Description

Technology Field

[0001] The contents disclosed in this specification relate to an automatic seeding device, and more specifically, to an automatic seeding device that automatically sows seeds. Background Technology

[0002] Unless otherwise indicated in this specification, the contents described in this identification item are not prior art for the claims of this application, and are not recognized as prior art simply because they are described in this identification item.

[0003] Generally, to sow seeds including rice seeds, a method is used in which multiple sowing machines are arranged in both directions and then moved to the soil using a conveying means including a tractor.

[0004] However, while using planters arranged in long rows on both sides allows for sowing in a short time, there is a disadvantage in that disassembly or the use of a transport vehicle with a large loading space is required to move the planters to another location after the sowing operation is completed.

[0005] In addition, when using a seeder in relatively small soil areas, there is a disadvantage in that it must be reassembled to reduce the size of the seeder or an additional small seeder must be provided.

[0006] In this regard, Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0783630 discloses a method for direct seeding of rice, and Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1490866 discloses a machine for laying a covering for farmland conversion and direct seeding of dry paddy fields.

[0007] However, existing inventions do not disclose a technology for conveniently adjusting the size of a seeder according to the environment in which it is used. Prior art literature

[0008] Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0783630 Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1490866 The problem to be solved

[0009] The invention provides an automatic seeding device capable of folding into a zigzag shape through driving and automatically sowing a fixed quantity of seeds periodically.

[0010] Furthermore, it is evident that the technical challenges are not limited to those described above, and that other technical challenges may be derived from the following description. means of solving the problem

[0011] According to one embodiment of the disclosed content, the automatic seeding device comprises a main body portion formed to be connected to an external power source, and a seeding unit that is coupled to the main body portion to receive the external power source and is coupled to allow rotation of one side, and includes a plurality of seeding units that are driven by the external power source to periodically sow seeds. The plurality of seeding units are connected so that gears formed on each of them mesh with each other while arranged in one side, thereby enabling power transmission to one another. When a portion of the plurality of seeding units is rotated and overlapped, and folded in a zigzag shape at a position adjacent to the main body portion, the gears formed on each of the plurality of seeding units are separated from each other.

[0012] Additionally, each of the plurality of seeding units may include a frame extending in one direction, a seeder coupled to the frame in a spaced-apart manner along the extension direction of the frame and formed to discharge internal seeds to the rear through driving, and a drive shaft extending in one direction while penetrating the seeder, connected to the external power source, and formed to transmit power to the seeder by rotating around the extension direction as an axis.

[0013] In addition, each of the plurality of seeding units may further include a clutch gear coupled to the end of the drive shaft protruding at a position corresponding to the plurality of seeding units.

[0014] In addition, each of the plurality of seeding units may further include a roller that is coupled to rotate with a bracket connected to the frame and positioned at the rear of the seeder to be in close contact with the ground.

[0015] In addition, each of the plurality of seeding units may further include a floating member formed so as to extend upward and downward at one end and coupled to the frame between the seeders, and formed in the shape of a plate extending forward and backward from the lower end at the other end and adhering to the ground.

[0016] Additionally, the seeder may include a case formed such that the internal space is opened through a lower opening; a distribution container formed in the shape of a cylinder extending to both sides and coupled to the drive shaft penetrating the center of both sides within the internal space, and having a plurality of storage grooves formed on the outer surface spaced apart from each other along the rotational direction of the drive shaft; and a brush disposed at the bottom of the distribution container and pivotally coupled to the case so as to rotate in the opposite direction to the distribution container to separate seeds remaining in the storage grooves toward the opening.

[0017] Additionally, the case may include a lower opening formed in a tubular shape extending obliquely toward the rear and lower, a seed distribution section formed in a curved shape such that the front surface is formed in a shape such that the distance from the distribution container gradually increases in proportion to the distance extending downward along the direction opposite to the rotational direction of the distribution container, and the rear surface is formed in a curved shape such that the distance from the distribution container gradually increases in proportion to the distance extending upward, and a storage section coupled to the upper part of the seed distribution section such that the internal storage space is open toward the lower side and communicates only with one or more of the plurality of storage grooves.

[0018] In addition, one end of the above case may be made of an elastic material and connected to the upper part of the seed distribution unit between the back surface of the seed distribution unit and the distribution container, and the other end may further include a blocking part that extends obliquely from the one end toward the front lower side by a predetermined distance and is in close contact with the distribution container.

[0019] Additionally, the seeder may further include a lower pulley positioned on the outer side of the seed distribution unit and protruding from the side of the brush and coupled to a shaft penetrating the seed distribution unit; an upper pulley positioned on the upper side of the lower pulley and protruding from the center of the side of the distribution container and coupled to a drive shaft penetrating the seed distribution unit; and a drive belt formed in a shape surrounding the lower pulley and the upper pulley and configured to drive in engagement with the lower pulley and the upper pulley.

[0020] In addition, when the plurality of seeding units are arranged to one side by rotating the plurality of seeding units, the frames formed on each of the plurality of seeding units can be joined so as to be detachably attached while in close contact with each other. Effects of the invention

[0021] According to one embodiment disclosed in this specification, the automatic seeding device has the advantage of being driven simultaneously by a single power source because the first to sixth seeding units, which are coupled to be rotatable with each other, are connected via a clutch gear while in an unfolded state.

[0022] In addition, since the first to sixth seeding units of the automatic seeding device rotate and fold in a zigzag shape toward the rear of the main body, convenience is improved when using the automatic seeding device in a small area of soil or transporting it to another area.

