Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a solid fuel manufacturing system, and more specifically, to a solid fuel manufacturing system comprising a waste or livestock manure drying device capable of operating stably while reducing energy consumption. Background Technology

[0002] Waste, particularly moisture-containing livestock manure, is bulky and difficult to process, so it is necessary to dry it to reduce its volume and facilitate processing. However, since using a large amount of energy to dry waste is undesirable, there is a need to develop a waste drying device that can reduce energy consumption. Furthermore, even if energy consumption can be reduced, there is a problem that practical application is difficult if stable operation is not possible.

[0003] Meanwhile, to utilize livestock manure as a resource, technology for recycling it by fermenting it is being developed (see Korean Registered Patent 10-2173940). Such technology has the advantage of reducing the volume of livestock manure by drying it using the heat generated during fermentation, thereby reducing the burden on subsequent processes. However, since the raw material nature of livestock manure causes odor problems, it is also necessary to develop technologies that suppress odors, reduce energy consumption, and dry it stably, as well as technologies that can utilize such technologies. [0178] As illustrated in FIG. 1, a drying device (1) which is an example of the present invention includes a heating dryer (1'). The heating dryer includes a heating dryer body (20) in which waste (W) is contained and the waste is dried by heating to produce a heating-dried product; a heating unit (40) that transfers heat to the heating dryer body; and a heat recycling unit (60) that recovers heat from exhaust gas discharged from the heating dryer body and supplies heat to the heating unit.

[0179] The heat recycling unit (60) includes a heat pump (65) that produces cold water and hot water, a heat recovery unit (61) that recovers heat from exhaust gas discharged from the main body of the heating dryer using cold water produced by the heat pump, and a heat supply unit (69) that supplies heat to the heating unit (40) using hot water produced by the heat pump.

[0180] Additionally, the heat recovery unit (61) includes a heat recovery tank (615) that stores a heat recovery fluid that exchanges heat with cold water produced by a heat pump, and a heat recovery fluid circulation unit (617) that transfers the heat recovery fluid (R) stored in the heat recovery tank to a heat recovery heat exchange unit (613) and then returns it.

[0181] The heat recovery tank (615) includes a cold water pipe (612) in which cold water that exchanges heat with the heat recovery fluid (R) is transported internally and heat exchange takes place on the surface, and a cold water inlet (621) into which cold water produced by a heat pump is introduced is formed at one end of the cold water pipe, and a cold water outlet (629) into which cold water that has exchanged heat with the heat recovery fluid is discharged to the heat pump is formed at the other end, and the heat recovery fluid transported to the heat recovery heat exchanger (613) receives heat from the exhaust gas discharged from the heating dryer body (20). A pump (625) may be placed between the heat pump (65) and the cold water outlet (629).

[0182] Additionally, the heat supply unit (69) includes a heat supply tank (695) that stores a heat supply fluid (S) that exchanges heat with hot water produced by a heat pump, and a heat supply fluid circulation unit (697) that circulates the heat supply fluid stored in the heat supply tank to a heating unit (40).

[0183] Additionally, the heat supply tank (695) includes a hot water pipe (692) in which hot water that exchanges heat with the heat supply fluid is transported internally and heat exchange occurs on the surface, and a hot water inlet (681) is formed at one end of the hot water pipe to receive hot water produced by the heat pump, and a hot water outlet (689) is formed at the other end to receive hot water that has exchanged heat with the heat supply fluid to the heat pump. A pump (685) may be located between the hot water inlet (681) and the heat pump (65).

[0184] The heating unit (40) includes an internal heating unit (41), an exhaust gas preheating unit (43), an exhaust gas heating unit (45), and a surface heating unit (47).

[0185] Additionally, circulation in the heat supply fluid circulation section (697) is achieved by the heat supply fluid (S) stored in the heat supply tank (695) flowing out to the heat supply fluid outlet (401) of the heat supply tank (695), then being separated and introduced into the internal heating section (41), exhaust gas preheating section (43), exhaust gas heating section (45), and surface heating section (47), respectively, and then flowing out to the heat supply fluid inlet (409) of the heat supply tank (695).

[0186] The heat supply fluid introduced into the internal heating section (41) heats the interior of the heating dryer body (20), the heat supply fluid introduced into the exhaust gas preheating section (43) heats the exhaust gas that has passed through the heat recovery heat exchanger (613), the heat supply fluid introduced into the exhaust gas heating section (45) heats the exhaust gas that has passed through the exhaust gas preheating section (43), and the heat supply fluid introduced into the surface heating section (47) heats the outer surface of the heating dryer body (20).

[0187] Additionally, the heating gas (HA) that is heated and discharged from the exhaust gas heating unit (45) flows into the interior of the heating dryer body (20). At this time, a gas supply pipe (323) is included inside the heating dryer body, and an outlet (321) is formed in the gas supply pipe (323), and the heating gas can flow through the interior of the gas supply pipe and be discharged through the outlet (321) to flow into the interior of the body.

[0188] In this way, the exhaust gas discharged from the main body (20) of the heating dryer passes through the heat recovery heat exchanger (613), the exhaust gas preheating unit (43), and the exhaust gas heating unit (45), and then flows back into the main body (20) of the heating dryer. During this process, heat is recovered by the heat recovery unit and the temperature is lowered, after which it is heated by the heat supply unit, so that waste can be dried inside the main body of the heating dryer.

[0189] At this time, it is not naturally excluded that a heater other than the internal heating unit (41), exhaust gas preheating unit (43), exhaust gas heating unit (45), and surface heating unit (47) is applied in one embodiment of the present invention. This is because the amount of heat that is insufficient with only the internal heating unit (41), exhaust gas preheating unit (43), exhaust gas heating unit (45), and surface heating unit (47) can be supplemented by a heater. In addition, even if the operation of the heating dryer is not sufficient with only the energy supplied to the compressor of the heat pump, the insufficient energy can be supplemented by a heater. Such a heater is not limited as long as it can heat the inside and / or outside of the main body of the heating dryer, and it is of course possible that it can also transfer heat to the internal heating unit (41), exhaust gas preheating unit (43), exhaust gas heating unit (45), and / or surface heating unit (47). For example, heat can be added to the heating gas by including a heater in the exhaust gas heating section or by including a heater (46) between the exhaust gas heating section and the gas supply pipe. By adding heat to the heating gas, insufficient heat can be supplemented, and drying can proceed more effectively.

[0190] The internal heating unit (41) includes a conduit (415) installed inside the main body of the heating dryer, and the heat supply fluid introduced into the internal heating unit (41) passes through the inside of the conduit (415) installed inside the main body of the heating dryer, and a fluid inlet (411) is formed on one side of the conduit installed inside the main body of the heating dryer, and a fluid outlet (419) is formed on the other side of the conduit installed inside the main body of the heating dryer.

[0191] The heat supply fluid introduced into the exhaust gas preheating unit (43) passes through a pipe (435) installed inside the exhaust gas preheating unit, a fluid inlet (434) is formed on one side of the pipe installed inside the exhaust gas preheating unit, and a fluid outlet (436) is formed on the other side of the pipe installed inside the exhaust gas preheating unit, and the heat supply fluid passing through the pipe installed inside the exhaust gas preheating unit heats the exhaust gas that has passed through the heat recovery heat exchanger (613) that contacts the surface of the pipe installed inside the exhaust gas preheating unit.

