Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a mooring device for a water structure, and more specifically, to a mooring device for a water structure in which, when a floating body moves in the vertical direction in response to water level fluctuations, a movable weight moves in the longitudinal direction in conjunction with this to adjust the main rope tension, thereby preventing the floating body from overturning or detaching from external forces such as water level, wind, and waves, and maintaining balance. In particular, the main rope tension is further adjusted from the point where the movable weight reaches its lowest point as the water level decreases, thereby enabling the floating body to be effectively moored at a designated location. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, floating structures constructed on water surfaces such as rivers, streams, or coastal areas, including floating rest areas, floating docks, barges, floating houses, floating fishing grounds, cargo handling facilities, bridges, artificial islands, and other floating aquaculture farms, are equipped with a floating assembly that floats on the water surface. This floating assembly is structured to be moored by being fixed via connecting ropes to a plurality of fixed piles installed vertically on the underwater ground, or by being connected via connecting ropes to a fixed sink consisting of a heavy object placed on the underwater bottom.

[0003] However, the mooring system using connecting ropes is unable to respond flexibly to changes in water level; that is, when the water level rises, the connecting ropes are damaged and the fixed piles become detached, and when the water level drops, the tension of the connecting ropes loosens, causing the floating structure to capsize or detach when exposed to external forces such as wind and waves.

[0004] Accordingly, the applicant has previously registered a technology in Patent No. 10-2113945 for a mooring device utilizing restoring force, wherein the mooring device comprises: a weight positioned underwater in response to buoyancy; a vertical steel line section fixed to the upper part of the weight; a counterweight installed on the upper part of the vertical steel line section; a steel line side section connected in both directions to the vertical steel line section passing through the counterweight; and a horizontal bracket that supports the steel line side section.

[0005] However, the aforementioned prior art is designed to prevent the capsizing or detachment of a water structure from external forces such as water level, wind, and waves, as well as to maintain balance; however, it is a structure in which the steel wire tensioning function provided by the weight is lost once the weight reaches the lowest point where it can move as the water level decreases. The problem to be solved

[0006] Accordingly, the present invention was conceived to solve the aforementioned problems, and aims to provide a mooring device for a water structure that is structurally improved so that when a floating body moves in the vertical direction in response to water level fluctuations, a movable weight moves in the longitudinal direction in conjunction with this to adjust the main rope tension, thereby preventing the floating body from overturning or detaching from external forces such as water level, wind, and waves, and maintaining balance. [0017] FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram showing an overall mooring device for a water structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an overall mooring device for a water structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a configuration diagram showing an operating state of a mooring device for a water structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a configuration diagram showing a length compensation module of a mooring device for a water structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a configuration diagram showing a modified example of a length compensation module of a mooring device for a water structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a configuration diagram showing a gravity-type compensation module of a mooring device for a water structure according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0018] The present invention relates to a mooring device for a water structure, wherein the mooring device for a water structure is structurally improved so that when a floating body moves up and down in response to water level fluctuations, a movable weight moves in the longitudinal direction in conjunction with this to adjust the tension of the main rope, thereby preventing the floating body from overturning or detaching from external forces such as water level, wind, and waves, and maintaining balance. In particular, the main components include a floating body (10), a seabed securing body (20), a movable weight (30), and a main rope (40) so that the tension of the main rope is further adjusted after the movable weight reaches its lowest point as the water level decreases, thereby allowing the floating body to be effectively moored at a designated location.

[0019] The floating body (10) according to the present invention is floated on water and is provided with a plurality of upper rollers (12) at positions symmetrical to each other in the transverse direction.

[0020] The above-mentioned floating body (10) is composed of a buoyancy body having buoyancy and a plurality of frames that bind the buoyancy body.

[0021] In addition, the upper roller (12) is positioned opposite the lower roller (32) described later, so that the main rope (40) passes through in a zigzag direction.

[0022] Accordingly, the above-mentioned floating body (10) is connected to the movable weight (30) by a main rope (40) passing through the upper and lower rollers (12) (32).