[0023] In addition, the automatic seeding device has the advantage that seeds are stably stored in the storage grooves of the distribution container due to the shape of the seed distribution section surrounding the distribution container, and any seeds remaining that are not discharged from the storage grooves are separated from the distribution container by a brush, thereby periodically discharging a consistent amount of seeds to the outside of the seeder.

[0024] Furthermore, since the effects of the present invention described above are naturally exerted by the composition of the described content regardless of whether the inventor is aware of them, the aforementioned effects are merely a few effects based on the described content and should not be recognized as having described all effects that the inventor has grasped or that actually exist. In addition, the effects of the present invention must be further understood through the overall description of the specification, and even if not explicitly stated in a sentence, if a person with ordinary knowledge in the technical field to which the described content belongs can recognize that such an effect exists through this specification, it should be considered as an effect described in this specification. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0026] Hereinafter, the configuration, operation, and effects of an automatic seeding device according to a preferred embodiment will be examined with reference to the attached drawings. For reference, in the drawings below, each component is omitted or schematically depicted for convenience and clarity, and the size of each component does not reflect its actual size. Additionally, throughout the specification, the same reference numerals refer to the same components, and reference numerals for the same components in individual drawings will be omitted.

[0027] The automatic seeding device (100) includes a main body (200) and a seeding part (400).

[0028] The automatic seeding device (100) is connected to an external power source and, while moving, periodically discharges various types of seeds, including rice seeds, toward the soil to germinate the seeds, thereby automatically driving the seeding operation.

[0029] Before driving the automatic seeding device (100), the multiple seeders included in the seeding unit (400) are spread out and arranged in a long, spaced-out manner from one side to the other, and the seeds are automatically discharged while moving forward by external power received from the tractor's PTO (Power Take-off) or the universal joint (50) connected to the tractor's PTO.

[0030] Additionally, after the automatic seeding device (100) completes the seeding operation, the seeding units including multiple seeders are zigzag-folded toward the rear, and the shape of the folded seeding units is transformed into a rectangle in which the length between the two sides is relatively reduced and the front-to-rear length is relatively long compared to the unfolded state.

[0031] As the multiple seeding units of the automatic seeding device (100) are folded and the length extended on both sides is reduced, the automatic seeding device (100) has the advantage of being converted into a state that is convenient to move or store on the road.

[0032] Conversely, the multiple zigzag-folded seeding units are unfolded by motors driven by the operator's manipulation before the automatic seeding device (100) is operated, and the multiple seeding units connected by gears are operated simultaneously by a single external power source transmitted from the tractor's PTO.

[0033] The automatic seeding device (100) is connected to a means of transport including a tractor and moves forward or backward, and when it receives a single external power provided by the means of transport, a plurality of seeders are operated by the single external power to carry out the seeding operation.

[0034] The main body (200) includes a main body (220) and a gearbox (240), and the seeding unit (400) includes a first seeding unit (410), a second seeding unit (430), a third seeding unit (450), a fourth seeding unit (460), a fifth seeding unit (470), and a sixth seeding unit (480).

[0035] The main body (200) is positioned in the center and connected to the rear of a means of transport including a tractor, and receives external power provided by the means of transport and transmits power to a plurality of first to sixth seeding units (410, 430, 450, 460, 470, 480) positioned on both sides.

[0036] Specifically, the main body (220) is formed in the shape of a cuboid that is extended long on both sides, and a storage space or battery is placed inside, and a control panel is formed to control the folding or unfolding operation of a plurality of first to sixth seeding units (410, 430, 450, 460, 470, 480).

[0037] A station for mounting a drone used for farming may be formed on the upper part of the main body (220), and a station for mounting a drone for seed capsule sowing disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2023-0087950 may be installed.

[0038] Through this, the automatic seeding device (100) can greatly improve seeding efficiency by operating together with a plurality of first to sixth seeding units (410, 430, 450, 460, 470, 480) and a seed capsule seeding drone. In particular, in soil of a small area where it is difficult for the automatic seeding device (100) to seed, the seed capsule seeding drone can seed the seeds, thereby overcoming the limitations of the plurality of first to sixth seeding units (410, 430, 450, 460, 470, 480).

[0039] Additionally, the control panel of the main body (220) is wirelessly connected to an external server or terminal, and cameras may be installed at the front and rear, allowing for remote control of the automatic seeding device (100) while securing a field of view around the automatic seeding device (100) through the terminal and the cameras while the operator is located at a distance where it is difficult to observe the automatic seeding device (100).

[0040] The gearbox (240) is formed in the shape of a cuboid and is coupled to the lower part of the main body (220), and the front central part is coupled to a universal joint (50) connected to the tractor PTO, and when it receives external power from the tractor PTO, it is driven to transmit power to a plurality of first to sixth seeding units (410, 430, 450, 460, 470, 480) on both sides.

[0041] The sowing unit (400) includes a first sowing unit (410), a second sowing unit (430), a third sowing unit (450), a fourth sowing unit (460), a fifth sowing unit (470), and a sixth sowing unit (480).

[0042] Multiple first to sixth seeding units (410, 430, 450, 460, 470, 480) are spread out on both sides and, as they are moved forward by a means of transport, periodically discharge seeds to the outside through external power received from the means of transport.

[0043] In addition, the plurality of first to sixth seeding units (410, 430, 450, 460, 470, 480) are rotated by their own driving, causing the plurality of second, third, fifth, and sixth seeding units (430, 450, 470, 480) to fold in a zigzag shape toward the rear of the main body (200), and the length between the two sides is reduced and the front and rear lengths are increased.