[0192] The heat supply fluid introduced into the exhaust gas heating unit (45) passes through a pipe (455) installed inside the exhaust gas heating unit, a fluid inlet (451) is formed on one side of the pipe installed inside the exhaust gas heating unit, and a fluid outlet (459) is formed on the other side of the pipe installed inside the exhaust gas heating unit, and the heat supply fluid passing through the pipe installed inside the exhaust gas heating unit heats the exhaust gas that has passed through the exhaust gas preheating (43) unit that contacts the surface of the pipe installed inside the exhaust gas heating unit.

[0193] The surface heating unit (47) includes a surface heating unit body (475) installed on the outer surface of the heating dryer body (20), and a heat supply fluid introduced into the surface heating unit flows inside the surface heating unit body, a fluid inlet (471) is formed on one side of the surface heating unit body, and a fluid outlet (479) is formed on the other side of the surface heating unit body, and the heat supply fluid flowing inside the surface heating unit body heats the outer surface of the heating dryer body.

[0194] A heat pump is not limited to producing hot and cold water, but as shown in FIG. 2, it may include an evaporator (652), a compressor (656), a condenser (658), and an expansion valve (659), and a refrigerant may flow through a refrigerant pipe (654) and circulate through the evaporator (652), the compressor (656), the condenser (658), and the expansion valve (659) (in the direction of the arrow). Hot water production may be achieved by a method in which a high-temperature / high-pressure refrigerant gas discharged from the compressor (656) passes through a refrigerant pipe in the condenser (658), exchanges heat with water to produce high-temperature water, and the temperature of the refrigerant decreases and liquefies, and in this case, the condenser (658) can be seen as acting as a hot water heat exchanger. Additionally, cold water production can be achieved by a method in which the liquefied refrigerant, as described above, passes through the expansion valve (659) and then through the refrigerant pipes within the evaporator (652) in a low-temperature / low-pressure state to exchange heat with water to produce cold water, and in this case, the evaporator can be seen as acting as a cold water heat exchanger. In this way, cold water can be produced by the evaporator (652), and hot water can be produced by the condenser (658). The produced cold water can be circulated to the heat recovery tank (615) by the cold water circulation pipe (62), and the produced hot water can be circulated to the heat supply tank (69) by the hot water circulation pipe (68). At this time, the compressor compresses the refrigerant in a gaseous state to increase the temperature and pressure, and it goes without saying that additional electrical energy can be supplied to the compressor.

[0195] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, such a heat pump can recover heat from exhaust gas discharged from the main body of the heating dryer and supply heat to the heating unit, and in one embodiment of the present invention, more stable operation is possible while utilizing the heat pump.

[0196] In other words, the drying device included in one embodiment of the present invention recovers heat from exhaust gas discharged from the main body of a heating dryer using cold water produced by a heat pump. A heat recovery fluid that exchanges heat with the cold water produced by the heat pump is stored in a heat recovery tank. Then, the heat recovery fluid is transferred to a heat recovery exchange unit via a heat recovery fluid circulation unit and, during the return process, receives heat from the exhaust gas discharged from the main body of the heating dryer to recover heat. In this process, the heat recovery tank can serve to reduce the influence between the production of cold water by the heat pump and the heat exchange in the heat recovery heat exchange unit. This is because the cold water produced by the heat pump is not supplied directly to the heat recovery heat exchange unit but can exert an indirect influence through the heat recovery fluid, thereby avoiding direct influence. Furthermore, since the heat recovery fluid can be stored in the heat recovery tank, the supply amount of the heat recovery fluid can be controlled, resulting in less influence from the operation of the heat pump and enabling more stable heat recovery. In other words, regarding heat recovery, the heat recovery tank and the heat recovery fluid circulation unit act as an organic buffer, so it can be seen that stable operation is possible. Therefore, one embodiment of the present invention enables more stable operation and allows waste to be dried stably.

[0197] In addition, a drying device included in one embodiment of the present invention includes a heat supply unit (69) that supplies heat to a heating unit using hot water produced by a heat pump. The heat supply unit (69) stores a heat supply fluid that exchanges heat with the hot water produced by the heat pump in a heat supply tank (695), and supplies heat to the heating unit by circulating such heat supply fluid to the heating unit (40) through a heat supply fluid circulation unit. In this process, the heat supply tank can reduce the influence between the production of hot water by the heat pump and the heat supply of the heat supply unit. This is because the hot water produced by the heat pump is not directly supplied to the heating unit, but is indirectly influenced by the heat supply fluid, thereby avoiding direct influence. Furthermore, since the heat supply fluid is stored in the heat supply tank, the amount of heat supply fluid supplied can be controlled, so it is less affected by the operation of the heat pump and can supply heat more stably. That is, regarding heat supply, the heat supply tank and the heat supply fluid circulation unit act as an organic buffer, so it can be seen that stable operation is possible. Accordingly, one embodiment of the present invention enables more stable operation and allows for stable drying of waste.

[0198] In particular, even when applying a heat pump for the production of cold and hot water, where stable operation is not easy, one embodiment of the present invention enables more stable operation through the combined buffering action of the configuration described above.

[0199] In addition, since the heating unit (40) includes an internal heating unit (41), an exhaust gas preheating unit (43), an exhaust gas heating unit (45), and a surface heating unit (47), it can be seen that applying a heat supply tank (695) is particularly effective in one embodiment of the present invention. That is, in order to distribute a heat supply fluid to the internal heating unit (41), the exhaust gas preheating unit (43), the exhaust gas heating unit (45), and the surface heating unit (47) and to recover the heat supply fluid therefrom, it is necessary to secure the heat supply fluid more stably, and such stable securing of the heat supply fluid is possible through the heat supply tank. At this time, by applying a heat supply fluid distribution unit (403) and a heat supply fluid collection unit (407), the heat supply fluid can be supplied to the heating unit more stably and effectively.