[0023] Meanwhile, the upper roller (12) is arranged symmetrically with respect to each other as in Fig. 1 and is provided to accommodate a pair of main ropes (40).

[0024] In addition, the cutlery binding body (20) according to the present invention is installed on the cutlery surface to correspond to the above-mentioned floating body (10).

[0025] The above-mentioned cutlery binding body (20) is installed on the bottom of the cutlery. At this time, the cutlery binding body (20) is formed as a weight including a concrete block to restrain the main rope (40) described later, or is formed in the shape of a pile to fix the main rope (40) to the bottom of the cutlery.

[0026] Additionally, the movable weight (30) according to the present invention is positioned between the floating body (10) and the cutlery binding body (20), has a center hole (31) penetrating the center, and has a plurality of lower rollers (32) symmetrically installed on the upper part.

[0027] The above-mentioned movable weight (30) is configured to be connected to the floating body (10) by a main rope (40) installed via a lower roller (32).

[0028] At this time, the above-mentioned movable weight (30) is preferably installed underwater and formed in the shape of a flying saucer so as to reduce resistance to the flow rate.

[0029] That is, the above-mentioned movable weight (30) is configured to move downward by its own weight while suspended from the floating body (10) by the main rope (40), and when the floating body (10) moves up and down in response to a change in water level, the movable weight (30) is configured to move longitudinally along the vertical main rope (40) passing through the center hole (31) while maintaining the tension of the main rope (40).

[0030] Additionally, the main rope (40) according to the present invention has one end connected to the floating body (10), and the other end passes alternately through the upper roller (12) and the lower roller (32), penetrates the center hole (31), and is secured to the bottom binding body (20).

[0031] The above main rope (40) is configured to flexibly connect the floating body (10), the movable weight (30), and the bottom securing body (20), and serves to moor the floating body (10) at a predetermined position.

[0032] That is, the main rope (40) is installed to alternately pass through the upper and lower rollers (12) (32) to connect the floating body (10) and the movable weight (30), and is provided to allow the distance between the floating body (10) and the movable weight (30) to be flexibly adjusted.

[0033] In operation, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the movable weight (30) maintains a set tension by pulling the main rope (40) mounted on the lower roller (32) downward while a downward moving force is applied by gravity.

[0034] And, when the tension of the main rope (40) becomes looser than the set value as the above-mentioned floating body (10) moves downward due to water level fluctuations, the tension is corrected by pulling the main rope (40) downward by the downward movement force of the movable weight (30) as shown in FIG. 3 (b).

[0035] In addition, the main rope (40) is provided so that its tension is adjusted by a length compensation module (50) installed on the floating body (10).

[0036] The above length compensation module (50) includes a main bobbin (51) on which the main rope (40) is wound, which is rotatably installed on a floating body (10), and an automatic winding unit (52) that rotates the main bobbin (51) to wind the main rope (40) when the tension of the main rope (40) becomes loose to a level below a set tension after the movable weight (30) reaches the lowest point due to water level fluctuation.

[0037] In FIG. 2, the automatic winding unit (52) according to one embodiment includes an extension bobbin (52a) connected to be driven in conjunction with a main bobbin (51), an extension rope (52c) with one end wound on the extension bobbin (52a) and the other end extending downward via a guide roller (52b) installed on a floating body (10), and an extension weight (52d) installed at the end of the extension rope (52c) and configured to pull the extension rope (52c) downward while a downward conveying force is applied by gravity.

[0038] At this time, the extension rope (52c) is configured to be wound onto the extension bobbin (52a) in a direction opposite to the winding direction of the main rope (40).

[0039] And, the total weight of the above-mentioned extension weight (52d) is formed to be lighter than the weight of the movable weight (30).

[0040] In addition, the outer diameter of the expansion bobbin (52a) is formed to a size reduced compared to the outer diameter of the main bobbin (51), and the winding length of the main rope (40) per rotation of the main bobbin (51) is expanded compared to the unwinding length of the expansion rope (52c) per rotation of the expansion bobbin (52a), so that the main rope (40) is effectively wound.