[0044] When the multiple first to sixth seeding units (410, 430, 450, 460, 470, 480) are folded together, the automatic seeding device (100) has the advantage of being easy to move on narrow roads and easy to store in a storage area with a relatively smaller surface area than when unfolded.

[0045] Meanwhile, the automatic seeding device (100) can carry out the seeding operation by operating only the first and fourth seeding units (410, 460) that can receive external power even when the plurality of first to sixth seeding units (410, 430, 450, 460, 470, 480) are converted into a zigzag folding form.

[0046] Additionally, referring to FIG. 5, the automatic seeding device (100) can perform seeding operations by driving only the first, second, fourth, and fifth seeding units (410, 420, 460, 470) connected to external power while the third and sixth seeding units (450, 480) are separated from and folded from the first, second, fourth, and fifth seeding units (410, 420, 460, 470).

[0047] Accordingly, the automatic seeding device (100) can be folded into a shape suitable for the area or shape of the soil through the rotation of a plurality of first to sixth seeding units (410, 430, 450, 460, 470, 480), and thereby has the advantage of improving work efficiency.

[0048] Specifically, referring to FIGS. 2 to 5, the first seeding unit (410) includes a first frame (411), a first drive shaft (412), a first clutch gear (413), a first floating member (414), a plurality of first brackets (415), a plurality of first rollers (416), a first connecting member (417), a first motor (418), a first link (419, 420), a first pulley (421), a first belt (422), and a plurality of first seeders (510).

[0049] One end of the first seeding unit (410) is coupled to the main body (220) while positioned at the rear of one side of the main body (220), and the other end is extended toward one side by a predetermined distance and is gear-connected to the second seeding unit (430) so that power can be transmitted to the second seeding unit (430).

[0050] The other end of the first seeding unit (410) is coupled to the first end of the second seeding unit (430) so as to be rotatable with respect to an axis extending upward and downward through the first link (419, 420), and the second seeding unit (430) is folded to the rear of the first seeding unit (410) through rotation when the seeding operation of the automatic seeding device (100) is completed.

[0051] Specifically, the first frame (411) is formed in the shape of a rectangular plate that is extended long on both sides and has a relatively wide surface facing upward and downward, and a portion of the other front side is surface-bonded to one side rear surface of the main body (220).

[0052] The first drive shaft (412) is formed in the shape of a cylinder extending long on both sides, and the other end is inserted into the interior of the gearbox (240) and coupled to the gearbox (240) through a clutch gear or gear, and external power transmitted to the gearbox (240) is transmitted to the first drive shaft (412).

[0053] The first drive shaft (412) rotates around the extension direction of the first drive shaft (412) by external power transmitted from the gearbox (240), and transmits power to a plurality of first seeders (510) that are coupled to the first drive shaft (412) while passing through the first drive shaft (412).

[0054] Referring to FIG. 2, the first clutch gear (413) consists of a first gear body in the shape of a pointed truncated cone facing the other side surrounding the first connecting space inside, and a plurality of first teeth that extend radially in one direction and outward from the first connecting space and are coupled to the first gear body.

[0055] The first connecting space of the first clutch gear (413) is formed in the shape of a cone or frustum with a pointed part facing the other side, and a part of the second clutch gear (433), which will be described later, is inserted into the first connecting space.

[0056] The other center of the first clutch gear (413) is connected to one end of the first drive shaft (412) at a position corresponding to one side and the lower part of the first frame (411), and when the first to third seeding units (410, 430, 450) are spread out relative to each other, the first clutch gear (413) engages with the second clutch gear (433) to transmit power from the gearbox (240) to the second seeding unit (430).

[0057] Although not shown in the drawing, a clutch gear connected to a gear inside the gearbox (240) to receive external power may be coupled to the other end of the first drive shaft (412), and this is the same structure as the second clutch gear (433) and the third clutch gear (434) being coupled to both sides of the second drive shaft (432) of the second seeding unit (430), and the third drive shaft (452) may also have clutch gears coupled to both sides in the same form.

[0058] One end of the first floating member (414) is formed in the shape of a plate extending vertically and is connected to the rear of the first frame (411), and the other end is manufactured in the shape of a plate extending vertically from the lower part of the first end toward the front and rear, and the bottom surface of the other end is in close contact with the soil to support the first frame (411) so that the position of the first frame (411) is maintained on a constant horizontal line during the operation of the automatic seeding device (100).

[0061] Each of the plurality of first rollers (416) is formed in the shape of a cylinder extending to both sides and is coupled to the other end of each of the first brackets (415) so as to rotate about the direction of extension as an axis, and when seeds fall into the soil from each of the plurality of first sowers (510) during the process of moving forward by a moving means, the soil is pushed forward and moved to the top of the seeds.

[0062] Referring to FIG. 3, one end of the first connecting member (417) is connected to the upper side of the main body (220), and the other end is extended obliquely toward the one side and the rear by a predetermined distance and connected to the upper side of the second pulley (445) of the second sowing unit (430).

[0063] The first connecting member (417) is manufactured in the form of a wire and can be wound by an internal motor embedded in the main body (220), and as it is wound into the interior of the main body (220), it pulls the second seeding unit (430) in the other direction, thereby stably maintaining the first and second seeding units (410, 430) in an unfolded state or stably maintaining the first and second seeding units (410, 430) in a folded state.

[0064] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the first motor (418) is inserted into an upper groove formed by a portion of the upper surface of the first frame (411) located at the rear side of the first frame (411) and coupled with the first frame (411), and the drive shaft extends upward from the center of the first motor (418).

