Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a swing device for swinging a nozzle of a floor fountain installed on the ground. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, a fountain is installed in a garden, park, or public square to spray supplied water upward using nozzles, providing a visual effect and a refreshing sensation.

[0003] Fountains are used in various ways depending on the purpose, ranging from simple structures that spray water at a fixed angle and pressure to swing structures that can change the angle or direction of the water jets to create performances synchronized with music.

[0004] Recently, many ground fountains are being installed that are more friendly and space-efficient by installing fountain nozzles on the ground where users can access and move, allowing for free walking and enabling the fountain to be operated when needed.

[0005] Since ground fountains have nozzles installed on the ground where users walk, the exposure or movement of the nozzles must be minimized to reduce interference with users. Consequently, it is difficult to implement ground fountains as swing-type fountains that change the direction or angle of the water jets.

[0006] To implement a ground fountain as a swing-type fountain, a large exposed area or space must be created on the floor to accommodate the movement of the nozzle. This not only detracts from the aesthetics but can also lead to safety issues due to interference between the wide open area on the floor and users. Additionally, as ground fountains are located on the ground, they come into contact with various foreign substances that accumulate on the floor; since a wide area of the floor is opened up in accordance with the movement of the nozzle, there is a problem of a large amount of foreign substances flowing into the fountain. The problem to be solved

[0007] The present project is to provide a nozzle swing device for a floor fountain that enables the implementation of a swing-shaped water jet by varying the angle or direction while minimizing the exposure or movement of the nozzle on the floor.

[0008] The objective of this project is to provide a nozzle swing device for a floor fountain that minimizes the open area of the floor and eliminates the need for additional opening regardless of nozzle movement.

[0009] The present project is to provide a nozzle swing device for a floor fountain that allows the direction of the nozzle to be freely moved in all directions of 360 degrees.

[0024] Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below. However, these are presented as examples and are not intended to limit the present invention, and the present invention is defined only by the scope of the claims set forth below. The embodiments described below may be modified in various forms without departing from the concept and scope of the present invention. Where possible, identical or similar parts are indicated using the same reference numerals in the drawings.

[0025] The technical terms used below are for the reference of specific embodiments only and are not intended to limit the invention. The singular forms used herein include plural forms unless phrases clearly indicate otherwise. The meaning of "comprising" as used in the specification specifies a particular characteristic, area, integer, step, action, element, and / or component, and does not exclude the presence or addition of other particular characteristic, area, integer, step, action, element, component, and / or group.

[0026] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention are described with reference to the drawings. However, the following embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.

[0027] FIG. 1 shows the overall configuration of a nozzle swing device for a floor fountain according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 schematically show the structure of the upper shaft part and the driving part of the nozzle swing device for a floor fountain according to the present embodiment.

[0028] In FIG. 1, the y-axis direction is referred to as the vertical direction or the up-down direction, the upper part along the y-axis direction is referred to as the upper or upper part, and the lower part is referred to as the lower or lower part. Additionally, in FIG. 2, the xz plane is referred to as the horizontal plane or the horizontal direction with respect to the up-down direction.

[0029] The ground fountain (100) is structured to be installed on the ground and spray water upward. A nozzle chamber (110) in which the components of the ground fountain (100) are provided may be located at the bottom of the ground surface (200). A top plate (112) may be installed at the top of the nozzle chamber (110) to ensure a smooth connection with the ground surface. A hole (114) is formed in the center of the top plate (112) so that water can be sprayed upward. Inside the nozzle chamber (110), a nozzle head (120) is provided that is connected to a supply pipe (116) for supplying water and sprays water upward through the hole (114) of the top plate (112).

[0030] The nozzle head (120) is provided with a nozzle tip for spraying water from the upper center and forms the body of the nozzle with a structure that forms a flow path connected to the nozzle tip inside. In the following description, the term "nozzle" may refer to the nozzle head (120) or the entire nozzle head (120) including the nozzle tip.

[0031] Accordingly, water supplied to the nozzle through the supply pipe (116) is sprayed from the nozzle tip of the nozzle head (120) and sprayed upward from the bottom surface through the hole (114) of the top plate (112).

[0032] The swing device of the present embodiment is provided within the nozzle chamber (110) of the floor fountain (100), and by adjusting the angle and direction of the nozzle head (120), the angle and direction of the water jet spray can be varied to create a swing-shaped water jet.

