According to one embodiment, the first suction part (110) can suck up a cover vinyl (V) separated from a reel tape (R) by forming an internal pressure lower than the external pressure. By forming the internal pressure of the first suction part (110) lower than the external pressure, a negative pressure or vacuum can be formed inside the first suction part (110). Due to the negative pressure or vacuum, an airflow path (P) can be formed from one end (110a) of the first suction part (110) toward the other end (110b) opposite to the one end (110a).

[0024] According to one embodiment, the first suction unit (110) may be located at the point where the cover vinyl (V) is discharged from the mounter (200). By forming the internal pressure of the first suction unit (110) lower than the external pressure, the first suction unit (110) can suck the cover vinyl (V) separated from the reel tape (R) into the interior through one end (110a). The cover vinyl (V) introduced through the one end (110a) of the first suction unit (110) can be transferred to the other end (110b) of the first suction unit (110) by an airflow path (P) formed inside the first suction unit (110).

[0025] According to one embodiment, the cover vinyl (V) may be transferred from one end (110a) of the first suction part (110) to the other end (110b) and then flow into the transfer part (130). According to one embodiment, the transfer part (130) may include a first opening (131) and a second opening (133). The first opening (131) may be connected to the other end (110b) of the first suction part (110). The cover vinyl (V) flowed into the one end (110a) of the first suction part (110) may be transferred along the interior of the first suction part (110) to the other end (110b) of the first suction part (110) and then flow into the interior of the transfer part (130) through the first opening (131). The cover vinyl (V) introduced into the interior of the conveying unit (130) through the first opening (131) can be discharged to the discharge port (156) through the second opening (133).

[0026] According to one embodiment, the first nozzle (140) can spray air towards the second opening (133) inside the conveying section (130). For example, the first nozzle (140) can spray air in a first direction (D1) toward the second opening (133) inside the conveying section (130). The first nozzle (140) may be connected to a compressed air supply device (not shown) that supplies compressed air. The compressed air supplied from the compressed air supply device may be sprayed in the first direction (D1) through the first nozzle (140). For example, the first nozzle (140) may include a plurality of nozzles extending in the first direction (D1). The first nozzle (140) can transfer the cover vinyl (V) that has entered the interior of the transfer unit (130) through the first opening (131) to the exterior of the transfer unit (130) through the second opening (133) by spraying compressed air toward the first direction (D1).

[0027] According to one embodiment, the discharge section (150) may provide a path for the cover vinyl (V) transported through the second opening (133) of the transport section (130) to be discharged. According to one embodiment, the discharge section (150) may be connected to the second opening (133) in a first direction (D1) and may extend along the first direction (D1). The discharge section (150) may include a discharge port (156) for discharging the cover vinyl (V) at the end of the first direction (D1). Compressed air sprayed from the first nozzle (140) transports the cover vinyl (V) along the first direction (D1) of the discharge section (150), thereby allowing the cover vinyl (V) to be discharged to the outside of the discharge section (150). The compressed air sprayed from the first nozzle (140) forms an airflow path (P) along the first direction (D1) inside the discharge section (150), thereby allowing the cover vinyl (V) to be transported.

[0028] When a cover vinyl (V) is discharged from a conveying unit (130) through a discharge unit (150), the long-extended cover vinyl (V) may become entangled on its own, preventing it from being discharged from the discharge unit (150) and causing it to accumulate inside the discharge unit (150). In a comparative example, when a vinyl recovery device collects cover vinyl (V) supplied to a plurality of mounters, cover vinyl (V) introduced from different directions may become entangled with each other and accumulate inside the discharge unit. When cover vinyl (V) accumulates inside the discharge unit, the discharge of the cover vinyl (V) is not smooth, which may cause the vinyl recovery device to malfunction and / or fail. In one embodiment, the vinyl recovery device (100) may include a plurality of holes (160) capable of forming a swirling wind inside the discharge unit (150) in order to smoothly discharge the cover vinyl (V) from the discharge unit (150).

[0029] According to one embodiment, a plurality of holes (160) are arranged inside the discharge section (150) and can form a whirlwind inside the discharge section (150). A plurality of holes (160) can form a whirlwind inside the discharge section (150) by being arranged inside the discharge section (150) with respect to a first direction (D1) and having an inclination. The discharge section may be connected to a compressed air supply device that supplies compressed air. Compressed air supplied from the compressed air supply device can be injected into the interior of the discharge section (150) through a plurality of holes (160) facing the interior of the discharge section (150). Since a plurality of holes (160) are arranged inside the discharge section (150) with respect to a first direction (D1) and having an inclination, a whirlwind can be formed when compressed air is injected through the plurality of holes (160). The compressed air sprayed through the plurality of holes (160) is not sprayed in a straight line toward the first direction (D1) in which the discharge section (150) extends, but is sprayed to form a swirling wind, thereby reducing the entanglement of the cover vinyl (V) and reducing the accumulation of the cover vinyl (V) inside the discharge section (150).