[0065] One end of the first link (419) is connected to one side of the rear surface of the first frame (411) on a horizontal line lower than the upper surface of the first frame (411), and the other end is extended obliquely toward one side and the rear by a predetermined distance and is positioned at the lower part of the second link (442) formed in the second sowing unit (430), and is coupled to the second link (442) so as to be rotatable about the upper and lower axis through the second pulley (445).

[0066] One end of the first link (420) is connected to one side of the back of the first frame (411) at a position spaced apart from the upper end of the first link (419) with a predetermined space between them, and the other end is extended obliquely toward one side and the rear by a predetermined distance and is positioned on the upper part of the second link (442), and is coupled to the second link (442) so as to be rotatable about the upper and lower axes through the second pulley (445).

[0067] The first pulley (421) is coupled to the drive shaft of the first motor (418) at the upper part of the first motor (418) and rotates around the drive shaft of the first motor (418), which extends upward and downward according to the driving of the first motor (418).

[0068] One end of the first belt (422) is formed to surround a part of the first pulley (421) and is coupled to the first pulley (421) so as to engage with the outer surface of the first pulley (421), and the central part is formed such that the spaced-apart belt members of one end extend obliquely toward one side and the rear, and the other end is formed such that the belt members of the central part surround the second pulley (445) included in the second sowing unit (430) and are connected to each other so as to engage with the second pulley (445).

[0081] Accordingly, when the first drive shaft (412) and the first clutch gear (413) are rotated in the forward direction, the second clutch gear (433) engaged with the first clutch gear (413) is rotated in the forward direction, and the second drive shaft (432) is rotated in the forward direction by the second clutch gear (433).

[0082] As the second seeding unit (430) rotates and folds to the rear of the first seeding unit (410), the second clutch gear (433) is separated from the first clutch gear (413), and when the second seeding unit (430) is unfolded in one direction and positioned on one side of the first seeding unit (410), the first and second clutch gears (413, 433) mesh with each other and are gear-connected.

[0083] The third clutch gear (434) is composed of a third gear body that has an internal third connecting space that is open toward one side and is formed in the shape of a pointed truncated cone toward the other side, and a plurality of third teeth that are radially extended in an inclined direction toward one side and the outside from the third connecting space and are coupled to one side of the third gear body.

[0084] With the second and third seeding units (430, 450) spread out relative to each other, a fourth clutch gear (453) included in the third seeding unit (450) is inserted into the third connecting space of the third clutch gear (434), and the third clutch gear (434) engages with the fourth clutch gear (453) through the third teeth.

[0085] One end of the second floating member (435) is formed in the shape of a plate extending vertically and is connected to the rear of the second frame (431), and the other end is manufactured in the shape of a plate extending vertically from the lower part of the first end to the front and rear.

[0086] During the process of the automatic seeding device (100) moving for seeding work, the lower end of the second floating member (435) slides while in close contact with the ground of the soil, and supports the second frame (431) so that the second frame (431) moves along a constant horizontal line.

[0087] The second floating member (435) is coupled to the second frame (431) at a position corresponding to a plurality of second seeders (520), and the lower end of the second floating member (435) is in close contact with the soil at a position corresponding to a plurality of second rollers (437).

[0088] One end of each of the multiple second brackets (436) is manufactured to be extended forward and backward and is connected to the rear of each of the multiple second seeders (520), and the other end is separated into two sides and extended downward by a predetermined distance so as to be connected to both sides of the second roller (437) so as to be rotatable.

[0089] Each of the multiple second rollers (437) is formed in the shape of a cylinder extending to both sides and is coupled to the other end of each second bracket (436) so as to rotate about the direction of extension as an axis, and in the process of moving forward by a moving means, it applies pressure to the seeds discharged from the second sower (520) to insert the seeds into the ground while simultaneously moving the soil to the top of the seeds.

[0090] Referring to FIG. 3, when the first and second sowing units (410, 430) are unfolded, one end of the second connecting member (438) is rotatably coupled to the upper part of the second pulley (445), and the other end is extended obliquely toward one side and the front by a predetermined distance and coupled to the fourth pulley (458) included in the third sowing unit (450) so as to rotate with respect to the upper and lower extension direction of the fourth pulley (458).

[0091] The second motor (439) is inserted into a second upper groove formed by a portion of the upper surface of one side of the second frame (431) being recessed and coupled with the second frame (431), and the drive shaft extends upward from the center of the second motor (439) and protrudes upward from the second frame (431).

[0092] One end of the second link (440) is connected to one side of the front of the second frame (431), and the other end is extended obliquely toward one side and the front by a predetermined distance and is positioned at the bottom of the third link (457), and is coupled to the third link (457) through the fourth pulley (458) so as to be rotatable with respect to the upper and lower axes.

[0093] One end of the second link (441) is connected to one side of the front of the second frame (431) at a position spaced apart from the upper end of the second link (440), and the other end is extended obliquely toward one side and the front by a predetermined distance and is positioned on the upper part of the third link (457), and is coupled to the third link (457) so as to be rotatable with respect to the upper and lower axes.

[0094] One end of the second link (442) is connected to the other side of the back of the second frame (431), and the other end is extended obliquely toward the other side and rear by a predetermined distance and is coupled with the second pulley (445) between the other ends of the first links (419, 420).

