Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a pole foundation device for reinforcing the lower support of a pole, which is installed on one side of the lower portion of a pole on which a power distribution line is installed in the air to strengthen the support capacity against the ground. Background Technology

[0002] When installing utility poles to support overhead power lines, a supporting reinforcement structure may be installed at the base of the pole to prevent the pole from collapsing or tilting. The support structure comprises a support block, which is a concrete structure of a certain size, and U-shaped bolts (U-bolts) and nuts for securing the support block to the utility pole.

[0003] This foundation is installed by pressing the foundation block against the side of the utility pole to be installed using manpower or equipment, inserting U-bolts into the through holes formed in the foundation block so that the utility pole is positioned on the inside, and then tightening nuts to securely fasten the utility pole and the foundation block together.

[0004] However, since foundation blocks are heavy objects made of concrete, they are difficult to transport, and due to the nature of their weight, it is difficult to diversify their size and shape, which limits their supporting capacity. Additionally, because utility poles have a gradient shape in which the diameter narrows toward the top, if external forces are continuously applied to the pole, the fastening parts of the U-bolts may loosen, causing play and potentially leading to a decrease in supporting capacity. The problem to be solved

[0005] The present invention aims to solve the aforementioned problems by providing a utility pole foundation device capable of stably supporting a utility pole by reinforcing the ground's bearing capacity through expanded deformation in the subsurface ground where the foundation device is buried. means of solving the problem

[0006] A pole base device for reinforcing the lower support of a pole according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base body extending in the horizontal direction of the pole's uprighting direction at one side of the lower end of the pole and having a through hole formed at one position along the uprighting direction; a coupling part for fixing the base body to the pole; and an expansion deformation fixing member comprising a tubular body part inserted and installed through the through hole, a flange part provided to contact and support the upper surface of the base body in the uprighting direction on one side of the body part, a threaded part formed on the inner circumference of the other side of the body part and embedded in the lower ground where the base body is installed, and a deformation part provided to be embedded between the threaded part and the flange part and screw-coupled to the threaded part while supporting the flange part, thereby expanding and deforming in the radial direction of the axis by the operation of an expansion operating part, wherein the base body is fixedly supported on the lower ground by the expanded deformation fixing member. Accordingly, by the expansion deformation fixing member expanding and deforming on the lower ground to fixly support the base body, the supporting force on the ground is strengthened and the pole can be stably supported.

[0007] Here, two main bases are stacked in an upright direction so that their respective through holes are connected to each other, and an expansion-deformation fixing member is inserted into the continuously connected through holes to fix and support the two main bases to the lower ground by means of the expanded-deformed portion. By doing so, the supporting force of the utility pole is further strengthened by the two main bases, and installation costs can be reduced by fixing and supporting the two main bases using a single expansion-deformation fixing member.

[0008] Meanwhile, a method for reinforcing support at the lower part of a utility pole using a utility pole foundation device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: placing a foundation body on one side of the lower part of a utility pole that is erected on the installation ground and buried; fixing the foundation body to the utility pole using a connecting part; forming a buried hole of a predetermined depth in the lower ground by inserting a drill through a through hole of the foundation body and drilling; inserting an expansion deformation fixing member through a through hole and burying a screw part and a deformation part in the buried hole; and inserting an expansion operating part into the body part of the expansion deformation fixing member and screwing it into the screw part while supporting the flange part, thereby expanding and deforming the deformation part in the radial direction of the axis, and fixing and supporting the foundation body to the lower ground by the expanded and deformed deformation part. Accordingly, by the expansion deformation fixing member expanding and deforming in the lower ground to fix and support the foundation body, the supporting force on the ground is strengthened and the utility pole can be stably supported. Effects of the invention

[0009] According to one embodiment of the present invention as described above, an expandable deformation fixing member with a pop nut fastening method expands and deforms in the lower ground where the foundation device is buried, thereby fixing and supporting the foundation body to the lower ground. This strengthens the supporting force on the ground and provides the effect of stably supporting the utility pole even if external forces or ground subsidence occur. Brief explanation of the drawing

Specific details for implementing the invention

[0011] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement the present invention.

[0012] The pole foundation device (10) according to the embodiments of the present invention is a pole foundation device for reinforcing support at the bottom of a pole (1) that is installed buried in the ground (underground) at the bottom of the pole (1) to strengthen / reinforce the support force of the pole (1) on which a power distribution line is installed in the air.

[0013] According to one embodiment, the utility pole (1) is implemented as a column-shaped concrete utility pole (telephone pole) for supporting overhead power distribution lines (e.g., power lines, communication lines, etc.). However, the material or shape of the utility pole (1) in the present invention is not limited, and for example, the case where the utility pole (1) is a steel pipe pole made of steel pipe is also included in the present invention.

[0014] First embodiment

[0015] FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a pole foundation device according to the first embodiment of the present invention installed on a pole. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a pole foundation device according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 are perspective views of a pole foundation device according to the first embodiment of the present invention, where FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a pole foundation device before horizontal expansion, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a pole foundation device after horizontal expansion. FIG. 5 is a side cross-sectional view of the pole foundation device of FIG. 3. FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 are drawings for explaining the adjustment of the pole width by sliding of the pole foundation device according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

[0016] Referring to FIGS. 2 to 7, a pole foundation device (10) according to the first embodiment includes a support frame (100) installed on one side of the lower end of a pole (1), and a pair of foundation bodies (210, 220) disposed within the support frame (100).

[0017] The support frame (100) is fixedly installed on one side of the lower end of the utility pole (1). In one embodiment, the support frame (100) may be made of a metal plate, such as a hot-dip galvanized steel plate, but is not limited to this.

[0018] According to one embodiment, the support frame (100) has a U-shaped form with both sides open and is configured to include an upper surface (110) and a lower surface (120) arranged parallel to each other at predetermined intervals in the horizontal direction (e.g., horizontal direction) relative to the upright direction (e.g., vertical direction) of the utility pole (1), a rear surface (130) arranged parallel to the upright direction of the utility pole (1) and connecting the upper surface (110) and the lower surface (120), and a contact surface (140). Here, the contact surface (140) is an inner surface that is in contact with the outer circumference of the utility pole (1), and may be formed as a curved surface corresponding to the curvature of the outer circumference of the utility pole (1).