[0030] According to one embodiment, a receiving portion (170) for receiving the cover vinyl (V) may be disposed at a location where the cover vinyl (V) is discharged from the discharge portion (150). The receiving portion (170) may be connected to a first direction (D1) of the discharge portion (150) and may receive the cover vinyl (V) discharged from the discharge portion (150). The cover vinyl (V) discharged from the discharge portion (150) may be loaded into the receiving portion (170).

[0031] According to one embodiment, a vinyl recovery device (100) can recover cover vinyl (V) discharged from a plurality of mounters (200). For example, according to one embodiment, a vinyl recovery device (100) can be positioned between two mounters (200) and can recover cover vinyl (V) discharged from two mounters (200). According to one embodiment, a vinyl recovery device (100) may further include a second suction unit (120) for receiving cover vinyl (V) of a reel tape (R) supplied to a mounter (200') positioned on one side, and a first suction unit (110) can receive cover vinyl (V) of a reel tape (R) supplied to a mounter (200) positioned on another side. The second suction unit (120) may be substantially the same as the first suction unit (110). For example, the cover vinyl (V) of the reel tape (R) supplied to the mounter (200') located on one side of the vinyl recovery device (100) can be transferred to the transfer unit (130) through the second suction unit (120), and the cover vinyl (V) of the reel tape (R) supplied to the mounter (200) located on the other side of the vinyl recovery device (100) can be transferred to the transfer unit (130) through the first suction unit (110).

[0032] According to one embodiment, the first suction part (110) and the second suction part (120) may each be connected to the transfer part (130). According to one embodiment, the transfer part (130) may further include a third opening (135) connected to the second suction part (120). The first opening (131) may be connected to the first suction part (110). The cover vinyl (V) introduced through the first suction part (110) and the second suction part (120) may be transferred to the discharge part (150) through the transfer part (130). The transfer part (130) is connected to each of the first suction part (110) and the second suction part (120) and is connected to the discharge part (150), thereby allowing the first suction part (110) and the second suction part (120) to communicate with the discharge part (150).

[0033] According to one embodiment, a plurality of mounters (200) may be arranged in parallel along one direction, and a vinyl recovery device (100) may be arranged between every two mounters (200). A first suction unit (110) and a second suction unit (120) may be positioned at a location where cover vinyl (V) is discharged from two adjacent mounters (200) by facing in opposite directions. For example, the first suction unit (110) may face a second direction (D2) perpendicular to a first direction (D1), and the second suction unit (120) may face a third direction (D3) opposite to the second direction (D2).

[0034] According to one embodiment, the transfer unit (130) may include a first opening (131) connected to a first suction unit (110) and a third opening (135) connected to a second suction unit (120), and the first opening (131) and the third opening (135) may face opposite directions. For example, the first opening (131) may face a second direction (D2), and the third opening (135) may face a third direction (D3). The cover vinyl (V) introduced into the interior of the transfer unit (130) through the first opening (131) and the third opening (135) may be transferred to the discharge unit (150) through the second opening (133) by compressed air sprayed from the first nozzle (140). According to one embodiment, the second opening (133) may be positioned between the first opening (131) and the third opening (135). For example, the transfer unit (130) may be generally T-shaped by the first opening (131), the second opening (133), and the third opening (135) facing in different directions, but is not limited thereto. The first nozzle (140) may be positioned toward the second opening (133). For example, the first nozzle (140) may be positioned between the third opening (135) and the fourth opening.

[0035] According to one embodiment, the vinyl recovery device (100) can recover the cover vinyl (V) of the reel tape (R) supplied to a plurality of mounters (200), so the equipment for operating the entire system can be simplified. For example, if a vinyl recovery device (100) is used for one mounter (200), it may be necessary to provide a vinyl recovery device (100) for each mounter (200) in order to operate the entire system including a plurality of mounters (200). According to one embodiment, the vinyl recovery device (100) is usable for a plurality of mounters (200) (for example, using one vinyl recovery device (100) for every two mounters (200)), so the equipment for the entire system can be simplified. Although FIG. 1 shows one vinyl recovery device (100) placed between two mounters (200), it is not limited thereto. For example, according to one embodiment, a vinyl recovery device (100) may be configured to be usable for three or more mounters (200) through two or more suction parts and a transfer pipe (111) connected to two or more suction parts (e.g., the transfer pipe (111) of FIG. 6).

[0037] FIG. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the discharge section of a vinyl recovery device according to one embodiment.

[0038] Referring to FIG. 3, according to one embodiment, the discharge section (150) may be extended along a first direction (D1). The discharge section (150) may have different cross-sectional areas at different points (e.g., a first point (S1), a second point (S2), a third point (S3)) that are distinct with respect to the first direction (D1). When compressed air sprayed from a first nozzle (e.g., the first nozzle (140) in FIG. 2) flows along the first direction (D1) of the discharge section (150), the flow velocity may change according to the Bernoulli principle as it passes through the different cross-sectional areas of the discharge section (150).

