Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a method for providing a parking violation notification, wherein the parking management system comprises a plurality of cameras, a database, a vehicle management server, and a service server, identifies a tracking target using metadata of a vehicle obtained through an LPR module, converts local coordinates extracted from a plurality of camera images of the identified vehicle into global coordinates based on a coordinate conversion table, tracks the vehicle in an integrated manner on a single global map to determine whether a parking policy has been violated, and, if a violation is determined, transmits a parking violation notification including the type of violation of the vehicle and a snapshot image of the time of the violation to the terminal of the resident through the service server. Background Technology

[0003] A parking management system is designed to improve parking convenience by efficiently managing limited parking spaces and providing real-time parking information to drivers. Initially, it was limited to simply controlling vehicle entry and exit through barriers; however, with technological advancements, it is evolving toward providing intelligent functions, such as installing multiple cameras to analyze the occupancy of individual parking spaces via video and recognizing license plates. Nevertheless, as parking lots have become larger and multi-story, a new technical problem has emerged in which dozens of cameras installed to monitor a wide area each generate only independent two-dimensional video information.

[0004] As such, systems based on multiple cameras have a fundamental limitation in that they can only grasp the situation within the limited area captured by each camera and fail to secure an integrated view encompassing the entire parking lot. In other words, it is difficult for the system to continuously track whether a vehicle appearing at a specific local coordinate in the first camera image is the same object as a vehicle appearing at a different local coordinate in the second camera image. While this fragmented information enables simple status determinations, such as whether an individual parking space is occupied, it poses difficulties in recognizing complex abnormal parking behaviors occurring in areas unrelated to the parking space—such as blocking passageways or stopping at intersections—and in performing high-dimensional analysis based on the vehicle's entire movement path.

[0005] Conventional parking management systems include a parking management system and method for managing occupancy and illegal parking, such as Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2406169. The technical feature of the above parking management system and method for managing occupancy and illegal parking is that it utilizes an object learning model to set a virtual three-dimensional area for each parking space in a parking lot, and compares this three-dimensional area with captured vehicle size information to determine whether there is a parking line encroachment or double parking. Meanwhile, the above conventional parking management system has limitations in that it remains a space-centric analysis method that determines occupancy and encroachment based on individual parking spaces. This makes it difficult to comprehensively recognize complex situations, such as abnormal stopping or traffic obstruction occurring in passageways or corner areas rather than parking spaces, and to continuously track the overall movement path of vehicles.

[0006] Therefore, there is a need to develop parking management technology capable of responding to more complex and extensive abnormal parking situations by going beyond the state of individual parking spaces, recognizing the entire parking lot as a single integrated virtual space, and continuously tracking the paths of all vehicles moving within it. [0033] FIG. 1 schematically illustrates the steps of a method for providing a parking violation notification for abnormal parking using a global map according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 schematically illustrates the components of a parking management system (1) that performs a method for providing a parking violation notification for abnormal parking according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0035] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, a method for providing a parking violation notification for abnormal parking, performed by a parking management system (1) comprising a plurality of cameras (1000.1 to 1000.n), a database (4000), a vehicle management server (2000), and a service server (3000), comprises: a vehicle number recognition step (S100) in which the vehicle management server (2000) analyzes the license plate of a vehicle entering the parking lot through an LPR (License Plate Recognition) module placed at the entrance of the parking lot to recognize the vehicle number of said vehicle; and a meta-information reception step (S200) in which the vehicle management server (2000) searches for the recognized vehicle number in the database (4000) and receives meta-information about the corresponding vehicle stored in the database (4000). A local coordinate extraction step (S300) in which a vehicle management server (2000) analyzes a parking lot image received from a plurality of cameras (1000.1 to 1000.n) and extracts local coordinates at each camera (1000.1 to 1000.n) for a vehicle that has entered the parking lot; and a vehicle management server (2000) that converts each local coordinate for the vehicle into global coordinates based on a coordinate conversion table stored in the vehicle management server (2000) and a plurality of cameras (1000.1 to 1000.A method for providing a parking violation notification is provided, comprising: a vehicle tracking step (S400) for tracking a vehicle captured from n) in a global map; a parking violation judgment step (S500) for determining whether a parking policy has been violated according to a pre-set judgment logic for each vehicle in the global map by a vehicle management server (2000); a violation information transmission step (S600) for transmitting violation information, including a vehicle number of a vehicle determined to have violated the parking policy, a snapshot image at the time of the violation, and a type of violation, to a service server (3000) by a vehicle management server (2000); and a parking violation notification step (S700) for searching for a vehicle matching the received vehicle number in the database (4000) by a service server (3000) and transmitting a parking violation notification including the violation information to a resident terminal (7000) of a resident who is the owner of the searched vehicle.

