Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a relative humidity measuring device in a livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condensation device, an environment control system for a livestock barn equipped with the same, and a method for controlling the internal environment of a livestock barn using the same. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, livestock barns are intended for raising animals, and facilities tailored to the characteristics of the livestock are being installed to create a comfortable environment where the animals can grow well.

[0003] Such livestock housing facilities are composed of ventilation facilities for ventilating air, humidity control facilities for controlling humidity, and cooling or heating facilities for cooling or heating, thereby enabling the control of the livestock rearing environment.

[0004] Meanwhile, in order to control the rearing environment within the livestock barn, the internal environment must be measured. In particular, it is necessary to measure temperature and humidity, which significantly affect the rearing environment of livestock.

[0005] To measure the aforementioned temperature and humidity, a thermometer and a semiconductor humidity sensor may be separately provided and used. Here, the semiconductor humidity sensor has a structure in which a material that absorbs moisture between two conductors and exhibits a change in resistance or capacitance is filled, and it can measure changes in electrical signals due to moisture. If moisture is adsorbed along with dust on the moisture adsorption surface of such a semiconductor humidity sensor, the error increases, and eventually, the sensor may lose its function as a humidity sensor.

[0006] In addition, a wet-bulb type humidity sensor can be used to measure temperature and humidity. The wet-bulb type humidity sensor calculates relative humidity through the temperature difference between a dry-bulb thermometer and a wet-bulb thermometer, allowing it to operate stably regardless of dust and gas. However, it requires the cumbersome task of refilling the water tank to continuously supply water to the wet bulb, and if this is neglected, there is a problem in that normal humidity data cannot be obtained. The problem to be solved

[0007] The present invention was created to solve the problems of the prior art as described above. [0012] In one embodiment of the present invention, the condensation unit may be composed of a Peltier element.

[0013] In one embodiment of the present invention, a water level sensor provided in a part of the water collection unit may be further included.

[0014] In one embodiment of the present invention, a liquid supply channel for supplying moisture condensed in the condensation unit to the water collection unit; and a submersible motor provided in a part of the liquid supply channel to facilitate the movement of the condensed moisture may be further included.

The method may include: a step of checking whether the water level of a water collection unit is below a minimum value; a step of condensing moisture by operating a condensation unit through the control of the control device when the water level of the water collection unit is below the minimum value; a step of moving the condensed moisture to the water collection unit; a step of checking whether the water level of the water collection unit reaches a maximum value; a step of stopping the operation of the condensation unit when the water level of the water collection unit reaches a maximum value; a step of operating a blower fan to cause air from the internal space of the livestock barn to flow into a body unit; a step of measuring the temperature and humidity of the incoming air using the temperature and humidity measuring unit; and a step of controlling the environment control device to control the temperature and humidity of the internal space of the livestock barn. Effects of the invention

[0017] The relative humidity measuring device in a livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condensation device according to the present invention can stably supply moisture to the water collection tank of a wet-bulb thermometer, thereby enabling accurate measurement of temperature and humidity.

[0028] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, a facility equipped with a relative humidity measuring device inside a livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condenser is described as a livestock barn (100) as an example, but is not limited thereto. For example, a facility equipped with a relative humidity measuring device inside a livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condenser may be a facility capable of growing edible crops, such as a smart farm.

[0029] An environment control device (200) capable of controlling the internal environment of the livestock barn (100) may be provided in the internal space of the livestock barn (100). For example, the environment control device (200) can control the temperature and humidity of the internal space of the livestock barn (100).

[0030] The environmental control device (200) may include a ventilation device (210) and a temperature control device (220).

[0031] The ventilation device (210) can induce airflow within the space inside the livestock barn (100) or forcibly discharge air inside the livestock barn (100) to the outside. That is, the ventilation device (210) may be equipped with at least a fan capable of generating airflow. Here, the fan may be installed on the wall (110) of the livestock barn (110). This ventilation device (210) can control the temperature and humidity of the space inside the livestock barn (100) through ventilation.

[0032] The temperature control device (220) can control the temperature of the internal space of the livestock barn (100). Alternatively, the temperature control device (220) may be composed of a cooling fan.

[0033] Additionally, a relative humidity measuring device (300) within the livestock barn, equipped with a Peltier cooling condenser capable of measuring the internal environmental conditions of the livestock barn, may be provided in the internal space of the livestock barn (100). For example, the relative humidity measuring device (300) within the livestock barn, equipped with a Peltier cooling condenser, can measure the temperature and humidity of the internal space of the livestock barn (100).