[0200] For example, one embodiment of the present invention is formed such that a fluid inlet (411) formed on one side of a conduit (415) installed inside the main body of a heating dryer, a fluid inlet (434) formed on one side of a conduit (435) installed inside the exhaust gas preheating unit (43), a fluid inlet (451) formed on one side of a conduit (455) installed inside the exhaust gas heating unit (45), and a heat supply fluid distribution unit (403) connecting a fluid inlet (471) formed on one side of the main body (475) of the surface heating unit and a heat supply fluid outlet (401) of the heat supply tank (695) are formed so that the heat supply fluid discharged from the heat supply tank is distributed through the fluid inlet (411) formed on one side of the conduit (415) installed inside the main body of the heating dryer, the fluid inlet (434) formed on one side of the conduit (435) installed inside the exhaust gas preheating unit (43), and the conduit (455) installed inside the exhaust gas heating unit (45). A heat supply fluid collection unit (407) is formed to recover heat supply fluid by connecting the heat supply fluid inlet (409) of the heat supply tank with the fluid outlet (419) formed on the other side of the pipe (415) installed inside the heating dryer body, the fluid outlet (436) formed on the other side of the pipe (435) installed inside the exhaust gas preheating unit (43), the fluid outlet (459) formed on the other side of the pipe (455) installed inside the exhaust gas heating unit (45), and the fluid outlet (479) formed on the other side of the surface heating unit body (475), and the fluid outlet (479) formed on the other side of the surface heating unit body (475). The heat supply fluid discharged from the discharge section (436), the fluid discharge section (459) formed on the other side of the pipe (455) installed inside the exhaust gas heating section (45), and the fluid discharge section (479) formed on the other side of the surface heating section body (475) can be collected in the heat supply tank (695) via the heat supply fluid collection section (407).Due to this configuration, heat supply fluid can be supplied more effectively to various heating sections such as an internal heating section (41), an exhaust gas preheating section (43), an exhaust gas heating section (45), and a surface heating section (47). At this time, the heat supply fluid outlet (401) can be connected to the heat supply fluid inlet (402) into which the heat supply fluid of the heat supply fluid distribution section (403) flows. Additionally, each fluid outlet (413, 473, 453, 433) into which the heat supply fluid of the heat supply fluid distribution section (403) flows out can be connected to each fluid inlet (411, 471, 451, 434) via a conduit, and a pump (425, 485, 465, 445) can be placed between them. The heat supply fluid inlet (409) can be connected to the heat supply fluid outlet (408) through which the heat supply fluid of the heat supply fluid collection unit (407) flows out. Additionally, each fluid inlet (437, 457, 477, 417) through which the heat supply fluid of the heat supply fluid collection unit (407) flows in can be connected to each fluid outlet (436, 459, 479, 419).

[0201] Additionally, one embodiment of the present invention may further include an air injection unit (89) for additionally injecting air into the exhaust gas discharged from the main body of the heating dryer. The air injection unit may be formed by including a nozzle. The air added by the air injection unit may be intended to replenish the reduced exhaust gas. The air added by the air injection unit may be outside air supplied to the exhaust gas whose temperature has dropped in the heat recovery heat exchanger (613) to raise its temperature. For example, the air injection unit (89) may inject outside air into the exhaust gas flowing between the heat recovery heat exchanger (613) and the exhaust gas preheating unit (43). Additionally, the air added by the air injection unit may be preheated air preheated by a heater. Such an air injection unit may play a role in adjusting the overall material balance of one embodiment of the present invention, and may also play a role in adjusting the energy balance if necessary.

[0202] Additionally, the air injection section (89) may include a conduit, and a blower (894) and a valve (896) may be installed in the conduit.

[0203] In one embodiment of the present invention, a waste inlet (217) is formed on one side of the heat dryer body (20) to receive waste transported by the waste transport unit (19), and a heat-dried material discharge unit (299) is formed on the other side to discharge the heat-dried material, thereby allowing for smoother drying and the disposal of the heat-dried material. At this time, the heat-dried material discharged from the heat-dried material discharge unit (299) can be transported to the heat-dried material storage unit (29) via the heat-dried material transport unit (295). The heat-dried material stored in the heat-dried material storage unit can be used directly as solid fuel. At this time, the heat-dried material storage unit may also be referred to as a solid fuel storage unit. The heat-dried material transport unit (295) may include a conveyor belt, etc.

[0204] In addition, in one embodiment of the present invention, the gas generated within the heater body (20) is discharged through an exhaust gas discharge section (23) formed to discharge exhaust gas from the heater body (20), and can be recirculated into the interior of the heater body through a heat recovery heat exchange section (613), an exhaust gas preheating section (43), and an exhaust gas heating section (45). In this process, the heat of the exhaust gas can be recovered and consumed or added and replenished. Such consumption and replenishment of heat can be achieved through a heat exchange action, and the heat recovery heat exchange section (613), the exhaust gas preheating section (43), and the exhaust gas heating section (45) can also be configured using a known heat exchanger. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the heat recovery heat exchanger (613) may include a tube (856) that moves the exhaust gas (G) discharged from the main body of the heating dryer in the direction of gravity, a condensate outlet (859) formed at the tube outlet side through which condensate (C) formed by the condensation of the exhaust gas passing through the tube is discharged, and a waste heat recovery unit (616) in which the heat recovery fluid (R) transported by the heat recovery fluid circulation unit flows inside and contacts the outer wall of the tube to recover heat from the exhaust gas moving inside the tube. At this time, the heat recovery fluid (R) may be introduced into the heat recovery fluid inlet (614) and may be discharged into the heat recovery fluid outlet (618). Additionally, the exhaust gas (G) can be introduced into the exhaust gas inlet (853) formed at one end of the heat recovery heat exchanger and discharged into the exhaust gas outlet (857) formed at the other end of the heat recovery heat exchanger.

[0205] With this configuration, even if a substance such as slurry is generated by the condensation of exhaust gas containing contaminants, it can be easily removed by gravity. Condensate discharged from the condensate outlet (859) can be transferred to a wastewater treatment device (88) via the condensate transfer pipe (86) for treatment. Additionally, a cover (851) is formed on the top of the heat recovery heat exchanger (613), so that the cover, which can be opened in an emergency, can be opened to clean the interior (e.g., the inside of a tube). The exhaust gas preheating unit (43) and the exhaust gas heating unit (45) may also have the same configuration as the heat recovery heat exchanger (613), but since the exhaust gas preheating unit (43) and the exhaust gas heating unit (45) are located downstream of the heat recovery heat exchanger (613), and thus can remove problematic contaminants from the exhaust gas in the heat recovery heat exchanger (613), the exhaust gas preheating unit (43) and the exhaust gas heating unit (45) may have a simpler configuration than this configuration. For example, a horizontal heat exchanger may be applied instead of the vertical type shown in FIG. 3.

[0206] The waste heat recovery unit (616) may be formed by including a pipe installed inside the heat recovery heat exchange unit (613), and a heat recovery fluid inlet (614) is formed on one side of the waste heat recovery unit (616), and a heat recovery fluid outlet (618) is formed on the other side of the waste heat recovery unit (616), and the heat recovery fluid passing through the waste heat recovery unit may exchange heat with the exhaust gas in contact with the surface of the waste heat recovery unit. In addition, the heat recovery fluid outlet (618) of the waste heat recovery unit may be connected to the heat recovery fluid inlet (619) of the heat recovery tank, and the heat recovery fluid inlet (614) of the waste heat recovery unit may be connected to the heat recovery fluid outlet (611) of the heat recovery tank. Additionally, a pump (665) may be located between the heat recovery fluid inlet (614) of the waste heat recovery unit and the heat recovery fluid outlet (611) of the heat recovery tank.

[0207] Meanwhile, as shown in the drying device (1-1), which is the first modified example of FIG. 4, the exhaust gas discharged from the heat recovery heat exchanger (613) may be introduced into the exhaust gas preheating unit (43) via the preheating heat exchanger (42). The preheating heat exchanger (42) is located between the main body of the heating dryer (20) and the heat recovery heat exchanger (613), so that exhaust gas discharged from the main body of the heating dryer passes through the preheating heat exchanger (42) and flows into the heat recovery heat exchanger (613). The preheating heat exchanger (42) includes a pipe (426) installed inside, and exhaust gas discharged from the heat recovery heat exchanger passes through the pipe installed inside the preheating heat exchanger. A gas inlet (421) is formed on one side of the pipe installed inside the preheating heat exchanger, and a gas outlet (429) is formed on the other side of the pipe installed inside the preheating heat exchanger. The exhaust gas passing through the pipe installed inside the preheating heat exchanger is discharged from the main body of the heating dryer and flows into the preheating heat exchanger, and heat can be transferred from the exhaust gas that comes into contact with the outer surface of the pipe installed inside the preheating heat exchanger. By means of such a preheating heat exchanger (42), preheating can be performed more effectively in the exhaust gas preheating unit (43). In addition, by controlling the temperature of the exhaust gas flowing into the heat recovery heat exchanger through the preheating heat exchanger, the shock caused by heat that may occur in the heat recovery heat exchanger can be reduced, and heat exchange related to the operation of the heat pump can be performed more stably. Therefore, more stable operation can be made possible by the present invention.