[0037] Specifically, the parking management system (1) is configured to include a plurality of cameras (1000.1 to 1000.n), a database (4000), a vehicle management server (2000), and a service server (3000).

[0038] The above plurality of cameras (1000.1 to 1000.n) are each installed in a plurality of parking zones within the parking lot, and can generate a parking lot image by capturing vehicles driving in the parking zone and parking conditions.

[0039] The above vehicle management server (2000) is a server that performs parking lot video analysis and determines parking policy violations, and may include a vehicle number recognition unit (2100), a metadata receiving unit (2200), a local coordinate extraction unit (2300), a vehicle tracking unit (2400), a parking violation determination unit (2500), and a violation information transmission unit (2600).

[0040] The above service server (3000) is a server that performs sending a parking violation notification based on violation information and may include a parking violation notification unit (3100).

[0042] More specifically, the vehicle management server (2000) can perform a license plate recognition step (S100) that recognizes the license plate number of a vehicle entering the parking lot through an image captured by an LPR module placed at the entrance of the parking lot.

[0043] At this time, the recognized vehicle may be assigned a Tracking ID for tracking on the global map thereafter.

[0045] Additionally, the vehicle management server (2000) can perform a meta-information receiving step (S200) that searches the database (4000) using the recognized vehicle number and receives previously stored meta-information, such as the owner of the vehicle.

[0046] The received metadata can be used as analysis data to identify the resident to whom a parking violation notification will be sent when a parking policy violation occurs in the future, and to reflect vehicle characteristics, such as whether it is a disabled vehicle or an electric vehicle, in the judgment logic of the parking violation judgment step (S500).

[0048] Next, the vehicle management server (2000) can perform a local coordinate extraction step (S300) by analyzing a parking lot image received from a plurality of cameras (1000.1 to 1000.n) in the parking lot and extracting the local coordinates of the vehicle based on the viewpoint of each camera (1000.1 to 1000.n).

[0049] As an embodiment of the present invention, the local coordinate extraction step (S300) may be performed by identifying the location of a vehicle within a parking lot image as a bounding box through a learned artificial neural network-based object detection model, and calculating a specific reference point of the bounding box as a local coordinate.

[0051] The vehicle management server (2000) can convert multiple local coordinates extracted from each camera (1000.1 to 1000.n) into global coordinates, which is a single reference coordinate system representing the entire parking lot, based on a stored coordinate transformation table. Through this, the vehicle management server (2000) can perform a vehicle tracking step (S400) that integrates and tracks the movement path of the same vehicle from segmented parking lot images on a single global map.

[0053] As an embodiment of the present invention, the global map corresponds to stitching individual two-dimensional local coordinate spaces generated from a plurality of cameras (1000.1 to 1000.n) into one unified virtual coordinate space encompassing the entire parking lot based on the coordinate transformation table.

[0054] More specifically, the real-time global coordinates and past movement paths of all tracked vehicles can be displayed on the global map. Through this, the vehicle management server (2000) can reconstruct each separated parking space captured by individual cameras into a single continuous parking lot, analyze the movement path of the vehicle displayed on the global map, and determine the location and stopping behavior of the vehicle.