[0033] As illustrated in FIG. 1, the swing device of the present embodiment may include an upper shaft portion (130) that rotatably supports the nozzle head (120) at the upper part of the nozzle chamber (110), a rod portion (150) that is connected to the nozzle head (120), extends downward, and is connected to a supply pipe (116) to supply water to the nozzle head (120) through a pipe formed inside, and a driving portion (170) that is connected to the rod portion (150) and moves the rod portion (150) around the rotation axis of the upper shaft portion (130) to change the angle and direction of the nozzle head (120).

[0034] Accordingly, as the nozzle head (120) supported on the upper part of the nozzle chamber (110) rotates around the upper shaft (130) according to the operation of the drive unit (170), the direction and angle of the water stream change.

[0035] As illustrated in FIG. 2, the upper shaft portion (130) may include a first upper shaft (131) installed on both sides of the nozzle head (120), an upper shaft member (132) that rotatably supports the first upper shaft (131), a second upper shaft (133) installed on both sides of the upper shaft member (132) at a 90-degree angle with respect to the first upper shaft (131), and an upper member (134) provided on the upper part of the nozzle chamber (110) that rotatably supports the second upper shaft (133).

[0036] The nozzle head (120) has a first upper shaft (131) protruding from the outside and is installed to be rotatable on an upper shaft member (132) via the first upper shaft (131).

[0037] The upper shaft member (132) is structured to surround the outer circumference of the nozzle head (120). In this embodiment, the nozzle head (120) is formed in a spherical shape, and the upper shaft member (132) is formed in a ring shape and can be installed to surround the outer surface of the nozzle head (120) while being spaced apart from the outside. Accordingly, the spherical nozzle head (120) can rotate smoothly around the first upper shaft (131) while preventing interference between the upper shaft member (132) and the nozzle head (120).

[0038] The upper member (132) has a second upper shaft (133) protruding from its outer surface and is rotatably installed on an upper member (134) formed on the upper part of the nozzle chamber (110) via the second upper shaft (133).

[0039] Accordingly, the nozzle head (120) can rotate on its own around the first upper axis (131), and as the upper axis member (132) rotates around the second upper axis (133), it can rotate around the second upper axis (133) as the upper axis member (132).

[0040] In this embodiment, the first upper axis (131) is positioned in the z-axis direction in the drawing, and the second upper axis (133) is positioned in the x-axis direction perpendicular to the z-axis.

[0041] Accordingly, as the nozzle head (120) rotates around the first upper axis (131), the direction and angle of the water jet are varied along the x-axis. When the upper axis member (132) rotates around the second upper axis (133), the nozzle head (120) moves along the z-axis, allowing the direction and angle of the water jet to be changed along the z-axis. Additionally, as the nozzle head (120) and the upper axis member (132) move together, the nozzle head (120) can move freely in any direction between the x-axis and the z-axis. Accordingly, the nozzle head (120) can move freely in all directions of 360 degrees, thereby changing the direction and angle of the water jet in various ways to create a swing-shaped water jet.

[0042] Here, the hole (114) formed in the top plate (112) is formed in a circular shape corresponding to the spherical nozzle head (120), and its size may be formed to correspond approximately to the radius of rotation of the nozzle tip provided at the top of the nozzle head (120). The inner tip of the hole (114) in the top plate (112) may be formed in a concave arc shape so as not to interfere with the spherical nozzle head (120). Accordingly, the size of the hole (114) in the top plate (112) is formed in a smaller circular shape without changing its size, and the spherical nozzle head (120) can move in all directions and spray a water stream in a swinging manner.

[0043] The rod portion (150) is installed at the bottom of the nozzle head (120) and extends downward along the vertical direction. The rod portion (150) may be a pipe structure forming a conduit through which water is supplied.

[0044] The load portion (150) is connected to the drive portion (170) and moves by being pushed according to the operation of the drive portion (170). Accordingly, the nozzle head (120) installed at the top of the load portion (150) can be rotated around the first upper shaft (131) or the second upper shaft (133).

[0045] The rod portion (150) of the present embodiment may include a first rod (152) connected to the lower part of the nozzle head (120) and extending downward, a second rod (153) connected to the lower end of the first rod (152) by a ball joint (156) and extending downward and connected to the supply pipe (116), and a lower shaft portion (160) installed at the lower end of the second rod (153) and axially supporting the lower end of the second rod (153) so as to be rotatable according to the movement of the nozzle head (120).