[0208] Additionally, some of the exhaust gas may be transferred to a washing unit (81) for processing, and air may be added to the exhaust gas through the previously described air injection unit (89) to replenish the reduced exhaust gas. The washing unit (81) may be a wet washing machine and may wetly remove dust from the exhaust gas using a liquid treatment material. The washing unit (81) may be connected to the exhaust gas transfer pipe (85) by a branch pipe (87), and a blower (874) may be installed in the branch pipe. Additionally, a blower (854) may be installed in the exhaust gas transfer pipe (85). By treating contaminants in the exhaust gas in this way, the accumulation of contaminants in the circulating exhaust gas and the entire circulation system in which the exhaust gas circulates can be suppressed.

[0209] Additionally, a dry exhaust gas treatment unit (83) is installed in the exhaust gas transfer pipe to remove contaminants such as dust discharged from the main body of the heating dryer. The dry exhaust gas treatment unit includes a dry dust collector such as a filter dust collector or a cyclone. This is because the exhaust gas discharged from the heating dryer (1') may be in a dry state with low humidity, and in such cases, it can be treated by the dry exhaust gas treatment unit (80). An example can be given where the waste introduced into the heating dryer is fermented and dried in a fermentation dryer to control the moisture content. However, as long as the waste requires drying, it is not limited to the dry exhaust gas treatment unit, and it goes without saying that a wet exhaust gas treatment unit may be applied depending on the state of the heated and dried material.

[0210] Additionally, one embodiment of the present invention may further include an additional heating unit (49). The additional heating unit (49) may include one or more selected from a heating wire, a heating lamp, and a heat fluid (e.g., steam, heated air, and / or heat transfer fluid). In this case, the heat fluid refers to a fluid capable of transferring heat regardless of its name, and is not limited to any fluid capable of transferring heat. For example, the heat fluid may be a heat transfer fluid, synthetic oil, mineral oil, an aqueous glycol solution, water, steam, gas, and / or air. Such a heat fluid may be introduced into a heating pipe in a heated state. Furthermore, the additional heating unit (49) may use heat generated by one or more selected from a fossil fuel generator, a nuclear power generator, a wind power generator, a tidal power generator, a geothermal generator, a photovoltaic generator, photovoltaic heat (PVT), and a heat pump as a heat source. In addition, the additional heating unit (49) can heat the interior of the heating dryer body (20) separately from the heating unit (40).

[0211] For example, as illustrated in the second variant of the drying device (1-2) in FIG. 5, the additional heating unit (49) may include a heat-generating boiler (496) and a heating tube (492) formed inside the main body of the heating dryer. The fluid outlet (497) of the boiler is connected to the fluid inlet (491) of the heating tube by a connecting pipe (499), and the fluid inlet (495) of the boiler is connected to the fluid outlet (493) of the heating tube by a connecting pipe (494), so that heat generated in the boiler is transferred to the heating tube, and the fluid that transferred the heat can be recovered to the boiler. A pump (498) may be placed between the fluid outlet (497) of the boiler and the fluid inlet (491) of the heating tube. The heat source applied to the boiler may be the heat source described above. The additional heating unit is not limited to such examples, and it goes without saying that heating elements and / or heating lamps may be formed inside and / or outside the main body of the heating dryer to heat the main body of the heating dryer.

[0212] In addition, the pipe (41) installed inside the main body of the heating dryer may be in the form of a double pipe as well as a single pipe as shown in FIG. 1, and the main body of the heating dryer included in one embodiment of the present invention may be in the form of a horizontal pipe as well as a vertical pipe as shown in FIG. 1. In addition, the heating dryer may further include a waste stirring unit for stirring waste inside the main body of the heating dryer.

[0213] Hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 6, which shows a first modified example of a heating dryer body included in one embodiment of the present invention, the above will be described in detail.

[0214] As illustrated in FIG. 6, in the first modified example of the heating dryer body (20-1), the pipe installed inside the heating dryer body includes a double pipe (415') comprising a central pipe (418) and an outer pipe (412) surrounding the central pipe, and a fluid outlet (419') formed on the other side of the double pipe (415') is formed at one end of the central pipe (418), and a fluid inlet (411') formed on one side of the double pipe (415') is formed at one end of the outer pipe (412), and the other end of the central pipe (418) is open and the other end of the outer pipe (412) is closed so that fluid introduced from one end of the outer pipe (412) can flow out to one end of the central pipe (418). Due to this structure in which high-temperature fluid is located on the outside, the inside of the heating dryer body can be heated more effectively. Additionally, the double conduit may be a rotating shaft that rotates with one end connected to a rotary motor (410). The rotary motor (410) may have a space formed in its center through which one end of the double conduit can pass. A ball bearing may be installed between this center and the contact portion of the double conduit to prevent interference with rotational movement.

[0215] Such a rotating shaft can transfer heat more effectively in multiple directions through rotational motion. Additionally, a mixing blade (67) extending outwardly is formed on the rotating shaft to allow for better heating through mixing action. Such a rotating shaft and mixing blade may also correspond to a waste stirring section that agitates waste inside the main body of the heating dryer. Furthermore, the pipe installed inside the main body of the heating dryer may further include a transverse pipe (415") that traverses the interior of the main body of the heating dryer (20). A fluid inlet (411) may be formed on one side of the transverse pipe (415), and a fluid outlet (419) may be formed on the other side. The transverse pipe (415) is positioned adjacent to the mixing blade (67), so that waste located on the surface of the transverse pipe (415) on the mixing blade side can move its position due to the rotation of the mixing blade (67). Therefore, it is possible to avoid the waste being fixed to the surface of the transverse pipe and hindering heat transfer.

[0216] Additionally, the heating dryer body (200) is a horizontal body in which the longitudinal direction is parallel to the ground, and the double conduit (415') is formed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the heating dryer body. The heating gas discharged from the exhaust gas heating unit (45) is injected into the waste through the outlet (321) of the gas supply pipe (323) installed parallel to the longitudinal direction along the inner wall of the heating dryer body inside the heating dryer body, and the gas supply pipe (323) can be positioned spaced apart from the double conduit (415') in the direction of the inner wall of the heating dryer body. Due to this structure, high-temperature heating gas can be introduced more effectively into the heating dryer body without interfering with the operation of the double conduit. Preferably, as illustrated in FIG. 7, the outlet (321) of the gas supply pipe (323) may be opened in a direction parallel to the inner wall surface of the heating dryer body (200) so that the heating gas (HA) discharged from the outlet (321) flows along the inner wall surface of the main body (200). Additionally, a blockage prevention part (325) may be formed at the outlet (321). The blockage prevention part is intended to prevent the outlet from being blocked by waste while facilitating the discharge of heating gas from the outlet. At this time, the blockage prevention part (325) may include a pressure opening cover (322) that opens the outlet (321) by generating pressure when heating gas is discharged from the outlet (321), as illustrated in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, and closes the outlet (321) by extinguishing pressure when heating gas discharge is stopped. At this time, the pressure opening cover (322) can be connected to one side of the outlet by a connecting part (324) such as a hinge.