[0034] A control device (400) may be provided outside the livestock barn (100). The control device (400) can control an environment control device (200) through the temperature and humidity measured by a relative humidity measuring device (300) inside the livestock barn (100) equipped with a Peltier cooling condensing device.

[0035] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the control device (400) is provided outside the livestock barn (100) as an example, but is not limited thereto. For example, the control device (400) may be provided inside the livestock barn (100).

[0037] In the following, with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5, a relative humidity measuring device (300) in a livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condensation device according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail.

[0038] FIG. 3 is a drawing for explaining a relative humidity measuring device in a livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condensing device according to an embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 are drawings for explaining the actual implementation of a relative humidity measuring device in a livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condensing device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0039] Referring to FIGS. 3 to 5, a relative humidity measuring device (300) in a livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condensing device can measure the temperature and humidity of the space inside the livestock barn (100).

[0040] A relative humidity measuring device (300) in a livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condensing device may include a body unit (310), a filter unit (320), a temperature and humidity measuring unit (330), a water collection unit (350), a condensation unit (380), and a blower fan (390).

[0041] The body unit (310) constitutes the body of a relative humidity measuring device (300) in a livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condensing device, and can provide a space in which a filter unit (320), a temperature and humidity measuring unit (330), a water collection unit (350), a condensing unit (380), and a blower fan (390) can be installed.

[0042] The body unit (310) may be provided with an inlet (311) through which air is introduced from the outside, for example, the interior space of the livestock barn (100), by the operation of a blower fan (390). Additionally, the body unit (310) may be provided with an outlet (312) through which the air introduced through the inlet (311) is discharged by the operation of the blower fan (390). Here, the inlet (311) and the outlet (312) may be provided at different locations on the body unit (310).

[0043] Additionally, a filter unit (320), a temperature and humidity measuring unit (330), a water collection unit (350), a condensation unit (380), and a blower fan (390) may be placed between the inlet (311) and the outlet (312).

[0044] On the outer surface of the body unit (310), a computation and control unit (313), a display unit (314), a connector (315), a towing hook for installation (316), and a sensor installation bracket (317) may be provided.

[0045] The calculation and control unit (313) can calculate humidity based on the temperature measured by the temperature and humidity measuring unit (330). Additionally, the calculation and control unit (313) can control the operation of the relative humidity measuring device (300) in the livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condenser. However, the calculation and control unit (313) can control the operation of the relative humidity measuring device (300) in the livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condenser using the control signal of the above-described control device (400).

[0046] The display unit (314) can display the temperature and humidity measured and calculated by the calculation and control unit (313) so that the livestock barn (100) operator can recognize them.

[0047] The connector (315) can allow the relative humidity measuring device (300) in the livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condenser to be connected to an external device, for example, a control terminal such as a laptop.

[0048] The installation towing hook (316) can be used to allow a relative humidity measuring device (300) inside a livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condensing device to be installed in a part of the livestock barn (100). In FIGS. 3 and 4, the installation towing hook (316) is shown as having a ring shape as an example, but it is not limited thereto. The installation towing hook (316) can be replaced with various shapes that allow the relative humidity measuring device (300) inside a livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condensing device to be installed inside the livestock barn (100).

[0049] The sensor installation bracket (317) allows the temperature and humidity measuring unit (330) to be installed within the body unit (310). Additionally, the sensor installation bracket (317) can facilitate the replacement of the temperature and humidity measuring device (330) in the event of a malfunction or error in the temperature and humidity measuring device (330).

[0050] The filter unit (320) is positioned adjacent to the inlet (311) and can remove foreign substances, such as dust, from the air entering through the inlet (311).

[0051] The filter unit (320) may include a first filter (321) positioned adjacent to the inlet (311), a second filter (322) positioned spaced apart from the inlet (311), and a dust sensor (323) positioned between the first filter (321) and the second filter (322). The first filter (321) and the second filter (322) can filter out foreign substances, such as dust, present in the incoming air. Additionally, the dust sensor (323) can measure the amount of foreign substances, such as dust, in the first filter (321) and the second filter (322) to determine the replacement time for the first filter (321) and the second filter (322).

[0052] A temperature and humidity measuring unit (330) may be provided between the filter unit (320) and the outlet (312). The temperature and humidity measuring unit (330) is a type of dry-humidity hygrometer and can measure relative humidity along with temperature. This temperature and humidity measuring unit (330) may include a dry temperature sensor (331) and a wet temperature sensor (332).

[0053] The dry temperature sensor (331) can measure the temperature of the air passing through the filter unit (320). Here, the temperature of the air measured by the dry temperature sensor (331) may be the temperature of the space inside the livestock barn (100).