[0039] According to one embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the discharge section (150) at a first point (S1) connected to the second opening (133) of the conveying section (130) may be larger than the cross-sectional area of the discharge section (150) at a third point (S3) between the first point (S1) and the second point (S2) where the cover vinyl (V) is discharged. For example, the diameter (L1) of the discharge section (150) at the first point (S1) may be about 50 mm, and the diameter (L2) of the discharge section (150) at the second point (S2) may be about 45 mm, but is not limited thereto.

[0040] According to one embodiment, when compressed air sprayed from the first nozzle (140) passes through the second point (S2) after passing through the first point (S1), the cross-sectional area of the second point (S2) is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the first point (S1), so according to Bernoulli's principle, the pressure is reduced and the flow velocity can be increased. The cover vinyl (V) being transported along the airflow path (P) formed by the compressed air can be transported at a relatively fast speed when passing through the first point (S1) and the second point (S2). When the cover vinyl (V) is transported along the first direction (D1) of the discharge section (150), the transport speed at the second point (S2), which is spaced apart from the first point (S1) in the first direction (D1), may be greater than the transport speed at the first point (S1). According to one embodiment, a vinyl recovery device (100) can reduce the entanglement of the cover vinyl (V) itself or the entanglement of different cover vinyls (V) with each other by passing the cover vinyl (V) at a high speed at a second point (S2).

[0041] According to one embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the discharge section (150) at the second point (S2) may be larger than the cross-sectional area of the discharge section (150) at the third point (S3). Since the second point (S2) is the point where the cover vinyl (V) that has passed through the third point (S3) is discharged to the outside of the discharge section (150), the cross-sectional area of the discharge section (150) at the second point (S2) needs to be sufficiently large so that the cover vinyl (V) can be discharged smoothly. According to one embodiment, by forming the cross-sectional area of the discharge section (150) at the second point (S2), which is the point where the cover vinyl (V) is discharged, larger than the cross-sectional area of the discharge section (150) at the third point (S3), the entanglement of the cover vinyl (V) is prevented, and the cover vinyl (V) can be discharged smoothly.

[0042] According to one embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the discharge section (150) at the second point (S2) may be the same as the cross-sectional area of the discharge section (150) at the first point (S1). For example, the diameter (L1) of the discharge section (150) at the first point (S1) may be about 50 mm, the diameter (L2) of the discharge section (150) at the second point (S2) may be about 45 mm, and the diameter (L3) of the discharge section (150) at the third point (S3) may be about 50 mm, but is not limited thereto.

[0043] According to one embodiment, a plurality of holes (160) may be placed at a third point (S3). A plurality of holes (160) may be placed at a third point (S3) inside the first body (151) to form a whirlwind inside the discharge section (150). If a plurality of holes (160) are placed at a first point (S1), a whirlwind is formed throughout the discharge section (150), so different cover vinyls (V) may get tangled. If a plurality of holes (160) are placed at a second point (S2), a whirlwind is formed at the point where the cover vinyl (V) is discharged, so the effect of the whirlwind may be very small. According to one embodiment, a plurality of holes (160) may be placed at a third point (S3) so that a whirlwind can be formed at the third point (S3) for smooth transport of the cover vinyl (V).

[0044] According to one embodiment, compressed air sprayed from the first nozzle (140) toward the first direction (D1) may pass through the second opening (133) and flow into the interior of the discharge section (150). As the compressed air sprayed from the first nozzle (140) sequentially passes through the first point (S1), the third point (S3), and the second point (S2) of the discharge section (150), the flow velocity and pressure may change as it passes through different cross-sectional areas. Based on the change in the flow velocity of the compressed air sprayed from the first nozzle (140), the transport speed of the cover vinyl (V) may change. As described above, in order to reduce entanglement of the cover vinyl (V) inside the discharge section (150), the cross-sectional area at the third point (S3) may be smaller than the cross-sectional area at the first point (S1), and in order to smoothly discharge the cover vinyl (V) from the discharge section (150), the cross-sectional area at the second point (S2) may be larger than the cross-sectional area at the third point (S3). According to one embodiment, the discharge section (150) has different cross-sectional areas along the first direction (D1), thereby allowing the cover vinyl (V) to be transported with a relatively small force and allowing the cover vinyl (V) to be discharged smoothly without entanglement.

[0046] FIG. 4a is an exploded view of a vinyl recovery device according to one embodiment, and FIG. 4b is a perspective view of the vinyl recovery device shown in FIG. 4a in a combined state.

[0047] Referring to FIGS. 4a and 4b, the discharge unit (150) may include a first body (151) and a second body (153). According to one embodiment, the discharge unit (150) may include a first body (151) that is connected to a second opening (e.g., second opening (133) of FIG. 2) of a conveying unit (e.g., conveying unit (130) of FIG. 2) and includes a plurality of holes (160), and a second body (153) that is connected to a first direction (D1) of the first body (151) and includes an outlet (156) through which a cover vinyl (V) conveyed from the first body (151) is discharged to the outside of the discharge unit (150).