[0019] In one embodiment, the width of the support frame (100) in the horizontal direction is made smaller than the width of the connecting part (300) described later.

[0020] On the upper surface (110) and the lower surface (120), a fastening part (111, 121) is provided in which a portion of the end contacting the outer circumference of the utility pole (1) is bent in opposite directions, that is, upward and downward, respectively. A bolt hole (112, 122) is formed in each fastening part (111, 121), so that the support frame (100) can be fixedly installed on the outer circumference of the utility pole (1) by bolt connection.

[0021] In the central part of the rear side (130), a through hole (131) is provided through which a rotary operating mechanism (430), described later, can be inserted and passed. On both the left and right sides of the through hole (131), a pair of support protrusions (132, 133) are provided, which are formed to protrude from the rear side (130) toward the front column (1) and are provided to support and allow sliding of a pair of base bodies (210, 220).

[0022] A pair of supporting bodies (210, 220) are arranged vertically parallel to each other with respect to the upright direction (e.g., vertical direction) of the pole (1) on the supporting frame (100). In one embodiment, the pair of supporting bodies (210, 220) may be made of concrete or may use a metal plate, such as a hot-dip galvanized steel plate, but are not limited thereto.

[0023] A pair of base bodies (210, 220) are each formed to extend in the horizontal direction (e.g., horizontal direction) of the upright direction of the utility pole (1) and are arranged to slide relative to each other along the horizontal direction. Here, the pair of base bodies (210, 220) slide relative to each other in the horizontal direction, and accordingly, the total width (W) of the pair of base bodies (210, 220) can be adjusted (decreased or increased). For example, referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, when the pair of base bodies (210, 220) slide relative to each other, the total width (W) increases, and at this time, the utility pole base device (10) is horizontally expanded.

[0024] According to one embodiment, each root body (210, 220) is provided with an outer end having a tapered shape. For example, a plurality of tapered inclined guide surfaces (211, 212) may be formed on the outer end of the upper root body (210), and a plurality of tapered inclined guide surfaces (221, 222) may likewise be formed on the outer end of the lower root body (220).

[0025] Since the outer end of each foundation body (210, 220) is formed in a paper shape, it is easy for each foundation body (210, 220) to dig into the ground when the horizontal expansion of the pole foundation device (10) occurs due to the mutual sliding of a pair of foundation bodies (210, 220).

[0026] The pole foundation device (10) includes a connecting part (300) that fixes a pair of foundation bodies (210, 220) to the pole (1).

[0027] According to one embodiment, the coupling portion (300) includes a U-bolt (310) having a threaded portion (311, 312) (male threaded portion) formed on the outer circumference of both ends in a roughly U-shape, and a nut (321, 322) that is fastened to the threaded portion (311, 312) of the U-bolt (310). Here, as described above, the width of the horizontal direction of the support frame (100) is provided to be smaller than the width of the coupling portion (300), such as the horizontal distance between the threaded portions (311, 312), so that the nut (321, 322) corresponding to each threaded portion (311, 312) that passes through the bolt passing slit (213, 223) described later can be easily fastened from the rear side (130) of the support frame (100).

[0028] Each base body (210, 220) is provided with a bolt passage slit (213, 223) through which the threaded portion (311, 312) of a U-bolt (310) passes. The U-bolt (310) can be fastened with a nut (321, 322) in a state where the threaded portion (311, 312) passes through the corresponding bolt passage slit (213, 223) and protrudes toward the rear of the base body (210, 220).

[0029] According to one embodiment, the bolt passing slit (213, 223) has an allowable length for sliding of a pair of base bodies (210, 220) in the horizontal direction. That is, the bolt passing slit (213, 223) is provided in a horizontally long shape, so that after the threaded portion (311, 312) of the U-bolt (310) passes through the bolt passing slit (213, 223) and is fastened with a nut (321, 322), a pair of base bodies (210, 220) can freely slide toward or apart from each other.

[0030] The U-bolt (310) includes a curved portion (313) provided in the center and inclined extension portions (314, 315) extending obliquely from both sides of the curved portion (313).

[0031] The curved portion (313) supports the pole (1) by wrapping around it from the outside and is arranged horizontally in the horizontal direction relative to the standing direction of the pole (1).

[0032] The inclined extensions (314, 315) are arranged to be inclined toward the bolt passage slits (213, 223) of each main body (210, 220) on both sides of the curved section (313). Here, a pair of main bodies (210, 220) are arranged vertically parallel to each other, and the bolt passage slits (213, 223) of each main body (210, 220) are positioned vertically so that they have different heights, so the inclined extensions (314, 315) on both sides of the curved section (313) are arranged to be inclined toward the corresponding bolt passage slits (213, 223) in opposite directions (e.g., upward and downward). At the ends of each inclined extension (314, 315), the aforementioned screw portion (311, 312) is provided parallel to each other so as to pass through the corresponding bolt passage slit (213, 223).

[0033] This connecting part (300) supports the curved part (313) of the U-bolt (310) so as to closely wrap around the lower outer circumference of the utility pole (1), and the threaded parts (311, 312) of both ends pass through the bolt passage slits (213, 223) of the corresponding main body (210, 220) and are respectively fastened to the nuts (321, 322), thereby allowing a pair of main bodies (210, 220) to be firmly fixed and connected to the utility pole (1).

[0034] The pole foundation device (10) includes an extension adjustment part (400) capable of adjusting the width of a pair of foundation bodies (210, 220).

[0035] According to one embodiment, the expansion adjustment unit (400) includes a pair of racks (410, 420) that are each fixedly installed on the opposing surfaces of a pair of base bodies (210, 220), and a pinion (430) that meshes between the pair of racks (410, 420).