[0054] In one embodiment of the present invention, the dry temperature sensor (331) can be implemented as various temperature sensors. For example, the dry temperature sensor (331) can be implemented as one of contact temperature sensors such as thermocouples that detect an electromotive force of a specific temperature, RTDs (Resistance Temperature Detectors) or thermistors that detect resistance, liquid thermometers, bimetal temperature sensors, and non-contact temperature sensors such as infrared temperature sensors.

[0055] The wet temperature sensor (332) may have a lower temperature than the dry temperature sensor (331) due to the heat of vaporization caused by the evaporation of water. Water within the water collection unit (350) may be supplied to at least a portion of this wet temperature sensor (332). For example, the wet temperature sensor (332) may be composed of a liquid thermometer, such as an alcohol thermometer, and may be in contact with at least a portion of the moisture supply member (340). The moisture supply member (340) may supply water within the water collection unit (350) to the wet temperature sensor (332) and may be composed of a fabric. Thus, the moisture supply member (340) may supply water within the water collection unit (350) to the wet temperature sensor (332) using capillary action. That is, since water evaporates at the contact portion between the wet temperature sensor (332) and the moisture supply member (340), the temperature of the wet temperature sensor (332) may be lower than that of the dry temperature sensor (331).

[0056] The temperature and humidity measuring unit (330) described above can measure humidity using the temperature measured by the dry temperature sensor (331) and the temperature measured by the wet temperature sensor (332). For example, the temperature of the dry temperature sensor (331) may be the temperature of the space inside the livestock barn (100), and the humidity corresponding to the temperature difference between the dry temperature sensor (331) and the wet temperature sensor (332) may be the relative humidity of the space inside the livestock barn (100).

[0057] The water collection unit (350) can store liquid, for example, water. The liquid within the water collection unit (350) can be supplied to the wet temperature sensor (332) through the water supply member (340). The water collection unit (350) can receive and store condensed water from the condensation unit (380) through the liquid supply channel (360). Meanwhile, in the space inside the livestock barn (100), depending on the height of the water collection unit (350) and the condensation unit (380), a submersible motor (not shown) that facilitates the movement of condensed water may be provided in a part of the liquid supply channel (360).

[0058] Additionally, a water level sensor (370) may be provided in a part of the water collection unit (350). The water level sensor (370) can detect the water level of the water collection unit (350).

[0059] A condensation unit (380) may be provided between the temperature and humidity measuring unit (330) and the outlet (312). The condensation unit (380) may condense moisture contained in the air within the body unit (310). The moisture condensed by the condensation unit (380) may be stored in the water collection unit (350) through the liquid supply channel (360).

[0060] In one embodiment of the present invention, the condensation unit (380) may be composed of a Peltier element utilizing the Peltier effect. In one embodiment of the present invention, the condensation unit (380) can not only condense moisture contained in the air by utilizing the condensation phenomenon, which is a disadvantage of the Peltier element, but also has a heat dissipation effect around the condensation unit (280) and can be implemented in a compact size.

[0061] The condensation unit (380) can be controlled by the control device (400). For example, if the water level of the water collection unit (350) detected by the water level sensor (370) is below the minimum water level, the control device (400) can control the condensation unit (380) to condense the moisture and supply the condensed moisture to the water collection unit (350). Additionally, if the water level of the water collection unit (350) detected by the water level sensor (370) reaches the maximum water level, the control device (400) can control the condensation unit (380) to stop the operation of the condensation unit (380) so that the moisture does not condense.

[0062] A blower fan (390) may be provided between the condensation unit (380) and the outlet (312). The blower fan (390) can generate an airflow within the body unit (310). That is, when the blower fan (390) is operated, air is drawn into the body unit (310) through the inlet (311), and the air inside the body unit (310) can be discharged to the outside of the body unit (310) through the outlet (312). Additionally, when the blower fan (390) is operated, an airflow may be generated within the body unit (310) from the inlet (311) toward the outlet (312).

[0063] A relative humidity measuring device (300) in a livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condensation device according to one embodiment of the present invention as described above allows moisture in the air to be condensed in a condensation unit (380) and supplied to a water collection unit (350), thereby ensuring that the amount of water in the water collection unit (350) is always maintained at an appropriate level.

[0064] As the water level of the water collection unit (350) is always maintained at an appropriate level, there is no need for a person to separately supply water to the water collection unit (350).