[0048] According to one embodiment, the first body (151) and the second body (153) may be connected to each other along a first direction (D1). The first body (151) may include a first fixing part (152) connected to a second opening (133) of the transfer unit (130). The first body (151) may be positioned in the first direction (D1) with respect to the second opening (133) of the transfer unit (130) and may be fixed to the second opening (133) through the first fixing part (152). For example, at least a portion of the second opening (133) may be inserted into the interior of the first body (151), and the first fixing part (152) may be positioned at a point in contact with the second opening (133) of the first body (151). With at least a portion of the second opening (133) inserted into the interior of the first body (151), the first body (151) can be fixed to the second opening (133) by the first fixing part (152).

[0049] According to one embodiment, at least a portion of the first body (151) may be inserted into the interior of the second body (153) along the first direction (D1). With the portion of the first body (151) inserted into the interior of the second body (153), the second body (153) and the first body (151) may be joined together. For example, with the portion of the first body (151) inserted into the interior of the second body (153), the first body (151) and the second body (153) may be joined together through the second fixing portion (155) of the second body (153).

[0050] According to one embodiment, the second body (153) may include a compressed air inlet (154) through which compressed air is supplied. For example, a compressed air supply device (not shown) that supplies compressed air and the compressed air inlet (154) of the second body (153) may be connected to each other. The first body (151) may include a first area (151b) corresponding to the compressed air inlet (154) while inserted into the interior of the second body (153), a flange (151a) including a plurality of holes (160), and a second area (151c) distinguished from the first area (151b). The flange (151a) may be positioned at the end of the first direction (D1) of the first body (151). Compressed air introduced through the compressed air inlet (154) can be introduced into the gap (g) between the first area (151b) of the first body (151) and the second body (153). The compressed air introduced into the gap (g) can be injected into the interior of the discharge section (150) by passing through a plurality of holes (160) formed in the flange (151a). When the compressed air is injected into the interior of the discharge section (150) through the plurality of holes (160), a swirling wind can be formed by the inclination of the plurality of holes (160). Although not illustrated, a packing member (e.g., an O-ring) for sealing the first area (151b) may be provided on the outer surface of the second area (151c). The first area (151b) can be sealed by the packing member and the flange (151a). Compressed air introduced into the gap (g) through the compressed air inlet (154) can be retained in the gap by means of the packing member and flange (151a).

[0052] FIG. 5a is a perspective view of the first body of the discharge section (150) of the vinyl recovery device according to one embodiment, FIG. 5b is a transparent view of FIG. 5a, and FIG. 5c is a view taken from B of FIG. 5a.

[0053] Referring to FIG. 5a, a plurality of holes (160) may be arranged at regular intervals along the circumferential direction of a flange (151a) disposed at the end of a first body (151). For example, the first body (151) may include eight holes (160) spaced at regular intervals along the circumferential direction of the flange (151a), and the eight holes (160) may be formed by penetrating the flange (151a). Compressed air introduced through the compressed air inlet (154) may pass through the plurality of holes (160) and be injected into the interior of a discharge section (e.g., discharge section (150) of FIG. 2).

[0054] Referring to FIG. 5b, a plurality of holes (160) may extend with an inclination with respect to a first direction (D1) within the flange (151a). When compressed air is injected into the interior of the discharge section (150) through the plurality of holes (160), it may be injected in the direction in which the plurality of holes (160) extend. When the first body (151) shown in FIG. 5b is viewed from B, the plurality of holes (160) may each extend toward different directions, and the air injected into the interior of the discharge section (150) through the plurality of holes (160) may form a swirling wind inside the discharge section (150).

[0055] Referring to FIG. 5c, a plurality of holes (160) may have an inclination with respect to a generatrix (X) of the discharge section (150). The generatrix (X) may represent an imaginary straight line forming the inner surface of the discharge section (150). For example, the generatrix (X) may be an imaginary straight line extending perpendicularly to the circumferences forming the inner surface of the discharge section (150). According to one embodiment, since the cross-sectional area of the first body (151) may have different cross-sectional areas at different points distinguished with respect to the first direction (D1), the generatrix (X) of the discharge section (150) may extend toward the same center (C). For example, the cross-sectional area at the point connected to the second opening of the first body (151) (e.g., the second opening (133) in FIG. 2) may be larger than the cross-sectional area of the flange (151a) placed at the end of the first body (151). According to one embodiment, the busbar (X) of the discharge section (150) at each of the plurality of holes (160) may be extended toward the same center (C).

[0056] According to one embodiment, a plurality of holes (160) may have an angle of inclination (θ) with respect to the main line (X) of the discharge section (150). A plurality of holes (160) may have the same angle of inclination (θ) with respect to the main line (X) of the discharge section (150) at each position. If the angle of inclination (θ) is too small, it may be difficult to substantially form a swirling wind, and if the angle of inclination (θ) is too large, it may be difficult to form an airflow path (P) that transports the cover vinyl (V) in the first direction (D1). The angle of inclination (θ) may be an angle that can form a swirling wind capable of smoothly transporting the cover vinyl (V) inside the discharge section (150). For example, the angle of inclination (θ) may be about 5 to 20 degrees, but is not limited thereto.