[0056] After that, the vehicle management server (2000) can perform a parking violation judgment step (S500) by applying the stopping location and stopping time of a vehicle tracked on a global map to a preset judgment logic to determine whether there is a violation of parking policies, such as double parking or parking area violation, and a more detailed explanation of the specific execution process of the parking violation judgment step (S500) through the judgment logic will be described later in the description of FIG. 7.

[0058] The vehicle management server (2000) can perform a violation information transmission step (S600) of generating violation information including the vehicle number of a vehicle determined to have violated the parking policy, a snapshot image at the time of enforcement, and a type of violation, and transmitting it to the service server (3000).

[0059] At this time, the above snapshot image can be generated by extracting a frame at the time of enforcement from a parking lot image received from a camera (1000).

[0061] Finally, the service server (3000) can perform a parking violation notification step (S700) by searching for the resident who is the owner of the vehicle based on the received violation information and the metadata of the vehicle received from the database (4000), and transmitting a parking violation notification containing the violation information to the resident terminal (7000) of the identified resident.

[0062] As another embodiment of the present invention, the service server (3000) can transmit the parking violation notification to a wall pad (not shown) inside the household of the resident.

[0064] FIG. 3 illustrates an exemplary tracking table and a meta-information table according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 illustrates an exemplary plurality of cameras (Camera #1 to Camera #3) arranged in a parking lot according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 illustrates an exemplary process of performing a coordinate transformation step according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 illustrates an exemplary process of performing a path tracking step according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0066] As illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 6, the parking violation notification providing method comprises: a vehicle number recognition step (S100) in which a vehicle management server (2000) recognizes the vehicle number of a vehicle by analyzing the license plate of a vehicle entering the parking lot through an LPR (License Plate Recognition) module placed at the entrance of the parking lot; a meta-information reception step (S200) in which the vehicle management server (2000) searches for the recognized vehicle number in the database (4000) and receives meta-information about the corresponding vehicle stored in the database (4000); and a local coordinate extraction step (S300) in which the vehicle management server (2000) analyzes the parking lot image received from the plurality of cameras (Camera #1 to Camera #3) and extracts the local coordinates at each camera (Camera #1 to Camera #3) for a vehicle that has entered the parking lot. The method includes a vehicle tracking step (S400) in which, by means of the vehicle management server (2000), each local coordinate of the vehicle is converted into a global coordinate based on a coordinate conversion table stored in the vehicle management server (2000) and the vehicle captured by a plurality of cameras (camera #1 to camera #3) is tracked on a single global map.

[0067] Additionally, the vehicle number recognition step (S100) includes an ID assignment step for assigning a tracking ID to a vehicle whose vehicle number has been recognized; and the vehicle tracking step (S400) includes a coordinate transformation step for converting a plurality of local coordinates extracted from each of the plurality of cameras (camera #1 to camera #3) into global coordinates on the global map using the coordinate transformation table; and a path tracking step for tracking a plurality of global coordinates for the same vehicle as a single object in a time series based on the assigned tracking ID.

[0069] Schematically, FIG. 3(a) illustrates a tracking table, and FIG. 3(b) illustrates a meta-information table.

[0071] Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 3(a), the vehicle management server (2000) may assign a tracking ID to the vehicle number recognized through the LPR module and register it along with the time of entry of the vehicle into the parking lot. Subsequently, the vehicle management server (2000) may use the vehicle number to search the registered vehicle metadata table illustrated in FIG. 3(b) and obtain metadata including the owner, contact information, household information, and vehicle classification of the vehicle.

[0072] For example, if the license plate number of a vehicle entering the parking lot entrance is recognized as '123ga4567' through the LPR module, the vehicle management server (2000) can assign a tracking ID 'ID1' to the vehicle and record it along with the entry time '2025.06.02. 18:12:43'. Subsequently, the vehicle management server (2000) searches the meta-information table using the license plate number '123ga4567' as a search key to obtain the vehicle classification 'Light Car', owner 'Choi Hyun-woo', contact number '010-1234-5678', and household information 'Building 102, Unit 703' as meta-information for the vehicle. Through this, the vehicle management server (2000) can identify that the vehicle (ID1) is a light car owned by Choi Hyun-woo in Room 703 of Building 102, and use it for subsequent vehicle tracking and determining violations of parking policies.