[0036] A pair of racks (410, 420) and a pinion (430) are constructed using metal materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, etc., but are not limited thereto. In one embodiment, a pair of racks (410, 420) are contact-coupled to one side (facing side) of a corresponding base body (210, 220), and at this time, an epoxy adhesive, a silicone adhesive, etc., capable of bonding metal and concrete may be used. However, the connection between the racks (410, 420) and the base body (210, 220) is not limited to bonding, and, for example, bolt holes may be formed at both ends of a pair of racks (410, 420) to be bolt-coupled to the base body (210, 220).

[0037] The pinion (430) rotates by the operation of the rotary operating mechanism (440). The pinion (430) is provided with a connecting part (431) to which the rotary operating mechanism (440) can be connected.

[0038] In one embodiment, the rotary operating member (440) includes an L-shaped L-wrench having a hexagonal cross-section. The connecting portion (431) is formed in the shape of a hexagonal groove of a predetermined depth into which the tip portion (441) of the rotary operating member (440) can be inserted snugly. Both manual and electric operation can be applied to the rotary operating member (440).

[0039] Accordingly, the pinion (430) can be rotated by operating the rotary operating member (440) with the tip portion (441) of the rotary operating member (440) inserted, that is, fitted into the connecting portion (431). And as the pinion (430) rotates, a pair of racks (410, 420) that are engaged, that is, meshed with it, move in opposite directions, that is, linear motion.

[0040] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, as the pair of racks (410, 420) move relative to each other according to the rotation of the pinion (430), the pair of base bodies (210, 220) slide relative to each other in the horizontal direction, thereby adjusting the overall width of the pair of base bodies (210, 220). For example, if the pinion (430) is rotated in one direction (e.g., counterclockwise), the pair of base bodies (210, 220) slide relative to each other due to the mutual movement of the pair of racks (410, 420), thereby increasing the overall width, and accordingly, the entire base device (10) is horizontally expanded.

[0041] A method for reinforcing the support of the lower part of a pole (1) using a pole foundation device (10) according to the first embodiment of the present invention as described above will be explained.

[0042] First, a pit is dug in the ground at the location where the pole (1) is to be erected, and the pole (1) is erected.

[0043] According to one embodiment, a worker (user) excavates a pit (pole hole) (h) to the depth of the embedment of the pole (1) to be erected on the installation ground (g), for example, using an auger crane. The pit (pole hole) (h) can be excavated by drilling with a rotary drill.

[0044] At this time, an additional space (a) for installing the pole foundation device (10) is excavated to secure a space (foundation installation space) (a) for installing the pole foundation device (10). The foundation installation space (a) is provided so that the pole foundation device (10) can be installed at a position higher than the depth of the pole hole (h) and lower than the ground. In one embodiment, the width of the foundation installation space (a) corresponds to the full width of a pair of foundation bodies (210, 220) before expansion (see FIG. 6 (a)). However, depending on the case, the foundation installation space (a) may be secured with a width that takes into account the full width after expansion (see FIG. 6 (b)).

[0045] Next, the lower end of the pole (1) is inserted into the excavated pit (pole hole) (h) to erect the pole (1). At this time, the lower end of the pole (1) may be temporarily buried in the installation ground (g).

[0046] A pole foundation device (10) is installed on the pole (1) that has been erected and buried in this manner.

[0047] According to one embodiment, a pole foundation device (10) installed on a pole (1) includes a support frame (100) equipped with a pair of foundation bodies (210, 220).

[0048] A pair of supporting bodies (210, 220) support a pair of supporting protrusions (132, 133) formed protruding from the rear surface (130) of the supporting frame (100) and are arranged vertically parallel to each other with respect to the upright direction of the column (1), and a pinion (430) is arranged between them. Here, a pair of racks (410, 420) that mesh with the pinion (430) are provided on the opposing surfaces of each of the pair of supporting bodies (210, 220) arranged vertically, so that the pair of racks (410, 420) can move in opposite directions relative to each other according to the rotation of the pinion (430).

[0049] The support frame (100) with the main body (210, 220) mounted thereon is fixedly installed on one side of the lower part of the upright pole (1).

[0050] Then, a pair of base bodies (210, 220) mounted on the support frame (100) are connected to the pole (1) using the connecting part (300).

[0051] For example, a worker can connect a pair of base bodies (210, 220) to a utility pole (1) by bringing the curved portion (310) of the U-bolt (310) close to the utility pole (1) from the outside, inserting the threaded portions (311, 312) of both ends through the bolt passage slits (213, 223) formed in each base body (210, 220), and then fastening the nuts (321, 322).

[0052] In one embodiment, the connection between the threaded portion (311, 312) of the U-bolt (310) and the nut (321, 322) is a temporary connection (first connection) to prevent movement of the pole anchoring device (10) relative to the pole (1), and a complete connection (second connection) operation to fix and connect a pair of anchoring bodies (210, 220) to the pole (1) can be performed later.

[0053] When a pair of base bodies (210, 220) are combined with the pole (1) in this way, backfilling is performed on the pole installation space (a) to bury the pole base device (10). At this time, backfilling is performed excluding the area around the through hole (131) formed on the rear surface (130) of the support frame (100).

[0054] Then, a worker located on the ground inserts the tip (441) of the rotary operating device (430) into the through hole (131) and connects (fastens) it to the connecting part (431) of the pinion (430), and then operates the rotary operating device (430) to rotate the pinion (430).

[0055] Here, the operator operates a rotary control (430) so that the pinion (430) rotates in one direction, such as counterclockwise, on the upper part of the pole foundation device (10) buried in the ground, excluding the area around the through hole (131). As the pinion (430) rotates due to the operation of the rotary control (430), a pair of racks (410, 420) move relative to each other, causing a pair of foundation bodies (210, 220) to slide apart from each other, thereby increasing their width and, accordingly, the pole foundation device (10) expands horizontally. At this time, the outer ends of the pair of foundation bodies (210, 220), which have a tapered shape, dig into the ground, allowing the pole foundation device (10) to be stably supported.