[0095] Referring to FIG. 6, the third pulley (443) is coupled to the drive shaft of the second motor (439) which extends in an up-and-down direction from the upper center of the second motor (439), and rotates about the extension direction of the drive shaft of the second motor (439) as an axis according to the driving of the second motor (439).

[0096] Referring to FIG. 6, one end of the second belt (444) is formed to surround a part of the third pulley (443) and engages with the outer surface of the third pulley (443), the central part is formed such that the spaced-apart belt members of one end extend obliquely toward one side and the front, and the other end is formed such that the belt members of the central part surround the fourth pulley (458) included in the third sowing unit (450) and are connected to each other and engage with the fourth pulley (458).

[0097] Accordingly, when the second motor (439) is driven, the third pulley (443), the second belt (444), and the fourth pulley (458) rotate in the forward direction, and the third sowing unit (450) including the fourth pulley (458) rotates and folds forward of the second sowing unit (430).

[0098] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 6, one end of the second pulley (445) is formed in the shape of a cylinder extending upward and downward, the lower end of the first end is connected to the other end of the second link (442) while passing through the other end of the first link (420), and the other end extends upward from the first end and engages with the other end of the first belt (422).

[0099] In addition, when the sowing operation of the automatic sowing device (100) is completed, if a situation arises where the first to third sowing units (410, 430, 450) need to be folded for easy storage or movement, it is preferable to first fold the third sowing unit (450) in front of the second sowing unit (430), and then second fold the second and third sowing units (430, 450) in the rear of the first sowing unit (410).

[0100] In addition, when the sowing operation of the automatic sowing device (100) is completed, if a situation arises where the 4th to 6th sowing units (460, 470, 480) need to be folded for easy storage or movement, it is preferable to first fold the 6th sowing unit (480) in front of the 5th sowing unit (470), and then secondarily fold the 5th and 6th sowing units (470, 480) in the rear of the 4th sowing unit (460).

[0101] Meanwhile, the fifth seeding unit (470) is manufactured with a structure symmetrical to the second seeding unit (430) with the main body (220) in between, and except for the fact that it is positioned on the other side of the main body (220), it exhibits substantially the same structure and operation as the second seeding unit (430), so a redundant description is omitted.

[0102] The fifth seeding unit (470) includes a fifth frame (431), a second drive shaft (432), second and third clutch gears (433, 434), a second floating member (435), a plurality of second brackets (436), a plurality of second rollers (437), a second connecting member (438), a second motor (439), a second link (440, 441, 442), a third pulley (443), a second belt (444), a second pulley (445), and a plurality of second seeders (520), each having a structure symmetrical to each of the following: a fifth frame, a fifth drive shaft, fifth and sixth clutch gears, a fifth floating member, a plurality of fifth brackets, a plurality of fifth rollers, a fifth connecting member, a fifth motor, a fifth link, a fifth pulley, a fifth belt, a fifth pulley, and a plurality of fifth seeders.

[0103] Referring to FIG. 6, the third seeding unit (450) includes a third frame (451), a third drive shaft (452), a fourth clutch gear (453), a third floating member (454), a plurality of third brackets (455), a plurality of third rollers (456), a third link (457), a fourth pulley (458), and a plurality of third seeders (530).

[0104] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, one end of the third seeding unit (450) is connected to the other end of the second seeding unit (430) via the third link (457) so as to be rotatable with respect to an axis extending upward and downward, and is connected to the second seeding unit (430) by a gear, and the other end is formed to extend a predetermined distance from one end toward one side.

[0105] Specifically, referring to FIGS. 3 to 6, the third frame (451) is formed in the shape of a rectangular plate that is extended long on both sides and has a relatively wide surface facing upward and downward, and the other side is connected to the second link (440, 441) and the fourth pulley (458) so as to be rotatable through the connected third link (457).

[0106] The third drive shaft (452) is formed in the shape of a cylinder extending long on both sides and passes through a plurality of third seeders (530) coupled to the lower part of the third frame (451), and a fourth clutch gear (453) is coupled to a part of the third drive shaft (452) protruding from the other side of the plurality of third seeders (530).

[0107] The third drive shaft (452) receives power from the second drive shaft (432) through the third clutch gear (434) and the fourth clutch gear (453) which mesh with each other when the first to third seeding units (410, 430, 450) are spread out, and rotates around the shaft extended to both sides, and also rotates the third drive shaft (452) inside the plurality of third seeders (530) to transmit power to the third seeders (530).

[0108] The fourth clutch gear (453) consists of a fourth gear body in the shape of a pointed truncated cone facing the other side and a plurality of fourth teeth that extend radially in an inclined manner toward one side along the other side of the fourth gear body and are coupled to the fourth gear body.

[0109] One side center of the fourth clutch gear (453) is coupled to a part of the other side of the third drive shaft (452) protruding from the other side of the plurality of seeders (530), and with the second and third seeding units (430, 450) spread out relative to each other, the fourth clutch gear (453) is gear-connected to the third clutch gear (434) so that the fourth teeth mesh with the third teeth formed on the third clutch gear (434).

[0110] As the third seeding unit (450) rotates and folds forward toward the second seeding unit (430), the fourth clutch gear (453) is separated from the third clutch gear (434), and when the third seeding unit (450) is unfolded toward one side and positioned on one side of the second seeding unit (430), the third and fourth clutch gears (434, 453) mesh with each other and are gear-connected.

[0111] Referring to FIG. 2, one end of the third floating member (454) is formed in the shape of a plate extending vertically and is connected to the rear of the third frame (451), and the other end is manufactured in the shape of a plate extending vertically from the lower end of the first end.

