Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a corner block coupling bracket for a chassis with a cushioning effect, and in particular, to a corner block coupling bracket for a chassis with a cushioning effect that allows the corner portion where the vertical and horizontal directions meet to be easily coupled when the chassis is coupled, while preventing separation in the reverse direction, and also mitigates the impact generated during the process of closing the chassis, thereby reducing impact noise or noise. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, chassis had a problem of low workability because, when the corner sections were joined, the horizontal and vertical parts were joined diagonally, making it difficult to align the diagonally connected parts and requiring the connections to be joined at precise angles.

[0003] Even after assembly, the chassis had a problem where the connection was unstable because the diagonal sections were connected to each other on inclined surfaces, and the connection of the joints became poor, such as the joints becoming twisted or detached due to external impacts like earthquakes or strong winds.

[0004] If warping occurred in such a chassis, there was a problem in that maintenance and repair were not easy, such as having to disassemble the entire chassis to reassemble or replace it.

[0005] In this regard, the window frame assembly structure of Prior Art 1 (Registered Utility Model No. 20-0377485, Nov. 14, 2005) discloses a technology in which a vertically shaped corner support frame is inserted into the connection part to connect it, and a separate reinforcing bent plate is installed on the outer side of the connection part.

[0006] However, prior art 1 had the problem of poor workability because precise cutting was required to ensure the diagonal joints matched, and the corner support frame had to be manufactured in a vertical direction, and it had the problem of not being able to sufficiently support the diagonal joints from twisting when used for a long time or when external forces were applied. [0030] Hereinafter, a corner block coupling bracket for a chassis with a cushioning function according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0031] FIG. 1 is a front view illustrating a state in which a chassis vertical and horizontal frame is coupled to a corner block coupling bracket with a cushioning action applied according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a corner block coupling bracket separated according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a perspective view illustrating a corner block coupling bracket separated from the rear view according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 4 is a perspective view illustrating a corner block coupling bracket according to an embodiment of the present invention from the rear and bottom views; FIG. 5a and FIG. 5b are longitudinal views illustrating the state before and after the operation of an impact protection device in a corner block coupling bracket according to an embodiment of the present invention; and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a state in which a frame is coupled to a corner block coupling bracket according to an embodiment of the present invention using screws.

[0032] Referring to FIG. 1, the present invention is provided in a window frame not illustrated and is configured to reciprocate in the longitudinal direction to open and close, and is formed in a rectangular shape by being coupled to both ends of two chassis horizontal frames (HF) and chassis vertical frames (VF). At this time, the two chassis horizontal frames (HF) and chassis vertical frames (VF) each have different lengths and are configured to face each other.

[0033] Referring to FIGS. 2 to 6, the corner block coupling bracket for a chassis with cushioning action according to the present invention is provided with a bracket body (100), a side support part (200), a horizontal frame coupling part (300), and a vertical frame coupling part (400).

[0034] Here, the bracket body (100) is provided with side support members (200) maintained at a constant distance on both sides, so that the shock-preventing member (500) and the roller (R) described later are stably provided.

[0035] To this end, the bracket body (100) is provided with a horizontal support space (HS) by having the end of the side support part (200) extend vertically upward or downward, and a vertical support space (VS) by having the end of the side support part (200) extend horizontally to one side or the other.

[0036] The horizontal support space (HS) is inserted into the roller (R) to sufficiently resist loads acting from above, thereby preventing deformation, while allowing for easy assembly and height adjustment of the roller (R). At this time, the horizontal support space (HS) is provided with a communication hole (TH) communicating with the vertical space (VS), so that the height, i.e., the horizontal level, can be easily adjusted by using a screwdriver (not illustrated) or the like to adjust the height adjustment mechanism provided on the roller (R).

[0037] It is preferable that the above-mentioned communication hole (TH) have a diameter larger than that of the horizontal through hole (330) and vertical through hole (430) described later, as a measure to allow the driver, etc., to be easily inserted. At this time, the roller (R) inserted into the horizontal support space (HS) is inserted only into the parts located at the lower two corners, as shown in FIG. 1.

[0038] The above side support member (200) is provided at the front and rear sides of the bracket body (100) to prevent the roller (R) and shock absorber (500) from being exposed to the outside while the chassis horizontal frame (HF) and chassis vertical frame (VF) are joined in a right-angle shape.

[0039] The above-mentioned side support member (200) is provided with an inner side support member (210) and an outer side support member (220) having a certain spacing in the same shape as the inner side support member (210), and is provided with a plurality of connecting ribs (230) that reduce the amount of material used and maintain optimal strength while maintaining a certain spacing between the inner side support member (210) and the outer side support member (220).

[0040] In the present invention, the inner side support member (210) of the side support part (200) is made to have a simple shape, but in addition to this shape, it is preferable to further provide a heat shrinkage reinforcing groove part (240) that provides a predetermined space in the inner corner part. This is to ensure that sufficient strength is maintained while reducing the amount of material used, and also to prevent shrinkage caused by thermal deformation during the injection molding process.

[0041] The above horizontal frame connecting part (300) is provided on the edge of the side support part (200) so that the end of the chassis horizontal frame (HF) is fitted therein, and a first horizontal connecting protrusion (310) is provided to protrude horizontally from the inner side of the corner toward one side from the other side which is the outer side, and a second horizontal connecting protrusion (320) having a certain distance from the first horizontal connecting protrusion (310) is provided to protrude in the same horizontal direction from the inner corner toward the outside.