[0056] When the support device (10) is stably supported by horizontal expansion in this way, a pair of support bodies (210, 220) are fully connected (secondarily connected) to the utility pole (1) using the connecting part (300). That is, by fully connecting the threaded part (311, 312) of the U-bolt (310) and the nut (321, 322), a pair of support bodies (210, 220) can be fixedly connected to the utility pole (1).

[0057] Then, the backfilling work on the rear side (130) of the support frame (100) is finished (final backfilling) to complete the construction of the utility pole foundation device (10).

[0058] However, the construction sequence of the pole foundation device (10) is not limited to what is described above. For example, a foundation body (210, 220) may be placed on a support frame (100), and after the support frame (100) is fixedly installed on the pole (1), a pair of foundation bodies (210, 220) may be horizontally expanded by sliding apart according to the operation of a rotary control (430), and then a pair of foundation bodies (210, 220) may be fixedly connected to the pole (1) through a connecting part (300), and then a backfilling operation may be performed to fill the installation space of the pole foundation device (10). Alternatively, as another example, a support frame (100) may be installed on one side of the lower end of the pole (1), and then a pair of foundation bodies (210, 220) may be placed on the support frame (100).

[0059] Second embodiment

[0060] FIG. 8 is a drawing showing a pole foundation device according to the second embodiment of the present invention installed on a pole. FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 show a perspective view and an exploded perspective view of a pole foundation device according to the second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 11 is a drawing for explaining the expansion deformation of an expansion deformation fixing member in a pole foundation device according to the second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 12 is a drawing for explaining the fixed support of a pole foundation device including two foundation bodies in the second embodiment of the present invention.

[0061] Referring to FIGS. 8 to 10, the pole foundation device (11) according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes a foundation body (200) installed on one side of the lower end of the pole (1).

[0062] The main body (200) is installed extending in a horizontal direction (e.g., horizontal direction) relative to the upright direction (e.g., vertical direction) of the utility pole (1). Here, the main body (200) may have a tapered inclined surface formed toward the utility pole (1) at its outer end, but is not limited to this.

[0063] In one embodiment, the main body (200) may be made of concrete or may use a metal plate, such as a hot-dip galvanized steel plate, but is not limited to this.

[0064] According to one embodiment, a through hole (230) is formed in the base body (200) at one location along the upright direction of the pole (1). The through hole (230) is formed, for example, in the central part of the base body (200). However, the location of the through hole (230) is not limited, and as another example, a through hole may be formed at one end of the base body (200), as in the embodiment of FIG. 12 described later.

[0065] In one embodiment, a retaining projection (221) is provided along the inner circumference of a through hole (230) on the upper surface (220) of the main body (200), so that an expansion deformation fixing member (500) described later can be stably seated.

[0066] The pole foundation device (11) includes a connecting part (301) that fixes the foundation body (200) to the pole (1).

[0067] According to one embodiment, the coupling portion (301) includes a U-bolt (330) having a U-shaped screw portion (331, 332) (male screw) formed on the outer circumference of both ends, and a nut (341, 342) that is fastened to the screw portion (331, 332) of the U-bolt (330).

[0068] Each base body (200) is provided with a bolt passage hole (241, 242) through which the threaded portion (331, 332) (male thread) of the U-bolt (330) passes. The U-bolt (330) can be fastened with a nut (341, 342) while protruding to the rear side of the base body (200) through the bolt passage hole (241, 242) corresponding to each threaded portion (331, 332).

[0069] The U-bolt (330) includes a curved portion (333) provided in the center. The curved portion (333) supports the utility pole (1) by wrapping around it from the outside and is provided horizontally in the transverse direction relative to the upright direction of the utility pole (1).

[0070] This connecting part (301) supports the curved part (333) of the U-bolt (330) so that it closely wraps around the lower outer circumference of the utility pole (1), and the threaded parts (331, 332) of both ends pass through the bolt passage holes (241, 242) of the corresponding main body (200) and are fastened to the nuts (341, 342), thereby allowing the main body (200) to be fixedly connected to the utility pole (1).

[0071] The pole foundation device (11) includes an expandable deformation fixing member (500) that fixes and supports the foundation body (200) to the lower ground.

[0072] The expansion deformation fixing member (500) includes a tubular body part (510) that is inserted and installed through a through hole (230), and a flange part (511) provided on one side of the body part (510).

[0073] The body portion (510) is tubular, that is, hollow cylindrical in shape, and has a space within the cylinder that allows the expansion operating mechanism (530), which will be described later, to be inserted axially.

[0074] The flange portion (511) is provided on one side of the body portion (510) to contact and support the upper surface of the base body (200) in the upright direction of the pole (1). Here, the flange portion (511) is seated on a catch provided on the upper surface of the base body (200) so as to stably contact and support the upper surface.

[0075] According to one embodiment, the flange portion (511) is formed continuously from one end portion of the body portion (510). For example, the flange portion (511) is formed by bending and extending horizontally along the outer circumference from the end portion of the body portion (510), and this end portion becomes the part into which the expansion operating mechanism (530) enters.

[0076] On the inner surface (512) of the body part (510), a screw part (513) (female screw) capable of screw coupling with the male screw (531) of the expansion operating part (530) is formed. Here, the screw part (513) is formed in a region of the inner surface (512) on the other side of the inner surface, that is, on the rear end side of the body part (510), so that it can be buried in the lower ground where the main body (200) is installed.

[0077] The expansion operating mechanism (530) is implemented as a fastening tool for fastening with the expansion deformation fixing member (500), such as a screwdriver, electric screwdriver, L-wrench, etc. Both electric and manual operation can be applied to the expansion operating mechanism (530).

[0078] One end of the expansion operating member (530) is provided with a male screw (531) so that it can be screwed into the screw portion (513) (female screw) of the expansion deformation fixing member (500).

[0079] The expansion deformation fixing member (500) includes a deformation portion (520) provided between the screw portion (513) and the flange portion (511). The deformation portion (520) is provided to expand and deform in the radial direction of the axis by operation of the expansion operating member (530).