[0112] As the automatic seeding device (100) moves for seeding work, the lower end of the third floating member (454) slides while in close contact with the ground of the soil, and supports the third frame (451) so that the third frame (451) moves along a constant horizontal line.

[0113] Referring to FIG. 2, the third floating member (454) is coupled to the third frame (451) at a position corresponding to a plurality of third seeders (530), and the lower end of the third floating member (454) is in close contact with the soil at a position corresponding to a plurality of third rollers (456).

[0114] Each of the multiple third brackets (455) is manufactured with one end extending long forward and backward and is connected to the rear of each third seeder (530), and the other end is separated from the end and extended downward by a predetermined distance and connected to both sides of the third roller (456) so as to be rotatable.

[0115] Each of the plurality of third rollers (456) is formed in the shape of a cylinder extending to both sides and is coupled to the other end of each third bracket (455) so as to rotate about the direction of extension as an axis, and in the process of moving forward by a moving means, it applies pressure to the seeds discharged from the third sower (530) to insert the seeds into the ground and move the soil to the top of the seeds.

[0116] One end of the third link (457) is connected to the other side of the front of the third frame (451), and the other end is extended obliquely toward the other side and the front by a predetermined distance and is coupled with the fourth pulley (458) between the second links (440, 441).

[0117] One end of the fourth pulley (458) is formed in the shape of a cylinder extending upward and downward, and the lower end of the first end is connected to the other end of the third link (457) while passing through the other end of the second link (441), and the other end extends upward from the first end and engages with the other end of the second belt (444).

[0118] Accordingly, when the second motor (439) is driven, the third pulley (443) and the second belt (444) rotate in the forward direction, and the third sowing unit (450) rotates about the extension direction of the fourth pulley (458) as an axis and folds forward of the second sowing unit (430).

[0119] During the process in which the third seeding unit (450) is folded forward of the second seeding unit (430), the fourth clutch gear (453) is separated from the third clutch gear (434), and the driving of the third drive shaft (452) is stopped.

[0120] Meanwhile, the third seeding unit (450) may further include a fifth clutch gear coupled to one end of the second drive shaft (432), and the fifth clutch gear is manufactured in the same shape as either the first or third clutch gear (413, 434).

[0121] Accordingly, a first clutch gear (413) and said clutch gear can be coupled to each of the one side and the other side of the first drive shaft (412) included in the first seeding unit (410), and a third clutch gear (434) and a second clutch gear (433) are coupled to each of the one side and the other side of the second drive shaft (432) included in the second seeding unit (430).

[0122] Additionally, a fifth clutch gear and a fourth clutch gear (453) can be coupled to each of the one side and the other side of the third drive shaft (452) included in the third seeding unit (450), and through this, the first to third seeding units (410, 430, 450) are manufactured with the same structure as each other, except for the first connecting member (417), the first motor (418), the first link (419, 420), the first pulley (421), the second connecting member (438), the second motor (439), the second link (440, 441), the second link (442), the third pulley (443), the second belt (444), the second pulley (445), the third link (457), and the fourth pulley (458), so there is an advantage of reduced manufacturing costs and increased manufacturing convenience.

[0123] Meanwhile, the sixth seeding unit (480) is manufactured with a structure symmetrical to the third seeding unit (450) with the main body (220) in between, and except for the fact that it is positioned on the other side of the main body (220), it exhibits substantially the same structure and operation as the third seeding unit (450), so a redundant description is omitted.

[0124] The sixth seeding unit (480) includes a sixth frame, a sixth drive shaft, a seventh clutch gear, a sixth floating member, a plurality of sixth brackets, a plurality of sixth rollers, a sixth link (457), a fourth pulley (458), and a plurality of sixth seeders (530), each of which is manufactured in a structure symmetrical to each of the third frame (451), the third drive shaft (452), the fourth clutch gear (453), the third floating member (454), a plurality of third brackets (455), a plurality of third rollers (456), a third link (457), a fourth pulley (458), and a plurality of third seeders (530).

[0125] After the sowing operation of the automatic sowing device (100) is completed, the 6th sowing unit (480) is folded forward of the 5th sowing unit (470) through rotation, and the folded 5th and 6th sowing units (470, 480) are folded backward of the 4th sowing unit (460) through the driving of the 4th motor formed in the 4th sowing unit (460), thereby converting into the form shown in FIG. 7.

[0126] Before the sowing operation of the automatic sowing device (100) proceeds, the fourth sowing unit (460), the fifth sowing unit (470), and the sixth sowing unit (480) are arranged in sequence toward the other side of the main body (220).

[0127] With the fourth seeding unit (460), the fifth seeding unit (470), and the sixth seeding unit (480) spread out toward the other side, the fourth clutch gear engages with the fifth clutch gear, and the sixth clutch gear engages with the seventh clutch gear, and as the fourth drive shaft connected to the gearbox (240) rotates, power is transmitted to the fifth drive shaft and the sixth drive shaft.

[0128] Since the second seeder (520), the third seeder (530), and the fourth, fifth, and sixth seeders are each manufactured in the same form as the first seeder (510) except for their location, a redundant description is omitted.

[0129] Referring to FIG. 8, each of the first to sixth seeders (510, 520, 530) includes a case (540), a distribution container (550), a brush (560), a lower pulley (570), a drive belt (580), an upper pulley (590), and a seed cup (595), and the case (540) includes a lower opening (541), a seed distribution section (542), a storage section (543), and a blocking section (545).