[0057] According to one embodiment, compressed air sprayed from a plurality of holes (160) is sprayed so as to cross each other toward the center (C) of the discharge section (150), thereby forming a swirling wind generally directed toward a first direction (D1) inside the discharge section (150). Since the cover vinyl (V) is transported along the airflow path (P) inside the discharge section (150), the cover vinyl (V) can be discharged smoothly without tangling due to the swirling wind formed inside the discharge section (150).

[0059] FIG. 6 is a partial cross-sectional view showing the suction part and the conveying part of a vinyl recovery device (100) according to one embodiment. FIG. 6 corresponds to an enlarged view of part A of FIG. 2.

[0060] Referring to FIG. 6, the first suction part (110) may include a transfer pipe (111) into which a cover vinyl (V) is introduced and into which the introduced cover vinyl (V) is transported, and a connecting member (113) disposed between the transfer pipe (111) and the first opening (131) and including a plurality of second nozzles (115) that connect the transfer pipe (111) and the first opening (131) and spray air toward the first opening (131).

[0061] According to one embodiment, the cover vinyl (V) separated from the reel tape (R) can be transported through the transport pipe (111). One end (110a) of the transport pipe (111) is positioned at the location where the cover vinyl (V) is discharged, and the other end (110b) of the transport pipe (111) can be connected to the first opening (131) of the transport section (130). According to one embodiment, the vinyl recovery device (100) can freely adjust the position and shape of the transport pipe (111) so as to recover the cover vinyl (V) discharged from a plurality of mounters (200). According to one embodiment, the transport pipe (111) may include a flexible material.

[0062] According to one embodiment, a connecting member (113) is disposed between a transfer pipe (111) and a first opening (131) to connect the transfer pipe (111) and the first opening (131). The transfer pipe (111) can be connected to a transfer section (130) through the connecting member (113). The connecting member (113) can prevent compressed air from leaking by packing between the transfer pipe (111) and the transfer section (130).

[0063] According to one embodiment, a plurality of second nozzles (115) are disposed in a connecting member (113) and can spray compressed air from a transfer pipe (111) toward a first opening (131). By the compressed air sprayed from the second nozzles (115), an airflow path can be formed from one end of the first suction part (110) (e.g., one end (110a) in FIG. 2) toward another end (e.g., other end (110b) in FIG. 2). The plurality of second nozzles (115) can transport a cover vinyl (V) to the transfer part (130) by forming a negative pressure or vacuum in the transfer pipe (111).

[0064] According to one embodiment, the connecting member (113) may include a region (113b) coupled to the transfer pipe (111) and a shrinking region (113a) in which the cross-sectional area is reduced. A plurality of second nozzles (115) may be positioned inside the shrinking region (113a) so as to face the center of the connecting member (113) and may be spaced apart from each other. For example, the shrinking region (113a) may have a shape in which the cross-sectional area is gradually reduced in the direction in which the cover vinyl (V) is transferred. A plurality of second nozzles (115) may face the center of the connecting member (113) by being positioned in the shrinking region (113a). Since the plurality of second nozzles (115) face the center of the connecting member (113), compressed air sprayed from the plurality of second nozzles (115) may be sprayed toward the center of the connecting member (113). By injecting compressed air towards the center of the connecting member (113) through the second nozzles (115), an airflow path (P) toward the center of the connecting member (113) can be formed inside the transfer pipe (111). According to one embodiment, when the cover vinyl (V) is transported inside the transfer pipe (111), it can be moved toward the center of the connecting member (113) by the airflow path (P) toward the center of the connecting member (113). Since the cover vinyl (V) is moved toward the center of the connecting member (113), it can be transported inside the transfer pipe (111) in a floated state toward the center.

[0065] When compressed air sprayed from multiple second nozzles (115) is sprayed in a straight line toward the first opening (131), the cover vinyl (V) can be transported in contact with the inner surface of the transport pipe (111). When the cover vinyl (V) is transported in contact with the inner surface of the transport pipe (111), the cover vinyl (V) may not be transported smoothly due to friction between the cover vinyl (V) and the inner surface.

[0066] According to one embodiment, a plurality of second nozzles (115) are disposed in the contraction area (113a) of the connecting member (113), so that when the cover vinyl (V) is transported inside the transfer pipe (111), it can be transported in a state of being lifted toward the center inside the transfer pipe (111) without contacting the inner surface of the transfer pipe (111). According to one embodiment, by minimizing contact between the cover vinyl (V) and the inner surface of the transfer pipe (111), the transport of the cover vinyl (V) can be performed smoothly.

[0068] FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the cover and the first nozzle of a vinyl recovery device according to one embodiment.

[0069] Referring to FIG. 7, the transfer section (130) includes a cover (137) that accommodates a first nozzle (140), and the cover (137) may include an opening (138) connected to the first nozzle (140) to discharge compressed air, and an outer wall (139) that separates the internal space of the transfer section (e.g., the transfer section (130) of FIG. 2) through which the cover vinyl (V) is transferred from the space where the first nozzle (140) is placed.