[0080] According to one embodiment, the deformation portion (520) is formed by forming a plurality of vertical stripes (521) (protrusions) on the outer surface of the body portion (510). The plurality of vertical stripes (521) may be formed as a plurality of axial grooves arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction (circumferential direction) on the outer surface of the body portion (510), for example, by knurling processing.

[0081] According to one embodiment, a plurality of slots (522) are formed in the deformation portion (520) in a shape that is cut long in the longitudinal direction (axial direction) along the circumferential direction of the body portion (510). The plurality of slots (522) may have a shape in which triangular cut grooves (523) are provided on both sides of the central portion. Here, for example, four slots (522) may be formed in the deformation portion (520), but are not limited thereto.

[0082] The deformation part (520) functions as a vulnerable area against pressure (e.g., axial pressure) applied to the body part (510) from the outside by means of a plurality of vertical stripes (521) and a plurality of slots (522) as described above. Accordingly, as the deformation part (520) supports the flange part (511) and is expanded and deformed in the radial direction of the axis by the operation of the expansion operating mechanism (530), the expansion deformation fixing member (500) can fix and support the base body (200) to the lower ground.

[0083] A method for reinforcing the support of the lower part of a pole (1) using a pole foundation device (11) according to the second embodiment of the present invention as described above will be explained.

[0084] First, a pit is dug in the ground at the location where the pole (1) is to be erected, and the pole (1) is erected.

[0085] According to one embodiment, a worker (user) excavates a pit (pole hole) to the depth of the embedment of the pole (1) to be erected on the installation ground (g), for example, using an auger crane. The pit (pole hole) can be excavated by drilling with a rotary drill.

[0086] At this time, additional space for installing the pole foundation device (11) is excavated to secure a space for installing the pole foundation device (11) (foundation installation space). The foundation installation space is provided so that the pole foundation device (11) can be installed at a position higher than the depth of the pole hole and lower than the ground. In one embodiment, the width of the foundation installation space corresponds to the full width of the foundation body (200). However, depending on the case, the width of the foundation installation space may be secured with some leeway for the convenience of installing the pole foundation device (11).

[0087] Next, the lower part of the pole (1) is inserted into the excavated pit (pole hole) to erect the pole (1). At this time, the lower part of the pole (1) may be temporarily buried in the ground where it is installed.

[0088] In this way, the main body (200) is placed on one side of the lower part of the pole (1) that is erected on the ground and buried.

[0089] Next, the main body (200) is connected and fixed to the pole (1) using the connecting part (301).

[0090] For example, the worker can secure the base body (200) to the utility pole (1) by bringing the curved portion (333) of the U-bolt (330) close to the utility pole (1) from the outside, inserting the threaded portions (331, 332) of both ends into the bolt passage holes (241, 242) formed in the base body (200), and then fastening the nuts (341, 342).

[0091] When the main body (200) is fixedly connected to the pole (1) in this way, a backfilling operation is performed to bury the pole foundation device (11). At this time, the backfilling operation is carried out up to the height of the upper surface of the main body (200).

[0092] Next, a drill is inserted through the through hole (230) of the main body (200) and drilled to form a buried hole of a predetermined depth in the lower ground.

[0093] Then, the expansion deformation fixing member (500) is inserted through the through hole (230), and the screw portion (513) and the deformation portion (520) are embedded in the embedding hole (50). At this time, the flange portion (511) of the expansion deformation fixing member (500) is seated on the catch provided on the upper surface of the base body (200), thereby enabling stable contact support of the upper surface of the base body (200).

[0094] Afterwards, the expansion operating member (530) is inserted into the body part (510) of the expansion deformation fixing member (500), and the flange part (511) is supported on the upper surface of the main body (200) and coupled to the screw part (513) to expand and deform the deformation part (520) in the radial direction of the axis.

[0095] Here, the operator lowers the expansion operating member (530) through the through hole (230) and inserts the male screw (531) attached to one end of the expansion operating member (530) into the body part (510) of the expansion deformation fixing member (500). At this time, when the inserted male screw (531) is lowered to a position where it can be connected to the screw part (513) (female screw), the operator operates the expansion operating member (530) (e.g., a fastening tool) to rotate the male screw (531) in the forward direction, for example, clockwise, thereby screwing the male screw (531) and the screw part (513) (female screw).

[0096] Referring to FIG. 11, as the male screw (531) is rotated in the forward direction, an axial pressure is generated in which the screw portion (513) is pulled upward by the screw coupling between the male screw (531) and the screw portion (513) (female screw).

[0097] In this process, as the central part of the deformation part (520) is bent by the multiple vertical stripes (521) and multiple slots (522), a force is generated to deform the deformation part (520), which is a vulnerable part, in the lateral direction. At this time, since the deformation part (520) is buried in the lower ground, the deformation part (520) can be deformed into a folded, i.e., folded shape by bending in an oblique direction.

[0098] Accordingly, the density of the ground is increased on the upper side of the bent and deformed portion (520), thereby strengthening the supporting force, so that the main body (200) can be supported more stably.

[0099] Afterward, when the operator operates the expansion operating mechanism (530) to rotate the male screw (531) in the reverse direction (counterclockwise), the male screw (531) separates from the screw portion (513) (female screw) and removes the expansion operating mechanism (530). At this time, the expansion deformation fixing member (500) is inserted into the through hole (230) of the foundation body (200) and continues to maintain the state of fixing and supporting the foundation body (200) to the lower ground.

[0100] When the pole foundation device (11) is stably fixed and supported on the lower ground by the expansion deformation fixing member (500) in this way, the backfilling work is also completed (final backfilling) on the upper side of the foundation body (200) to complete the construction of the pole foundation device (11).

[0101] The pole foundation device according to this second embodiment can be installed in a form that is fixedly supported on the lower ground using an expansion deformation fixing member while two foundation bodies (201, 202) are stacked.

[0102] Referring to FIG. 12, a through hole (231, 232) is formed at one end of each base body (201, 202) along the upright direction of the pole (1).