[0217] In addition, the drying device included in one embodiment of the present invention may be combined with other dryers in addition to the heating dryer to enable more effective drying. For example, it may further include a fermentation dryer, and the fermentation dryer may be a dryer that ferments and dries livestock manure. Thus, a 'waste or livestock manure drying device' intended for livestock manure may simply be referred to as a 'livestock manure drying device'. A drying device that is a third variation of the drying device included in one embodiment of the present invention may include a fermentation dryer and a heating dryer. This will be explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 10 to 14.

[0218] As shown in FIG. 10, the drying device (1-3) of the third variant comprises a fermentation dryer (1") and a heating dryer (1').

[0219] The fermentation dryer (1") includes a fermentation dryer body (10), an air supply unit (30), a manure mixing unit (50), and an inertial collision type dust collection humidification unit (70). Unless otherwise mentioned, the same content as the heating dryer included in one embodiment of the present invention applies to the heating dryer (1'). Additionally, for convenience, the waste mixing unit for mixing waste inside the heating dryer body is not shown in FIG. 10, but the heating dryer may include a waste mixing unit for mixing waste inside the heating dryer body, and the content regarding the manure mixing unit included in the fermentation dryer may be applied in the same way to the waste mixing unit as long as it does not contradict.

[0220] The main body of the fermentation dryer (10) contains livestock manure (D) and undergoes fermentation drying by heat generated during the process of fermentation by fermentation microorganisms, thereby producing a fermented dried product (FD). Additionally, the air supply unit (30) supplies air (A) to the livestock manure inside the main body of the fermentation dryer, and the livestock manure stirring unit (50) stirs the livestock manure inside the main body of the fermentation dryer.

[0221] In this manner, by containing livestock manure inside the main body of the fermentation dryer, stirring the manure, and supplying air, fermentation by the manure-fermenting microorganisms contained within the main body of the fermentation dryer can be made to proceed more effectively. Since the fermentation speed is faster compared to fermentation without mixing and / or air injection, such fermentation can be referred to as high-speed fermentation. The air may be preheated air. By using air preheated to a preheating temperature (e.g., 20 to 90°C), the temperature of the manure inside the main body of the fermentation dryer can be adjusted to a temperature at which the manure-fermenting microorganisms can proceed with fermentation more effectively. Meanwhile, according to the present invention, since fermentation can be maintained effectively, the energy consumed for preheating the air can also be reduced. The manure-fermenting microorganisms are not limited to those capable of fermenting manure, but may be one or more selected from Bacillus, Lactobacillus, yeast, Bacillus subtilis, and Actinomycetes. Additionally, the manure-fermenting microorganisms may be aerobic microorganisms. Of course, the manure fermentation microorganisms can be contained inside the main body (10) of the fermentation dryer together with the manure.

[0222] Furthermore, as long as fermentation and drying by livestock manure fermentation microorganisms can proceed, the term "fermentation dryer" is not limited to specific names and encompasses high-speed fermenters, composters, composting facilities, etc.

[0223] Livestock manure is not limited to feces excreted by livestock, and the inclusion of urine is not excluded. Furthermore, the term "livestock" encompasses animals raised, such as cattle, pigs, chickens, and / or ducks.

[0224] Meanwhile, if the manure contains moisture, mesophilic microorganisms (e.g., strains of the genus Bacillus that proceed with fermentation reactions at 40 to 50°C) may proliferate and fermentation reactions may proceed, preferably at 40 to 50°C, and drying of the manure may proceed due to the heat generated from such fermentation reactions. However, if drying is excessive and affects the proliferation of microorganisms, there is a concern that the fermentation reaction may not proceed.

[0225] The main body (10) of the fermentation dryer may be horizontal in addition to the vertical type shown in FIG. 10, and the horizontal type may be a rotary kiln type.

[0226] Livestock manure may be introduced from the top to the bottom of the main body of the fermentation dryer, and air may be introduced from the bottom to the top of the main body of the fermentation dryer. As shown in FIG. 10, livestock manure may be introduced from a livestock manure input section (110), such as a hopper, through a crushing section (111), and then into a livestock manure inlet section (119) formed at the top of the main body of the fermentation dryer in a crushed state. The livestock manure input section is positioned at the front of the fermentation dryer to feed livestock manure raw materials into the fermentation dryer and may include a hopper. Additionally, a crushing section capable of crushing livestock manure raw materials to form crushed material may be positioned between the livestock manure input section and the fermentation dryer. The crushing section may include a cutter for cutting the livestock manure raw materials. The livestock manure raw materials crushed by the crushing section have a larger specific surface area, so they can become more suitable for fermentation drying and heat drying.

[0227] Additionally, air (A) can be supplied into the interior of the fermentation dryer body through the air transfer unit (37), the hollow rotating shaft (55), and the hollow rotating bar (53) via the air injection unit (31) formed at the bottom of the fermentation dryer body. The hollow rotating shaft (55) may have a conventional structure in which one end is connected to a rotating motor (51), extends in the longitudinal direction, and the other end is closed. The hollow rotating bar (53) may have a conventional structure in which one end is connected to the empty internal space of the hollow rotating shaft (55), extends in the longitudinal direction, and the other end is closed. It may also have a structure in which an air injection unit (31) is formed to inject air into the interior of the fermentation dryer body by allowing air to flow out between the one end and the other end. The air injection unit (31) may include a nozzle. At this time, a ball bearing may be installed at the contact portion between the air transfer unit (37) and the hollow rotating shaft (55) so as not to interfere with rotational movement. In addition to the hollow rotating bar (53), a mixing blade (57) is additionally installed in the stirring section (50) to stir the manure more effectively.