[0046] The second rod (153) may be an elastic tube structure whose length varies depending on the angle with respect to the first rod (152).

[0047] Accordingly, when the drive unit (170) is operated to push the rod unit (150), the part connected by the ball joint (156) between the first rod (152) and the second rod (153) bends, causing the first rod (152) to tilt from a vertical position to an inclined position. At this time, the distance between the ball joint (156) part and the lower shaft unit (160) increases, and the second rod (153) extends and retracts to compensate for the length.

[0048] Accordingly, as the first rod (152) and the second rod (153) bend, the nozzle head (120) installed on the top of the first rod (152) rotates around the upper shaft (130), changing the direction and angle of the water jet spray.

[0049] The first rod (152) forms a conduit through which water is supplied internally and is connected to the nozzle head (120). The lower end of the first rod (152) is connected to the upper end of the second rod (153) via a ball joint (156). A ball joint connection refers to a structure in which a spherical ball and a socket surrounding the ball are installed at the respective ends of two shafts and connected, allowing for free rotation. Since many technologies regarding ball joint connection structures have already been disclosed, a detailed description thereof will be omitted below.

[0050] In this way, a spherical ball is provided at the bottom of the first rod (152), and a socket that surrounds the spherical ball is provided at the top of the second rod (153), so that they are joined so that they can move freely together.

[0051] The second rod (153) has a conduit formed inside through which water flows, and is connected to the inside of the first rod (152).

[0052] In this embodiment, the second rod (153) may be structured such that the outer tube (155) and the inner tube (154) are connected to the lower end of the first rod (152) by a ball joint (156) and extend downward, and the outer tube (155) extends upward from the lower shaft portion (160) and is slidably connected to the outer side of the inner tube (154), so that the outer tube (155) and the inner tube (154) can be extended.

[0053] Accordingly, the lower end of the second rod (153) is axially coupled to the lower shaft portion (160) so that its position is restricted, and when the rod portion (150) moves and the ball joint portion (156) is bent, the inner tube (154) of the second rod (153) is pulled out from the outer tube (155), and the length of the second rod (153) is extended.

[0054] In this way, the length of the second rod (153) is varied and remains connected to the first rod (152). Accordingly, water supplied through the supply pipe (116) can be continuously supplied to the first rod (152) through the internal conduit of the second rod (153).

[0055] As another embodiment, FIG. 4 illustrates a structure in which the second rod (153) is made of a bellows tube (157). The embodiment illustrated in FIG. 4 is identical to the embodiment described above in other configurations, except for the structure of the second rod (153). The bellows tube (157) can be understood as a tube with a structure that is continuously folded along the axial direction and expands and contracts when moved freely.

[0056] As illustrated in FIG. 4, since the second rod (153) is made of a bellows tube (157), the bellows tube can freely extend and retract in accordance with the movement of the first rod (152) to compensate for changes in its length. Water supplied through the supply pipe (116) can be supplied to the first rod (152) through the bellows tube (157).

[0057] Hereinafter, the present embodiment describes a device in which the second rod (153) has a double tube structure of an outer tube (155) and an inner tube (154).

[0058] The lower shaft portion (160) may include a first lower shaft (161) installed on both sides of the lower portion (155) of the second rod (153), a lower shaft member (162) that rotatably supports the first lower shaft (161), a second lower shaft (163) installed on both sides of the lower shaft member (162) at a 90-degree angle with respect to the first lower shaft (161), and a lower member (164) installed on the lower portion of the nozzle chamber (110) that rotatably supports the second lower shaft (163).

[0059] At the bottom of the outer surface (155), a first lower shaft (161) is installed protruding outwardly and is installed to be rotatable via the first lower shaft (161) on the lower shaft member (162).

[0060] The lower shaft member (162) is structured to wrap around the outer circumference of the lower end of the outer casing (155). In this embodiment, the lower end of the outer casing (155) is formed in a spherical shape, and the lower shaft member (162) is formed in a ring shape and can be installed to wrap around the outer surface while being spaced apart from the outer end of the outer casing (155). Accordingly, the spherical lower end of the outer casing (155) can rotate smoothly around the first lower shaft (161) while preventing interference between the lower shaft member (162) and the lower end of the outer casing (155).

[0061] The lower shaft member (162) has a second lower shaft (163) protruding from its outer surface and is rotatably installed on a lower member (164) formed at the bottom of the nozzle chamber (110) via the second lower shaft (163).