[0130] A plurality of first seeders (510) are coupled to the lower part of the first frame (411) in a spaced-apart manner along the extension direction of the first frame (411), with equal distances between them.

[0131] Multiple second seeders (520) are coupled to the lower part of the second frame (431) in a spaced-apart manner along the extension direction of the second frame (431), with equal distances between them.

[0132] Multiple third seeders (530) are coupled to the lower part of the third frame (451) in a spaced-apart manner along the extension direction of the third frame (451), with equal distances between them.

[0133] Specifically, the case (540) is manufactured in such a way that the internal space is opened to the external space through an opening at the bottom, seeds are stored in the upper part of the internal space, and a door (not shown in the drawing) that can be opened and closed is formed on the upper part of the case (540).

[0134] The case (540) includes a lower opening (541), a seed distribution section (542), and a storage section (543).

[0135] The lower opening (541) is formed in the shape of a tube extending obliquely toward the rear and lower, and the first passage inside is connected to the second passage inside the seed distribution section (542) so that seeds separated from the storage groove (513) are introduced.

[0136] The seed distribution section (542) is positioned such that its two sides are adjacent to the two sides of the distribution container (550), thereby blocking the inflow of seeds stored in the storage space (544) inside the storage section (543), and the front of the seed distribution section (542) is formed in a curved shape that extends from the top to the bottom along the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the distribution container (550), with the distance from the distribution container (550) gradually increasing, so as to surround the front of the distribution container (550).

[0137] Meanwhile, the two sides of the seed distribution section (542) may be manufactured to be in close contact with the two sides of the distribution container (550). In this case, it is preferable that the materials of the seed distribution section (542) and the distribution container (550) be made of a material with low friction while in close contact with each other, and a friction-reducing film or tape may be attached to the two sides of the distribution container (550).

[0138] Since the front upper portion of the seed distribution unit (542) is positioned adjacent to the distribution container (550) so as to be spaced apart from the distribution container (550) by a distance smaller than the diameter of the seed, the seeds stored in the storage space (544) are prevented from flowing between the front upper portion of the seed distribution unit (542) and the distribution container (550).

[0139] The front lower portion of the seed distribution unit (542) is formed to be spaced apart from the distribution container (550) with a first separation space (542a) in between, and a brush (560) is placed in the first separation space (542a) and coupled to the seed distribution unit (542) so as to rotate in the opposite direction to the distribution container (550).

[0140] The rear surface of the seed distribution section (542) is formed in a curved shape that extends from the bottom to the top along the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the distribution container (550), with the distance from the distribution container (550) gradually increasing, and is connected to the front lower part of the storage section (543) and is formed to cover the rear of the distribution container (550).

[0141] Since the lower rear surface of the seed distribution unit (542) is positioned adjacent to the distribution container (550) so as to be spaced apart from the distribution container (550) by a distance smaller than the diameter of the seed, the seed introduced into the second spaced-out space (542b) is prevented from moving to the lower part of the distribution container (550) by passing between the lower rear surface of the seed distribution unit (542) and the distribution container (550).

[0142] The upper rear surface of the seed distribution section (542) is formed to be spaced apart from the distribution container (550) with a second spaced-apart space (542b) in between, and the second spaced-apart space (542b) is connected to one or more of the storage grooves (513) among the plurality of storage grooves (513), and it is preferable that it is connected to two or more storage grooves (513).

[0143] The second spaced-out space (542b) is connected to the storage space (544) inside the storage section (543), and seeds stored in the storage space (544) are inserted through the second spaced-out space (542b) into two or more of the storage grooves (513) connected to the second spaced-out space (542b).

[0144] Since two or more of the storage grooves (513) among the plurality of storage grooves (513) are connected to the second separation space (542b), the seeds stored in the storage space (544) are stored uniformly and stably in the storage grooves (513) during the process of the distribution container (550) rotating rapidly, and the number of seeds falling into the soil through the lower opening (541) is maintained at a constant level.

[0145] In addition, since the seeds placed in the storage space (544) are moved sequentially through the second separation space (542b), which is a space relatively smaller than the storage space (544), to the space relatively smaller than the second separation space (542b) between the lower rear surface of the seed distribution section (542) and the distribution container (550), there is an advantage in that the phenomenon of seeds getting stuck between the seed distribution section (542) and the distribution container (550) is prevented.

[0146] The storage unit (543) is connected to the upper part of the seed distribution unit (542) such that the internal storage space (544) is open toward the bottom and connected to only one or more of the multiple storage grooves (513), and the seeds inside the storage space (544) flow into only one or more of the multiple storage grooves (513).

[0147] One end of the blocking part (545) is made of an elastic material and is connected to the upper rear surface of the seed distribution part (542) between the rear surface of the seed distribution part (542) and the distribution container (550), and the other end is extended at an angle from the end toward the front and bottom by a predetermined distance and is in close contact with the distribution container (550).

[0148] The blocking part (545) is positioned to extend across the second separation space (542b) to partition the second separation space (542b), and the phenomenon of seeds inside the storage space (544) flowing into the space between the lower rear side of the seed distribution part (542) and the distribution container (550) is effectively blocked by the blocking part (545).

[0149] The distance between each of the one side and the other side of the blocking section (545) and each of the one side and the other side of the seed distribution section (542) is made to be smaller than the diameter of the seed, and even if the seed stored in the storage space (544) moves to the upper part of the blocking section (545) through the second separation space (542b), it is blocked from moving to the lower opening (541) by the blocking section (545).