[0228] In this manner, since manure and air are supplied into the main body of the fermentation dryer in opposition to each other, fermentation by aerobic microorganisms can proceed more smoothly; at this time, fermentation begins at the bottom of the main body of the fermentation dryer, which can generate heat. The manure is dried by the heat generated by the fermentation reaction at the bottom of the main body, and the drying proceeds from the bottom to the top. Therefore, the manure inside the main body of the fermentation dryer can be divided into a drying layer, a fermentation layer, and a manure input layer, moving from bottom to top. The surface of the manure input layer corresponds to the surface of the manure. If the manure is over-dried inside the main body of the fermentation dryer, the area of the fermentation layer shrinks, preventing the fermentation reaction from occurring sufficiently. As a result, drying does not proceed smoothly. Additionally, drying of the manure surface is facilitated by the layer of air in contact with the surface. The inventors have discovered that, as a result of drying proceeding due to heat generated inside the manure and an external air layer, manure dust is generated on the surface of the manure, and that such dust is a particular cause of odor generation. Therefore, by more effectively suppressing the generation of manure dust on the surface of the manure, the generation of odor can be suppressed. That is, one embodiment of the present invention includes an inertial collision type dust collection and humidification unit (70), thereby enabling more effective suppression of odor generation. The inertial collision type dust collection and humidification unit (70) is directly connected to the exhaust gas discharge unit (13) of the fermentation dryer body (10) and additionally supplies moisture to the exhaust gas discharged from the fermentation dryer body (10). As a result, the generation of manure dust discharged from the exhaust gas discharge unit (13) can be suppressed. This is because the generation of livestock manure dust can be suppressed more effectively by allowing the livestock manure dust contained in the exhaust gas discharged from the main body of the fermentation dryer to be adsorbed to the additional moisture by the moisture supplied from the inertial collision type dust collection humidification unit (70).At this time, the inertia collision type dust collection humidification unit (70) can continuously or intermittently supply additional moisture to the exhaust gas discharged from the fermentation dryer body (10). Furthermore, since the inertia collision type dust collection humidification unit (70) includes a humidification unit body (71), an exhaust gas inlet (73), an exhaust gas outlet (79), a guide unit (75), and a moisture supply unit (77), it can more effectively suppress the generation of livestock manure dust. Below, with reference to FIG. 11 to FIG. 14 together with FIG. 10, each component constituting the inertia collision type dust collection humidification unit (70) will be explained in more detail.

[0229] The exhaust gas inlet (73) is formed on one side of the humidification unit body (71) and is connected to the exhaust gas discharge unit (13) to introduce exhaust gas discharged from the fermentation dryer body (10) into the humidification unit body. Additionally, the exhaust gas outlet (79) is formed on the other side of the humidification unit body (71) and discharges exhaust gas inside the humidification unit body (71) to the outside. The guide unit (75) is installed between the exhaust gas inlet (73) and the exhaust gas outlet (79) to change the flow direction of the exhaust gas (G') inside the humidification unit body (71) and induce inertial collision of particles contained in the exhaust gas whose flow direction is changed, and the water supply unit (77) directly supplies additional liquid water between the exhaust gas discharge unit (13) and the guide unit (75). That is, the exhaust gas discharged from the main body (10) of the fermentation dryer has its flow direction changed by the guide section (75), and the water supply section (77) can directly supply additional liquid water to the exhaust gas before its flow direction is changed by the guide section (75). As a result, liquid water can be supplied more directly and sufficiently to the livestock manure dust that may be contained in the exhaust gas, so the discharge of livestock manure dust can be suppressed more effectively. This is because the added liquid water can collide more easily with the livestock manure dust, and as a result, its self-weight increases, allowing it to descend more easily. In addition, the flow direction of the exhaust gas (G') inside the main body (71) of the humidification section is changed by the guide section (75), and particles contained in the exhaust gas whose flow direction is changed (e.g., livestock manure dust, droplets formed by adsorbing livestock manure dust to water, etc.) are induced to collide with the surface of the guide section by inertia. In this way, the manure dust can not only come into contact with moisture but also descend by colliding with the surface of the guide section. At this time, if a water film is formed on the surface of the guide section by the water supply unit, it can descend more smoothly. Therefore, the water supply unit (77) can process the manure dust more smoothly by forming a water film on the surface of the guide section (75).The size of the water film may be the size of a single droplet or the size of multiple droplets combined.

[0230] In addition, the water film formed on the surface of the guide section not only prevents contamination of the guide section surface but can also naturally remove existing contamination (e.g., animal waste attached to the guide section surface) during the water film formation process.

[0231] The moisture supply unit (77) may also directly supply additional liquid moisture continuously or intermittently.

[0232] Water can be supplied to the water supply unit (77) from the reservoir (779) by the water supply pipe (775). A pump (776) and a valve (774) may be installed in the water supply pipe (775).

[0233] In addition, the inertial collision type dust collection humidification unit (70) can control the humidity of the surface of the livestock manure contained inside the main body of the fermentation dryer. By controlling the humidity of the surface of the livestock manure, the generation of livestock manure dust on the surface of the livestock manure can be controlled more fundamentally. The humidity may be the humidity of the space between the livestock manure and the main body of the fermentation dryer. In addition, the control may be intended to maintain the relative humidity of the surface of the livestock manure preferably at least 90% to 100% (e.g., relative humidity 90% to 100%), more preferably at least 100% (e.g., relative humidity 100%). At such relative humidity, the generation of livestock manure dust can be suppressed more effectively and the fermentation reaction can be carried out more effectively.

[0234] Humidity control can be achieved more effectively by directly supplying additional liquid water between the exhaust gas discharge section (13) and the guide section (75) through the water supply section (77). This is because, in order to maintain the relative humidity of the manure surface at a high level, it is necessary to maintain the actual water vapor pressure at a high level relative to the saturated water vapor pressure, and it is possible to maintain the actual water vapor pressure at a high level more easily by directly adding liquid water.

[0235] For humidity control, the inertial collision type dust collection humidification unit (70) may further include a moisture transfer unit (76). The moisture transfer unit (76) transfers at least a portion of the moisture supplied from the moisture supply unit (77) into the interior of the fermentation dryer body (10).

[0236] The moisture transfer unit (76) includes a moisture transfer inlet (767), and the moisture transfer inlet (767) may be formed at the bottom of the main body of the humidification unit. A moisture transfer outlet (761) connected to the moisture transfer inlet (767) is connected to the main body of the fermentation dryer (10), so that the moisture collected at the bottom of the main body of the humidification unit moves into the main body of the fermentation dryer by gravity. The moisture moved into the main body of the fermentation dryer in this way descends to the surface of the manure and acts to increase the humidity of the surface of the manure. In this way, by increasing the humidity of the surface of the manure, excessive drying of the manure can be prevented. By preventing excessive drying, the fermentation reaction by the manure fermentation microorganisms can proceed normally, and as a result, drying caused by the heat generated during the fermentation reaction can also proceed normally. That is, the moisture transfer unit (76) may be intended to prevent drying or excessive drying of the manure.

[0237] The moisture supplied from the moisture supply unit (77) is adsorbed by manure dust, etc., and its weight increases, causing it to descend in the direction of gravity, and the moisture that descends in this way is collected at the bottom of the humidification unit body (71).

