Abstract
A digital twin system for a manufacturing process according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a real-time connection unit that receives data collected in a manufacturing process for producing a product in real time and performs preprocessing on the received data to generate field data; a simulation unit that receives field data from the real-time connection unit and performs a simulation according to a simulation scenario using the field data to generate simulation result data; and a virtualization unit that renders virtual objects corresponding to each of the objects in the manufacturing process and changes at least one of the shape, operation, and state of at least one of the virtual objects based on the field data, or changes at least one of the shape, operation, and state of at least one of the virtual objects based on the simulation result data received from the simulation unit.