[0074] Additionally, as illustrated in FIG. 4(a), a plurality of cameras (Camera #1 to Camera #3) distributed within the parking lot can capture their respective observation areas. When a vehicle assigned a tracking ID moves within the parking lot, as illustrated in FIG. 4(b) to (d), the vehicle can be captured at different points in time by different cameras (Camera #1 to Camera #3). At this time, the vehicle management server (2000) can extract the local coordinates of the vehicle based on the 2D planar coordinate system of each camera (Camera #1 to Camera #3) from the images of each camera (Camera #1 to Camera #3).

[0076] Additionally, as illustrated in FIG. 5, the vehicle management server (2000) can perform a process of converting multiple local coordinates received from each camera (Camera #1 to Camera #3) into a single integrated coordinate. More specifically, the vehicle management server (2000) can refer to a coordinate transformation table stored in the database (4000), and the coordinate transformation table stores a transformation matrix that reflects the physical installation location, installation angle, and lens characteristics of each camera (Camera #1 to Camera #3). The vehicle management server (2000) can apply the transformation matrix corresponding to each local coordinate to convert it into a global coordinate, which is a single reference coordinate system representing the entire parking lot.

[0077] For example, Camera #1 captures a specific vehicle within its observation area, and the vehicle management server (2000) can extract the location of the vehicle as local coordinates (x: 450, y: 600). At this time, the local coordinates have meaning only within the image of Camera #1.

[0078] The vehicle management server (2000) can find and apply the following transformation matrix H1 corresponding to Camera #1 in the coordinate transformation table shown in FIG. 5 in order to convert the local coordinates into actual locations that are valid throughout the parking lot.

[0079]

[0080] The vehicle management server (2000) can perform an operation to apply the transformation matrix H1 to the local coordinates (450, 600) to calculate global coordinates based on a global map representing the entire parking lot as (x′: 10.0, y′: 18.0).

[0081] Through this, the 2D local coordinates (450, 600), which were meaningful only at one viewpoint called Camera #1, are converted into global coordinates (10.0m, 18.0m), which are actual locations on the entire map of the parking lot, thereby enabling the parking management system (1) to recognize and track the exact location of the vehicle.

[0083] Finally, as illustrated in FIG. 6, the converted multiple global coordinates can be displayed chronologically on a global map. In one embodiment of the present invention, since all global coordinates are identified as being the coordinates of the same vehicle through the assigned tracking ID (ID1), the vehicle management server (2000) can connect the points to complete a single continuous movement path for the vehicle. Through the integrated path information generated in this way, the parking management system (1) can achieve the effect of accurately analyzing the comprehensive movement path of the vehicle over the entire parking lot space beyond the segmented field of view of individual cameras (1000.1 to 1000.n).

[0085] FIG. 7 illustrates, in an exemplary manner, the process of performing a parking violation judgment step (S500) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0087] As illustrated in FIG. 7, the parking violation notification method includes a parking violation judgment step (S500) in which a vehicle management server (2000) determines whether a parking policy has been violated according to a judgment logic set for each vehicle in the global map.

[0088] Additionally, the judgment logic includes: a first logic for determining whether the vehicle has moved out of the enforcement zone during a preset judgment time when it is determined that a specific vehicle that has entered the parking lot has stopped in the enforcement zone according to the parking policy; and a second logic for determining whether the vehicle has moved out of the enforcement zone during a preset grace period when it is determined that the vehicle has not moved out of the enforcement zone during the said judgment time.

[0090] Specifically, the aforementioned global map is not limited to a simple coordinate space but may include enforcement zone information where different parking policies are applied to each space, such as electric vehicle parking areas, disabled parking areas, and light vehicle parking areas. In addition, in addition to parking spaces, passageways where parking is prohibited to allow vehicle traffic may also be designated as enforcement zones.