[0238] In order to better collect and transport the moisture that has fallen in this manner, the humidification unit body includes a moisture collection unit (719), and a moisture transport unit (76) is connected to the bottom of the moisture collection unit. Since the moisture collection unit (719) is formed in the shape of a funnel, droplets (L) falling inside the humidification unit body (71) can collide with the inner surface of the moisture collection unit (719). Droplets colliding in this way can be more easily guided along the inner surface of the moisture collection unit to the moisture transport unit (76). Inside the moisture collection unit (719), a buoyancy body (72) is located, which is mounted on the transport moisture inlet (767) of the moisture transport unit (76). The buoyancy body may also be referred to as a buoyancy ball, and as long as it is an object that rises due to buoyancy, it is not limited to that shape. The buoyancy body (72) is formed to be larger than the opening at the bottom of the water collection section connected to the water transfer inlet section, so that it can be mounted on the water transfer inlet section. Since the buoyancy body (72) is mounted on the water transfer inlet section (767), it can prevent the water transfer from being transferred to the water transfer section until enough water is collected in the water transfer inlet section to allow the buoyancy body to float. At this time, the water transfer section (76) includes an exhaust gas control section (764) that controls the movement of exhaust gas from the inside of the fermentation dryer main body to the inside of the humidification section main body, thereby suppressing the buoyancy body from being affected by the exhaust gas inside the fermentation dryer main body and allowing a sufficient amount of water to be transferred into the inside of the fermentation dryer main body when necessary. At this time, the exhaust gas control section (764) can be avoided from being directly contacted by falling droplets (L) by the buoyancy body (72), so contamination caused by this can also be avoided. The exhaust gas control unit (764) is not limited as long as it can control the flow of fluid, and may be a valve (e.g., a butterfly or gate-type automatic valve). Below, such a process will be explained in more detail with reference to FIGS. 12 to 14.FIG. 12 is a diagram showing the initial state in which a droplet collides within the moisture collection section of the humidification unit body, FIG. 13 is a diagram showing the state in which water accumulates at the bottom of the moisture collection section and causes the buoyancy body to float, FIG. 14 is a diagram showing the internal state in which the exhaust gas control section is opened to allow the water collected at the bottom of the moisture collection section to pass through to the moisture transfer section. As shown in FIG. 12, in the initial state in which a droplet (L) falls (dotted arrow) and collides with the moisture collection section of the humidification unit body, the exhaust gas control section (764) blocks the movement of exhaust gas from the inside of the fermentation dryer body to the inside of the humidification unit body, and the buoyancy body is also mounted on the transfer water inlet section (767). When liquid droplets accumulate at the bottom of the moisture collection section and water (H) is collected, the buoyancy body (72) is floated (see FIG. 13). At this time, by opening the exhaust gas control section (764), the water collected at the bottom of the moisture collection section is passed through the moisture transfer section (76) to move water (solid arrow) into the main body of the fermentation dryer (see FIG. 14). At this time, the water (H) may be water containing manure dust. When the movement of water is finished, the exhaust gas control section is closed and the buoyancy body is placed in the water transfer inlet section. With this configuration and operation method, water can be supplied more effectively into the main body of the fermentation dryer only when necessary, thereby effectively controlling the humidity of the surface of the contained manure.

[0239] Meanwhile, to prevent the deterioration of the function of the inertia collision type dust collection humidification unit, a connecting part (137) connecting the exhaust gas discharge part (13) of the fermentation dryer body (10) and the exhaust gas inlet part (73) of the inertia collision type dust collection humidification unit (70) may have a thermal insulation part (not shown). The thermal insulation part may be made of an insulating material that surrounds the outside of the connecting part, which is made of a pipe. Since the thermal insulation part can suppress the occurrence of condensation in the connecting part, it is possible to avoid the deterioration of the function of the inertia collision type dust collection humidification unit by preventing the condensation from obstructing the gas flow discharged from the exhaust gas discharge part.

[0240] Additionally, the exhaust gas outlet (79) of the inertial collision type dust collection humidification unit (70) is connected to the wet exhaust gas treatment unit (90) to remove odor substances. Such a wet exhaust gas treatment unit (90) may include an acid scrubbing tower (91) for treating odor substances, and the acid scrubbing tower (91) can treat basic odor substances such as ammonia using an acid such as sulfuric acid or phosphoric acid. Sludge generated in the wet exhaust gas treatment unit (90) during the treatment process can be transported to the main body of the fermentation dryer (10) by the sludge transport unit (93) and treated again. One end of the sludge transport unit (93) is connected to the livestock manure transport unit (115) so that the sludge can be transported into the main body of the fermentation dryer (10) together with the livestock manure. The sludge return section (93) includes a pump (98) and a valve (96) to control the amount of return. One side of the acid scrubbing tower (91) may be connected to the exhaust gas transfer pipe (95), and the other side may be connected to an exhaust pipe (97) that discharges gas after odor treatment. A valve (94) may be installed in the exhaust gas transfer pipe (95), and a pump (99) may be installed in the exhaust pipe.

[0241] With this configuration, the fermented dried material, which is more effectively fermented and dried, is discharged to the fermented dried material discharge section (199) formed on the other side of the main body of the fermented dryer. That is, the livestock manure introduced through the livestock manure inlet section (119) formed on one side of the main body of the fermented dryer undergoes a fermentation and drying process inside the main body of the fermented dryer to form a fermented dried material, and then undergoes a drying process in the heating dryer (1') after being discharged to the fermented dried material discharge section (199) formed on the other side of the main body of the fermented dryer. This allows the moisture content to be sufficiently reduced without an additional molding process, so that it can be used as solid fuel in its current state.

[0242] By organically combining such a fermentation dryer with a heating dryer, the moisture content of the fermented dried product formed in the fermentation dryer can be lowered more easily, and the heated dried product itself can be used directly as livestock manure solid fuel without a separate molding process. Therefore, the drying device of the present invention can more effectively suppress the generation of odors by suppressing the generation of livestock manure dust during the process of drying livestock manure by fermentation drying, and can also produce livestock manure solid fuel that can be utilized as solid fuel without undergoing an additional molding process.

[0243] The heating dryer body (20) can contain waste containing fermented dried material produced and discharged from the fermentation dryer (1) and dry it by heating to produce a heated dried material. At this time, the heating temperature is not limited as long as it can produce a heated dried material, but for example, it may be 50 to 130°C. In addition, the livestock manure may have a moisture content of 50 to 75% by weight, the fermented dried material may have a moisture content of 25 to 35% by weight, and the heated dried material may have a moisture content of 20% by weight or less. Livestock manure solid fuel can be manufactured more effectively within such a range.

[0244] Additionally, a waste inlet (217) connected by a fermented dried material discharge section (199) and a waste transport section (19) may be formed on one side of the heating dryer body (20). The waste transport section (19) is not limited as long as it can move the fermented dried material, but, for example, it may be formed to include a conveyor belt or a screw, etc., so that even viscous fermented dried material can be easily transported. In this way, the waste transported by the waste transport section can be fed into the interior of the heating dryer body through the waste inlet section (217) and received.

[0245] Waste contained within the main body of the heating dryer is dried by heating. Since this drying is carried out using controllable mechanical and thermal energy rather than relying on fermentation drying by microorganisms, the moisture content of the dried material can be controlled more easily. At this time, since the waste contained within the main body of the heating dryer has reduced volume and moisture while using relatively less energy, the energy consumption of the heating dryer can also be reduced.

[0246] Additionally, the air supply unit (30) includes an air transfer unit (37), and the heating dryer (1') further includes an air injection unit (89) that additionally injects air into the exhaust gas discharged from the heating dryer body (20). The air transfer unit (37) and the air injection unit (89) are connected to a single air supply duct (337) which is a loop pipe through which the internal gas can circulate along the pipe, and air can be supplied to the air supply duct by a blower (339). Due to this structure, deviations in air supply can be suppressed, and multiple drying devices can be operated effectively. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the number of air supply ducts (337) can increase as the number of air transfer units and air injection units increases. That is, a group of multiple air conveying units and air injecting units is connected to one air supply duct, and another group of multiple air conveying units and air injecting units is connected to another air supply duct, so that air can be supplied more effectively to multiple air conveying units and air injecting units.