[0070] According to one embodiment, the cover (137) may accommodate a first nozzle (140) inside. When compressed air is ejected from the first nozzle (140), noise may be generated by the compressed airflow path (P). The cover (137) may reduce the noise generated from the compressed air ejected from the first nozzle (140) by covering the first nozzle (140) that ejects the compressed air.

[0071] According to one embodiment, the cover (137) may include a compressed air inlet (137a) into which compressed air is introduced and an internal space (137b) between the compressed air inlet (137a) and the first nozzle (140). Compressed air may be supplied from a compressed air supply device (not shown) through the compressed air inlet (137a). Compressed air may be introduced into the internal space (137b) through the compressed air inlet (137a). As the compressed air expands through the internal space (137b), it is supplied to the first nozzle (140) and may be injected into the interior of the conveying unit (130) in a first direction (D1). Since the compressed air may partially expand in the internal space (137b), noise may be reduced when injected through the first nozzle (140).

[0072] According to one embodiment, the first nozzle (140) may include a plurality of nozzles spaced apart from each other. The plurality of nozzles may be arranged along a fourth direction perpendicular to the first direction (D1). A groove (137c) communicating with an internal space (137b) may be formed between the plurality of nozzles. Since compressed air can flow into the groove (137c), the groove (137c) may provide a space in which the compressed air can expand. According to one embodiment, noise may be reduced by mitigating the rapid expansion of the compressed air through the groove (137c).

[0073] According to one embodiment, compressed air sprayed from the first nozzle (140) can be sprayed into the interior of the conveying unit (130) through the opening (138) of the cover (137). The opening (138) can be formed along a fourth direction. For example, the opening (138) can be adjacent to the part where the compressed air is sprayed from the first nozzle (140) and extend in the fourth direction.

[0074] According to one embodiment, the outer wall (139) may have a rounded shape extending from the first opening (e.g., the first opening (131) in FIG. 2) toward the second opening (e.g., the second opening (133) in FIG. 2). For example, when the first opening (131) and the second opening (133) are perpendicular to each other, the outer wall (139) may have an arc shape approximately equivalent to a quarter circle. When the transfer unit (130) includes the first opening (131) and the third opening (135), the outer wall (139) may include a rounded portion extending from the first opening (131) toward the second opening (133) and a rounded portion extending from the third opening (135) toward the second opening (133). According to one embodiment, the noise reduction effect can be improved by the outer wall (139) having a rounded shape.

[0075] If the first nozzle (140) is directly exposed to the inside of the transfer pipe (111) without the cover (137), noise may occur due to the rapid expansion of the compressed air when the compressed air is injected into the inside of the transfer pipe (111). According to one embodiment, the noise can be reduced by the cover (137) covering the first nozzle (140). According to one embodiment, the noise can be reduced because the compressed air expands partially in the internal space (137b) of the cover (137) before being injected through the first nozzle (140).

[0077] FIG. 8 illustrates an example of the operation of a vinyl recovery device according to one embodiment.

[0078] Referring to FIG. 8, a vinyl recovery device (e.g., vinyl recovery device (100) of FIG. 2) according to one embodiment may further include a control unit (e.g., control unit (190) of FIG. 1) operatively connected to a mounter (e.g., mounter (200) of FIG. 1), and the control unit (190) may be configured to operate the vinyl recovery device (100) in response to identifying the operation of the mounter (200), and to stop the operation of the vinyl recovery device (100) in response to identifying the cessation of the operation of the mounter (200).

[0079] In operation 801, the operation of the mounter (200) may be initiated. When the operation of the mounter (200) is initiated, the feeder (e.g., feeder (F) of FIG. 1) may feed a reel tape (e.g., reel tape (R) of FIG. 1) to the mounter (200), and a cover vinyl (e.g., cover vinyl (V) of FIG. 1) separated from the reel tape (R) may be discharged.

[0080] In operation 803, the operation of the vinyl recovery device (100) may be initiated in response to identifying the operation of the mounter (200). A control unit (190) operatively connected to the mounter (200) may operate the vinyl recovery device (100) in response to identifying the operation of the mounter (200). According to one embodiment, the control unit (190) may control the overall operation of the vinyl recovery device (100). For example, the control unit (190) may operate an air supply device that supplies compressed air to a first nozzle (e.g., the first nozzle (140) of FIG. 1), a plurality of second nozzles (e.g., a plurality of second nozzles (115) of FIG. 6) and / or a plurality of holes (e.g., a plurality of holes (160) of FIG. 2) in order to form the internal pressure of the vinyl recovery device (100) lower than the external pressure.

[0081] In operation 805, the vinyl recovery device (100) can identify whether the operation of the mounter (200) has stopped. If the operation of the mounter (200) has stopped, in operation 807, the operation of the vinyl recovery device (100) may be stopped. The control unit (190) may stop the operation of the vinyl recovery device (100) in response to identifying the cessation of the operation of the mounter (200). If the mounter (200) continues to operate, the vinyl recovery device (100) may continue to operate.