[0062] Accordingly, the lower part of the outer part (155) can rotate on its own around the first lower shaft (161), and as the lower shaft member (162) rotates around the second lower shaft (163), it can rotate around the second lower shaft (163) as well as the lower shaft member (162).

[0063] In this embodiment, the lower shaft portion (160) is similar to the upper shaft portion (130) in that the first lower shaft (161) is arranged in the z-axis direction in the drawing, and the second lower shaft (163) can be arranged in the x-axis direction perpendicular to the z-axis.

[0064] Accordingly, the lower end of the outer surface (155) can be rotated along the x-axis around the first lower axis (161) depending on the movement of the load portion (150). Additionally, when the lower axis member (162) is rotated around the second lower axis (163), the lower end of the outer surface (155) can be rotated along the z-axis together with the lower axis member (162).

[0065] In this way, the lower end of the second rod (153) can move freely in any direction between the x-axis and the z-axis through the lower shaft (160) in accordance with the movement of the rod portion (150).

[0066] A supply pipe (116) is connected to the bottom of the outer casing (155) where the lower shaft (160) is installed. Accordingly, water supplied through the supply pipe (116) can be smoothly supplied to the load section (150) through the bottom of the outer casing (155).

[0067] Here, the load portion (150) is connected to the lower part of the nozzle chamber (110) by the lower shaft portion (160), thereby minimizing the movement of the supply pipe (116) during the process of varying the angle and direction of the nozzle head (120).

[0068] That is, when the rod portion (150) is pushed and moved by the driving portion (170), the lower end of the rod portion (150) is axially connected by the lower shaft portion (160), so the range of movement can be minimized. Accordingly, the movement of the supply portion connected to the lower end of the rod portion (150) is also limited to a range within the size of the lower shaft member (162) of the lower shaft portion (160). Accordingly, even if the rod portion (150) is moved in any direction over 360 degrees, the supply pipe (116) does not move much and can maintain a stable state connected to the lower end of the rod portion (150) at the center of the lower end of the nozzle chamber (110).

[0069] Therefore, water can be supplied smoothly without interference with the supply pipe (116), and the angle and direction of the nozzle head (120) can be freely and smoothly changed.

[0070] The driving unit (170) is connected to the rod unit (150) and moves the rod unit (150) in a desired direction, thereby changing the angle and direction of the nozzle head (120) connected to the rod unit (150).

[0071] To this end, the driving unit (170) of the present embodiment comprises: a first horizontal bar (171) that extends horizontally relative to a vertically extended rod portion (150) and has a guide groove (173) formed on its inner side for guiding the rod portion (150); a first rotating shaft (175) that extends vertically and is installed at the tip of the first horizontal bar (171); a first driving motor (177) that is connected to the first rotating shaft (175) and rotates the first horizontal bar (171) around the first rotating shaft (175) to move the rod portion (150); a second horizontal bar (172) that is positioned perpendicular to the first horizontal bar (171), extends horizontally, and has a guide groove (174) formed on its inner side for guiding the rod portion (150); a second rotating shaft (176) that extends vertically and is installed at the tip of the second horizontal bar (172); and a second rotating shaft (176) that is connected to the second rotating shaft (176). It may include a second drive motor (178) that moves the load portion (150) by rotating the second horizontal bar (172) around the rotation axis (176).

[0072] The first drive motor (177) and the second drive motor (178) can be stably fixedly installed on a support bracket (179) formed in the nozzle chamber (110).

[0073] The driving unit (170) may be connected and installed on the side of the second rod (153) of the load unit (150). In addition to the structure described above, the driving unit (170) may be connected and installed on the side of the first rod (152) of the load unit (150).

[0074] The second horizontal bar (172) and the first horizontal bar (171) can be made of the same structure.

[0075] The first horizontal bar (171) and the second horizontal bar (172) are arranged vertically and connected to the second rod (153) of the rod section (150).

[0076] As shown in FIG. 3, the second rod (153) of the rod portion (150) is installed by being fitted into the guide groove (173) of the first horizontal bar (171) and the guide groove (174) of the second horizontal bar (172).

[0077] When the first horizontal bar (171) and the second horizontal bar (172) rotate, the rod portion (150) fitted into the guide grooves (173, 174) is pushed and moved by force.

