[0044] The construction method of an eco-friendly indoor architectural structure with enhanced safety and durability for use within a building according to the present invention is,

[0045] A first step (S1) of forming a groove (120) having a predetermined length on the inner side of the wall surface (100) of a building by digging it out;

[0046] A second process (S2) that forms a passage (140) by passing through the above groove (120) and penetrating the wall surface (100), and forms an air conveying part (2) on the outer side of the wall surface (100) connected to an opening passing through the passage (140) to induce air flow;

[0047] A third process (S3) of burying a conduit (3) in the above groove (120) and burying a ventilation pipe (34) passing through the above conduit (3) in the above passage (140);

[0048] A fourth process (S4) of attaching a plurality of frames (4) having a predetermined length to the above wall surface (100) to form a step having a step difference of a certain height with respect to the wall surface (100);

[0049] Step 5 (S5) of attaching a plurality of uneven panels (5) having uneven parts (52) formed on the front surface to the front surface of a frame (4) to which multiple panels are attached, and then connecting a fixing means to the uneven panel (5) and the frame (4) so that the uneven panel (5) and the frame (4) become one unit;

[0050] A 6th process (S6) of attaching a cover panel (6) to the front surface of the above-mentioned uneven panel (5) and embedding a temperature sensor (8) for measuring the front surface temperature of the cover panel (6) in the cover panel (6);

[0051] It consists of including

[0052] Each of the above processes is explained in more detail below.

[0053] [Process 1 (S1)]

[0054] A groove (120) is formed by excavating the interior wall surface of the building to a certain length. The groove (120) can be formed in a horizontal or vertical direction.

[0055] To make the distinction clear, the groove (120) is composed of a first groove (120) formed in the horizontal direction and a second groove (120') formed in the vertical direction.

[0056] The first groove (120) and the second groove (120') can be formed to intersect at a right angle.

[0057] [Process 2 (S2)]

[0058] A passage (140) is formed by drilling a hole at the intersection of the first groove (120) and the second groove (120'). The passage (140) is formed by penetrating to communicate with the outside of the wall surface (100), thereby forming a passage (140) through which air can pass between the inside and outside (see FIG. 4).

[0059] An air conveying unit (2) is mounted in an opening formed on the outer side of the wall (100).

[0060] The above air transfer unit (2)

[0061] It includes a power source (22) composed of a cover (21) installed on a wall (100) and having a through hole communicating with the outside, a motor (221) mounted inside the cover (21), and a fan (222) coupled to the motor shaft of the motor (221).

[0062] Additionally, it includes a first temperature sensor (121) formed close to the above-mentioned groove (120) to measure the internal temperature, a second temperature sensor (122) formed on the outer side of the wall surface (100), and a control unit (124) that calculates the temperature difference between the first temperature sensor (121) and the second temperature sensor (122) and turns on the air conveying unit (2) when a certain condition is satisfied.

[0063] Accordingly, the control unit (124) determines whether certain conditions are met. Certain conditions are defined as when the indoor temperature is 2 to 5° higher than the outside temperature.

[0064] [Process 3 (S3)]

[0065] A conduit (3) is inserted into the groove (120) and buried. After partially applying adhesive to the groove (120), the conduit (3) is fixed by bonding it and then buried.

[0066] The conduit (3) is a hose made of synthetic resin material, and a plurality of holes (30) are formed by perforating the front surface, and a ventilation pipe (34) is connected to the rear surface.

[0067] The ventilation pipe (34) is inserted into and buried in the passage (140) of the wall (100).

[0068] Therefore, the air introduced into the conduit (3) can be maintained to flow out through the vent pipe (34).

[0069] As shown in FIG. 5, it includes an air inlet (36) mounted on the top or bottom of the conduit (3) to introduce indoor air into the conduit (3).

[0070] The air inlet (36) includes a fan housing (362) mounted on the top or bottom of the conduit (3) and a propeller (364) rotatably coupled to the fan housing (362).

[0071] Since air flow is generated by the operation of the air transfer unit (2), indoor air is sucked in through the hole (30) of the conduit (3), and can also be introduced through the air inlet unit (36).

[0072] [Process 4 (S4)]

[0073] A plurality of frames (4) having a predetermined length are attached to the wall surface (100) to form a step with a certain height difference from the wall surface (100).

[0074] The frame (4) may be a rod member with a square cross-section.

[0075] Therefore, the step of the frame (4) creates a step difference of a certain height with the wall surface (100), and air flow can be made possible through this step difference.

[0076] [Process 5 (S5)]

[0077] A panel (5) with an uneven surface (52) formed on its front surface is attached to the front surface of a frame (4) to which multiple panels are attached.

[0078] Afterwards, the uneven panel (5) and the frame (4) are joined using fastening means such as screws or adhesive so that the uneven panel (5) and the frame (4) become one unit.

[0079] As shown in FIG. 6, the uneven portion (52) of the uneven panel (5) has grooves (524) and protrusions (522) continuously formed on the front surface.

[0080] The protrusion (522) has an adhesive applied to its surface to form an adhesive layer (523), and a plurality of perforated holes (30) are formed in the groove (524) to allow passage to the rear surface.

[0081] The uneven panel (5)

[0084] The above antimicrobial agent is intended to inhibit and eliminate the growth of bacteria, and a natural antimicrobial agent is preferred.

[0085] According to one example, it may be one or more selected from the group consisting of a plant extract selected from tea tree, cinnamon, oregano, and an organic acid selected from chitosan, sorbic acid, and propionic acid.

[0086] The above antifungal agent is intended to inhibit or kill the growth, reproduction, and spore formation of mold, and an inorganic antifungal agent is preferred.

[0087] According to one example, the antifungal agent may be one or more selected from the group consisting of zinc pyridion, silver-based antimicrobial agents, and copper-based antimicrobial agents.

[0088] The above-mentioned UV stabilizer is intended to prevent color change and surface degradation and may be selected from titanium dioxide or zinc oxide. These provide antibacterial and UV blocking functions.

[0089] The above flame retardant is an additive that suppresses heat, oxygen, and combustion reactions so that the material does not easily burn, and an inorganic flame retardant is preferred.

[0090] According to one example, it may be any one or more selected from the group consisting of aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, and antimony oxide.

[0091] Aluminum hydroxide produces little smoke and toxic gas.

[0092] Magnesium hydroxide has excellent high-temperature stability.

[0093] The above mineral reinforcing agent is intended to increase the strength, heat resistance, and weather resistance of the material, and according to one example, it may be one or more selected from the group consisting of talc, calcium carbonate, silica, and clay.

[0094] Talc improves dimensional stability and heat resistance, and enhances surface smoothness.

[0095] Calcium carbonate complements strength and hardness.

[0096] Silica improves wear resistance and surface hardness.

[0097] Clay improves strength and heat resistance and has an effect of inhibiting moisture absorption.

[0098] Hereinafter, experiments were conducted by comparing Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples regarding the uneven panel (5) of the present invention.