[0103] These two root bodies (201, 202) are stacked in an L-shape so that the ends having through holes (231, 232) formed therein overlap each other. At this time, the root bodies (201, 202) are stacked so that the two through holes (231, 232) of the two root bodies (201, 202) are connected continuously to each other.

[0104] At this time, the main body (201, 202) is stacked in an L-shape and each is fixed to the pole (1) using the connecting part (301).

[0105] When each foundation body (201, 202) is fixed to the utility pole (1), a backfilling operation is performed to bury the utility pole foundation device (11). At this time, the backfilling operation is performed up to the height of the foundation body (201) stacked on top.

[0106] Next, a drill is inserted through two consecutive through holes (231, 232) of two foundation bodies (201, 202) and drilled to form a buried hole of a predetermined depth in the lower ground, and one expansion deformation fixing member (500) is inserted through the consecutive through holes (231, 232) to bury the screw portion (513) and the deformation portion (520) in the buried hole. At this time, the flange portion (511) of the expansion deformation fixing member (500) is supported in contact with the upper surface of the foundation body (201) stacked on top.

[0107] Subsequently, as described above, the expansion operating member (530) is inserted into the body portion (510) of the expansion deformation fixing member (500), and the flange portion (511) is supported on the upper surface of the base body (201) and coupled to the screw portion (513) to expand and deform the deformation portion (520) in the radial direction of the axis, thereby allowing the two stacked base bodies (201, 202) to be stably fixed and supported on the lower ground.

[0108] Meanwhile, the pole foundation device according to the present invention can be implemented by a combination of the embodiments described above.

[0109] FIG. 13 is a drawing illustrating an example in which an extended modified fixing member of the second embodiment is applied to a pole foundation device according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

[0110] Referring to FIG. 13, in a pole support device (12) according to one embodiment, a through hole (not shown) is formed along the upright direction of the pole (1) at one location of each of the pair of support bodies (210, 220) described in the first embodiment. In the first embodiment, the pair of support bodies (210, 220) are placed within a support frame (100), and through holes (113, 114) are formed at corresponding locations on the upper surface (110) and lower surface (120) of the support frame (100). Here, each through hole (113, 114) is connected continuously to the corresponding through hole of the pair of support bodies (210, 220) in a horizontally extended state. However, as an example, through holes may be formed at locations outside the support frame (100) of each of the pair of support bodies (110, 120).

[0111] The support frame (100) on which such a pair of base bodies (210, 220) are arranged is fixedly connected to a utility pole (1), for example, by a bolt connection. At this time, the connection between the pair of base bodies (210, 220) and the utility pole (1) can also be made using a connecting part (300). However, since the pair of base bodies (210, 220) are fixedly connected to the utility pole (1) through the support frame (100), the connection using the connecting part (300) can be omitted.

[0112] When the support frame (100) and a pair of foundation bodies (210, 220) are fixedly connected to the utility pole (1), a backfilling operation is performed to bury the utility pole foundation device (12). At this time, the backfilling operation is performed up to the height of the upper surface (110) of the support frame (100).

[0113] Next, as described in the first embodiment, the rotary operating mechanism (430) at the top of the pole foundation device (12) is operated to cause a pair of foundation bodies (210, 220) to slide apart from each other. Accordingly, the pole foundation device (10) is horizontally extended.

[0114] Next, a drill is inserted through the through hole (113, 114) of the support frame (100) and the through hole of the foundation body (210, 220) that is continuous therewith, and drilling is performed to form a buried hole of a predetermined depth in the lower ground. An expansion deformation fixing member (501, 502) is inserted into each buried hole, and as described in the second embodiment, an expansion operating device (530) is inserted into the body part (510) of the expansion deformation fixing member (501, 502) to perform expansion deformation on the deformation part (520).

[0115] According to this embodiment of the present invention, the pole foundation device (12) can be more stably fixed and supported on the lower ground through horizontal expansion of a pair of foundation bodies (210, 220) and expansion deformation of the expansion deformation fixing members (501, 502).

[0116] Third embodiment

[0117] FIG. 14 is a drawing showing a pole foundation device according to the third embodiment of the present invention installed on a pole. FIG. 15 and FIG. 16 show a perspective view and an exploded perspective view of a pole foundation device according to the third embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 17 is a drawing showing a support frame of a pole foundation device according to the third embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 18 is a drawing for explaining position selection by sliding in a pole foundation device according to the third embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 19 is a drawing showing a pole foundation device including two foundation bodies positioned and fixedly coupled to the outer circumference of a pole in the third embodiment of the present invention.

[0118] Referring to FIGS. 14 to 19, the pole foundation device (13) includes a support frame (101) installed on one side of the lower part of the pole (1) and a foundation body (203) disposed within the support frame (101).

[0119] The support frame (101) is installed along the outer circumference of the lower portion of the utility pole (1). In one embodiment, the support frame (101) may be made of a metal plate, such as a hot-dip galvanized steel plate, but is not limited to it.

[0120] According to one embodiment, the support frame (101) is disc-shaped and has a seating surface (150) and a sliding guide (160) provided circumferentially on the seating surface (150).

[0121] Here, the sliding guide (160) may be provided in the form of a rotating rail protruding upward from the seating surface (150), but is not limited thereto. For example, the sliding guide may be composed of a rotating rail in a recessed shape from the seating surface (150), and may include two or more rails that are protruding or recessed.

[0122] In one embodiment, the support frame (101) includes a flange portion (170) provided below it. The flange portion (170) may be formed by bending and extending downwards an inner column that contacts the main column (1) in the disc-shaped support frame (101).

[0123] Referring to FIG. 17, a plurality (e.g., 4) of bolt holes (171, 172, 173, 174) are formed in the flange portion (170), so that the support frame (101) can be fixedly installed on the outer circumference of the utility pole (1) by bolt connection.