[0042] A horizontal through hole (330) is provided between the first horizontal connecting protrusion (310) and the second horizontal connecting protrusion (320), thereby allowing the end of the chassis horizontal frame (HF) to be screw-connected using a screw (S) while the end of the chassis horizontal frame (HF) is inserted into the first horizontal connecting protrusion (310) and the second horizontal connecting protrusion (320), thus preventing separation in the reverse direction. At this time, the screw (S) is prevented from being exposed to the outside, thereby enhancing the aesthetics.

[0043] The above-mentioned vertical frame connecting part (400) is provided so that the end of the chassis vertical frame (VF) is fitted into it, and is provided on the edge of the side support part (200) in a direction perpendicular to the horizontal frame connecting part (300).

[0044] The above-mentioned vertical frame connecting part (400) is provided such that a first vertical connecting protrusion (410) protrudes vertically from the inner corner toward the outside, and a second vertical connecting protrusion (420) having a certain distance from the first vertical connecting protrusion (410) protrudes vertically from the inner corner toward the outside, thereby connecting the chassis vertical frame (VH) in a stable state.

[0045] A vertical through hole (430) is provided between the first vertical connecting protrusion (410) and the second vertical connecting protrusion (420). As shown in FIG. 6, the end of the chassis vertical frame (VF) is joined using a screw (S) while the end of the chassis vertical frame (VH) is inserted into the first vertical connecting protrusion (410) and the second vertical connecting protrusion (420), thereby preventing separation in the reverse direction. At this time, the screw (S) is prevented from being exposed to the outside.

[0046] In the present invention, the bracket body (100), side support part (200), horizontal frame connecting part (300), and vertical frame connecting part (400) are each provided in a separate form, but as a means to facilitate manufacturing and assembly, it is preferable to form them integrally using plastic, and they may be provided with metal in addition to plastic.

[0047] If a separate shock-preventing device (500) is provided on the horizontal outer end of the bracket body (100), the shock generated when the chassis is closed is mitigated to prevent the occurrence of shock noise, and additionally, local deformation caused by the shock can be prevented.

[0048] The above-mentioned shock-absorbing member (500) is provided with upper and lower female screws (510) that are arranged so as to maintain a certain distance between the upper and lower portions, and is provided at the horizontal outer end of the bracket body (100), which is a vertical support space (VS), and an elastic member support member (520) is provided between the upper and lower female screws (510) so that the elastic member (530) is stably supported.

[0049] The above elastic member (530) is inserted so that one side is in contact with and supported by the elastic member support part (520), and a cap (540) is provided so that it is in contact with and supported by the other side of the elastic member (530).

[0050] Meanwhile, although the elastic member support (520) in the present invention is configured to have a simply closed shape, it is preferable to provide a rectangular tapered shape in addition to this shape so that one end of the elastic member (530) is inserted to a predetermined depth to prevent movement. This prevents movement so that one end of the elastic member (530) does not move up and down or left and right, but rather gathers inward, thereby preventing changes in elastic force and providing sufficient elastic force.

[0051] To this end, it is preferable that the elastic member (530) be in the form of a coil spring, and it is even more preferable that it be arranged in two rows, upper and lower, to provide sufficient elastic force or support force.

[0052] The above cap (540) is configured to slide back and forth in the longitudinal direction by means of an externally fitted cap guide (550), and the cap guide (550) is fixedly coupled by a cap guide fixing member (570). At this time, the cap guide fixing member (570) is screw-coupled to upper and lower female screws (510) by means of a screw (560).

[0053] It is preferable that the above cap (540) and cap guide (550) have an elongated shape as a means to maximize the cross-sectional area, and to this end, the cap (540) has an open shape with one side having an elastic member insertion groove (541), an outer locking projection (542) provided on the outside, and the other side is provided with a closed shape.

[0054] The above cap guide (550) has a hollow interior and is provided with an inner catch (551) on the other side so that the outer catch (542) provided on the cap (540) can always be kept in a engaged state. That is, due to the elastic force of the elastic member (530), the closed end of the cap (540) is always kept exposed or pulled out to the outside of the cap guide (550), and the outer catch (542) of the cap (540) is caught on the protruding catch (552) of the cap guide (550) to prevent it from being pulled out or separated beyond a certain limit.

[0055] As illustrated in FIGS. 5a and 5b when closing the chassis, when the end of the cap (540) touches the liner provided inside the window frame (not illustrated), the elastic member (530) is compressed in the direction of the arrow, and the impact force is absorbed and mitigated during the process of inserting the cap (540) into the cap guide (550), thereby preventing the occurrence of impact noise and partial deformation or damage.

[0056] The above cap guide (550) is provided with a protruding hook (552) on the outside of the other end, and the protruding hook (552) is engaged with a concave hook (571) provided on the cap guide fixing member (570), thereby preventing movement or separation from the cap guide fixing member (570).

[0057] The present invention is not limited by the embodiments described above and the attached drawings, but is intended to be limited by the appended claims. Accordingly, various substitutions, modifications, and changes may be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the technical concept of the present invention as described in the claims, without departing from the technical spirit of the invention, and such are also to be considered to fall within the scope of the present invention.