[0041] In operation, the main bobbin (51) is maintained in a state where rotational force is applied in the direction of winding the main rope (40) by the pulling force of the extension rope (52c), and as shown in FIG. 4, when the movable weight (30) reaches the lowest point due to water level fluctuation and the tension of the main rope (40) becomes loose below the set tension, the main bobbin (51) is rotated by the pulling force of the extension rope (52c) to wind the main rope (40) and shorten the length, thereby compensating for the loosened tension of the main rope (40).

[0042] In this way, when the above-mentioned floating body (10) moves up and down in response to water level fluctuations, the movable weight (30) moves in the longitudinal direction in conjunction with this, thereby improving the structure to adjust the tension of the main rope (40), so as to prevent the floating body (10) from overturning or detaching from external forces such as water level, wind, and waves, and to maintain balance. In particular, after the water level drops and the movable weight (30) reaches the lowest point where it can move, the tension of the main rope (40) is maintained by the pulling force of the extension rope (52c) by the extension weight (52d), so there is an advantage of effectively mooring the floating body (10) to a designated location even in drought conditions.

[0043] In FIG. 5, the automatic winding unit (52) according to another embodiment includes a bobbin shaft (52e) that rotatably supports the main bobbin (51), and a spring (52f) that is wound with one end connected to the bobbin shaft (52e) and the other end installed on the main bobbin (51), so that the rotational force of the main bobbin (51) acts in the winding direction of the main rope (40).

[0044] The main bobbin (51) is maintained in a state where an operating force is applied in the direction of winding the main rope (40) by the spring (52f).

[0045] And, when the above-mentioned operating weight (30) reaches the lowest point due to water level fluctuation and the tension of the main rope (40) becomes loose below the set tension, the main bobbin (51) rotates by the spring (52f) to wind the main rope (40) and shorten the length, thereby compensating for the loosened tension of the main rope (40).

[0046] In this way, when the above-mentioned floating body (10) moves up and down in response to water level fluctuations, the movable weight (30) moves in the longitudinal direction in conjunction with this, thereby improving the structure to adjust the tension of the main rope (40), so as to prevent the floating body (10) from overturning or detaching from external forces such as water level, wind, and waves, and to maintain balance. In particular, after the water level drops and the movable weight (30) reaches the lowest point where it can move, the tension of the main rope (40) is maintained by the rotational force of the bobbin shaft (52e) by the spring (52f), so there is an advantage of effectively mooring the floating body (10) to a designated location even in drought conditions.

[0047] In FIG. 6, the main rope (40) is configured so that its tension is controlled by a gravity-type compensation module (60).

[0048] The gravity-type compensation module (60) comprises a movable pulley (61) that is positioned between adjacent upper rollers (12) and rotates while mounted on a main rope (40) passing through the adjacent upper rollers (12), and a gravity weight (62) connected to the movable pulley (61) and configured to apply a downward pulling force to the main rope (40) while a downward conveying force is applied by gravity.

[0049] The total weight of the above gravity weight (62) is formed to be lighter than the weight of the movable weight (30).

[0050] Additionally, the main rope (40) is pulled by the weight of the gravity weight (62) to maintain a predetermined tension, and when the movable weight (30) reaches the lowest point due to water level fluctuations and the tension of the main rope (40) becomes loose below the set tension, the main rope (40) is pulled downward by the movable weight (30) to correct the loosened tension.

[0051] In this way, when the above-mentioned floating body (10) moves up and down in response to water level fluctuations, the movable weight (30) moves in the longitudinal direction in conjunction with this, thereby improving the structure to adjust the tension of the main rope (40), so as to prevent the floating body (10) from overturning or detaching from external forces such as water level, wind, and waves, and to maintain balance. In particular, after the water level drops and the movable weight (30) reaches the lowest point where it can move, the tension of the main rope (40) is maintained by the gravity weight (62), so there is an advantage of effectively mooring the floating body (10) to a designated location even in drought conditions.
