Description

Technology Field

[0001] This invention relates to a building material with enhanced fire resistance and durability, wherein a wood material is inserted after applying a filler to the concave portion of an inserted H-beam, and the H-beam and the wood material are joined through bolts and nuts, thereby reinforcing the fire resistance and durability of the H-beam due to the wood material, which has higher fire resistance and durability than concrete, and further maximizing fire resistance by eliminating the void space between the H-beam and the wood material and minimizing the contact area with oxygen. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, building materials refer to various materials used for the exterior and interior of a building, such as roofing materials, window and door materials, columns, glass, bricks, and flooring materials.

[0003] Among construction materials, H-beams are referred to as H-shaped steel (H-steel), and are structural steel (rolled steel material with a cross-section formed in a specific shape) with a cross-section formed in the shape of an H, which is widely used in civil engineering works such as the frameworks of large structures like buildings and ships. The part corresponding to the horizontal bar in the center of the H shape is called the web, and the parts corresponding to the vertical bars on both sides are called the flanges. H-beams with flanges of 300mm or less are called junior size, and those with flanges of 300mm or more are called senior size.

[0004] The material composition specifications of the H-beam are specified in the standard certification KS D 3503, and the shape and dimensions are specified in KS D 3502.

[0005] The specified dimensions of the H-beam are defined such that the web length is 100 mm to 900 mm and the web thickness is 5 mm to 45 mm, the flange length is 50 mm to 400 mm and the flange thickness is 7 mm to 37 mm.

[0006] In general civil engineering works, H-beams are fixed vertically and concrete is poured around them to form columns. In the event of a fire, concrete is fire-resistant up to 300 degrees Celsius and suffers little damage, but the temperature at a typical fire site reaches 800 to 1000 degrees Celsius, causing damage to the concrete and problems such as the H-beam bending or twisting at high temperatures, which reduce the durability of the building.

[0007] Meanwhile, coniferous and deciduous trees, such as pine and oak, are manufactured into wood through primary processing by cutting them into a certain standard size, and are then manufactured into a woody material through secondary processing by laminating and compressing multiple pieces of wood so that the grain (direction vulnerable to impact) formed in the wood is perpendicular to each other. An eco-friendly adhesive may be applied between each of the multiple pieces of wood. A non-flammable paint that prevents corrosion and decay may be applied to the surface of the manufactured woody material.

[0008] The above wood materials include CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) and GLT (Glued Laminated Timber).

[0009] Compared to the above wood materials, wood has the problem that its specifications are limited by the size of the log, but wood materials formed by cross-laminarizing wood can have their specifications increased depending on the number of laminated woods.

[0010] Therefore, when wood materials with increased dimensions compared to wood burn at high-temperature fire sites, charcoal is formed on the surface of the wood material. Since the charcoal performs the functions of an insulating layer that blocks heat and an air barrier layer that blocks air penetration, the interior of the wood material is protected from high-temperature fire sites, and thus has strong fire resistance compared to wood and even concrete.

[0011] In addition, the durability of the wood material is increased because the grains of the multiple wood layers forming the wood material are perpendicular to those of adjacent wood layers.

[0012] Regarding the fire resistance and durability mentioned above, the Forestry Association and Canada report that among wood materials, CLT has a strength 2.5 times higher than concrete and a lower thermal conductivity compared to concrete. The problem to be solved

[0013] The problem that the present invention aims to solve is to provide a building material with increased fire resistance and durability by replacing the concrete poured around an H-beam with fillers and wood materials.

[0014] Another problem that the present invention aims to solve is to provide a building material with enhanced fire resistance and durability, in which the filler and wood material tightly adhere to the H-beam to prevent the inner part from coming into contact with oxygen at high-temperature fire sites, thereby further maximizing fire resistance.

[0015] Another problem that the present invention aims to solve is to provide a building material with enhanced fire resistance and durability, in which the filler and wood material support and fix the H-beam to prevent it from bending or twisting at high temperatures, thereby further maximizing durability.

[0016] The problems of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below. means of solving the problem

[0017] To achieve the above objective, a building material with enhanced fire resistance and durability according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an H-beam formed of an H-shaped steel member having concave portions formed on both sides of the web; a wood material inserted into the concave portions; a filler material filled to eliminate the void space between the H-beam and the wood material; and a connecting portion that prevents the wood material from detaching from the H-beam.

[0018] In addition, the wood material may be selected as CLT wood, which is formed by laminating processed wood and laminated so that the grains of adjacent wood layers are perpendicular to each other, thereby allowing the laminated wood layers to be bonded.