[0078] When the first drive motor (177) is driven to rotate, the first horizontal bar (171) rotates around the first rotation axis (175). Accordingly, the second rod (153) can be pushed by the first horizontal bar (171) and moved along the guide groove (174) of the second horizontal bar (172). Similarly, when the second drive motor (178) is driven to rotate, the second horizontal bar (172) rotates around the second rotation axis (176). Accordingly, the second rod (153) can be pushed by the second horizontal bar (172) and moved along the guide groove (173) of the first horizontal bar (171).

[0079] That is, as the first horizontal bar (171) and the second horizontal bar (172) are arranged orthogonally, when the first horizontal bar (171) rotates, the guide groove (174) of the second horizontal bar (172) acts as a guide groove that guides the rod portion (150).

[0080] Accordingly, the load portion (150) can be pushed by the first horizontal bar (171) and moved along the guide groove of the second horizontal bar (172).

[0081] Likewise, when the second horizontal bar (172) rotates, the guide groove of the first horizontal bar (171) acts as a guide groove that guides the load portion (150). Accordingly, the load portion (150) can be pushed by the guide groove of the second horizontal bar (172) and move along the guide groove of the first horizontal bar (171).

[0082] The driving unit (170) of the present embodiment may have a structure in which the first horizontal bar (171) is arranged in the z-axis direction in the drawing and the second horizontal bar (172) is arranged in the x-axis direction perpendicular to the z-axis, similar to the nozzle head (120) coupled to the upper shaft (130). Accordingly, the nozzle head (120) can rotate smoothly around the first upper shaft (131) and the second lower shaft (163) depending on the rotation of the first horizontal bar (171) and the second horizontal bar (172).

[0083] Accordingly, the first horizontal bar (171) is rotated according to the forward / reverse driving of the first driving motor (177) to move the load portion (150) in the x-axis direction, and the second horizontal bar (172) is rotated according to the forward / reverse driving of the second driving motor (178) to move the load portion (150) in the z-axis direction. In addition, as the first driving motor (177) and the second driving motor (178) are driven together, the load portion (150) can be freely moved in any direction between the x-axis and the z-axis.

[0084] As the rod (150) moves by the driving unit (170), the nozzle head (120) installed on the top of the rod (150) moves freely in all directions of 360 degrees, allowing the direction and angle of the water jet to be varied.

[0085] Hereinafter, the operation of the swing device of the present embodiment will be explained with reference to FIG. 5.

[0086] Figure 5 shows, as an example, a structure that changes along the x-axis in the direction of the water jet spray of the nozzle head (120).

[0087] As illustrated in FIG. 5, when the first drive motor (177) is driven, the first horizontal bar (171) rotates around the first rotation axis (175). As the first horizontal bar (171) rotates, the second rod (153) of the rod portion (150), which is fitted into the guide groove (173) of the first horizontal bar (171), is pushed and moved by the first horizontal bar (171). Accordingly, the second rod (153) of the rod portion (150) moves along the guide groove (174) of the second horizontal bar (172) which is arranged in the x-axis direction.

[0088] As the second rod (153) moves, the ball joint (156) portion between the second rod (153) and the first rod (152) bends, and the second rod (153) is extended in length as the outer tube (155) and the inner tube (154) slide. The lower end of the outer tube (155) rotates around the first lower shaft (161) of the lower shaft portion (160).

[0089] Additionally, as the second rod (153) moves, the first rod (152) connected to the upper end of the second rod (153) moves, and the nozzle head (120) installed on the upper end of the first rod (152) rotates around the first upper axis (131) of the upper shaft portion (130). Accordingly, the nozzle head (120) rotates in the x-axis direction relative to the upper plate (112), thereby changing the direction of the water jet spray.

[0090] In this way, by driving the first drive motor (177) of the drive unit (170), the load unit (150) is moved, and finally, the direction and angle of the nozzle head (120) are changed from the vertical direction to the x-axis direction, thereby allowing the water stream to be varied.

[0091] Likewise, by driving the second drive motor (178), the direction and angle of the nozzle head (120) can be changed in the z-axis direction, and by driving the first drive motor (177) and the second drive motor (178) together, the angle and direction of the nozzle head (120) can be varied to create a swing-shaped water stream.

[0092] As described above, exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described; however, various modifications and other embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art. Such modifications and other embodiments are all taken into account and are included in the appended claims and do not depart from the true spirit and scope of the present invention.