[0124] The main body (203) extends in a horizontal direction (e.g., horizontal direction) relative to the upright direction (e.g., vertical direction) of the utility pole (1) and is seated on the seating surface (150) (upper surface) of the support frame (101). Here, the main body (203) may have a tapered inclined surface formed toward the utility pole (1) at its outer end, but is not limited to this.

[0125] In one embodiment, the main body (203) may be made of concrete or may use a metal plate, such as a hot-dip galvanized steel plate, but is not limited to this.

[0126] The main body (203) has a sliding part (250, 260) that is coupled with a sliding guide (160) on the bottom surface facing the seating surface (150).

[0127] According to one embodiment, the sliding part (250, 260) is implemented in the form of a rotating roller that rotates by contacting both sides of the sliding guide (160) protruding from the seating surface (150). Here, each sliding part (250, 260) (rotating roller) can be installed to be coupled to the bottom surface of the main body (203) using bolts, etc.

[0128] However, the implementation form of the sliding part (250, 260) in the present invention is not limited to a roller, and various configurations capable of sliding along the sliding guide (160) may be applied. For example, a sliding part in the form of a ball bearing may be provided on the bottom surface of the main body (203) to slide along a sliding guide implemented as a recessed rotating rail. Additionally, depending on the case, the sliding part may include an uneven structure (e.g., a protrusion) capable of sliding along the sliding guide without a roller or bearing.

[0129] In one embodiment, the sliding parts (250, 260) in the form of rotating rollers each move along both sides of the sliding guide (160), that is, the inner curved surface and the outer curved surface. Referring to FIG. 18, as the sliding parts (250, 260) move, the base body (203) rotates along the outer circumference of the utility pole (1), and the installation position of the base body (203) can be varied to a position relative to the outer circumference of the utility pole (1). Here, the variable installation position is an angular position relative to the outer circumference of the utility pole (1), and includes, for example, 0° (360°), 45°, 90°, 120°, 135°, 180°, 225°, 240°, 270°, 295°, etc., but is not limited to.

[0130] The pole foundation device (13) includes a connecting part (301) that fixes the foundation body (203) to the pole (1).

[0131] According to one embodiment, the coupling portion (301) includes a U-bolt (330) having a U-shaped screw portion (331, 332) (male screw) formed on the outer circumference of both ends, and a nut (341, 342) that is fastened to the screw portion (331, 332) of the U-bolt (330).

[0132] The main body (203) is provided with a bolt passage slit (251, 252) through which the threaded portion (331, 332) (male thread) of the U-bolt (330) passes. The U-bolt (330) can be fastened with a nut (341, 342) while protruding to the rear side of the main body (203) through the bolt passage slit (251, 252) corresponding to each threaded portion (331, 332).

[0133] The U-bolt (330) includes a curved portion (333) provided in the center. The curved portion (333) supports the utility pole (1) by wrapping around it from the outside and is provided horizontally in the transverse direction relative to the upright direction of the utility pole (1).

[0134] This connecting part (301) supports the curved part (333) of the U-bolt (330) so that it closely wraps around the lower outer circumference of the utility pole (1), and the threaded parts (331, 332) of both ends pass through the bolt passage slits (251, 252) of the corresponding main body (203) and are fastened to the nuts (341, 342), thereby allowing the main body (203) to be fixedly connected to the utility pole (1).

[0135] According to one embodiment, the bolt passage slits (251, 252) have an allowable length according to the height at which two or more U-bolts (330) are overlapped in the vertical direction of the pole (1). That is, the bolt passage slits (251, 252) are provided in a vertically long shape, so that the threaded portions (331, 332) of two or more U-bolts (330) overlapped vertically can pass through the bolt passage slits (251, 252) of the corresponding main body (203) and be fastened with nuts (341, 342).

[0136] This connecting part (301) supports the curved part (333) of the U-bolt (330) so that it closely wraps around the lower outer circumference of the utility pole (1), and the threaded parts (331, 332) of both ends pass through the corresponding bolt passage slits (251, 252) of the main body (203) and are fastened to the nuts (341, 342) respectively, thereby allowing the main body (203) to be firmly fixed and connected to the utility pole (1).

[0137] Referring to FIG. 19, one of the base bodies, i.e., the first base body (204), is placed on the seating surface (150) of the support frame (101), and the position of the first base body (201) is selected at one position relative to the outer circumference of the main body (1), for example, at an angle of 120°, by sliding along the sliding guide (160) using the sliding part (250, 260) on the bottom surface.

[0138] The first base body (201) is fixedly connected to the pole (1) by the connecting part (301). That is, each threaded part (331, 332) of the U-bolt (330) passes through the bolt passing slit (251, 252) of the first base body (201) and is fastened with the nut (341, 342). At this time, since the bolt passing slit (251, 252) is provided in a vertically long shape, the threaded part (331, 332) can be located at the bottom of the bolt passing slit (251, 252).

[0139] Then, another base body, that is, the second base body (205), is placed on the seating surface of the support frame (101), and the position of the second base body (205) is selected at a different position relative to the outer circumference of the main body (1), such as an angle position of 0°, by sliding along the sliding guide (160) using the sliding part (250, 260) on the bottom surface.

[0140] The second base body (202) is also fixedly connected to the pole (1) by the connecting part (301). That is, each threaded part (331, 332) of the U-bolt (330) is passed through the bolt passing slit (251, 252) of the second base body (205) and fastened with the nut (341, 342). At this time, since the bolt passing slit (251, 252) is provided in a vertically long shape, the threaded part (331, 332) can be positioned at the top of the bolt passing slit (251, 252).

[0141] Here, in the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 16, the installation positions of the first and second base bodies (204, 205) are shown as being spaced apart by 120° from each other, but the spacing angle is not limited and may be positioned such as 90°, 100°, 135°, 180°, etc. Additionally, the present invention may include cases where three or four base bodies are positioned and installed on the utility pole (1) while sliding along the sliding guide (160).

[0142] According to one embodiment of the present invention, by fixing and connecting two or more base bodies (204, 205) to the outside of the utility pole (1) while they are seated on the seating surface (150) of the support frame (101), that is, on the same plane, the supporting force of the utility pole (1) is further strengthened by the two or more base bodies (205, 206), and there is an advantage in that the position of each base body (205, 206) is easily selected through sliding using one support frame (101).