[0082] According to one embodiment, the control unit (190) can control the operation of the vinyl recovery device (100) based on the operation of the mounter (200). According to one embodiment, the control unit (190) can recover the cover vinyl (V) discharged from the mounter (200) by operating the vinyl recovery device (100) when the vinyl recovery device (100) is operated. When the operation of the mounter (200) is initiated, the vinyl recovery device (100) can start operating to recover the cover vinyl (V) without operating the vinyl recovery device (100) separately. According to one embodiment, the control unit (190) can prevent the vinyl recovery device (100) from operating in a situation where the recovery of the cover vinyl (V) is unnecessary by stopping the operation of the vinyl recovery device (100) when the operation of the vinyl recovery device (100) is stopped.

[0084] FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the discharge section of a vinyl recovery device according to one embodiment, and FIG. 10 shows a plurality of guides of a vinyl recovery device according to one embodiment.

[0085] Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, a vinyl recovery device (e.g., vinyl recovery device (100) of FIG. 2) according to one embodiment may include a plurality of guides (180) that form a tornado inside the discharge section (150) by being positioned inside the discharge section (150) so as to have an inclination with respect to a first direction (D1).

[0086] According to one embodiment, a plurality of guides (180) are disposed on the inner surface of the discharge section (150) to guide the flow of compressed air sprayed from a first nozzle (e.g., the first nozzle (140) of FIG. 2). According to one embodiment, when compressed air is sprayed from the first nozzle (140) toward a first direction (D1), the compressed air can be introduced into the interior of the discharge section (150) through the second opening (133) of the transfer section (130). An airflow path (P) can be formed according to the flow of compressed air, and the cover vinyl (V) can be transferred by the airflow path (P). Since compressed air is sprayed from the first nozzle (140) toward a first direction (D1), when the compressed air is introduced into the interior of the discharge section (150), an airflow path (P) toward the first direction (D1) can be formed. According to one embodiment, when compressed air passes through the interior of the discharge section (150), the airflow path (P) is guided by a plurality of guides (180), thereby forming a swirling wind inside the discharge section (150).

[0087] If the plurality of guides (180) are positioned too close to the second opening (133), a swirling wind may form before the conveying speed of the cover vinyl (V) increases, causing the cover vinyl (V) to become tangled. If the plurality of guides (180) are positioned too far from the second opening (133), the area where the swirling wind is formed inside the discharge section (150) may be too narrow. According to one embodiment, the plurality of guides (180) may be positioned at a point where the flow velocity of the compressed air passing through the discharge section (150) increases. For example, the plurality of guides (180) may be positioned at the end of the first body (151). As another example, the plurality of guides (180) may be positioned at a point where the cross-sectional area of the discharge section (150) decreases (e.g., the third point (S3) in FIG. 3). According to one embodiment, a plurality of guides (180) are positioned at a point where the cross-sectional area of the discharge section (150) decreases, thereby allowing a whirlwind to be formed at a point where the conveying speed of the cover vinyl (V) increases.

[0088] According to one embodiment, a plurality of guides (180) may have an inclination with respect to the main line (X) of the discharge section (150) within the discharge section (150). The main line (X) may represent an imaginary line extending in a first direction (D1) along the inner surface of the first body (151). The plurality of guides (180) may have the same angle of inclination (θ) with respect to the main line (X) of the discharge section (150) at each position. The plurality of guides (180) may be arranged in a radial pattern overall.

[0089] According to one embodiment, the airflow path (P) toward the first direction (D1) can be altered by a plurality of guides (180) having an inclination with respect to the main line (X) of the discharge section (150). Compressed air sprayed from the first nozzle (140) can form a swirling wind toward the center (C) of the discharge section (150) as it passes through the plurality of guides (180). By forming a swirling wind inside the discharge section (150) by the compressed air sprayed from the first nozzle (140), the entanglement of the cover vinyl (V) can be reduced. According to one embodiment, the swirling wind formed by the plurality of guides (180) can smoothly transport the cover vinyl (V).

[0090] According to one embodiment, a plurality of guides (180) may be arranged adjacent to a point where a plurality of holes (160) are arranged in the discharge section (150). Referring to FIG. 9, a plurality of holes (160) may be arranged at the end of the first body (151) of the discharge section (150), and a plurality of guides (180) may be arranged adjacent to a point where a plurality of holes (160) are arranged in the discharge section (150). According to one embodiment, the vinyl recovery device (100) can easily form a whirlwind by means of a plurality of holes (160) and a plurality of guides (180).