[0247] At this time, the air injection unit (89) may include a heater (895) for heating the air being transported and a valve (896) for controlling the flow rate. Additionally, the air transport unit (37) may include a heater (35) for preheating the air being transported and a valve (34) for controlling the flow rate. At this time, the heater may refer to a heat supply device. The heater may also include a component capable of generating heat, such as an additional heating unit, and the heat source may also be of the same type. Furthermore, electricity produced from fossil fuel generators, nuclear generators, wind turbines, tidal generators, geothermal generators, photovoltaic generators, solar heat sources, and / or heat pumps may not only serve as a heat source but may also be used to supply power to blowers and other electrical equipment. In addition, heat generated by fossil fuel generators, nuclear generators, wind turbines, tidal generators, geothermal generators, photovoltaic generators, solar heat, and / or heat pumps may be supplied to heating elements or heating devices such as direct heaters, additional heating units, and / or heating units, or stored in a heat storage tank and supplied to heating elements or heating devices when necessary. In this case, the heat storage tank may be a tank for storing a thermal fluid such as hot water.

[0248] Additionally, the blower (339) can be placed inside the soundproof room (331) to suppress noise generation. The soundproof room is a structure that includes walls and a roof to suppress noise from escaping to the outside, and may be a structure that allows communication with the outside through doors or windows. The materials or structure of the walls and roof are not limited as long as they suppress noise, and, of course, may include sound-absorbing materials if necessary. The soundproof room may preferably be located underground. Since the blower is located underground, noise that livestock can hear can be suppressed more effectively. In particular, even if a drying device is installed around a livestock barn where manure is generated, noise is effectively suppressed, so the impact on the livestock in the barn can be minimized. At this time, the blower (339) can be connected at a location separated from the air supply duct (337) by a connecting pipe (335).

[0249] A solid fuel manufacturing system, which is an embodiment of the present invention, may further include a solid fuel processing device in addition to the drying device included in an embodiment of the present invention. The solid fuel processing device can more effectively process the dried material dried in the drying device into solid fuel. In this case, processing encompasses all processes of treating the dried material into a state suitable for use as solid fuel, and does not mean only molding, but also includes processes such as selecting and removing foreign matter that is unsuitable for use as solid fuel.

[0250] Hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 15, a solid fuel manufacturing system, which is an embodiment of the present invention including a solid fuel processing device together with a drying device, will be described in more detail. [0274] By applying such a duct, gaseous substances can be controlled more smoothly within the system. In addition, although not shown in the duct or conduit, valves, pumps, blowers, etc. can be combined to regulate the flow.

[0275] Additionally, a water pipe (7005) for transporting water can be connected to a primary high-speed fermenter (1), and the water pipe (7005) can be connected to a water injection unit (7000).

[0276] In this case, the time constant refers to water that can be supplied to the solid fuel manufacturing system, which is an embodiment of the present invention, and may be water supplied directly from a water source as well as water recycled within the system.

[0277] Meanwhile, unlike the third modified drying device (1-3), the fourth modified drying device (1-4) may have a time constant injection unit (7000) that coexists with or replaces the water tank (779), and when the time constant injection unit (7000) replaces the water tank (779), the water supply pipe (775) may be connected to the time constant injection unit (7000). Additionally, the deodorization facility #1 (3200) may coexist with or replace the acid scrubbing tower (91). When the deodorization facility #1 (3200) replaces the acid scrubbing tower (91), the exhaust gas transfer pipe (95) and the sludge return section (93) are connected to the deodorization facility #1 (3200), and the duct (3209) may replace the exhaust pipe (97) and the pump (99) attached thereto. [0278] Meanwhile, the fermentation dryer included in the solid fuel manufacturing system, which is an embodiment of the present invention, may be a composting machine. The term "composting machine" encompasses composting facilities, etc. Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 16 to 18, an example in which a composting machine is applied as a fermentation dryer will be described in more detail. FIG. 16 is a schematic diagram showing a fifth modified example (1-5) of a drying device included in an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 17 is a schematic diagram showing a first modified example of a fermentation dryer body included in the fifth modified example shown in FIG. 16, and FIG. 18 is a schematic diagram showing a first modified example of a solid fuel manufacturing system, which is an embodiment of the present invention.

[0279] In the following description, it goes without saying that substantially the same content as that mentioned in the previously described embodiment of the solid fuel manufacturing system may be applied, even if not otherwise noted.

[0280] As illustrated in FIGS. 16 to 18, a variant (100-1) of a solid fuel manufacturing system, which is an embodiment of the present invention, may include a first variant (1"-1) of a fermentation dryer instead of a fermentation dryer (1") of the type applied in the embodiment. The first variant (1"-1) of the fermentation dryer may include a first variant (10-1) of a fermentation dryer body. The first variant (1"-1) of the fermentation dryer may be a composting machine, and the first variant (10-1) of the fermentation dryer body may correspond to a composting machine body. However, the first variant (10-1) of the fermentation dryer body of the present invention may be a sealed structure to prevent odors from escaping to the outside.

[0281] In the first variant (1"-1) of the fermentation dryer, the manure mixing section (50) includes a mixing rod (56), and the mixing rod (56) may have a conventional structure in which one end is connected to a rotary motor (51), extends in the longitudinal direction, and the other end is closed, and a screw section may be formed on the surface. In addition, the mixing rod is connected to a conveying section (58), and the conveying section (58) moves along a rail (52) and can mix a wider area. Furthermore, the manure mixing section may include an escalator-type mixer, a rotary-type mixer, etc., which are applied to conventional composting facilities. In addition, an intake pipe (138) is connected to the exhaust gas discharge section (13), and an intake section (139) is formed in the intake pipe so that the exhaust gas can be discharged more effectively.

[0282] Additionally, a water injection pipe (762) is connected to the water transfer outlet (761), and a water injection section (763) is formed in the water injection pipe, so that water can be supplied more effectively into the main body (10-1) of the fermentation dryer. Meanwhile, the water injection pipe (762) may be connected to a transport section or a hollow stirring rod to move and supply water. In this case, a water injection section may be formed in the stirring rod.

[0283] Additionally, a manure inlet (119) may be formed on one side of the main body (10-1) of the fermentation dryer, and a fermented dried product discharge (199) may be formed on the other side. However, in the case of a composting machine, manure may be supplied directly to the manure inlet, and the manure supplied to one side of the main body may move to the discharge section on the other side; thus, in practice, the manure inlet and the fermented dried product discharge section may be connected. Furthermore, since manure may be supplied directly to the manure inlet, components such as the manure input section (110) and the crushing section (111), and the components associated therewith, may be excluded. Therefore, the equipment may be constructed with a simpler design.

[0284] In addition, in one embodiment of the solid fuel manufacturing system of the present invention, instead of including a fermentation dryer and heated dried meat, when including a heating dryer, the fermentation dryer and the components associated therewith may be excluded. This can also be implemented with simpler equipment.

[0285] In addition, one embodiment of the present invention may include a wastewater treatment device. Such a wastewater treatment device may be a device in which a configuration for wastewater treatment is additionally applied to the wastewater treatment device (88), wastewater collection tank (3190), or wastewater collection tank (3190) included in the embodiment described above, and may also include a wastewater treatment facility additionally applied to the embodiment. For example, the wastewater treatment device may include a membrane bioreactor (MBR) to obtain high-quality treated water through biological and physical treatment. Explanation of the symbols