[0143] A method for reinforcing the support of the lower part of a pole (1) using a pole foundation device (13) according to the third embodiment of the present invention as described above will be explained.

[0144] First, a pit is dug in the ground at the location where the pole (1) is to be erected, and the pole (1) is erected.

[0145] According to one embodiment, a worker (user) excavates a pit (pole hole) to the depth of the embedment of the pole (1) to be erected on the installation ground (g), for example, using an auger crane. The pit (pole hole) (h) can be excavated by drilling with a rotary drill.

[0146] At this time, an additional area for installing the anchoring device (13) is excavated to secure a space (an anchoring installation space) for installing the pole anchoring device (13). The anchoring installation space is provided so that the pole anchoring device (13) can be installed at a position higher than the depth of the pole hole and lower than the ground. In one embodiment, the width of the anchoring installation space corresponds to the full width of the anchoring body (203). However, depending on the case, the width of the anchoring installation space may be secured with some leeway for the convenience of installing the pole anchoring device (13).

[0147] Next, the lower part of the pole (1) is inserted into the excavated pit (pole hole) to erect the pole (1). At this time, the lower part of the pole (1) may be temporarily buried in the ground where it is installed.

[0148] Here, a pole foundation device (13) is installed on the pole (1).

[0149] According to one embodiment, a support frame (101) is installed along the outer circumference of the lower end of an upright utility pole (1). A flange portion (170) having a plurality (e.g., 4) of bolt holes (121, 122, 123, 124) is provided below the support frame (101), so that the support frame (101) can be fixedly installed on the outer circumference of the utility pole (1) by bolt connection.

[0150] Here, the support frame (101) is installed on the lower outer edge of the pole (1), and the pole (1) can be erected in the pole hole.

[0151] Next, the main body (203) is placed on the mounting surface (150) of the support frame (101). Here, a sliding guide (160) is provided on the mounting surface (150) in a circular manner, and the main body (201) is placed so that the sliding part (250, 260) provided on the bottom surface facing the mounting surface (150) of the support frame (101) can slide along the sliding guide (160).

[0152] Then, as the sliding part (250, 260) of the base body (203) slides along the sliding guide (160), the installation position of the base body (203) is selected at a position relative to the outer circumference of the main column (1), that is, at a predetermined angle position (e.g., 60°).

[0153] Once the installation location is selected in this way, the main body (203) is fixedly connected to the pole (1) using the connecting part (301).

[0154] For example, the worker can fix the base body (203) to the utility pole (1) by bringing the curved portion (330) of the U-bolt (330) close to the utility pole (1) from the outside, inserting the threaded portions (331, 332) of both ends through the bolt passage slits (251, 252) formed in the base body (203), and then fastening the nuts (341, 342).

[0155] Here, when the pole foundation device (13) includes two or more foundation bodies, another foundation device, such as a second foundation device (205), is placed on the seating surface of the support frame (101), and the installation position of the second foundation body (205) is selected at a different position (e.g., 180°) relative to the outer circumference of the pole (1) by sliding along the sliding guide (160) using the sliding part (250, 260) on the bottom surface.

[0156] Then, the second main body (205) is fixedly connected to the main body (1) using the connecting part (301) in the same way.

[0157] When the main body (200, 205) is fixedly connected to the pole (1) in this way, backfilling work is performed to bury the pole foundation device (13), thereby completing the construction of the pole foundation device (13).

[0158] FIG. 20 is a drawing illustrating an example in which an extended modified fixing member of the second embodiment is applied to a pole foundation device according to the third embodiment of the present invention.

[0159] Referring to FIG. 20, in a pole foundation device (14) according to one embodiment, a through hole (233) is formed along the upright direction of the pole (1) at a location of the foundation body (203) described in the third embodiment. Here, the through hole (133) may be formed at the end side of the foundation body (203) to prevent interference with the support frame (101). However, as an example, the through hole may be formed to pass through the foundation body (203) and the support frame (101) in succession. In addition, as another example, a plurality of through holes may be formed in the support frame (101) at predetermined intervals.

[0160] As described above, the base body (203) is placed on the seating surface (150) of the support frame (101), then slides along the sliding guide (160) to select an installation position on the outer circumference of the utility pole (1), and is fixedly connected to the utility pole (1) using the connecting part (301). At this time, if necessary, another base body, such as a second base body (205), can be positioned in the same way and further fixedly connected to the utility pole (1).

[0161] When the main body (203) is fixedly connected to the pole (1), a backfilling operation is performed to bury the pole foundation device (14). At this time, the backfilling operation is performed up to the height of the upper surface of the main body (203).

[0162] Next, a drill is inserted through the through hole (233) of the main body (203) and drilled to form a buried hole of a predetermined depth in the lower ground. An expansion deformation fixing member (500) is inserted into the buried hole through the through hole (233), and as described in the second embodiment, an expansion operating member (530) is inserted into the body part (510) of the expansion deformation fixing member (500) to perform expansion deformation on the deformation part (520).

[0163] Meanwhile, when a plurality of through holes are formed at predetermined intervals in the support frame (101), the main body (203) is placed on the support frame (1201), and after selecting an installation location, it is fixedly connected to the utility pole (1) using the connecting part (301).

[0164] Then, after forming a hole in the lower ground through each through hole of the support frame (101), an expansion deformation fixing member (500) is inserted, and expansion deformation of the deformation part (520) is performed using the expansion operation device (530) as described above.

[0165] According to this embodiment of the present invention, the installation position of the main body (203) on the outer circumference of the pole (1) is easily selected using a sliding guide (160), and the pole foundation device (14) is stably fixed and supported on the lower ground through the expansion deformation of the expansion deformation fixing member (500).

[0166] Although the present invention has been described in detail through preferred embodiments, the invention is not limited thereto and can be implemented in various ways within the scope of the claims. Explanation of the symbols