[0091] As another embodiment of the present invention, a firefighting facility may be located in front of a fire hydrant, and the area may be designated as a restricted zone where parking is prohibited.

[0093] As an embodiment of the present invention illustrated in FIG. 7(b), when a specific vehicle being tracked via the global map stops in a passageway area where parking is prohibited, the vehicle management server (2000) can perform a first logic. The first logic can monitor whether the vehicle moves during a preset judgment time to determine whether the vehicle has stopped temporarily or is attempting to park in a double lane.

[0094] At this time, if it is determined that the vehicle has not moved during the above judgment time and has parked in a double parking space, the vehicle management server (2000) may execute a second logic. The second logic may grant a pre-set grace period to the resident who is the owner of the vehicle to move the vehicle.

[0095] At this time, if the vehicle does not move while the grace period has elapsed, the vehicle management server (2000) can determine that the vehicle has finally violated the parking policy and perform the violation information transmission step (S600).

[0097] For example, if the above judgment time is set to 30 seconds, the vehicle management server (2000) can apply the first logic to the vehicle at the time when a specific vehicle stops in a passageway that is not a parking area, and if the vehicle does not move for 30 seconds, it can determine that the vehicle is attempting double parking rather than temporarily stopping. Subsequently, if the above grace time is set to 10 minutes, if the vehicle does not move for 10 minutes, it can be finally determined that the parking policy has been violated.

[0098] In addition, as an embodiment of the present invention, the judgment logic may be applied differently depending on the type of violation of the pre-set parking policy. For example, when a regular vehicle enters and stops in an electric vehicle parking area, the act of stopping itself constitutes parking in the electric vehicle parking area without needing to consider temporary stopping, so the judgment time for the corresponding type of violation is set to 0 seconds, and the vehicle management server (2000) can immediately determine the vehicle as being in an abnormal parking state.

[0100] In one embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to accurately determine abnormal parking situations, such as parking on the wrong side of a passageway that is difficult to detect with individual parking space sensors, through path tracking based on a global map.

[0102] FIG. 8 schematically illustrates an enforcement warning notification and enforcement processing notification in one embodiment of the present invention.

[0104] As illustrated in FIG. 8, the parking violation notification method comprises: a violation information transmission step (S600) in which a vehicle management server (2000) transmits violation information, including a vehicle number of a vehicle determined to have violated a parking policy, a snapshot image at the time of the violation, and a type of violation, to a service server (3000); and a parking violation notification step (S700) in which a service server (3000) searches for a vehicle matching the received vehicle number in the database (4000) and transmits a parking violation notification including the violation information to a resident terminal (7000) of a resident who is the owner of the searched vehicle.

[0105] Additionally, the parking violation notification step (S700) comprises: a violation warning notification step in which, if a specific vehicle does not move out of the enforcement zone during the judgment time, the service server (3000) transmits a violation warning notification to the resident terminal (7000) of the resident who is the owner of the vehicle, the violation information including the vehicle number, a snapshot image at the relevant time, and a violation type; and a message requesting vehicle movement; and a violation processing notification step in which, if the vehicle does not move out of the enforcement zone during the grace time, the service server (3000) transmits a violation processing notification to the resident terminal (7000), the violation information; and a message notifying that the vehicle has been caught for violating the parking policy.

[0106] Meanwhile, the above types of violations may include violations of double parking, violations of electric vehicle zones, violations of disabled vehicle zones, and violations of light vehicle zones, corresponding to the enforcement zones according to the parking policy described above in the description of Fig. 7.

[0108] Specifically, after the violation information transmission step (S600) is performed, the service server (3000) may perform a parking violation notification step (S700) that transmits a parking violation notification to the resident terminal (7000) of the resident based on the violation information received from the vehicle management server (2000). At this time, the parking violation notification step (S700) may be composed of a crackdown warning notification step that induces voluntary vehicle movement for a resident for whom a violation of the parking policy has been detected, and a crackdown processing notification step that informs the resident that the vehicle has been finally processed for crackdown if the resident does not move the vehicle even after receiving the crackdown warning notification.