[0065] As the water level of the water collection unit (350) is always maintained at an appropriate level, the moisture supplied to the wet temperature sensor (332) can be maintained at a constant level, and the temperature and humidity measuring unit (330) can measure the temperature and humidity accurately. Therefore, through the temperature and humidity measured by the temperature and humidity measuring unit (330), the control device (400) can accurately control the temperature and humidity of the space inside the livestock barn (100).

[0066] In addition, a relative humidity measuring device (300) in a livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condensation device according to one embodiment of the present invention is equipped with a filter unit (320) positioned adjacent to the inlet (311) of a body unit (310). The filter unit (320) can remove dust from the air flowing into the inlet (311) and supply clean air to the condensation unit (380). Thus, failure or malfunction of the condensation unit (380), which is composed of a Peltier element, can be prevented.

[0068] In the following, with reference to FIG. 6, a method for controlling the environment of a livestock barn using a relative humidity measuring device (300) equipped with a Peltier cooling condensation device according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0069] FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a method for controlling the internal environment of a livestock barn using a relative humidity measuring device in a livestock barn equipped with a Peltier cooling condensation device according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0070] Referring to FIG. 6, a method for controlling the internal environment of a livestock barn using an environment measuring device according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a step of checking the minimum water level of a water collection unit (S100), a step of condensing moisture in a condensation unit (S200), a step of moving to a condensed moisture collection unit (S300), a step of checking the maximum water level of a water collection unit (S400), a step of stopping the operation of a condensation unit (S500), a step of operating a blower fan (S600), a step of measuring temperature and humidity (S700), and a step of controlling the internal environment of the livestock barn (S800).

[0071] In the minimum water level verification step (S100) of the water collection unit, the water level of the water present in the water collection unit (350) is measured using a water level sensor (370), and it is verified whether the water level of the water collection unit (350) is less than or equal to the minimum value.

[0072] In the condensation unit moisture condensation step (S200), when the water level of the water collection unit (350) is below the minimum value, the condensation unit (380) can condense moisture through the control of the control device (400).

[0073] In the step (S300) of moving to the condensed moisture collection unit, the moisture condensed in the condensation unit (380) can be moved to the collection unit (350) through the liquid supply channel (360).

[0074] In the step of checking the maximum water level of the water collection unit (S400), the water level of the water present in the water collection unit (350) is measured using a water level sensor (370), and it is checked whether the water level of the water collection unit (350) reaches a maximum value. Here, if the water level of the water collection unit (350) does not reach a maximum value, the control device (400) can control the condensation unit (380) to continue condensing moisture.

[0075] In the condensation unit operation stop step (S500), when the water level of the water collection unit (350) reaches the maximum value in the water level maximum check step (S400) of the water collection unit, the control device (400) can stop the operation of the condensation unit (380). Accordingly, the condensation of moisture is stopped, and the supply of condensed moisture to the water collection unit (350) can be stopped.

[0076] In the blower fan operation step (S600), when the operation of the condensation unit (380) is stopped, the control device (400) can operate the blower fan (390). When the blower fan (390) is operated, air from the internal space of the livestock barn (100) is sucked in through the inlet (311) of the body unit (310), and air inside the body unit (310) can be discharged through the outlet (312).

[0077] In the temperature and humidity measurement step (S700), the temperature and humidity of the air sucked into the interior of the body unit (310) by the operation of the blower fan (390) can be measured using the temperature and humidity measurement unit (330). Here, the temperature and humidity measured by the temperature and humidity measurement unit (330) may be the temperature and humidity of the interior space of the livestock barn (100).

[0078] The temperature and humidity measured by the temperature and humidity measuring unit (330) can be transmitted to the control device (400).

[0079] In the internal environment control step (S800) of the livestock barn, the control device (400) can control the environment of the livestock barn (100) using the temperature and humidity measured by the temperature and humidity measuring unit (330). For example, the control device (400) can control the temperature and humidity of the internal space of the livestock barn (100) by controlling at least one of the ventilation device (210) and the temperature control device (220) of the environment control device (200).

[0080] Meanwhile, in the minimum water level verification step (S100) of the water collection unit (350), if the water level of the water collection unit (350) exceeds the minimum value, the control device (400) can stop moisture condensation in the condensation unit (380) and operate the blower fan (390). Afterwards, the temperature and humidity of the internal space of the livestock barn (100) are measured using the temperature and humidity measuring unit (330), and the control device (400) can control the temperature and humidity of the internal space of the livestock barn (100).

[0082] The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and it is obvious that new embodiments may include a combination of at least two of the above embodiments or a combination of at least one of the above embodiments and known technology.

[0083] Although the present invention has been described in detail through specific embodiments, this is for the purpose of specifically explaining the invention, and the invention is not limited thereto.