[0092] According to one embodiment, a vinyl recovery device (e.g., a vinyl recovery device (100) of FIG. 1) for recovering a cover vinyl (e.g., a cover vinyl (V) of FIG. 1) of a reel tape (e.g., a reel tape (R) of FIG. 1) supplied to a mounter (e.g., a mounter (200) of FIG. 1) may include a first suction part (e.g., a first suction part (110) of FIG. 2), a transfer part (e.g., a transfer part (130) of FIG. 2), a first nozzle (e.g., a first nozzle (140) of FIG. 2), a discharge part (e.g., a discharge part (150) of FIG. 2), and a plurality of holes (e.g., a plurality of holes (160) of FIG. 2). According to one embodiment, the first suction part can transfer the cover vinyl, which has been separated from the reel tape and introduced into one end (e.g., one end (110a) in FIG. 2), to another end (e.g., another end (110b) in FIG. 2) opposite to the one end by forming a negative pressure or vacuum inside. According to one embodiment, the transfer part may be coupled to the other end of the first suction part and may include a first opening (e.g., first opening (131) in FIG. 2) through which the cover vinyl is introduced from the other end and a second opening (e.g., second opening (133) in FIG. 2) through which the cover vinyl introduced through the first opening is discharged. According to one embodiment, the first nozzle may spray air in a first direction (e.g., first direction (D1) in FIG. 2) toward the second opening inside the transfer part. According to one embodiment, the discharge portion is coupled to the second opening in the first direction and can discharge the cover vinyl conveyed through the conveying portion to the outside. According to one embodiment, the plurality of holes are positioned inside the discharge portion to have an inclination with respect to the first direction, thereby forming a tornado inside the discharge portion.

[0093] According to one embodiment, the plurality of holes may have a slope with respect to the generatrix of the discharge portion (e.g., generatrix (X) in FIG. 5c).

[0094] According to one embodiment, the vinyl recovery device may further include a receiving portion (e.g., the receiving portion (170) of FIG. 1) that is coupled to the first direction of the discharge portion and stores the cover vinyl discharged from the discharge portion.

[0095] According to one embodiment, the first suction part may include a transfer pipe (e.g., the transfer pipe (111) of FIG. 6) and a plurality of second nozzles (e.g., the plurality of second nozzles (115) of FIG. 6). According to one embodiment, the cover vinyl may be introduced into the transfer pipe, and the introduced cover vinyl may be transferred. According to one embodiment, the connecting member may include a plurality of second nozzles (e.g., the plurality of second nozzles (115) of FIG. 6) positioned between the transfer pipe and the first opening to connect the transfer pipe and the first opening and to spray air toward the first opening.

[0096] According to one embodiment, the transfer pipe may be made of a flexible material.

[0097] According to one embodiment, the connecting member may include a shrinkage region in which the cross-sectional area is reduced. According to one embodiment, the plurality of second nozzles may be positioned inside the shrinkage region so as to face the center of the connecting member and may be spaced apart from each other.

[0098] According to one embodiment, the conveying unit may include a cover (e.g., cover (137) of FIG. 7) that accommodates the first nozzle. According to one embodiment, the cover may include an opening (e.g., opening (138) of FIG. 7) and an outer wall (e.g., outer wall (139) of FIG. 7). According to one embodiment, the opening may be coupled with the first nozzle to discharge compressed air. According to one embodiment, the outer wall may separate the internal space of the conveying unit from the space in which the first nozzle is placed.

[0099] According to one embodiment, the outer wall may have a rounded shape extending from the first opening toward the second opening.

[0100] According to one embodiment, the discharge portion may include a first body (e.g., the first body (151) of FIG. 3) and a second body (e.g., the second body (153) of FIG. 3). According to one embodiment, the first body may be coupled to the second opening of the conveying portion and may include the plurality of holes. According to one embodiment, the second body may be coupled to the first direction of the first body and may include an outlet (e.g., the outlet (156) of FIG. 2) through which the cover vinyl conveyed from the first body is discharged to the outside of the discharge portion.

[0101] According to one embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the discharge portion at a first point of the discharge portion connected to the second opening (e.g., first point (S1) in FIG. 3)) may be larger than the cross-sectional area of the discharge portion at a third point (e.g., third point (S3) in FIG. 3) between the first point and the second point (e.g., second point (S2) in FIG. 3) where the cover vinyl is discharged.

[0102] According to one embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the discharge portion at the second point may be larger than the cross-sectional area of the discharge portion at the third point.

[0103] According to one embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the discharge portion at the third point may be the same as the cross-sectional area of the discharge portion at the first point.

[0104] According to one embodiment, the plurality of holes may be located at the third point.

[0105] According to one embodiment, the vinyl recovery device may be located between two of the mounters. According to one embodiment, the vinyl recovery device may further include a second suction unit. According to one embodiment, the second suction unit may receive the cover vinyl of the reel tape supplied to the mounter located on one side. According to one embodiment, the first suction unit may receive the cover vinyl of the reel tape supplied to the mounter located on another side.

[0106] According to one embodiment, the transfer portion may further include a third opening (e.g., the third opening (135) of FIG. 2) connected to the second suction portion. According to one embodiment, the first opening may be coupled to the first suction portion.

[0107] According to one embodiment, the second opening may be located between the first opening and the third opening.

[0108] According to one embodiment, the first nozzle may be located between the first opening and the third opening.

[0109] According to one embodiment, the vinyl recovery device may further include a control unit (e.g., the control unit (190) of FIG. 1) operatively connected to the mounter.