[0150] In addition, the blocking part (545) elastically compresses the seeds stored in the storage groove (513) to prevent more than a certain amount of seeds from moving toward the lower opening (541), and has the advantage of preventing seeds from getting stuck between the back surface of the distribution container (550) and the seed distribution part (542) and stopping the rotation of the distribution container (550).

[0151] The distribution container (550) is formed in the shape of a cylinder extending to both sides and is placed in the internal space of the case (540), and is coupled with a first drive shaft (412) inserted into the interior of the case (540). When the first drive shaft (412) rotates in the forward direction, the distribution container (550) rotates clockwise when one side of the distribution container (550) is observed from one side of the distribution container (550).

[0152] A plurality of storage grooves (513) are formed by a portion of the circular outer surface of the distribution container (550), which is spaced apart at a predetermined distance along the rotational direction of the first drive shaft (412) or the distribution container (550), being sunk in a convex hemispherical shape toward the first drive shaft (412).

[0153] The first drive shaft (412) penetrates the distribution container (550) and is coupled to the distribution container (550). The distribution container (550) rotates at a constant speed due to the rotation of the first drive shaft (412), and seeds inserted into the upper storage groove (513) among the plurality of storage grooves (513) move toward the bottom and fall to the bottom of the distribution container (550) and fall into the soil through the lower opening of the case (540).

[0154] The brush (560) is composed of a brush body formed in the shape of a cylinder extending long on both sides and a plurality of brush bristles attached to the outer surface of the brush body, and is coupled to a case (540) at a position corresponding to the lower and front of the distribution container (550) so as to rotate in the opposite direction to the distribution container (550) through a lower pulley (570), a drive belt (580), and an upper pulley (590).

[0155] The brush (560) rotates in the opposite direction to the distribution container (550) during the process in which the distribution container (550) rotates in the forward direction to move the seeds stored in the upper storage groove (513) toward the lower opening (541), and separates the seeds remaining in the storage groove (513) toward the lower opening (541) through the brush bristles.

[0156] The lower pulley (570) is manufactured as a cylindrical pulley extending to both sides and is positioned on one side of the seed distribution section (542), and the center of the other side of the lower pulley (570) is connected to a shaft that protrudes in one direction from the center of one side of the brush (560) and penetrates the seed distribution section (542).

[0157] The upper pulley (590) is manufactured as a cylindrical pulley extending to both sides, and the center of the other side of the upper pulley (590) is connected to a first drive shaft (412) that penetrates the seed distribution section (542) from the upper part of the lower pulley (570) and protrudes to one side of the seed distribution section (542).

[0158] The drive belt (580) is formed in a shape that surrounds the lower pulley (570) and the upper pulley (590), and its inner surface engages with the outer surface of the lower pulley (570) and the upper pulley (590) to drive through rotation of either the lower pulley (570) or the upper pulley (590).

[0159] Accordingly, the brush (560) receives power from the first drive shaft (412), which is rotated by a single external power source, through the lower pulley (570), drive belt (580), and upper pulley (590), and rotates to move the seeds remaining in the storage groove (513) of the distribution container (550) to the lower opening (541).

[0160] The seed cup (595) is composed of a hemispherical container that is made in the shape of a container that is convex in a hemispherical shape toward the bottom and surrounds an internal storage space having a volume relatively smaller than that of the storage groove (513), and a detachable member in which a part of the upper rim of the hemispherical container is extended and adheres to the outer surface of the distribution container (550).

[0161] The detachable member formed on the upper part of the seed cup (595) is connected to the outer surface of the distribution container (550) so as to be detachably attached through a magnet, Velcro, or bolt, and the size of the hemispherical container can be changed according to the type or size of the seeds used, thereby changing the size of the internal storage space inside the hemispherical container.

[0162] Since a single seed is used for the seeds stored inside the case (540), when the seed to be sown is determined, a plurality of seed cups (595) of the same size for storing the seed are each attached to a storage groove (513).

[0163] When each of the multiple seed cups (595) is connected to each of the storage grooves (513), each of the hemispherical containers with the same internal storage space is inserted into each of the multiple storage grooves (513) and is in close contact with the distribution container (550), and the detachable member connected to each of the hemispherical containers is in close contact with the outer surface of the distribution container (550).

[0164] Accordingly, the automatic seeding device (100) can sow various types of seeds by inserting each of the multiple seed cups (595), each having an internal storage space corresponding to the size of any one of rice seeds, soybeans, barley, mung beans, Job's tears, sorghum, or millet, into each storage groove (513) and connecting them to the distribution container (550).

[0165] The size of the internal storage space of the multiple seed cups (595) is manufactured to vary according to the type of seed, and the size of the internal storage space is determined according to the number and size of seeds required for one sowing.

[0180] Specifically, the second frame (721) is formed in the shape of a rectangular plate that is extended long on both sides and has a relatively wide surface facing upward and downward, and the other side is connected to the first frame (711) so as to be rotatable through the second link (442) and the second pulley (445).

[0181] With the first and second seeding units (710, 720) arranged and spread out toward one side, one side of the first frame (711) is in close contact with the other side of the second frame (721), and the first protrusion (712) is inserted into the second detachable groove (723).

[0182] The second protrusion is formed in the shape of a cuboid that extends forward and backward, with a portion of one side of the second frame (721) located at the center of one side of the second frame (721) protruding a predetermined distance toward one side and extending long forward and backward.

[0183] The second detachable groove (723) is formed in the shape of a rectangular groove that extends forward and backward, with a portion of the other side of the second frame (721) located at the center of the other side of the second frame (721) being recessed by a predetermined distance toward one side.