[0019] Additionally, loess with excellent sealing properties may be selected as the filler. That is, the present invention comprises: an H-beam formed by H-shaped steel, wherein concave portions are formed on both sides of the web; a wood material selected as CLT wood, which is formed by stacking processed wood and stacking adjacent wood layers such that their grains are orthogonal to each other, thereby allowing the stacked wood layers to be joined, and which is joined to the concave portions; a loess filler filled to eliminate the empty space between the H-beam and the wood material; and a connecting portion that prevents the wood material from detaching from the H-beam, wherein the connecting portion includes a detachment prevention portion and a reinforcing portion, wherein the detachment prevention portion is formed by a bolt at one end that is thicker than the one end and the center portion, and is welded to the web of the H-beam, and a nut that penetrates the wood material and functions as a locking portion is connected to the other end, and the reinforcing portion is formed by a plate that is placed between the wood material and the detachment prevention portion, with the detachment prevention portion penetrating the center portion.

[0020] In addition, when the web is formed with a length range of 1L, the joint is formed in the central part based on the longitudinal direction of the web, and multiple joints can be formed along the longitudinal direction of the H-beam.

[0021] In addition, when the web is formed with a length range of 2L, the connecting portion is formed at the 1 / 3 and 2 / 3 portions respectively based on the longitudinal direction of the web, forming two pairs, and multiple pairs of connecting portions can be formed along the longitudinal direction of the H-beam.

[0022] In addition, when the web is formed with a length range of 3L, the connecting portions are formed at the 1 / 4, 2 / 4, and 3 / 4 portions respectively based on the longitudinal direction of the web, forming three pairs, and multiple pairs of connecting portions can be formed along the longitudinal direction of the H-beam.

[0023] Specific details of other embodiments are included in the detailed description and drawings. Effects of the invention

[0024] The building material with increased fire resistance and durability according to an embodiment of the present invention has one or more of the following effects.

[0025] First, replacing the concrete poured around the H-beam with fillers and wood materials has the effect of increasing fire resistance and durability.

[0026] Second, the filler and wood materials tightly adhere to the H-beams, preventing the inner parts from coming into contact with oxygen at high-temperature fire sites, thereby maximizing fire resistance.

[0027] Third, the filler and wood materials support and fix the H-beam, preventing it from bending or twisting at high temperatures, thereby maximizing durability.

[0028] The effects of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other unmentioned effects will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description in the claims. Brief explanation of the drawing

Throughout the specification, the same reference numerals refer to the same components.

[0031] When it is stated throughout the specification that one part is "on" or "on the surface" of another part, this includes not only the case where it is "immediately on" another part, but also the case where there is another part in between. Conversely, when it is stated that a part is "immediately on" another part, it means that there is no other part in between.

[0032] Additionally, terms such as "below," "lower side," "above," and "upper side" are used to describe the relationships between the components depicted in the drawings. These terms are relative concepts and are described based on the directions indicated in the drawings.

[0033] Hereinafter, a building material with enhanced fire resistance and durability according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0034] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a building material with increased fire resistance and durability according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a building material with increased fire resistance and durability according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0035] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the fire-resistant and durable building material according to the present invention comprises an H-beam (10), a wood material (20), a filler (30), and a connecting part (40).

[0036] Referring to FIG. 2, concave receiving portions are formed on both sides according to the length and thickness of the web and flange of the H-beam (10), and wood material (20) is inserted into each of the receiving portions of the H-beam (10).

[0037] A filler material (30) is applied between the H-beam (10) and the wood material (20) to remove the empty space, thereby connecting the H-beam (10) and the wood material (20).

[0038] The H-beam (10) is formed according to the material composition specifications of standard certification KS D 3503 and the shape and dimensions of standard certification KS D 3502.

[0039] The wood material (20) may be selected from known CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) or GLT (Glued Laminated Timber).

[0040] The wood material according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is CLT.

[0041] The filler (30) can be selected from a material with excellent fire resistance to high heat.

[0042] A preferred filler material (30) according to an embodiment of the present invention may be selected as loess.

[0043] Meanwhile, loess is composed of particles with a size of 0.02 mm to 0.05 mm and has high airtightness. The chemical composition of loess most commonly consists of 50% to 60% silica (SiO2), 8% to 12% alumina (Al2O3), 2% to 4% iron(III) oxide (Fe2O3), 0.8% to 1.1% iron(II) oxide (FeO), about 0.5% titanium dioxide (TiO2) and manganese oxide (MnO), 4% to 16% lime (CaO), and 2% to 6% magnesium oxide (MgO).

[0044] The red clay composed of the chemical composition described above has strong heat resistance and is used in furnaces that melt iron by heating to over 1200 degrees Celsius, or in molds that shape molten iron.

[0045] The connecting part (40) includes a detachment prevention part (41) and a reinforcing part (42).