[0110] First, if a specific vehicle is determined to be in an abnormal parking state because it does not leave the enforcement zone during a preset judgment time, the service server (3000) can perform an enforcement warning notification step.

[0111] The service server (3000) can combine violation information received from the vehicle management server (2000) and a message requesting vehicle relocation and transmit them to the resident terminal (7000). For example, the resident terminal (7000) may display a warning of enforcement that includes a message such as "Double parking detected. Please move within 10 minutes." along with the violation information.

[0113] Despite the above enforcement notice, if the vehicle does not move during the given grace period, the service server (3000) may perform an enforcement processing notification step. The service server (3000) may combine the violation information and a message notifying that the vehicle has been caught for violating the parking policy and transmit it to the resident terminal (7000). For example, an enforcement processing notification containing a message such as "Proceeded with enforcement for double parking violation" along with the corresponding violation information may be displayed on the resident terminal (7000).

[0115] In one embodiment of the present invention, by providing a resident with an opportunity for prior correction through a two-stage parking violation notification method including a warning of enforcement and a notification of enforcement processing, it is possible to prevent conflict situations from occurring, as well as induce the voluntary movement of violating vehicles, thereby minimizing the intervention of parking management personnel and improving management efficiency.

[0117] FIG. 9 exemplarily illustrates the process of performing the penalty weight calculation step and the penalty weight application step according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0119] As illustrated in FIG. 9, the database (4000) stores violation history information including violation information of each resident, and the parking violation notification provision method comprises: a penalty time update step in which the vehicle management server (2000) checks the time when the vehicle moves out of the enforcement zone after the grace time has elapsed, calculates the time from the time the grace time ends until the time the vehicle moves out of the enforcement zone as penalty time, and updates the violation history information; and a penalty weight calculation step in which the vehicle management server (2000) analyzes the violation history information of each resident stored in the database (4000) for each preset evaluation period and calculates a penalty weight based on the total sum of penalty times accumulated during the evaluation period of a specific resident. and further includes a penalty weight application step of applying the calculated penalty weight to the grace period of the second logic for the tenant to reset the grace period to be customized for the tenant.

[0121] Specifically, the vehicle management server (2000) can dynamically reset the grace period for each resident to impose a penalty on habitual parking policy violators.

[0122] As an embodiment of the present invention illustrated in FIG. 9, when the evaluation period is set to 10 days and the grace period to 10 minutes, the vehicle management server (2000) can calculate the penalty time by analyzing violation history information for 10 days.

[0123] More specifically, the vehicle management server (2000) can analyze the stopping time for each violation date. For example, on the 2nd, 4th, 7th, and 10th days, the vehicle moved out of the enforcement zone within the grace period of 10 minutes, so the penalty time is recorded as 0 minutes. On the other hand, on the 3rd day, it stopped for 15 minutes, exceeding the grace period by 5 minutes; on the 6th day, it stopped for 12 minutes, exceeding 2 minutes; and on the 8th day, it stopped for 18 minutes, exceeding 8 minutes. Therefore, the penalty time for each date is calculated as 5 minutes, 2 minutes, and 8 minutes, respectively, and can be updated in the violation history information.

[0125] In addition, the vehicle management server (2000) can calculate the total sum of accumulated lapse time during an evaluation period of 10 days and calculate a lapse weight based on the total sum of lapse time as shown in [Equation 1] below.

[0126]

[0127] At this time, the above is the penalty weighting, is the total sum of accumulated idle time during the evaluation period, and corresponds to a pre-set excess constant.

[0128] For example, if the above penalty constant is set to 30 minutes, the penalty weight can be calculated as 0.33 in one embodiment of the present invention illustrated in FIG. 9.

[0130] Afterwards, the vehicle management server (2000) can reset the grace period to be customized for the resident by applying the above penalty weight to the existing grace period as shown in [Equation 2] below.

[0131]

[0132] At this time, the above is the reset grace period and This corresponds to the existing grace period.

[0133] In one embodiment of the present invention illustrated in FIG. 9, the existing grace period of 10 minutes can be reset to 6.7 minutes by [Equation 2].

[0135] In one embodiment of the present invention, by quantitatively analyzing the frequency and severity of parking policy violations and personalizing penalties for each resident, the recurrence of parking policy violations can be suppressed, management resources can be saved by minimizing individual intervention by managers, and the fairness, consistency, and efficiency of parking policy application can be simultaneously achieved.

[0137] FIG. 10 illustrates an exemplary management office interface according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 11 illustrates an exemplary manager interface and resident interface according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0139] As illustrated in FIGS. 10 and 11, the parking violation notification provision method further comprises: a management office interface provision step in which a management office interface capable of setting a parking policy is provided to a management office terminal (5000) by a service server (3000); a manager interface provision step in which a manager interface displaying violation history information including transmission details of the parking violation notification is provided to a manager terminal (6000) by a service server (3000); and a resident interface provision step in which a resident interface displaying violation history information including reception details of the parking violation notification is provided to a resident terminal (7000) by a service server (3000); wherein the management office interface comprises a violation history layer including: a filtering area capable of filtering an enforcement zone, an inquiry period, a violation type, an enforcement status, and a notification transmission status; and a violation history area displaying filtered violation history information according to the settings in the filtering area. It includes a policy setting layer capable of setting whether to conduct enforcement, the types of violations to be enforced, the enforcement execution time, and the grace period for each violation type.

[0141] Specifically, the service server (3000) can provide an interface capable of interaction suitable for each user's role. More specifically, it can provide a management office interface for setting parking policies of the parking management system (1) and managing the entire violation history, a manager interface that allows a manager to monitor the on-site situation in real time, and a resident interface that allows a resident to check their violation history.

[0143] The above management office interface is provided to the management office terminal (5000) on a web basis and can perform the functions of managing and setting parking policies of the above parking management system (1).

[0144] The violation history layer illustrated in Fig. 10 (a) enables the systematic management of the entire violation history information by including a filtering area where detailed searching is possible based on the resident's building / unit number, inquiry period, violation type, etc., and a violation history area where the filtering results are displayed as a list.

[0145] As another embodiment of the present invention, if a parking violation notification is not automatically transmitted normally to a specific resident due to a temporary problem of the parking management system (1), such as a communication error, the manager can check the relevant case in the violation history area and take measures to manually transmit the notification.

[0146] In addition, through the policy setting layer shown in Fig. 10 (b), the administrator can select whether to conduct enforcement and the type of violation to be enforced, and can set and change the core parking policy of the parking management system (1), such as setting different grace times in minutes for each type of violation, such as ‘illegal parking’ and ‘electric vehicle zone violation’.

[0147] As another embodiment of the present invention, the administrator may set the 'enforcement time' in the policy setting layer to be limited to a specific time period. For example, as shown in FIG. 10 (b), the enforcement time may be set to weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, when there is a high volume of vehicle traffic, such as during commuting hours. Through this, the waste of resources of the parking management system (1) during relatively quiet times can be reduced, and parking management can be performed intensively only during necessary times, thereby improving the overall operational efficiency of the parking management system (1).

[0149] In addition, as an embodiment of the present invention illustrated in FIG. 11 (a), the manager interface may be provided through a management application (6100) for a manager, who is a personnel who primarily manages the site. Through the manager interface, the manager can check the status of abnormal parking occurring throughout the parking lot in real-time in the form of a list, and identify the processing status and violation information of each parking violation to respond quickly to the site.

[0151] Meanwhile, as an embodiment of the present invention illustrated in FIG. 11 (b), the resident interface may be provided through a parking application (7100) for a resident who is a vehicle owner. The resident can identify their violation history information by directly viewing the history of parking violations that occurred on their vehicle and checking whether each parking violation is currently 'in progress' or 'completed'.