[0046] One end of the anti-detachment part (41) is connected to the H-beam (10). The anti-detachment part (41) penetrates the wood material (20). The other end of the anti-detachment part (41) is formed thicker than the one end and the center portion to form a catch portion so as to prevent the wood material (20) from coming off.

[0047] The connecting part (40) can be implemented in various ways to firmly connect the H-beam (10) and the wood material (20).

[0048] For example, the anti-detachment part (41) can be formed by a bolt, with one end welded to the H-beam (10), and a nut that functions as a catch at the other end is connected through the wood material (20).

[0049] For example, a female screw part is formed in a portion corresponding to the joint part (40) of the H-beam (10), and the anti-detachment part (41) is formed as a bolt, so that the bolt head part of the other end functions as a locking part, and one end can form a screw connection with the female screw part of the H-beam (10) by penetrating the wood material (20).

[0050] The reinforcing part (42) is positioned between the wood material (20) and the catch portion of the anti-detachment part (41), and is formed in a plate shape. The anti-detachment part (41) penetrates the central portion of the reinforcing part (42).

[0051] The reinforcing part (42) increases the contact area between the locking part and the wood material (20) so that the contact area between the anti-detachment part (41) and the wood material (20) is small, thereby preventing the force from being concentrated in a narrow area and damaging the surface of the wood material (20).

[0052] FIG. 3 is a side view of a building material with increased fire resistance and durability according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0053] Referring to FIG. 3, the connecting portion (40) is formed in the central portion based on the length (L) of the web of the H-beam (10). That is, the connecting portion (40) is installed to form a distance of L / 2 with the flanges on both sides.

[0054] It is preferable that the length (L) of the web of the H-beam (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention be formed in a range of 100 mm or more to 300 mm or less.

[0055] Although the connecting part (40) is shown as a single unit in the drawing, multiple units may be formed along the longitudinal direction of the H-beam (10).

[0056] FIG. 4 is a side view of a building material with increased fire resistance and durability according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0057] Hereinafter, a building material with enhanced fire resistance and durability according to another embodiment of the present invention is described. Among the components not described below, the essential components for constituting the invention are identical to those in the above-described embodiment of the present invention and are therefore omitted.

[0058] Referring to FIG. 4, when the web length of the H-beam (10) is formed to be 2L, which is twice that of the embodiment of the present invention, the bonding force of the wood material (20) by the connecting part (40) is eccentric, and a problem may occur in which the wood material (20) adjacent to the flange lifts up.

[0059] Accordingly, when the web length of the H-beam (10) is formed to be 2L, the connecting part (40) can be formed in a 1 / 3 portion and a 2 / 3 portion respectively by dividing the web length (2L) of the H-beam (10) into three parts based on the length, so that two connecting parts (40) can be formed as a pair. That is, the connecting part (40) is installed to form a distance of 2L / 3 with each adjacent flange or connecting part (40).

[0060] According to another embodiment of the present invention, the length (2L) of the web of the H-beam (10) is preferably formed in a range of more than 300 mm and less than or equal to 600 mm.

[0061] Although the connecting part (40) is shown as a pair in the drawing, multiple pairs may be formed along the longitudinal direction of the H-beam (10).

[0062] Hereinafter, a building material with enhanced fire resistance and durability according to another embodiment of the present invention is described. Among the components not described below, the essential components for constituting the invention are identical to those in the embodiments and other embodiments of the present invention described above, so they are omitted.

[0063] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, when the web length of the H-beam (10) is formed to be 3L, which is three times that of the embodiment of the present invention, the bonding force of the wood material (20) by the connecting part (40) is eccentric, and a problem may occur in which the wood material (20) adjacent to the flange lifts up.

[0064] Accordingly, when the web length of the H-beam (10) is formed to be 3L, the connecting portion (40) can be formed in the 1 / 4, 2 / 4, and 3 / 4 portions respectively by dividing the web length (3L) of the H-beam (10) into four parts based on the length, so that three connecting portions (40) can be formed as a pair. That is, the connecting portion (40) is installed to form a distance of 3L / 4 with each adjacent flange or connecting portion (40).

[0065] According to another embodiment of the present invention, the length (3L) of the web of the H-beam (10) is preferably formed in a range of more than 600mm and less than or equal to 900mm.

[0066] Although the connecting part (40) is shown as a pair in the drawing, multiple pairs may be formed along the longitudinal direction of the H-beam (10).

[0067] A person skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains will understand that the present invention may be implemented in other specific forms without altering its technical concept or essential features. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood as illustrative in all respects and not restrictive. The scope of the present invention is defined by the claims set forth below rather than by the detailed description above, and all modifications or variations derived from the meaning and scope of the claims and equivalent concepts should be interpreted as being included within the scope of the present invention.
